We stopped in late and tired on a Sunday. We thought we'd already decided on a sofa and loveseat from another company, but wanted to comparison shop to be sure. We were warmly greeted by Teya, who listened attentively to what we wanted and helped us zero in on a few choices. She patiently answered our questions and let us test each piece a few times. She also ensured we got the earliest delivery possible. She also opened our eyes to the world of bed risers - technology is definitely trying to address needs for better health. We'll receive the furniture later this week, but Teya certainly made the shopping experience painless. Update: the furniture delivery crew was very professional, friendly, and efficient. They made sure to confirm the delivery, set everything up, and ensure we were happy with their service and merchandise.

We went in to look at mattresses for my very bad back. Xavier greeted us at the door and helped us with his great knowledge of all the mattresses. He didn't rush us in our decisions and allowed us all the time we needed. Our experience was outstanding and much better than previous visits shopping for furniture 5 years ago.

This experience has been extremely aggravating and frustrating for me. I did everything possible to ensure this purchase process was correct due to the fact I live in GA and could not return to the store physically. I was double billed and have had to call and report and explain this issue at least 5 times to different Ashley employees to no avail over the past 2 weeks. Today, I cannot have the furniture picked up because Ashley systems do not show I've paid for the furniture but my credit card has been charged again for this purchase as of 6/4/24. Ashley billing representative spoke with the credit card representative to obtain the transaction codes and dates. I hate that my family won't receive the new and seriously needed furniture today. I was told Ashley doesn't have a process to expedite this issue and I have to just wait until they find out what is wrong on their side. As the customer, I'm not priority for Ashley and I've encountered all the issues, made all the phone calls to try to resolve the issue with the exception of 2 call made to me from the warehouse and from the store yesterday. If I could rate it low I would it's stupid that my chair got delayed a whole week on delivery, was supposed to arrive Friday the 17th if not then the following Monday, now it's not arriving till the following week's Friday the 24th, that's stupid and I'm about to request my money tf is the point when I can go get something else and have it at my house same day, all this just because your company was the only one who had the seat I wanted, worst delivery service ever

We received our love seat and ottoman, still waiting on our sofa. But the delivery day was awesome. Typically you wait for 2-3 hours in a time frame for furniture to be delivered but the communication was amazing and when they said they were arriving, they arrived exactly at that time and were so kind and quick. Loving our new furniture. Can’t wait for our sofa!

Terrible service and totally unorganized. My headboard leg broke in Dec. I went to the store to get a replacement part and of course was told by 3 different people (it’s not my job, it’s not my job, it’s not my job) I was given a phone number to txt pics of my bed. I txt the pics and was told the part was ordered. Even received a number . A month and a half went by and no part. I txt again and was asked to send pics of the serial number. I sent that and was told the part was on the way again. Now (almost April) I txt again asking for an update. I was told they can’t get my part anymore and we are sorry for the inconvenience. What a joke! You will get lots of smiles and lots of service when you go to buy your item. Just hope you don’t need anything after. It’s always someone else’s job or someone else’s fault.

My husband and I was looking for a new dinette set. After looking, I decided to look at some mattress. Mr. Stan sold us some mattress some years ago. Mr. Stan was awesome. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. We were very satisfied!

Now the gentlemen did outstanding because he went to the back warehouse and found me a picture. I loved the picture. Once I got home and hung the picture up I noticed this long split in my picture. So I go back to picture I took in my phone prior to buying it and noticed the split. So my point is he knew that split was there and should have advised me. I believe that was very wrong. I had to take the picture down because it’s very noticeable. So I’m still without a picture

We went in looking for some nightstands, and left with 2 nightstands, a giant ottoman and 2 bookcases to be delivered. Everyone we walked past was very friendly, we even were able to go to the warehouse and pick up some of our order that day.

I purchased a recliner from the airways store only to find out that the item I purchased was out of stock at the warehouse. Three weeks later I was able to set up an appointment to pick up the recliner after work. Got to the warehouse at the allotted time only to find that the warehouse was closed. Finally able to take delivery of the recliner, got the recliner home and took it out of the box only to find that it was defective from the factory in Vietnam. Ashley sent a repair company called SAW to try and repair the BRAND NEW recliner on three different occasions with the recliner being no better than it was in the beginning. These people are AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! Finally got a replacement six months after I took delivery of the recliner.

