I spent 5k in this store 10/04. I call a month later because I hadn’t heard anything and they tell me that my items were on back order until JANUARY! They offered credits if I’d allow them to deliver what was available. I agreed. The sectional, ottoman, and one dresser was to deliver 11/20. 11/16 they call me to tell me a piece of the sectional was on back order until January as well. How can I host Thanksgiving in my new home without a sofa. They said call the store and they will let you know what’s in stock and have it delivered before the holiday. I did that. After making my selections and providing them to the sales person, he says I will let you know delivery date as soon as I get everything in the system. One hour later I call and the sales person is with another “guest”. Making another sale while my order hasn’t been satisfied. Two, three hours later….. the store is closed and I have not been given an update on delivery date! This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’m not one to “let me speak to a manager” but Monday morning I will be calling to complain. 5K spent, over 30 days later still no furniture and I find out 4 days before delivery date that the items they promised wouldn’t be delivered.
Ok at in store sale after that you’re completely screwed! Supposed to deliver on Wednesday but I heard nothing. Complete automated phone system that is flawed. Had to drive to store to find out what the hell is going on. Said it was out of there hand's. Really! Customer service is crap! Buy from a furniture store that gives a shit. Guess they expect you to stay home until they decide to deliver. Horrible store in Hattiesburg ms!

The salesman, Ro was great. He answered every question and was very professional. He definitely did not pressure me and was so nice and personable. He knew his furniture too!!
The furniture is lovely. The "white glove" delivery service leaves a bit to be desired. I purchase a couch, loveseat, 3 tables and 2 lamps. When delivered, 1 of the lamps looked like it was going to fall over. The delivery man was going to leave it that way until I said something, then he properly assembled it. I didn't realize until he left that the loveseat was assembled incorrectly. Luckily, my husband and I were able to correct it. Then we didn't realize until a day later that one of the tables was absolutely incorrectly assembled. It was so wobbly that it was at risk of falling over. I spent the next week on the phone with the warranty department trying to get it corrected. I kept getting transferred and then told I would receive a call back. No one ever called. I made multiple trips to the store, only to be told they couldn't do anything for me. Finally, after a full week of getting the run-around, I was able to submit a warranty claim. The table was finally replaced.
My mattress purchase on September 22nd has been a nightmare to say the least! My original delivery date was set for Friday October 4th, but the mattress that was supposed to be in stock at the Moselle, MS warehouse was not there! Then my delivery date was rescheduled for Wednesday, October 16th. So I rearranged my schedule to be home on that date. Last week, I received a call from Patty Brown from Dufrense Spencer Group and I happened to be on another call. I rescheduled to call her back and I've since tried calling her 4 times and left a voice mail with no response or call back! Well this morning, Thursday October 10th I get a text message saying that my delivery was set for Saturday October 12th. Note that my delivery date was changed with no contact from my local Ashley Home Store, nor any contact from Dufresne Spencer Group that owns the Hattiesburg store and about 300 other stores. Due to a previous engagement, I was not going to be home on Saturday October 12th, so I replied NO to the text and I asked for the date to be changed to the original date of Wednesday October 16th. I was made aware that this date wasn't available and was given a choice of Friday October 18th. If you need furniture or a mattress I would strongly suggest that you purchase from somewhere else. Dufrense Spencer Group in Memphis is a terrible company. Their inventory software is junk and their delivery department is even worse! If you look up Yelp reviews on Ashley Stores they get ratings from 1.7 to 2.9 out of 5 stars. This however is not the store manager or salesperson's fault, it the fault of Dufrense Spencer Group who owns the stores. They pay their employees peanuts and don't listen to complaints and ideas that would make the company better. I've always said that "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results". Well, if Dufrense Spencer Group doesn't start making some changes in their inventory system, their warehouse distribution and their delivery systems nothing is going to change! All three of the above aspects needs to be addressed or their sales will continue to be cancelled or people will stop buying from their stores all together. If they had better systems in place and the corporate office of Dufrense Spencer Group actually starts caring about complaints and listening to their store managers and sales personnel's ideas on how to make things better, maybe things could change. The people I've talked to from their stores both in Nashville, TN and Hattiesburg, MS have told me personally that corporate doesn't listen. When their regional managers visit the stores they express their complaints and ideas, but nothing ever changes! Oh, I forgot to mention my experience with the store in Nashville, TN. My girlfriend was hired by Vanderbilt University Medical Center Pathology/Histology Department and I had to move her to Nashville. We purchased a bedroom set from the Ashley Store in Nashville located at 2160 Gallatin Pike N, Madison, TN 37115 for her apartment. The delivery date was changed after the purchase and I ended up cancelling the order because she needed something to sleep on. I went to American Freight which was formerly Sears located at 642 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204 and purchased the exact same bedroom set and had it delivered the very next day! Evans was our salesperson, understood our situation and got us taken care of. If Dufrense Spencer Group actually cared and could get the product to the customer in a timely manner, they would have made the sale! All I have to say is, purchase at your own risk because you won't get your furniture or mattress delivered on the scheduled delivery date! 😡 EDIT: Patty Brown finally called me back and waived my $99.00 delivery fee and offered me a $200 in store gift card. I appreciate the call back, the delivery credit and the gift card, however in the long run it doesn't change the fact that Dufrense Spencer Group aka Ashley Home Stores is incompetent in the fact that it should not take 26 days to deliver a mattress to a customer! Do Not Sell what you Do Not have in stock, and if you have that many deliveries for goodness sakes buy some more delivery trucks and hire more drivers! And you really need to rethink your distribution, because the Moselle, MS Warehouse should not be delivering to South Louisiana! There's ample room in the Hammond, Louisiana Industrial Park for a DSG/Ashley warehouse! It sounds like the DSG COO needs to be replaced and other top management needs to regroup and find a way to fix what is broken!

Do NOT buy anything from the Hattiesburg store. After they sell to you they will drop off of the face of the earth and offer ZERO customer support. Awful. They NEVER answer their phone. I went in person to the store and witnessed SEVEN salespeople standing in a group talking. They had no customers except for me. They are NOT too busy to answer the phone. I had a salesperson named MATTHEW cancel my order IN FRONT OF ME only to find out 10 days later that it was NOT cancelled after all!!! UGH HORRIBLE experience. ZERO stars.

We had a great experience picking out our living and dining room furniture with salesman, Josh Barker. He was very helpful but not pushy! He helped us find exactly what we needed and informative about everything! He stayed with us several hours while we figured out what we wanted and what was within our budget. My husband and I enjoyed him helping us. He also talked us into a temperpedic mattress and base which we are so excited about! Best experience buying furniture we have ever had! He definitely deserves a bonus!
I had a great service today at Ashley. The gentleman who helped me sorry can’t remember his name was awesome. The manager Melinda was great as well as the financial lady. Even though it took me 2 hours to to decide between 2 couches they never acted like it bothered them and they were there to answer all my questions. Now to just wait my 4 weeks and my new couch with Bluetooth, speakers, chargers, blue light under couch and electric recliner to come in. Thanks again to all of to that help me today. Sorry I kept yall so long. But I really Appreciate it.

The salesperson was pleasant. Every item we wanted to purchase had a 4-6 week delivery estimation. Not a guarantee that it would arrive within this period. Disappointed with unavailability on items so we went elsewhere and purchased same set with delivery within 1 week.

Wrong recliner was delivered twice and I was told that someone would be speaking with me in 24 hours, no call. I called and asked to speak with the manager and was told she was busy and would call me back in a hour. 3 hours later haven’t heard nothing so I called back and of course still busy but would be getting with me as soon as possible. Definitely frustrating when you spend your money on something and nobody seems to care to help you

The sales team is fantastic. However, if you want any customer service, you have to pay for the benefit by having your furniture delivered. No delivery, no customer service! Not a fan! I purchased a patio set last year on-line with the white glove delivery only to hear go to the store for service and the store says we don’t service what is bought on-line. Needed one more piece to the patio set and now, I’m done!

