Excellent service. I was immediately made a priority. The store manager took me right away and helped me find what I was looking for. She recommended furniture and let me decide what I wanted. I wasn't pushed it a purchase which help me make my decision to buy. She passed me off to Jacob to finish up my sale. Jacob was a tremendous help. I ended up buying a bed frame I needed. The price for the furniture set was awesome for the power reclining couch and 3 tables. I highly recommend this location. You can't wrong with any of the staff.

I purchased Living Room and bedroom furniture from Ashley 3 years ago. Though I like the furniture, it isn't holding up that well for the price. The salesman persuaded me to purchase the insurance. At the time, he told me it covered routine cleaning —that some people even had it cleaned monthly. I had company coming a few months ago, and thought it was a good time to get it cleaned. It would be the first time. Well, I was wrong. After attempting to fill out their online form, they needed pictures of the furniture, the model numbers, and the serial numbers. Then they wanted me to tell them what the damage was. There was no damage other than that the fabric was pilling badly, and it needed a good cleaning. After emails and phone calls over 3-4 weeks, they finally told me that it wasn't covered. Needless to say, I most likely will not buy furniture from Ashley, but if I am naive enough to try them again, I most definitely won't put out the $500 for their no-good insurance.

Delivered a floor model when we bought a NEW sofa. Corners are worn and stains on the sofa. They won’t take back stating all sales are final. The delivery team said to take it up with the store but we needed to sign proving delivery. We could have bought the floor model the day we were in the store. No wrapping, boxes or anything. They threw a tarp and tie down on the sofa as I saw straight from the truck.

Pat was awesome he was so kind in explaining things and changing up with our price range. We will definitely be coming back to see him specifically. Awesome guy and great customer service!!!

My experience with the Oxford Ashley Store (Jackson Ave W.) was great. Our Sales Associate, Ms. Shelton, took us around the store when we needed it and didn't hover over us when we didn't. She assisted us in finding the right bed for our NFL lineman sized son, who can be hard on furniture. I would recommend this store to anyone I know especially since they can deliver and set-up anywhere. I'll be back.

I thought Pat did a good job. He was professional and kind. I just didnt like that the female manager referred to me as "girl." I do not understand why white southerners continue to refer to people as boys and girls and do not understand they make their guests uncomfortable when they do this. I am sure she probably meant well, and I assume this is a outdated southern colloquialism, or the representative was trying to sound relatable (at least this is what I want to believe out of good spirits) but it can be received as unprofessional and has racial undertones when using it with someone who is not white. I just wish she didn’t find such comfort in referring to grown women in this patronizing way and I wish I had said something because it bothered me. Outside of the use of “girl” to refer to customers the experience was fine.

In early December, I stop by the store. I met Cathy and explained I was just looking, it would be January before I would be able to buy. Today I went to the store to buy. I met a young man who told me about a sale they had. It was Cathy's day off so I got to meet Jacob. Jacob showed me around and was my guide dearing my shopping. With his help I made my purchase. Everyone was infriendly. Thanks to Ashley's staff for making today a good day.

I’m satisfied with the things I bought and the showroom experience of seeing the furniture was great! Coming back to place and pay for the order, oddly enough, took longer and had more hiccups than it should have.

