He coordinated with an associate from the Maplewood, MN store, to locate and send pictures to me of a clearance patio dining set they had in stock. I purchased it over the phone and he helped me coordinate shipping and communicated very precise and professional all of Ashley's purchasing and shipping policies.

Our Lazy Boy recliner hit the dust. We looked online trying to find a smaller recliner & hopefully one that sits up a bit staighter when not reclined. Stopped at Ashley Furniture as we had bought our sofa & loveseat there. We found it! Perfect fabric color & color to blend with our furniture. Pleasant sales person. Not pushy. He had an easy sale & we had what we were looking for.

I had a special order that at the time was out of stock(those kinds of problems). He even took the sizes of my rooms and mapped out the furniture with me. We finally decided to purchase a new mattress. We went in to figure out exactly what we were looking for. Talked with Tom, and ended up finding exactly what we needed. Tom didn’t pressure us. He laid out the basics and we were given the option to go home and talk it over with zero pressure. We priced it over different companies and it was the same price. I highly recommend Tom for your mattress needs. He works with your budget and recommends what’s best for you.

Sore in St Cloud Minnesota was clean and had furniture nicely arranged with recliners in arrangements as well as a display area of just recliners. I came there for a recliner because of an online add with a 50$ credit for downloading the app. Trevor Faundean was very helpful to explain the workmanship of any recliner I was interested in with pressure. I settled on one that was discounted as a closeout sale. We found one suitable to my needs. As I wanted one that I could take with me that day. He helped finalize the sale and he helped load the chair onto our truck in a very timely way. Thank you! Great experience.

I moved to a new state and decided to buy new furniture as opposed to bringing from my house - when I walked in to Ashley I was right away welcomed - not just a sale tactic but questioned on my situation space etc so I could find furniture for a smaller apartment (coming from a house). Clay genuinely cared about my concerns what I wanted and how to make it affordable - I walked out with a new bedroom suite and mattress and tables for my living room. The quality was top notch - and would not only recommend Clay to assisting because he does care that he matches the right furniture to you but you get a quality that you can be happy about - I had this delivered and the delivery team as well was fast efficient and careful

Clay helped us tremendously; to find the perfect couch and went to every level to ensure we were happy with it! He is great, highly recommend to request him when shopping!

My wife and I went to the St. Cloud Ashley store looking for a dining room table. Trevor Faundeen greeted us and stuck with us answering all our questions. Our daughter was assisting us as an interpreter because we don't speak English. Trevor provided exceptional customer service, was very patient, explained everything and answered all the questions we had. We have been to the Albertville store looking for the same item, their attention was sub-par, will never go back to that store. With that being said, I don't mind driving further away from home - to St. Cloud- as long as it is Trevor taking care of us. Will be coming back. Thank you, Trevor. 5 stars.

Bought 2 chairs and a couch. When I went to pay I was informed it is a $200 delivery fee for sartel I was annoyed at the $200 dollar delivery fee for sartell. Then when asking where to come pick it up myself I was told I have to drive 30 miles to Becker mn. Def makes the price not as good as we thought. Have received 0 emails or anything related to where I pick it up and if anyone will help me load it. Just fyi. All other places offer free delivery in local area. Will Not buy here again. Not the kind of company I wanna deal with. Update. My issue was with the inflated delivery cost and the fact that I had to drive to Becker Mn to pick up on my own. Kind of ridiculous it isn’t dropped at the St cloud store I bought it at. After stopping at Becker Furniture World and being redirected to the warehouse across town, I was able to pick my items up. My salesperson was fine, it’s the process I am frustrated with. I would shop elsewhere.

It's a little late but my mom and I went to Ashley furniture to get a loveseat she really liked. We had previously gone to another furniture store in Saint Cloud (Dream Home Furniture?). At Dream Home, she had wanted a loveseat but the salesperson told her she could only purchase it if she bought the FULL set. When we went to Ashley Furniture, we were helped by Clay. I explained everything to him and he showed us a few loveseats but my mom was set on the one she had seen at Dream Home. Clay checked and they carried it in store! He assured my mom she could buy the loveseat separately and even gave us a good deal compared to Dream Home. Clay was super helpful and informative. He showed us how to take the back off the loveseats and how to attach them for when it got delivered to us. 10/10 would recommend him to any new customers!

