My salesman was extremely patient and helpful. He spent a lot of time explaining the item that I purchased while helping other team member’s in the store

The sales representatives in the store on the day of purchase were very kind, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, everything that followed was the complete opposite. The furniture I purchased was supposed to be delivered within two weeks, but instead the order was abruptly “canceled” and then claimed to need to be “fixed.” I spoke with at least eight different people on the phone, and not one was able to resolve the issue. After getting absolutely nowhere, I went into the store to find out what was really going on—only to be told the delivery would take THREE MONTHS. This was never communicated to us at the time of purchase. I felt completely misled and used. Needless to say, we requested and received a refund.

The sales people are very nice. However, since the buy out merger Ashley's customer service has gone down I mean way down.. The young man who sold us the furniture told me as we were paying. Oh we have a 14 day out delivery at this time. I was ok with that as long as I got it around the 1st week of the new year. I called the appointment hotline only to find out it would be another 6 to 8 weeks before my furniture could be delivered. What? No heads up no communication whatsoever. I just so happened to call. The process to get a refund is a whole other story. Smh Shame on you Ashley Furniture.. instead of all those darn commercials invest in home and bring the jobs here. Never again will I shop there.

We purchased a bed and dresser from Ashley and the salesman was in a hurry to make the sale and skipped over selling us a mattress. Thank goodness for Mattress Firm! Otherwise, we’d be sleeping on the floor because we were not informed that the furniture would take so long to be delivered and our salesman, Chris K., won’t respond. I hope the delivery goes smoothly!

I had a disappointing experience with Ashley Furniture regarding both delivery expectations and pricing transparency. At the time of purchase, I was told the couch would arrive within one to two weeks. I placed my order on January 4, but delivery is not scheduled until February 21—nearly seven weeks later. Had I been given an accurate timeline upfront, I would have been able to make a more informed decision. In addition, there was a 25% off promotion advertised at the time of purchase. However, only one of the items I purchased received the discount, which was not clearly explained during the sales process. This felt misleading and added to the overall frustration.

I purchased two bedroom suits for my granddaughters on November 26 2025 and 3000 for them paid for white glove service and they scrach the walls of my daughter house they damage one of the dressers and they forgot to put the one of the dressers on the truck today and now I have to wait another week to get it. They are a bunch of scam artists do not do business with them.

Corey was a delight to work with!!! My whole experience was wonderful… I was greeted with a helpful smile smile by Quincey ( the store manager)… the store was displayed in a manner that invited you to shop… I would recommend this store and personnel as well as shop there again for any of my future furniture needs…

Always at great experience at Ashley Furniture. My sales person, Chris, greeted me when I walked in the door and helped me find the exact loveseat I was looking for. I love that they have Sunday hours as it’s accessible to working people who can’t get by during the week.

Helpful staff, easy checkout

Replying to the “owner response” . If you are only going to post a number that is not monitored and it sends you a different number to contact, why even list it? So here we go, medical weed may be legal but I don’t like smelling it on a salesman and them vaping as they are walking me to another area of a store, I don’t like not being informed that delivery changed from 2 weeks to 8 weeks. Communication is key when things change to keep a customer halfway pleased but this didn’t happen.

I really do not know where to start. When I tell you I will never never buy anything from Ashley. When I first got their people kept running towards me when I intentionally I wasn’t going to buy anything, but I fell in love with a two piece living room set But once receiving the wrong two-piece living room set, they have not yet fixed the problem so I ended up with the wrong furniture. They ended up making a sale on a two-piece living room said that they didn’t even have in store or online, but I told them that the prices wasn’t right. They still convinced that I was wrong every time I call management head management. Everyone will run away from the phone, I have yet to receive the right furniture and no one even is willing to even knock the price down of the furniture that was delivered wrong to my house. Then once I asked for corporate number everybody act like they don’t even know the number, so I basically paid on something that I didn’t even want it’s nice but it’s not what I asked for Ashley Furniture would never ever see a piece of my money again I should have listened to everyone when they said that customer service is terrible. They’re just there to make a sale. They don’t care if the sale is wrong or not they don’t care at all. I will be reporting this to corporate one way or another.

