Ashley Store North Branch, MN

Alvin was an awesome guy to work with. I went to the store to look for new recliners or a loveseat. Alvin was there to answer all the questions I had. Ended up having to go home to take some measurements and he helped me finalize the purchase over the phone. All in all it was a great experience and I didn’t feel pressured to buy.

Hats off to Michael Hayden, North Branch store. Very accommodating, not pushing fofr the sale but very helpful.

We shopped for a couple weeks to find the right living room set. We found it at Ashley on Black Friday. Justin, the manager at the North Branch store, worked with us to find the exact right set. Justin moved the recliner my husband loved over to the couch and love seat we both preferred, so we could imagine the grouping in our home. We appreciated the extra steps Justin took to make us happy and get the sale. He worked with us to get 0% financing and a $300 Mastercard gift card. I practically skipped out of Ashley! Management, give Justin a raise! He earned it.

I have very mixed feelings about this place. We brought a mattress from them last year originally. A pillow top, who's stitches were coming undone before even the 3 month mark, we got that one replaced, once again the stitches were coming out. We switched it out for a memory foam that I paid 800 DOLLARS FOR!!! Not even a year later I'm in urgent care due to a lumg infection from black mold growing on the bottom of this mattress. I've called ashley multiple times and they say that their higher ups know about it and they'll give me a call back, it's been a week. They obviously do not care about the quality of their products or their customers.

Shannon did awesome! We picked the couch, but couldn’t see the vision of one of the fabric samples so she brought us over to the exact fabric (different style, but we have pets and needed to feel/see it) Initially thought we’d have to wait until the middle of September to receive it, but she got it set up for delivery this week. First time furniture buyers, made it hassle free and we can finally use our living room by Thursday night. Thanks Shannon and Ashley team!

Michael introduced himself right away. Inquired what we were looking for, then directed us to different areas. He didn't hover nor pressure us. Checked in on us and brought a measuring tape on our to ensure that it would fit through the door.

Gage McMillen from Ashley Furniture in Tanger Mall, North Branch, MN, USA - helped us buy a mattress and Power Incline frame. My first time on a Purple Mattress and Pillow. The Serta Posture Pedic was great but the Purple proved to be the best fit. Gage helped us through the process. He took his time. Explained all the features, differences, and costs. He didn't sway us towards any one mattress. Totally low key and patient as we asked our questions. Gage even encouraged us to check out other stores and compare prices. We were convinced and bought the Purple mattress, frame, and pillow on the spot. We're very happy with our decision. It's being delivered and set up on Thurday!

We recently purchased an adjustable bed from Ashley Furniture. Justin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we appreciated his help.

We purchased furniture at the North Branch location in March 2024. This would be a 5 star rating for the store and sales people. However, the furniture warranty we purchased with our dining room set and sectional sofa has been a waste of money. We have a dining room chair with a loose leg. Warranty company denies coverage. We have pet upholstery damage to our recliner (supposedly covered under the warranty) with coverage denied YET AGAIN. What is the point of purchasing a warranty if the warranty company denies EVERY CLAIM YOU FILE??!!

Tyler sold me a couch a year ago, was patient as we took forever to choose, and gave us a good deal, and gave us a warranty. A year later without my receipt he helped me file a claim to have some repairs done. Super happy with that customer service. Don’t buy a furniture anywhere else, go find Tyler and he will take care of you.

Dealing with Tyler the assistant manager was one of the best customer service experiences we've had both over the phone and in person. Went above and beyone what you would expect from an online order picked up in store.

We had a great experience shopping for and buying a new dining set. Tyler was very helpful and informative but we didn't feel pressured into buying anything. It was a pleasureable furniture shopping endeavor and Tyler's personable, no pressure sales approach was a perfect fit for us. Not happy with delivery of what we purchased. We were first told it would be delivered the week after we purchased. Then it was 2-3 weeks, now it’s a month. Not what we were told when we bought.

Nice store. Salesman must have been in training. Didn't know answers to my questions. Called to get my email to send warranty info. Never received. Delivery supposed to be by 4 pm showed at 6. Not their fault. Bought couch. One cushion had some like worn spots. The guy took a picture and said someone would contact me about it. Never happened.

