We went to the store and walked out with a $5400 couch when it delivered it was later than the store manager Wyatt Hunter said it would be he told me that his delivery date was a promise. He was wrong. the day of the delivery. The delivery drivers got grease on the couch and my house we sent some pieces back. A glass pipe fell out of one of their pockets, we tried to call Ashley back. There’s no way to get in touch with the store except to go in in person. We talked to several different people over a week. No one would give us a refund. They told us too bad. I once the furniture is in our home? It was ours, even though it was not unboxed until it was in our house. We try to get the pieces replaced. They actually told us we would have to re-order one piece we sent back and get another bill for it and then another piece was the exact same dirty greasy piece we sent Back in the first place, I have cameras inside my home and I have it on camera. The delivery driver telling us it was the exact same piece that they just tried to send It back to save money we sent it back again called Ashley. They refuse to Give us a refund we went back in the store. Talked to Wyatt Hunter again. He gave us a phone number and said that was direct help (vip) line was his exact words. it was not and he was wrong. They told us they don’t know why he would even tell us that she was a sales lady and had nothing to do with what happened to us and transferred us back into the Ashley web of confusion. All I can think of it was to get us out of the store because he did not want to deal With us he in no way he helped us at all. We’re still sitting at home missing two pieces of our couch. This isn’t even half of the story This place is sad at best are experience is horrible. The people have no power to help you and Wyatt Hunter. Did not do anything to help us at all, except give us a number that went to a woman who said She could not help. We have pictures and video of all of this.

As soon as we entered the showroom, Artis greeted us with a professional greeting. We looked around for 30 minutes until we had several choices. Artis explained the pros and cons of each living room set. He showed us several other options and worked with us on an affordable set. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Ashley because of his help and attitude. I plan to return and purchase a mattress set from them because of Artis’s knowledge and professionalism.
