NO ASHLEY SALE IS WORTH BEING LIED TO!!! YOU END UP PAYING MORE IN THE LONG RUN!!! Then when it's delivered, they stick you with "Well, it's yours now" WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED!!!

I typically do not bother with negative reviews but my experience with Ashley Furniture has been disappointing to say the least. In July, I visited the Flowood branch to purchase a couch, my first furniture purchase. The sales experience was pretty quick and easy, despite a disagreement about online price matching and the in-store promotion. But maybe that was the writing on the wall. My sales associate informed my husband and I that the couch was in stock and could be delivered within two weeks. The reasonable delivery date was something we considered when making our final decision. I understand that there may still be supply chain issues affecting delivery of goods. I understand dates can sometimes slide to the right, but the handling of this purchase has been a nightmare. I received a call three days before the scheduled delivery date and was informed that the couch was in fact not in stock and needed to be built. I was given a new date in August, a month from the original delivery date. Fast forward to that week in August, and I received another call stating that the product wouldn't be delivered until September. I had already promised my older furniture to a college student moving on campus this Fall, and I am now forced to make compromises due to inaccurate sales information, whether intentional or not, on behalf of the company. Furthermore, it is extremely difficult to reach a human customer service representative, and if you try to address the issue in store, no one assists and instead tells you that the number on your receipt is the best service they can offer. I hope your experience is better than mine. I will update this review when my product finally arrives
For the Memorial weekend I went to Ashley in Flowood Ms to purchase a bed and night stand. When I first walked in the store Mark Hooten was sitting on his personal phone. No once did he ask me can he help me. So I told him that I wanted to get purchase a couple of item. So as he looked up what I wanted he said that they had to order it. So I ask him about how long was the zero percent interest. And I told him what I saw on the commercial on TV. So he said he had to ask Jeremiah so Jeremiah said it was 6mths. But I told him that's not what the commercial said so he said well that's all we are doing. Very rude. So I ask for the customer complain number. They was hesitant to give it to me. Then I told Mark Hooten that I wanted to order it, but Jeremiah said no. That they didn't want my business. So I called customer service to complain and tell her about the bad service and how rude the salesman were at that store. And the lady that was on the phone tried to call that store to resolve the issue but no one would take the call. So she said the only thing that she could do was to give me a $75 credit that I can use. But that's the only Ashley close to were I live. So I told all of my friends and family not to shop there and to tell other people. So I decided to go to Miskelly furniture store. Better customer service there. Ashley Furniture in Flowood Ms sucks

My experience with the sales associate was great! We picked out the most perfect sectional. The delivery is a totally different experience. My couch has been rescheduled three times to be delivered. We get a confirmation every time to confirm we will be getting the delivery. The sectional never shows up and we never get a text that it’s canceled. We just keep getting new confirmation texts. I call and call with no answers. I even went to the store to see where the couch was and if I could drive to the warehouse and pick it up. They said it’s now scheduled for next week to be delivered. When will I get my couch??? I was given a number to call the store manager tomorrow. It’s just the same robot automated system that gives me no option to speak to an actual person. I guess I’ll go back up to the store. So frustrating!!!

Me and my husband just went in to get a new table and we walked out with a new bed, base, knee pillow, and table!!!! Customer service was exceptional and we were kept informed the whole time! I have also gotten couch a few years ago from Ashley and it is still holding up, with 3 cats and a toddler!!!! 10/10 recommend

Great salesperson made it a great experience but it’s been a little over a week and i haven’t received my couch and now i’m not receiving it for another week. While the sellers are great the delivery service sucks big time. I paid a good price because i needed a couch not because i don’t need a couch. It’s asking to Add photos but there are none.
Open on Sundays! Would be great to have inventory closer for faster delivery, but otherwise a great sales experience. We were shown the selections we were interested in, told if we had any questions to ask, then left to take our time checking things out. A no-pressure environment.

The first salesman was Sam Lott. He kept trying to sell me the most expensive recliner you had and was very indifferent to me. I was very dissatisfied with Ashley. I went back anyway and got Hezekiah and he was low pressure and helped me pick out the one I bought. He was great. When I pay $600 cash for something, I expect a little consideration. I expect delivery in 10 days and hope I will love my new recliner.
Trent came out the back room seen me and began helping me with suggestions and assistance beyond expectations and made everything I was trying to accomplish happen. Trent was very patient and knowledgeable of my needs .his personality exceeds all expectations of a well qualified salesman however this purchase was delivered late from the original date to a week later and then 2 to 3 hrs late on the date of delivery however the delivery team was respectful and did a great job setting my loveseat up and bringing it in with ease and they were very professional and apologetic for being thrown off scedule

Mark Hooten was very professional and a great salesman. My issue is I was charged $80 drop fee after stated I would meet truck at truck stop and pickup recliner, stated that even tho I would do that they wouldn’t wave drop fee, so gonna cost Ashley more than $80 to replace power lines and get trailer pulled out of ditch in one of the 90 degree curves leaving my residence, I know how companies are. I drove a truck for47 years, companies don’t care about their employees, just that dollar bill

He was not pushy, he answered all of my questions. My only issue is the inventory not being in stock. I wanted to purchase and pick up the next day. Thank you for the great customer service!!
I purchased a sectional from the Ashley’s store in Flowood Ms location. Before purchase salesman stated I had 72 hours to return if the sectional didn’t fit.. Upon day of delivery, the sectional had damage and another part didn’t fit. I called the company and the salesman same day, to set up a return. Next day, I went back to the Flowood store and spoke with the sales manager, he states there is a NO RETURN POLICY, No exchange call corporate office. Since, I have spent several hours calling, Ashley corporate office, Ashley store in Flowood Ms, Ashley Warehouse in Hattiesburg Ms and No Return been rectified, only option was to repair.. Bad customer service,, and Misleading salesman’s. I feel like I have been rob from this company.

The in-store experience was great BUT no one answers the phone...ever. Even when I was on hold, the AI offered me a call back that never came. Text messages said someone would call me shortly but they never did. I still haven’t been able to speak with a person.

I do not recommend anyone to do business here. We had missing items on the day of delivery, took (MONTHS) to receive the missing item. And everytime you would call the store to speak to Trent or the General Manager, they were either “Not available” or they would say “Let me try and figure out something and I will give you a call back” and weeks would go by and no returned phone call or anything.. Save yourself the time and headache and go Purchase your furniture any where but here… I rate them a 0 out of 5 stars.. Horrible Customer Service, horrible attitude, poor communication and no product knowledge.

We originally came in looking for wall decor but didn't find what we were looking for. We did see some end tables on clearance. Zach was an excellent sales person, very personal. We're very happy with our visit.
I purchased two bar stools March 24th and was informed my options were to have them delivered to my home or I could pick them up in Hattiesburg. I live on Lakeland and the store is on Lakeland so I opted for door delivery without setup. I informed the salesman and store manager I get off at 4:30 pm on Friday’s if I could get a late delivery (anything after 4:30) because I work on State Street. The manager said they deliver until 8 pm and he would put the request in I would receive a call 24-48 hours prior to my delivery. I received a text March 27th stating my delivery would arrive March 29th between 3:15 pm and 6:15 pm. I immediately called the number in the text asked the customer service representative if the time could be pushed back one hour to give me time to get home. She said without hesitation, “ That was the time you were allotted for delivery I can change the date.” Without any regards to my plans or even asking if that would be okay with me. I only wanted time to get home and I explained that the manager promised I would have time to make it home. She said he couldn’t guarantee that. I asked for a refund as a new date and me wouldn’t work. I asked for a confirmation e-mail and I’ve been receiving e-mails saying I will be contacted with a new date and time.

First my delivery was pushed back by about 10 days. Then, my order was wrong. So I took off work to be able to be home when the correct piece was delivered and they never showed. Telling me that the delivery date is actually 3 days from now, even though I have emails to prove it was set for 4/24. No one seams to be able to help me. I’m canceling my order.

We bought new coffee and In table and when it was delivered it was damaged and they refused to take it back and have been given us the run around on replacing it with new. I will never buy anything from Ashley again.

Bought a chair for $1658. It was damaged at delivery and replaced by another damaged one. I asked for a refund and they refuse. Said policy is that once it's accepted in the home, they won't refund. I showed the delivery guy it was damaged and he documented, but still left with it. Beware!

Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had was when purchasing furniture. I went into this store with the intent to buy furniture for my bedroom. When I made my decision on which bedroom set I wanted, he then advised me on my financing options. I ended up taking a 0% 24-month term with the option of 36 months after signing. He told me all I had to do was call, and they would extend the loan while keeping the 0%. However, this was not the case when I called the loan company to try and do that exact process. They informed me that if I were to extend the loan, I would incur all of the interest from the first 24 months. First red flag. Secondly, they informed me that my price included a 5-year warranty that covered absolutely everything. I even asked if it would cover pet damage from chewing or claw marks and hypothetically, if someone broke every piece of furniture with a bat, would it still be covered. He said yes, of course. So, I said great thanks. After reviewing the warranty paperwork at home, this doesn’t seem to be the case as it specifically states that pet or physical damage other than normal wear isn’t covered. I could have read it wrong, but from what it said, I’m pretty positive that’s what it meant. Second red flag. The last issue with the salesman was when he told me I had a white glove delivery, which he stated included bringing the new furniture in, removing the old furniture from the room, and assembling the new furniture. Again, this wasn’t true. When the delivery finally arrived over an hour after the arrival window, they brought my new furniture inside. I inspected the furniture and noticed that 3 of the 4 pieces I ordered had damage from shipping. Initially, I was going to refuse the items, but the drivers told me it would be easier to take the items and make a claim within 48 hours after delivery. So, I allowed them to continue. Then they refused to remove my furniture from my room and told me I didn’t pay for that service. So, I had to do that while they stood there and watched. They then proceeded to build the bed frame, asking to use my personal tools because theirs died. I was fine with this, no big deal. But after about an hour of them putting it together, they left without saying a word. They both just walked out of the house and drove away. I thought it was odd, but whatever, it was late, and I’m sure they wanted to get home. I walked into my bedroom, and the bed frame was not put together properly, with screws missing and most of them not even tightened completely. Not even the worst part since I can tighten screws myself. But the pieces were not even put together in the correct orientation. It's crazy after paying so much for this furniture from a place I thought was a reputable business; my judgment was completely wrong. So, after all this, the only thing I could do is call the warranty customer service and hope they fix it all. It’s been about 2 months, and my bed is still not fixed, and none of the other damage has been repaired. It took about 3-4 weeks for them to mail me the new hardware for the bed frame. Since it has arrived, they keep telling me they have to schedule a day to call me to schedule a day to come out and fix everything. I'm not sure why they can’t just tell me a date in the future, and I’ll make sure I’m home. But we will see how much longer this takes. I will update this review once it’s finished.

I moved to.Flowood from Northeast Georgia in December. I purchased a home and needed to furnish each room. I visited several furniture stores and was not impressed with the customer service at all. My sister and I decided to go Ashly’s furniture and I am so glad that we did. The Showroom Representatives were kind and very knowledgeable about the pieces that were on display. We were treated like we were the most important people In that store. Their furniture is beautiful and well made. Thank you Cory and Jeremiah for making my move here a positive experience. The sales person name was Cayden. He was exactly what you want when you come into a furniture store or a car dealership, ‘space’ to look around. He introduced himself, offered his assistance if needed. That’s exactly what we needed, opportunity to look, test, and fit for size. When we found what we wanted Cayden provided all details of cost, warranty, and being satisfied with selection.
THEY ARE SOME DUMMIES!! They delivered the wrong head board and foot board for my bed and will not correct it. HORRIBLE SERVICE

DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE! The people at this store are incompetent, indifferent, and DO NOT CARE about you or customer service. My daughter has taken off work 5 times for these idiots to deliver furniture to our home, and each time Ashley has delivered dirty, used, ripped or broken items. When we have called Ashley about it, they blatantly give us the runaround and state how little they care. Yet we pay the bill each month ON TIME. We are considering a lawsuit. Please PLEASE don’t waste your money or your time with Ashley in Pearl Mississippi. Only stupid people who work there. All they want is YOUR MONEY.

In store experience was good. Unfortunately my sales rep ordered two different colored pieces for my altari 2 piece sectional. Thankfully they had the correct color at the warehouse in moselle. Terrible. The purchase was fine because they were glad to make money but thereafter for delivery, it’s a nightmare and nobody can seem to tell me anything. Delivery went from today to hopefully next week, we can’t find it to 2 more weeks! Nobody wants to say anything.