I had a great experience in the store. I dealt with John Tolbert and one of the managers. I wish I could remember her name but she was great also. We had a great experience in the store. I only wish when they told you that you get the money for the protection plan back if you don't use it, that it was actually in the form of a credit on a future purchase of regular price over this amount etc... They had a great selection and great prices. I bought a bedroom suite for my son and I had it set up for delivery. The delivery process was a nightmare and I'm still unsatisfied with the fee I had to pay after the issues. The delivery process is not controlled by the store. They do not deliver the product, they are more or less a show room. That is fine. So this is not a shot to the store. It was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday. That morning we emptied his room. Loaded the older furniture up and took it to storage. You must confirm your delivery through a text or email. Both have your delivery address on it. Mine was correct so I confirmed. Tuesday afternoon I get a call from the driver saying he can't find my house. He was 70 miles away in a different town. He told me I would have to get it rescheduled for delivery. I was contacted and told that they don't know what happened. My address was correct in the system. It would be delivered Friday. So Friday comes along and we deflate the air mattress my son had been sleeping on in an empty room for three days and we get a call from another delivery driver saying he can't find my house. I ask him if he's even in my town and he says no. He's 70 miles away in the same spot the first driver went to three days earlier. He said he would call his manager. I tried the chatbot that connects you with a live person I guess but they pretend to not know what's going on and gives you constant attitude. Like it's your fault. They finally delivered it that Friday afternoon. After I gave up two days of work, lost some money, made some clients mad and still had to pay a pretty good delivery fee. You can't talk to anyone on the phone. They have no option or number to get a person. The chatbot is there to deter you I'm sure. Now this is not on the store. But I will never shop with them again. I am so disgusted with the delivery service and the lack of trying to make it better and the attitude you get instead of a real person. Or if that is a real person, a bad tempered person. A great experience turned into a horrible one that cost them my business and I will tell anyone who ask what I think. Only one phone call to say we don't know what happened. No other effort to try to make it right. No updates. The moment you walk out of the store you're on your own.

I went in this morning window shopping, I have intentions on buying something soon. However today I just want to look. We'll I was approached buy a salesman and I told him I'm just looking and I know he has a job to do but I wasn't trying to waste his time and effort I was being honest when I told him twice. I am just looking, we'll he replied I'm just helping....well when someone is telling you that they don't want your help he should leave it at that. At that point you are annoying FYI. So I look around and made my way through back towards the front exit. As I pass a sales woman she asked me if I found everything I needed and I replied yes thank you. She responded that I was rude and shouldn't be like that without making eye contact of course because that's how she was spared today. So I chuckled and as I was leaving she said I hope you don't come back. Haha okay noted 👍🏼. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I am so thankful for Mr. CK Singh who worked tirelessly with me and my indecision! I appreciate his continued patience as I narrowed down my selection. He also was extremely knowledgeable about current inventory and was able to help make a final decision. CK also was able to get me the best prices and save a lot of money.

I have no idea how this store has such good ratings. Given, we did have a wonderful experience while shopping and purchasing- the rest was a nightmare. We purchased a twin mattress. It wasn’t in stock and needed to be shipped to our home. The salesman told us delivery was free and it would arrive at our house in about a week (the top delivery line on our invoice said zero, but at the bottom it said $70, so be SURE to read it all). When the delivery man dropped off the mattress, he told me to be sure it was the right one because many of the ones he delivered had been incorrect. Sure enough, the label on the box was a different mattress than we purchased. I want to keep this concise, so I won’t give details- but 3 weeks of calling customer service (do NOT even waste your time with them. They are rude and incompetent and I accomplished nothing). I quickly realized I would get nothing done over the phone and went BACK to the store. Twice a was promised a full refund. A week passed and nothing… I would go back… promised a full refund… nothing. On one visit a lady named Barbara “helped” me. She was nice enough I suppose. Even tho she “forgot” I was there, even though my toddler and I were sitting on the couch right in front of her… she took about 10 minutes to bad mouthed the man she he just taken a call from who was also complaining about the hidden delivery fee. She was quick to push me off to Jacob, telling me to come back the NEXT week. Anyway, we still have this mattress and they want us to open the box and send a photo to be sure it’s the wrong one. We’ve decided to just keep it because it’s not worth the headache. But be sure you like what you get, because if you need customer service or a return, it’ll be like pouring acid on your eyeballs. Also, any policy you find online they will say doesn’t apply to them because they are independently owned. Good luck…. My recommendation is STEER CLEAR!

We have been shopping for a king size mattress and ended up buying two Tempur Pedic beds from John. He was very knowledgeable about the product and very professional. If we are in the market for furniture in the future, we will definitely ask for John.

