Failed to communicate the fact that assembly wasn't included for my delivery which on the receipt had delivery and assembly on it. Called customer service and they can't even refund a portion of the delivery fee. Will never purchase from Ashley again.

Mrs. Wanda was so helpful and patient with us. She was knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect sectional that best suited our family's needs. Great experience and many thanks to Mrs. Wanda!

I know it probably doesn’t matter to them but, I will not make another purchase from Ashley furniture nor will I recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone. My wife and I went to the store and ordered a dresser and we thought, two nightstands. When the order arrived it consisted of the dresser and one nightstand. We looked at the original order and sure enough it was correct. Only one nightstand was ordered. We had expressed to the sales person we wanted two nightstands but only one was ordered. We should have doubled checked. No problem. On August 31, 2024, we went back to the store and ordered the matching nightstand. We were told it would take about three weeks to deliver. Here we are almost 8 weeks later and no nightstand. We’ve visited the store at least twice only to be told it will be delivered in about 3 weeks each time. Follow up from the store (1 text message) came only after a couple of calls and two visits to the store. Poor service and little concern after the sale. Unacceptable! Since I can’t add a new review I’ll have to edit my previous review. I’ll start by saying that everything I wrote on my initial review still applies. Sixty two days and counting. Still have not received the nightstand we ordered and paid for on August 31, 2024. We still have not received a call from anyone at the store even though we were told that our salesperson, Natasha, would be in touch with us. We have received the impersonal automated text messages about every ten days or so, thanking us for our patience. We’re patient because we have no recourse. We’d really rather not receive any text messages unless they are providing a delivery date. I’ll be updating my review weekly until we receive our merchandise. Meanwhile, we’re just stuck with one nightstand.

I went in for 1 new piece and came out with an amazing living room set, dining room table , chairs, and new king master bed frame. The sale prices were too good to not purchase, Mandy had my profile likings in the system from a couple of months ago ,Natasha did an amazing job assisted me thru each piece, answered all my questions and really listened to my concerns. Definitely will be coming back for a couple more pieces near the holidays. I don’t make furniture purchases very often. I’ve purchased from Ashley‘s furniture twice in the last 10 years and both times including the purchase I just made this week arrived damaged. The damages are only discovered after they unload all the furniture into your home which means it all has to be reloaded and reordered. I took a day off of work and moved all of my old furniture out to make sure the delivery drivers could move the new stuff in with no problems. Now I’m moving my old furniture back in and I will take another day off when Ashley gets my order right. I wanted to post an update to my original review of Ashley furniture. After the first order was damaged and had to be returned, they re-ordered the bedroom set and called a week later to confirm delivery. The day before it was supposed to be delivered they called and said the second bedroom set they ordered was also damaged and they’d have to re-order a third bedroom set that could take another 1 to 4 weeks. This has been an absolutely awful experience. Update number 3. After 2 months of waiting I have decided to submitted a request to cancel the order and get a refund. I never did hear anything about the 3rd delivery attempt.

Went to look for a recliner, upon arriving me and my wife were greeted by Mandy. She was super nice, and took us straight to the back where the recliners were so we weren’t just roaming around looking. Would’ve given 0 stars after the service I received. Went into the store on 2/29/24 to purchase a small area rug but the size I wanted was not available at my local store. They searched inventory and saw that there was one near at the Spanish Fort, AL store. A call was given and in the end the AL associate stated they would call my local store back after double checking inventory. So I hung around the store for 30 minutes but a callback was never received; I left and told them to call me the next day when they hear something. Didn’t get a callback so I stopped by the store a 2nd day and ended up having to order the rug online and would be available for pick up the following week. So 5 days later, I received a text saying my rug was ready for pick up as well as a phone call asking when would I be able to pick up the rug. During the midst of this, the local associate texted and told me the rug was unavailable and a refund will be offered. I told him I received 2 confirmations that it was ready to be picked up, and I stopped by the store after work. I was basically told the rug had the wrong SKU number on it and the 2 people I spoke to was not aware of this; taking 5 days to catch this error and at time of pick up. I asked to speak to the manager because this was unacceptable and I wasted 3 days of time going in the store for nothing. The manager assured me she would call me the next day after calling the AL store. Let’s just say I never heard back from her and this is now Day-6. I felt blown off and felt she said whatever she needed to get me to leave the store; wasn’t loud or rude and she had no answers. So after this experience, I will not buy another item from Ashley again. Unprofessional as a manager and did nothing to make it right especially after all the time I had to go to the store to make sure my rug was in stock and ordered but really wasn’t.

My mother found a comfortable sleeper sofa . Delivered today; a week early !! Customer service was really good ! My mother shopped for living room furniture, a sofa and chair. The sleeper sofa mattress is high density foam which we laid on in the store . We could not feel bars or springs . The bed was even with no lumps or bumps . The real test will be Easter 2024 week ! The sleeper sofa will get slept on . The price was well within her budget . The value to cost seems very good . The furniture seems well made with extra large feet and firm frames. The sofa and chair cushions seem well supported and are easy to get up from . I rate our experience 5 star for service , quality and value to cost . If needed I will update after Easter.

