PROS:Let me start off by saying our local store was amazing in assisting with purchase and handling my issues. CONS: I purchased my furniture Nov 22 and was told it would not be available until after the new year. Fast forward to Jan 8 and I received a text from Ashley's chat bot Jenny wanting to confirm delivery date of Jan 10. On the date agreed upon, I gave my furniture away so we could easily get our new stuff in the house. After the delivery time arrived and passed. I reached out to Ashley only to find out our furniture was on back order and it would be another 6 weeks. Now I have no living room furniture (old or new). The more I called and complained the further out my order was going to be. It went from Feb 14th to March 7th. After not getting any answers other than sorry, it must have been a glitch, I went to the local store. Mr Terrence was awesome and was able to give me an upgrade of my choice or the store model of the furniture I purchased. Needless to say, don't trust the chat bot. And if you have any issues, you can forget about customer service. They are about useless and the only asset they have is making excuses for Ashley furniture's short comings.

Awesome guys at this location! They worked with us to make it happen! Edit*** I am changing my rating to zero stars. This is terrible. I have waited 4 weeks for my furniture then get told a piece is back ordered. So now I have to wait another week for it. I decide to go ahead and get what I can. I finally get a delivery day which is today. I get a delivery window of 415-715pm. It is now 8pm and nobody has called or showed up. I call the number and of course they are closed. Nobody to talk to because it’s after hours. This is ridiculous. Why have a delivery estimate after hours!?? I will not order from Ashley again. Sorry to the guys that were wonderful in the store. They need work on the shipping/delivery side of things.

Update: 5/9 Buyers Beware if you buy anything that isn’t full price!! If you don’t purchase full price items, you receive awful service and have to figure out how to pick up the items yourself along with any wrapping or protection to your items you have to furnish. They offer delivery service for $100 but isn’t guaranteed for any items not full price. Would definitely go elsewhere to find my future needs where I don’t go through an awful experience like this was.

Experience was great but the wait for merchandise is ridiculous 3 weeks is insane paid yesterday but have to wait until April 17 to receive 😤 besides that the store personnel was very helpful and welcoming

I ordered this furniture in August of last year, which was 2 complete bedroom sets. I finally got a bed today that makes one full bedroom set, but the other bedroom set was incomplete. It was a bed only. No dresser with mirror. No chest of drawers. No night stand. I rejected the rest of the order. This makes the third incomplete delivery since August 2024. If I can ever get my complete order, it will be the last time I ever order from Ashley Furniture. The delivery crew was great. They did their job, but Ashley Furniture sucks and I'll never buy furniture from them again.

If you want to finance it’s great. But, you will wait a while before you receive it. My experience is they are worse than a car salesman with the lies and gimmicks. I still don’t understand the “Labor Day” sale posted all over the store. I don’t know what the sale was because I didn’t receive it. It said if you spent $1200 on a mattress you got the frame for free. Well that is not the case. I’m paying over $4100.00 for a mattress with no frame. That’s full retail cost. There is no big mattress sale. Very deceiving. They were a little rude when they couldn’t ring me up for the full price of the frame and mattress over $7200. I feel like I got ripped off. Maybe I will be happy when I actually receive it.

I will share my experience about the manager and the sales person because they were very awesome. They went above and beyond to help me purchase two loveseats and a TV stand however, Ashley furniture would not even finance me, but I still was able to get it financed to a different way and I give an excellent rating because those girls were truly amazing at that store.

Shopping for bedroom sets for my boys and was overwhelmed by the assistance and help I received while there. I walked away with two bedroom sets and I will definitely be back to finish furnishing my new home.

Horrible place to do business. Will never go in here again. Buyer beware. They will no stand behind their products. We spent $1600 on a recliner, then returned a week later after it was delivered, and were told by the sales lady that we “were stuck with it!” Contacted costumer service online and went through 5 customer service reps and were given fake AI stock responses. They would not resolve the issue. The recliner we received is NOT the same one that we tried out in the show room. It is hard and extremely uncomfortable. We can’t even sit in it. It hurts our neck and back. The recliner now sits in the corner of the room, unused. What a waste of $1600. Ashley furniture keeps telling us that we should have refused it when it was delivered. How could we have know that it was this hard and uncomfortable immediately upon delivery. This is a horribly inferior product. They took advantage of an 80-year old person. This should fall under product liability. I will be filing a claim in small claims court. All I’m asking is to exchange it for a softer more comfortable recliner.