Delivery guys installed my bed frame crooked. And i had to redo it all myself. Some of the bolts werent even tight and the ones that were tight had a stripped out head. They also left trash. 0 of 5 stars

This location is absolutely amazing! Our saleslady Courtney Braswell is by far the most impressive I have ever delt with. She gave us space, helped us when needed, and most importantly she did not pressure us into anything. We placed an order and ended up changing our minds a few times and she was with us the entire time and would make the changes to our order without complaint! She will be the only furniture salesman I will ever want to deal with in the future!

Customer service was good. The pricing is quite high. I loved the furniture I was shown, but it was too far outside my budget.
We could have bought the product online and had it in less than 4 weeks. They talked us into using the store for the purchase and the same amount of time for delivery. It's been 8 weeks and no furniture. No one answers the phone or returns calls. This is why I prefer MisKellys but it was an Ashley's exclusive. Never again!!

Once you purchase from Ashley Furniture they are through with you. I purchased two recliners and a sofa from Courtney Braswell. Very sweet and helpful UNTIL a recliner broke 3 months later. She informed me that once they have sold an item it was no longer their responsibility. I’ve been trying for two months to get a defective recliner repaired and have had absolutely no luck. The chair is only 4 months old, still under warranty but cannot get a repairman to fix it. I have exhausted all avenues short of legal options which is my next step.

Worst experience ever! We had living room furniture delivered in September, which was damaged. It is almost 5 months later and we are still fighting with them. We have contacted the actual store in Hattiesburg and the company they use for service numerous times. We are always given the run around.
Purchased a dining room set recently and A'mya really went above and beyond to get us what we wanted!! I am thrilled and my mother as well, with my mom's purchase. We were in and out and had delivery set up in no time not to mention their awesome financing deals. Very grateful for this staff and this wonderful store. We have purchased a sofa (2022) and a Mattress (this week) from Matthew at the Hattiesburg Ashley Homestore. Matthew was patient, knowledgeable, kind and most helpful. He knew all the answers to our mattress questions. Go to Ashley’s and talked to there trained experts on sleeping well for good health. I highly recommend their services.
Scott Wallace was an amazing sales associate, along with their sleep/mattress specialist. They listened to my expectations of the perfect mattress. They were not pushy, nor did I feel rushed to make a decision on a mattress. I was in the store for several hours. Yes, several hours, lying on mattresses and asking questions. Even when other customers entered the store, they attended to them with respect and came back to me afterwards. I did not get lost in the attentiveness to other customers. Once I settled on a mattress and platform, they explained the warranty and operations of the mattress/base I decided on. Their level of professionalism was superb. I also purchased a new dining table and 4 lamps. I left feeling as though I received the best customer service and very pleased with my purchases.

Delivery was on time and as expected. Delivery crew was very professional, and they worked quickly to get my couches set up. The sales team in store was also so professional and extremely helpful. The entire process was easy and transparent.
I am so sick of Ashley. When I was first purchased the furniture, I was told two weeks was the delivery time and that I was able to finance it. Now, apparently I have to pay it off in 3 months or the interest doubles and still no furniture a month later.

I ordered a sofa and it took nearly 3 weeks for delivery, upon delivery they discovered damage to one of the items and missing pieces. The item was taken back and I was placed on another waiting list. I reached out to the store which I purchased the furniture and I was told that they no longer had anything to do with it, they only sold the item. I must say it was my first and last time purchasing from Ashley's homestore. So much for customer service after the sale

Salesman at the store did not put in my info correctly I then I was told my order was ready for pick up I show up to nothing had to go back a week later to pick up a damaged chair called customer service and was lied to and wasted 2 and a half weeks just to have to call back bc them never called to handle it then waited almost a week to get the replacement and had to take off work so wasting my time and money cost me more than the chair cost dealing with Ashley’s and I do not recommend buying from them the store and customer service is trash but I will give the warehouse and delivery guys props they were the only ones that did what they got paid for

Poorest customer service that I have ever experienced! Missing parts, after the parts arrived 2-3 weeks later, the installation crew still came and left the task incomplete. Nearly, one month of dealing with incompetence! Of course, the store is ONLY interested in selling the product., they can’t assist with anything afterwards.

We recently purchased a new living room set, along with a few other items, from the Hattiesburg Miskelly and have been very satisfied with our decision. Allen was the associate that helped us, and he was very accommodating. The furniture itself has been wonderful, and is holding up well. Also, there was a slight issue with the delivery of the couch (one part of the sectional was the wrong piece), but they let us keep and use the couch until the replacement piece was delivered. Overall, we have been very happy with the furniture, process, and associates at Miskelly’s and definitely recommend it!

Could not ever recommend shopping here under any circumstances. There is a culture of apathy and an utter lack of respect for customers and for the quality of products and services offered at this location. I purchased a large L shaped desk from this store, after they had my money they told us the desk would have to be delivered in 2 parts, the 1st part arrived a week and a half later, then we had to wait two weeks for the 2nd part of the desk. After the two weeks had passed we were called by the store and informed they had broken the second part of the desk removing it from the truck and would have to order another one. Fast forward 3 weeks later and the 2nd part of my desk was finally delivered, upon installation it was discovered the track for one of the drawers was damaged and would have to be replaced. After calling 4 different numbers and being transferred many times (each person I spoke with could not help me and only offered to transfer me or give me a number I had already called) I finally spoke with someone telling me the part would have to be ordered and shipped to my apartment, at which point I could call the store to have a technician come out and repair the still broken desk. At this point I asked for a refund and was told since the desk was at my home already they could not help me but they could put in a request and have someone contact me ASAP. It is now nearly a week later and I still have not been contacted. So to recap it is nearly 7 weeks after I purchased this desk and I still do not have a functional desk, no one at the store, nor the help lines has any interest what-so-ever in helping with the problem and only offer to send me to some other person who also will not want to help. Do your self a favor and go to one of the other respectable establishments for your furniture needs in Hattiesburg, this store is an absolute joke.

I made a purchase through customer service on their website on June 15 for an entire bedroom set. Never was sent a confirmation email or purchase order number; just an expected delivery date. Inquired about the purchase through the website since that’s where I ordered it and since I never received confirmation. Now no one can give me a straight answer on if the order was placed or not…the store in my town won’t answer the phone and the piece I fell in love with is out of stock. Don’t waste your time with this company. #shoplocal

I am very unhappy with this whole experience. I have a half of a bed and the half I do have is messed up. They keep telling me service tech will call but they have not called! I keep getting the run around with all these different numbers. I feel like I have gotten scammed! There must be someone who can address these issues!!!

Very used car salesman. The salesman and manager told me what a great discount I was getting, but was only $100 off. I was more offended than anything. I wound purchasing everything I needed from Miskelly’s that day strictly because they were honest with me.

I have received damaged furniture from the beginning. I have been guilted into tipping delivery men when I should not have. Large amounts of packaging were left to blow across my yard when they asked if they could not take the packaging with them because it cluttered the truck. I have been lied to repeatedly. Any time I call they ask me for another phone number and say the only number I have had for 20 years is not associated with my account. The phone representatives work from home and have bad service and hang up or get disconnected and never call back although they confirm a “good contact number incase we get disconnected”. Animas, children, and adults can be heard screaming in the background of the call. Ashley has been paid for the new furniture I ordered MONTHS ago. I now have no living room furniture and am waiting on a second replacement for the damaged dining room furniture they made me keep. They claim they have no record of me contacting anyone about the furniture. I have all documentation of calls, texts, emails, voicemails, and visits to the store of over 4-5 months. Ashley told me I could keep the HEAVILY DAMAGED broken frame furniture for a 30% discount and voided warranty. The frames were BROKEN. The frames are not level. Pillows were missing. Stuffing/batting was hanging out of the cushions. There were footprints on the bottom of the first sectional. The furniture was CUT. The furniture wobbled and you can see under the legs of the chairs. The pieces of the sectional and the dining set did not align so they could not be put together properly. The seems of the cushions were ripped and had no zipper to hold them together. I mentioned the issues with the feet of the sectional and was told to take a screwdriver and fix them myself. I paid for White Glove Service. Something was all over the furniture that made my pets act out of characters. It can be seen on part of the dining set. I was sent one back to a dining chair without any explanation. I should not be fixing anything myself. One of the male employees told me, “I love you.” in a creepy tone that made me uneasy. I do not know him at all!!! Other employees past and present shared with me how he has made customers SEVERELY UNEASY. Ashley representatives continue to ignore me when I reach out to their personal numbers THEY TOLD ME TO CONACT THEM ON to receive a resolution. The representatives all give me misinformation/disinformation and contradict each other. Do your research about Ashley before purchasing. According to the mounting issues across the nation, it is believed there is enough evidence of a scam for a class action suit against the company.