On Wed 24 Jan 2024, I had stopped by the Ashley Store located in D’Iberville MS looking for living items but more importantly, a coffee table and end table set. I was greeted by Ms. Mandy Hungerford, Home Furnishing Consultant. Ms. Hungerford was professional, courteous and knowledgeable regarding the type of furniture I was looking for. She explained the capability of the coffee table set, delivery and the protection plan. Let’s just say, I was sold and I returned the next day to purchase my desired items. I greatly appreciate Ms. Hungerford’s assistance and I will be back in a month to purchase more items for my living room. 🗣️EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE‼️

She's such a kind and helpful person. we went into Ashley's to look for a couch and found a couch that we fell in love with, it was a bit hectic cause we applied for one of the finance companies and got denied even though we got preapproved for it. It took a phone call to get it all sorted out but, in the end, Billie Jo made it happen for us. We purchased a couch that we absolutely fell in love with. All thanks to Billie Jo.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Not only is the furniture made as cheaply as possible (furniture was comfortable for less than a year before it started falling apart), this store suckered me into purchasing the $500 insurance coverage. They told me that I'd pay $500 and any damage would be covered, and if I didn't use the insurance after 5 years they would give me back my $500. I'm in the military, so I of course am not stationed in Mississippi after 5 years. Turns out that it's $500 in store credit and only available at that specific store in Mississippi, even though there are 8 Ashley furniture stores in the area where I live, non-transferable. Hopefully someone can learn from my mistakes. Avoid buying furniture from this company!

I think my last review is under my other email but I was bribed with a gift card for that review. I bought an expensive sectional from this store and purchased the protection plan for just in case problems since it was so expensive. After paying nearly $400 for protection, I tried to file a claim for damage that my pet made. I was told at the store when I bought the couch that this coverage would cover EVERYTHING. The sales person even said pet problems. Lo and behold, that was not true. So now I have this big fancy sectional that is damaged and no way of fixing it unless I pay out of pocket. Four hundred down the drain because I believed a sales person. I feel deceived and will not shop with Ashley furniture any longer.

We waited 16 weeks and got the call for delivery. Unfortunately, no one showed up on our delivery day. When I called customer service they claimed they had a glitch in the system. No phone call, text or email to let us know they wouldn’t be delivering. The customer service team had a blatantly “don’t care less” attitude and when I requested a manager, I was told it would take 3 business days before someone would contact me. Spend your money elsewhere…this particular Ashley location is horrible

Last time I visited an Ashley Furniture location, I got handled by someone on the floor that didn’t know their cherry from their chest [of drawers]. I also got aggressively stuffed towards their in-house financing partners before I finally let them know that wouldn’t be necessary. At this store, however, I was in the sights of a seasoned professional. Hieu Ho was a masterful guide to the bedroom suites that matched what I said I was needing, and he even checked to see when an upgraded/expedited delivery window could be arranged around upcoming holidays. Not only was I never pushed, I never even felt the pressure. If you need to know who a polished asset is, look no further than this veteran of the hospitable arts. I’ll give this guy my business every time. Someone make sure a compensatory keybump is in the cards for this kid; it’ll be an investment. But you probably already know that. PS: the cherry got picked, and I landed on the chest of dreams

Eve was super patient and within a short period of time, she determined what we needed and brought us to it. I never felt pressured to make a decision or to "hurry up" with my choices - we had her undevided attention the entire time despite being there for more than two hours. She demonstrated the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. Eve explained everything to us regarding the usage, maintenance, and long term care of the item and made sure we understood the conditions of the warranty (including what would or would not cause it to be voided). I felt as though she truly cared about us and wanted to ensure we were completely satisfied both now and for the life of the item. Sharon is honestly the worst employee. She doesn’t care what your needs are, she just wants to make a sale. Welp, not from me! Not after I saw her attitude when I just asked simple questions. An older white couple came in after us, and she just ignored us after that. Horrible customer service.

Satisfied with my purchase however, I caution doing business with Sharon. She will treat you like a second class citizen if you do your research on what you’re purchasing. I have been dealing with Ashley's for over 10 years now, and have always enjoyed the quality of furniture, customer service, etc. However, this is the first time I have tried to return something. I am writing this review because their return process is RIDICULOUS. I purchased three barstools online that came in damaged and with the incorrect hardware to assemble them. Your only option is to call a 1-800 number and speak to someone who does not speak English very well (I know this because I had to call seven separate times). I feel like this affected communication. After speaking to one of these representatives, they tell you that you'll receive an email from someone else within 24-48 hours. It always ended up being more like 3-4 days at best. In an attempt to make things right, Ashley's sent out a replacement barstool for our damaged one and more hardware. This hardware was still incorrect. At this point, this is two weeks after first receiving our barstools. I immediately called Ashley's and spoke to someone who said someone else would reach out to me via email (because they cannot call you??) within 2 days. I got an email 5 days later. Due to my frustration, I then asked to simply return the furniture. Ashley's didn't want to pay for return shipping, so instead they told me to donate them to an approved charity. They wanted a picture of the donation receipt, AND a picture of the barstools at the location. Keep in mind this furniture CANNOT be assembled. It is damaged. I don't even understand the point of donating barstools that no one can use. So here I am, driving 35 minutes one way to donate some useless barstools. All in an attempt to simply get my money back from a purchase I made over four weeks ago, because I received a damaged product with missing hardware. Ashley's, PLEASE reevaluate your return process and quality control. UPDATE: been three dates since I donated the barstools to Goodwill. I sent the pictures to Ashley's and they told me they told me they were unable to process the return because Goodwill failed to fill out their own receipt properly.