I was helped by Katrina Bauer at the North Branch store. I was not exacting sure what I was wanting in a new bed. Katrina showed me many options and even went to the sister store to see if there was something there I would want. I found the frame I wanted but I wanted drawers under it and there weren’t any, Katrina made it work so I could get EXACTLY what I wanted. She was so knowledgeable and answered every question I had on the different types of mattresses and bed frames. I never once felt like I was taking up her time or being pressured into buying anything. She was such a joy to work with and I am going to recommend her to all my friends.

This was another great experience at NB Ashley! These guys make every effort to help you as much as possible.

Thank you Ashley home store for being near me in North Branch. I had been off again on again looking for a new accent chair, something for me to watch television comfortably. The beginning of September I hit all the furniture stores up in North Branch, they were all similar. When I went into Ashley I had the nicest salesman that I met in any of the stores,Greg Hult. I gave Greg a brief rundown of what I was looking for. He was quick to point out some chairs that he thought would fit the bill. He was a salesman that actually listened to what his customer was looking for! Sadly for Greg and Ashley I literally was in the store probably about five times in a month. I finally picked the chair that I would take home. I told Greg and some of the other employees that everyone should have customer service skills like him. If you are in the market for furniture or wall art or lamps, stop into Ashley in North Branch I am sure you will not be disappointed! Wide variety. Prices high considering it's particle board & the furniture doesn't last long. The dining tables look nice but chip & scratch easily. Prices should be at least half. Bought a ton of furniture after a fire & it's all poor quality.

This location is not Ashley furniture please be aware when purchasing from the north branch location. It's actually a Factory Outlet Clearance Center 140 E Hinks Ln Sioux Falls, SD 57104-0465 If you have warranty issues Ashley furniture will not help you. You have to deal with there incompetent repair techs. The quality of furniture is awful these days. I bought a couch from them and have had issues with it from day 1. The frame is bent and all the padding is gone the couch also ruined my floors. They have sent techs out 3 times to "repair" the couch. The problem is the people they send don't even bring in tools in, they just say oh we have to order parts then I have to take more time off work to have them come. Please don't purchase from them do some research. Check out the bbb rating for Factory Outlet Clearance Center 140 E Hinks Ln Sioux Falls, SD 57104-0465 You will see all the complaints. They refuse to replace my couch and are going to send another technician out to try and repair the damage they created. Now I have to bring them to small claims court just to get money back for a defective product. When all they had to do is replace the couch with a working couch. Update 4/14/22: they have been out again to try and service the couch and once again they had to order parts. I have had the part for 2 weeks and have sent 3 emails to try and schedule service now they won't even respond. This place is a complete joke 😂 save your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere. I am now bringing my couch to the dump which I also have to pay for because they will not stand behind the product they sell. I also emailed the company as requested, in the response. Big surprise it's been a month and they have not gotten back to me

The employees were very friendly and helpful. I bought a new couch and recliner after having thought about it for a couple months. The sales associate I dealt with in December remembered who I was and was very speedy during the checkout process and explained everything in detail.

We live in Duluth, MN and went to a few furniture stores today hoping to purchase a new sectional. Unfortunately, we were told lead time for ones we liked were a year to two year wait. We decided to call Ashley Furniture in North Branch to see if they could help us. Greg answered the phone and was happy to help. He texted us photos and helped us make a decision. It saved us a 4 hour trip and we will have a beautiful sectional in 8-14 weeks! Highly recommend using Greg for the furniture needs at Ashley Furniture in North Branch! We, my husband and I ,went looking for a mattress. Mary Burrows, our sales friend, did an awesome job showing us what good qualities to look for in buying a mattress. She answered all our questions and if she didn't know she was quick to find out the answer. She is a wonderful,cheerful,kind and very patient person. Katrina was amazing. She knew the answers to all of our questions, she cared about us finding the right bed. And my kids were all over the place, and she just rolled with it, gave them fidgets, things to color with, all so that we could relax and focus on finding the right bed for us. Very grateful for having her to show us beds and caring about what was important to us, and for letting my kids be kids. Now a days you don't have people that are patient with kids, so having that was very nice. And to top it off she helped us find the right deal to work with our budget, while still getting what we needed. Will 100% come back again, and will be looking for Katrina.