Recently purchased a new bedroom set from here. The sales lady herself was amazing however terrible delivery experience. They charge you $200 for something I could have done myself. There was missing pieces and they did a poor job putting it together the next day a piece broke and screws came out. They sent someone out a few days later to replace it they didn’t replace my pieces at all just re screwed the loose screws they were all loose. And said himself they broke a piece and there were screws missing. I did a survey and told him I would like to be contacted by customer service and never was. I’m disappointed because I love this store and my bed set is beautiful but the experience and quality of everything was not nearly worth the price spent.

Oh my goodness! Cannot say enough about Clay Smith! Amazing customer service! am refurnishing after a remodel and bought a living room set and a bedroom set. Clay was knowledgeable about the product and always on top of several changes I made to my order. Readily available to speak with me and kept track of the status of the various changes throughout the process. You don’t find that type of consistency these days. THE BEST!

However the most recent experience we had here was negative. The assistant manager included extra costs/fees/“warranties” in our total without explaining these first. Was deceitful and less than personable. Wanted to share with others as we will not be returning due to this more recent experience.

Fantastic service, they help direct you to the right place if you're looking for something specific as soon as you're through the door, and our Purple salesman was so knowledgeable on the products and made sure we got the best deal! My husband and I are obsessed with our Purple mattress and hate whenever we have to sleep anywhere else lol (I do advise to go for the Purple sheets as well cause normal ones don't fit on the mattress very well)

Andrew at the St Cloud Ashley store has been amazing to work with. On delivery day we had issues and a piece I ordered for a sectional was too large to make it downstairs. He was very reassuring, told me not to panic and said we'd figure it out. He has since reordered the pieces that will work, they will deliver those and pick up the original pieces in 4 to 6 weeks. I could not have had a better experience. Also, delivery went great, other than the piece that didn't fit, everything was on time and the guys that delivered were great. Thank you Andrew!

My girlfriend and I had shopped alot of local stores in the area and I can attest this was the best service we received by a long shot. Bait and switch. I was shopping back Friday deals in person. They had a $649 couch marked down to $599. I also liked a 799 unit with chaise but another store in town had a similar couch for 699 so I slept on it and did more research online. I even taped out the designs on my living room floor and decided the $599 fit the room the best. I then noticed online that it was further discounted to $419. this made it a no brainer. I hurried to Ashley after work and found the price was still $599 so I asked if they could match online. The sales person said they would check with the manager. Came back and said they could. We began the sale, she took my phone number email etc. Manager comes up right before payment and says he will only sell it to me if i buy the love seat with it. But there are plenty of bargin couches under $400 upstairs. neither online nor their own signs on two separate days said it was a bundle deal. he had already agreed to sell it and then pulled out after collecting my info. I intend to report this to the BBB as false advertising and bait and switch. The insult to injury was him suggesting that i couldn't afford/need a cheapy. I'm about a year away from %20 percent down on a 300k house in my savings. I could buy probably 3x of anything in that fraud house in cash right now. Manager clearly didn't ask some pertinent questions to the sales rep. they could have had the $799 sale with even a little suggestion let alone $40 off for having mislead me on price of another unit on two separate days. bait and switch, utter crap experience. I then had an aunt i was going to visit die the day I spent finding what should have been done the day before. I guarantee when i buy a house i will hit up the anywhere else to furnish it. Store down the road got my $600 for an even nicer model than Ashley had. They missed two sales, unintentionally contributed to an emotional trauma and definitely lost a customer for life. how hard is it to either change your signs in 48 hours and two separate visits? not agree to the match then pull out? or to talk to your sales rep about what your customer was actually interested in? They showed me a price they had no intent to honor. Then agreed to a lower price only to pull out and say you cant have it at all unless you pay more than either price because we should have changed the sign. Well, you should probably be paying me the hourly equivalent of my salary for the two hours you misled me if talking to someone paid by you doesn't equal learning what the product is sold for.