Our sales person was Trent and he is a five star plus in our opinion he took his time. He did not rush us. He let us take our time to pick out the furniture that we wanted if we asked for suggestions he was more than willing to offer them. He was super super nice and super great with helping us. Get our furniture for our new home and when we go back to get more, we will definitely ask for Trent because of the way he treated us as customers and as people he was superb.

Johnny saved the day! As an individual with a disability, my first encounter was with an employee who was rude and brash when I advised him of same. It was my full intention to walk out and take my money elsewhere... then came Johnny. He smoothed everything over with diplomacy and tact; and closed the sale on living room and bedroom. Well deserving of his commission!

My buying experience was exceptional. The young man, Corey was informative regarding my selection. The 2 pieces I purchased was well made with a classy but modern appeal. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to visit Ashley for home furniture and friendly customer service ☺️.

Horrible experience dealing with this store. Never going back to this store. They will sell you things that don't go together. Once they are delivered you cannot return them. They will bounce you back and forth between "corporate" and the store. You will never have a resolution and will be stuck with useless furniture. Be very cautious !

been a month and still haven’t received a call back or my mattress(called the warehouse turn out it’s on back order) every time i try to call the store to speak to trent he is never available.- just canceled my order and never recommending them

Poor customer service. On a call for 60 minutes today with no resolution and no answers and conflicting information and starting over for no reason with a new person 30 minutes into the call. It will be very difficult to trust Ashley to do another significant purchase.

if I could give zeio stars I would .. the nightmare began upon delivery of furniture.. the guys sent to deliver it were not familiar with installing an adjustsable base over a bed with compartment storage.. the server ordered didnt have enough screws so there is no knob on one of the drawers.. delivery guy reported it and stated someone would come back out to fix it. the drawers on one side of the bed WILL not go in. the delivery drivers said rbis and didnt attempt to send it back or fix it the nightstand rocks. it has been an absolute nightmare to deal with going on 2 weeks back and forth with ashley support or customer via email and its still not resolved! additionally there was a miscommunication between my mother who purchased the bedroom set in her name and the salesperson Trent on what type of adjustable base we initially wanted . Trent assured us that a ticket had been sent regarding swapping out the adjustable base on the order and paying the additional for the correct adjustable base wanted. We thought it was strange that on the sunday after delivery when we came into the store nothing had to be done asfar as financing to correct the error. he assured us this" ticket" would fix the issue. that was incorrect. As of Dec 2 2025 an ashley tech has come out in regards to the pictures below but nothing was mentioned via the emails about swapping the base purchased for the correct base

Ashley’s completely failed us. They promised our living room set in 2–3 weeks for Thanksgiving when family was coming. No updates at all. When we called at week three, they suddenly changed the delivery to January: almost TWO months later. A delay is one thing. Not telling your customer is unacceptable. We had to scramble and buy from Miskelly, who delivered in 2 days with zero drama. If you want honesty or reliable delivery, don’t trust Ashley’s. They care about the sale, not the customer.

It wasn’t the store or the personnel’s fault but my order was delayed two days and then canceled due to a paperwork issue without me being notified. I called the day of my scheduled delivery to check on it only to be informed it was canceled. Then was told I wouldn’t be able to get it for another 5 days.

Pleasant experience here. Johnnie was a cordial and patient salesman. Would recommend going here for furniture.

We loved the store in Flowood and appreciated our salesman's assistance. However, the purchase was made much more complicated with miscommunication between the store and the warehouse. We live in Louisiana and was told our purchase could be delivered. After several weeks, we kept getting different messages from corporate including we would have to pick up the furniture from their warehouse in Memphis, several hours away. Finally, they were able to get the furniture delivered to the store. We had to rent a box truck to pick it up.

The team themselves are nice but as far as buying from them never will again. Bought a coffee table and was delivered and was the wrong table. Was told I could get a refund but then was later told I could only get store credit. Ended up having that store credit for almost 5 years because we could only use it at this store and we had moved to Texas. Moved back to Mississippi and used it on a dinning room table that was on clearance with minor scratches that you'd have to really be looking for to see and it got delivered with extra damage as if it was damage. Just trash.

