Train Train Train wreck! We were greeted politely and shown around by a salesperson. She explained that if we were to spend a thousand dollars we would get $150 dollars back. But that money did not go back to us, it went to Ashley to pay for an extra warranty. We also had to pay for delivery. When asked what the material used to make the bed headboard and such, she was not able to tell me and directed me to read something so crazy that it pretty much says anything but plastic materials and ground up wood pulp. None the less, we kept looking and my wife decided that she did not want high quality furniture (dove-tailed solid wood) and she decided to order two bedroom sets. Twelve pieces in all (Then my wife threw in a mattress). I asked the sales lady for a running record of all of the pieces, and she said that would come with the receipt. I asked her what the total cost was for all of the 12 pieces (and the mattress). She gave me a price. I asked her again if that was for everything and she, again told me that it was. She rang everything up and I was able to see the receipt. Hmmmm, two pieces are missing. So now she has to ring up two more pieces which of course will cost us more. So she lied to me about what the total price was and then charged me more for the additional pieces. How very aggravating and unprofessional after I asked her if that was for everything and are you sure!!! Well enough with that. My wife was going to pay with check but was told that would take ten days longer!!! She paid with a debit card instead. My wife told her we wanted the furniture on a certain date and we were told that shouldn't be a problem. Would you believe that the day we expected deliver was not happening. When I called to find out what was going on they told me that all of the furniture was being held up because they were waiting on the mattress to arrive. I angrily asked if they were really holding up my furniture because of a mattress. Thedy told me, yes. I asked for it to be shipped out now and they told me they were over a week out for delivery. Now I am beyond pissed off. I told them to ship it immediately as we were told it was not a problem. They said they would have to see if they could split the order to ship out the first part. They checked and told me they could (WHOOHOO!) They then told me that they could get my bedroom sets to me later than what they first told me! WWHHAATT!!. I got upset at the lady and asked her how that even made sense. She told me to calm down so I hung up on her and made my wife call back and deal with the incompetence. Our bedroom sets finally came!!! The only thing that my wife has decided not to keep was the mirror on the dresser. So, I call Ashley back to tell them I need to return this and they tell me that I can not return it to the store. They tell me someone has to come pick it up and that there is a 25% restocking fee (25% of whatever the cost was of that piece of furniture). I clarified that if returned a thousand dollar dresser they would charge me $250. She told me that is correct! How is this even service. This is robbery! I will never buy from Ashley again..........

From start to finish Ashley Furniture Store had what I wanted in a recliner! I had been looking around town for the perfect recliner and this will be the “third times a charm” purchase. The salesperson was informative and polite. Not pressure driven! We took the 12 month interest free financing and even that process was pretty seamless! I was delivered the chair in less than a week and the two men who delivered and set it up were professional and polite. They made sure the chair was working well before they left! Would definitely recommend Ashley for furniture needs!

I recently bought a leather recliner sectional in Diberville Mississippi for relaxiion after surgery. The sale lady Natosha failed to tell me that the battery was not included. The 2 young men set it up said she should have sold me 2 batteries and 2 splitters. The sectional was setup with 4 cords in 3 different plug-ins. It was looking ghetto-fabulos with all the cords. The sales lady from Ashley 's furniture called me and asked how did I like my sofa. I told her about the cords and what the young men said about the batteries and splitters. She said that was incorrect because the store didn't have nor sale any batteries there. I called the store , sure enough Amanda who was covering for Natasha told me come and pick them up. The batteries and splitters cost me over 700.00 cash. It was cold and windy that day. It was very inconvenient. The sectional itself is hard as a rock with very low arms. There were wrinkles in the back of it. They sent a very nice young man named Luke to get them out which he was successful. Luke also help me with the batteries installement but they had to be charged for 6hrs before use. Here it is almost 10 days later. Ashley should have sent someone out to handle this service. My coffee cup will not fit in the holders. However the sofa recliner is very modern leather and beautiful, if I have to say so myself. I think after I break it in ,it will be OK.