We bought 2 recliners on 10/14/23 and were told delivery would be 10/24/23. I called once, and they said 10/24/23. I called again, and they said someone would call me with delivery time within 3 days. I called again, and they said give them until 10/30. I called on 10/30, and they said they were in Memphis, but they hadn’t been scheduled for delivery because there was no route number assigned. The first time they’d be on our route was 11/15/23. I called 11/13/23 and asked for delivery time. They said someone would call 11/14. Today is 11/14. I called, and they said one recliner was not available. Nobody notified us this whole month. We canceled and refunded. Awful experience

I had a poor experience at the Flowood location. I purchased a sofa and was told that it would be delivered on Friday. When I followed up on Thursday I was given a delayed delivery date and was told that my sofa was on layaway. This is very disappointing especially since this was my first experience with Ashley. I will not be shopping with you all again.
While the sales part of the experience was pleasant enough, delivery and set up was a WHOLE new thing. I purchased a sectional couch. So there were several big pieces that had to be brought in and then snapped together. This is being placed in a room with an already existing rug and other pieces of furniture like end and coffee tables. It was off set on the rug and I asked them to move it over. Then it needed to be moved a little forward as a whole. I was quickly informed this was their last time to move it, literally it was only a foot forward if that and I helped! Luckily that was the last time it needed to be moved. When customer service called shortly after they left, I told them about how I felt about this policy. She said they are furniture deliverers not movers. Seriously? They MOVED the furniture from their big truck into my home! IF they were concerned about customer service and satisfaction, they should have been willing to move it again if necessary. I was the 5th and last delivery on a Saturday and no doubt these 2 guys were ready to start their weekend. If they had been happy to help me adjust the couch, I would have been happy to tip them. But now I seriously doubt I will ever shop there again.
I bought a mattress on Sunday and got it home and it had to sit for 24 hours and it is bowed down at the top and it’s so hard.. I tried contacting Ashley company but they won’t offer a refund and I didn’t even sleep on the mattress one full night! I will never walk in that store again.. I can’t believe they don’t offer a return policy if the customer is unsatisfied

I would recommend Ashley’s services to everyone. Ashely’s representatives welcomed me wholeheartedly and were open to answer any inquires or concerns that I had. Also, it was impressive how well informed they were of each product that I set my eyes and went to the extreme to suggest cleaning products for the furniture and how temperatures and humility can also affect the quality/surface of your furniture overtime. I felt right at home and I would visit again.

Ashley H, I've talked to all of your customer service representatives email and otherwise. Again, more lies. If I'm not talking to you personally there is nothing left to talk about. We will have to go a different route. $700 is too much money (for us) to just forget about. Your salesman knows he shouldn't have sold us that. Your warranty company even admitted that. And so did your home store. However, your salesman won't man up and return our calls. I'm pretty sure we won't hear from you either.

Worked with us on pickup and delivery so we’ll have everything when we need it. I went to Ashley’s to look for a new sofa. Wanted to look at regular sofas and sectionals with chaise. Trent Coleman met me at door and offered to show me everything they had on display. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He gave me plenty of time afterward to decide between a few favorites. The buying process was a breeze and I received excellent service thanks to Trent.

Terrible delivery experience and customer service is lacking big time. We caught them dragging the couch across the yard and then they were surprised when it was damaged. They forgot a dresser and upon delivery we found out the other dresser was back ordered. During our second delivery we received the replacement pieces for the couch and the dresser that was back ordered, but not the dresser they forgot the first time… now that dresser is “back ordered”. I give up.

Incompetent inventory/logistic department and unreachable customer service. I ordered a mattress, bed, and box spring that was scheduled to be delivered on the 5th of august. I got a call the day before saying it will be delayed to the 12th because of the bed (not in stock). I got a text the 10th asking me to confirm my delivery date (saying it would arrive the 12th), and then a call the next day saying it has been delayed. This happened 4 times. I went to the store to replace the bed with something in stock that could get to me by the 18. The manager found one and confirmed with the logistic department that they had the bed and that it would be able to be delivered the 18th with the rest of my items. I just received a call today saying that there would be a partial delivery because they didn’t have the bed. My dad and I tried contacting the store several times and no one picked up.
We had to replace our living room furniture and get something new for seating in our den. We got all that we needed in one stop. The staff was really good and helpful. We get our furniture 2 weeks, and that is the reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5.

We have spent MONTHS getting the runaround from the store, the corporate office, their online service, and Lord knows who else over a warranty in which they blatantly LIED to us to get us to buy, and everyone who gives us a new person/department to contact leads to us being rerouted to a new person or back to the previous one! I have never in my whole life received such more customer service! I would add that the blatant lie about the warranty is certainly unfair sales practice, especially when Warranty company can’t cover a stain that Ashley promised would be covered. I have filed numerous tickets with Ashley and have canceled the warranty. Both companies are blaming each other for not giving us the prorated refund promised…..

My sister and I went into look at some items we had seen on the Ashley website. I had looked at the Morren living room set. We were greeted with smiles. We explained what we were looking for and he took us directly to the Morren set. It is beautiful. I am remodeling and not ready for the set but they have a program to hold the product till I am ready for it. They are wonderful and so happy to help.
I waited over a month for my sofa and when I got it, it wasn’t the color it appeared to be online. This store basically has a policy once the item is in your home you CANT return it but we weren’t told any of that before ordering. Best advice is to order your furniture online. At least online they have a 30 day return policy. I won’t be doing business with Ashley’s anymore. I’ve had to many downhill moments with them in the past. Currently posting my sofa on Facebook marketplace since they denied my return. Also, it’s only been a day since my sofa got delivered and they still denied my return because the Flowood store return policy is you can’t return at all once in your home. They won’t get my money anymore!

I had to edit this review once I realized I was sold a mattress that wouldn't be instock for a year. After the sale was completed, the communication dropped off the map and all good customer service ceased to exit. I was very surprised at the way I was handled after the sale. The an important downside to this trip was, their phone systems are down. I tried calling 1st, seeing how i lived an hour away and ended up spending a lot longer than I planned. It also effects their scheduling system and delivery dates and times. I will never shop at any Ashley store again

if i could rate my experience with ashley furniture as a negative star, i would. TERRIBLE customer service. it has taken four tries and over a month to get a bed frame in for our king size bed, when we were told at the point of purchase it would be in and delivered within a week. at one point, the phone lines were down so customer service couldn’t assist me. we had three separate deliveries for this one bed frame because “they were missing parts” that were crucial to putting the frame together. i have gone into the store to ask questions and have been blown off by the manager. i have never written a review online about any business, but the horrible experience i’ve had with Ashley needs to be posted. save yourself the headache and shop at literally any other furniture store.

Wasted my time. Went in for a bed on a Sunday and they said come back Wednesday so we can run payment. Ok no worries mi patient. I come back on Wednesday, and we run everything and finalize. Tells me delivery will be the coming up Tuesday. I said thank you and went on my way. Tuesday at noon I haven't heard anything so I call. I got told a delivery was never scheduled. So my wife goes up there to deal with it. We get told it will be delivered Saturday I got an email the next morning saying the bed was on a month long back order. A COMPLETE JOKE. I took my business to Tilman's furniture and they took care of me same day and the mattress is being delivered THE SAME DAY.

Edit: Does Ashley Furniture in flowood have a new number? Been trying to call for a month and can't get anyone. 2 months ago My husband and I came in here 2 years ago & just looked around. We came in here today for a sectional sleeper. Upon arrival we were greeted by a young man named Blake Bergen. He was very professional & eager to help. He got us all set up to finance the Sleeper Sectional & was very nice during the entire process. Once we have this sectional paid off we will return for a bed frame, night stands & a new mattress we hope Mr. Bergen will still be there so he can assist us again.
After much encouragement and enthusiasm to purchase an adjustable bed and mattress from them, they failed to inform me upon purchase that I would need to remove old mattress and box springs from bed. With that being said, my wife met them for delivery and had to remove old bed by herself. They place the new heavier adjustable frame and mattress on the existing frame that was not designed to support the new bed. After sleeping on the new bed the first night, I had to spend the next day set the bed up the proper way. Mind you, our sales person highly recommended the new bed due to both of our back problems, only for us to have to strain ourselves to get bed installed properly. Highly upset and frustrated.

Salesmen told me a specific date for sure! I called in and my furniture is on back order. Probably won’t receive for 3-4 weeks. Who knows. Also, instead of calling me. Very disappointed. Up until the last day I didn't know my repair cost. The GTS repair service is a jole. I had to call multiple times to get service and most of the reps were unprepared. I would love to speak to Human Resources and everything that I stated is documented.

Ashley furniture support experience is abysmal. They damaged the first delivery. They never contacted me to schedule second delivery. Upon installing, dresser had a fault which was reported to them same day. Ashley told me i would be contacted to schedule a repair of the faulty new product. No one contacted me to schedule. Calls to Ashley local store referred me to a repair company. Calls to the repair company went unanswered. Another call to the local store, and the rep who sold me the product told me to text the store number to chat with support. Chatting with support told me to call the repair company. When I finally got in touch with the Repair company, they told me they couldn't schedule someone until 3 weeks later. I contacted the parent company of Ashley, DSG, via text to report the poor service. They completely ignored every reported issue with Ashley and deflected with responses pointing to the repair company. Stay away from Ashley Home Store! Please buy local. You at least have people who take ownership of the brand and want to protect their reputation.
Mr. Dwayne Lamb was my salesperson and he was wonderful! He spent a lot of time helping me decide exactly what I wanted in a couch. He was courteous, very professional, and knowledgeable. He let me look around the store to get ideas. When I need more furniture, I will definitely come to Ashley’s and ask for him.

Waited eight months for my bedroom set and was told it was cancelled when I called to check on it. Then I randomly get a text weeks later asking me to schedule the delivery. We hadn't found anything else so we happily scheduled the delivery. Every last piece was damaged. One broken side table they even tried to patch with wood putty. It wasn't even done well. Unbelievable they would even send that. This is all after we took out all our old furniture and now we have nothing to use. What a bunch of losers. Take your money elsewhere.

On Friday, November 25, 2022, I purchased a king base, king mattress, Queen base, queen mattress, headboard, queen storage footboard, queen rails, and a three piece sofa. I was quoted one price but it was written up with a totally different price. On Saturday, December 7, 2022, i went back into the store to get the invoice straight with the salesman and the store manager, which is STILL NOT STRAIGHT. On that day, the manager made changes to the invoice and took off the Protection Plan for the most expensive items I purchased and needed. He also added on 2 more I,portent items that the salesman forgot to mention. They also failed to mention there was no return policy just or maybe return.These are the problems I had and are currently experiencing: I was given three different delivery dates and they finally delivered on Saturday, December 17, 2022, a day that I specifically told them I would not be available, because I would not be in town. But I arranged for family member to meet them at the house to deliver the furniture. When they deliver the furniture they did not have the parts to assemble the bed correctly . Boxes of wood pieces were left open blocking the closet and blocking the left side of the bed. Again, still not completed as of today. I made made several phone calls to parts, store manager, salesman, , , ER Ticket Team get parts ordered. I also made a visit to the store to discuss this issue with the salesman. No one has given me any assistance in getting these problems resolved but payments are due on time monthly. So would Recommend Ashley store to anyone? No! Now I asked you if you had this problem with you recommend Ashley to anyone?***************************** *********************************NOTHING FOLLOWS************************

Update: Called store for another update and they informed me that the refund processed and they forgot to let me know. Disappointed in the overall experience but glad my issue was resolved. Will upgrade to 2 stars instead of 1. I’ve been waiting weeks for a refund on an issue that was escalated in December. Management and corporate seem not to care about resolving issues concerning customer.

Stopped by on Jan 31 to look at shelves I had found in Ashley Homestore on line. Was helped by Duane Lamb. He looked up items and was helpful and made a positive impression. I went home, took some measurements of my space and returned the next day. He was not available and was helped by another gentleman, Trent Coleman, (I think). He was helpful, professional and saved me money. I purchased my shelving unit and can not wait for it to arrive with the ‘white glove’ type delivery service.
Our salesman was amazing, very knowledgeable, helpful but not pushy. We had been to four or five furniture stores and he was by far the best. They had a huge showroom that was neat, clean and well organized. Overall an excellent experience, will be shopping here again.