Ashley location in Flowood, Mississippi Customer Service, Johnnie, was very pleasant and helpful. Answered all my questions. I did not rate a 5 star to no fault of Johnnie. Only because of the total freight charges on the order.

THEFT. These people took my mother in laws money for a couch, gave some BS reason why it couldn't be delivered and 3 weeks later have not refunded her money. UPDATE: After nearly 4 weeks, my mother in law was refunded her money. I'm leaving this one star, because of the hassle it took to get the refund, the excuses and the fact that the store goes out of it's way to not do the right thing. I would like to thank the lady that helped by calling the number listed in Ashley's response.

Very positive experience. Not pushy, very friendly and professional. 5 stars to Stephen and Chris. Thank y’all for your help. Ok, I take back the five stsrs. First my order got cancelled after they charged my credit card. I had to call to find out why no one was calling to set a delivery time. Don’t try to call. It’s all automated and you can’t talk with a live person. So I drove to the Ashley store (45 minutes away) and talked to Jeremiah. All good. Problem resolved. Delivery set for today (Thursday) between 3:30 and 6:30pm. It’s now 10:32pm and “the driver is on his way”. Granted there was mechanical trouble at the beginning of the driver’s route and I got a couple of phone calls and texts to let me know about the problems and that the delivery might occur after the time frame given to me. Why not reschedule if it is going to be late? The mattress was finally delivered about 11 pm, well past my bedtime. The driver was friendly, outgoing, and very tired. He told my husband he was sleepy. He left New Orleans that morning and still had another delivery to make in Magee before he could go back to New Orleans. I do hope he made it safely and I hope that he gets some serious overtime pay! When they set up the delivery time, you are sent a text so you can monitor where the driver is. When I called back the.number they had called me from about the delay, the woman who answered told me the app was never right. If the app is useless, why use it? If there was mechanical trouble with the truck from the outset and it was going to result in a multi hour delay, why not reschedule the deliveries? Sorry! After all of this, I won’t be using Ashley again! The people I encountered were great, the mattress was great, but the process was the pits. This may have been a one time experience but it will be my last time experience with Ashley.

The people at the store were great and helpful. Unfortunately the corporate and delivery team gave me the worst experience of my life. Would never order from this company again.

I was looking for furniture for my new house & had already looked on Ashley’s website. I saw several that I looked & went in person to look & sit on couches & chairs. One salesman, Trent, was a very nice gentleman & gave me information on what I needed bu then let me look around. He provided excellent service!

If I can do 0 stars I would!!Please, please, please‼️‼️‼️‼️ take a tape measure with you when getting a queen size bed from here. I got a queen size headboard and frame and went to go pick out a queen mattress ,and I got the mattress put on my bed. It looked smaller than the average queen mattress. So, I did my research on the difference between a full and queen-size mattress. I got a tap measure and measured from top to bottom. My mattress measured 75 inches in length and about 55 inches in width, which is the measurements of a full sized bed. A queen-size bed measurements is 80 inches in length and 60 inches in width. Ashley Homestore is selling using false advertisements, stating they do not sell full size mattress only queen and king, but in reality, they sell full mattress as queen size. They did even allow me to exchange for a queen-size mattress or refund. The guy that helped me did great, but he knew he sold me a queen headboard and frame. Why give me a full-size mattress!!!

The setup process was easy and the guys did an amazing job.

The driver was on time, make sure the chair was able to perform all features!

The sales person put no pressure on ùs as we shopped. He answered the couple of questions about the furniture we selected and put us on a contractual payment plan for 12 months. It will be delivered on a Saturday morning or evening. No pressure for us to buy.

Ordered a couch in December. Couch came in damaged. They sent someone to fix it in February but they were missing something to make it as it should be. We are now entering May and couch is still not right. We pay all this money and get damaged items and no customer service to fix the issue. Can't go to store they just say contact Ashley furniture it's not the stores issue.

Jeremiah, salesman was exceptionally courteous! I appreciate his service. The store manager needs some work. She joined in a conversation and sale that DID NOT NEED her attention and became insolent. She became rude because I expressed that I was Okay working with Jeremiah. Her attitude led me to believe that she did not believe I could afford what I had come looking for. Sell was completed regardless of her behavior.