I would recommend Ashley Furniture D'Iberville 100%. I think the most important thing is the sales teams. Our salesperson was MANDY, and she was amazing start to finish. The ease of working with her was the best we have had in a very long time. She was exactly what we needed, patient and low pressure but an excellent communicator in terms of knowledge of the furniture, about when meeting times worked for both her schedule and ours. We needed furniture quickly, so I went in to scope out some ideas before bringing my husband. She gave me space to wander around but kept track of what I was looking at, she helped me narrowed the options by listening to what we needed and making suggestions and answering questions. I left after a short time to find that she would follow up with me via text message, thanking me. She follow-up with me three times that week as I was waiting for my husband to get back in town to figure out our schedule. This is how we schedule a convenient time which was great so she could tend to us without interruptions. We got the sale done and out the door in 30 minutes. Mandy knows what she is doing and met our needs and expectations seamlessly. She even follow-up with us after the purchase to thank us. Mandy is amazing, and if we need anything in the future, we will go right to her!! Our furniture was delivered three weeks later. The delivery guys were awesome as well, they moved our furniture in with care, as if it was their own. The whole process was smooth, friendly, professional, and refreshing. Made us feel like they cared and we were in great hands.

I know it probably doesn’t matter to them but, I will not make another purchase from Ashley furniture nor will I recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone. My wife and I went to the store and ordered a dresser and we thought, two nightstands. When the order arrived it consisted of the dresser and one nightstand. We looked at the original order and sure enough it was correct. Only one nightstand was ordered. We had expressed to the sales person we wanted two nightstands but only one was ordered. We should have doubled checked. No problem. On August 31, 2024, we went back to the store and ordered the matching nightstand. We were told it would take about three weeks to deliver. Here we are almost 8 weeks later and no nightstand. We’ve visited the store at least twice only to be told it will be delivered in about 3 weeks each time. Follow up from the store (1 text message) came only after a couple of calls and two visits to the store. Poor service and little concern after the sale. Unacceptable! Since I can’t add a new review I’ll have to edit my previous review. I’ll start by saying that everything I wrote on my initial review still applies. Sixty two days and counting. Still have not received the nightstand we ordered and paid for on August 31, 2024. We still have not received a call from anyone at the store even though we were told that our salesperson, Natasha, would be in touch with us. We have received the impersonal automated text messages about every ten days or so, thanking us for our patience. We’re patient because we have no recourse. We’d really rather not receive any text messages unless they are providing a delivery date. I’ll be updating my review weekly until we receive our merchandise. Meanwhile, we’re just stuck with one nightstand.

I went in for 1 new piece and came out with an amazing living room set, dining room table , chairs, and new king master bed frame. I don’t make furniture purchases very often. I’ve purchased from Ashley‘s furniture twice in the last 10 years and both times including the purchase I just made this week arrived damaged. The damages are only discovered after they unload all the furniture into your home which means it all has to be reloaded and reordered. I took a day off of work and moved all of my old furniture out to make sure the delivery drivers could move the new stuff in with no problems. Now I’m moving my old furniture back in and I will take another day off when Ashley gets my order right. I wanted to post an update to my original review of Ashley furniture. After the first order was damaged and had to be returned, they re-ordered the bedroom set and called a week later to confirm delivery. The day before it was supposed to be delivered they called and said the second bedroom set they ordered was also damaged and they’d have to re-order a third bedroom set that could take another 1 to 4 weeks. This has been an absolutely awful experience. Update number 3. After 2 months of waiting I have decided to submitted a request to cancel the order and get a refund. I never did hear anything about the 3rd delivery attempt.

Would’ve given 0 stars after the service I received. Went into the store on 2/29/24 to purchase a small area rug but the size I wanted was not available at my local store. They searched inventory and saw that there was one near at the Spanish Fort, AL store. A call was given and in the end the AL associate stated they would call my local store back after double checking inventory. So I hung around the store for 30 minutes but a callback was never received; I left and told them to call me the next day when they hear something. Didn’t get a callback so I stopped by the store a 2nd day and ended up having to order the rug online and would be available for pick up the following week. So 5 days later, I received a text saying my rug was ready for pick up as well as a phone call asking when would I be able to pick up the rug. During the midst of this, the local associate texted and told me the rug was unavailable and a refund will be offered. I told him I received 2 confirmations that it was ready to be picked up, and I stopped by the store after work. I was basically told the rug had the wrong SKU number on it and the 2 people I spoke to was not aware of this; taking 5 days to catch this error and at time of pick up. I asked to speak to the manager because this was unacceptable and I wasted 3 days of time going in the store for nothing. The manager assured me she would call me the next day after calling the AL store. Let’s just say I never heard back from her and this is now Day-6. I felt blown off and felt she said whatever she needed to get me to leave the store; wasn’t loud or rude and she had no answers. So after this experience, I will not buy another item from Ashley again. Unprofessional as a manager and did nothing to make it right especially after all the time I had to go to the store to make sure my rug was in stock and ordered but really wasn’t.