I WISH I COULD GIVE MORE STARS. MR. CAMPBELL HELPED ME IN WHAT WAS A LIMITED BUDGET. HE MADE SHOPPING FUN AND READY TO BUY MORE. I ALSO HAD A AWESOME TIME WITH THE SWEET LADY THAT HELPED ME FINANCE MY FURNITURE. THE DELIVERY WAS FAST AND THE CREW THAT PUT IT TOGETHER WAS AMAZING. I WILL BE BACK TO BUY MORE. Wow!!! Everyone was so nice and patient throughout my process of the Raelyn bed frame!! Tia assisted me over the phone this past week and when I got to the store to pay there was another employee (young man with glasses) that assisted with all the paperwork and reviewing it! Even though they were under remodeling..I was in and out about 30 minutes..I knew I was looking for...got a great price online for a full bedroom set, mattress and box spring..

Went in to the Southaven store on Feb 26th. White guy passed us off to the the black guy. That's ok. I asked why. The answer was " He felt it was a better fit for us and the sale'" COOL!!! Placed the order. The sectional came first. It was ok but the chaise was on the wrong side. The table arrived 3 days later in a box. It was delivered to the wrong address even after we alerted them that the wrong address was on the paperwork and it as too big. Called the store. We were advised to call Guest Services. Have been trying for the last four days to get someone on the phone. The one day that we did get someone on the phone 1. we were told there was no refund on the table we didn't want and 2. we were put on hold to speak with a manager that never came on line after holding for 45 minutes. The guest service rep hug up. This is bad business and we will never buy anything from Ashley Furniture again while advising everyone we know to NEVER BUY anything. If there id no return, customers should be told. I guess then that would hurt sales. So why tell when it hurts Ashley's bottom line. We could have cancelled the order before delivery!!

DO NOT BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN! THEY WILL FIND ANY AND EVERY REASON TO DENY IT! ITS JUST AN UPSALE GIMMICK! The moment you call for a claim they will say its not covered!

I arrived to the location at near closing time, needing to purchase an inflatable mattress. Assistant store manager Thomas Galmore was very attentive, helpful, professional, and insightful. He went above and beyond even after closing time to ensure that. I received the items that I truly need for my new move. After such excellent service, I reached out to all my family members and instructed them to visit the Ashley furniture Southaven location to experience the high level of surface that I did.

My wife and I went to Ashley to look for a sectional. We found the one we loved and were excited to have it delivered that weekend. Unfortunately, once it delivered, we found that they brought two different colors and had to ask them to take it back. The delivery drivers left the pieces that were supposedly correct instead of taking everything back (later the store tried to hold us accountable for this when discussing returning all product). Our next thought was to obviously reach out to our sales rep that worked with us in store, who convinced us that he resolved the issue and that our next delivery would be correct, however, when it delivered, the color was still wrong. Meanwhile, we asked them about a tear in the fabric on one of the pieces that the drivers had left behind and were told we could not return it but they would ship us a fabric and a technician would come to install the fabric professionally. Not the best option in my opinion but that’s fine. Well Ashley sent pillow stuffing instead of fabric. Back to the sectional — upon talking with a manager, we get no clear answers. Looks like this is going to have to be a full return and looks like they’re going to make us fight for it.

NONE of the managers at the Southaven, MS location attempted to assist me. About 7-8 managers/employees sat at a table talking & simply stared at me when I walked in. None of them asked if I needed assistance. One lady named Ms. Eliza Jones came from the back to assist me. She was very pleasant & is the only reason they are getting ANY stars from me.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! This has by far been the biggest headache I’ve had while ordering/receiving furniture. At the time of my visit to Ashley everything seemed great and my salesperson Shun seemed like he had me situated. But at the time of delivery, the sectional I ordered came in different colors (after being told by shun that only one color existed). I call him and the online customer care, and they both said it’s fixed. I scheduled my new delivery date and what do you know, it’s WRONG again. Two different colors are being delivered, so I tell them to take it back. I call the store and they’re basically saying they’re fixing it but they said that last time and it was a lie. At this point it’s been a week and a half that I’ve not had a couch and no one of the team is concerned and it has become a blame game on both parts of the corporation, the store front and the online customer care service. I AM DISGUSTED by the service and if they accepted returns I would have taken this back a long time ago but of course they just want money without providing quality service.