I will NEVER AND I DO MEAN NEVER ORDER FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE STORE AGAIN. I ordered my furniture December 14th and today is January 17th and I still have not received all my furniture. They’ve moved the dates to deliver five to six times. I now have a new delivery date of February 1st. Once I get this furniture, I will never purchase from them again. Poor customer service.

The delivery driver dropped my sofa off the dolly and potentially damaged it. I was waiting 3 weeks for this furniture delivery. He didn't seem to care either when it happened. More professional service is needed with Ashley delivery.

Took my Mom to buy new living room set, couch, Love seat & recliner. The problem is Christmas is 2wks away & we needed it now. With Family coming in for Christmas it was essential! Our sales associate Leon was amazing! He literally took us around the WHOLE showroom showing us what they had & if we liked it he would ck to see if it was at warehouse to be picked up. After many back & forth on which to choose We were successful! The couch was at the warehouse & a recliner on clearance so we ordered the oversized chair to match for after holidays. Leon was also so patient & kind to my granddaughter (who is very active).

Sales person, Trent, very knowledgeable and nice. I wound up canceling order; wasn’t happy with delivery fee; too much.

I usually don’t go to the reviews but i had to because i purchased an entire bed room set that they said they had it was 11/17/2024 and a delivery date at 12/8 they want to reschedule because only one of 9 pieces was there. fast forward to today the day of the new delivery date12/18/24 and boom reschedule again no heads up no accommodation. I had to call to get that they had reschedule it. I think that they can do better with delivering because this is unprofessional. As well as i called two different people to give me two different answer. And please don’t tell me you understand my frustration if that understanding does not come with a solution.

Couldn’t do that either. Have a family member that waited on her $3000 sofa, after 4 months never delivered and finally got a refund. That store is a joke.

NO ASHLEY SALE IS WORTH BEING LIED TO!!! YOU END UP PAYING MORE IN THE LONG RUN!!! Then when it's delivered, they stick you with "Well, it's yours now" WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED!!!

I typically do not bother with negative reviews but my experience with Ashley Furniture has been disappointing to say the least. In July, I visited the Flowood branch to purchase a couch, my first furniture purchase. The sales experience was pretty quick and easy, despite a disagreement about online price matching and the in-store promotion. But maybe that was the writing on the wall. My sales associate informed my husband and I that the couch was in stock and could be delivered within two weeks. The reasonable delivery date was something we considered when making our final decision. I understand that there may still be supply chain issues affecting delivery of goods. I understand dates can sometimes slide to the right, but the handling of this purchase has been a nightmare. I received a call three days before the scheduled delivery date and was informed that the couch was in fact not in stock and needed to be built. I was given a new date in August, a month from the original delivery date. Fast forward to that week in August, and I received another call stating that the product wouldn't be delivered until September. I had already promised my older furniture to a college student moving on campus this Fall, and I am now forced to make compromises due to inaccurate sales information, whether intentional or not, on behalf of the company. Furthermore, it is extremely difficult to reach a human customer service representative, and if you try to address the issue in store, no one assists and instead tells you that the number on your receipt is the best service they can offer. I hope your experience is better than mine. I will update this review when my product finally arrives

For the Memorial weekend I went to Ashley in Flowood Ms to purchase a bed and night stand. When I first walked in the store Mark Hooten was sitting on his personal phone. No once did he ask me can he help me. So I told him that I wanted to get purchase a couple of item. So as he looked up what I wanted he said that they had to order it. So I ask him about how long was the zero percent interest. And I told him what I saw on the commercial on TV. So he said he had to ask Jeremiah so Jeremiah said it was 6mths. But I told him that's not what the commercial said so he said well that's all we are doing. Very rude. So I ask for the customer complain number. They was hesitant to give it to me. Then I told Mark Hooten that I wanted to order it, but Jeremiah said no. That they didn't want my business. So I called customer service to complain and tell her about the bad service and how rude the salesman were at that store. And the lady that was on the phone tried to call that store to resolve the issue but no one would take the call. So she said the only thing that she could do was to give me a $75 credit that I can use. But that's the only Ashley close to were I live. So I told all of my friends and family not to shop there and to tell other people. So I decided to go to Miskelly furniture store. Better customer service there. Ashley Furniture in Flowood Ms sucks

