Well I ordered a recliner 2 months ago and still haven’t received it. Poor customer service. No one ever answers the phone. I gave them a 1 star rating I would have given them no star but can’t. My advice is to look elsewhere for furniture

Great experience with the sale! We came looking for a coffee table/end table set. Mandy was helpful, but not pushy. She let us explore and answered any questions we had. We ended up purchasing a set that will be delivered in a few weeks. Overall, it was a good experience. We would definitely buy from this location again.

She listened to what I wanted and took her time showing me all the different options until I found exactly what I was looking for. Very nice and professional. I recently bought a leather recliner sectional in Diberville Mississippi for relaxiion after surgery. The sale lady Natosha failed to tell me that the battery was not included. The 2 young men set it up said she should have sold me 2 batteries and 2 splitters. The sectional was setup with 4 cords in 3 different plug-ins. It was looking ghetto-fabulos with all the cords. The sales lady from Ashley 's furniture called me and asked how did I like my sofa. I told her about the cords and what the young men said about the batteries and splitters. She said that was incorrect because the store didn't have nor sale any batteries there. I called the store , sure enough Amanda who was covering for Natasha told me come and pick them up. The batteries and splitters cost me over 700.00 cash. It was cold and windy that day. It was very inconvenient. The sectional itself is hard as a rock with very low arms. There were wrinkles in the back of it. They sent a very nice young man named Luke to get them out which he was successful. Luke also help me with the batteries installement but they had to be charged for 6hrs before use. Here it is almost 10 days later. Ashley should have sent someone out to handle this service. My coffee cup will not fit in the holders. However the sofa recliner is very modern leather and beautiful, if I have to say so myself. I think after I break it in ,it will be OK.

I would recommend Ashley Furniture D'Iberville 100%. I think the most important thing is the sales teams. Our salesperson was MANDY, and she was amazing start to finish. The ease of working with her was the best we have had in a very long time. She was exactly what we needed, patient and low pressure but an excellent communicator in terms of knowledge of the furniture, about when meeting times worked for both her schedule and ours. We needed furniture quickly, so I went in to scope out some ideas before bringing my husband. She gave me space to wander around but kept track of what I was looking at, she helped me narrowed the options by listening to what we needed and making suggestions and answering questions. I left after a short time to find that she would follow up with me via text message, thanking me. She follow-up with me three times that week as I was waiting for my husband to get back in town to figure out our schedule. This is how we schedule a convenient time which was great so she could tend to us without interruptions. We got the sale done and out the door in 30 minutes. Mandy knows what she is doing and met our needs and expectations seamlessly. She even follow-up with us after the purchase to thank us. Mandy is amazing, and if we need anything in the future, we will go right to her!! Our furniture was delivered three weeks later. The delivery guys were awesome as well, they moved our furniture in with care, as if it was their own. The whole process was smooth, friendly, professional, and refreshing. Made us feel like they cared and we were in great hands.

Failed to communicate the fact that assembly wasn't included for my delivery which on the receipt had delivery and assembly on it. Called customer service and they can't even refund a portion of the delivery fee. Will never purchase from Ashley again.

I know it probably doesn’t matter to them but, I will not make another purchase from Ashley furniture nor will I recommend Ashley Furniture to anyone. My wife and I went to the store and ordered a dresser and we thought, two nightstands. When the order arrived it consisted of the dresser and one nightstand. We looked at the original order and sure enough it was correct. Only one nightstand was ordered. We had expressed to the sales person we wanted two nightstands but only one was ordered. We should have doubled checked. No problem. On August 31, 2024, we went back to the store and ordered the matching nightstand. We were told it would take about three weeks to deliver. Here we are almost 8 weeks later and no nightstand. We’ve visited the store at least twice only to be told it will be delivered in about 3 weeks each time. Follow up from the store (1 text message) came only after a couple of calls and two visits to the store. Poor service and little concern after the sale. Unacceptable! Since I can’t add a new review I’ll have to edit my previous review. I’ll start by saying that everything I wrote on my initial review still applies. Sixty two days and counting. Still have not received the nightstand we ordered and paid for on August 31, 2024. We still have not received a call from anyone at the store even though we were told that our salesperson, Natasha, would be in touch with us. We have received the impersonal automated text messages about every ten days or so, thanking us for our patience. We’re patient because we have no recourse. We’d really rather not receive any text messages unless they are providing a delivery date. I’ll be updating my review weekly until we receive our merchandise. Meanwhile, we’re just stuck with one nightstand.