We just have been delivered. Courtney our sale representative made the whole experience easy and making sure we were happy with our choices. She was very supportive till we had the delivery done. I knew what I wanted, he found it. Boom Bam, I was out the door in 25mins. I HATE shopping, but when I do, I don't want anybody trying to pressure me to anything I don't want or INSISTING I look at something else. Ashley has some very nice quality furniture but they have the worst communication and delivery services in the whole wide world. Their services suck really bad if you having it delivered to your home. It takes weeks and months to receive your delivery. If you try to contact them you fighting a losing battle. No one personally contact you and on top of that you can’t contact the store you made the purchase at. I rate the lady sold me my mirrored console table a 5. She was awesome. The moment I walked out of Ashley’s Furniture store everything went downhill. The person brought me my console table I rate Him a 5. He did great getting the console table in my home.They just have really poor communication skills and Delivery service. I will not refer anyone, if you not ready for your blood pressure to skyrocket. They gonna take you down through there. They better be glad I wanted that console table really bad because if not I would have went got my money back. It was just that bad.

I bought a recliner 05/20/22. It was delivered a few weeks later. We barely used it as we were gone a lot until November 2022. Since using it a lot, it has developed a horrible squeak and is so loud and so annoying. No peace and relaxation with this chair. I have called customer service - no response except a request to send pics. Pics do not represent the squeak so what is the point? Sent pic and a video clip. Called again. Got the name of the person handling the case. Emailed. No response. Called again, only info is waiting for a tech to be assigned and send pic (again). Went to store and spoke to someone. She can't do anything since this type of situation is handled by a 3rd party. The chair is under warranty and I have the protection plan also. Protection plan is not valid until warranty claim is processed. How many weeks am I expected to wait? No answer. no response. No information. What are they waiting on? For the warranty to be out so that they can handle it on the protection plan? Just not happy with customer service or quality of the product. I spent $2674 on this chair including tax, delivery and protection plan. I have seen no benefit of shopping with Ashley. I recently needed 2 queen size beds and a sofa - I did not go to Ashley for those purchases.

The entire experience with Ashley's has been terrible! 2 months ago we were sold thousands of dollars worth of "in stock" furniture just to be given the run around on it for 2 months. We have been without a bed for weeks now because of being given delivery dates just to have them canceled(a few of those time nobody even let us know) I will never spend another penny at this store. Days missed of work waiting on a delivery that never came!

I was contacted by Ashley Furniture on two separate days that my couch was ready for delivery. Both times the delivery system messed up my delivery. I called customer service and confirmed my delivery both times. After exhausting all efforts to resolve at a lowered level I tried contacting the CEO by phone and email and he never responded. I don’t think Ashley Furniture at the corporate level cares about their guests. I was never allowed to speak with any supervisors or even district managers. The managers at the store level have only email to address issues so unfortunately they were not much help. I won’t be back. Still don’t have my furniture.

We went in Hattiesburg Ashley this afternoon and met up with Breanna. We selected a new Couch & Loveseat. She was very helpful finding financing we liked. She is very professional and has a great personality.
Six months ago, I ordered furniture with Ashley and Hattiesburg Mississippi, and I still have not received all of my items. To the items that came to my house for broke. One item so has not been replaced. On top of that I damage my yard. And I refused to pay for the damage.

Worst furniture buying experience ever! Ordered a bed, chest of drawers, and nightstand for my son. I paid for assembly at checkout. The chest of drawers was delivered one day fullay assembled. The bed came next and was left in boxes on the front porch two days later. I called 6 times asking about the assembly. Was repeatedly told they would get someone to call me about it. No one ever called. Eventually they told me that since that came from the online Ashley’s, they wouldn’t assemble it. Horrible customer service. The person at the store lied to me and told me she would have someone call me and then I’m the end, told me she just said that. Never again! We usually buy from Miskelly’s. Should have never tried another store.

The sales person was amazing. Her name was Breanna. But when I received my delivery I wasn’t pleased. I wasn’t home when it got there but when I saw scratches and stains I really wanted my money back. $9000 on a bedroom set, it needs to be white-gloved and scratch free. I would love to review the couch i bought but i still haven't got it. We purchased on 7/31 and were told 8/9 for pick up, big reason we chose that one - short wait time. When we didn't hear anything on the 9th so we contacted the store and were told wait a few days and check back. We did and were then told it was pushed back to 8/20. Here it is the 20th and nothing. We could have ordered online, got free delivery and had it by now from a different retailer. A very disappointing and frustrating experience.

I order $18,000 worth of furniture and only 2 items have arrived after 10 weeks. 1 of the 2 items was damaged. They told me the date the replacement item would arrive. We made arrangements to be home and they never showed up never called.
Received my bed Saturday,but delivery guys could not put bed together due to no hardware in box. I called Ashley's Saturday through Monday about the issue,finally to day someone tells me they have to order the hardware it will take 7 to 10 business days to come to my house then I have to wait several days before someone comes back out to put the bed together 😐😐😐 Ashley's get 0 ratings from me, they are awful 😖

Our delivery date continually got pushed to almost a month after the originally scheduled delivery date. The guys in the store were nice enough but set unrealistic expectations as to how quickly we would receive our furniture. The delivery service was awkward and not friendly and left trash when they were finished.

Awesome customer service from the moment I entered the store. Shelby, Josh, and Jasmine we’re all amazing! Josh went the extra mile and Shelby was a delight to work with! However, the delivery and refund policy are a joke! How can you charge a 10% cancellation (restocking) fee for something that hasn’t left the warehouse yet?! Also, why does it take over 2 weeks for your purchase to be delivered?! The manager, John, quotes nothing but the policy when speaking with him about your dissatisfaction. No sympathy, empathy, or anything! Just an Ashley’s robot… I do not recommend shopping here unless you have a year to wait for your furniture!

So far the experience me and my wife has been frustrating. We were quoted a price for protection plan and that number drastically changed. There lack of communication is very poor. They only delivered half our furniture which was sent back because we said we wanted to wait until all of it could be delivered together. Tried several times to pay for our protection plan before delivery because we were told that its has to be paid before delivery to coved our purchase. They still have not yet sent electronic bill for protection plan to be paid and has been 1 week exactly that we made our purchase. Still on the fence about just cancelling the whole order.
CON ARTISTS!!! Buyer beware!!! Husband and I bought a tempur-pedic mattress and adjustable base, ($6,000) the mattress protector was thrown in for free! We were told you had to have the mattress protector to get the 90 return policy. We have slept on the bed twice and our backs are killing us! They will not allow us to return it until 30 days and they told us they will not refund our money that we can only exchange. That’s was not what we were told at time or purchase!

Dinette set was purchased 5/14/22 and delivered 5/20/22 with missing parts to install legs to table top. I want it fixed ASAP. Someone on customer service call said he put in a ticket for me on Saturday. I need an update on when this will be resolved please
I visited this store today. I had an item in mind that was overpriced at other locations. Figured since it was made by Ashley, I would try looking here. Shelby was a great sells person. She was able to price match my item. Shelby was very honest in her response when I inquired about delivery. She was also knowledgeable about my search for an area rug. It felt like I was shopping with a girlfriend. If you are in the market for some furniture, go and visit Shelby @ Ashley.

My experience of hearing from my coworker about ordering a table in August 2021 and now we are in May of 2022 and he is still calling Ashley's to find out when his table will be delivered. It has already been paid for but yet nearly 9 months and no table. Based off of his experience I will not be buying anything from Ashley's that can not be taken home the day of purchase or I just won't buy it at all.
We’ve been waiting for almost 4 months , we suppose to get a call or email or text from them before to schedule time and date to be arrive to residence but when they arrive the residence at 6:20 pm they just call one time and I miss their call, after that they just email to me, I have to wait another 3 more weeks to be delivery again. Cancel is my choice . Room to go is more more better then .

Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the items I wanted to purchase, but her demeanor was extremely sensitive to our interaction with regard to the transaction. She explained every detail in depth and answered each question which I had in a knowledgeable and proficient manner. She is an expert in interacting with the potential buyer (me)! She has an engaging personality and convincing attitude, personality and delightful charm. Ashley Furniture could not have found such a more delightful person to relate to people in such a magnificent manner. She is a credit to your sales force. Her admirable sales qualities are what any salesperson should attempt to replicate. She could have sold me a crater on the moon and I would have easily bought it. I’m sure I spent more than I should, but I will sleep better with my new mattress and rest more comfortably with my new recliner because of my purchase. What ever you do don't purchase a warranty on the furniture you buy from Ashley, toilet paper has more value. They will not repair your furniture and they will not honor their warranty. I wouldn't buy a foot stool from Ashley at this point. I'm very dissatisfied and I'm also disappointed that I had to give them any stars at all. One was one to many!!!

Lots of excuses and blaming of untrained new hires but eventually they did the right thing. Very frustrating experience today. Worst experience ever. Wait 3 months for our furniture to come in, the 3rd month we were told we were only getting half our stuff and would have to wait 4 more months to get the other. We canceled and got miskellys to order the furniture instead, we received in 2-3 days everything. We have yet to received our refund of over $2,000. It’s been a month where we were told we would receive it in 2-7 business days. 0 stars out of 5.
Kelly was absolutely awesome, she gets 5 starts! Ashley's gets 4 because they need to upgrade their internet package. Their computer system is too slow. The only reason I say this is bc what took four hours could have taken 2. I hope this encourages them to do so.
DO NOT BUY from Ashley’s furniture store. Only buy furniture from Miskellys. We bought bedroom furniture(Ashley’s Raelynn) set from the store and received complaints from the sales person, Multiple times, about how he won’t be receiving enough commission. We still placed the order and paid it in full. We used my debit card tied to my checking account. We were told it would take about 2-3 months to ship to our home.. we purchased at a discount so we we’re okay with waiting. 3 months later, still no furniture.. my wife receives and email that some of the things should ship in a couple weeks but the bed-frame will be shipped in another 4 months… My wife cancelled the order. We are still waiting for our refund from Ashley’s. 1 day after canceling, we purchased the same Ashley Raelynn bedroom furniture from Miskellys. We Received it in only 2-3 days. (Same furniture) We have still not received our refund from Ashley’s and already have had been enjoying our new furniture for over a week now. It blows my mind that Ashley’s furniture can’t get their own furniture to you but Miskellys can get you their furniture to you in days!!! Crazy! DO NOT BUY from Ashley’s furniture store. Only buy furniture from Miskellys.

As I entered the store a gentleman by the name of Kevin approached me and welcomed me. He then asked if he could help me. I told him I was looking for a particular style of sofa. They did not offer the style I was looking for but had a couple actually 4 that would be just fine. He showed me 2 and left me alone to look around the store. When I finished looking I thanked him for his help. He told me about their mattress special. I appreciated his help and letting me look on my own. I was told my new couch, coffee table, twin bed, and mattress set were to be delivered month late anyways. Then I was called and told the twin bed was back ordered and I would have my order by end of November. Then I asked if they could go ahead and deliver what they had and I would pick up the mattress myself when it came in later. They said okay. I was told my everything but the mattress would be delivered by first of October and the mattresses would arrive at the store in Hattiesburg by November. I was called about delivery date saying that all my items were coming today (10/8/21) so naturally I got rid of my current couches to make room. Not only did they come over 2 hours before delivery time window when no one was there but they only brought the mattresses. So right now my mattresses are outside my home.. I called them back and the person who helped me was rude and unapologetic at what I was going through. She stayed my couch would not be delivered till 10/25/21! We purchased a Gamaliel sectional from Ashley HomeStore in Hattiesburg in September of 2019. Along with the furniture I paid $199 for a 5-year Protection Plan, that included free cleaning and one time replacement if a bad mess or damage occurred. In April of 2021, I pulled my invoice and the brochure for my Protection Plan to see what I needed to do to start a claim. I went to the website and tried to register, but based on the information provided accurately, could not be found. I then called instead and started my claim by phone. Over the course of almost six months, I called multiple times and had to restart my claim multiple times. In September of 2021, I received an email stating the reason my claims would not go through is because they do not have the contract for my protection plan. I called Ashley HomeStore and was told that it was with another company instead, totally separate from the the one I received the paperwork for. I went to their website and started a claim there. October 4th, 2021 I received an email from them stating they did not have the contract for my protection plan either. I have been trying to contact the store since Monday, Oct 4th and have been unable to get any answers, or even anyone from the store on the phone. Additionally, the sectional is surely not made of the same materials as the showroom piece, and the one I received has a poorly constructed back frame with one vertical brace not lined up flush with the horizontal piece it is attached to. Because of this, when my 4 year old son fell back in between the back cushions, his head collided with the edge of the offset board and began bleeding profusely, as head wounds do. He was fine, but obviously traumatized to see so much blood on his body, clothes and towels at only four years old. I’m not sure what I paid $199 for if the two companies they would have used during that time are both claiming to not have my account on file. It’s pretty frustrating that such a large chain company would make a mistake with hundreds of their customers dollars. At this point, I don’t even want the couch anymore and have since replaced it with a quality piece of furniture and stored it in hopes that someday I may be able to actually use the protection plan that I paid for.

I will never buy a piece of cardboard from Ashley’s. Be fell apart same day. Gave me the run around until OH I AM SO SORRY YOU HAD ONLY SO MANY DAYS TO LET US KNOW !!! No return !! 3thousand dollars I have wasted on a bed that is a hazard. I already had my foot reattached from a automobile accident last year. This bed fall on my foot. The thought has me a nervous wreck. I have nobody to remove the bed from my room. I can’t stand for very long. I told them I don’t want the money. Please just come remove this bed from my home!!! I keep getting hung up on & transferred from in store to online sales departments. This is so sad how they do their disabled customers.
I bought a Mattress from Ashley home furniture Hattiesburg Mississippi and they were extremely nice However I was told my mattress would be here towards the end of June yet it’s still not here! Highly would not recommend buying something from them! We asked to speak to a manager but still have not gotten to yet!
They will lie to you and say that your order will be delivered in 4-6 weeks to get your money then after 10 weeks with the order still not being ready and you cancel it they take over two weeks to mail the refund check. I’ve been waiting on a refund check since July 21st and still have not received it. You can’t speak to the store manager you can only call the corporate number and told to enter 3 to reach the store. After waiting on hold for over 45 minutes using this option you get transferred to the corporate call center and again told to dial the same number and enter 3 again. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE!!! They will lie through their teeth and smile while doing it!!!

We purchased items over a week ago and were told we could pick them up today from 7-1. We even received a text verifying that. We were here at noon and there is no one around. There is a sign on the door that they closed at 11. How do you close your pickup location and still send a text to someone that there furniture is available. We drove almost 3 hours and we don’t have anything. There is no phone number to call the store directly or our sales person. This is unacceptable!
Ok, bought a dining table w/ 8 chairs. 2 had to be returned and replaced after delivery. The table began showing wear in just a couple of weeks. Called customer service. They said someone would respond in 72 hours. They did not. Called again about 3 more times. No response. Be aware that the Ashley store in Hattiesburg, MS does NOT answer their phone. When I drove to the store to talk to a manager she affirmed that they did not answer their phone. She told me that someone would be in touch. They weren’t. In the meantime, my husband pushed a chair under the table and a leg sheared off. That makes 3 out of 8 defective. By now I’ve had it. Drive back to the store and tell them come and get it. I’m done with that set and lack of customer care and service. Manager says that she cannot make that approval it would have to be regional manager. I asked for a number for the regional manager. She would not give it to me. Instead she gave me her personal number. I gave her a couple of days to get back to me. When she did not, I called her. It went to voicemail. So after about 5 call attempts she answered. She said she didn’t know anything that it was her off day. She later texted me that they would return the set for me. I began getting automatic calls from Ashley saying that I would be getting a delivery. I texted the manager and she said no it was a pick up. Ok. Well, when the truck showed up at my house, they had 7 chairs to be delivered to me. He has no orders for a pick up. I tried to call the manager 4 or 5 times. She did not answer. I insisted the driver take back my 8 chairs but he said he could not take the table. After he left she returned my call and has yet to rectify my problem. I now have a defective table and no chairs to sit in. I will NEVER grace the Ashley store again after I get my money back and I will not encourage anyone else to buy there either. The customer service is non existent. You can walk in the store and have salesman fall all over you and you can drop $2000 on furniture but don’t try to call the store if you have an issue. They do not care. Period. I even called corporate and the lady I spoke to connected me back to th 800 customer line who gave me her number!!!? Go figure. I’m done. I wish the CEO would call me. Wyatt was great! We got a good deal on our living room and dining room sets. Great prices, easy 0% financing and knowledgeable sales professionals. Only one issue, COVID has all the manufacturers backed up. Unfortunately this is not unique to the furniture business, but it's everywhere. Anyway, we are looking at 6-10 weeks for delivery. I originally had trouble getting in contact with the Ashley Furniture Store in Hattiesburg, but decided to come in person and was pleasantly surprised. I had no trouble getting approved and was able to get the bed of my dreams. I highly suggest Ms.Sherry she was extremely helpful and insightful on the best way to get furniture I wanted. I will be returning soon!
We were mislead a little about the amount of assembly needed. We were told it would amount to having to put the legs on but it had to be put together completely.

