Clay was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and we are sleeping great on our new purple bed. Glad we took his advice on the pillows too.
Go see Tom in the mattress department for an incredible experience purchasing a new bed. My girlfriend and I had shopped alot of local stores in the area and I can attest this was the best service we received by a long shot. Not pushy, very knowledgeable, and available when we had questions. Thank you Tom!
Bait and switch. I was shopping back Friday deals in person. They had a $649 couch marked down to $599. I also liked a 799 unit with chaise but another store in town had a similar couch for 699 so I slept on it and did more research online. I even taped out the designs on my living room floor and decided the $599 fit the room the best. I then noticed online that it was further discounted to $419. this made it a no brainer. I hurried to Ashley after work and found the price was still $599 so I asked if they could match online. The sales person said they would check with the manager. Came back and said they could. We began the sale, she took my phone number email etc. Manager comes up right before payment and says he will only sell it to me if i buy the love seat with it. But there are plenty of bargin couches under $400 upstairs. neither online nor their own signs on two separate days said it was a bundle deal. he had already agreed to sell it and then pulled out after collecting my info. I intend to report this to the BBB as false advertising and bait and switch. The insult to injury was him suggesting that i couldn't afford/need a cheapy. I'm about a year away from %20 percent down on a 300k house in my savings. I could buy probably 3x of anything in that fraud house in cash right now. Manager clearly didn't ask some pertinent questions to the sales rep. they could have had the $799 sale with even a little suggestion let alone $40 off for having mislead me on price of another unit on two separate days. bait and switch, utter crap experience. I then had an aunt i was going to visit die the day I spent finding what should have been done the day before. I guarantee when i buy a house i will hit up the anywhere else to furnish it. Store down the road got my $600 for an even nicer model than Ashley had. They missed two sales, unintentionally contributed to an emotional trauma and definitely lost a customer for life. how hard is it to either change your signs in 48 hours and two separate visits? not agree to the match then pull out? or to talk to your sales rep about what your customer was actually interested in? They showed me a price they had no intent to honor. Then agreed to a lower price only to pull out and say you cant have it at all unless you pay more than either price because we should have changed the sign. Well, you should probably be paying me the hourly equivalent of my salary for the two hours you misled me if talking to someone paid by you doesn't equal learning what the product is sold for.
Authorized dealer for purple but says all items are non returnable even though it's 30 days with the purple manufacturer. Do not go here to buy your items. If they are not comfortable or they don't fit, you are screwed, wouldn't even try to work it out. Horrible customer service.
They are terrible. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Deliver service is even worse. Been fighting with them for a month. Worst communication I have ever seen from a company. Still waiting for them to contact me about repairing some things. Nothing at all. I will NEVER, buy anything there again. Told they would contact me. Never did. Go somewhere else. Any where else. The dilivery service is worse than the customer service. Hard to believe, but it is. They are an fn joke!!

Went in to look at new living room furniture and was greeted nicely. We informed the staff member (female) we were just looking and would ask for help if we had questions. The staff member proceeded to follow us never being more than a few yards away while we looked around. I again told the staff member we were still ok and she continued to follow us around the store. I do understand trying to be helpful but it felt like we weren't given any space to look and discuss as a family. Instead we went to Hennen Furniture and had a much better experience with comperable prices. We bought and have deliver scheduled for later this week.
Went into Ashley furniture store today looking for a sectional and talked to Clay smith salesman, Clay and I worked out a deal in store than later called to purchase couch Clay then changed the whole deal up and was lying and acting very childish. Very unprofessional to work with.👎👎

The staff and Andrew helped us get some furniture for our new home. They were all super awesome and patient with us. Everything came in on time. They did not hover us like some furniture places as they checked in every once in a while. We recommend this location!
So this past weekend my wife and I stopped in to look for a new bed for our little boy. First of all I hate furniture shopping because I hate when the salesman hover over you, however this was not like that! We were directed to the mattress area and were greeted by Tom, first of all it was an hour away from closing; but no one at the store rushed us because of that instead Tom took his time and helped us pick out a mattress for our boy and then he noticed that my wife and I were looking at mattresses for us. Tom then proceeded to explain the difference between Temperpedic and Purple mattress and just let us decide on our own. Tom would periodically come and check in with us and answer any questions that we had. One thing that I loved was that we were not pressured into buying the most expensive bed there, instead we had the choice on what bed we bought. At the end of the our experience we walked out with two beds and a great experience. I highly recommend shopping here for your next mattress!

Update on my previous 5 star rating: we were told our couch would be at the store ready for pick up on Monday. Monday comes, the person says just kidding it’s coming Thursday. Thursday comes, get the couch, get it inside, each piece is a different color. One ivory, one gray. We try to get in contact wih the salesmen, wasn’t easy. Now they claim our correct piece will not be ready until the FOLLOWING Thursday. Even though it was this company that messed up! Avoid this place for your own sanity, they do not care about their customers :)

Went to purchase a new mattress and box spring,(king). Salesman couldn’t and wouldn’t stop about the protector Ashley has and why not protect purchase. We did, but 10 months in and the protector failed leaking an accident from my daughter. Wow, now Ashley and this wonderful protector that has failed is not covered. St Cloud store even told me to lie about claim info and is still denied. Spent $200 on protection and now mattress is ruined, thanks Ashley for poor product and support.
The manager Andrew was amazing to work with! My boyfriend and I liked a certain aspect of a couch and loveseat set but wanted something slightly different and boom he showed us a set that matched exactly what we wanted in functionality and then we wanted different material/color and BOOM he showed us something with the functionality, color and material we wanted! It made furniture shopping so much less stressful and we are SO happy with what he found for us! If you stop in ask to work with him hands down!