Very helpful and pleasant

My experience with the sales associate was great! We picked out the most perfect sectional. The delivery is a totally different experience. My couch has been rescheduled three times to be delivered. We get a confirmation every time to confirm we will be getting the delivery. The sectional never shows up and we never get a text that it’s canceled. We just keep getting new confirmation texts. I call and call with no answers. I even went to the store to see where the couch was and if I could drive to the warehouse and pick it up. They said it’s now scheduled for next week to be delivered. When will I get my couch??? I was given a number to call the store manager tomorrow. It’s just the same robot automated system that gives me no option to speak to an actual person. I guess I’ll go back up to the store. So frustrating!!!

Me and my husband just went in to get a new table and we walked out with a new bed, base, knee pillow, and table!!!! Customer service was exceptional and we were kept informed the whole time! I have also gotten couch a few years ago from Ashley and it is still holding up, with 3 cats and a toddler!!!! 10/10 recommend

Great salesperson made it a great experience but it’s been a little over a week and i haven’t received my couch and now i’m not receiving it for another week. While the sellers are great the delivery service sucks big time. I paid a good price because i needed a couch not because i don’t need a couch. It’s asking to Add photos but there are none.

Open on Sundays! Would be great to have inventory closer for faster delivery, but otherwise a great sales experience. We were shown the selections we were interested in, told if we had any questions to ask, then left to take our time checking things out. A no-pressure environment.

The representative was kind and got everything completed quicker than anticipated.

If I hAve to change an appointment, rescheduling become difficult.

The first salesman was Sam Lott. He kept trying to sell me the most expensive recliner you had and was very indifferent to me. I was very dissatisfied with Ashley. I went back anyway and got Hezekiah and he was low pressure and helped me pick out the one I bought. He was great. When I pay $600 cash for something, I expect a little consideration. I expect delivery in 10 days and hope I will love my new recliner.

Trent came out the back room seen me and began helping me with suggestions and assistance beyond expectations and made everything I was trying to accomplish happen. Trent was very patient and knowledgeable of my needs .his personality exceeds all expectations of a well qualified salesman however this purchase was delivered late from the original date to a week later and then 2 to 3 hrs late on the date of delivery however the delivery team was respectful and did a great job setting my loveseat up and bringing it in with ease and they were very professional and apologetic for being thrown off scedule

Mark Hooten was very professional and a great salesman. My issue is I was charged $80 drop fee after stated I would meet truck at truck stop and pickup recliner, stated that even tho I would do that they wouldn’t wave drop fee, so gonna cost Ashley more than $80 to replace power lines and get trailer pulled out of ditch in one of the 90 degree curves leaving my residence, I know how companies are. I drove a truck for47 years, companies don’t care about their employees, just that dollar bill

I purchased a sectional from the Ashley’s store in Flowood Ms location. Before purchase salesman stated I had 72 hours to return if the sectional didn’t fit.. Upon day of delivery, the sectional had damage and another part didn’t fit. I called the company and the salesman same day, to set up a return. Next day, I went back to the Flowood store and spoke with the sales manager, he states there is a NO RETURN POLICY, No exchange call corporate office. Since, I have spent several hours calling, Ashley corporate office, Ashley store in Flowood Ms, Ashley Warehouse in Hattiesburg Ms and No Return been rectified, only option was to repair.. Bad customer service,, and Misleading salesman’s. I feel like I have been rob from this company.

The in-store experience was great BUT no one answers the phone...ever. Even when I was on hold, the AI offered me a call back that never came. Text messages said someone would call me shortly but they never did. I still haven’t been able to speak with a person.

I do not recommend anyone to do business here. We had missing items on the day of delivery, took (MONTHS) to receive the missing item. And everytime you would call the store to speak to Trent or the General Manager, they were either “Not available” or they would say “Let me try and figure out something and I will give you a call back” and weeks would go by and no returned phone call or anything.. Save yourself the time and headache and go Purchase your furniture any where but here… I rate them a 0 out of 5 stars.. Horrible Customer Service, horrible attitude, poor communication and no product knowledge.