We purchased items from this store and the St Cloud location in the same weekend. Both transactions were really wonderful and our delivery arrived as promised. Salespeople were helpful and suggested items that really applied to our situation. Prices were right too. I expected to pay alot more for the quality we got. Thank you Ashley for being a shining star in a difficult retail climate right now.

We finally got the desk we paid for and ordered on the 4th of July, on the second week of Sept. I was told when I bought it that it would be in August so only 3 weeks late but still not great.

If you do come to this store, please ask to work with Bill Guptill. You will not be sorry! My husband and I were browsing the various mattresses and furniture and Bill happened to stop by and answer all of our questions that we had. Since we were just browsing, we went to the other two stores down the road, but nothing compared to the excellent customer service that we received from Bill! So we went back to the first store as we were very impressed with Bill’s knowledge and assistance, and decided on the spot to complete the three purchases with Bill. In addition, Bill personally went out of us way to fix a delivery error that we encountered on the day of arrival!! You will not find customer service like this anywhere else! Thank you Bill!

I pre-shopped without my husband on Friday. Cameron Bronner greeted me and explained the store layout. She was very informative about different living room sets. Came back Sunday after checking out Becker furniture in Blaine where my husband wanted to shop. We left there with only 1 option and it was an Ashley set not in a color we wanted. We traveled up to North Branch. Cameron was very helpful and found us the sofa and love seat! Better yet...in the color I wanted which wasn't available at the other store. Perfect. Cameron also hooked us up with a Veteran discount. Always appreciate an extra discount. Thank you so much for the excellent service. Now to wait for it to come in. Fingers crossed it's sooner than later. I'm very excited, haven't had new furniture in 21 years.

We went into Ashley Homestore today to look for a new couch and loveseat. Greg Hult greeted us when we walked in. He asked if he could help us find anything. I told him what I was interested in and he was very helpful finding exactly what I was looking for. After about 15 mins of shopping and a quick discussion with my husband we decided on the second set he showed us. Greg was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had us in and out in less than an hour. We were very happy with our shopping experience!

My boyfriend and I have been to the store a few times and everyone is great, but we were so lucky to have Katrina helping us out! She was able to pinpoint exactly what we needed for having rambunctious dogs and a baby on the way. Highly recommended working with her because she’ll listen to your specific needs without trying to upsell you a ton and just get you to buy things that won’t actually last. She cares about what you actually need instead of just trying to get a paycheck! Will forever go to her in the future.

After a horrible experience with Becker Furniture, we went to Ashley Furniture in North Branch. We worked with Justin who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was honest about what was available and moved accessories around the store so we could get a feel for it with the living room furniture that we were purchasing. He followed up by phone to let us know the delivery day. Our furniture arrived within days as promised. The delivery staff was courteous also. North Branch is worth the drive- ask for Justin!

My wife and I recently moved into a bigger house and needed several new pieces of furniture. We were SUPER lucky to be paired with Cameron B. We were pretty specific with what we needed. Bought a mattress here a while back and Mike was the rep we worked with. We loved the bed and had it a long time until one day I noticed a blemish that seemed like a fluke. We went to the North Branch store to find a mattress. Greg Hult was amazing! I highly recommend working with him.. Not only did we find a super comfortable mattress, but he truly went out of his way to help us find a bedroom set with all the features we wanted-storage, low to the ground, lighting..not an easy task.. Recently purchased a few things from the North Branch store. We were going back and forth for a few weeks but Katrina was always extremely helpful and always went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything about what we were purchasing. I accompanied my girlfriend on a trip to your North Branch, MN location this evening. She was there to look at a sectional sofa. Our salesman was Greg Hult. Greg was so engaging and helpful in showing the selection. My girlfriend bought a very nice sectional couch. While there I spied an awesome double recliner couch which had the coolest sports car inspired styling. Greg was very informative in assisting me with this awesome couch and a beautifully rustic lift top coffee table. Many thanks to Greg and the entire staff at Ashley Home Store in North Branch MN.