My wife and I purchased a sectional from this store on December 13th and were promised delivery to our house by December 27th…my credit card was charged on the date of purchase but for a week and half never received a confirmation or delivery schedule. Upon calling Ashley for 3 days to speak with Brittany our salesperson I was informed there was no delivery available for the next month…I cancelled my order on December 27 and have yet to get my credit card refunded as of January 13th. Called the customer service number and was put on hold for 30 mins while being investigated. The agent assured me she put the refund through today although Brittany assured me last week it should be refunded any day. I will never give Ashley in Flowood business again. Miskellys in Pearl has been amazing to work with from their salespeople to their delivery guys!

Bought a coffee table from here 1st issue: Delivery drivers blatantly left a bag of trash in my driveway 2nd issue: Got home and saw that I paid $200 extra for the coffee table vs the one on Ashley's home store website. Tried to call my saleslady multiple times and left a message with the secretary/whoever is answering the calls. Never got a call back... Coffee table is good quality, but you need to work on your customer service and teach your employees to respect customers. Otherwise you should move out of our city.. I am sure a more professional business is eager to take your spot.

Would not recommend this store. The salesman lied about getting back in contact with me after I sent him pictures of damages to my furniture. My furniture was out of the box and not protected on the delivery truck. This has been a nightmare. I have never experienced this with any other furniture store. I was told that someone would call me to come out and look at it. I haven't received a call yet.

Ashley always advertising something and never has it in stock. I had to pay for shipping after I asked to pick up my item but of course they don't allow pickups had to be shipped.

Go to the store to look around and then buy online. The employees try to work deals for the store and themselves rather than you. They wanted money down, and I had already done the research and knew I didn’t have to. Even though they were adamant I would even online which just wasn’t true.
Knowledgeable staff. Pretty much knew what I wanted going in, but they were super helpful nonetheless. Really appreciate them informing about the extended warranty as apposed to forcing it on me.

Do not buy the warranty we were promised it covered everything so when we go to file a claim we find out different and the warranty information they give you doesn't explain any benefits we took the salesman's word. Junk furniture junk employees be forewarned.
Sales lady was very friendly. I didn’t know the name of my coffee table that I purchased last year and wanted to get end tables to match. She was very efficient in listening to us as we described it and found the same end tables in a different color. We ordered them and she told us delivery would be sometime next week.
Would NOT recommend this store to anyone. The salesman was friendly but did a very poor job explaining the product and he also lied about the price. Also, My credit was ran twice. I wasn’t aware that my credit would be ran TWICE instead of ONCE until I got ready to sign off on the final paperwork. I guess making a sale was more important than informing the customer.
The employee’s at the Flowood location are incredible! Not only did they help me find the perfect dining set but they went above and beyond & also looked at my floor plan at my apartment to be sure the dining set would fit perfectly! Mr. Lamb was my sales person & he is awesome at his job! I can’t thank him enough!

We have been waiting 3 full months for our bedroom furniture to arrive (headboard, footboard, 2 night tables, and chest of drawers). After 3 months, we got the call that our furniture was ready for delivery. We confirm the date and time and then spent that whole day awaiting for our furniture. When the delivery truck arrives, the headboard and footboard are not loaded (apparently this was on back order and we were never notified) and one of the night tables and the chest of drawers had significant and quite obvious damage. Luckily the delivery guys were very honest and straight forward about the damaged items. They told us we could either accept them and do a return/replacement process or just completely refuse them. Considering the extent of the damage, the refused the 2 damaged items. So out of 5 items purchased over 3 months ago, we have 1 item and now have no idea how much longer we are stuck waiting for everything else. I wish the nightmare ended there. My husband went to use the one night table and discovered that the moisture silica pack had been torn open and tiny silica balls were all over the drawers. They even made it into the drawer tracks which took him over an hour to clear. This was the first and now last time we will ever do business with Ashley Furniture.

Shopping experience was good. But the quality of what I received falls short. Never again. The delivery people stuffed the pillows for my sofa so it looks nothing like what was in the showroom. It's frumpy and does not sit good. I'll have to take my time and properly stuff them. And considering I don't use the room much I just noticed it looks like my ottoman may have been repaired? Go somewhere else. This is a horrible way to do business.
Very professional crew I worked with. They definitely did listen in what we wanted and how we had it planned out and how we wanted our credit ran told them no more than once and yes we did get approved and got our mattress with them they were very professional. Definitely do love the lady we had for our sales. We definitely can not wait to come back for the living room set. They definitely did deliver our needs and wants. Didn’t just try and push everything at our face.

We went and ordered a sectional July 30th, the sales rep seemed super knowledgeable and was like easy peasy we will deliver next week she even gave us her cell in case we ever needed to reach out to her so it seemed like Once our signature was on the paper we couldn’t get a delivery date the next week, but they will text you with delivery days and looks like Aug 10 is open. “They” never texted with delivery dates so I reached out to our sales rep and she got us set up for delivery on the 17th which was yesterday. I did receive a text that morning that delivery was scheduled for that day between 4:30-7:30pm. Since I was flying in from out of town just a little later I had a friend take off work early to be at my house to let the drivers in. We kept checking they status of the order and at 4:45 the app stopped updating on status. At 7:00pm I called the number from the text delivery confirmation and she informed me that something was wrong with the truck so they couldn’t make any deliveries. So I naturally asked will it be tomorrow? And she tells me it will be several weeks!!! I have given way all my furniture I rearranged schedules. I asked if I could just cancel the order and she didn’t care at all was like sure. I asked how will I know the financier will no longer bill me to which she made a very condescending “Mam you financed it you haven’t paid anything yet” I asked if I could speak to a supervisor that I was very unhappy. After a very long wait she tells me the supervisor was busy and will call me back. Never received a call back. So text the original sales rep that I was unhappy cousin she help. She said she would get with her manager and absolutely fix it in the morning. At 8:30am I text to remind her bc I know people get busy. It’s 3Pm and haven’t heard anything. We have called the numbers and keep getting “we will have a supervisor call you” This has been a nightmare of an experience. This was my very first attempt at buying furniture and feel like I’ve been burned very badly. I would recommend before every buying furniture or anything but to always read reviews of actual satisfied customers. I did it after the fact and after wading reviews I can see this company has a long track record of poor customer service and no integrity.
EDIT: i have been waiting on a 10% discount for a month and a half. They apparently refunded my card that i ask them not to because i do not have that bank account anymore. They said they were sending a check and that never happened. Me and my husband spent a lot of money in the store (November 2021)and were told our furniture would be in around March-April and they would hold it for us until July, when we moved. Well here we are in August and still missing furniture (our bedroom set). Jerrica has not communicated with us at all about our order, every time we go in the store for an update, someone else has to help us. They said they would have Jerrica call us, and 3 weeks later we still have not received a phone call and they are now saying the rest of our stuff will be here November 22nd 2022. That is over a year after we placed our ordered. Do business with Miskelleys instead of Ashley. This has been a terrible experience.

We bought a TV stand. Upon delivery the drivers pointed out that it wasn't put together properly, so we sent it back for correction. It was redelivered one week later. On the surface it looked OK but we soon noticed misaligned parts. I managed to reset the pieces myself. At the same time we purchased a bedroom set. We were given a delivery confirmation, but I saw a piece was missing from the order. When I used their chat service to ask about this they said the delivery was cancelled. They claimed they left a voice mail, but they didn't. We went back to the store for help. They promised to deliver the set, minus the missing piece which would arrive later. Today we found out that they are only going to deliver the missing piece, the rest will arrive later. Tried chat again and asked if I could cancel the order. They said no, it's on it's way, and CUT ME OFF! They have items in the stores, but nothing to deliver. Please spend your money elsewhere.
Brittany Howell greeted us and was very pleasant to work with. She wasn’t pushy and gave us space to look at several pieces. She seemed very informative which ultimately led us to purchasing our new sectional with her rather than returning to Miskellys where I believe the same sectional was a tad less expensive. Update: everything was going well up until we signed the contract, then things went down hill. The delivery team never contacted me to set up delivery as Brittany said they would. I had to reach out to Brittany 2 more times to get that handled. I had a delivery date set up and gave away all my furniture to prepare for delivery. On delivery day we received a text that our sectional was out for delivery between 4:30-7:30pm. We stopped receiving updates on status at 4:45pm. At 7:00pm I called the number and was informed there was a trouble with the truck and the delivery would not happen that day. When I asked what happens now does it come tomorrow instead? I was told they can’t get to me for another 2 weeks. Attempted multiple multiple multiple times to reach managers and supervisors to alert them of our dissatisfaction. Was verbally told several times we could have additional $100 or more off the cost, managers and supervisors really terrible about actually returning calls I don’t think we ever actually got to speak to a manager. In the end we couldn’t trust their integrity or work ethic so we cancelled the order and bought the same couch from a competitor for a lower cost and could get the couch in 2 days as opposed to the month of waiting and perhaps you may or may not ever receive the sectional.
Ms. Dominique is amazing! She explained to me exactly how the system worked as far as filling our order and delivering it. She never told me what I wanted to hear just to make a deal. She was honest and looked to make sure every single piece I wanted was in stock before giving me a delivery date. She explained to me that if there was some items that were not in stock that she couldn’t schedule me for delivery and it was possible it could be prolonged. We drove all the way from SWLA to get this furniture and she walked me through the whole process from paying for it while being long distance away to delivery at my daughter’s home in MS where we picked it up. Due to so many of us losing our homes from Hurricanes Laura and Delta it is incredibly hard to get furniture bc many are ordering around the same time. Thank you again Ms. Dominique for all that you’ve done to help us!!

So my family and I recently moved into our first home. Before we moved we ordered furniture from Ashley back in April and it is now july. Our furniture has been delayed for more than 3 months now. So day before delivery, I was notified that once again our dining table will be delayed, AGAIN. Still don’t know when they will deliver it. When our furniture partially arrived the next day, the movers did not want to put the couch in the required room as it was too tight. Didn’t want to take it apart and put in the room as they are supposed to if possible. We literally had to bribe them to at least try to do their job. They gave a low effort try then said wouldn’t work, so we had to return our couch. They even tried to blame the in-store employees that they do not know what they are talking about and have no idea how to put together/take apart furniture and are just trying to make a sale. Super unprofessional in my opinion but It is what it is I guess. Then our white ottoman that matches our white couch was dirty because the movers did not think to wrap it to protect it from dust in the moving van and when we notified them, one worker gave a nasty look of irritation and bother. I was irritated and disappointed with the condition of all the furniture and I was not being rude and having an attitude like this man. Poor customer service. We even gave them cold waters to help with their job as it was a hot day too so for the poor attitude still being given and blaming other employees just shows major lack of professionalism by this company. Lastly, we received our dining room chairs and bench for our still delayed table and over half of them are wobbly from uneven legs and damaged from handling. We are literally spending thousands of dollars for good furniture for our home. Not damaged/dirty furniture and no effort from the movers. Take my advice and warning, save yourself from a headache and go somewhere else!!!

Delivery continues to be pushed back due to a supply and demand issue. Furniture was paid for months ago and promised delivery in June. Still waiting.