Walked in and immediately found exactly what I was looking for! Great staff - super friendly and helpful. Four stars due to delivery timeframe (1-6 weeks). I'm a bit impatient, I suppose. 😏

From the first step I took into the Ashley store in D’Iberville and met our sales representative our experience was wonderful. Made two trips to the store just to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Ordered it was here within a week and a half and the young men that brought it or so polite so careful might’ve been here 10 minutes at the most. Our sales young lady Amanda she actually told us we could price match and we looked on different sites on our phones came up with a price less than half of what I first saw and they matched it. Can you not ask for any more than that. 100% satisfied customer

Let me tell you what! I will NEVER purchase from any Ashley furniture store again! I am paying on my furniture still and my couch has started literally falling apart. The fabric is splitting and the stitching is just unraveling. I have only had this couch for 2 years!!! When called back by the “corporate office” the lady tells me that since I don’t have the EXTENDED warranty there is nothing they can do. But oh wait there’s more… they can charge me $99 AN HOUR for a tech to come look at the couch and “fix it” to which I would also have to pay for the parts, such as new seat covers…. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! As much as people pay for your furniture it sure is CRAP!!!!!!

Hope Nix is an amazing salesperson. I told her my budget and what I was shopping for. She had me in and out. I was a pleasant experience.

I told them I needed a bedroom set that I could pick up TODAY, they said they'd look and see what was in stock at the store today, guaranteed me that they had a couple sets, sent me pics and info on the ones they supposedly had, we picked one out, talked pricing, etc.I then drove 30 minutes to go pick it up. Turns out, it was all a ploy just to get me into the store, where they informed me that what they meant by in stock and able to pick up today, actually meant could have delivered in about a week. Total joke of a company, horrible business practice, and terrible employees to pull such a thing.

Outstanding service & quality

Too expensive

I will be sharing my experience with Ashley Furniture the company, not just the store location. First, we ordered our bedroom furniture. The rep. said will be about 3 months. We were ok with waiting as long as things worked out well. Two months after putting our order in, we received a bill from “Wells Fargo,” who we did our financing through. We inquired Ashley why are we paying for something we had not received yet. Ashley said, “that is Wells Fargo’s dealings.” I know how financing works. Wells Fargo would not bill us unless Ashley didn’t put an inquiry for a sale through. Finally, after spending 4-5 hours on the phone back and forth, Ashley resended the sale and Wells Fargo removed the billing. Then Ashley informed us that they could deliver half of the items now and when the others came in they would bring those. We declined the offer because we did not want to take off work everytime they had a piece of furniture ready for us. Also, once they dropped the first piece off they could bill us immediately. After, waiting 6 months, we received a text stating our items were all ready and to schedule to have delivered. We called and scheduled. The day before scheduled date, we received a text message saying “we cannot deliver all items because they were not all available.” I called Ashley immediately. One of their workers told me that they had someone purchase a piece of furniture from our style we picked and because they only got a couple pieces they would get them before us and that’s why our items were no longer available. This was very disappointing. We had been waiting 6 months then told everything was in, then told they gave out stuff away. Finally, I called Ashley to talk to a supervisor about the problem. After about 3-4 hours on phone back and fourth, I was told a supervisor would call me back. I never got a call back from a supervisor. I did get a call from a rep the next day saying they had all my stuff ready to deliver. I was baffled! One day they didn’t have it, now next day they have it. However, the day I scheduled to be off work they could t deliver it. They delivered it the day after I was initially scheduled. This was very difficult and the dishonesty caused a lot of distrust. The only reason Ashley gets three stars is because all the furniture was in excellent shape and correct when delivered. I did have a disagreement with the delivery people because i asked if I could check all the furniture out before they leave because the store told me once they leave I was liable for all items. The delivery driver said if I had problems Ashley would take care of it even after they left. Because of distrust, I made sure to check everything out. The only way this review will be given more stars is if Ashley compensates me for a day’s time spent on the phone and a day missed of work for scheduling issues. I’ll let the extra 3 months wait slide.

From the minute I walked in the store I felt welcome but not ambushed. The salesman Hieu, helped direct me towards exactly what I was looking for, informed me about the specials, and was very upfront about the time it would take to be delivered. He was very knowledgeable but not pushy he really made shopping for furniture a breeze. I highly recommend this place and will be shopping here in the future.

We just received our BRAND NEW SET and this is what we are experiencing. Rips, and discoloration.. also the furniture has dirt marks.. these photos taken directly after delivery. We have called numerous times to get this resolved and unsuccessful. I have spoken with Customer Service numerous times and still no follow up.. today we received the second part to this set and yet the very same issue.. I am not one to write bad reviews but this is completely unacceptable. I have purchased many sofa sets and bed sets from Ashley Furniture is this is my very first bad experience. Maybe me posting this review will get them to response and rectify this issue..

Salesperson at this location was rude and condescending to my wife. She tried to use an Ashley Furniture Homestore credit card to purchase a mattress but was told that they don't accept ones issued in other locations/regions. Mine was issued in North MS and not accepted in South MS. That's like going into a Wal-Mart with a Wal-Mart credit card and being told that Wal-Mart doesn't accept it. The manager was fake-nice but also condescending in her explanation. Ashley must be struggling to locate employees that value customer service. We cancelled our card with Ashley and will not be shopping there ever again.