He was outstanding in every aspect building up are knowledge along the way answering all 1326 questions we had ,with thought,consideration, patience and understanding of are needs to find the most logical couch fit for family with pets!!! i will return to Ashly’s furniture again and again!! It's a very nice touch to have a greeter at the front door and a receptionist who thanked us as we left! I would definitely not recommend this place to ANYONE. One, you don't even get good deals when the furniture is on clearance or the stage items. Found that out after I purchased it. Two, the guy that helped me was extremely unprofessional in so many ways, I can't even say.

Bought a bed from here a while ago and everyone there was super friendly and helpful! I was able to make payments over a few weeks and once the bed was paid off, it was delivered within the week. The delivery guys even helped me carry it up to my apartment even though I didn't pay for that!! Amazing staff, Will definitely be back for future purchases :)

I HIGHLY recommend not purchasing from here unless you want to replace your furniture every 2 years. We bought a sofa and a recliner that completely fell apart after 2 years of use. And I would not even write this review if there was any kind of excuse for it happening on our end. We are in a kid free home and take really good care of our things. Ashley does not stand behind their products whatsoever and offered zero help.

I drive to St Cloud from north of Brainerd not knowing what to expect at this large furniture store. Aziza greeted me with a smile as I walked in the front door. I was shopping for a sectional for a very small space. Armed with a measuring tape, she helped me find the most perfect couch and tv stand with an electric fireplace! I really wanted two additional chairs but they weren’t in my current budget although she really tried! Shout outs to Dan for moving the chair to the couch and bringing additional fabric samples so I could get a visual and to Azzy for keeping me company while Aziza was wrapping up the paperwork. It was a wonderful experience.. no pressure, various financing options and all the suggestions that my questions could ask! I’ll be back!!!

Was super friendly helpful made us feel welcomed. We took our time an I really appreciate that he was an all-around great employee. Every question we had about anything. He had the answer or found out the answer His personality and communication is top-notch. He's going to make a great addition to the Ashley furniture team. The other guys that were were supper friendly an helpful as well. I will in the future purchase from Ashley and I will be recommending Issaiah to family an friends. Quick delivery on my sectional. I almost didn't come into the store because a lot of the pieces on the Ashley website showed long wait times, and I was in need of a piece quickly. But I hear that Furniture Mart has a giant warehouse in SD. There were a ton of options in the store that were available. I think the piece I ended up selecting was an Ashley piece, not a Furniture Mart piece, but it was available for quick shipping too. Manager and workers are helpful. I appreciate it.

I placed an order for furniture back in Feb. It was supposed to be delivered Aug 1rst. That is 6 months. They then tell me it will be another 2 weeks but its on a railcar. I called them today they said it would be another month. I cancelled my order and will never be buying anything from Ashley Furniture ever again. How can you mess up that bad?

Went in looking for a desk for my home office. I was shown two options by the guy waiting at the front. One for $800 and one for $900. Both were overpriced for how simple they were, which is fine, so I told him I was going to look elsewhere. His response was, "well they sell card tables at Walmart". Blown away by the rudeness. Sorry you didn't get a commission bud. I'll be looking elsewhere when we fill out our new house's living room in the coming weeks.

Everyone is so friendly there and always quick to answer my question when I call. I do leave them 3 because unless you order them in stock getting your items is like pulling teeth. Ordered back in feb. Got a few items right away. Called April to find out a couple of my items were in stock. Set up a delivery date and told me the other stuff probably mid May. Called back mid May. Had another item in stock and the other item got pushed back mid June or later. My question is why do I have to call Everytime when my items come back in stock. Should be something you guys should be doing on your end. How long were the items I’ve been waiting on been in your warehouse before I even called you guys to get them? Poor customer assurance in that aspect. But at least I’m still getting my items eventually even if it’s a little frustrating. Going forward I will never order from from y'all again unless it’s in stock. Delivery drivers were all super nice and on the quoted time I was told for delivery too!

We went to buy a bed mattress. No one greeted us. Hostess was on her phone, texting. We toured the entire store and no one approached us to ask if they could help us. One associate was helping another couple on his computer and he just nodded to us. As we were leaving, we saw 3 associates talking to each other in the middle of the show room floor. Needless to say, we didn't buy a mattress there!
We are very happy with our recent purchase from Ashley HomeStore. Our salesman Justin was very helpful with finding everything we needed, he was very knowledgeable about all their products, financing and delivery. He made our experience very pleasant. Delivery was fast and on time, we stopped a few other places before here and were utterly shocked at some of their delivery wait times and almost gave up on trying to buy new furniture. This place is by far faster and we will definitely be back!

Update: The store Mgr. authoritized an exchange that was delivered today.. so far so good.. I can still faintly smell something but it is better. Purchased a sofa that was delivered completely in its original packaging. This sofa is giving off gasses that I can taste on my tongue. There was no information about how to deal with "off gassing" nor did the salesman mention this when I bought it. I tried calling the store 5 times from my land line with no answer but when I used my cellphone the receptionist picked up right away. She deferred me to an 800#. I am not happy with Ashley St . Cloud store!

I have a stutter, so talking is a trickier thing for me, but when I walked into the Ashley HomeStore in St. Cloud and met Tom Schultz I was absolutely blown away. He was VERY patient with me and answered all of my questions. He gave me all of my options with the credit cards and different selections on the floor. Greeted at the door by Jacob. Told him we just wanted to browse. Jacob checked in on us two times which was perfect because we don’t like to be “hawked” over while shopping. We picked out three couches, kitchen table, two coffee tables and three end tables. Jacob answered all of our questions and appeared to know a lot about the different pieces of furniture. Jacob and I came to a good number and we made a seamless transaction and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Jacob and Ashley furniture.