I purchased a table and it took 3 months to receive. I was not upset at all with the time it took to get the table as I know many things are hard to find during this time. Here is my problem; the delivery team brought the table and was missing main parts to assemble it. They also were not given all of the chairs. They had to come back the next day to assemble the table. Then while they were assembling it, they had no idea how to put the middle leaf in and damaged the table. Three chairs had cracks in the legs. I was told it was no issue that a technician would come out and fix the problem or order me a new table. The technician was scheduled and the day before he cancelled. We scheduled a second appointment for July 5th. I received a call stating they would be earlier than expected and would be here the week of July 4th. We cancelled vacation plans so we could be home for the technician. I received a call on Friday (July1st) that he would be here between 8:30-10:30. It is now July 2nd (Saturday) when this man is supposed to be at my home. I get a call at 9:00 that he WILL NOT be coming a second time now. I am beyond furious. I have a table that separates every time we try to sit down or simply wipe it off. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I will be calling Monday for them to come get this table and give me a full refund. If I could rate lower than a 1 star, I would!
The service started off horrible! I was not greeted went entering the store and I walked around for at least 25 minutes without any assistance. I had to go to the front desk to ask for assistance.
I purchased 3 bookshelves on July 5, 2021 and today is June 29, 2022 and I still have not received all of my items yet. The first item, which was a large bookshelf, was delivered in March 2022. Then they told me that the rest of my order will be here sometime in May 2022, so I waited until May 2022 and when they delivered me the other 2 bookshelves one was slightly scratched and the other completely fell apart before they could get it off the truck. So I refused them 1 of the bookshelves and I notified the shipping department over delivery to see when they could redeliver the rest of my order. I asked the Representative if you guys are going to try to fix the bookshelf , if so I don't want it. I 'll just get my money back but the Rep assured me that I will be getting a new bookshelf not the old one that was falling apart. Since May 2022, they have tried to deliver me that same broken bookshelf for the third time as of today. What makes this whole situation so bad is I've been waiting right at a year for these bookshelves and they keep trying to deliver me this same broken bookshelf. This is very poor customer service and I will no longer be a customer of Ashley. Yes, I understand that I'm just 1 customer but if this is how your Company does their customer I'm pretty sure I want to be the only person to give Ashley that 1 * that Ashley so rightfully deserves. I want all of my money back (End of Story).
We purchased a bedroom suit from this store in February. 4 of the 5 pieces were delivered in May when we weren’t even at home. The Mirror still hasn’t arrived as of June 27. Three of the pieces arrived damaged and we still haven’t seen the replacement pieces nor a repair person. Calling the Ashley call center is frustrating because I usually can’t get through to talk to a person. This is the WORST retail purchasing experience I have ever had and I am 62 years old. I would recommend buying your furniture anywhere else except Ashley.

The product I purchased was delivered damaged, only half put together and part left outside because the delivery people did not have the correct tools with them. It has been 3 weeks since we received the damaged / broken product and still have not received a replacement. It’s impossible to get anyone in a position of authority who can actually help.
Extremely disappointed for the amount of money to not offer delivery but they were nice enough to watch me do 95% of the work loading it. Repeat business must not be a goal.

The sales lady I worked with was absolutely amazing. Her personality is wonderful, and she helped me get some things I really needed! * Editing this since I bought my furniture in May, and my experience has been awful, to say the least. I ordered a couch and dresser in the store with the sales rep. When I was ready to receive the furniture, it took about 3 weeks for me to get on the delivery list. Yeah, that is fine. I sympathize with the backorder situations with lots of places due to supply chain issues... June comes, I get notified by the saleslady that the couch and dresser will be delivered. Couch comes in, no dresser. I called the customer service people, and they say I need to schedule delivery. Another three weeks. Comes in damaged and misaligned with a chip of wood missing. I called them again, schedule redelivery. About two months later, another one shows up on the truck at my apt (2 hours early, thank god I was home or they would have scheduled it out another 3 weeks) and THIS ONE is damaged too. Drives are huffy with me as I explain I do not want them to take the other damaged one just to replace it with another damaged one. They haul it back onto the truck, and I call the number again to see what needs to be done. Someone in the store says they can give me $500 back for all of the headache... It is not HER fault, it is just the quality of the furniture that is awful... I don't mind waiting a while for something well worth the money, but this was not the case. I will not be buying from this store again or probably any other Ashley store. Never had these issues with their competitors. I would strongly caution others. I found an entire forum made of recent Ashley Furniture customers who did not have good things to say.... "Ashley Furniture Review'' search on google and click on Site Jabber. The reviews of the company as a whole speak for themselves.

My experience was great in-store. The sales rep was very honest and polite without being pushy to give me time to browse. She checked in every so often to ensure I was comfortable and I appreciated that. She provided different options once I found what I liked and allowed me to make the decision on purchasing. Now, we shall see if the delivery date is upheld and how set-up goes.

Cancelled our order. They have charged the credit card and not corrected it yet . So will be contacting better business Bureau. Have already spoke to store employee she said we may have to pay a cancellation. Fee still no resolution how do you contact corporate to put in formal complaint?

I recently purchased some bar stools. the wrong size came in and then told me I had to wait a month for the right ones. today they called and said they did not have them. I asked for a refund.. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE UP TO 6 WEEKS TO GET MY MONEY BACK. and that's not even the worst part.. they don't get it going to get a refund UNTIL THEY PICK UP THE CHAIRS... so I'm left with NO chairs and THEY KEEP my money for more weeks. these freaking massive boxes are just sitting in my home for a month NOW while waiting on my new, RIGHT chairs that I WILL NOT GET., this place is a scam. this is fraud and has to be illegal

If they say that your furniture will be delivered on this day a month after you purchasd the items and never bother to call to let you know that it will be another month for your furniture. This was the first, but will be the last time that I will do any business with Ashley Stores.

Ashley Furniture has very good quality furniture. However, We had a very bad experience at Ashley home store and later found that so many other people did as well. They will give you false delivery information just to get your order. The salesperson told us that our dining table and sofa was in stock and just our recliner was not in stock. On Oct 31, 2021 We paid for all of it (knowing that if we paid up front it was ours and they would hold it) and we told him we would call in a couple weeks to have it shipped because we were moving. Weeks later we call to have our merchandise shipped and they said it was not in stock and would be available in a couple weeks but could not give exact date. Look at the exact merchandise online and it said not available until April. Needless to say we cancelled and got our money back and took our business elsewhere. Very disappointed with customer service and how they handled the entire order.

Absolutely horrible experience. We were told it would take 2 months for our furniture to arrive and it took 3. We had a confirmed delivery time today for 1-4 PM. The delivery drivers showed up an hour and twenty minutes early and said we weren’t home and left. Of course we weren’t home! We both work for a living and can’t just take off work to wait on furniture. My husband was home from 1-4 but they never came back during this time. We went to the store and we were told it would take 2-4 weeks to receive a refund. Here we are, 3 months later, -$1,000 and no furniture. Just go to Miskelly or D. Noblin. We had great experiences there.

I went into Ashley Furniture looking for a TV stand and left with a whole “furniture cart” of deals! My amazing sales expert (because she totally an expert) Tiffany Brown helped me to get the best prices on the furniture I needed. She was very patient, kind, courteous, and super nice! Her personality made me and my kiddos feel no pressure to buy and right at home in the store. Matter of fact, after she sold us on our sectional sofa, my kids comfortably camped out there for the rest of the shopping experience. I PURCHASED A SMALL TABLE AND THE SKU NUMBER WAS WRONG SO THEY HAD TO DO A LITTLE WORK TO CORRECT EVERYTHING AND TRIED TO REFUND ME THE DIFFERENCE BUT WEREN'T ABLE TO SO WILL BE SENDING ME A CHECK. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD.

UPDATE: After texting them as requested below, I was given an apology and that was it. My review stands. I will not shop there again and will not recommend them. I purchased a sofa on October 17. It was advertised as in stock & ready for immediate delivery. Once I purchased it, I was told it was in a warehouse in Memphis, TN & would be delivered in October 26. Now, I am told it will be not be available for 4-6 weeks. If I had been told this up front, I would not have made the purchase. I feel like I was misled. And, guess what, there is no customer service number other than the store from which I purchased the sofa. I have never cared for Ashley furniture and wish I had stayed out of their store. I do not recommend!
Worst customer service EVER! 1st visit--I started this terrible journey the beginning of August..purchased two pieces. 2nd visit, I returned to purchase another piece a week later. When I contacted the store regarding making a revision to my order, I was told that my salesperson no longer worked there so I had to return to the store to speak to a manager. Went to the store, and was told a manager was not available and I should call before I came to be sure a manager would be in for the day. 3rd trip-- I made to the store I was approached by a salesperson whom I explained the situation to since the manager was busy at the time so said the salesperson. The rude and non-helpful dialogue from the salesperson finally ended with a manager speaking to me only because the salesperson went to the manager and asked if the manager could help me because she was about to go on break. The manager made the revision I requested but without acknowledging the terrible customer service of the salesperson. 4th trip-- the salesperson never returned calls concerning status and could not reach anyone in the store. And the automated system constantly said, no updates, please check back in 4 to 6 weeka. After multiple, delayed shipping dates and 2 months later I finally received a notification that one of my pieces would ship Tues between 2-5. The delivery person called at 3:30 saying that he was 10 minutes out. I asked if he could give me an additional 5 minutes he said, No. I pleaded with him as I had been waiting since August to receive my order. He told me that I should have been home waiting on him. According to the distribution center, he updated his log saying that he could not get in residence because no one was home. He fabricated this as I had gotten someone to go to my residence in my absence once he said he could not wait 5 minutes. The delivery was never attempted. He lied. And I was then told my delivery would be another week out. I have never encountered such terrible customer service! This place is the WORST!!! Update: 1 week later still waiting on my order. I call to confirm delivery status and was told that my order was rescheduled AGAIN....no call, no text, no email. I will NEVER spend another penny at this travesty of a store again. My furniture Oh and the "1-800" supervisors are a joke. Jesus', "Supervisor on floor from guest response team was short, dismissive and extremely condescending."
I’m sorry, but the delivery time is ridiculous. We ordered a couch on Labor Day and was told it would be delivered by end of September, then October 21, and now October 26. No one said anything. This is absolutely ridiculous

I wish I could give a zero, Ashley furniture is holding my order for a year and 4 months and at the same time I’m being billed for furnitures that haven’t been delivered. I would never recommend this store to people the service is just bad, I have been sleeping on my mattress for a year and 4 months, and they expect me to keep making payments, My son is steel sleeping in my room coz the furniture for his room haven’t been delivered. It’s way past Covid excuses Ashley’s, it’ even 1YEAR AND 4 MONTHS WHERE ARE MY ORDERS? I’m not making no more payments and I want my money back period

My wife bought a desk that was supposed to be 60” the space we had was 62” with the baseboard removed (nook) so we ordered it. We put it together and it is 63”. It will not fit. Ashley is saying we have to pay for return shipping. Their product is not what we thought we were getting. DO NOT TRUST ASHLEY. We were going to exchange for another smaller desk but after this experience they will never get any of our business again.

The salespersons are friendly and attentive. They try to accommodate to meet your needs. They take time to explain their product and before you know it you are making a purchase. The furniture is of good quality. The delivery to your home needs to be worked on. My experience with the delivery service was not good.
2023 UPDATE 1 star for quality. Bed center support broke and 2 slats snapped when ONE adult was on bed. Some furniture does not last more than 2.5 years. Buyer beware. Will not continue to purchase this brand. Frustrating experience that had highs and lows. 5 of 5 for experience in store. 1 of 5 for delivery. 3.5 or 4 of 5 for quality Ordered mattress and bedroom set together. Mattress arrived in a separate delivery when we had specifically asked them to be delivered together. (Upgraded in size so we did not have a bed to put the mattress on) The bed frame was the only item out of stock. Called the customer service and was told the bed would be in stock 25 days later. I had to follow up bc I did not hear from them. When the bed frame was available the nightstands were no longer in stock- I was told they would be in stock 2 weeks later. They split the delivery upon request and delivered what was in stock. After 2 weeks I didn't hear from them so I followed up. The nightstands were no longer in stock and would be another month- another followup and another 2 weeks. We were verbally told they would waive the delivery fee because of the mattress and that never happened. During delivery the wall was dinged and the floorboard was put on upside-down. One nightstand drawer is extremely stiff and does not open easily or smoothly. Love the look and style except the nightstand with the stiff drawer.

This is is worse company i have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered and paid for my furniture the first week of March. Here it is the first week of September and i still don’t have all of my furniture!!!! The frustration and stress of dealing with this company have been an absolute nightmare. No one has money to just waste!! I have called a left innumerable messages for management. I have called corporate and left messages and complain with them since April. They have consistently wasted my time (i had to take off 3 separate occasions for them to bring the wrong 😑 furniture EVERY single time!!!!!! And no one ☝️ wants to be accountable for their errors!!! My son has been waiting on his been since March and been sleeping on the sofa since!!!! This is unprofessional on so many levels. They order the wrong thing over and over and over. And weeks take months. And still no furniture. The only thing they have done ✅ consistently is get things wrong!! I am disappointed, frustrated, stressed, and is unnecessary foolishness. This company is just a joke and take your money. Never have i dealt with such a thing. But y’all have my money tho!!!

I always try and buy Ashley furniture because they make nice quality affordable furniture. To make a long story short.... The sales lady made me a offer I couldn't refuse and I bought a lot of stuff!!