Went in to look at new living room furniture and was greeted nicely. We informed the staff member (female) we were just looking and would ask for help if we had questions. The staff member proceeded to follow us never being more than a few yards away while we looked around. I again told the staff member we were still ok and she continued to follow us around the store. I do understand trying to be helpful but it felt like we weren't given any space to look and discuss as a family. Instead we went to Hennen Furniture and had a much better experience with comperable prices. We bought and have deliver scheduled for later this week.

So this past weekend my wife and I stopped in to look for a new bed for our little boy. First of all I hate furniture shopping because I hate when the salesman hover over you, however this was not like that! We were directed to the mattress area and were greeted by Tom, first of all it was an hour away from closing; but no one at the store rushed us because of that instead Tom took his time and helped us pick out a mattress for our boy and then he noticed that my wife and I were looking at mattresses for us. Tom then proceeded to explain the difference between Temperpedic and Purple mattress and just let us decide on our own. Tom would periodically come and check in with us and answer any questions that we had. One thing that I loved was that we were not pressured into buying the most expensive bed there, instead we had the choice on what bed we bought. At the end of the our experience we walked out with two beds and a great experience. I highly recommend shopping here for your next mattress!

Update on my previous 5 star rating: we were told our couch would be at the store ready for pick up on Monday. Monday comes, the person says just kidding it’s coming Thursday. Thursday comes, get the couch, get it inside, each piece is a different color. One ivory, one gray. We try to get in contact wih the salesmen, wasn’t easy. Now they claim our correct piece will not be ready until the FOLLOWING Thursday. Even though it was this company that messed up! Avoid this place for your own sanity, they do not care about their customers :)

Went to purchase a new mattress and box spring,(king). Salesman couldn’t and wouldn’t stop about the protector Ashley has and why not protect purchase. We did, but 10 months in and the protector failed leaking an accident from my daughter. Wow, now Ashley and this wonderful protector that has failed is not covered. St Cloud store even told me to lie about claim info and is still denied. Spent $200 on protection and now mattress is ruined, thanks Ashley for poor product and support.

The manager Andrew was amazing to work with! My boyfriend and I liked a certain aspect of a couch and loveseat set but wanted something slightly different and boom he showed us a set that matched exactly what we wanted in functionality and then we wanted different material/color and BOOM he showed us something with the functionality, color and material we wanted! It made furniture shopping so much less stressful and we are SO happy with what he found for us! If you stop in ask to work with him hands down!

I would definitely not recommend this place to ANYONE. One, you don't even get good deals when the furniture is on clearance or the stage items. Found that out after I purchased it. Two, the guy that helped me was extremely unprofessional in so many ways, I can't even say.

I HIGHLY recommend not purchasing from here unless you want to replace your furniture every 2 years. We bought a sofa and a recliner that completely fell apart after 2 years of use. And I would not even write this review if there was any kind of excuse for it happening on our end. We are in a kid free home and take really good care of our things. Ashley does not stand behind their products whatsoever and offered zero help.

I drive to St Cloud from north of Brainerd not knowing what to expect at this large furniture store. Aziza greeted me with a smile as I walked in the front door. I was shopping for a sectional for a very small space. Armed with a measuring tape, she helped me find the most perfect couch and tv stand with an electric fireplace! I really wanted two additional chairs but they weren’t in my current budget although she really tried! Shout outs to Dan for moving the chair to the couch and bringing additional fabric samples so I could get a visual and to Azzy for keeping me company while Aziza was wrapping up the paperwork. It was a wonderful experience.. no pressure, various financing options and all the suggestions that my questions could ask! I’ll be back!!!

Quick delivery on my sectional. I almost didn't come into the store because a lot of the pieces on the Ashley website showed long wait times, and I was in need of a piece quickly. But I hear that Furniture Mart has a giant warehouse in SD. There were a ton of options in the store that were available. I think the piece I ended up selecting was an Ashley piece, not a Furniture Mart piece, but it was available for quick shipping too. Manager and workers are helpful. I appreciate it.

I placed an order for furniture back in Feb. It was supposed to be delivered Aug 1rst. That is 6 months. They then tell me it will be another 2 weeks but its on a railcar. I called them today they said it would be another month. I cancelled my order and will never be buying anything from Ashley Furniture ever again. How can you mess up that bad?