We ordered a bedroom set in April and were given a delivery date of the end of May. We received a partial order two weeks ago. Still missing our nightstands which they said they delivered but weren't. EVERY piece of furniture we received was damaged. We have received no communication from Ashley or the store as to when we can expect our nightstands or the replacement pieces of furniture. Joshua was a perfect salesperson. Told us everything we wanted to hear in order to get the sale, but didn't follow through with the promises he made. I would suggest going to a different furniture store. Can never get anyone at the store to answer the phone. the call center is no help. Update #2: Received nightstands. Guess what? damaged. It will be December before replacements. Update #3: Had a delivery today for the replacement of the damaged bedroom set received in July. Guess What? DAMAGED again. Don't do business with Ashley.
We were very pleasantly surprised!!! AC did a fabulous job at taking our needs in mind and finding the perfect Livingroom furniture…. And we are getting it in ONE WEEK!! The sofa & love seat are stunning & both power recliners AND are LEATHER. I never thought I’d have leather, but AC & Gina worked their magic & met my budget!! I can’t say enough great things… LOVE ME SOME ASHLEY FURNITURE!!
Kelly C. did an amazing job helping us to purchase our new bedroom set and recliners. We came in to browse and because of her excellent customer service skills and her ability to listen and address our needs we decided to purchase today. We even upgraded our mattress set to an amazing Therapedic mattress and Ergo adjustable base.All of our items were In stock and will be delivered within the next week or two. There were some problems with the technical side of our order but with some help she was able to complete our order while juggling other customers at the same time. She handled all of the technical obstacles professionally and completed the transaction as quickly as she could. We were highly satisfied and will definitely request her the next time we come in.

AC is an awesome sales rep with an awesome sense of humor, he made us feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable about the furniture and the current sales. The only thing I didn’t like was the prices. I think some of the furniture pieces could’ve been less expensive due to the materials used. We are returning customers and will be back to shop again if there are any good deals. UPDATE: Unfortunately it took almost 3 months for us to get out furniture delivered. We were told 2 weeks. No one bothered to update us on the situation, we had to keep checking and the color of the furniture looks a bit different from the store displays.

Took 9 months to get living room table set that wasn’t damaged. 6 months to receive a set that was damaged. Then another 3 get the damaged pieces replaced.
We purchased furniture on March 5th, and they have yet to delivery our furniture. We keep getting excuses of why it’s not delivered. They called me last week to schedule delivery July 1st, I called this morning to verify we were still scheduled and they told me no it would be July 14th. I will never ever buy anything again from Ashley’s because they have lied so many times to us.
We were greeted as soon as we came in the store. The salesman asked what we were looking for and directed us to the exact area we needed. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. The couch we got was excellent quality.

Bought a table and chairs from Ashley last week for delivery. Arrived at the house a day late and in broken condition. Called in to customer service and was told that they would send another one out to us this weekend. We will be out of town this weekend so that is a nogo. Asked if we could refund the purchase and delivery price since we had not taken delivery and was told there would be a 10% fee for me cancelling the order (which was broken when it arrived). Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I'd be put in the supervisor's que and they would reach out within 48 to 72 hours. Horrible customer service and terrible policies regarding the customer. I will contact BBB and file complaints with whomever will listen at this point. I will definitely not do any business with this company in the future. Update...I went to the store and spoke with Michael Goff who promptly refunded my purchase price and apologized for the terrible service I received from the corporate office. I was very happy with the service I received from him but still majorly disappointed in Ashley at the corporate level.

Me and my wife had a great experience at Ashley HomeStore in Hattiesburg. We were able to shop and look at their inventory (they had tons to choose from) without being hounded by sales people. Wyatt helped us but didn't hover over us. He was very friendly and knowledgeable any time we had questions. We didn't buy anything the first time we went in, but Wyatt followed up with us and we planned to come back the next day. After looking all over town, it was clear that Ashley had the best selection and the best prices. We made our way back to Ashley and met back up with Wyatt to buy our couch. He walked us through the whole process and answered any other questions we had. We are so excited to get our couch delivered in a few weeks. This location has amazing staff and a large selection. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, made us feel welcomed and worked with us to find the right furniture for our needs.
Ordering furniture from here has been one of my biggest regrets. We needed a kitchen table, couch, and bedroom set with mattress and we payed cash for everything. We had to change the couch and dining table twice because we were told due to shipment/manufacturing delays, we would not receive those pieces until December 2020 or later. We were told we'd receive our furniture over two orders and portions of the bedroom set and couch would arrive with each order. This, of course, was not the case. Every delivery was missing items, we ultimately had to cancel the couch because Ashley's kept pushing the date. When we cancelled the couch, it took three weeks to confirm the cancellation, they attempted to cancel our bedroom furniture as well and they kept forgetting to cancel the couch and refund us. Once we finally got refunded for the couch, we were able to place an order with Miskelly's and we had a sectional with four days. We received the bedroom furniture in separate orders which we were warned would happen. We received the bed frame and mattress first. Within one hour of the bed arriving, the front leg broke when I was getting off the bed. I fell out of the bed as it broke and my cat was under the bed and would have been crushed if the whole bed collapsed. My husband just had shoulder surgery a few days prior so I had to fix the bed by getting paint cans and towels under the king size frame. Ashley's said they would send a temporary frame, they never did. We slept on the broken frame for about a month before another arrived. We slept on the new frame for a few days and we went out of town for three weeks. When we returned, we slept on the bed for two weeks before the screws became stripped and began to fall out of the frame. We attempted to fix this by screwing in a bracket at the headboard and the footboard. We informed Ashely's of the issue right away. This was mid-January. The employees at Ashely's Hattiesburg location told us they needed to contact the store manager but if we were okay with it, we could trade in the bedframe for the other bedframe in the set which is less expensive but would need a box spring/foundation. They said since this wasn't our fault and we obviously would've gone with the better quality bed from the beginning had we known this other bed was so poorly designed, they would ensure we wouldn't pay anything out of pocket. No one contacted us after this initial encounter or anytime after. We were constantly expected to call the store (the store's number does not go to this location anymore) or go to the store in person. Every time we showed up, we had to reexplain our situation and have an employee send an email to the manager. For whatever reason, the manger was never present and had no sense or urgency. It took nearly two months for the manager to acknowledge the situation and say they were not willing to work with us. Someone at the store also placed an order for the new bedframe without informing us or ordering the box spring/foundation. This meant Ashley's intended to take the broken bedframe which was again supported by paint cans and towels and leave us with a bedframe we could not use because we didn't have a box spring and they didn't bother to inform us. It took another week for us to get any information on this and finally get a box spring ordered. We could only get the assistant manager to speak with us and finally agreed on 20% off on the Ashley's foundation. I also learned at this point that Ashley's sold us a Tempurpedic mattress, mattress cover (per warranty), and our bedframe in September and told us we didn't need a box spring/foundation but according to the Tempurpedic website ever Tempurpedic mattress needs a box spring/foundation of some king, so don't trust Ashley's to keep you in compliance of your warranty when buying an expensive mattress. It also took three attempts for Ashley's to deliver the new bedframe. For some reason, they only ordered the headboard, no rails of foundation, but they still wanted to take away our old frame at the time of each attempted delivery.