My service person and his manager at the store were great they tried to fix what they could, but Ashley as a company was horrible. My furniture was delivered damaged and it took 2 months to get it fixed only because I repeatedly called them. I also ordered furniture from Havertys at the same time and their service person rep had a repairmen to my house the next day. They put Ashley to shame. Will not be using Ashley anymore they didn't not value my time, money or business.

My experience was awesome quick and efficient. Everyone was friendly from the second my husband and I walked through the door. The manager and sales woman made us feel welcome and they were very friendly and helpful. The stock guy helped us load the bed and he was extremely nice as well. Over all my experience was a 10/10. I will be visiting again.

After reviewing my sales contract I noticed a $599.99 charge for a protection plan. When my sales person was discussing the plan with me he failed to tell me that there was a charge for it. I don’t want this, I also wanted a box spring with my mattress that I don’t have, he also told me he would give me a discount of 35% on my purchase I don’t see on my contract. I’ve decided I want to cancel this sale.

I made a purchase 12/18/2023. I was told my furniture would be delivered 12/22/2023. I was also told that I would receive a call on 12/21/2023 with a delivery time. Around 4pm central time I called to get an estimated delivery time. I was then informed that my order was in layaway and a delivery time was not scheduled. Now I currently have to wait for 48 hours for a call back. Clearly the assistant manager Leroy is an imbecile. I guess because his fiancé was hangin out at the store had him distracted.

Customer service was decent, but could have been better. When I walked in I knew what I wanted and expected to be in the store ten minutes or less. The salesman took care of me, but instead of leaving me to take care of the business and get me on my way he joined in the conversation with the other salesman who didn't have any customers. That was the only thing I didn't appreciate. Everything else was ok.

From the time I walked in the store till now getting my delivery it has been a pleasure. The customer service by Xavier was amazing. He really helped me out.

I 1st went to the location at 7951 Winchester Road in Memphis. I walked around the entire store, I sat on the furniture that I wanted to purchase for 20 minutes, and no one tried to help me. I truly believe that it was because of my melanated skin. Once I decided to leave, then, and only then did someone ask me if I was being serviced. I then proceeded to drive to the location at 6129 Airways Blvd in Southaven MS. Where I was greeted with a smile, and received top notch service from Shawn, who also has melanated skin. I spent $4k, and felt good about spending it.

I loved the experience at Ashley furniture. I was greeted at the door with a smile. I stated my price range and my interests to a Miss Tyna. I was shown great options and then an item that I've not seen before, love at first site. All my questions were answered and even then I wanted to sleep on it. The next day, same experience followed by a quick purchase. What I like most was the patience to allow me to make an informed decision and not feel rushed. The act of showing me what I want.

Disappointed! As long as there isn’t a problem after the sale, you should be ok. BUT if there is an issue, good luck! Purchased headboard, rails, footboard, nightstands, and chair on July 4. It was delivered Aug. 8. Two of the 6 pieces were not in boxes and 1 was in a busted open box. The delivery guy suggested to check for parts missing and damage. Bolts were missing as well as scratches and nicks on pieces not boxed. He took pics and said he would report it. My understanding was a replacement order would be started. That was on a Saturday. The following Monday (within the 3 days required notification of damage) I doubled checked with our salesperson. She said she could see a report was made by the delivery guy, and that I should receive a follow up call about redelivery. Again, understanding the pieces were being replaced. Then nothing. I called again on Sept. 7 left a message and was called back. She would check on it. I never received an answer about when the furniture would be delivered and that’s with going by the store on 9/16 and leaving additional messages Sept. 23 and 29. Finally, called the support line and learned no replacement was ever issued. A report was made and that was it. They would send me the replacement parts (bolts) and send a tech out. The parts came in the second week of October. I still have to schedule a tech to come out and fix the scratches. Honestly having to repair brand NEW furniture is ridiculous. To be fair, the pieces in a box were fine, and perhaps the sales people cannot do anything after the sell, but then tell me that and not keep saying, “I’ll check,” and never follow up. I understand they have to check for fraudulent claims, but good grief your delivery guy took pics when he delivered it!