I went in for 1 new piece and came out with an amazing living room set, dining room table , chairs, and new king master bed frame. The sale prices were too good to not purchase, Mandy had my profile likings in the system from a couple of months ago ,Natasha did an amazing job assisted me thru each piece, answered all my questions and really listened to my concerns. I don’t make furniture purchases very often. I’ve purchased from Ashley‘s furniture twice in the last 10 years and both times including the purchase I just made this week arrived damaged. The damages are only discovered after they unload all the furniture into your home which means it all has to be reloaded and reordered. I took a day off of work and moved all of my old furniture out to make sure the delivery drivers could move the new stuff in with no problems. Now I’m moving my old furniture back in and I will take another day off when Ashley gets my order right. I wanted to post an update to my original review of Ashley furniture. After the first order was damaged and had to be returned, they re-ordered the bedroom set and called a week later to confirm delivery. The day before it was supposed to be delivered they called and said the second bedroom set they ordered was also damaged and they’d have to re-order a third bedroom set that could take another 1 to 4 weeks. This has been an absolutely awful experience. Update number 3. After 2 months of waiting I have decided to submitted a request to cancel the order and get a refund. I never did hear anything about the 3rd delivery attempt.

Went to look for a recliner, upon arriving me and my wife were greeted by Mandy. She was super nice, and took us straight to the back where the recliners were so we weren’t just roaming around looking. She was able to show us exactly what models had the features that we were looking for. Would’ve given 0 stars after the service I received. Went into the store on 2/29/24 to purchase a small area rug but the size I wanted was not available at my local store. They searched inventory and saw that there was one near at the Spanish Fort, AL store. A call was given and in the end the AL associate stated they would call my local store back after double checking inventory. So I hung around the store for 30 minutes but a callback was never received; I left and told them to call me the next day when they hear something. Didn’t get a callback so I stopped by the store a 2nd day and ended up having to order the rug online and would be available for pick up the following week. So 5 days later, I received a text saying my rug was ready for pick up as well as a phone call asking when would I be able to pick up the rug. During the midst of this, the local associate texted and told me the rug was unavailable and a refund will be offered. I told him I received 2 confirmations that it was ready to be picked up, and I stopped by the store after work. I was basically told the rug had the wrong SKU number on it and the 2 people I spoke to was not aware of this; taking 5 days to catch this error and at time of pick up. I asked to speak to the manager because this was unacceptable and I wasted 3 days of time going in the store for nothing. The manager assured me she would call me the next day after calling the AL store. Let’s just say I never heard back from her and this is now Day-6. I felt blown off and felt she said whatever she needed to get me to leave the store; wasn’t loud or rude and she had no answers. So after this experience, I will not buy another item from Ashley again. Unprofessional as a manager and did nothing to make it right especially after all the time I had to go to the store to make sure my rug was in stock and ordered but really wasn’t.

On Wed 24 Jan 2024, I had stopped by the Ashley Store located in D’Iberville MS looking for living items but more importantly, a coffee table and end table set. I was greeted by Ms. Mandy Hungerford, Home Furnishing Consultant. Ms. Hungerford was professional, courteous and knowledgeable regarding the type of furniture I was looking for. She explained the capability of the coffee table set, delivery and the protection plan. Let’s just say, I was sold and I returned the next day to purchase my desired items. I greatly appreciate Ms. Hungerford’s assistance and I will be back in a month to purchase more items for my living room. 🗣️EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE‼️

The driver couldn't get his truck up the drive and his helper caught an attitude and.actually threw the chair we ordered, off the delivery truck into my dad's truck. He and my.dad had words. I think my last review is under my other email but I was bribed with a gift card for that review. I bought an expensive sectional from this store and purchased the protection plan for just in case problems since it was so expensive. After paying nearly $400 for protection, I tried to file a claim for damage that my pet made. I was told at the store when I bought the couch that this coverage would cover EVERYTHING. The sales person even said pet problems. Lo and behold, that was not true. So now I have this big fancy sectional that is damaged and no way of fixing it unless I pay out of pocket. Four hundred down the drain because I believed a sales person. I feel deceived and will not shop with Ashley furniture any longer.

My husband and I recently went shopping at the Ashley furniture store in D'Iberville. We had a lovely young lady named Mandy help us with our purchase. Sometimes buying something can be a little overwhelming, but she made the experience very nice. She made wonderful recommendations and because of her we have a beautiful bed and mattress that we will be able to enjoy for years to come!

We waited 16 weeks and got the call for delivery. Unfortunately, no one showed up on our delivery day. When I called customer service they claimed they had a glitch in the system. No phone call, text or email to let us know they wouldn’t be delivering. The customer service team had a blatantly “don’t care less” attitude and when I requested a manager, I was told it would take 3 business days before someone would contact me. Spend your money elsewhere…this particular Ashley location is horrible