Went in looking for a desk for my home office. I was shown two options by the guy waiting at the front. One for $800 and one for $900. Both were overpriced for how simple they were, which is fine, so I told him I was going to look elsewhere. His response was, "well they sell card tables at Walmart". Blown away by the rudeness. Sorry you didn't get a commission bud. I'll be looking elsewhere when we fill out our new house's living room in the coming weeks.

Everyone is so friendly there and always quick to answer my question when I call. I do leave them 3 because unless you order them in stock getting your items is like pulling teeth. Ordered back in feb. Got a few items right away. Called April to find out a couple of my items were in stock. Set up a delivery date and told me the other stuff probably mid May. Called back mid May. Had another item in stock and the other item got pushed back mid June or later. My question is why do I have to call Everytime when my items come back in stock. Should be something you guys should be doing on your end. How long were the items I’ve been waiting on been in your warehouse before I even called you guys to get them? Poor customer assurance in that aspect. But at least I’m still getting my items eventually even if it’s a little frustrating. Going forward I will never order from from y'all again unless it’s in stock. Delivery drivers were all super nice and on the quoted time I was told for delivery too!

We went to buy a bed mattress. No one greeted us. Hostess was on her phone, texting. We toured the entire store and no one approached us to ask if they could help us. One associate was helping another couple on his computer and he just nodded to us. As we were leaving, we saw 3 associates talking to each other in the middle of the show room floor. Needless to say, we didn't buy a mattress there!

We are very happy with our recent purchase from Ashley HomeStore. Our salesman Justin was very helpful with finding everything we needed, he was very knowledgeable about all their products, financing and delivery. He made our experience very pleasant. Delivery was fast and on time, we stopped a few other places before here and were utterly shocked at some of their delivery wait times and almost gave up on trying to buy new furniture. This place is by far faster and we will definitely be back!

Update: The store Mgr. authoritized an exchange that was delivered today.. so far so good.. I can still faintly smell something but it is better. Purchased a sofa that was delivered completely in its original packaging. This sofa is giving off gasses that I can taste on my tongue. There was no information about how to deal with "off gassing" nor did the salesman mention this when I bought it. I tried calling the store 5 times from my land line with no answer but when I used my cellphone the receptionist picked up right away. She deferred me to an 800#. I am not happy with Ashley St . Cloud store!

We went to several furniture stores today and Ashley Furniture was by far the best experience we had. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and not the least bit pushy. I have a stutter, so talking is a trickier thing for me, but when I walked into the Ashley HomeStore in St. Cloud and met Tom Schultz I was absolutely blown away. He was VERY patient with me and answered all of my questions. He gave me all of my options with the credit cards and different selections on the floor. Greeted at the door by Jacob. Told him we just wanted to browse. Jacob checked in on us two times which was perfect because we don’t like to be “hawked” over while shopping. We picked out three couches, kitchen table, two coffee tables and three end tables. Jacob answered all of our questions and appeared to know a lot about the different pieces of furniture. Jacob and I came to a good number and we made a seamless transaction and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Jacob and Ashley furniture.

This might be the worst service and purchase I have ever had with anyone. The first person who worked with us was Blake. We could easily see all he was excited about was commission he’d be receiving rather than the service. After we purchased our sectional and ottoman, he told us we would be getting that by delivery within the next 2 weeks. That was the first lie as we didn’t get it for more than a month. Next, we double checked to make sure the order was correct and he assured us it was correct. We received the wrong sectional, the wrong ottoman, 1 pillow but we ordered 2, and lastly at delivery they ripped paint off our railing. We called and were told the manager would call us back. We never got a call back and had to call them 2 days later. I could go on and on but already have wasted more of my time that I shouldn’t have. I’d never go back to them and want people to know if they go there, you’ll have nothing but a nightmare.

Tried special ordering a captains bed and during ordering, the person messed up and forgot to order half of the bottom. They told me I had to pay to get the other half when I had already paid for it. Then after multiple calls/days and them lying to me saying the sales person was on lunch from 12-6. They had finally said they would pay for the other half. At this point I was so fed up and frustrated with them that I had just wanted a refund. They told me it wasn’t possible since it was a special order. I had to have my boyfriend get on the phone and demand to talk to their manager even after I had multiple times. As soon as he got on the phone we got the refund. Highly do no recommend going here.