This might be the worst service and purchase I have ever had with anyone. The first person who worked with us was Blake. We could easily see all he was excited about was commission he’d be receiving rather than the service. After we purchased our sectional and ottoman, he told us we would be getting that by delivery within the next 2 weeks. That was the first lie as we didn’t get it for more than a month. Next, we double checked to make sure the order was correct and he assured us it was correct. We received the wrong sectional, the wrong ottoman, 1 pillow but we ordered 2, and lastly at delivery they ripped paint off our railing. We called and were told the manager would call us back. We never got a call back and had to call them 2 days later. I could go on and on but already have wasted more of my time that I shouldn’t have. I’d never go back to them and want people to know if they go there, you’ll have nothing but a nightmare.

Tried special ordering a captains bed and during ordering, the person messed up and forgot to order half of the bottom. They told me I had to pay to get the other half when I had already paid for it. Then after multiple calls/days and them lying to me saying the sales person was on lunch from 12-6. They had finally said they would pay for the other half. At this point I was so fed up and frustrated with them that I had just wanted a refund. They told me it wasn’t possible since it was a special order. I had to have my boyfriend get on the phone and demand to talk to their manager even after I had multiple times. As soon as he got on the phone we got the refund. Highly do no recommend going here.

Two high priced for me. Limited selection
I have never owned a luxury bed and after purchasing my home that is the #1 in home purchase I wanted to make for myself. Nick Belford was a very honest salesperson through my bed shopping process. He called to tell me about a big discount happening over the weekend and when I came in he put me into the best deal. Most sales people try to push you into the my expensive option and Nick helped direct me into the luxury bed option which would give me the best deal and achieve my buying goals. I will absolutely shop here for more furniture!
Highly recommend Nick Belford if you're in the market for a mattress. When we entered the the mattress section of the store and we were immediately greeted by Nick and provided pillows to begin testing out beds. Despite having three other groups in the section, Nick handled himself professionally and made sure all of our questions were answered. Once the crowd thinned out we explained to him exactly what we were looking for in a mattress. Who knew the first one he showed us would the one we ended up purchasing. It was a no pressure purchase and the whole transaction took 30 minutes.Thanks again Nick !!

I ordered furniture in December. It was finally delivered in April. It was a special order couch and love seat. The first delivery person said the love seat was damaged at the warehouse and they'd get me a new one. I didn't get any calls from anyone about the new love seat. A few hours later my special order love seat shows up without a call just van in my driveway. I have had my furniture for 10 days. They didn't order a new love seat they " repaired " the old one. So now after 10 days it is falling apart. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Over $3,000 of furniture glued back together and delivered as new.
Absolutely love my experiences with Ashley, their prices are always great and never disappoint on the quality. We just decided to do our mattress shopping there for that reason and worked with Nick Belford. His customer service was the best and walked us through the different options with the right amount of care. Thank you! We are excited to get our new Tempur-Pedic.
My fiancé and I went just to look around. We found a sectional that was unfortunately sold out on the Ashley Furniture website. We decided to try this store to see what other sectionals we could find. We ended up finding the exact couch that was deemed “sold out” on the main website on the showroom floor here. Aishah helped us with every question we had, gave us space to come to a decision, and she was incredibly helpful and amazingly kind! We will definitely have to make a trip back for some more first home pieces to add to our house!

I had ordered a sectional from Ashley’s and waited months for it to arrive due to covid. Once I got it into my home, I realized it didn’t line up the way I had originally thought it would and needed to change some parts. ReAnn was beyond helpful with processing the exchange and helping me get the parts I wanted for the sectional. She also helped me order a chair, ottoman, end tables, bookshelf and coffee table. It was so nice having someone who knew my room and the look I was trying to achieve. She is my go-to sales person! I can thank her enough for helping making my house a home.

My wife and I came in today to try and find a mattress and bed frame for our 2 year old. In the past buying other furniture we have spent too much time jumping around from store to store finding what we need. But not today, today was the smoothest day we ever had buying our setup. We were in and out with our new setup in under 1 hour. Chaz and Tom did an outstanding job, great leadership!
Tom was super helpful with our mattress purchase and helped us identify a mattress that was perfect for our needs and the price was so affordable we bought two four our kids. We compared prices with a local store that only sells mattresses and these were much lower priced. Very glad we stopped here first.
So today my girlfriend and I went couch shopping. The first person we met was justin and very polite and knowleagble person than we met tom who is the manager. Both were incredible and we definitely would do business there again. Highly recommend if you need great service and reasonable prices go here.

We are currently looking for Furnitures for our new home and We needed help identifying and figuring furniture ideas for our home. Aishah was wonderful, she was listening to our ideas, budget and all furniture needed for our home. She showed us several ideas, identify budget for each furniture sets and was informative, patient, and honest about discounts and timeline for arrival of furnitures depending on when you want to be delivered. We had ordered a king bed but were delivered a queen due to a coding error. The manager Tom, went above and beyond to make it right. A higher quality bed was hand delivered by him the same day (as the one we ordered was not in stock). Definitely great service recovery! Tom is a perfect example of someone who actually cares about customer service and making situations right. We love our new bed!

We have bought multiple pieces of furniture from this Ashley Furniture and have had 5 star customer service. We bought our couch and bed frame and then went back and bought our son a bed and ourselves a tempurpedic. Raeann is stellar and we keep coming back to her. She is very knowledgeable in the products, very nice and ensured that we were happy each time we made a purchase. I highly recommend purchasing from here. I've been looking for a bedroom set for a while. When I walked into the store, I wasn't greeted by anyone. I walked the entire store with no acknowledgement or service. When I went to ask about a set, I had to walk all the way back to the front to get help. The salesperson was friendly but, when I asked if the one set came in the color next to it but, in the design he quickly said no and referred me to another set. I told him I had seen it online but, he ignored that and just said no it doesn't come in any other color. He left after that. I looked it up online and sure enough they had it. I walked over to where he was sitting with another salesperson and showed him it and the girl with him said yes it does come in the other color. He gave me the price, apologized for not knowing the other color, and I left to discuss with my husband. I ended up going back the same day and bought it but, asked for the girl and not him. She was wonderful. Thank you Victoria for a wonderful experience.