I bought an oversized recliner and I paid over 700.00 for ii. They talked me into taking out insurance in case something happens and they will repair it. Well 11 months into it the cord broke that you pull to open the recliner, I was out of town when it happened and my husband didn't tell me until I got home, I called Ashley furniture and they said i would have to call the insurance company so I called the insurance company to let them know what happened and to find out where I could get it repaired and they asked me the date that it happened and I didn't have exact date but I explained that I had been out of town for 56 weeks and it had happened close to when I had left(Randy didnt know that I had taken out insurance) and Randy didnt say anything. I was honest with them and told them it happened while I was gone and they refused to fix the chair because it was not reported in a timely manner. So I was mad and called Ashley furniture back and told them I wanted my money back on the insurance since they are going to refuse to fix something that I had only had for 11 months, and they said they couldnt do that and they couldnt help me with my chair either. I wouldn't give them anymore of my money for JUNK. The same thing broke on my friends chair without insurance and Ashley refused to fix hers too. I will be sure to post this everywhere I can on every bot that I can.

We went in to buy a mattress. We saw several people that worked there but kind of turned as we approached. We ended up having to just help ourself but since how we are treated is important we decided to not do business there. Was it because we were an interracial couple? Be sure there was nobody that looked like us in the store. He’s retired Air Force snd Navy and I’m a retired customer service supervisor for an airline. We go all over the place dining out etc, never been treated with the looks we got from employees in there. One lady even acted like she was dusting once seeing we were looking for a salesperson. Oh well We found what we were looking for someplace else and they were happy to have our business.

It's okay.Our furniture was nice and the buying process super easy. The staff is friendly but can be pushy. Some staff will wait next to you and your spouse while you try and discuss your options. That part was really awkward and kind of annoying. Their products are pretty over priced and cheaply made. The mattresses they have are a small selection and you only get a 30 day trial. 30 days is not enough especially considering the least expensive mattress they have is around $3,000! When we went to exchange ours because it was too firm they stand by their 30 days ONLY policy. We went the first time before the 30 days and were talked out of exchanging because to them you need to try it out for more then 30 days!?! Now I am 6 months pregnant and we are stuck with an expensive mattress we hate.

Natasha at the Ashley home store in D’Iberville was absolutely amazing. She was no nice and patient, especially since I changed my mind about 5 times on the living room set I wanted. She was very knowledgeable about all of the financing options and walked me through every step of the way. The Delivery was also outstanding. We were notified every step of the process and They arrived shortly after the time frame began.

The salesman who helped us, Hieu Ho, was great. He helped us find exactly what we needed. Very pleased with the recliner we purchased and can’t wait for delivery!

My husband and I were in the store for over 20 minutes and not one person approached us to see if we needed help. A couple sales people walked right by us and never even made eye contact. We walked the entire store looking at bedroom sets & even went to the back of the store to look at adjustable beds. On our way out of the store there was a gentlemen sitting at the desk / podium playing on his phone and he never acknowledged us either. We won't be going back and will spend our money elsewhere.

Went to the store this past Friday and was very pleased. My salesperson was Brianna and she was super. She knew what I wanted when I described what I was wanting. Gray sectional 3-1-2. She showed me what they had and there was no pressure. Left there and went to Rooms to Go and they were horrible. Called Brianna later and told here what I want to buy and would be there next day. She had everything ready and gave me a great discount for being a Veteran!! If you need furniture, go see Brianna!!!!

*** UPDATE**** The guys came to put the slats and the rest of the bunk together today and guess what? NO SLATS FOR ONE OF THE BEDS IN THE BOX AND BOTTOM STEP TO LADDER MISSING!!! WEEK 18, GOING ON 19!!!! This is a nightmare!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM ASHELY FURNITURE GUYS!!!! this has been the worst experience I have ever had. On June 6 of this year, we purchased two couches that reclined and a twin bed set for my son. The couches were delivered at a decent time, a couple of weeks after we initially bought them. We were told that the bunkbeds going to take no more than 12 weeks. We actually had to call to get them to come repair the couch not even two months after we bought it because the entire reclining function failed. I thought that it was really disappointing that we had just purchased this couch and it had already broken. We spent good money on it and I feel like it should last longer than a month and a half. The repair man came out, and he let me know that he has been on service calls for this exact issue so many times. Just a word to the wise, the couches are comfortable and they look great but they are not worth the pot you piss in. Fast forwarding to this past Saturday, the bunk beds were supposed to be delivered. Yes, it was four weeks later than they said, but we were so excited it was finally happening. The guys went into the room and started putting the bed together and promptly came out to let me know that they cannot put it together anymore because there are some missing pieces that had not come- all the slats. So, I am now on week 17 waiting for furniture that if it’s anything like the previous furniture we received, will probably fall apart. I contacted the customer service on Saturday and told them what was going on and that I want some sort of compensation because I feel like I’m being taken advantage of as a customer. She told me that her supervisor‘s supervisor it would call me on Monday. Monday rolled around and I didn’t hear anything so I decided to wait until Tuesday. I didn’t hear anything on Tuesday either so here it is, Wednesday. I called customer service again and was told that all of the supervisors, every single supervisor, was in a meeting. Weird, a company has a meeting full of all supervisors on the floor right in the middle of the work week in the middle of the day? That’s crazy. Anyway, I was told I would be called back before 1 PM so I waited. It is now 2 o’clock and I had to call once again to speak to somebody. I spoke to a woman named Emily who told me there was nothing that she could do but she was going to call the manager named Laura at my local store. I asked for the direct number and she said that the store did not have a direct number so I asked for her direct number in case I don’t hear a phone call today from the manager. I am so disgusted with this company. Ashley home store is a trash company with trash furniture and it’s not even worth it to go. The only reason I went to Ashlee was because there are no other local furniture stores in the area and we had just moved because we are a military family and we needed furniture. I regret my purchase and highly advise anyone reading this not to go through Ashley home store to furnish your house. I will also be contacting the BBB to file a formal complaint. If I don’t hear from anyone today, I’m going to call my bank and have them cancel the charge of the bunkbeds and then Ashlee can come pick up the pieces and no, I will not be paying a restocking fee. Not a fan. The sales team tried to push extra battery packs (for a recliner) on my mom and her siblings. They quoted one price during negotiations, then when they got to the payment counter, another sales person increased the price and told them they had to get the extra battery pack or the recliner wouldn't work (not true, I know a guy). There was arguing between the two sales associates over who would get the commission for my moms purchase. We kinda whistled and kicked imaginary rocks around because it was awkward. All of this shocked me because we always shop at Ashley and never had these issues. I wouldn't say don't shop here, but definitely pay attention.