My overall in-store visit was ok. But trying to get my freaking delivery is a disaster. I will not be purchasing anything else from this store. Should have followed my first mind. You can't get anyone on the phone. Been trying to contact my salesman now for a week. Does no good to email because I don't get a response! I have been telling these people my name for a week now and every text they send have someone else name on it. I want to TALK to someone, not a text!!!! And I want my freaking chair that was backordered and after that no one has to ever hear from me again because I won't be coming back. Thanks in advance

Horrible experience. DO NOT use Beth. She screwed up our order so bad that we didn't even get everything we wanted. Her tablet died multiple times and one order got locked into it where we had to restart everything over again. She was flighty and all over the place and we feel as though we got 100% messed over after everything was said and done. The delivery team reeked of pot and brought in damaged furniture and was adamant to not take it back with them. The icing on the cake was a 'thank you' note that was mailed and handwritten by Beth, two weeks after we alerted Beth of the issues. She couldn't even manage to spell the name correctly on the envelope, let alone acknowledge the mess that was made in the store with the order or how we received damaged items. She thanked us and told us she's glad she could make our new move more enjoyable. What a joke. This has been a disaster. Still waiting for my replacement chair and a half. You'd think if you spent $6,500 in CASH, a place would take better care of you. EDIT They were supposed to send us a refund check regarding some of our damaged items. That was at least 6 months ago. No check in sight.

I picked my furniture up and one chair was missing a cushion and I’ve called the store and was told it would be sent to me and now 2 months later I still don’t have it. Please check your order before leaving the warehouse 😠 not happy at all.

The salesman helped me find the perfect item for my kitchen.

The delivery team delivered and assembled a new bed. The support legs acorss the center are 4" inches to short. The new bed sags in the middle. They knew it was to short, but left it anyway, quickly assembling and leaving as fast as they could. Customer service says (without concern or emotion), they will order the correct legs and that we will have to wait 7-10 days. This is not a warranty issue or faulty part issue, this is an issue where they knew it was wrong and chose to scam us.

Teya was Great ! She met me at the front of the store and helped me find the perfect powerlifting recliner for my wife, who just had major surgery on her back. The Southaven store was very nice, my only disappointment was that it is taking a week to get my wife’s chair delivered.

Mattresses had a sign on it for sale and $500 dollar discount. The salesperson told me one price before I bought the mattress and it went up 100 dollars at the table. I did not get the 500 dollar sale discount. She said it was a mistake.. I know this will not be addressed and I will not shop there again.

The pod services was convenient. There was a little issue with the driver knocking a large tree limp off of my tree and leaving it in the driveway. I had to have it removed. Other than that the services was great.

Just left the store. Went in to buy a recliner. I spent more than 20 minutes by myself in the store testing (or at least trying to because %90 of them aren't connected to a power source) and left without even being acknowledged or asked if I needed help. It's not like they're busy either, I only saw one more customer the whole time I was there.

I was greeted and left to look around - which I prefer. They checked back with me to see if I had any questions or needed anything. Store was clean and laid out well. A manager also came and introduced himself. Pleasant experience. I actually left and returned the next day - and my sales person and the manager remembered me and spoke. And I did purchase furniture on my return visit. Both the manager and the sales person made it easy and I look forward to delivery.