If I could, I would give this store 0 stars. I’ve never seen more incompetent people in my life. We bought a bedroom set months ago and were promised we would have it in November. Now it’s already January and we still don’t have it. Every week we call and hear the same excuses and always get told “next week”. For all we know, our furniture is sitting in a warehouse somewhere, but for some reason doesn’t get to the store in St. Cloud. Ridiculous. This bedroom set was our fourth purchase at the store. It will definitely be the last one.

We went in to the store in St Cloud Oct 19th and we’re helped by Ray Drown I believe his name was. We looked at this side by side recliner and matching couch. He said that certain set was in stock and we would have it in 2-3 weeks, compared to other sets out there taking 2-3 months because of covid. So we said yes, he quoted us a great price and we went to the counter to fill out paperwork just like every other time we bought something there. He kind of rushed us through, never going through all the paperwork and explaining things. Got home, looked at the paperwork, and here he charged us 450.00 more than the quoted price (explaining why he rushed us). I contacted him about it, made a little ruckus, and he changed it back to the quoted price. BUT, guess what, now our furniture got pushed back, it appears it’s not the 2-3 weeks like he promised. We have been waiting since October 19th and still haven’t heard a thing. I have called there and they say there is nothing they can do but wait. Thing that pisses me off is he lied to us about the timeframe of this just to get us to buy it and tried to get more money from us after the quote. We have literally spent upwards of 10,000 dollars there over the past few years and this is how we get treated!! No more, I will NEVER buy another stitch of furniture from this place again.

Nick Belford is the best honest salesman’s this store has. We came in looking for a mattress we told him we didn’t need help he respected that. Many of the other saleman kept coming to talk to us trying to tell us what we need instant of what we want. Nick didn’t approach us one saying his wants he listened to our needs. We respected his opinion because we could tell he respected ours. He was very honest and didn’t try and up sell us once. We will be going back because of nick and, will only buy from nick. He’s an amazing guy!!!

I don't know who is writing these reviews but I'm going to be honest with y'all shop somewhere else my husband and i order a sofa set in November we had great customer service by Chaz he told us that the sofa set will be ready within 2 weeks and it will be delivered to our house. 2 weeks later we recieved no call from the store to set up a time so, we reached out to them and they told us that our sofa is not in their store but it will be within a week, a week later no call and no sofa they said the same thing week after week it's now going on 8 weeks and we still don't have our sofa set that we paid for in full this company is a complete joke and I will never do business with them again and i strongly suggest you do the same. After waiting 8 weeks the only thing that is offered is a refund. This whole experience was a waste of my time and i could have bought a sofa set elsewhere

The customer service in the store was really good. I am highly disappointed in the delivery driver. I paid for delivery to my apartment. He refused to wheel the large box inside to my 1st floor apartment door. He instead swore at me in spanish and dropped my purchased furniture at the curb of my parking lot. He refused to even bring it to the entryway door. The customer service was horrible for the delivery.

I was shopping for a new couch and was fortunate enough to have Chaz Tchida ask if I was finding what I needed. I asked him a few questions (even though I had already decided which sofa I wanted) and was happy he gave very straightforward, honest answers. It was rather busy in the store but once we started the paperwork I was out of there within minutes!! I will definitely seek him out for future purchases!

We are currently looking to furnish a 3 bedroom home, living room and dining room included We went into Ashley Furniture Mart. There were very few people in the store and we stayed our distance of 20' away from others. We had a gentleman come up to us after we had been social distancing and he asked us if we had masks? My husband told him yes we have them, but our doctor had asked us not to wear them due to health conditions. He the told us we we didn't want to wear them then we would need to leave the store. Not that it's anyone's business about my health conditions but I've had not only my doctor advice me not to wear the mask but also my dermatologist advise against it. We then had a short dark haired man following us, making sure that we leave. As we left we noticed that the employees at the front counter 1 had no mask on the other was wearing his mask wrong only covering the mouth. I feel like we just had our freedom and our rights taken away. So Ashley Furniture Mart you just lost a big sale today. Customer service is being lost when you send folks away that WAS SOCIAL Distancing. Sherry Eld

She walked us through the store and helped us find the furniture we needed she also followed up with us and kept in constant contact with us about the status of our order. We were Promised next day delivery of a mattress and called to get an update on when they would be here and was told that nope not gonna to happen. Was never scheduled for delivery. We were told to take our mattress apart for this mornings delivery. We have nothing to sleep on now my husband is deploying this was his last night home no mattress to sleep on and the store was no help when we called them. Pretty much told us whatever nothing we can do. Just kept getting told well I don't know. I will never shop there again. Worst customer service.

My husband and I went into the store to buy a couch. The service was wonderful and all employees were helpful. However, we were initially told it would take 6-8 weeks to get the couch delivered due to covid. Around the time it was supposed to come, I called for an update and they pushed it back another 4 weeks. I was disappointed they never called to give me an update about the delay. I called again today and they pushed it back, once again, 4 weeks, which isn’t a for-sure date....meaning that we will be waiting 16+ weeks for our couch that we already paid for. I understand that Covid is slowing down manufactures but it would be nice to be in the loop. I don’t complain much but we have been waiting 4 months for a couch with no updates if I didn’t reach out.
I went in on Father’s Day weekend to order a new couch! I had a great experience with crystal who helped me find the perfect one! I placed the order that day and was told it would be in early August and that they would call and set up a delivery time at that point. I know with Covid that things have been delayed so when I still hadn’t heard anything in September I called to get an update. I was told they were still waiting on one piece of the couch. I then called back mid October to get an update and was told that the couch was in and they were just waiting for me to set up a delivery date. I rarely complain about anything but I was a little annoyed that they never called me to tell me it was in, especially since I was supposed to receive it over two months ago. Just thought it would have been nice if they offered to refund my shipping/delivery charge due to the delay in receiving the couch.
I will never shop here again. Sales guy said it would be next day delivery once mattress comes in. Came in October 1st, But they said, can’t do next day. Was supposed to be delivered 10/7 between 11 and 3. Received a phone call at noon telling me it wasn’t being delivered. Mind you had to take the day off work for this so called delivery. They finally delivered it on Saturday 10/10, got the call later Friday with this information... had to cancel my plans for the day.