REVISION: 03/01/2022 FROM 5 stars to 1 STAR. My original review was at the time of purchase 6 months ago. I never received 75% of my furniture, nor a full refund, and communication was nonexistent. I was told that the managers were on vacation, had a day off, and yes... in the bathroom on over a dozen attempts. I drove 2 hours to the store & they would not help me with delivery or refund. Noone would answer my calls nor return them. The furniture kept being pushed back, and no one would communicate with me. I was not negative to anyone, but my polite efforts got me nowhere. They would not refund my money until I threatened to report them for fraud to the State of MS. (I spent over $7,000 in 2 orders so this was not a small purchase.) At that point they refunded part of my money, and they claimed that rugs, shipping, and one other item came from a different department, and I was never refunded. I finally reported a fraud charge with my bank to make me whole for what I never received in furniture or money back. People work too hard to be ripped off for any amount of money and I would encourage anyone who has been scammed by a business to report it to the Mississippi District Attorney division of Consumer Protection. Oh, the pieces of furniture that were delivered, were left in a box at my garage door. Nothing was unboxed, let alone assembled & trash removed as described in Ashley Furniture's "white glove" delivery policy.

My initial experience went well. Jeremiah was a great help and got me and in and out pretty quickly with a purchased couch. Hopefully delivered won’t take long and ruin this.

I called in and spoke with Catey about a mattress I needed on the day of and they were able to sale me the last one that they had in the store. She was such an amazing help and made sure she explained everything thoroughly to make sure I knew exactly what I was paying for. I would definitely purchase from here again in the future!
Products are CHEAP! We told the saleswoman we wanted the sleeper sofa, while she didn’t charge us for it, we didn’t realize that until they delivered a regular sofa. The two recliners came in broken, one is on its second repair claim, the other it’s first. Sure you get what you pay for but since they’re not but a slight percentage cheaper than other brands, I personally expect more. If I had the money I’d dump these on the front door step at the place to show them what one of their more expensive sets look like in 6 months. Then go buy from a company that actually cares about the quality of their products.
Ordered a table and chairs a couple months back. Furniture had to be shipped in. Delivery date came and went with no furniture or explanation why it was not delivered. We reached out to them. Was told they would look into it. A week and half later and still don’t know anything. Melody

I was helped by Trent, who did a great job in letting me look around to find what I was looking for. I went straight to my bed and he helped me pick out the pieces that I wanted and.on point with great customer service. Way to go Trent! Ashley Homestead has a customer for life.
Not satisfied with this store. The store associates were really friendly, and I made certain that they were notified of how soon I needed my furniture. I was told three separate delivery dates that were not originally what I was told in store. I know that covid has delayed the delivery of things but a little transparency would have eliminated the headache of dealing with this company.
I enjoyed visiting the Ashley Home Store in Flowood, Ms. The sales person was very friendly and helpful and with his assistance I made a purchase of a dining set. I love the quality of the furniture and the efficiency of the staff at Ashley’s! I have been a customer since 2013 beginning at the Hattiesburg store.
Ashley furniture returns or cancelled order store. Most items looked like new at 1/2 price of retail store.

My sales rep James Holmes was extremely patient with me considering all the issues I brought with me in regards to trying to get my order finalized. Never have I ever encountered a situation where a store and their website were not on the same page when it comes to customer service, products, prices, knowledge of promos as well as product availability. In the past 4 days since first starting this adventure I have been given some many conflicting answers concerning my order. And at the end of it all Mr. James Holmes did everything he could do to ensure customer satisfaction. Also don’t want to leave out Mrs. Tina Sales Coordinator who essentially had to approve and apply the discounts. So as for the Ashley Homestore in Flowood, MS I give y’all 5 stars. As for the website and online customer service y’all need to be cross trained and retrained. Maybe even go work a store for a week or two to get a better understanding of how the stores operate. So that they can better assist customers.

My experience with this store was awful. And the worst part is that they showed no remorse for THEIR mistake. Also the furniture is overpriced and the pricing isn’t consistent either. One minute they tell you the price in the store then they say they can price match with the price online then they deduct all these random percentages. Just all around shady. Cut your losses and go to Miskelly. I got the same amount furniture at a fraction of the cost. Amazing quality and it was delivered on time!

Great customer service I whent to Mskelly furniture an was sadly disappointed with the service came down to Ashley's the same day an bought a couch set customer service is everything.
So far the experience was great. Quickly found what I needed and it was in stock so i was quoted a delivery time of 1 week, but I will need to update once my couch arrives.

Where to begin?? First we placed an order in Feb 2021, we took advantage of the special financing and the 3 months payment on them deal. They said they would be sending our 3 months payment via a gift card within 30 days of delivery. After a very frustrating delivery ordeal and missing parts, we finally got a delivery on 3/18/2021. Months passed and we still hadn’t had seen any gift card from Ashley furniture. I contacted them through email on 4/28/2021. They told me there was no guarantee that I would get it, but it could take up to 45 business days to hear back. Basically we were lied to in order for them to make a sale. We will be paying off our bedroom set and will go elsewhere for the living room and anything else we may need. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, unless you want to be part of their scam.
Overall good service. I don’t like that my items will take three months to ship however I understand a lot of items are on back order.
Everyone at the Ashley store is really helpful but not pushy. They gave us space to walk around and look. Jeremiah the sales person that helped when we were there Saturday was not there when we went back, but Jimmy the sales rep that helped us was still very helpful and attentive in spite of us telling him that someone else had helped us before. He made sure to explain everything and I’m looking forward to getting our new couch in 4-16 weeks.

Catey was very helpful and knowledgeable in her expertise in her position at Ashley. She set the atmosphere and made me feel comfortable as we discussed the process and demonstration of product.
My husband and I just purchased a new house. We liked the idea of getting a new bedroom set for ourselves and our daughters. We decided to try Ashley home furniture store in flowood and we’re going to try for their financing option and just pay it off within this year. The sales rep told us there would be no penalty for paying it off early. We looked around a bit and found what we wanted. Sat down with the sales rep, and I allowed him to run my credit to see about financing it. I have credit reporting directly to my phone and it notified me immediately when he ran my credit and that it ran my credit twice. I took two hard inquiry hits. When my husband asked him why he ran it twice he argued and stated that he only ran it once. Seeing as it was on my credit twice, it was ran twice. We decided it was fine because we wanted to finance it. But then he came back and stated we were only approved for 1,000, which honestly baffled me a bit because I have pretty decent credit. We needed around 4K for everything. So they were not offering enough to finance what we needed, so we told him we were not interested and we did not want anything. He asked to run my husbands credit and we told him no that we were not interested. We didn’t want his credit to have two hard inquiries either just to find out they wouldn’t offer enough, it wasn’t worth all of that to us. We again told them we did not want anything and we left. 4 days later, I received a notice from my credit reporting that a new account hit my credit. Come to find out even though we told them we were not interested, we did not want anything they opened a credit account in my name. I was working late and asked my husband to give them a call, he ended up having to go up there in person and they basically said the manager was out and they would have them give us a call. It’s been 5-6 days and we have not heard from anyone. Today I got my credit card in the mail that I did not authorize and the best part? They spelt my name as Drostamu on the account. So they opened the account without my authorization and they had the information put in wrong. Thankfully after a long call, the bank helped us work through it. But I have to wait 7-10 days for confirmation that it was closed and removed due to us not authorizing it and probably longer for it to reflect that way on my credit. After this experience I would NOT recommend Ashley home furniture to anyone. Oh we did get our new bedroom set we were wanting, just not from Ashley.

After I left the store everything went downhill. FAST. I was told my order would be delivered in two weeks. A month past the initial delivery date. Still nothing. If i could rate lower I would. Half the items show delivered, yet I have not received ANYTHING. Customer services submits tickets, nothing changes. Worst experience buying furniture by far. And to add, I can't receive a refund until the warehouse states I did not receive items that I never got. It's the constant, call back in two days. Two days passes and another ticket gets submitted. WORST EXPERIENCE.

My husband and I bought a coffee table from Ashley a year or so ago. We found the table in the store that we liked and ordered it. After taking forever to come in, the table finally arrived only to be broken and unable to be set up (it was a lift top coffee table). My husband packaged everything up and rushed to take it to the store. I'm not too sure what went down at the store or what was said to management but all I know is my husband raised so much hell- they gave us the floor model. Fast forward to the beginning of last year (Jan) my husband and I ordered a couch and a recliner (hesitant after the first go around). We were told it would be arriving within about two-three weeks. Well each week it kept getting pushed back and pushed back.... then COVID hit. It was the end of March before we got our furniture. Each time we called customer service, we were given the run around. Nobody knew when our furniture would arrive or even where it was. My husband even went up to the store in person several times and the staff at Ashley were less than helpful and 99% of the time they don't even answer the phone.... Each person told us something different. We were given several different delivery dates, each were wrong. Again, we received our furniture after almost three months. Fast forward to this year, late Jan/early Feb. Third times the charm and the FINAL time. Against our better judgement we ordered a pull out couch for our guest bedroom through the Ashley website online. After about a week, we received an email saying our couch would be delivered the upcoming week- we were absolutely shocked. Come to find out, that's just the date that it would be arriving to the warehouse in Memphis. We were told by the staff at Ashley in Flowood that the online website has nothing to do with the in person stores. Say what? Your own website isn't affiliated at all? Okay. We called 100 different people trying to track down our couch and were told they didn't even know where the furniture was.... They told us to contact the Spencer Dufrense Group LLC (who owns and operates their website and warehouses apparently). No response from them. Also, don't bother calling the number listed for Spencer Dufrense on Google- it just calls Ashley Furniture corporate who are of absolutely no help either. We just now received the couch two days ago. Do better Ashley. Your customer service SUCKS. We will be purchasing from Miskelly's next time.

We had tre as a saleswoman and she is the best got us the best deals and as much savings as possible . I couldn't believe what my monthly payment was versus the other place I went to in pearl . It was over a 400 dollar a month difference and since then my mom has even went back and got 2 more things . We love the value of the furniture and the service

I came with my mom to look for a couch but we couldn’t find one. At the same time, I was on a hunt for a mattress also and Tre’ was an amazing help with finding me a queen mattress and bed. I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I totally recommend this location.
Horrific customer service! My boyfriend and I went in the store to look for a sofa. We wanted a specific kind with performance fabric (sunbrella or crypton). Although, we didnt see any of these sofas on the showroom floor, we did like a few sofas. When we asked questions the people (both the sales lady and the guy behind a desk) had NO IDEA what i was talking about, not only that but the sales girl - Brittany, laughed in my face. Instead of admitting that they had no idea what I was talking about they insisted to “correct” me and laugh. Needless to say, these people have not a single clue about furniture or its making. Ive been in the furniture business for almost 10 years and I have never faced such ignorance or incompetence in my life. Save your money and buy elsewhere, unless you want to be greeted with ignorance and made a laughing stock. These people aren’t there to provide customer service. Worst shopping experience EVER!
The store was set up extremely lovely with a wide variety of choices. We were helped by Catey, who was knowledgeable and friendly and checked in with us often to help us along the way. We were able to find the perfect match for our needs and family, though we took quite some time, and love and await our new living room furniture and dining room set! I would highly recommend this store and associate!

I love coming in to get room layout ideas from here, and my visit tonight didn’t fail. I wasn’t greeted immediately which was a bit off putting, but the sales associate Tina came from the front and found me wandering around in the back looking lost I’m sure lol. She was very kind and well informed of what was available and what styles I may have been interested in. I found an entire set that I plan on coming back for in the next few days (once I talk my bf into it lol), but went ahead and picked up some decorative bowls that I saw sitting on a bed. She was very patient with my extremely chatty 4 year old, and we both left with smiles on our faces. I’ll be back to see you again Tina😇😇
I purchased my Sealy Mattress from the Ashley store in Flowood. Mr. Mitchell was the perfect salesman. He knew the benefits the different positions had on the body. Paid a little penny on the mattress; however, since laying on it in the store can’t wait til it arrives.

Over priced
I ordered my furniture in December. Every other day they call & give me a different expected delivery. What is going on? When you call , it goes to a call center in Mexico . Thx Ashley Furniture for the worst service ever!!!

The only reason I’m giving it a star is because I had to.. They are horrible!! They don’t communicate with their warehouse/distribution center and gives you the run arounds! Don’t waste your time.. Go to Miskelly at least they communicate with their customers.. I won’t shop there ever again!