Horrible delivery estimates, they say 4-16 weeks, that’s a ridiculous range. Takes at least 3-4 months to receive purchases, if you’re lucky, even though the company starts billing you 30 days after purchase, even though items not shipped. Nobody will help at customer service number, can’t give ETA at all, want to charge 25% restocking fee if you cancel even though it hasn’t even been manufactured or shipped. They lost my business for good.

Bought furniture from them and paid for the extra warranty when trying to make a claim to have furniture fixed they came up with every way not to fix it and honor their warranty went and spoke with the manage Laurie at the Diberville branch who was not only rude and did not act like she cared but was very unprofessional I would not recommend buying anything from them the furniture is cheap and management is rude

Could not find a special chair.

I will never purchase anything from this store again. I bought a $4000 Bolanburg bedroom set from them in December 2020. I have still not received the mirror that goes with the dresser...almost 9 months later when we were told we would get the items in 4-12 weeks. I have checked on it at least once a month since the rest of the items were delivered and nobody can give me any estimated delivery date. Also, they have the mirror on the sales floor in the store and are still selling it even though they know they are unable to provide the item they are selling.

If you don't really need furniture for two months and don't care if it's broken then order Ashley Furniture. We ordered two bedroom sets and got it in at a trickle. Night stand was broken and had to go back. Daughter's mirror was right but wrong color dresser. After waiting way too long for our dressers we found one at our local AAFES and it was actually in stock. We canceled the one from Ashley. Then Ashley found our other dresser and delivered it with all rollers on the right side broken We will not buy again

I came in to make my first large furniture purchase for my new home, and Hope greeted us so warmly at the door. She proceeded to show myself and my family the greatest hospitality at Ashley Furniture, answering all of our questions, and allowing us to explore the store for exactly what we were looking for. Hope priced out many options for me, I happened to be looking for items for multiple rooms, so her patience and dedication was remarkable. She made this a memorable shopping experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer, and hope to work with her when I return for future home purchases. I will be doing business at Ashley Furniture in D'iberville in the future.

I absolutely love Ashley Furniture. They combine style with affordability and comfort. The only place that lacks with Ashley is that once you place your order, it is very difficult to pin down delivery dates and times, especially if your piece is not “in stock” which can be extremely frustrating. 4-12 weeks is an extremely unrealistic time frame for someone paying $2000 for a couch or new dining suite. However, once your product is ready to be delivered, they are very thorough in scheduling and the delivery personnel are always very professional and helpful.

Was told a month wait for the items I purchased. A month has gone by and still have no ETA on my items. But they had no problems taking full asking price day one. Staff was friendly though. I’ll give them a star for that.

Purchased furniture in Feb 2021 told 4-6 weeks. Call at 6 weeks said no it was 6-8, called at 8 weeks then 12 weeks called again. Was told sorry we can’t do anything. So we spent 2500 on furniture to basically be told nothing we can do. Are you kidding me!! Looks like we will be getting our money back!! Absolutely ridiculous!!

We purchased our couch and they told us it would be 4-12 weeks before we received it. We paid for the full amount in cash that day October 12, 2020 and we didn't recieve our couch until April 2021. We also purchased a table in December and we are still waiting on it. When I call and ask for an update on it all they tell me is there is not an estimated time at this moment. We won't ever purchase anything from them again.

Loved our experience with Frank. He is very knowledgeable on the sectional couches specifically the material of the seats, which was very important to us. He took us around the entire store to show us all the sectionals and explained the difference between each model. We had a handful of questions and none of our questions went unanswered. He was very professional, super friendly, and he never made us feel pressured to purchase. Lori the manager also assisted with our experience and we were very thankful for her assistance. She, too, was just as friendly and helpful as Frank. We ended up purchasing the beautiful sectional at the front of the of the store. We are excited for the delivery and so grateful for great customer service.