I will never recommend Ashley Furniture store to anyone! First of all my mom was sold a bed that not only not delivered but not even in stock. She was given several excuses as to why the bed was not delivered such as it’s on back order, it’s somewhere in the warehouse to now it’s out of stock. My mom is without a bed but has whole clearance dresser, which should have been part of the set she bought, that matches absolutely nothing! We are in the process of trying to get her money refunded. It’s funny how they can take your money in the store but will not refund it back in the store. You have to call a telephone number to try and reverse the transaction.

I would have given negative stars if that was possible. Where do I begin, I ordered a brand new sectional sofa and chair April 11th that arrived damaged and I had to wait for it to be repaired (in my home). One would think I would've just received a brand new but no. They shipped me replacement fabric twice bcs they sent to incorrect fabric the first time. Next, I had to schedule the repair with a subcontractor group called SAW. My sofa wasn't repaired until Mid June. Since a glutton for punishment I ordered a second matching chair on July 17th. And it was delivered to an address that I haven't use in 15 years. And now I have to wait to get my chair redelivered and go thru all these unnecessary changes. This store is terrible the operating group for this store the Dufresne Spencer Group has very impractical, devious business practices. The customer service is horrendous and unprofessional. There is no sense of urgency to correct unresolved issues or to improve the customers' experience. After this debacle, I will never purchased so much as bookend from DSG Ashley Homestore.

It wasn’t so much the store, the store and its associates were great and very helpful, however all we were trying to do was purchase 2 cushions as our dogs exploded 2 of them. My wife spent 2+ hours at the store on one day, the store associate kept getting put on hold or hung up on by the parts dept and finally was told that someone would be in touch. Almost 2 weeks later we finally get and email from the parts dept, told them what happened and then they said that they could not help and that I had to go to the store. We told them that they step was already done and they continued to refer us back to the store. So my wife went back today and it got handled but still took OVER and hour to get what we needed done. Bottom line, the stores and the parts department need to get together and do something different as that was stupid. There is no reason as to why All that cannot be accomplished in less than an hour.

I stopped by the Southaven store to “have a look around”, but was met by Xavier, and the rest is history! I’m now expecting delivery of a beautiful living room sofa, loveseat and recliner set due for delivery in two weeks. I had a great time engaging with all the staff I met while browsing around before making me final choice. Xavier introduced me to his manager MJ, who was also engaging and made me feel at home. Kudos to the Ashley staff I had the pleasure of meeting!

I have never been so mistreated by a single company where I’ve spent thousands of dollars. I’ve yet to receive any true response to my issues where I have spent too much money on a bed set and did not receive all the pieces and I’ve been calling For 2 months asking about it. Now they are refusing to answer the phone or give a call back. I spent thousands of dollars (financed) and have not received my full purchase. I have now asked for a Refund (after many weeks of back and forth) and was promised by the local GM known as MJ that I would recieve a call today. That call never Came and I just want them to come get the bed and give my money back.

I have always experienced great customer service from Ashley Furniture in Southaven and that is why I am a repeat customer. Al was wonderful in helping me with my purchase. I will continue to choose Ashley Furniture in Southaven.

The initial customer service was great. Teya took good care of me. However what was disappointing was I came in the store on June 12 to purchase a recliner to be delivered before my husband birthday which is June 27th. Almost two weeks passed, no phone call from delivery service. I call the Southaven store several times from 10:00 am to 3:00pm, no answer. Contacted Teya the salesperson on her cell phone at 1:00 pm she was busy with a customer and will call me back. I finally had to leave work early at 4:00 to go in to the store to speak to a manager. Teya look into the issue and stated that basically my purchase order was canceled due to incomplete paperwork on her part . She did apologize for the mistake and took full blame and offer additional 5% discount. However, I’m very disenchanted with the communication barrier and having to come in the store because no one would answer the phone. I really wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday and he will not receive until June 30th.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, however I have been unable to get in contact with anyone at Ashley furniture who will actually get the issue taken care of. I ordered a bed set on 4/22/23 to be delivered. Upon delivery, the men who set it up let us know that there were some parts to the underbed drawers that were missing. After calling the guest response team and letting them know, I was told they had ordered the parts and they'd be delivered within 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I called again and they supposedly put in another order. When I still received nothing, I called the store and spoke with the manager who ordered the parts AGAIN. It has now been another 3 weeks and I am unable to reach anyone other than the rep who sold me the bed (who is awesome) but she isn't able to do more than escalate the issue. I'm tired of getting the run around and being blocked from anyone higher up on the corporate numbers. I'd really like all my pieces to what I purchased for over $8k.