The worst experience ever! The service was awful!! We built a house and was looking to furnished it, looking to spend lot's of money. I wasn't greeted or even asked if we needed help. I did go up to the front desk where those ladies were rude and not friendly.. Super disappointed and disgusted.
My daughter and I went in to buy a couch. Aishah Musse was our sales person. She was so knowledgeable and helpful! She was awesome. We had been in there earlier and the salesperson that helped us knew nothing about couches and frames and how to move them. We had left the store thinking that they wouldn't know how to move the couch safely without causing the frame to twist or turn. When we went back Aishah was very helpful and she knew just what I was talking about. She went right up to the couch and looked in the back of the couch and told me that the delivers would know how to take the back seat rests off the couch and put it back together after delivering to set it up. The other clerk definitely needs to brush up on customer service of asking others when she doesn't know what a customer is talking about. Thanks Aishah you are AWESOME!
My wife and I needed a couch to complete our finished basement. This simple task turned into a challenging process due to Minnesota COVID-19 protocols and safety mandates. As a result, we spent a lot of hours online searching for the right couch for our space and decor. We finally made up our minds and contacted the Ashley HomeStore in St. Cloud, Minnesota. We were connected with Denise. What a breath of fresh air! Buying a large piece of furniture online takes a lot of research and trust. We were not even able to sit on the couch! Denise became our eyes for this purchase. She verified all our measurements, gave advice on our color scheme, assured us of the quality and construction of the product and nailed down a great price! She took care of the delivery process and updated us directly. She called us, when did not have to call her! Our couch was delivered by a very professional delivery company. Clean and courteous. We will be returning customers!

The service! Top notch! Jeanette helped me first to pick out a new bedroom set. I told her the style I was looking for, and she showed me what my options were. So happy with her help. A few hours later I brought my husband in, to seal the deal! But we weren’t done yet. With the outstanding customer service we asked about mattress options, and was directed to Tom. He was so patient with us, answering our questions and helping us with our mattress. No one helped us or said hello for the 30 minutes in the store. Ray the store manager apologize and offered 15%. That was a month ago and we still do not have our chair.
Our consultant was Crystal. She as a professional went above and beyond expectations and has the personality to back it up. 10/10 would recommend and will 100% return solely because of her.
We were greeted at the door by Raeann, who asked what we were looking for and then gave an overview of the showroom and allowed us to look around on our own. She checked in with us and it was wonderful to not have someone at our backs as we wandered throughout the store like at other furniture stores. Raeann shared when we first arrived that they were experiencing backorders and delays due to COVID (absolutely understandable). So, imagine my utter surprise when I placed my order with her that day that the pieces I picked weren't backordered! Instead of the 4+week delay, they arrived in 2 weeks! (And the delivery men were incredible too! So prompt, quick and tidy.) I'm loving my new sofas! I'll be back to Ashley for my next furniture purchase.

Went in and met with Ray Downs. We told him what we were looking for and he wasted no time only showing us what we wanted to see and moved on quickly when we weren’t interested in the item. He made the entire process smooth and effortless while keeping it fun.
We bought a matress and bedroom set from this store in September 2019. When it was delivered it had a huge hump in the middle of the matress. We have pictures. We are on now our 3rd matress and an upgraded bedroom set thinking it was the quality of one of them and we still are not happy. The head of bed is much lower than our bodies. It is very noticeable and we have had many sleepless nights from the product from this store. We have complained and exchanged and were not sure what else to do. The last time we spoke with Ashley was in December and they were not easy to work with. We have always bought our furniture from them but most likely not in the future. We are very disappointed with our purchase.
Crystal was a blast to work with and wasn’t pushy she got us into a sectional and a bedroom set at a price we wanted. She was very knowledgeable without being in your face. We will for sure be back for our other furniture needs!!

** This store ROCKS, as does our salesperson ZACH! *** I've literally NEVER written any Google reviews before because I have young children at home, and frankly, I don't have the time to do it. However, I had such an AMAZING experience with our consultant Zach in your showroom today that it would be a disservice not to do so. I use the term "consultant" because Zach did something you wouldn't ever expect from a salesperson; he listened, he truly cared, and to top it all off, he actually didn't want to sell me anything unless I was completely thrilled with it. I prefer to purchase a lot of things online these days, because I despise pushy salespeople. Absolutely hate it! Zach treated us like we had been friends for years, yet it had only been a few minutes since we walked in the door. Whoever reads this, and i mean both Zach's supervisor and anyone else reading this review, he is someone i would personally want to have as a close friend, and we could trust him 100% without question! We found some things we liked at a different place, but came back to Ashley because of the way we were treated. I can see right through people, and know when I'm being, "sold." Not once did i ever feel that. So refreshing! He even went out of his way to entertain our young children while my wife and I needed to make some decisions about what we were going to purchase. I can't say enough about how wonderful an experience we had, and how excited we are to get our new furniture!