Sales lady nice, but a mistake was made with pricing and after bringing it to her attention it wasn’t corrected by manager or her. Very disappointing. I am re reviewing my comments. I did receive an email from corporate and was credited the $50 from the coupon. I appreciate that this was done.....I just wished I didn’t have to have gone this route. I am happy with my purchase.

On 2/13/21, my family and I went to Ashley home store to look at getting new bedroom furniture and living room furniture. When we entered the store, we were greeted by Cameron Bronner. Cameron Bronner was instantly helpful. She asked us what we were looking for and took us directly to options that might fit our needs. In our instance, we were looking for a new bedroom set and upgrade our queen bed to a king bed. We also were looking at options for our living room furniture, preferably sectional couches. Cameron ran us through every possible option and made the experience feel special. I felt like I was talking to a close friend about my home. The comfort level was awesome. Also a side note, our kids were getting restless and Cameron also helped us with them which we greatly appreciated. After discussing finances and total prices with her, we went with a new bedroom set and king bed. Cameron’s knowledge and professionalism was a factor in my decision to make a purchase. Our future living room set or any other furniture purchases will be going directly through Cameron. Thank you.

I was trying to locate discontinued end tables (very difficult to do). After many phone calls to many places and promises of return phone calls that never happened, I called and got Cameron. She was SO nice and found my end tables!!!!! She looked into things like she said she would and she called me back like she said she would! She also got the product in a weeks time which I was very impressed with!!!! In the future I will call Cameron first for any furniture purchase I want to make! A week later I went to pick up what Cameron had found for me and I met Katrina. I asked her if she knew of anything that would match my previous purchase and would be a console table. She was awesome! She found a perfect match and it has storage!! It was labeled server and I would’ve bypassed it for what I wanted due to that title. I’m so thankful she helped me!!!

The people are great, Furniture is beautiful! BUT horrible wait times. I ordered my furniture in beginning of November 2020 because of sale pricing and was told 4-6 weeks. I received part of my order in 4 weeks. I just got a call stating they have one additional piece today (1/13/2021). That is 10 weeks. But the rest of my order would not be ready until March. WHAT!!! This is absolutely absurd!!! If you are going to have a sale, you should be ready for that sale. It will be 5 MONTHS of waiting for one order, one set of furniture... I expressed my concerns and the gentlemen did not seem to disturbed by my concerns. I am adding to this review due to after leaving this review they looked at my order again and were able to send the last piece with on 1/22/2021.

Justin deserves recognition on helping us for two days find furniture for our new home. He gave great suggestions, helped moved items around the showroom so we had good visuals and was never pushy. We went to a separate Ashley location prior to visiting Justin at the North Branch store. His customer service is outstanding and went above and beyond to help us. Needless to say we won’t be going back to any other location other than North Branch to visit Justin and his staff.

My experience in the store was great and friendly staff. I was told the couch i wanted was back ordered and that it was coming in about 3 or so weeks from purchase date. I am ok with that, set up delivery date and all was well. Until i had to call them because not only did they not call me nor did i receive any type of update at all i come to find out that they won't be delivering my couch but also they didn't have it. They said it could be up to 4 months. I was sad. I loved this couch. Thankfully Mike got them to give me the one off the show room floor. No discount but im just happy to get my couch after so long. I had to pick it up or wait 2 weeks. They need a better delivery system. I work in healthcare and have very little free time especially with covid patients and short staff. So i go there and let me tell you i got the coldest shoulder ever! They wanted me out real fast. I felt pretty bad like i did something wrong. I love the couch so much and it works great but if i need more furniture i will not go to that outlet. I rated 3 for the quality of the couch and the one sales rep mike who is the glue keeping that place together. He needs a raise. Thanks Mike. Update: couch is terrible quality. Arms are cardboard. Do not recommend.