I have never owned a luxury bed and after purchasing my home that is the #1 in home purchase I wanted to make for myself. Nick Belford was a very honest salesperson through my bed shopping process. He called to tell me about a big discount happening over the weekend and when I came in he put me into the best deal. Most sales people try to push you into the my expensive option and Nick helped direct me into the luxury bed option which would give me the best deal and achieve my buying goals. I will absolutely shop here for more furniture!

The first delivery person said the love seat was damaged at the warehouse and they'd get me a new one. I didn't get any calls from anyone about the new love seat. A few hours later my special order love seat shows up without a call just van in my driveway. I have had my furniture for 10 days. They didn't order a new love seat they " repaired " the old one. So now after 10 days it is falling apart. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Over $3,000 of furniture glued back together and delivered as new.

Absolutely love my experiences with Ashley, their prices are always great and never disappoint on the quality. We just decided to do our mattress shopping there for that reason and worked with Nick Belford. His customer service was the best and walked us through the different options with the right amount of care. Thank you! We are excited to get our new Tempur-Pedic.

My fiancé and I went just to look around. We found a sectional that was unfortunately sold out on the Ashley Furniture website. We decided to try this store to see what other sectionals we could find. We ended up finding the exact couch that was deemed “sold out” on the main website on the showroom floor here. Aishah helped us with every question we had, gave us space to come to a decision, and she was incredibly helpful and amazingly kind! We will definitely have to make a trip back for some more first home pieces to add to our house!

I had ordered a sectional from Ashley’s and waited months for it to arrive due to covid. Once I got it into my home, I realized it didn’t line up the way I had originally thought it would and needed to change some parts. ReAnn was beyond helpful with processing the exchange and helping me get the parts I wanted for the sectional. She also helped me order a chair, ottoman, end tables, bookshelf and coffee table. It was so nice having someone who knew my room and the look I was trying to achieve. She is my go-to sales person! I can thank her enough for helping making my house a home.

My wife and I came in today to try and find a mattress and bed frame for our 2 year old. In the past buying other furniture we have spent too much time jumping around from store to store finding what we need. But not today, today was the smoothest day we ever had buying our setup. We were in and out with our new setup in under 1 hour. Chaz and Tom did an outstanding job, great leadership!

Tom was super helpful with our mattress purchase and helped us identify a mattress that was perfect for our needs and the price was so affordable we bought two four our kids. We compared prices with a local store that only sells mattresses and these were much lower priced. Very glad we stopped here first.

So today my girlfriend and I went couch shopping. The first person we met was justin and very polite and knowleagble person than we met tom who is the manager. We are currently looking for Furnitures for our new home and We needed help identifying and figuring furniture ideas for our home. Great Service today. We were greeted promptly by Jose who let us shop freely without being overbearing. He was available to answer our questions when we needed him and we were able to find the end table we were searching for. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the service we received.

We went in looking for a table that would fit 8 and Jose was great at helping us find what we were looking for. He answered all of our questions and looked at every option for us.

We had ordered a king bed but were delivered a queen due to a coding error. The manager Tom, went above and beyond to make it right. A higher quality bed was hand delivered by him the same day (as the one we ordered was not in stock). Definitely great service recovery! Tom is a perfect example of someone who actually cares about customer service and making situations right. We love our new bed!

I've been looking for a bedroom set for a while. When I walked into the store, I wasn't greeted by anyone. I walked the entire store with no acknowledgement or service. When I went to ask about a set, I had to walk all the way back to the front to get help. The salesperson was friendly but, when I asked if the one set came in the color next to it but, in the design he quickly said no and referred me to another set. I told him I had seen it online but, he ignored that and just said no it doesn't come in any other color. He left after that. I looked it up online and sure enough they had it. I walked over to where he was sitting with another salesperson and showed him it and the girl with him said yes it does come in the other color. He gave me the price, apologized for not knowing the other color, and I left to discuss with my husband. I ended up going back the same day and bought it but, asked for the girl and not him. She was wonderful. Thank you Victoria for a wonderful experience.