I bought 2 identical beds and matress from this store. They only delivered the correct parts for one of the 2 beds and the second identical bed had a huge expensive rollout bed drawer that obviously did not go with anything that I purchased. The delivery crew left this huge expensive roll out drawer that didn't go with my purchase and I was told by the store personnel that they would pick it up when they deliver the correct bed drawers/frame. Another 2 weeks go by and they finally delivered the correct parts but refused to take this huge roll out drawer because he said it wasn't on his delivery schedule to pick anything up and if something happened to it while in their possession, I would have to pay for it. I told him to let me call the store and see what's going on and the delivery guy said "bet" and left. I was told by the sales rep at this Meridian location to just throw it away. Again today I called and asked a sales rep to come and get this drawer out of my house and I was told they don't handle delivery issue and I was told to call a 1-855 number. These sales reps are the nicest most helpful people in the world until after they get your hard earned money. I called the number and was told by customer service to just throw it away. I WILL NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. I will buy from Woodstock or drive to Jackson. It's not my responsibility to throw away expensive useless pieces of furniture that they left behind when they could have easily taken it back with them. Especially when I have to go through the hassel and put this monstrosity in front of my house and schedule the city to pick it up. I've worked in the manufacturing field for almost 30 years including the furniture business and one of our jobs was to find ways save the company money especially in today's economy. But wasting money is not a concern to this company.

Ashley Home Furnishes is a rip-off. I took them an Rx for a medical bed when I came out of surgery. They took my HSA card and sold me a regular bed and now will not take it back even though it is broken down. They told me to leave their store when I asked for a refund.

I had a wonderful experience! I am completely satisfied with my purchase with the help of Ms. Robiana S. at the Meridian, Ms store. She was very helpful and made sure that my needs were met.

After choosing the living room furniture pieces online via the Ashley app, I went to the local Ashley showroom and sat down with Robiana who was extremely patient and professional and pleasant ( the three Ps that I appreciate) while she ordered the pieces and completed the transaction within a few minutes. She explained each step of the process and gave me an ETA along with a folder containing helpful hints and a detailed description of the order. She and the manager, Michelle, made me feel like I mattered from the minute I arrived until I left the store. And neither of them tried to pressure me into adding anything Nice store, genuine people!

Was greeted by Chris who told me about current sales, and directed me to accent chairs, as a result of his great customer service, I purchased a King Size mattress and Platform bed, Yeah!! Thank you also purchased a king size sheets and pillow covers. My bed should arrive in a couple of weeks.

Bed was delivered on time headboard and foot board were great. However the cheaply made "box spring panels" were left on top not screwed in.. only came with 3 support beams also not screwed in, missing another 3.support beams . Still haven't been able to speak with human to get this fixed..

Jeff greeted me at the door, asked me what he could help me with and proceeded to show me mattresses that fit the description of what I asked for. He listened to my needs and showed mattresses within my budget. After about 15 minutes, I settled on a mattress that checked all the boxes. A+ to him as well for trying to sell additional items by making sure that I knew they sold them, but without any pressure to buy. I was also very excited and pleased to find out that they had it in stock, so I got to take it home that day.

Outstanding customer service

Thought all was good until they couldn't deliver the items for weeks. We substituted for something else which is less expensive but they are keeping the difference. We are having to go through our credit card company to get this settled. The woman who is the manager is not a nice person at all. I do not recommend Ashley Homestore in Meridian, MS at ALL.