The store was understaffed, probably due to Covid, so I had to wait a while to get helped, but once I had a salesperson working with me everything went smoothly. It took nearly 2 months to receive my furniture (Also because of Covid) but this is understandable. I love my sofas and I am very happy with the whole experience.

Positive experience with a very nice salesperson named Natasha. We purchased a double, leather recliner sofa. The only drawback is when we could expect delivery, 4-12 weeks. Very disappointed in that. Just hope, since we're seniors, we'll be around to enjoy it.

Came in to look for a dining room and bedroom set before we close on our home soon. They lady point blank asked if we were buying today because you know that’s all she cared about was her commission. Not customer service. She tried pressuring us three different times to apply for credit when I said we are closing soon and planned to come back the weekend after closing to order. Definitely not coming bad now. So inconsiderate. If she would have been nice and considerate, we would be coming back. But definitely not after that. We will to back to rooms to go when we buy soon.

We recently purchased a sectional with Ashley and even though we had a mix up with one of the delivery drivers they compensated us for our time by refunding our delivery fee. Their customer service was exceptional! We love our couch and look forward to purchasing more pieces with Ashley Furniture!

Our shopping experience was pleasant at Ashley's. Heather was the salesperson assisting us and we loved her. Emily, the Manager, was professional and very nice on the phone when I called about our sofa purchased a few months ago. This review is about our dissatisfaction with the sectional sofa for which we paid cash. The Savesto sectional is filled with 100% waterfowl feathers and while it looks nice on the floor, and while we are happy with the shape, the style, the color, the fabric, we made a bad choice to make such an expensive purchase before researching having furniture with these inserts. The feathers compress in no time and it feels like sitting on concrete. The back cushions compact also and provide no support. It's constant attempting to fluff up the seat and cushions with really no avail. We're exploring changing to foam inserts which will cost several hundred dollars, Ashley doesn't provide these. We advise no one to buy this type furniture... anything with feather inserts. Do your homework first..."hard" lesson learned for us.

Great selection, wonderful service

No set policy for delivery fee. If you are given a military discount, they then base delivery on the amount you buy. It goes up and up. They seem to penalize you for being military and using that discount. Most stores are fair to military with their discounts and the delivery fee is a set amount not sliding by if you buy more delivery is more going to the same location.

I understand that COVID has caused a lot of delays but this has been the worst experience ever. We ordered our table in July and it has been rescheduled for delivery 4 times. Now they won’t even give us a date on when to expect it and I can’t get anyone to call me back. We also tried to buy a beautyrest mattress and was originally told it was in stock. Well two weeks later we get a call from our sales associate stating it was on back order and he convinced us to buy a similar mattress that was in stock. Well this mattress is not similar at all and when we tried to talk to a manager or anyone from the store about our concern we get attitude and basically them telling us there’s no way to exchange it bc they don’t have the original mattress we wanted. DO NOT BUY from this store.

Delivery service is horrible!! We bought furniture in June and they gave a delivery date of August 10. Then they rescheduled for late August. Then they rescheduled a third time and did not call to let us know we had to call them to verify delivery. Finally on September 14 th they confirmed delivery and did arrive as scheduled. However when delivery man showed up he notified us that he only had the couch that the 2 recliners were on back order!!!! He said we would need to call the service number to find out an expected delivery date for the recliners. The first person said they didn’t know when it would be that they would call us. So we called the salesperson and he told us expected date would be October 13 which is a month from now!!!!! Delivery people and salesman we’re both very nice and we realize it’s not their fault but this is ridiculous!!!!😠😡😠😡

Great quality and service.

I originally went to Ashley furniture store because my mother was very keep on them. I wanted to spend anywhere from 1,000-1,400 on a sectional. We found a sectional that I loved in my price range however it would be a minimum of 2 months before it arrived and a couch was a necessity for my new place. With that being said we continued to shop around. We then came to a sectional that was 2,000, 600 over my original budget but was available for delivery in 3 weeks so I jumped on it. It is now the fourth month of countless rescheduling and my couch is still nowhere to be seen and paid in full. I have logged at least 4 hours total on the company’s 1-800 number to only be meet with a terrible customer service center. On the 5 different calls every time the person has be rude and seems like they could care less. The last phone call I asked when the new rescheduled date was and I was meet with sometime in August. I politely asked what date and the lady literally said it will be there when it gets there, If we get a date you will be alerted. If there was a way to give ZERO stars I 100% would do it.

Bought a bed June 4th,, still have not received it. Scheduled twice for delivery and missed two days of work to no avail. Last delivery was scheduled July 30. Been sleeping on the floor since. They do not return calls at all. August 1st today and have no idea when or if they will deliver. And they want a 25% refund fee if I were to try to get a refund. TOTAL AND COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

Purchased a large sectional June 5, 2020 the delivery date was set for a month out July 9 which was longer than we wanted to wait with no furniture, they called two days prior to push the delivery date back to today August 1. Just got off the phone with someone who said they never scheduled a August 1 drop off that it would be the 13th before they could get it delivered.