Canceled an order on 2/6/21 processed by H Brewer at the Flowood store. Called customer service on 2/18/21 to see why I haven’t gotten my refund and was told it was not processed by the store. H Brewer gave me a copy of my sales order signed and dated by her saying she processed the refund but was a lie.
Catey was our sales person she was awesome!! She greeted us, asked if we need help, checked in on us a few times and then we went and found her because we finally decided what we wanted to purchase. I’ve been to places where I’ve felt pushed to make a decision or even made to feel bad if I didn’t.. it wasn’t anything like that at Ashley Homestore and it made our time there very enjoyable. My wife called about a sofa¸ they told her we could not pick the furniture up from the store¸ even though they advertise curb side pickup. They have what we wanted in stock¸ but we aren't allowed to pick it up. They want another $130 to $180 for delivery and setup. No thank you.

No help from customer service oh but I was told that if I canceled I would have to pay them 10 percent ! Ashley home store is beautifully assembled. The minute I walked in I was greeted by store associates and instantly felt that I would be making a purchase there. I recently moved unexpectedly so furniture shopping has not been the best for me. With the financing, I was able to get a sofa set which is much needed. I hope to be able to go back and make another purchase soon.

I really enjoyed shopping at Ashley Home store. I had a really good Associate that helped me. He told me that he was new. I must say that he went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was looking for. I love your store and I will definitely be coming back again..

I still have not received furniture I ordered two months ago. Was told today the furniture I ordered will not be delivered until after the first of the year. Thank goodness for other local furniture stores that will deliver my furniture next week. I won't waste my time or money in ashley furniture again. First and last time!!!
I put the wrong rating before. Prices are still extremely high for the not so good quality of the product. I'm still not happy with my purchase 2 years ago. Our couch was nothing like the one we saw one the showroom floor. There's cardboard in the arms and it's not as comfortable. It should have been made way better than this for the high price that we paid!
I called customer service over10 times and no one answered the phone. I had to go to a nearby store to complain about the customer service issues. Thanks to the team there, my delivery problems were resolved.

There warehouse/ delivery department is awful. Furniture was scheduled for delivery yesterday 11/19/20 never received. Went to Ashley Furniture after several unsuccessful attempts with there customer service department. Supposedly my furniture will arrive on tomorrow 11/21/20. Purchased furniture back in July!!

I purchased a sofa, love seat, chair and ottoman from Ashley Furniture I also paid for cleaning the zipper on two of the pillows was not sewed correctly the seat cushions goes flat . I called concerning the matter and a cleaning. I was asked to send pictures than I was sent two pillows and was told we don't do general cleaning they want it to have big spots so I asked for refund on the cleaning fee and more cushion fillings I have not received it. I think that I was SCAMMED.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Drove for an hour to get to this store. Ordered a sectional and a recliner on 08/09/20, Was told that it would be 10/01/20 before I got delivery. I understand Co-Vid 19 is delaying orders, but I got no update on delivery until I called them the last week of September to see if we were still on track for delivery. Since I could not get ANYONE at the store to answer the phone after MULTIPLE calls, I went to the website to chat with an associate. I was told that my furniture would be delivered on 10/08/20 EXCEPT for a piece of the sectional which would not come until 10/22/20. When I received my delivery on 10/08/20, the recliner had a rip in it so I sent it back. I was told by the delivery person that another one would be ordered to replace this one. On 10/19/20, I again tried to call the store MULTIPLE times, but no one will answer. I again went to the website to chat. I was told that the missing piece of the sectional would be delivered on 11/05/20, but there was NO recliner on my order. I again tried to call the store. After multiple attempts, I FINALLY got a sales person. When I told her what had happened, she said she could have both the sectional piece and the recliner delivered on 11/12/20. I told her that was not acceptable. I told her to deliver the sectional piece on the new delivery date (11/05/20) and cancel the recliner and credit my card for it. As of today, I still don't have a recliner and I still don't have the credit back on my card. I guess I will have to pursue this through my credit card company because clearly these people could care less about their customers. I don't know who this store manager is, but he's just as much to blame for their crappy customer service. I will NEVER buy from Ashley again, and I will tell everyone I know what a terrible company this is!!!!!!!!!

I walk in to an Ashley store in Flowood, MS looking to purchase a bedroom set. Sale professional Tiffany Brown and other sale reps agreed me with a warm smile and a kind greeting. I told Tiffany the set I seen online and she found it for me on the floor. She also let me test the set out as well. As we walk around the store she kept me laughing and smiling with her wonderful personality , as I had her to show me the other bedrooms in the store. The other employees all smile and greeted us as we walk by. She also gave me time to walk around on my own so I could think and make a decision. I end up getting a different set once I saw everything that she showed me. She also helped me to pick out the best mattress for me and my bed ..Finally when we did the paperwork, she explained the payment plans, protection plans, and delivery services. I ordered a sofa sleeper and love seat in November 2019. They were delivered about 1 month later. Around May 2020, the screws holding the sofa sleeper (which we barely used) fell completely out of the particle board frame. I read that there is a 1 year warranty, so I visited the store to advise. They told me to wait 3-4 days, and I would receive a response regarding what I needed to do to get it repaired/replaced. 2 weeks went by with no response, so I searched online, hoping to find a contact number. I called corporate and spoke with someone who gave me am email address to send photos of the damaged area. I was told I would receive a response within a few days. A couple of weeks later, I resent the email, but still no response. I called corporate again and spoke with someone who ASSURED me I would get a response in 3-4 days after sending her the photos. A few more weeks went by with no response. I went back to the store. They assured me after they contacted corporate, I would get a response. A few weeks later, I went back to the store to let them know I still have not been contacted. I was assured again that I would be contacted within 24 hours. Nothing. I then received a call that someone would come out in 1 day (we are now in October 2020). On the scheduled day ... no one showed up! So my 1 year warranty is almost gone. I am afraid I will be stuck with a broken sofa sleeper. I will NEVER buy from Ashley again, and I will make sure to let several people know of this horrible experience. My family of 5 has not been able to use our sofa for several months now. So the store, the Memphis contact number, and "corporate" numbers are no good if you have any issues whatsoever.
The sales expert , Johnny Ross, did an exceptional job at taking care of all of our needs while we visited the location. He was very professional and knowledgeable of all the products in store. I would definitely return to the store when in need of more home furnishings and accents. Also, the store had a great sale going on that was BOGO 1/2 off. We saved a lot of money.
The Ashley Outlet store in Jackson Ms was an amazing experience with buying furniture from them. As we all know, going to furniture stores is like going to a car lot to buy a vehicle, the salesman just won’t leave you alone so that you can browse the merchandise. That was NOT the experience I had with Ashley Outlet. I was able to enter the store with greetings of saying hello, how are you, let me know if there’s anything I can help you with. I was able to go around the entire store looking at all the living room pieces myself without being hounded. As soon as I needed help, there was someone there to help me with any and everything I wanted to know and then they would back down until I wanted to move on with a purchase. Tiffany Brown, salesperson, was amazing. She helped me with everything!! No pressure involved what so ever. I know now if I ever need a piece of furniture again where to go.. The Ashley Outlet store in Jackson, Ms!!
We ordered our furniture in August. The salesman told us that, due to Covid, it would be September before it came in. They promised to call when it was ready. My husband and I stopped by almost 3 weeks ago because we hadn't heard from them. We were told that we were set up for delivery on October 9th. (Remember, we ordered it the beginning of August!). Well, here it is October 17th and STILL no furniture. We stopped by there on October 15th and demanded a refund. We were told that it would take 2 to 3 weeks for them to issue us a check! We were told that the store manager would be too busy the next day to talk to us. Maybe Monday. We've attempted to call the store MANY times since the missed delivery date and no one EVER picks up the phone! DO NOT buy from these people! They're TERRIBLE! Or at least don't pay them in full until delivery of your furniture!

I visited this location in search of a comfortable couch, and ended up leaving with a beautiful bedroom set. The Associate was friendly, and knowledgeable about the furniture. He explained the purchase process thoroughly. I am very pleased with my decision.
Purchases furniture on 9/4, was quoted 1-4 weeks for delivery. No big deal, there’s a pandemic. Called after 4 weeks, now they’re saying maybe in December! That’s 4 months, not weeks. Salesperson intentionally lied about the lead time to make the sale. Got our refund, and went to Miskellys. They’re delivering at the beginning of next week. Read the other reviews, this is happening to a lot of people at Ashley.

We purchased a bedroom suite in July 4th and 2 weeks later purchased a coach and loveseat. We still don’t have our furniture and have been given two dates and still don’t have it. We got a message today saying confirm delivery on the coach and loveseat but nothing on the bedroom suite. It’s impossible to talk to anyone. I have been on hold twice for over an hour and when you try and call the store it’s the same thing. I purchased another item from another local store two weeks ago and it’s already in. The lovely furniture doesn’t match the level of service. Totally disappointed.
Went into store in Flowood Ms was greeted by a young lady by the name of Brittany. She was nice and very attentive. I purchased a recliner sofa and they said they couldnt deliver it. I decided i no longer wanted the recliner. They said they would give me a refund. Which I still have not recieved. Due to them telling a lie about cancelling the order..i talk to Brittany on several occasions on the phone and through text and all i got was lies which were based off of what her manager told her. Finally i got a hold of customer services and the item still wasnt cancelled..Someone suppose to be contacting me..still haven't heard anything.They most definitely will be seeing my face on tomorrow..Never again will i deal with this company again..they are compulsive liers.. Just give me my damn refund!!!!
In-store experience is great! Staff was kind and there was no pressure in buying. It’s AFTER you leave the store that it becomes a major problem. Delivery and customer service are VERY hard to deal with. Will NOT use Ashley Furniture ever again.
I purchased a bed from Ashley HomeStore (in cash) in Flowood,Ms on Aug15th . I was told delivery would be a month so I changed my mind and requested a refund bc I didn’t want to wait a whole month for my bed. They claimed they couldn’t refund it in cash bc the store doesn’t carry cash, and they would cut a check in 5-7 business days. It’s been over 30 days Ashley homestore has not refunded my money yet. I can’t get anyone on their phones, I went in a week ago and the “manager” gave me an emergency ticket number. When I call the number still no answer. Ashely homestore is bogus, and I will never shop here again.

This was my very first time inside an Ashley store. I’m 60 and most all of my furniture is Ethan Allen which I purchased over 40 years ago. My grandmother worked in sales at the one and only Ethan Allen store in Jackson Mississippi. To say that my experience was second to none in all aspects was surprising to me. I came back 3 times even after I visited other stores to compare the prices. I am now a happy customer of Ashley Furniture and you can count on me telling everyone about my experience and the quality of furniture. Trent was very knowledgeable and also respectful. He gets kuddos for his service.

EXTREMELY unsatisfied. Ordered a piece of furniture, it has been TWO months and I still have not received what I ordered. When I placed the order, I was told 2, 3 weeks max delivery time. I finally got a delivery date set, the driver called to say he was 45 minutes out. My piece of furniture was not delivered, and I never received a phone call saying the plans had changed. Near about impossible to get someone to answer the phone in the delivery department. Now I am having to wait another week for the furniture to be delivered. If I ever get my furniture it will be the LAST time I buy from Ashley in Flowood, MS.
New Update! I still have not received my refund from the company. I still can not get anyone on the phone at the store and the call center is a joke. They say they can not help with in store purchases. I had to go through my bank to get MY money back that they still have not released. I ordered my furniture back in May and was told I was going to receive it in the second week in June and THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Finally I received 4 different delivery dates and each one was changed except the last one. I received conformation on Wednesday that I would receive my delivery on the following Friday between 12:15 PM and 3 :15 PM. I sold my furniture that I currently had in my home and took off work to be able to get my new furniture. Around 4:30 PM on Friday no one has showed up so I called the company and they explained to me that I was not getting a delivery that day and my order had been pushed back once again to SEPTEMBER! Now I have no furniture in my home due to this company. I went into the store that I purchased from and spoke with the manager. He stated he would find me something that was in stock and would call me in 2 days. Well that call NEVER came. I started to call the store everyday for 4 weeks (I was sick with pneumonia and could not go to the location.) and no one would answer the phone or they would and take a message for him to call me back. Finally I was able to make it back in the store and they offered me a $100.00 credit for all my inconvenience (which as a joke) but they still could not give me a delivery date. I cancelled my order and was told I would have a refund on the items I paid cash for in 3 to 5 business days. We are on the 8th business day now and I still have not received money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL LIE TO YOU JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY AND THEN CONTINUE TO LIE TO YOU THROUGHOUT YOUR WAITING PERIOD!!!!
Staff very nice and helpful, the only downside to buying a mattress there is you have to wait about a week before getting. They don't house them on-site.
My Husband an I visited the Ashley Home Store on Lakeland . Upon entry of the store , we were greeted very warm an inviting by a very precessional young man named Cory . Corey ended up being our salesperson. I had a picture of a certain table I was looking for . Corey didn’t stop until he was able to locate that particular table for me . When he did it seemed that our order would be 4- 6 until delivery but once the order was placed Corey gave me the excellent news that my table would be delivered to me in only 4 days . The customer service an dedication of the entire staff even the manager to was very applaudable . I would definitely highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great furniture an great service . Lord Bless you all .
This was my first time ordering from ASHLEY.. Customer service at this place is awful!! I’ve never experienced this kind of service before, ever!! My chair was sent to me damaged and I had to jump over hoops and still haven’t got my issues resolved yet!! It’s been 2 months!! Orders takes months for you to receive as well. Calling customer service takes you just about half a day to get someone on the phone. It’s the craziest thing ever!! This store is not at all one I would recommend to anyone! Please shop elsewhere!!