She recommended a very comfortable mattress and helped pick out a couch to match our walls that we are repainting. She also recommended keeping our current tv console instead of purchasing new. Our sales person was wonderful, the Hattiesburg Store was very friendly however that is as far as I can give as a good review. From the moment we signed on the dotted line nothing but issues. Box springs delivered no mattress. Months later still no bedroom furniture and now telling it will be even longer!!!!! Who wants to buy furniture and have to wait 6 months or longer who knows when at this point I will never buy from this company again!!!!

This is my 3rd and final time shopping with Ashley’s. I’ve only ever received basic service, nothing to rave about, but this last experience was by FAR the worst. The Hattiesburg location will NEVER receive my business and I would not recommend. Customer service was poor, rude staff, terrible experience, sales associate wasn’t knowledgeable, and not very helpful.
We were met at the door with a friendly salesperson who helped us choose a new couch and love seat by answering the many questions I had. We were very pleased with our experience and purchase!

Went in to purchase a mattress. Dustin was very helpful and knowledgeable about which mattress is best for my preferred sleeping position plus being a hot sleeper, he pointed me to one with a cooling technology. Can't wait to get my new mattress in!

I was sooo pleased with Wyatt and Megan. I came in and was happily greeted. It was almost closing time but they helped me and didn't rush me. I am a handicapped veteran that was happy to shop there. The deals couldn't be beat, plus with Wyatt's expertise made the experience awesome. He was very patient with me and my 17 year old daughter Aaliyah. He answered every question with a professional flare that you don't really get elsewhere. Megan from Acceptance Now helped wrapped up the sale with a neat Christmas bow with her southern charm. She gleefully explained everything about her company 's part in my purchase. They made me feel special, yeah I know it's part of their job, but you can tell when it's genuine. I was feeling bad when I went in, but felt great when I left out! If you're looking for great folks who know their stuff, head on over there!!!

Terrible customer service. I might would feel differently if I would have been contacted by anyone to update me on the continuous delays of my furniture. When we purchased our couch and loveseat at the end of June, we were told delivery could be up to 8 weeks out due to COVID. That was understandable. My couch supposedly made it to the warehouse in mid-September but we were just contacted about picking it up or having it delivered in mid-October. That was after we called both the 1800 number and the store AND even went by the store. My husband went by the store to set up delivery, since you have to sit on hold for atleast 20 minutes with the 1800 number, and had our delivery set up for Thursday. Apparently that did not get put into the system correctly. I got a text stating our delivery was scheduled for Friday. Called the 1800 number to have it changed and they said it would be next week before they could have it rescheduled! After waiting about 16 weeks for my furniture, I guess we’ll cancel all of our plans and stay home on Friday to wait on it to be delivered. I understand COVID related delays but I do not understand and will not put up with terrible customer service. We will not buy anything from Ashley again and I will recommend friends and family shop elsewhere.

I have emailed him 3 times and called the store over 15 times. No will answer. The 1800 number is a joke, they put you on hold to leave a voicemail and no returns your call at all. It’s very disappointing that I would want to spend several thousand dollars in a store and get no reply back. I shouldn’t have to go in there nor have to contact another Ashley Store to get someone. I’m a very easy going person so for me to complain like this is very rare. I will no longer purchase anything from this store or recommend it. Delivered a $3000 bedroom set with a 3 foot scratch in the middle of the head board. Told them and they said it was within the standards of Ashley. Within 3 months the paint they use on my set was flaking off on every part of the set. Told them and they said It was my fault. Stay away from Ashley. They have horrible service and worse quality. Its just resin furniture and sprayed. I asked if I could buy the paint to match because mine was barely painted. Of course I was told no.

My original purchase was made in Hattiesburg,MS, but I have since moved to Houston,TX. Upon moving and trying to have my furniture serviced, I was told to contact the store of purchase for the necessary information to file a claim. Since AUGUST, I have tried to contact Ashley's in Hattiesburg. They refuse to answer their phone calls. I have sent two people to the store to have someone contact me and both times, I was told I would receive a call in 24-48 hours-nothing! There is also an Acceptance Now leasing company located inside of the store, whom I used to finance some of my furniture. I decided to reach out to them for help and again, nothing! I was greeted by a manager named "Charlie" via phone, who was extremely rude and lacked empathy. He refused to get a manager from Ashley's to the phone, stating that this was "his personal phone and he didn't have to let anyone use it." I was then hung up on several times, by Charlie. Charlie screened the phone's caller ID and ignored, rejected, and hung up on SEVERAL of my calls. After telling him that the calls were being recorded, he finally gave me a number to contact someone abbove him. First stating that "he was his own boss and no one was above him." After filing a complaint with Acceptance Now for their management, I still had not been helped by Ashley's in regards to my furniture. Several days and weeks have now passed-nothing. I am still not able to reach a member of management by phone. I sent someone else to the store and a manager,by the name of Littlejohn,concluded that this person was "ignorant" and we should "just be patient." Keep in mind I have been trying to get help with this issue since August. Furthermore, I have been promised calls back and received none. I am being told that my furniture service protection plan was never registered; however, these is proof that I purchased it. The managers lack empathy and feel no true desire to assist paying customers! The service is unacceptable-from people who call themselves "managers"

Purchased an awesome bedroom suit for an awesome price! I will definitely be purchasing from them again! The staff there are phenomenal, and are very easy going. Not only did I receive great customer service from Carrie, but also my Biweekly payments have brought up my credit score tremendously! Over $2k on a couch with a 2-5 year warranty and it makes sense why you would need a warranty like that. These are the cheapest things made. The springs break (not even sure how), the pieces that keep the sectional connected falls apart and the wood is worn. You’d think I weigh over 400lbs, but definitely under 200 and 6’ tall. I’m pretty sure they come from Wish and that’s why their delivery dates are always outrageous. Super long delivery and poor quality in materials. You want quality? Go somewhere else because this is not the place to go.
Not many stores carry what I needed much less have choices on display. I was able to see and sit at multiple choices guided by a knowledgeable salesman. I have some disability issues but the person helping me was patient to listen carefully, repeat when necessary and answer all my questions. Even dealing with Covid there will only be a short delay receiving the furniture purchased and I am happy with the price.

Wyatt Hunter is the best salesman hands down. He actually listened to my needs and concerns in regards to a new mattress purchase. He showed me mattresses in my price range and comfort level. I truly appreciate the fact he wanted to help me find the right bed for me. The main thing that sticks out for me, is that he stayed within my budget. Spending money has never been so easy when you know your getting a good deal and the best product. Mr. Hunter told me that he had the best deal in Hattiesburg, but being hardheaded, I had to check the competitors for myself. Not only did Ashely Furniture have the best deal on a mattress, but also the best Customer Service. The other mattress retailers fall short of the knowledge Mr. Hunter has. I ordered a bed mid-June. My delivery date has been pushed back 3 times, no one has bothered to call to explain any of this. I just happened to call to double check the delivery dates and each time the date has been moved back-not to mention the fact that I had to call a corporate office because I was unable to get anyone on the phone in the local office. I was offered half of my delivery charge back-34.18. Here I am today- the day of the last delivery date that was given to me (tried calling yday to confirm but was hung up on TWICE without having spoken to ANYONE, so I gave up) and I haven’t gotten not ONE confirmation call and they STILL won’t answer the phone! When they do answer they hang up without saying ANYTHING! They are literally picking up the phone and hanging it right back up! I’m LIVID and want my furniture. Smh. This is such a poor excuse for customer service.