Last time I visited an Ashley Furniture location, I got handled by someone on the floor that didn’t know their cherry from their chest [of drawers]. I also got aggressively stuffed towards their in-house financing partners before I finally let them know that wouldn’t be necessary. At this store, however, I was in the sights of a seasoned professional. Hieu Ho was a masterful guide to the bedroom suites that matched what I said I was needing, and he even checked to see when an upgraded/expedited delivery window could be arranged around upcoming holidays. Not only was I never pushed, I never even felt the pressure. If you need to know who a polished asset is, look no further than this veteran of the hospitable arts. I’ll give this guy my business every time. Someone make sure a compensatory keybump is in the cards for this kid; it’ll be an investment. But you probably already know that. I will be sharing my experience with Ashley Furniture the company, not just the store location. First, we ordered our bedroom furniture. The rep. said will be about 3 months. We were ok with waiting as long as things worked out well. Two months after putting our order in, we received a bill from “Wells Fargo,” who we did our financing through. We inquired Ashley why are we paying for something we had not received yet. Ashley said, “that is Wells Fargo’s dealings.” I know how financing works. Wells Fargo would not bill us unless Ashley didn’t put an inquiry for a sale through. Finally, after spending 4-5 hours on the phone back and forth, Ashley resended the sale and Wells Fargo removed the billing. Then Ashley informed us that they could deliver half of the items now and when the others came in they would bring those. We declined the offer because we did not want to take off work everytime they had a piece of furniture ready for us. Also, once they dropped the first piece off they could bill us immediately. After, waiting 6 months, we received a text stating our items were all ready and to schedule to have delivered. We called and scheduled. The day before scheduled date, we received a text message saying “we cannot deliver all items because they were not all available.” I called Ashley immediately. One of their workers told me that they had someone purchase a piece of furniture from our style we picked and because they only got a couple pieces they would get them before us and that’s why our items were no longer available. This was very disappointing. We had been waiting 6 months then told everything was in, then told they gave out stuff away. Finally, I called Ashley to talk to a supervisor about the problem. After about 3-4 hours on phone back and fourth, I was told a supervisor would call me back. I never got a call back from a supervisor. I did get a call from a rep the next day saying they had all my stuff ready to deliver. I was baffled! One day they didn’t have it, now next day they have it. However, the day I scheduled to be off work they could t deliver it. They delivered it the day after I was initially scheduled. This was very difficult and the dishonesty caused a lot of distrust. The only reason Ashley gets three stars is because all the furniture was in excellent shape and correct when delivered. I did have a disagreement with the delivery people because i asked if I could check all the furniture out before they leave because the store told me once they leave I was liable for all items. The delivery driver said if I had problems Ashley would take care of it even after they left. Because of distrust, I made sure to check everything out. The only way this review will be given more stars is if Ashley compensates me for a day’s time spent on the phone and a day missed of work for scheduling issues. I’ll let the extra 3 months wait slide.

From the minute I walked in the store I felt welcome but not ambushed. The salesman Hieu, helped direct me towards exactly what I was looking for, informed me about the specials, and was very upfront about the time it would take to be delivered. He was very knowledgeable but not pushy he really made shopping for furniture a breeze. I highly recommend this place and will be shopping here in the future.

We really appreciated Hieus Knowledge of the product and his ability to work with us was awesome also we wanted to give big props to the assistant manager she was a great help in getting us situated and dealing with all aspects of the purchase great job guys we are returning customers for sure

Hope was absolutely wonderful sales associate and helped us get the bedroom sets we needed. Ashley’s had really nice furniture and it was super hard to make a choice that’s how nice it is.

Hieu Ho made the entire experience fantastic, he was knowledgeable and able to help with any questions I had. Financing was easy and took little time.

I was nervous about decorating the library in our new home. I was very glad that Hieu helped me out. He was knowledgeable and gave me honest opinions and feedback.

I was so overwhelmed trying to find furniture for my new home, until I came to Ashley and found Hieu! What a lifesaver! He helped me find everything I was looking for and more. He was very knowledgeable, and not pushy to try and sell me everything in the store. I never thought furniture shopping could be pleasant, but Hieu changed the game!

Hieu Ho did a great job helping me make the best buying decision for my needs without being pushy like rooms to go.

I was changing out my Living Room Furniture and my Salesman Hieu Ho was so helpful. Was mindful of my budget and showed me some great options. Purchased two recliners and was so happy with my purchase, I returned two weeks later and Hieu assisted me with additional purchases

Recently went to look for furniture. Hieu was very helpful didn’t feel rushed.

We just received our BRAND NEW SET and this is what we are experiencing. Rips, and discoloration.. also the furniture has dirt marks.. these photos taken directly after delivery. We have called numerous times to get this resolved and unsuccessful. I have spoken with Customer Service numerous times and still no follow up.. today we received the second part to this set and yet the very same issue.. I am not one to write bad reviews but this is completely unacceptable. I have purchased many sofa sets and bed sets from Ashley Furniture is this is my very first bad experience. Maybe me posting this review will get them to response and rectify this issue..

Salesperson at this location was rude and condescending to my wife. She tried to use an Ashley Furniture Homestore credit card to purchase a mattress but was told that they don't accept ones issued in other locations/regions. Mine was issued in North MS and not accepted in South MS. That's like going into a Wal-Mart with a Wal-Mart credit card and being told that Wal-Mart doesn't accept it. The manager was fake-nice but also condescending in her explanation. Ashley must be struggling to locate employees that value customer service. We cancelled our card with Ashley and will not be shopping there ever again.