Mehalley Johnston was absolutely amazing to work with!! When I went in the store, I wasn't entirely sure what color scheme I wanted to go with. I was tied between Antique/distressed look and the nautical theme. By the time I left, I knew exactly which piece of furniture was going to go in every room of the house. She helped me pick out my couch, entertainment center, bedroom set, dining room table, and more. Thank you so much Mehalley for taking the time to go through the store with my paint swatches and help me find the perfect furniture for my house!! She also spent the time to explain the 90 day layaway and the credit card financing options. In addition to, spending the time to explain the delivery and assembly process. She also took the time to go over the "Guardian" 5 year warranty. She made the hours in the store fly by. She was extremely pleasant to work with! I will recommend her to everyone I know who is looking for furniture. Thanks again Mehalley!!

DO NOT PURCHASE THE GUARDIAN PROTECTION PLAN. My furniture got a hole and because I stated that it seems to be a manufacture defect, they will not cover it. They want you to have specific verbiage on how something happened accidentally and they will not approve all accidents. The furniture that comes from here is not good quality and the warranty is the BIGGEST JOKE. Don’t fall for it!!!

Ordered a table and a sectional couch. They want answer phone. Delivered table in boxes and left after we paid 150 to deliver and assemble. They did not assemble. Then we cancealed the couch because of the horrible customer service. They want to charge a 25 percent fee to canceal even though the couch has not left warehouse. Use someone with real customer service.

The manager of the store helped me with my selection of a chair and a half recliner. She was both friendly and professional. I am 72 and will be 73 in a few months and needed a certain chair that could accommodate sleeping. Got the Ashley McCaskill recliner with power and lumbar. It is so amazing. I received it today and it is in perfect condition, with 2 delivery men who were friendly and knew exactly how to get this large chair into a bedroom as nice as you please. My sincere thanks to Ceeon and Charles you are the best and nicest delivery people I have ever had in all my years. Only about a week to deliver, on time and keep in touch when on way.Thank you all again.

I purchased an entertainment center back in early February and it took 2 1/2 months before it arrived but that’s really not the issue once it got here it was short one side which meant we couldn’t put the top on. The shelving pins were not with what pieces either they were eventually sent in the mail. My issues is thats it’s now been another month and there telling me it won’t be here until June ! Really !! So now it’s 4 months from purchased date before it will arrive . Not what I would expect from Ashley’s furniture. FYI they have the other piece in the showroom that we can’t have.

I know that we are going through a pandemic and that there are a lot of people shopping online; however, I have had the HARDEST time getting any service. I have called dozens of times. Been on hold for hours and hours. Even the call backs have hung up on me as soon as I pick up. I finally got through with email, but that person basically told me I had to call the number to get help. I just NEED a new couch. This has been absolutely ridiculous. On top of that if you order online they charge your card every 6 days until delivered, unlike the email that states they charge once it drops off then they charge again when it gets delivered. ALL LIES! I just want to speak with someone that will actually help me.

I like the furniture selection but cannot figure out why I have to pay tax and shipping up front when I am using my credit card. Plus, for $149.00 in shipping costs, they could at least take the boxes away and take the packing materials out of the drawers.

My deliver man, can’t remember his name but he was a recent Army Veteran, was very careful and attentive to our brand new house. Him and the other guy named AJ did an excellent job and did it quickly. My salesman Phillip was great, even when we changed our mind in the middle of everything. He was very patient and knowledgeable.

We are very pleased to say that our delivery today was a successful one with a brand new working and very comfortable electric Reclining Asterre couch/sofa. Thank you very much for taking care of our previous dilemma. We really appreciate all the help and support we received from Sarah at the D’Ibervile store. Over promise and under deliver! The claims and distribution center only takes voice mails, they don’t return your calls and do a poor job of scheduling delivery. Rescheduled twice and blamed their delays on their suppliers. Do not trust the store’s scheduled delivery date, just add three weeks to what they say. Horrible customer service. Will not buy from here ever again. Painful.

We have ALWAYS done business with Ashley, until today. We canceled a purchase the day after placing the order, something that was months away from being delivered, and were charged a "restocking" fee. I hope it was worth all of our future purchases. Update: I've since found a far better furniture store with more options, had zero issues, and even recommended a few coworkers that were familiar with my recent experience. It would seem this has cost Ashley more than a restocking fee.

Bought these console loveseats for my theatre room...have used them about 7 times in 6 years...now the back is peeling & cracking...there are class action lawsuits against them in 2015 & 2017 for the durablend & they wont make good only offering me 30% discount on purchasing new ones...are you kidding me...you sell a product that falls apart, have lawsuits against you & you want me to spend more $$ with you!! The delivery people scuffed many walls and dented one wall. I have tried several times to contact Ashley’s. I have spoken to many different people and still no one has tried to resolve this problem. The delivery fee was $200.00 and I was assured when purchasing my furniture that if any damage occurred they would fix it. BEWARE!!!!

Surprisingly great Ashley store with a wide selection of furniture. We worked with Tomcat on several visits to buy bedroom and living room furniture. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in and out of store that were available. We visited quite a few other furniture stores on the coast before coming back to this Ashley store, and we’re still pleased with our decision.

My wife and I dropped by to just look around. We were greeted by Tara Maness and because of her fantastic personality,, knowledge, and salesmanship we purchased a bedroom set and a living room set. She listened to what we were looking for and showed us what we wanted. She also explained the quality of the various products and explained the differences in cost so as we were able to purchase the best items for our budget ranges. Normally we look and then take time to think about what we saw and do research on the products but with Tara's knowledge and research all our concerns were addressed and explained to our satisfaction. We felt that after her careful, thorough, and pleasant time spent with us that we should purchase our items immediately. We personally think that Tara Maness is not only the best salesperson we have met, but also, one fantastic person. '

Helpful no pressure and good selection. But plan on waiting over a month for furniture to be delivered from there warehouse. There is no stock at this location on furniture everything is display only.

