Dealing with Tyler the assistant manager was one of the best customer service experiences we've had both over the phone and in person. Went above and beyone what you would expect from an online order picked up in store.
We had a great experience shopping for and buying a new dining set. Tyler was very helpful and informative but we didn't feel pressured into buying anything. It was a pleasureable furniture shopping endeavor and Tyler's personable, no pressure sales approach was a perfect fit for us. We did have an issue with the table being slightly damaged during delivery and he has gone above and beyond to make it right. Thanks again for all of your Help Tyler!
Friendly, helpful, excellent service
We had a great experience with Calvin at this Ashley store! We visited twice before finalizing a purchase of couch, ottoman, and some purple pillows. He was helpful, knowledgeable, gave us space when needed as we looked, and patiently answered all of our questions. We were surprised to learn he has only worked there a short time.