Tom was fantastic! Attentive responsive and HONEST. I got everything I wanted and actually came in slightly under budget which never happens! If I could, I would give this store 0 stars. I’ve never seen more incompetent people in my life. We bought a bedroom set months ago and were promised we would have it in November. Now it’s already January and we still don’t have it. Every week we call and hear the same excuses and always get told “next week”. For all we know, our furniture is sitting in a warehouse somewhere, but for some reason doesn’t get to the store in St. Cloud. Ridiculous. This bedroom set was our fourth purchase at the store. It will definitely be the last one.

nick belford was a great salesman!

We went in to the store in St Cloud Oct 19th and we’re helped by Ray Drown I believe his name was. We looked at this side by side recliner and matching couch. He said that certain set was in stock and we would have it in 2-3 weeks, compared to other sets out there taking 2-3 months because of covid. So we said yes, he quoted us a great price and we went to the counter to fill out paperwork just like every other time we bought something there. He kind of rushed us through, never going through all the paperwork and explaining things. Got home, looked at the paperwork, and here he charged us 450.00 more than the quoted price (explaining why he rushed us). I contacted him about it, made a little ruckus, and he changed it back to the quoted price. BUT, guess what, now our furniture got pushed back, it appears it’s not the 2-3 weeks like he promised. We have been waiting since October 19th and still haven’t heard a thing. I have called there and they say there is nothing they can do but wait. Thing that pisses me off is he lied to us about the timeframe of this just to get us to buy it and tried to get more money from us after the quote. We have literally spent upwards of 10,000 dollars there over the past few years and this is how we get treated!! No more, I will NEVER buy another stitch of furniture from this place again.

Nick Belford is the best honest salesman’s this store has. We came in looking for a mattress we told him we didn’t need help he respected that. Many of the other saleman kept coming to talk to us trying to tell us what we need instant of what we want. Nick didn’t approach us one saying his wants he listened to our needs. We respected his opinion because we could tell he respected ours. He was very honest and didn’t try and up sell us once. We will be going back because of nick and, will only buy from nick. He’s an amazing guy!!!

I don't know who is writing these reviews but I'm going to be honest with y'all shop somewhere else my husband and i order a sofa set in November we had great customer service by Chaz he told us that the sofa set will be ready within 2 weeks and it will be delivered to our house. 2 weeks later we recieved no call from the store to set up a time so, we reached out to them and they told us that our sofa is not in their store but it will be within a week, a week later no call and no sofa they said the same thing week after week it's now going on 8 weeks and we still don't have our sofa set that we paid for in full this company is a complete joke and I will never do business with them again and i strongly suggest you do the same. After waiting 8 weeks the only thing that is offered is a refund. This whole experience was a waste of my time and i could have bought a sofa set elsewhere

The customer service in the store was really good. I am highly disappointed in the delivery driver. I paid for delivery to my apartment. He refused to wheel the large box inside to my 1st floor apartment door. He instead swore at me in spanish and dropped my purchased furniture at the curb of my parking lot. He refused to even bring it to the entryway door. The customer service was horrible for the delivery.

I was shopping for a new couch and was fortunate enough to have Chaz Tchida ask if I was finding what I needed. I asked him a few questions (even though I had already decided which sofa I wanted) and was happy he gave very straightforward, honest answers. It was rather busy in the store but once we started the paperwork I was out of there within minutes!! I will definitely seek him out for future purchases!

We are currently looking to furnish a 3 bedroom home, living room and dining room included We went into Ashley Furniture Mart. There were very few people in the store and we stayed our distance of 20' away from others. We had a gentleman come up to us after we had been social distancing and he asked us if we had masks? My husband told him yes we have them, but our doctor had asked us not to wear them due to health conditions. He the told us we we didn't want to wear them then we would need to leave the store. Not that it's anyone's business about my health conditions but I've had not only my doctor advice me not to wear the mask but also my dermatologist advise against it. We then had a short dark haired man following us, making sure that we leave. As we left we noticed that the employees at the front counter 1 had no mask on the other was wearing his mask wrong only covering the mouth. I feel like we just had our freedom and our rights taken away. So Ashley Furniture Mart you just lost a big sale today. Customer service is being lost when you send folks away that WAS SOCIAL Distancing. Sherry Eld