First off let me say the the store staff seems to be very helpful and kind. However, the delivery department and customer service department is absolutely ridiculous. I had furniture delivered mid January and it was delivered without the parts to put it together. The customer service department after 4 weeks mailed the parts without notifying me, and then it took 3 week for someone to come out to only find out the wrong parts were delivered. Here it is in March and I still have yet to receive the parts and the furniture is still not put together. I contacted the customer service department and now they are saying the parts won’t come until Late April. Well I ordered the furniture in June of last year. This is unacceptable and ridiculous I should have gone to Amazon it would have been faster. After all there furniture comes from the same place just better service!!! Highly disappointed ☹️

Shawanda was helpful during our decision making process. We were very disappointed with the pricing at the end. We felt as if we were taken advantage of. The so called military discount (for my husband serving our country for 25 years) was given BUT the “sale” discount was reduced by that amount! Hmmm. It would be so nice to go into your store and get the best price without having to negotiate for it. The price quoted from the store was higher than the online price on a couple of items. We pointed this out and the store stated they would match that price. Why should we or any customer need to do this? Shouldn’t the store want to help the customer? We felt as if they were trying to make as much as possible on the sale rather than helping the customer and that’s a shame. Repeat business should be a goal!

Months and still having to deal with this sorry company finally got the last pieces on the 13th of November and of course a shelf is missing and someone manufacturer or delivery company spray painted on it for some reason they are saying it voids the warranty. They did the painting! This company is sorry as can be, you can't get any real answers they just apologize which is very hollow. I don't have the words to explain how horrible they are. Now they've push out to 11/10. 3 months since they were paid in full (8/8) and delivery date was set for 9/8. I'm wondering if I have a case for a lawsuit. Just an update. As you can see they reached out to me. Just to tell me there's nothing they can do. Their customer service is very much a joke as of right now I've got to wait another month and a couple days for my furniture that I paid for in full when I got the invoice. Bought and paid for Aug 8th. Scheduled for Sept 9th now they are saying Oct 13th. Ashley furniture is a joke never again and I would urge anybody not to use Ashley furniture. This place isn't worth a single star bit I have to leave one just to review . If I could cancel Ashley furniture they would definetly deserve it. Associate at Ashley was nice furniture was nice spent alot of money there I still dont have my furniture a month later. It was scheduled and confirmed for Sept 8th. They call 2 days before date and tell me its not coming on the confirmed date and they only deliver to my area once a month so its going to be another 2 to 4 weeks before it comes new house no furniture. Ashley in meridian ms is horribly managed or should I say mismanaged. Also on hold forever with customer service and they could care less also.

If I could I would give this store negative stars. Never will I ever again purchase anything from Ashley. I purchased a $5000 power sofa and recliner and I didn’t buy the extended warranty. The sofa no longer reclines. I’ve been trying for over a month to get someone to come and take a look at it. I’ve already paid $300 for a technician and I’ve yet to receive a scheduled appointment. I’ve never experienced such poor service after the sale

In January of this year my husband and I went in to purchase a new bedroom set(queen size bed, dresser with mirror and nightstand. They informed us that we wouldn’t receive it until June because of Covid everything was on back order. Finally yesterday I received my long awaited bedroom set. When the young men opened it up I told my husband and the young man that was NOT the color I ordered but since it had taken so long to get here I said never mind I’ll keep it. No one checked my furniture when it came in which is something the young man told me they always do. Well when they opened up a 9ft box in the middle of my kitchen my bed frame and foot board was broken. They called me in showed me the broken parts and said they would have to report it so that I can get another one. The young men left the 9ft box in the middle of my floor and left. I said wait a minute aren’t you going to take this back? They said no mam when they bring your new part out they’ll get it. They left. We were informed today that it will be 3 weeks before we get another bed frame in the meantime this big box is in the middle of my kitchen, too heavy for my husband and I to move and the fact that we have no where to put it. We requested that they come and get their furniture and was told Ashley’s don’t do refunds. I would NEVER for the rest of my life ever buy another piece from Ashleys. I’ve never seen such terrible customer service and the fact that my husband has been waiting an hour and a half to speak with someone on the phone. Stay away from ASHLEYS.