We originally came in looking for wall decor but didn't find what we were looking for. We did see some end tables on clearance. Zach was an excellent sales person, very personal. We're very happy with our visit.

I purchased two bar stools March 24th and was informed my options were to have them delivered to my home or I could pick them up in Hattiesburg. I live on Lakeland and the store is on Lakeland so I opted for door delivery without setup. I informed the salesman and store manager I get off at 4:30 pm on Friday’s if I could get a late delivery (anything after 4:30) because I work on State Street. The manager said they deliver until 8 pm and he would put the request in I would receive a call 24-48 hours prior to my delivery. I received a text March 27th stating my delivery would arrive March 29th between 3:15 pm and 6:15 pm. I immediately called the number in the text asked the customer service representative if the time could be pushed back one hour to give me time to get home. She said without hesitation, “ That was the time you were allotted for delivery I can change the date.” Without any regards to my plans or even asking if that would be okay with me. I only wanted time to get home and I explained that the manager promised I would have time to make it home. She said he couldn’t guarantee that. I asked for a refund as a new date and me wouldn’t work. I asked for a confirmation e-mail and I’ve been receiving e-mails saying I will be contacted with a new date and time.

First my delivery was pushed back by about 10 days. Then, my order was wrong. So I took off work to be able to be home when the correct piece was delivered and they never showed. Telling me that the delivery date is actually 3 days from now, even though I have emails to prove it was set for 4/24. No one seams to be able to help me. I’m canceling my order.

Jeremiah greeted me as I walked in and was so personable and friendly. He showed me exactly what I was wanting and made every effort to meet my needs, expectations and delivery timeline. Shopping at Ashley Furniture was a wonderful experience!

We bought new coffee and In table and when it was delivered it was damaged and they refused to take it back and have been given us the run around on replacing it with new. I will never buy anything from Ashley again.

Bought a chair for $1658. It was damaged at delivery and replaced by another damaged one. I asked for a refund and they refuse. Said policy is that once it's accepted in the home, they won't refund. I showed the delivery guy it was damaged and he documented, but still left with it. Beware!

Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had was when purchasing furniture. I went into this store with the intent to buy furniture for my bedroom. When I made my decision on which bedroom set I wanted, he then advised me on my financing options. I ended up taking a 0% 24-month term with the option of 36 months after signing. He told me all I had to do was call, and they would extend the loan while keeping the 0%. However, this was not the case when I called the loan company to try and do that exact process. They informed me that if I were to extend the loan, I would incur all of the interest from the first 24 months. First red flag. Secondly, they informed me that my price included a 5-year warranty that covered absolutely everything. I even asked if it would cover pet damage from chewing or claw marks and hypothetically, if someone broke every piece of furniture with a bat, would it still be covered. He said yes, of course. So, I said great thanks. After reviewing the warranty paperwork at home, this doesn’t seem to be the case as it specifically states that pet or physical damage other than normal wear isn’t covered. I could have read it wrong, but from what it said, I’m pretty positive that’s what it meant. Second red flag. The last issue with the salesman was when he told me I had a white glove delivery, which he stated included bringing the new furniture in, removing the old furniture from the room, and assembling the new furniture. Again, this wasn’t true. When the delivery finally arrived over an hour after the arrival window, they brought my new furniture inside. I inspected the furniture and noticed that 3 of the 4 pieces I ordered had damage from shipping. Initially, I was going to refuse the items, but the drivers told me it would be easier to take the items and make a claim within 48 hours after delivery. So, I allowed them to continue. Then they refused to remove my furniture from my room and told me I didn’t pay for that service. So, I had to do that while they stood there and watched. They then proceeded to build the bed frame, asking to use my personal tools because theirs died. I was fine with this, no big deal. But after about an hour of them putting it together, they left without saying a word. They both just walked out of the house and drove away. I thought it was odd, but whatever, it was late, and I’m sure they wanted to get home. I walked into my bedroom, and the bed frame was not put together properly, with screws missing and most of them not even tightened completely. Not even the worst part since I can tighten screws myself. But the pieces were not even put together in the correct orientation. It's crazy after paying so much for this furniture from a place I thought was a reputable business; my judgment was completely wrong. So, after all this, the only thing I could do is call the warranty customer service and hope they fix it all. It’s been about 2 months, and my bed is still not fixed, and none of the other damage has been repaired. It took about 3-4 weeks for them to mail me the new hardware for the bed frame. Since it has arrived, they keep telling me they have to schedule a day to call me to schedule a day to come out and fix everything. I'm not sure why they can’t just tell me a date in the future, and I’ll make sure I’m home. But we will see how much longer this takes. I will update this review once it’s finished.