****Update*** Ashley furniture called me back and is willing to send out a technician free to diagnose what's wrong with the items and try to fix them. If they are unable to fix, they said they will do a full refund. The sales rep who screwed us over on our order was also let go so that says something. Great customer service from Ashley in trying to make things right on their end! Horrible first time buying experience... My girlfriend and I came into Ashley a few weeks ago to look at getting a new couch and love-seat for our place so we had more seating. Upon entering they had great president day sales. We were greeted by John L who then showed us around to some great options. After finding the Laney Black leather power reclining couch and love-seat set we instantly fell in love. It was on clearance and John even got us a little better discount than the price they had it marked down to. During the checkout process I asked John and have 2 witnesses to confirm, that I asked him "we will be getting new models correct not the one's we're sitting on right now?" I made sure to ask because the floor model had plastic tags sticking out of the side and taking those out would almost surely end up with ripping of the leather. John told us "Yes, you'll be getting brand-new ones I'll make sure of it." Well our couch and love-seat were finally delivered today about a week and a half later. The movers were super friendly and gentle with the furniture as I observed them bringing it in and into the exact location required in the house. After they put the couch and love-seat back together they had me test them. This is when We found out that the left side of the couch mechanical headrest was broken. you push the button & can hear the mechanics trying to work but its defective and doesn't move like the other side. Then upon testing out the love-seat, when pressing the lighting button on the cup-holder that activates the ring light on the cup-holder and the led strip beneath the furniture that's when I also discovered that the led light strip was broken/defective on this unit not to mention all the fingerprints and smudges all over this supposedly new furniture. This is when I realized we were sent the floor models we sat on in-store and not new ones as promised by our sales rep!! I know this because those same exact plastic tags are on it from the old price tag that was on it in-store.. Being a social media influencer with over 150k followers between my platforms, I expect brands to do right by me and in return I'll gladly promote and recommend them. However in this case I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the sales rep and this is the result of him trying to make a quick sale by telling people whatever they want to hear to close the sale so he can make his commission. Someone better make this right.

My husband and I went shopping at Ashley last week looking for some new living room furniture. We were really just getting ideas about what we wanted. We were greeted by Crystal who said she was going to be our "shopping buddy"; how helpful and sweet is that?! She showed us so many great things (the store has some beautiful items!). We bought a sectional from St. Cloud. We had issues with wedge, after 3 attempts Tom Schultz said we will get it corrected, regardless. Bottom line, I have a wedge that is better than 1 from factory. Very Satisfied.

Last week we stopped in browsing for a chair. We wanted something big and comfy that our Great Danes could lounge on, but didn't have a lot of ideas about what was out there. Crystal was a huge help in navigating our options, and she found us a perfect cozy chair with a sweet 2 for 1 deal. She was a delight and really made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Our dogs love the new chairs and we do too. Crystal is the best!

Randy is amazing! After trying unsuccessfully to purchase furniture online (it was on backorder for months and they gave me a hard time about cancelling the order) I went to see Randy. He stayed later than he was scheduled to work with me. I told him what I needed and he found exactly what I was looking for. He and Carly worked to get me financing. When it was approved, I got a great deal on a sectional, desk and chair, and a huge tv stand with a fireplace and bluetooth speakers that almost didn't fit in my front door. The delivery guys came within a few days and set everything up exactly as I asked them to. I will definitely be going back to Randy for more. I need a bedroom set next.

Don't go here thinking you'll walk out with whatever item you wanted. Pretty sure the only things they have in stock are mattresses. Decent variety of products, just wish they didn't have to use a faux 35% off sale when the items on their own website reflects the sale price without the hassle and need for every salesman to use a calculator.

I had issues since the moment the first piece was delivered. Wrong mattress delivered. Was told they would deliver my chair with new mattress if it was in, that didn't happen. Had to go pick up or spend another 99$ to get delivered. Was told my couch would be 4 weeks. Finally getting it after 7 weeks . I felt like I was inconveniencing them when I called but salesperson failed to callback two times. When asked to speak to a manager, was told he was too busy helping customers and couldn't come to the phone. Never had such bad service, over and over again. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. I will not spend any more money there as planned.

Crystal went above & beyond in helping me find what I was looking for. She also explained Ashley Furniture's policies clearly should I get my purchase home & realize it isn't going to work. After paying 5.5k in cash for purchasing our new home furniture in oct with a promise to get it delivered in 1 week, today it's Dec 14th and everything still not here. 4 times deliveries were scheduled in which 2 times truck showed up with only fee items from the full list which was expected.... frustrating part is each time there is a phone call day before to confirm the delivery and also to confirm what's coming in the delivery to assure, still can't deliver as expected. Today being 4th time promising the delivery, only came the bed at 8 am and missed other stuff. After asking sales guy, he confirmed stuff is coming 2nd truck behind at will get delivered at 2. Called at 2 they said it will come at 4 and called at 4 ,said it will running late and will come at 5 and still sitting at high and dry at 6 pm in a hope of getting the stuff.... It's a joke ....once you pay in advance no one cares....never pay in advance and pay when you get your stuff....simply frustrated....just trying to help other shoppers....

I have given 5 star reviews in google until we left the store and started waiting for the delivery. They are very polite in talking and saying yes but the results has always been bad. Worst experience ever. I wish John would have understood us better and felt the pain we are going under. We have ordered our full furniture of the new house 2 months ago and have still not got our full order. Bedroom: First delivery, I got dresser but they didn't brought nightstand and bed frame. In the second delivery they got bed frame, but forgot 1 part so everything is lying with the screws and all in the bedroom. Living Room: First delivery, they got sofa, tv console and 1 side table forgot to bring 2 accent chairs and 1 side table. Nothing changed in the second delivery still waiting for the missing parts in delivery. Dinning Room: First delivery, they forgot 2 chairs and 1 stool is broken. In the second delivery, nothing changed, didn't got replacement of stool or got any chairs. Will Ashley host our guests for Christmas? This seems funny but it seriously is frustrating.

Purchased a sectional for $350 less than priced at a nearby competitor. I would have had to wait 4 to 6 weeks for delivery at the competitor, but I put in my order at Ashley at 7pm on a Friday and I picked it up Monday morning, a day before it was even supposed to come in! Customer service has been extraordinary so far, I have been extremely impressed with everything about this place, 5 stars!