My sales associate, Chris, was absolutely fantastic. He approached shortly after I entered the store and was able to take me directly to the couch I needed to see. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. After we discussed the sofa I came to see and I explained which two couches I was choosing between, I told him I needed some time to consider and he presented further options if I wanted to order at a later date. It you want to wait over a year for your furniture, and still have to pay every month this is for you. Then when SOME of it gets there it's broken or missing pieces. Very rude customer service guy had 3 different accents in a 10 min time frame. Furniture looks cheep and flimsy. really want to give it all back and just get my money back. I'm looking into legal actions now , will update when I find out. Left 5 stars so it shows up.

ZERO STARS. Was told the day of purchase that I would have a delivery day of December 18th. Two days before delivery I called to confirm the 18th since I was having someone cover for me at work. Well, day of the 18th I called to see what time delivery would be. I was told it would not be delivered until the 23rd now! Upset because I am in the military and already had to ask someone to cover my duty on the 18th. I stayed a couple of extra days (rather than departing on holiday leave) to wait for furniture on the 23rd. Surprise surprise. 23rd came, no delivery, and now the delivery day is unknown. I have waited too long to see my family due to Covid and orders and now I have lost those few days and still have no furniture!! I will not buy any furniture from here again. Staff is very unapologetic. Literally told me “nothing we can do”. How about actually communicate what’s going on? Or put me on a scheduled delivery list?? My sales rep Jennifer (I think) was amazing. Very helpful and kind...the only positive out of my experience. Plenty of other places to buy furniture.

When we arrived, we were greeted by a salesperson. I told her we just wanted to take a look at some living room pieces. She let us look around in peace. (One of my biggest annoyances is salespeople who follow you around, constantly asking you questions. She didn’t do this!) The store was nice, clean, and organized. When we were ready to ask questions/buy, our salesperson was very attentive and made the process really easy.

We found a mattress on their website that was considerably cheaper than in the store. They We’re happy to price match and set up delivery. Very friendly and easy to work with!

I was looking for a desk. There was only one style in the store, but Veronica offered to show me their selection from the kiosk. I found one that I like and they had a sale so I saved 15%. She didn’t pressure me into making a purchase which I appreciate. She also had the desk delivered to my house from the warehouse to save me almost $100 for delivery from the store.

We had a great experience! Jennifer was the lady who helped us and she was super nice! She was very knowledgeable on things and very patient with us. She gave lots of good advice! The store was clean and tidy. Prices were displayed right where they should have been, so there was no confusion on price point. I would definitely recommend!

Buyers be ware! Avoid Ashley’s at all costs! Although they have beautiful furniture and while you’re in the store the sales representative are very attentive their communication sucks. On August 8th I placed an order for delivery and I didn’t receive it until almost November. They tried to make it up by giving me a gift card. I didn’t want to use the gift card because of my previous experience, but I went ahead and did it anyway. I went back in store on February 5th and placed an order using my gift card, I have yet to receive any updates regarding my order from anyone at the store. It’s horrible!

Salesperson Megan, pleasant; however we were told that our bedroom set would be delivered in two weeks and that we should receive an email in regards to the delivery. We ordered on July 7th and have yet to receive our furniture, and no email. I spoke to Megan last week, and she stated that delivery should be this week; well no word, and no email as of today. I do not recommend this place. This place lacks professionalism and basic customer service.

I had a great experience at Ashley Home Store in Meridian, MS. The saleswoman, Brittany was quite helpful in helping me select the color and style of sofa that i was looking far. She was also very knowledgeable of store sales and deals that helped me save hundreds of dollars on my purchases. She worked well with the manager and they were able answer any questions i had. The service was great and their attention to detail was phenomenal, so much in fact that i purchased 2 sofas for my Theater room. I would highly recommend this store for your Ashley furnitures purchasing needs! I will definitely be returning for future purchases.

Tons of employees who dont know whata going on.

The woman who "helped" us just seemed to be winging it when we would ask questions about material, cleaning, etc. Everything she responded with was "yeah maybe or you can probably find that out online." I dont really want to buy couches or anything else without knowing the best way to clean different the material that would void the warranty because the salesperson told me the wrong thing.