I think my last review is under my other email but I was bribed with a gift card for that review. I bought an expensive sectional from this store and purchased the protection plan for just in case problems since it was so expensive. After paying nearly $400 for protection, I tried to file a claim for damage that my pet made. I was told at the store when I bought the couch that this coverage would cover EVERYTHING. The sales person even said pet problems. Lo and behold, that was not true. So now I have this big fancy sectional that is damaged and no way of fixing it unless I pay out of pocket. Four hundred down the drain because I believed a sales person. I feel deceived and will not shop with Ashley furniture any longer.

We waited 16 weeks and got the call for delivery. Unfortunately, no one showed up on our delivery day. When I called customer service they claimed they had a glitch in the system. No phone call, text or email to let us know they wouldn’t be delivering. The customer service team had a blatantly “don’t care less” attitude and when I requested a manager, I was told it would take 3 business days before someone would contact me. Spend your money elsewhere…this particular Ashley location is horrible

Last time I visited an Ashley Furniture location, I got handled by someone on the floor that didn’t know their cherry from their chest [of drawers]. I also got aggressively stuffed towards their in-house financing partners before I finally let them know that wouldn’t be necessary. At this store, however, I was in the sights of a seasoned professional. Hieu Ho was a masterful guide to the bedroom suites that matched what I said I was needing, and he even checked to see when an upgraded/expedited delivery window could be arranged around upcoming holidays. Not only was I never pushed, I never even felt the pressure. If you need to know who a polished asset is, look no further than this veteran of the hospitable arts. I’ll give this guy my business every time. Someone make sure a compensatory keybump is in the cards for this kid; it’ll be an investment. But you probably already know that. PS: the cherry got picked, and I landed on the chest of dreams

From the first step I took into the Ashley store in D’Iberville and met our sales representative our experience was wonderful. Made two trips to the store just to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Ordered it was here within a week and a half and the young men that brought it or so polite so careful might’ve been here 10 minutes at the most. Our sales young lady Amanda she actually told us we could price match and we looked on different sites on our phones came up with a price less than half of what I first saw and they matched it. Can you not ask for any more than that. 100% satisfied customer

We visited Ashley looking for living room furniture and was greeted by Natasha as soon as we walked in, she was so refreshing from the start of walking in to the store. She let us walk around and didn’t pressure us while we walked thru the store. I already had an idea what I wanted from looking at the Ashley website. Natasha took the time to look up prices for us and to help us with delivery within our timeframe. We have bought furniture from Ashley for over 5 years and Natasha was the best sales person we have ever dealt with. She was very personable, cared about listening to what we needed and took extra time to finalize our sale. We have dealt with several sales people and had an unpleasant experience but Natasha made up for us having the best shopping experience EVER!!

The store manager was so pleasant. I had my eye on some pieces for months, but never wanted to pull the trigger. After going in today and again scoping out the pieces I was in love with, I finally decided to purchase. The sales person was so knowledgeable and answered ever question I had. Today I walked into Ashley’s and was greeted with a smile by Natasha. I told her what I was looking for, she showed me a few selections and let me roam the store WITH NO PRESSURE!! that was by far the most comforting part of my shopping experience. Every now and then Natasha would check in with me, answer questions, give me ideas and was very pleasant to shop with. I recently broke up with Rooms to Go and Ashley’s is highly recommended. This leather couch is legit. The feel is smooth like butter, but it’s built solid — exactly what I was looking for. Looks sharp, feels better, and you can tell it’s made to last.