My salesperson was friendly but felt like simply buying a couch was more of a to-do than felt necessary. I didn’t finance. She got my delivery info, but should have taken 3 minutes tops. Also, didn’t realize I had to pay a delivery fee until running my payment transaction (increased my total cost by 20%). Felt process-wise like I was in a car dealership. Also, no real explanation (other than “for identification purposes”) for why she needed my driver’s license after I had already paid and was getting a copy of my receipt.

Absolutely horrible service! I took two different days off of work to accept a delivery from them and they didn’t deliver the furniture. This location will say they will call you back once they “investigate” the issue, but they won’t call you back. I will never go there again!

I had a terrible experience at this location with it being my first time. I went there to purchase a bed and after waiting for roughly 30 minutes after selecting the desired item with the associate, the manager Barbara approached me and said we appreciate your business and then later went on to say that they couldn’t price match an item that was out of stock online. Mind you this was the only reason why I came to the physical location to begin with after confirming with customer service over the phone that the store could price match. The manager went back and forth with me again stating that it could not be done. She never provided a written policy to this effect. I informed her that I called customer care and then she insinuated that wasn’t true. After I stated I didn’t come in this store to argue with her, she mentioned that she only attempts to educate. I don’t need any type of education from a person selling furniture. Again, I am not sure what type of discriminatory practice this was as I didn't appreciate being talked to like that in front of other patrons and staff as well. She even went on to ask me if I was ordering under my wife’s name when I provided my cell, as if I was engaging in some type of strange activity when they could have just set me up a profile. She ended up honoring the online price and then went on to provide the associate with further details to inform me. At this time I will most likely be canceling the order which is sad as the associate, Shawn did a great job. The manager however definitely needs a set down conversation with her supervisor and more training. I have reported this incident as well to through the proper channels who the manager ultimately insinuated that I didn’t contact to begin with.

I had an awesome experience with Iliana. She let me look for what I wanted and was nearby incase I needed her. She was amazing.

I found a rocker/swivel chair that I loved, hoping it would compliment my couch, I needed two. I came back that evening with my couch pillow to compare and it was a go! So happy the chairs were in stock with delivery in a week. I added the extra extensive 5 year warranty. The warranty covers anything that could potentially happen to these chairs short of a tornado. Barbara covered for my original sales rep Cat as Cat was gone for the day when I came back in the evening. Cat had created a quote for me and Barbara picked up right where Cat left off. Barbara was very thorough. Thanks to both.

At Ashley Furniture on Sunday night, December 10, I experienced excellent customer service from Rep Ilana along with professionalism from the store manager and Acima Manager. The service received was welcomed and left an awesome and memorable impression on me.

Salesperson Sydney was very personable, beautiful disposition. She was very helpful to me and my husband in selecting the right mattress and adjustable base bed. The mattress was a return purchase due to it being too too soft, we took a $500 lost on our return. This policy sucks! The amount should have been applied to the new purchase.

I called this store to place an order. I spoke to a salesperson who took my info and said she would call me right back . 7 hours later, and after no return call, I called again to check in and perhaps get an update on my requested order. I was told that the person I spoke to earlier and called on the phone number she requested wasn't in today and that another salesperson would call me right away. No one called. NO ONE text, NO ONE.... How VERY disappointing. I just wanted to surprise my mother for Christmas and make sure it got to her in time. It seems as though my business was not wanted here.

The customer service, especially the manager of the store (Barbra) is so rude. She confirmed that I am purchasing a base of mattress that will vibrate. I insisted several times and made sure that it vibrates and she confirmed and assured me. But it didn’t. I went to the store , it took few months of coming and going and calling the store, customer service and so on to explain my issue. They offer an ER tickets but Barbra denied the request saying that she didn’t give me a wrong information. Worst furniture store in Oxford. I do not recommend anyone dealing with them.

I'm a blue collar worker and I assumed the way that I dress wasn't given the attention that I should have been given. The location is Oxford Mississippi. Oxford Mississippi is a very Richie area. I felt like I was not being respected and I was a cash paying customer. Like I said a cash paying customer. I will not shop there or recommend anybody else shopping there. Very dissatisfied with their customer service.