I visited this location because I needed furniture for my living room.Aishah was a great help. She is a fantastic sales associate and very professional which is hard to find these days. She walked us through the store and helped us find the furniture we needed she also followed up with us and kept in constant contact with us about the status of our order. We were Promised next day delivery of a mattress and called to get an update on when they would be here and was told that nope not gonna to happen. Was never scheduled for delivery. We were told to take our mattress apart for this mornings delivery. We have nothing to sleep on now my husband is deploying this was his last night home no mattress to sleep on and the store was no help when we called them. Pretty much told us whatever nothing we can do. Just kept getting told well I don't know. I will never shop there again. Worst customer service.

My husband and I went into the store to buy a couch. The service was wonderful and all employees were helpful. However, we were initially told it would take 6-8 weeks to get the couch delivered due to covid. Around the time it was supposed to come, I called for an update and they pushed it back another 4 weeks. I was disappointed they never called to give me an update about the delay. I called again today and they pushed it back, once again, 4 weeks, which isn’t a for-sure date....meaning that we will be waiting 16+ weeks for our couch that we already paid for. I understand that Covid is slowing down manufactures but it would be nice to be in the loop. I don’t complain much but we have been waiting 4 months for a couch with no updates if I didn’t reach out.

I went in on Father’s Day weekend to order a new couch! I had a great experience with crystal who helped me find the perfect one! I placed the order that day and was told it would be in early August and that they would call and set up a delivery time at that point. I know with Covid that things have been delayed so when I still hadn’t heard anything in September I called to get an update. I was told they were still waiting on one piece of the couch. I then called back mid October to get an update and was told that the couch was in and they were just waiting for me to set up a delivery date. I rarely complain about anything but I was a little annoyed that they never called me to tell me it was in, especially since I was supposed to receive it over two months ago. Just thought it would have been nice if they offered to refund my shipping/delivery charge due to the delay in receiving the couch.

I will never shop here again. Sales guy said it would be next day delivery once mattress comes in. Came in October 1st, But they said, can’t do next day. Was supposed to be delivered 10/7 between 11 and 3. Received a phone call at noon telling me it wasn’t being delivered. Mind you had to take the day off work for this so called delivery. They finally delivered it on Saturday 10/10, got the call later Friday with this information... had to cancel my plans for the day.

The worst experience ever! The service was awful!! We built a house and was looking to furnished it, looking to spend lot's of money. I wasn't greeted or even asked if we needed help. I did go up to the front desk where those ladies were rude and not friendly.. Super disappointed and disgusted.

My daughter and I went in to buy a couch. Aishah Musse was our sales person. She was so knowledgeable and helpful! She was awesome. We had been in there earlier and the salesperson that helped us knew nothing about couches and frames and how to move them. We had left the store thinking that they wouldn't know how to move the couch safely without causing the frame to twist or turn. When we went back Aishah was very helpful and she knew just what I was talking about. She went right up to the couch and looked in the back of the couch and told me that the delivers would know how to take the back seat rests off the couch and put it back together after delivering to set it up. The other clerk definitely needs to brush up on customer service of asking others when she doesn't know what a customer is talking about. Thanks Aishah you are AWESOME!

My wife and I needed a couch to complete our finished basement. This simple task turned into a challenging process due to Minnesota COVID-19 protocols and safety mandates. As a result, we spent a lot of hours online searching for the right couch for our space and decor. We finally made up our minds and contacted the Ashley HomeStore in St. Cloud, Minnesota. We were connected with Denise. What a breath of fresh air! Buying a large piece of furniture online takes a lot of research and trust. We were not even able to sit on the couch! Denise became our eyes for this purchase. She verified all our measurements, gave advice on our color scheme, assured us of the quality and construction of the product and nailed down a great price! She took care of the delivery process and updated us directly. She called us, when did not have to call her! Our couch was delivered by a very professional delivery company. Clean and courteous. We will be returning customers!