I bought a couch here yesterday and had to come cancel it today. I was told by a worker named Stan that the couch came with the ottoman. He knew I wanted the ottoman yet later I found out it was an extra $450 for it which he never mentioned. The couch was already out of our budget so we wouldn’t have been able to add the ottoman and Stan knew that. He took advantage of the fact we are young and didn’t know much about it. We wasted hours of our time shopping here for nothing. Will never be returning.

I was told the entire time that this was a 0% interest purchase. Come to find out, the interest rate was 22.16% and by the end of the installments I would be paying $4000 more than the original purchase price. If you shop here, MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT YOUR PAPERWORK NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY YOUR RATES ARE!!!!

This Ashley's Furniture location is the best! Well I should say, the Sale Associate Teya Chudha and her manager are the best! She was not invasive (like many can be), yet very supportive and patient. She gave us our space to look around and was only a hand gesture away when needing her assistance or to ask questions. She was very knowledgeable of the furniture, and made us feel like we were investing in our home decor rather than just spending money on furniture. We told her we weren't spending much, but she treated us like we were spending millions. If you are shopping for any furniture piece, and you're in the Southaven area, please do yourself a favor and shop with Teya so you may experience Ashley's customer service at it best!

Multiple pieces of furniture we bought have fallen apart to some extent. My advice is also to not buy a warranty. They will always say it’s not covered. Ah ya….I hear your new couch has a rip? Well it’s on the seam so sorry not covered. Massive dip in the middle of the couch? Ya not covered either.

Overpriced. Had same table different store for half the price. Went back to buy a piece to go with table sales. The rep was upset and then said we could have matched it well you should have told me that before I walked out the door the first time. Prices are marked up I learned that. Shop around don't jump on first thing. They all sale ashley furniture.

In June 2022, I purchased a mattress and adjustable base. Within a month, the slacks on my bed broke. I thought it was the bed so I called the company in which I purchased the bed, and they came and repaired. This occurred a total of three times. Finally, i was told by one of the technicians that my adjustable base was not installed correctly and to contact Ashley’s. I contacted Ashley and they advised me to contact tempurpedic. I was told by tempurpedic, since the base is an installation issue, this must be fixed by Ashley. Makes sense correct? However, Ashley refuses and stated that I needed to report this within days of purchasing the base. I guess I was suppose to know how the base wasnt installed correctly even though my career field is nursing!! This has been a horrible experience and I will never utilize Ashley’s services again. I totally regret my thousands of dollars purchase.

This has been the worst furniture purchase I have ever had. First off this is the 5th delivery attempt and it is still not right. The driver left me with a damage bed and Ashley says because he left it all I can do is have it repaired. I strongly encourage anyone considering Ashley to stay clear of them!!

ASHLEY DID A GREAT JOB

I gave this two stars because Stan was a solid salesman. If it weren't for him I would've canceled this order. Bottom line is I moved to Memphis from our of state. I purchased enough furniture to fill a 3 bedroom home. I am now on my fourth delivery and will have to take off work yet again in hopes that this order will be fulfilled. On top of the multiple deliveries one item at a time. This was my experience during today's delivery. Attached furniture because it was shoved through the doorway, my hardwood floors are scratched all over because they were in a hurry and drug it across the floor. And left water everywhere and did not clean up after themselves. I have never experienced this poor of service. I will also mention that I have tried to contact Ashley several times and no one seems to have a solution or at least direct me in the right direction.