I still have to receive my merchandise but I just purchased it today, so far it's been real good. I will definitely be back. Thanks to Iliana!

Poor customer service. The woman helping us did not know what she was doing at all. Ran my credit twice and you can figure out the rest of that story. Was unable to purchase the bedroom set I was wanting because she said I didn’t click on an email that apparently expires in 5 minutes..but she never told me I got an email. All in the span of 30 min. Very odd interaction with the lady also. Tried to get the manager to call me but never did. Very disappointed.

We purchased a bedroom set from Ashley Furniture only to have our dresser and mattress delivered without our bed. Olivia who sold us our bedroom set told us everything will be deliver all together. I texted her about our delivery time and never receive a response back. Now we have to wait 5 more days to get our bed. Customer service made it seem like we did something wrong instead of apologizing and accommodating us for this issue! I will never purchase from here again this issue could’ve been avoided!

Jacob was super helpful and knowledgeable - The Oxford location is a large space, considering the size of the town itself- their selection although vast seemed to consist of darker heavier pieces- Lots of mattresses and sectional couches for college kids, but not ideal shopping for an updated home if looking for more modern whites and creams, etc. If looking for lighter colors & more updated furniture, not as heavy dark pieces, I’d try Miskelley’s in Flowood and look at their Elizabeth Ann line.

We were pleasantly surprised with how attentive, and personable Sunday(sp?) was when helping us to buy basically an entire house full of furniture. He answered all of our questions, and answers he wasn’t sure of, he found out the answer for us! Barbra was very helpful in completing all of the paperwork and scheduling delivery as well! We haven’t received our furniture yet, but if it is anything like the service we received from the sales team, I’m sure we won’t be disappointed.

Salesman serves no purpose other than to up sale you. You sign more papers than buying a house. Then when they ship to your house, you still have to sit there for 3 hours waiting to sign again. Ridiculous process. Will not be back for ANYTHING!

The customer representative was great, Jessika. The store was clean. However, the choices in chairs was limited in number and in color.

Furniture looked nice and prices seems reasonable but just wanted to look around. The salesman followed us the entire time. It was so annoying.

I feel like the process could have been a little quicker and I wasn't offered any type of deals on bedroom sets so I went with just a bed. In the future maybe find ways to work with your customer to make them want to buy more with better discount options.

I visited the Ashley Furniture store in Oxford, and I had the greatest experience. Iliana went above and beyond to make sure that I received the best deal, and that I was satisfied. I even got a chance to test out different pieces in the store to fit my needs. Thanks Iliana and the Ashley family for a great experience. It has been a while since my purchase, but about 2 months after my purchase, my mattress starting sinking in. I contacted the salesperson, and she gave me a number to call. After I called, I was told that I would receive a replacement, well, it has been at least 3-4 months later, and I have not received my replacement. I even gave the salesperson my ticket number in order to receive my replacement, but as of today, I have not received, and have had many painful nights of sleep!!! I was told that if I purchased a mattress cover, and something went wrong, it would not be a problem to replace, well, it has been! I did give them 5 stars when I first purchased, but as of now, im lowering my rating because they have not fallen through on their side of the deal. I even went into the store to question when I would receive my replacement and I was told that I would be given a date on when to come in, but I still have not received a date.

As a college student, I was a little hesitant about the process of buying furniture independently, however Iliana was very helpful! At no point was I ever pressured into buying anything. In fact, I was encouraged to test out all of the furniture and take some time to think about what I wanted. She went above and beyond to answer every question I had and worked hard to make sure I got the best deal. I felt very comfortable and left feeling relieved and excited! I definitely recommend going to Ashley to buy furniture!

We visited the new store in Oxford MS looking for LR furniture. Jacob Goolsby was our Home Furnishing Specialist. Jacob is very knowledgeable, efficient and has a great personality! The five stars are mostly for Jacob, but our whole experience was excellent. The store is clean, bright and well laid out. They had what we were looking for and delivery will be in two days, not weeks or months! Everyone there was very friendly and helpful but when you visit them ask for Jacob!