THE GOOD: I was in the market for a new queen sized mattress and box spring. Went in and they were willing to work with me on a payment plan. Did this back in late August and finally got the bed paid off in early October. The bed itself is pretty decent and not too bad for the cost (I spent about $1200 + free delivery on it when other places in town were quoting me $300-500 higher for similar types of mattresses). THE BAD: The delivery was an absolute disaster. First, I could not choose a exact time, it was anywhere from 7:00am to 7:00pm and I would be notified a few days before about the 3 hour time window for the delivery. I decided to do it on a Saturday and got a text that it would be between 8:00am-11:00am. They did call and deliver it, but the issue came with taking my old mattress. See, one of the biggest reasons I went with Ashley was I was told by the sales representative and the people up front that there was no issues hauling my old mattress off. When I asked about them taking it, they balked and said there was no notes on the invoice and that it would be a $10 hauling fee for taking the old one (was never alerted to this while purchasing the bed). I had no issues with the fee, so they said they would go outside and call their boss and then come back in a few minutes and let me know. Well, they drove off and left a box cutter wedged in my apartment complex's front door. I had to call support and get transferred to several different people before getting the issue resolved. They came back several hours later and picked it up finally. I will note that management did apologize and waive the $10 fee. It did, however, end up eating up pretty much my entire Saturday due to this mess. Honestly? This experience has made it where I do not want to shop with Ashley again. I would have gladly put some more money into some furniture I was looking at getting, but the entire delivery experience has soured me.

*update.. quite disappointed in the process of acquiring this furniture. It is one thing to know you have to wait but to be left in the dark regarding when it will arrive is aggravating. We were told 10 days and its been over 2 weeks. This is a huge inconvenience and we are dissatisfied with not being told it could potentially be this long.The date keeps repeatedly being pushed back and we only know this from calling them, we have not received any calls from them to be updated! We would have been fining waiting if we would have known the actual time it would take to be delivered to the store. my boyfriend and I went to Ashley yesterday to purchase a bedroom set. We were immediately greeted by Ray. We told him what we wanted and he showed us 4-5 different options ranging in price. He did not at anytime try to up-sell us or push us whatsoever to make a purchase. However, we ended up picking the one we loved & it only took about 10 minutes to finalize the purchase. Ray was kind, funny, helpful, understanding & all around a stand up guy!! 10/10 would recommend him!

I was greeted at the front of the store by Denise Ochoa. She was extremely knowledgeable of how body ergonomics work and applied her incredible instincts to meet my spine support and overall aging body needs by helping me swap out my delivered reclining chair at home with one I was totally satisfied with that she helped me pick out on the floor. Denise (or "Bahston" as I have nicknamed her) really did demonstrate her outstanding salesmanship abilities as we shopped around together. She was titillatingly entertaining as we got to know each other, swapping our personal stories, all the while I was "test driving" the most exquisite recliners. Ochoa is a sweet woman with fashionable dress and a keen eye for matching and mixing and blending recliner colors to meet my home decor. Denise is extremely credible and knowledgeable of the products she showed me and I would recommend anyone to go see Denise Ochoa the next time you're in the market for any type of furniture or accessories at the Ashley Furniture Store, next door to the Post Office by Applebees across from Chick Fillet in town. Just stopped in to buy a new livingroom set. Wanted to just look around. Immediately was asked by store manager if we needed help, when we said we wanted to look, he was offended and rude. He then approached us again to ask us if we wanted sales papers. I said "no thanks", to which he responded "Wow!" Loudly and rude, and turned away in a fit. Very rude behavior from the store manager. We are shopping elsewhere.

My best friend ordered a bed through them...they were horrible!!! If I could do no stars I would! She took a full day off of work (which is super hard being a nurse) for the delivery...they didn’t come through and no contact for delay. They pretty much they told her too bad for missing the day and that she would have to take another day off. HORRIBLE!!!

I was not impressed with the delivery of our sectional today. The two men barreled in my house with the pieces to our sectional and for sure put one mark/dent in our wall. I also noticed a few rough spots of the fabric on the sectional. It happens to be on the back of the furniture but still disappointing when you pay for a quality product. I also felt uncomfortable to be honest on the customer survey they gave me to fill out after the delivery because the one man was waiting right by me to fill it out and sign it quickly. I didn’t know how it would turn out if I pointed out the mark they left on our wall. I also didn’t have time to inspect the furniture because I could tell they were ready to leave. They were here a total of 15 minutes maybe. I noticed the imperfections after they left and we are still noticing some small imperfections. When you pay $3000 for the sectional and $120 for delivery, I really believe it should have arrived better than that.
Neil helped us out at the St. Cloud location and was friendly, informative, and straight forward. He didn’t try to deceive us by making us purchase more than we needed, and informed us of all costs and services! I didn’t feel like I had to purchase anything and to me that’s great service!
My wife and I were looking for a new sofa and checked out several stores in the area. Denise Ochoa was the salesperson that helped us, we really liked her because it did not feel like she was pushing the product on us like the salespeople at other stores. She was more concerned with finding us a good product and a good deal. After showing us several options, we told her we needed some space so we could talk and she told us to find her when we were ready. This, to me, was what really made the decision to buy from here because we were not being pressured. We ended up buying a beautiful sofa/love seat combo and got a fantastic deal from here. We will definitely be bringing our business here in the future.