Nice selection but the prices are a little on the high side. One year later and the prices are adjusted to be more competitive. In fact we have now made 4 major purchases here and are very happy. It pays to post reviews and do a follow up visit or 2!

After 4 hours of searching online my boyfriend and I found our perfect couch for our new home. With the help of Cameron, the whole process was super simple! She showed us the model we were looking for and showed us a few others that were similar (but cheaper!) We ended up buying the original one we fell in love with! We bought the protection plan that they offered because it was the best option for us and we are so happy! To be honest I bought my ashley dining room set online. Although I saved money, the hassle wasnt worth it. And then when one of the chairs had a broken part, I found myself jumping through hoops to get it replaced. The replacement didnt happen so I went up to North Branch and spoke with Russ. He didnt have to help me with this replacement part since I didnt buy it from him but he took care of it for free just to show how important the brick and mortar stores still are. Thanks Russ!

Ashley Furniture North Branch lost us as a customer today over a $99 delivery fee! We found an “Ashley item” on a national website offering free delivery and setup. The Ashley Store apparently could not compete because “the item was a special order (6-8 weeks for delivery although their competition said the piece would be delivered by thanksgiving). The Ashley store employee then showed us another piece that was again offered at a cheaper price per the competitors website and was also offered with free delivery and setup. The “Ashley Store” then refused to match the competitors offer after telling us “they would match ANY online offer”. Anyway, this is their loss, not ours. We have been a very good customer making multiple purchases from this store (including a kitchen set, living room set and a bedroom set) and now I guess we’ll just buy from online retailers from now on. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY, Shop online before you make your decisions as there are better deals out there! We’re NEVER GOING BACK GOING BACK TO ASHLEY or Furnituremart (note that they are the same company). UPDATE.... Ashley has now emailed us twice since the above review, telling us that we have items in our shopping cart and must act NOW to get the BEST deal! Sorry Ashley, you’ve already lost us!!!! We’ve literally Spent THOUSANDS of dollars at your store (verifiable), but were blown off by your salesperson and sales manager over a stinkin’ $99 delivery charge and WE ARE NOW DONE WITH YOUR BS! Get real! There are online stores with better deals and if they can offer better prices on “Ashley products than the “Ashley Store” then Ashley May have MUCH LARGER PROBLEMS THAN EVAN I FIRST THOUGHT!!!

He was kind, patient (I had checked out the furniture pieces several different days), didn't pressure us, knowledgeable and great to work with at the store. I would highly recommend Justin! will never shop here again, both times we went into the store we were jumped on. employees do not give you a chance to look around with out being in your face. we were lied to from the salesperson..."our sale ends at 6pm tonight, we will give you 40% off if we do it all tonight.." uh huh ok went through the whole process of trying to do financng that was a joke. then here to find out after looking at the paperwork, only 2 of the 6 items that we were going to purchase did she give us 40% off...but yet said we would save 40% on all items...and we had to make a $20 donation on top of that. Well guess what? Look around on the internet!!! I found all 6 pieces for $1000 less than what the store wanted with free set up and shipping no problem being financed either...so ASHLEY HOME STORE...YOU WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN...

Great selection of furniture. Liquidated items in the back. Staff acknowledges you as you walk in and allow for no pressure shopping. One representative spent a considerable amount of time helping my mother with her furniture selection and financing even though she wasn't buying anything that day. I really appreciated him taking the time to help her.

Mike (from Florida) really made purchasing my first mattress a fun & easy experience. Some salesmen can be scary! Before you know it you've been upsold into something you can't afford but have fallen in love with. Wasn't given all my discounts and they lied about my financing options. They said we could only finance or purchase for 12 months and literally the next day I received a post card stating that I could finance three years.

We just bought our FIRST NEW (not hand-me-down) couch and couldn’t be happier. We got it at a really good price and they had a deal doing that we got to pick three accent pillows from the store. So we have a little pop of color on our grey couch. Don was the man who sold us the couch and he was so helpful and very sweet! Had to wait to long before someone showed up at the loading dock. Place orders over a month ago and order is not complete. Older staff member that was there when my wife went to do the financial paperwork was very rude and condescending and talked down his nose at and made her feel like a welfare case. Our salesman Justin was great.