Purchased bedroom set with the "white glove delivery". Headboard, 1 nightstand and chest of drawers damaged. Called to get it replaced. They come out a couple of days later and replaced the damaged furniture. Chest was chipped again. Called back and they said no one had reported damage and acted like they were doing me a favor. Third chest gets here after another week and that one is damaged too. Just very disappointed in the quality and customer service. I've shopped with them before at a different location and did not have this problem before. If I could give them 0 stars I would because three times to get a damaged dresser that I'm paying on is unacceptable

Beyond the worst shopping experience. We bought a bedroom suite for kids on Sept 23, with "white glove" delivery scheduled for the 27. We were delivered half of a bunk bed, and the chest of drawers and dresser were both broken. Throughout our ordeal we have had their delivery team scheduled 5 different times. Every time something was broken or incomplete. We were told by the delivery team each time they would order something and reach out to us, but I'd have to call a week later to find out no one had put in an order. I asked for a refund numerous times which was denied. I finally spoke to the parts department to get replacement parts for the broken dresser and bunk bed. Something they admitted their associates should have done for me. Bunk bed parts arrived, and now they say they won't come put it together until dresser parts are in which will be in Dec. Everyone is bound by "store policy" and is incapable of finding realistic solutions. I have spent months of being lied to and having to jump through hoops to get furniture that isn't broken. They trap you with by their no refund policy even when they consistently deliver broken or incomplete orders. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere!

We were told our delivery would be made on 11/5/22 between 9:15 am - 12:15 pm. Received text notification on 11/5 that order was being delivered today. Waited …. No one showed within or after allotted time. Husband called and they told him the order was cancelled. They told him someone would call within 24 hours to schedule. This is after we take off work and other things to be home on their scheduled delivery date. Husband called store manager and no help. Drove up there and still getting nowhere. This level of service is unacceptable no matter larger or small purchase. Sadly, this was no small purchase. WILL NOT recommend Ashley and will NOT buy from them again. Also, cancelling our secondary purchases today. DO BETTER ON YOUR PROMISES, ASHLEY!!!

I love the furniture, but trying to get someone on the phone is next to impossible. The have my delivery scheduled to go to the WRONG ADDRESS, when I advised customer service, they told me I needed to contact the store... well, after finally getting someone on the phone at the store, we thought we had it all fixed. It has now been 3 weeks since original delivery date, and they tell me it will be 2 more weeks. I specifically asked if the items were in stock, as I needed a new bed NOW. I have been sleeping on a camper bed. Was told today, that the mattress was not in stock. I spoke with several people at the store, the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. I've paid over $6,000 for this bedroom suite. I've asked to speak to the store manager, he seems to NEVER be available. The furniture is a good quality, but the customer service is horrible. I really wish I had gone somewhere else.

Worst service I’ve ever had from any company!! Ordered furniture over a month ago that still hasn’t been delivered. Then they had the audacity to bring my bed today and wanted to sit it on the floor with no rails or anything!! Then i was promised a 10% discount by one manager and the other at the store said no!! SOOO….NOPE!! Just canceled my entire order!! I’m sure there are furniture stores in my area that don’t have the horrible horror stories attached to their name😡😡

Ordered a daybed from Ashley and the day before it was scheduled to be delivered, a customer service representative called to say that the storage part would not be delivered with the rest of the bed. The customer service representative did not have an estimated time on when the missing piece would arrive. It is a whole two weeks later and still no storage! I will never make another purchase from them.Also, bed had an horrible odor to it, contacted Ashley and they have been giving me the run around .

We went in to look at options. Ended up buying. Great promotion in place right now. Travis was easy and honest with every step. Found exactly what we wanted to downsize from our current living room setup. It sits well with the right balance of comfort and firmness.

What a joke. It’s been since March trying to get a new head board and they have been out to our house for the 10th time today and still can’t get it right. All of the delivery men have been real nice and apologetic but we know it’s not their fault. The sells lady will not answer her phone or return our calls. We will not buy from them ever again. They haven’t even offered a discount or anything for our troubles on not being able to use the expensive bedroom furniture we bought from them.

Made a purchase that was suppose to be delivered by the middle of June. Still no delivery and absolutely no help or even response from anyone at the store. Extremely disappointed. Had the exact opposite experience at Great American Home Store so we won't be making this mistake again

I was very happy with the service I received purchasing my new Sealy mattress and adjustable bed frame at Ashley. Iliana was very knowledgeable and helpful and I will definitely seek her out on my next furniture purchase!