Yes their furniture is cute but this is possibly the worst service I’ve ever had. I bought a kitchen table and living room set. It took me a little over a month to get the table, 2 months for the love seat and was going on 4 months for the sofa. They never called me to let me know it was out of stock and was going to be delayed about an extra month, my husband had to go up there and ask what was going on. When I call to cancel and get my money back on the love seat and sofa , they try to offer me 40$ off. That’s a little over 2,000 dollars worth of furniture so what’s 40$ going to do after 4 months. Nope I want my 1,000 dollars back on my couch set. So they agree to refund me. 2 days later all they refund is 265 dollars. It has been 3 days and I can’t get anyone from that store on the phone. Customer service couldn’t tell me anything.. that is the last time I will deal with Ashley’s HomeStore. Mis Kelly’s had my order ready for delivery the next day

Thief's!!! I order a coffee table from them ($316.71) online and from the very begging one or two parts of the table was broken. They send me a new table the first 3 times ( same problem) and the last 2 times they sent me a single part and it was came damage. finally I gave up and asked for a refund. I did exactly what they said. went to goodwill to donate it and save the receipt. i sent them a copy through e-mail and of course that e-mail was no longer in use due to high e-mails that were being sent. i called left a 5 voice mails saying they get back to me within 48 hours. NOTHING!. they stole my money

Ashely home furniture was a nightmare to deal with - never again will I shop there and highly recommend shopping else for your home else where. We waited a month for bedroom furniture and living rooms furniture, the day it was delivered we were told all pieces would be arrive at our home. Once it arrived we were told that not all pieces were on the truck. So we could not put a bed together nor use our living room furniture because two sections of the section al did not arrive. Long story short we called with the request of this problem being resolved and absolutely nothing done other then Ashely pocketing our money and leaving us with furniture that was not useable for our family!

Customer Service - I ordered a couch on May 9 at the Flowood location to be delivered to my daughters new apartment in New Orleans. We received a text and email stating it would be delivered on June 13th. We made a special trip to be there when the furniture arrived as she doesn't actually begin her job until the 29th. The furniture was to be delivered between 3:00 and 5:30. No one showed up and we received no text or phone call stating they were not coming. We trying calling the customer service number and after waiting over 45 minutes was told it missed a truck so it would be July 15 before receiving. This is totally unacceptable service. I went to store and was told the manager was in meeting and he would call me back that day which of course he did not. I went to store again and spoke to the manager and he was super nice when telling me they are only responsible for selling not delivering. This will be the last time I shop at Ashley's!
My name is Marlee Golden. I live 2 hours from The Flowood Ashley store. My daughter, Maggie, had an appointment in Madison on June 19th. After her appointment, she went to the Ashley store to look for me a couch. Of course, I have to have her approval!! She sent me a picture of one and I loved it. The next day I traveled to Flowood, walked in the store and there was the sectional. I loved it and purchased within 30 minutes❤️ Could not have done it without the help of my saleswoman Dominique Dimitroff. She helped myself and Maggie the day before😍
I ordered a couch on May 9th 2020 in Flowood, MS to be delivered in New Orleans. The delivery date was scheduled for June 13. We received a text and email confirmation that it would be delivered between 3:00 pm - 5:30pm. My daughter starts a new job in New Orleans on the 29th of June and her apartment was open on the 13th. We drove to New Orleans early for couch delivery - they never showed - no call, no text not email just did not show up. Of course when you call you are on hold for over 30 minutes and no one can help you. They stated it missed the truck so we would not receive until July 11th a month later. This is unacceptable!!! When I spoke to the manager concerning the issue he just stated they just sell and are not responsible for deliveries. This will be my last time shopping at Ashleys!!!

I am so impressed with the Customer Service and amazing staff! I went in to shop for living room furniture. They had no problem moving around Side tables and coffee tables into the living room set until I found the look we were looking for. I was in and out in an hour! I was really worried I wouldn’t find what I wanted or wouldn’t receive the help I needed. (I am not the best decorator) The staff made this a great experience! Professional, reliable and affordable!
First time bed buyers as a couple. The staff was very nice and patient. I would say go online while you’re in the store. The prices online are actually cheaper than what’s quoted in the store, and they have a 100% price match guarantee to online prices. With COVID, their shipping is crazy slow as well. Expect to wait at least six to seven weeks to “tentatively” receive the item you purchase. A plus, if you get the warranty and don’t use it, they give you a store credit by the end of that 5 years for the amount you spent on the warranty.
I went to this store three days ago and bought dining room set from a manager name Trent he made a mistake on my contract and promised that that problem would be fixed the next day it's been three day nothing but lies!!! That's not good customer service and when you try and call on the phone you are on hold forever I should have never came here🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I came to the store on Memorial Day to look at the available dressers and bedroom suites for my new home. Jonathan was able to help me find the best size to fit my needs, and he showed us all available pricing and financing options to get us the best deal for our budget. Very friendly service. We got the whole bedroom set and were in and out much more quickly than we anticipated.
Last time I went to this place, a year ago, it was a total nightmare. This time it was great. No one pressured us. When we asked for help, we got it. The sales person explained all the purchase options, (with the fine print included), and was upfront with everything,(backorder and delivery time) He made this experience excellent!

Update - we were just informed that the majority of our furniture that was supposed to arrive tomorrow (May 8th) would not be coming until the 19th. Our salesman and the manager had an apparent mix up regarding the split shipping dates being put into the system. We were told they could refund the delivery fee (a mere $150) but that was all they could do for us. We are without furniture as we just moved to the area and sold all of our old furniture before moving. So this puts us at almost two more weeks of sitting on the floor. We have been Ashley customers for almost 10 years. That ends today. Will be taking our business elsewhere and be sure to tell everyone about the HORRIBLE customer service. Wonderful experience at Ashley in Flowood today! Jonathon was wonderful to work with! Will definitely return in the future.
I have been looking for a sofa and I was really undecided about which one I wanted...I had gotten a email from Ashley HomeStore and I went in to look at one sofa and the salesman (Johnny) was so nice and helpful and chose a larger and better sofa...they have great customer service..
I had an excellent experience. Representative Johnny was very helpful to let me know what was in stock and to assist me in completing my order. My online payment link was easy to complete and I received a follow up call all in the same day. I'm also satisfied with the expected delivery time.
Johnathan from the Flowood store was absolutely amazing in helping me try to find the perfect bed and dresser set. Went in with a certain budget and he helped me find something that was great and saved me almost 600 dollars! Also tried hard to help me save more money instead of spending it. Definitely will be back.
We had a wonderful experience at Ashley Homestore the asociates where nice and friendly and took care of all our needs. In this time of pandemic we werentreated as one of the family.

Salesman Corey knew I would not purchase unless this condition was met. Salesman assured me thT this would not be a problem at least three times prior to purchase. This was proven not true. Upon cancelling my order the manage Chris told me that he will charge me 10% for cancelling even though his salesman misled me at the time of purchase. Several issues but one either the salesman is dishonest or not knowledgeable about the process . He gets poor supervision because a manger was on the floor. Chris the manger is poor service to customer willing to charge the customer $379 rather than take ownership of his salesman mistake. Also does not provide good supervision of his salesman and what they are saying and doing while making sales on the floor in my view.More importantly Miskelley and DNoblin have better furniture anyway. Now I know they provide better service and management as well!!Efox

This has literally been the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to buy furniture! We purchase a sectional at the end of February and our order keeps being delayed. It’s now mid April. I have tried numerous times to get someone on the phone to ask questions about my order but can never reach the online customer service who I’ve been told are the only people that can help me. Everyone I have reached has been so rude and unhelpful. I guess I’ll have to sit and wait and see if my couch ever arrives, since I couldn’t even get thru to try and cancel. I’ll be making sure I let everyone I can know to never buy from Ashley! I expected much more from such a big name in furniture.

Ashley along with their products and customer service is garbage! I spent upwards $15,000.00 on furniture only for it to tear up in a years time and it be deemed “normal wear and tear” for a daily that is never home. I got no resolve when contacting management or the company themselves. Reviews on google are terrible because Ashley is horrible all over the US. When I go furniture shopping I tell the salesperson if they mention or attempt to show me one Ashley item I will walk out and never return. I hate Ashley products and warn anyone not to spend their money with them!

Ashley can be a quite expensive store. But My experience with them was great. My longtime couch finally gave in to father time and I had to buy another one. After shopping around I decided to just try Ashley to see what they had. In my case they turned out to be fast and affordable. Due to having a sale I happened to see a couch I was interested in on the internet. When i arrived to the actual building they did not have the one i saw in a color I really wanted so they told me they could order it. Also their price was different in store than online but in order to save the sale my sales associate was able to price match the online price but shipment would have still taken longer due to shipping from warehouse to store then shipping again to my home. My associate in order to save me time asked me a few questions to figure out what I liked and needed and showed me another couch they had in stock in the store that was also on sale and perfectly fit in my same budget and actually saved me a little more money than my other and was in a color that fit more in my color scheme at home. By the end they saved me some money matched my color scheme and had it delivered in far less time than it would have taken. All in all my opinion is they have great customer service and you can find a great price if you do your research and catch them at the right time or get a knowledgeable and helpful sales associate.

I purchase a sectional from this store about a month ago. It took a couple of weeks to receive it which was fine with me. I have received the couch and I love it. The reason for this review is not for the quality of the furniture but quality of the staff. I financed this couch and requested the 12/month financing. The lady that did the paperwork filled it out incorrectly. She put it for the 6/month financing. Okay...that’s fine, they will correct this issue for me...wrong. I have been given the run around and been mislead the several times I have called about this concern. Now they are unwilling to resolve this with me. The staff here does not care about you or your business. Steer clear and shop somewhere else. Update: After further contact with corporate and store manger my situation has been resolved. This still could have been avoided to begin with but they made things right and in the end that is what really matters.

Very nice place to shop for furniture and mattress needs. Amy was so helpful in picking out a mattress and pillows. We even found a TV stand that is perfect for our home also. No sales pressure, just friendly advice and helpful tips. Large selection of everything also. UPDATE: After sale service is not up to par. Confusion on TV stand shipment and missing parts confusion led to several months wait on getting item. One call to the next led to mixed info etc etc... bummer.
The actual purchase at the store was great. I wasn't hassled or shadowed by salespeople. When I did decide to make a purchase, Jonathan F. was most helpful and made it an easy process. Delivery, however, was another story. I was confirmed for delivery between 2:45 and 6:00 p.m. I was told when I called at 5:15 to make sure they were coming, I was told that they would be able to make their deadline. At 6:30 I called again (or my husband did, as I was a little angry). We had already cancelled dinner plans that we had for that evening. Now we were told it would be more like 8:00 before they would arrive. The truck pulled into our driveway at 8:40 p.m.! Delivery was complete at 9:15 p.m. Still had to make a call for service so some adjustments could be made on a couple of pieces. Hopefully, that won't be such an ordeal.