Visited the store to check out furniture. NEVER will I go back. Not 5 feet from the entrance, I was greeted by a sales rep that clung to me. Could not get rid of her. Even after going upstairs to check out items, as soon as I made it down the steps it was like she was running back to get my attention. I couldn't even go off on my own to look at items. This store has lost my business. I will never go back.
I go here anytime I am looking for new furniture and I am constantly reminded of just how annoyingly relentless their sales people are. I'm going to go out on a limb and say they probably work for commission but they seriously need to back off. It is almost suffocating how much they hover over you. The last time I was in there I almost couldn't wait to get out the door but because the saleslady wouldn't leave us alone it was like we were back pedaling towards the door as she was talking to us telling us to come check out this that in the other thing. None of their furniture is necessarily bad but their sales staff are just ridiculous.
Spent $3000 on a couch less than 5 years ago. 2 mechanical failures that they stood behind but not the bonded leather, it literally fell off in pieces. Find somewhere else to furnish your house.
I bought a queen sized mattress for our camper and we loved it. ( In fact we got 3 others at our campground to purchase them also. ) We then went back months later and bought a whole bedroom set for our home and had it delivered and set up. Shortly after that we noticed our King Mattress was sagging in the middle and decided to go get the King version of the one we previously bought and loved do much. After getting it home and setup we noticed it too was sagging in the middle and was as hard as a rock. After taking everything apart and removing the box springs we noticed that the install guys that put the bed together did not install the center support legs on the bed frame which is what caused it to sag. I called the store and talked to Tom and he said I could come into the store and get the ones off the floor display but only had half an hour until they closed. He also stated I could not return the mattress ( that I had purchased only due to the fault of their installers) He then stated that is all he could do and that I had to call customer service. I called customer service and they said they would send out a technician and that they would work with us on a resolution. They said they would have a mattress expert( Neil) call me to see why that mattress is so hard when the other wasn't. I waited to get a call from Neil as they said and instead Tom calls and informs me since we did not purchase a "Premium" mattress there is not a guarantee on the mattress and we cannot return it as we slept on it. The technician came out and said he can send me the legs needed, but unless the mattress is defective there is nothing they can do. He asked what I wanted and I stated that I wanted the mattress picked up and replaced by a softer mattress since this all started by the neglect of the installers. He said that sounded fair and called in to his manager and told me they would call the store and work out a resolution and call me back by the end of the day. I have not heard back from anyone since and apparently am stuck with a horrible mattress that I had to buy because of a horrible install job and they will not stand behind their short comings. Irony: I am a Customer Service Director in a large manufacturing company and I would not treat any of our customers in this fashion and frankly would have dismissed an employee that treated our customers in the way Tom has treated my case. I will no longer recommend that store to anyone ( and I still get asked about the camper mattress quite often as camper beds being comfortable is a much talked about topic apparently) Pretty disappointed that I cannot get the mattress exchanged for a softer one since I already bought one that was not needed due to their neglect. Seems to me a no brainer for a repeat customer of 3 times in less than a year and the voice that has sent others in to buy from them.

We love everything that we got from here however they have aweful management. We ordered a mattress protector for our daughters new bed. It was not delivered, with that being said I have called for a month and a half to try and get it refunded to me and they will not give me my money back they just keep passing me around to different people and nothing gets resolved. Then the manager whos name I won't say hung up on me and didn't believe that this was never received. I don't think I will go back to this location. Very disappointed with their customer service.

The customer service is absolutely terrible. I have never worked with a company that is so rude and inconsiderate of the buyer. I ordered a bed on the 29th of March and just received it. They had rescheduled twice and they refused to help accommodate around my schedule when they were the ones with the delivery issues. I have recommended to all my family and friends NOT to go here. Save the headache and go elsewhere.

Stay as far away as possible. They have very poor practices and customer service. falsely sell products, deliver the wrong items, leave damage items thinking nothing of it, do not do their full delivery job and think it's ok. Do not notify you when your items are ready, dont notify you when they are delivering, etc. This was the worst experience I have ever had with anyone. Would not recommend if they were the last furniture store around.

Who says we lack customer service these days!! That was far from our experience working with John L at Ashley furniture!! John is simply amazing at listening to our concerns, wants and needs! We brought in my in-laws who have a need for assisted living and putting together a new home. I made a spur of the moment decision to look for matching furniture for a “snuggle chair” purchase some years back. Little did I know I would meet John L. Not only did he help me find what I only imagined was possible to still purchase so much later BUT checked and found me 2 matching(snuggle) pieces at HALF price!! So looking forward to the delivery this week which I have no doubt will be quality! I will definitely come back again and will be asking for his help! If you need a great pillow or matress, go to Neil Frahm at Ashley Home Store in St. Cloud, MN. I am telling you, trying to locate the right pillow is a nightmare! Most stores don't carry many and if they do the sales people do not have a lot of knowledge about them. FINALLY, we went to Ashley Homestore and met Neil Frahm. Not only is he incredibally personable, he is the most knoweldgeable sales person I have ever met regarding pillows! If you don't have the right pillow, you cannot get a good nights rest. With Neils knowledge of pillows and matresses, we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. Excellent customer service, sales and selection!! Thank you Neil and Ashley Home Store!!

My husband and I have bought 3 items of there's and they have excellent quality of items on there floor.they have people that great you at the door and are helpful if you have any questions. We are happy every time we are in there cause they have great sales going on.I will go back again.
the sales people are way to pushy and will not give any room to be able to discuss a possible purchase with your spouse. this has happened on multiple occasions and we were not given space to browse and look at different items. due to all this not once but twice I have took my business to hom furniture where I wasnt pushed or hovered by a sales person. Ashley you have lost out of 4k worth of sales due to this problem!
We went to several furniture stores looking for a sectional that met our overly researched specs. Walked in to Ashley Furniture, was kindly greeted by John L. who then allowed us to browse freely and checked on us casually. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable about their brands. We left, looked at a few more furniture stores, and came back the next week to work with John. If you’re in the market for new furniture stop at Ashley’s and ask for John!

My husband and I came to the store looking for a living room set. We were greeted by Tom Schultz, who helped us pick out just the right one! He is very polite and helpful! Tom definitely knows the store well and really listened to us. We went back again and immediately asked for Tom to help us pick out a dining room set. Again, he was easy to work with and in no way, pushy! Ask for Tom and you won't be disappointed!