He made several phone calls on our behalf, and inquired with his manager for ways to work around a pick up destination concern. I moved to.Flowood from Northeast Georgia in December. I purchased a home and needed to furnish each room. I visited several furniture stores and was not impressed with the customer service at all. My sister and I decided to go Ashly’s furniture and I am so glad that we did. The Showroom Representatives were kind and very knowledgeable about the pieces that were on display. The sales person name was Cayden. He was exactly what you want when you come into a furniture store or a car dealership, ‘space’ to look around. He introduced himself, offered his assistance if needed. That’s exactly what we needed, opportunity to look, test, and fit for size. When we found what we wanted Cayden provided all details of cost, warranty, and being satisfied with selection.

DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE! The people at this store are incompetent, indifferent, and DO NOT CARE about you or customer service. My daughter has taken off work 5 times for these idiots to deliver furniture to our home, and each time Ashley has delivered dirty, used, ripped or broken items. When we have called Ashley about it, they blatantly give us the runaround and state how little they care. Yet we pay the bill each month ON TIME. We are considering a lawsuit. Please PLEASE don’t waste your money or your time with Ashley in Pearl Mississippi. Only stupid people who work there. All they want is YOUR MONEY.

In store experience was good. Unfortunately my sales rep ordered two different colored pieces for my altari 2 piece sectional. Thankfully they had the correct color at the warehouse in moselle. Terrible. The purchase was fine because they were glad to make money but thereafter for delivery, it’s a nightmare and nobody can seem to tell me anything. Delivery went from today to hopefully next week, we can’t find it to 2 more weeks! Nobody wants to say anything.

They made it sound like the store was providing a protection plan for the furniture, but then there was a huge charge for it on the charges that were financed at zero interest.

I had a poor experience at the Flowood location. I purchased a sofa and was told that it would be delivered on Friday. When I followed up on Thursday I was given a delayed delivery date and was told that my sofa was on layaway. This is very disappointing especially since this was my first experience with Ashley. I will not be shopping with you all again.

I bought a mattress on Sunday and got it home and it had to sit for 24 hours and it is bowed down at the top and it’s so hard.. I tried contacting Ashley company but they won’t offer a refund and I didn’t even sleep on the mattress one full night! I will never walk in that store again.. I can’t believe they don’t offer a return policy if the customer is unsatisfied

I would recommend Ashley’s services to everyone. Ashely’s representatives welcomed me wholeheartedly and were open to answer any inquires or concerns that I had. Also, it was impressive how well informed they were of each product that I set my eyes and went to the extreme to suggest cleaning products for the furniture and how temperatures and humility can also affect the quality/surface of your furniture overtime. I felt right at home and I would visit again.

I went to Ashley’s to look for a new sofa. Wanted to look at regular sofas and sectionals with chaise. Trent Coleman met me at door and offered to show me everything they had on display. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He gave me plenty of time afterward to decide between a few favorites. The buying process was a breeze and I received excellent service thanks to Trent.

Terrible delivery experience and customer service is lacking big time. We caught them dragging the couch across the yard and then they were surprised when it was damaged. They forgot a dresser and upon delivery we found out the other dresser was back ordered. During our second delivery we received the replacement pieces for the couch and the dresser that was back ordered, but not the dresser they forgot the first time… now that dresser is “back ordered”. I give up.

They act nice and helpful but they are very dishonest and manipulative with pricing. Not worth it go somewhere else. I asked multiple times for them to tell me information and clarify and they just do not even answer. They are not about their customers just messing people over to make money. In addition they told us it would be delivered in 4 days and its going to take 2 weeks . All they do is lie.