The living room set we looked at in the store vs what was delivered is horrible bumpy lumpy and no lines match on each section.

I’m disappointed in the customer service. My original delivery date was 15 July. At the last minute it was moved to 23 July. I asked for an afternoon delivery as I had to be at work at 1pm for a meeting. 4 days before delivery I was told my delivery was to be between 1030-1pm. I called to state that this would not work as I cannot be late to my work meeting. They stated there was no afternoon delivery time. The day of delivery at 12:15, still no delivery. Asked if product could come in the afternoon again told no OR reschedule to 06 Aug. I will not be buying furniture from this store again. Update it’s 3pm...still no sofa.

if ZERO stars was an option I would give that. Bought a $700 recliner, it broke within 7 days. Didn't get around to calling about it until day 14. Cause one I was looking for my receipt, and two life gets busy and I figured they would make it right. Boy was I wrong. Don't buy here. Service after the SALE is non - existent. Lost my business for good.

Purchased a recliner and it was poor quality. Tried to return at 14 days. They claimed return policy was 7 days. DO NOT BUY HERE! POOR customer service. BE WARNED, even asked for a manager, he wouldn't even get on the phone.

5 stars for the quality of furniture. Not happy!!! I will have to rent a living room set for a week or 2, having company coming in from out of town with no furniture. After waiting 6 weeks for it to be delivered . Color was not correct for the leather couch and loveseat. The bedroom set isn't right either I wanted the Platt form bed with the draws but that's not what got delivered. And don't expect it to be corrected quickly. Now got to wait a few more weeks. This is just ridiculous. And the manager doesn't seem to care. They already got paid. Not a customer friendly store. When you have problems to resolve. Delivery appointment and crew were awesome. The day after me writing this I recieved a phone call earlier that my furniture would be delivered on Wednesday. Thank you for resolving this issue.

My wife and I bought a bedroom set from our local Ashley store in Diberville. Our salesperson was personable and appeared to be knowledgeable about her product. We were informed that delivery times for our purchase were 2 days a week for our area. We were going to be out of town the offered week of delivery and suggested delivery be held off for another week. So, two weeks after our purchase we were prepared for delivery. We broke down the existing bedroom furniture in preparation. Everything was delivered and setup today without any known complications at this time except the chest we bought. We were told that it was "not on the truck". So, I called Emily Simmons, with customer service who informed me that the chest was expected to be in, in two more weeks. And then I could setup another delivery time. A month... A MONTH after purchase before we can complete the furnishings? Are you kidding me? I received no call to tell me the chest was not being delivered nor was I offered any explanation as to why I had to wait over a month for delivery. I have purchased larger, more expensive furniture from other furniture stores in the area and have never had to wait this long. I am not impressed!! This is no way to earn repeat business. I think my time and money would be more appreciated at another store for my next purchase.

Bought this Ashley Marion Flip top Coffee table at the Keesler AFB. They have many pieces of Ashley. Bought this table back end of May. Three wheels were underneath and salesperson didn’t think they went to furniture. Got home and had one wheel on and realized he was wrong. Went back next day and he was off. Spoke to him but wheels thrown away or someone. The Ashley Rep was supposed to call me back and never did. Called Local d’Iberville Ms store and they said nothing they could do. Called CUSTOMER SERVICE ON 11 JUL 2019. She failed to mention it would take 2 1/2 months. Called Ashley today. Like pulling teeth to give her my order number. She said 21 AUG ESTIMATED. Even on a boat from CHINA is only a month. Last piece of anything ASHLEY EVER AGAIN.

Was followed around the store the entire time. Makes shopping a horrible experience. Ended up spending a few grand for a new bed but came in with the intent of getting a new couch and a dinning room aswell. If I had just been given a little more space i could have purchased more. Doubt I'll ever come in again.

Went to look at sectionals. Found one to pay cash for. Then the wanted to tell me 3 weeks before delivery Ok so let's do it. Not so fast.. Let's add a a 250.00 dollar delivery fee. For going 25 mi down the road.... Nope Bought same suite on line for 1400.00 less

I ordered my items just by looking at pictures. When they come to deliver my items all were as shown without any damage. Had a little trouble with the delivery but was not to the drivers fault. The delivery drivers were very careful and courteous. Thank you for a great job.

Sales staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. He worked diligently to get us the best price on the furniture we purchased. We will definitely return in the future!

I just moved to the area, and am disgusted with the service here. I planned on furnishing my new house through this store, until I got there. The sales lady, Tara, was the worst. Literally followed me like a vulture, and then every time I found something I might want, she would recommend something much more expensive that I wasn't interested in. I left after it happened repeatedly. I wouldn't recommend this store, or that woman, to anyone.

I have bought Ashley furniture for 3 homes in which I have lived. It has held up well and the protection plan is well worth the price. I have used the plan only once, but was happy with the results I had. The furniture is affordable and customer service is great!

While their customer service is very good. They only offer low quality furniture. If you are going to spend some money on your furniture you might as well go to a high quality furniture store like Bassett or Restoration hardware.