Our customer service specialist was awesome. I loved her smile her knowledge of the products and willingness to go beyond to help our needs. She seemed to have been the only one interested and involved in her customers and her work. If i buy anything else I would look for her smiling face for my help anytime. I wish i could remember her name at this moment but i cant and my paperwork is not with me. However she is African American short lady with a limp in her walk. Visit her for your best service. She is awesome.

Apparently the sales manager at this location must be a millionaire and is just working for a hobby. Because he definitely doesn't care if he loses customers. He refused to sell me a piece of discontinued furniture off the floor. The store associates and the management at this location all need to be retrained on customer service. Without customers you don't have a job. Remember that.

On several instances he went the extra mile to earn our business and make sure we were satisfied customers. This was our second time in your store in Meridian. We were greeted by the same associate both times, unfortunately I am terrible names. However, she is African American and her hair was braided. Although you didn't have exactly what we were looking for, she did managed to help us to fulfill another import but less urgent need. We will definitely shop there again!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a bedroom set nearly 2 months ago from Ashley HomeStore in Meridian, Ms. 3 weeks ago it was delivered without the headboard/footboard posts and without the frame for the bed. I was told (after having to call and complain) that the missing pieces were “accidentally left off the truck” and that they would be delivered in about a week and I have yet to hear from anyone about it. I am very upset with the service I have received, and I would like to be able to tell people that I had a good experience making such a large, expensive purchase but with the quality of service I have received I cannot. I have already had to take time off work for the furniture to be delivered and I will have to take more time off AGAIN for another delivery that is a result of the poor service given by Ashley employees. I was told this morning that the items were "out of stock" and when they came in i would be the first to receive them. WISH I WOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THEY WEREN'T IN STOCK WHEN I ORDERED THEM!

Terrible service. I brought to their attention a price for a bed set on THEIR website. And they insisted they could price match but then said there would be fees applied that would bring it right back up to the original price? Terrible service VERY pushy salesman. A thirteen year old realized he was a terrible salesman. Was in and out in under 10 minutes because we couldn't deal with it. Went to Woodstock Value Center and got A+ SERVICE AS ALWAYS!

Not to sure about this store. My Husband and I went in to look for new living room furniture. Not one person that worked there even spoke to us.

They have beautiful furniture here. Great prices and beat the competitors prices. My sales manager Cody, was nice and helpful - without being PUSHY. However, the delivery process has not been a good one so far. There should be an online system where customers can track their orders. Also, verbally I was told a week and half to two weeks but when I just looked at my paperwork it says 25 days is my "expected" arrival for my sofa. For my daughter's bed - there is no anticipated date for arrival. The competition had the products in stock. Overall, I'm sure after my items "FINALLY" arrive, I will be happy. I just wish we could track our delivery online and you were kept better informed.

So in my initial review I gave 5 stars, but I had to take it back and rate my experience as a 1. It's been a 1 month since I purchased a sofa from this store and I still don't have it. I should have known something was going to go wrong when 2 weeks after I made my purchase I was told my salesperson Brittany was no longer employed there. Brittany told me I was to expect my sofa the 1st week in March. That was a huge lie. I was told last Thursday by the manager Ian that my sofa was going to be on the truck for this Thursday. When I called on the next Thursday I was told it wasn't showing it was on that truck either, but instead it was giving a date for the next week, AGAIN! By this time I was fed up and requested a refund. I've never had to wait a month for furniture. I honestly don't think the girl placed my order at all.. IDK. My experience was horrible and I will never shop here again. I will buy my sofa elsewhere.

When you come in, immediately ask for Joy! She is extremely knowledgeable about her products, willing to go the extra mile for customers, and exceptionally friendly, even beyond the point of sale. She has continued to keep in touch with us and keep us updated on our order status and special events happening in the store. I would highly recommend her over and over again!

I was met by Sales Rep, Michelle Williams, as my daughter and I entered the Ashley Homestore in Meridian,MS. I explained I was looking for a new living room suite. I had no idea what color or design but I would know when I saw it. She was kind enough to let us look around. She left us alone to look but was easy to find when we had questions.