I went to Ashley Furniture in North Branch today and Mike was the best salesman EVER. I will definitely be making the 3 hour trip to visit him again when I buy more furniture in the near future. We called before we went over and he told us about what sales and discount on what we we're looking for then when we went in he showed us so much about the bed we we're looking for and he made sure he gave us the price he quoted us . I seriously have never expierenced any customer service that is worse than this place what a joke! Spent over $7000 on my furniture & over $300 on "their" guardian warranty. I had my very first claim & they had me jumping thru hoops I had to take my own pictures send them into them then I had to fax all my invoices in then they sent out an outside technician that doesn't work for either of them to my house he didn't touch up anything he just took pictures remember I already took pictures myself! Then I get denied for all that because the warranty I had purchased that cover everything was not on that invoice! Not my fault I didn't write up the invoice I probably should have because I would have done it correctly! So then I go out of my way again to call the store they said they will take care of it, never heard back called again oh Yea they're taking care of it, again never heard back called again & they said I thought we got back to you about this but nothing is covered. This is the worst customer service I have ever in my life expierenced & I used to work for Hom Furniture & they go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy not the other way around. Don't waste youre time its valuable shop anywhere besides here! Garbage product too!

Just a quick post to let anyone who is in need of new furniture to check out the Ashley Furniture store in North Branch. I was pleased with the quality and value and Diane did a great job in helping us pick out our new furniture.

We worked with Jody for the second time (we purchased a living room set through her last year)and she did an amazing job. She explained the differences in the types of matresses and was very knowledgeable. We found one we loved and they were able to deliver it right away which was fantastic. If you are looking for a new bedroom set or some other furniture I would highly recommend speaking with her!

My boyfriend and I stopped in here today to check out a couch and love seat we were interested in. Immediately a sales woman named Pat R. came up to us and showed us where it was located in the store. We told her we were interested in financing and wanted to see what we could get approved for. We tried to explain that we had a new address but she insisted we must enter the one on our IDs. Luckily the other sales woman stopped this mistake and we ended up getting approved. We then told Pat at this time we wanted to walk around and look at things on our own and that if we had any questions or needed any assistance we would come find her. Not even 5 minutes later shes back on us insisting on showing us sterns and foster beds and basically all the top of the line most expensive beds. I ended up running out to my car briefly and upon returning to the store Pat once again found us. I explained that we still wanted to look around on our own, and that we would find her if we needed assistance. We made our way back to the couch we wanted and sat down to discuss what we wanted to do. Pat once again found us. We told her we wanted the couch set, and that we also wanted a new king bed. We told her we wanted to stay within our financing budget. She started showing us some mattresses and we found one we liked. Pat started adding thing up and told us we had to do the $159 dollar mattress protection. I asked her if that was something we had to do to get the sales price and she reluctantly said no. I told her i didn't feel the need to have a mattress protection plan and she said we could do the $79.99 one. i again told her i didn't feel any plan was necessary, but when she added up the total at the end she INCLUDED IT IN THE PRICE AND COMPLETELY IGNORED ME WHEN I SAID I DIDN'T WANT IT. That was basically the last straw for me. We told her we were going to wait until our next payday so we could have the money for the taxes and delivery. She then tried telling us we would lose our financing if we didn't order today (which i knew wasn't true). I insisted that we didnt want to order today and then she became very rude, said have a nice day and stormed off. I believe if we hadnt had to deal with Pat today we would have walked out having ordered our new furniture. She not only lost a sale herself, but she completely turned me away from buying from this store.

Terrible experience miss leading advertisement on mattresses. Tried to sell us a bed frame after that and the mattress. The person started to give us a price on a frame that was there and stated the eketronic lift on the bed was not included. Very unsatisfied! !!!!

We also had a terrible experience. I don't want to type out all the details, but needless to say we will not be shopping there again. They cannot get their stuff straight.