My mom and I went to this store as our 5th option in looking for a new couch and loveseat for her living room. We were greeted by Gina just as we walked in and she asked what we were looking for and immediately took us on a tour of options she thought would fit our wishes. We found two that we loved, but also had a few other stores that we wanted to check out. Gina gave us her number in case we had more questions. We went to a couple other stores, but found nothing even close to the selections at Ashley. I messaged Gina and told her we were on our way back to make the purchase. She was super helpful through the entire selection and purchase process. The only reason I gave this a four star review instead of a five star review is because we have to wait until Mid-September to have the items delivered and that is frustrating because we really hoped to have it much sooner than that.
We purchased four bedroom sets with mattresses in May. We were given delivery dates of July 7, 14, 21, 28th. We were then contacted later and told we would need one delivery date, due to all furniture, parts and pieces needed to be present in order to be assembled at delivery. Our date was then changed to July 29th. I receive a message stating my delivery is ready and to choose one of the three dates given for our new delivery date. I chose July 22. I leave work to meet the delivery truck... all that is on the truck is the box springs for two of the rooms, mattresses for two of the other rooms, parts, pieces... etc. Not even a quarter of our order. I call customer service, left on hold for an hour and 22 minutes. Still have yet to talk to them. The delivery guy gives me a number to call. The lady informs me it could "possibly" be September before we get our furniture and I need to call customer service... STILL can't get anyone on the phone. No furniture, no answers as to when I will get my furniture. Why would you deliver box springs and parts to a bed???? What are we suppose to do with that til September??? Horrible experience and I will tell anyone who will listen, not to purchase from Ashley's...

Due to a recent apartment fire, I was in need of all new furniture. I went to Ashley’s and was greeted by Len Littlejohn in which I explained to him what brought me into the store. He then had Dustin Ackley to assist me and show me around the store to help me find everything I was looking for. I was able to find the things I needed plus get the sale discount, in which Dustin spent hours with me making sure I had what I needed. These guys went above and beyond their job duties and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. If anyone is in need of furniture, go see these amazing guys because they don’t rush just to make a sale, as they are great salesmen. We purchased a couch and loveseat in may! We received the loveseat but not the couch. I have been trying to contact someone for days with no answer. The couch was supposed to be delivered on two separate occasions and both times 10 minutes before supposed to be here they call saying it was damaged and I’ll have to wait longer. But when I call to see when or how much longer no one will answer! This store is a joke!!!
Purchased a living room set in January which had a few issues contacted customer service who were very nice and understanding. They sent me the parts needed to fix the couch and told me a tech would be in touch on Monday but the call never came. Still waiting after making 9 additional phone calls still waiting for that service person in mid july. Can anyone help me!

We bought almost $2000 worth of living room furniture on April 24, 2020. I got rid of all my living room furniture. First we got the ottoman, then a few weeks later we finally got the sofa. We still have not received the two arm chairs. We were supposed to have them this week, but they have been back ordered yet again. I even went to the store a few weeks back to see if they might have my missing items in stock. The guy at the front told me they didn't do that. After that, he looked down at his paperwork and treated me like I was from outer space. If I could start all over again, I would, But with another furniture company. (I had bought an expensive bed/mattress from them about a year ago.
I did not care for my experience at Ashley Home Store in Hattiesburg. I was incorrectly told by a sales associate that I could take my furniture home with me that day (floor model); however, that was not true. Only after going through the long process of purchasing the set and getting a relative to meet me at the store with a second truck was I told that the delivery person didn't work on Saturdays, so I could not leave the store with my furniture. It's unfortunate that they don't have a person working on Saturdays to accommodate people who work M-F. I also didn't care for their pompous attitudes so I got a refund & took my business elsewhere.

THIEVES , I had a bedframe delivered on June 14th to men came to set up bed , I had just taken my apple watch off and put it on my husbands dresser because I was cooking well they were setting up the bed. When they left I gave them a big tip went into my bedroom to charge my watch and it was missing . So next day went back to savi ranch store and I told them what happen they gave me a number to call to put in claim, I asked to see manager he would not come and see me. Put a claim in with Kawana B and they responded if I didn't have cameras in my bedroom to bad basically. So I started another claim with Paulette and have not heard back. so I called Savi Ranch store again begging to speak to manager he refuse to talk to me said Katrina. So I called back again and spoke to Tracey and she said manger told her to tell me to call customer service I told her I did 10 times and I want to speak to the manager I said give me his name she laughed and said it was Charles and told me have a nice day and hung up on me. DON'T TRUST ASHLEY FURNITURE THEY HAVE PEOPLE THAT STEAL FROM YOUR HOME . WHY DO THEY HAVE A MANAGER THAT WON'T HELP PEOPLE.

Sales person was amazing, delivery on the other hand was HORRIBLE!!!!! Told and confirmed delivery for May 27th. Morning of May 27th was told our furniture was on back order until JUNE 20th. June 20th comes along and they can only deliver HALF of our couch. And when they delivered our bed room suite they broke the drawer building the dresser. The next thing I'm told is the rest of our couch will be delivered June 27th... HAHAHA. Not. THEN I was told one piece of my couch will arrive and be delivered the 29th and the other half will be delivered the 3rd of July. They are a complete JOKE. Paid well over $4,000 cash. Will NEVER buy from Ashley's again. I could have/should have gone to another local store and paid a little more. I wouldn't have to be dealing with this nonsense. There no excuse. Either get me my furniture or give me my money back.

Our sales person, James, was ready to answer our questions, gave us a chance to browse and was right there available when we were ready to make our purchase. He is just the perfect sales person. So....after receiving a damaged dressor January 5th....each week after that for 6 consecutive weeks I had to take.off work and wait at home while delivery people brought me one after another broken dressors...each more damaged than the one I got before....(6)...you heard that right ••••• 6 times••••• delivery guys were always apologetic and professional...but each time they loaded the broken dressors back in the vehicle...as I wrote this there is still a broken dressor in my bedroom....it's March 10....no more word from Ashley....and try calling their corporate office....you will be on hold indefinitely...I managed to get hold of their customer service supervisor by calling their accounting line and getting transferred....I will let you make your own interpretations about what kind of business this is.

The customer service was great, the options were great. The only downsize was the expensive delivery fee. Honestly we’re tempted to go back in and cancel the delivery and figure out how to get it home on our own.
Horrible customer service right along with poor quality furniture. I should have checked reviews before we made the purchase. I’ve put a complaint in with the BBB but I’m sure they don’t care. 95% of the reviews are bad and nothing has changed. I have a box of parts in my shed for them to send someone out to repair my 3 month old furniture!! Will not call me back and gives me a run around every time I call. Refuses to let me talk to a manager. I even purchased the warranty extra so I wouldn’t have this problem but that didn’t help. Very disappointed and would not recommend ASHLEY Furniture to anyone.

Would not recommend Ashely’s in Hattiesburg. The sale and salesman were great...then it came to closing the deal. The salesman was working to get is the best deal we could get for our money and called the manager over for $20 shipping and delivery discount. Manager declined a $20 shipping and delivery discount because we were not in the same county, Lamar vs Forrest. I was spending +$2400 there, no financing. I decided to look passed the discount and proceed to with deal anyway and established a 1/15/20 delivery date. Sale was closed on 1/4/20. Well, come 1/15 there’s no call or delivery confirmation, so I have to call to find out where my furniture is. Call the wearhouse and they tell me all the furniture is in but it just didn’t make it on the truck. Well I paid for it to be delivered 1/15 and Ashley’s failed to uphold their end of of the deal. They put a “ticket” in to see if they can expedite and was told that I’d get a call within 48hrs with updated delivery info. 48hrs comes and goes and no call from Ashley’s. So I call back to find out where my furniture is, and this time I’m told not all my stuff is in and it would be another week or so before delivery could be confirmed. So one person stated all my stuff was in and missed the truck And another person tells me not all my stuff is in and would be another week or so. At this point I just canceled my order. Called my CC company to refuse all the charges for breach of contract and failure to deliver goods. Great sales person...Poor management customer service and poor shipping logistics.

I have left a message with this store for 5 days for the sales associate who sold us our sectional as well as the manager without a call back. Our date has been pushed back 2 weeks for delivery with no reason why. We also paid 200 dollars extra for delivery. Awful service.