Cory was my salesperson and he gave exceptional service! He went above and beyond to try and help me with what I was looking for. After a while when I couldn't make a decision I told him I'd come back the next day. He told me what time he'd be there and sure enough he was there and help me with everything I needed for my purchase! And Chris, his manager, was pretty awesome as well!
I went in looking for a mattress and nothing was priced openly in a manner that was easy to find. You had to ask a salesman for mattress prices. When I told the guy I had a $900ish budget the guy looked at me like I was crazy and suggested that I get a bed-in-box style mattress. I was also told it would be a few weeks before I could get anything delivered. The store is nice and they have nice furniture, but I feel like they are trying too hard to fleece people who aren't willing to shop around. Long story short, I went over to Mattress Firm and paid $1075, with tax and delivery, for the exact same medium firmness Sealy memory foam hybrid mattress Ashley priced at $1750. It came with an included bedframe and mattress pad, and it was delivered 3 hours later. Definitely price check anything they sell you.
Terrible service!!!! Placed an order on black Friday of 2019 and still haven't received full order in Jan 2020. The partial order we did receive was damaged. It's been a huge ordeal to say the least to get our refund/ cancel items that we never received. Still waiting on refund. I would never recommend them and plan to never shop their again. The customer service when dealing with corporate office was even worse than at local store. Never ever again. I had to give 1 star in order to post this review, otherwise they'd get zero stars!

Bought new furniture on 1/1 was told it would be here on the 9th called nope not there should be between 9th and 15th received call today furniture won’t be here until the 30th 🤦🏼♀️ Do not purchase from here if you need it in a timely manner..also don’t get rid of your furniture before you have furniture from here in hand..

This is absolute worst experience I have ever had with a business. My Wife and I purchased a Sectional and Coffee table on Jan 14th. We were told it would take 5-6 weeks to be delivered. We are currently on week 9, and I am now being told it will be April. That means a minimum of 11 weeks. Every time I speak with someone they can never tell me anything solid or consistent. There is never a manager available to speak with you. This place is an absolute scam. At the very least, you need to be upfront with your customers. Absolute shame. Update: I ended up finally sitting down with the manager at week 11 which is 5 weeks beyond their longest estimate at the time of sale. I had to wait for another customer who was there to meet with him over issues, and another was behind me. Turns out that over half of our order was now on backorder with no estimate on arrival. I ended up getting a full refund after waiting 11 Weeks for my furniture. I will never do business with this company ever again. I was even told by the business that they over sold and were having supply issues. While I understand that can happen, the complete lack of transparency, communication, and blatant avoidance by the company is unacceptable. We ended up going to Miskelly's and they had the exact same sectional. And it was in stock so we left the SAME DAY. Ashley Furniture should be ashamed of how they handled this.
I purchased a 4 piece sectional in August 2019 from Ashley furniture in Flowood, MS. It is December 30, 2019, and the sectional is sinking in every time someone sits down. This furniture is garbage. Please DO NOT purchase a sectional from Ashley furniture. If I could rate 0, I would have.

Please don’t go we ordered furniture missing an end table they admitted it wasn’t delivered but the driver closed the ticket this happened on December the 4th they said can’t give me my end table because ticket was closed and no one can get it back open. Go to their face book wish I had before shopping with them a lot of people had the experience they are nice until you paid for your furniture . Told them they can pick up the furniture got told once it’s in your house it’s yours nothing they can do

I bought a sectional couch from the Promenade Blvd location on October 19. Four of the five pieces were delivered November 23, just in time for the family’s Thanksgiving visit. I could work past the missing piece if it hadn’t been the CORNER PIECE! The delivery guys were super nice and very apologetic. I called the store to try to figure get the problem resolved but was only allowed to speak to the secretary. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ASHLEY!
Bought living room and bedroom furniture from John Smith in the Flowood store. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. We have had bad experiences in the past with Miskellys so we decided to try Ashley. Glad we did. Extremely pleased!
I was looking for a rug & lamps & found exactly what I was looking for & got it on sale to boot. My sales lady Amy was very helpful but allowed me to look on my own without being underfoot. That always drives me crazy about going to furniture stores. Overall, I am very pleased so far. Crossing my fingers the rug I chose looks beautiful in my home!
We had a wonderful experience picking out recliners at your store. The associate was so friendly and listened to everything we wanted in the recliner and directed us to those chairs with those options. Ashley will be the first place we shop for any future furnishings.

I ordered a sectional in July I was told it would be here early August then I get a call that it would now be late August. The last week of August I get another call saying it would now be early September.... now today I get a call that it’s now going to be late September! Super unhappy about this. Next it will be October before I get it if I even get it this year.

There is probably not enough room to even comment why I would never recommend this store. Sadly they are making a bad name for Ashley. The salesman are liars. I bought some patio furniture sat on it in the store ordered it and when it came in it wasn’t what I was told and the wrong pieces. I would get everything in writing. Thanks to this store I have no Anniversary gift and had plans on buying more furniture from them. But now I am just mad and done with them. They did let us return the piece that was useless without the other parts but would not honor the price we were told in store and what we thought we were ordering. Very upsetting

Kim was very patient & knowledgeable from the very beginning (I can be very indecisive). She has a great eye for matching pieces together. She is definitely an assest to the company.

Well so stores are ok but I don’t feel like I have to go way back to Columbus just to receive my gift certificate for my protection plan because I didn’t use it I should be able to use it at any Ashley store that is messed up when I don’t live that way anymore

I have been buying Ashley Furniture for 10 years. With that being said, I purchased $4000 worth of furniture in 6 months. In August, I bought a set of Bolenburg chairs. At the end of December, I reported an issue with my chairs to John. I continued to have to report the same issue multiple times, being told that someone would contact me and get the issue fixed. It is now April, and I still have not had the issues with my chairs dealt with even though they are supposed to be under warranty. Ashley has lost my business and I will no longer be purchasing Ashley products.
John was a pleasure to work with. Coming from another state he was able to give me the best prices over the phone and got me exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great deal with great service.
THE worst!!! We were told SEVERAL times our couch would only be TWO weeks coming in. We are going on a month!!! The manager, if there is one, has yet to call us back. I’ve emailed several times, when I call he is NEVER in. Save yourself the trouble order online, or shop elsewhere!!!!

It was great. I did not experience any of the negatives other reviewers have said. Everyone was helpful. John Smith was my salesman. The prices were good. They loaded my furniture for me, very carefully. I am glad to have this nice furniture store here in Dogwood and plan to go back.

I made a purchase on early January and this is march and i still don’t receive my furniture. Every time i called they said it will be one more week and it never comes. I am very disappointment and will have to cancel my order.
Ridiculous amount of time waiting on the furniture to come in. It has been over a month and just keep getting the run around.
My elderly parents have been wanting in their furniture since for two months. The sales man told em it would only take two weeks. And when my parents call to check on it they added another month. So my parents asked for a refund on the furniture they haven’t received and the store refused and said that they couldn’t do refunds.

I purchased a bedroom suit on February 2nd. My sales person, John, was very helpful until I signed the papers but he also turned out to be a terrible liar. John told me it would be up to 4 weeks before my products arrived and I was expecting it next week. Once I signed the papers and gave him my debit card for the down payment he disappeared and I didn’t have a clue where my card was. I called earlier this week after I’d moved my furniture out thinking my new bedroom suit would be here soon and the woman told me to call back and ask to speak to my salesman, John. I called back and John put me on hold once I told him what I was calling for. Another woman answered and proceeded to tell me that it would be the end of March. I told her John told me it would be up to 4 weeks and asked her why John didn’t tell me that himself when’s I was informed to call and speak directly to him and she responded, “No ma’am, we always tell clients it takes 3-6 weeks. We never say up to 4.” I repeated what John told me. She responded with attitude, “Well, he’s standing right here if you’d like to speak with him so he can tell you exact same thing I just did.” I made her give him the phone so that he could tell me since he’s the one who lied to make the sell. I wouldn’t have signed the paperwork if he had told me it could take up to 10 weeks, I would’ve gone somewhere else to get what I needed. He told me he’d see if he could have it delivered soon and he’d call me back, but I never heard from him. I called again and they told me he was on lunch. I decided I’d rather speak to the supervisor so I called right back and I was informed they don’t have a supervisor but they have a manager. I asked to speak to him and suddenly John was available but he’d have to call me right back. I never heard from him. I drove to the store when I got off work and asked to talk to the manager. They asked who I was and pointed to John. I asked, “Oh he’s the manager too?” He said, “Assistant manager.” I asked if there was a real manager I could speak with because if John could help me he would have called me back. Without looking at me he stated, “I did call you back,” and mumbled something under his breath causing his coworker to shockingly say, “John!” I told her she could let him keep talking because I’ve already contacted the better business bureau. She got uncomfortable and walked away. I spoke with Shannon, the actual manager and he informed me that John is not an assistant manager and is only a key holder. So John went through great lengths and lies to keep me from getting through to the actual manager. Shannon was very nice and understating. I appreciated that he was honest and didn’t go along with the lies his employees told for it to get to that point. I do believe he genuinely wants to help me but I want my furniture by the date I was promised or I want to cancel my order and even though there was a breach in contract when John misinformed me that it would take up to 4 weeks so he could make his sell, even Shannon won’t help me cancel my order because there’s a no return policy. No return policy for the bedroom suit that I don’t have and won’t be receiving anywhere near the time I was told. So I will be contacting their corporate office. If the corporate office can’t help me cancel this order, I’ll contact the better business bureau in regards to that experience as well and I’ll continue with my reviews so that others don’t have the same experience. They could very well give me the bedroom suit they have on display since it’s in such high demand that they obviously need some time to catch up on orders anyways, but all they can do is get me half of the order and then the rest a week before the end of March. And that’s not even being delivered to me, just the store. I’m tired of being taken advantage of by salesmen and I may even speak to a lawyer to see what my options are due to the breach of contract.

Don't count on any of your stuff getting in quickly. I've been waiting three months for two pieces that they told me would take 1-2 weeks. I didn't even get some "great discount" that makes it worth it. So here I am with a new house, new living room, and no couch with only the vague commitment that it should be in within two more weeks. The best part is that they refused to give me a refund for those pieces when I asked them to cancel that part of the order. There are too many furniture places around (that actually care about their customers) for me to ever put my faith in this place again. Save the headache and shop somewhere else.
The price I paid for the bed was reasonable but the time it takes to receive your furniture is terrible. No one seems to be able to give you a accurate delivery date... Still Waiting.....
Horrible experience. The second you walk in the door they are like sharks ready to attack. After telling them we didn't want help and wanted to just look around the woman proceeded to follow us throughout the store. Every time I turned around she was there. I don't blame her but the management. No one likes being harrassed while shopping. They need to seriously change their tactics because no one will come there and I sure will never set foot in there. I've been furniture shopping many other places and had pleasant experiences without the sharks
They tell you when you are looking at furniture that it only takes a couple weeks. Then when you check out and pay for your product they hand you the receipt stating all sales are final, no refunds, no exchanges that you should expect delivery within 3-10 weeks!!! Once you are like 3-10 weeks they assure you it wouldn't take that long. It took 5 weeks to get our furniture and it had a cut in the cushion. Called to complain and they are supposed to be mailing us something. Anyways. Have not been pleased with delivery time. And probably wont order from ashley again.
Amanda was a nice salesperson! I will never shop here again. It’s been over a month and I haven’t received my items. I called to get an update and I was advised the end of of February! This is ridiculous, 2 months for furniture.
The Salesman name Cody was such a pleasure to work with. Very friendly, kind and outgoing, he worked with us on the pricing of a Beautiful Living Room Set. The Manger there today was also kind & friendly as well the ladies at the front desk. I would suggest that if go to Ashley ask for Cody Awesome Salesman. Thanks Cody for all your Help!!!

Will never purchase furniture from this Flowood store again. Constant issues, then when you ask to speak to a supervisor they say he is in a meeting. So I drive up there and guess what. He’s not in a meeting. They screwed up the delivery after I paid them and if it weren’t for me calling to see where my furniture was I would’ve never even gotten it. The “sale” they are currently having is not a sale. Online prices are cheaper and they raised the price of what all that furniture was 3 weeks ago. All they did was put “retail” prices on the furniture and then sell it a little cheaper. Wait til after the sale is over and go back I guarantee prices are cheaper than their “sale price”. The manager and staff are so friendly until you pay then they will not go to any length whatsoever to help you. GO TO MISKELLY or somewhere else.

Took over 3 months to receive 2 chairs and a rug, so if you want something sooner, go somewhere else! Just because it's a new store doesn't mean for the managment and staff to not be able to do their jobs.