9/27/2019 - We purchased a sofa from this location on August 12 and were told that it would be delivered to us by the beginning of September. They called us the first week of September to tell us it actually will not arrive until the middle of September. After that, we heard nothing from them. We started calling them and were told "it will be on its way to the store next week, expect a phone call". No phone call. We called again. "It will be here later in the week". No phone call. Finally today we were told that this sofa will not even be arriving to their warehouse until October 4, and who knows how long it will be until they deliver to us. So it will be at least 1 month later than promised. Had we known all this, there is no way we would have purchased from this store and never will again.Update: We got a phone call from the warehouse in Georgia on Sept 29 saying that the sofa could be delivered on Oct 2. It was delivered without further delay. The delivery crew was very friendly and quick.

The salesman was great. The shopping was great .. the show room floor was clean and beautiful. It made me want one of everything... from there everything else was awful!!! It took almost 2 months to get our furniture when it was suppose to be in within 2weeks. Then it took 3 trips for the delivery guys to get everything right... we had broke stuff, the wrong stuff and everything in between...... update 9/19 everything is falling apart. From what I was told some stuff is just for looks... apparently your not suppose to use sit on the couch.....
I"m not sure what to say here. We had a salesman helping us. Granted, we were shown things out of the range we wanted to spend. So we walked through the store and found a bed. My fiance went to get the sales man and he came right on. Then he said that he was going to give another customer a quote. 10-15 minutes later he still never came back. Needless to say I found another person to help us. The first sales person came up as we were finishing up and paying . He wasn't happy that we found some one else, and let it be known. Also, we were told that we could work something out if some of the tables didn't match. They didn't have any in stock to look at on the floor. Nobody told us about the 25% restocking fee.... this is not how I would do business and I have been in the customer service world A LONG TIME!! Disappointed isn't near the word I would use. NEVER AGAIN!

Garbage furniture. Paid a premium price for a couch and it was broken within a year. The bottom support was only secured with straps and 6 staples. They drilled holes for bolts but never got around to finishing I guess. This isn’t covered under manufactures warranty either they say. So if you’re looking to pay quality price for rickety box of straps and staples this is the place for you! Wanted to support a Mississippi company but won’t be coming back.

Making my purchase at the store was easy, they tell you that they can deliver your furniture anytime not true!!!! After you pay the delivery fee and make the purchase you get a call later telling you your order is in but they don’t deliver after 4pm which I told them in the beginning that we work and don’t get home until after 4pm they don’t try to work with you not even a bit. They should tell the customers before you pay the delivery fee. When I finally got my delivery my love seat had a tear and they had the nerve to say they would repair it I said no!!! I’m not paying for repaired furniture because I purchase it new , The service center is a nightmare so I wasn’t getting anywhere with them so I called the store where I made my purchase finally got the manager to understand that I didn’t want repaired furniture so he said I will get a brand new one. Ok when I got this delivery before the guys took it off the truck they opened it a low a behold it had manufactured defects staples showing and seam not sewed done. This has been a nightmare! I am still in the process of telling them I don’t want repaired furniture but they insist on trying to give me repaired furniture when I purchased new furniture I could have went to a salvage store if I wanted salvage furniture at least it would have been discounted.People please be aware something is not right with this

Well the first night my wife and I go to lay our head after sleeping on a couch for 22 days, we each laid on our sides of the bed and quickly rolled to the middle and like to kill the dog as the bed made some horrible loud cracking noises. After further investigation the bed has three legs and a middle section to support slats missing. So now waiting on them to arrive to install ourselves! Needles to say the cheaply made particle board furniture! $5,000.00 for junk, Never again

We had a couple problems with it since we have had it, and they have been very prompt to come and take care of them.
My wife and I bought a few recliners from your store yesterday. Our salesman was Tyler. He knew a lot about the recliners and let us look around when we wanted. Sometimes the salesman are pretty good. Some of them are like hounds and will say & do anything to get that commission. The few times I have bought something from there it was because I finally got a good salesman who actually listened to my needs and considered my budget. Watch out for those who automatically take you to the highest thing in the store! Those ones will practically force you into getting something you can't afford.
We bought a sofa and loveseat about 2 years ago and have not been satisfied yet. 1st loveseat was broken and they came out and attempted to fix it and did not Finally got another one and so far both seats one one side of each are damaged and we have been given the run around on the warranty that we purchased and still have not gotten anything done.
We bought an outdoor table and chair set from Micah. Quick & easy. Friendly and professional. The set looks great on our back patio too.

I immediately called the store and was told no manager was in and he would not be back until two or three days so there was nothing anyone could do at the store.. I asked if he could call me so we could discuss options on what to do and here it is, 7PM & still no phone call. No email. No nothing. It’s truly disappointing to pay this much for furniture and get this type of customer service. I will definitely not be buying from Ashley’s again.

Worst service ever. I ordered $12,000 in furniture and have had an issue with each item delivered thus far. This company has poor communication and procedures.

I read the reviews online. But I thought to myself....SURELY those were rare instances. Right? Ashley Furniture is a good place! Right? They have stores everywhere! Those bad reviews were just flukes! Right? NO!!!!!!! I am SO mad at myself for giving them the benefit of the doubt. On December 13th all I wanted to do was buy 2 recliners. That's it. Fast forward....its February 22nd and I've now been through a total of 3 recliners because they didnt have the two I wanted for 2 months. When they finally got ONE delivered the rocking mechanism didnt work. Plus the left arm pops anytime you push or lean on it. I went to the store and complained and also enquired about my other recliner. "Sometime" in February is all they could tell me about when it would be delivered. It finally did come and I am pleased with it. Yesterday....the replacement recliner is delivered only to find it has been slashed across the front of it and stuffing is coming out. I called the store and the rude lady that answered the phone told me to send her a picture. Which I did. BUT I wouldnt even let the delivery guys unload it. After I forwarded a picture to her I tried calling the store because I wanted to speak with a manager. No answer. I called from 5:15 until closing time and I Never got an answer. I even left a message at one point. STILL I have had no one return my call. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ASHLEY FURNITURE AGAIN IN HATTIESBURG!!!! I am mad at myself because I didnt pay attention to the bad reviews.
Don’t buy from Ashley!!!!! I would give zero stars if possible!!!! We bought the Millenial all Leather couches, $4000 plus, from the store in Pensacola Florida and loved it (15 years ago) still have it!!!! They were great!!! So flash forward to our experience in Hattiesburg, Ms., We recently purchased 2 couches and an ottoman; which if we’re lucky, will be delivered 3 months after purchase. small print - NO RETURNS, arrival date is “OUR BEST ESTIMATE”, once you buy they are “unable to cancel or modify” your order. Terrible!!!!! Misskelly’s, right down the road, we were able to have the furniture delivered & it arrived 2 days ago (1 week wait time for delivery) and we evenhave 7 days to return if for any reason we’re unsatisfied. Ashley Furniture, Hattiesburg, Ms has some fine lawyers but y’all have lost this customer for good!!!!
Bought two chairs from this store. Trey had great customer service. Called us back when we called to inquire about a couple of chairs. The transaction went flawlessly, until we approached the desk to pay. Dollina has the WORST attitude ever! She complained because she had to give us change and she “didn’t have enough” in her drawer. Then she gave us $25 all in $1 bills. I asked the girl next to her if she had larger bills. She gladly changed it for me. Then Dollina rolled her eyes when Trey asked her to call the Distribution Center to let them know we were on our way. I have never felt like I was a bother to someone in a retail position until now. She does not belong in customer service.

I immediately called them and they said I have to send a email to customer service and I did and sent pictures right after i got off the phone with them. no one has even tried to call or email me back i have sent probably 15 emails and tried calling about 30 times and no one will help me. will never but from them again.
great experience with purchasing couch, did pick up when we went to pick up the couch they said if we get home and anything is wrong with the couch to call within 36 hours, as soon as we got home we found a huge grease stain on the arm rest of the WHITE sectional. The prices are "slashed" but website was cheaper. Staff was nice & handled questions nicely but the prices just turned me off quick. I'm sure they have a office they are told but manager said "I'll knock off $100 of you buy today" but dude the website had $300 off.
I bought a "gold standard" power recliner.. After 4 days it began to malfunction. The process to have this issue resolved is ridiculous. Customer service has been less than stellar. I would return it if I could, but apparently that is not an option. I want to write a letter to the company, but nowhere on the website could I find a way to do that, cowards don't want to hear how disappointed their customers are. For sure the last time I will buy from Ashley.