Back in March I ordered a mattress, adjustable base, and a bed frame. I was told the bed frame was on back order until July or August but could get the mattress and adjustable base the following Tuesday. ALMOST A MONTH LATER they get delivered but the guys cut the power cord to the base. Contact Ashley and they said have to get ahold of Tempurpedic. Went to the store and was promised a new base. Week later got call from warehouse saying that isn’t going to happen I need to go through Tempurpedic. Contacted Tempurpedic and said they can’t do anything that Ashley had to replace it. Contacted Ashley again and told them Tempurpedic won’t replace it. The agent argued with me demanding I have to go through Tempurpedic. So I went back to the store and again promised me a new base. Two weeks after not hearing anything finally got a power cord to go with the base. Fast forward to now, get a notification that bed frame is ready for delivery. Schedule delivery and when they arrive, they are only there to pick up the useless loaner frame and no bed frame!! Contacted Ashley and they said waiting on the rails. They forgot to communicate that to me!! Now I’m ready to cancel the order for the bed frame. Read the other reviews. They’re not lying. Do not buy your furniture at Ashley!! Stay away!!!

Went today to buy my furniture and was told Thur when I came back today I would get 30 percent off 12 month same as cash and get there and Al said it’s 20 percent unless we do 6 months which is not what we were promised. Then told we couldn’t get today because the warehouse doesn’t close until 4:30 but that they would Lock the gate at 4 so we wouldn’t make it. AND even though we were buying in Ms that since we picking up from Tn warehouse we would have to pay Tn taxes!!!! I live here and am buying from here just picking up from warehouse so why would I have to pay Tn taxes??????

If I could give a negative I sure would. I never got part of what I purchased and very disappointed with the management team and crew. I made my purchased on November 3 of 2021 and canceled it because after eight months I still had not received part of it. Yes I did change my order but at the same time I gave them plenty of time to fulfill it. Every time I spoke to the manager I got some kind of excuse or another. I got to the point I gave up and quit asking and because he refused to return my calls always promise to call me even give me a date or a or a time but never did.. It would be an injustice if I did not stop people to even open your doors in your store. I will never ever ever ever purchase anything from you, my children, my friends, or anybody in the freaking world. Mikki was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process from when we walked in the door until she gave us our mattress covers. She greeted us and then gave us space to make our selections. Once we were ready, she was right there. Mom wasn’t yet convinced of a coffee table; but after working with Mikki, she was able to find the perfect one. Mikki ensured we knew all the options we had and understood the various price points no matter what we choose. What was a trip for mom to purchase new furniture for her new place became a trip for mom and myself to purchase new furniture. She remained very patient with us throughout the entire process. We had delivery addresses different from billing addresses, updated phone numbers needed, and we utilized multiple payment options. Mikki made sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchases and handled our unique requests with ease. She did a great job, remained professional, and was always courteous. Thank you Mikki! Hopefully the Southaven location can retain her, I’ll be back to shop again.

My sales person was horrible. She was willing to charge me an extra $1000 when she could have told me that the Ashley Store does price matching with the Ashley online. But for some reason she wasn’t willing to tell me that. After I decided to cancel the order, then she told me that they did price matching. If she had given me her card, I could tell her name. but I will say that she was the assistant manager at the Ashley store in whitehaven on airways. This lady lied to me about the price of the furniture the delivery fees, and stocked items. I will never shop at this place again. If you want a honest sales person, go to great American home store in Southhaven. And ask for James

The salesperson at the Southaven store, Kena B. was very nice and helpful! I would definitely ask for her again for future furniture purchases. I purchased a collapsible box spring for easy transport to a cabin I own.

My sister and I went in since we didn't get a response when calling (shortage of staff as with many businesses) at one store, and found something we liked even better than the pictures sent by a staff member. We were so 😊 excited, especially since it was near closing time and again...short-staffed. The salesman was patient and handled our purchase with ease, politeness, and with expertise. We had a really good experience with the Ashley Southaven store. We happened upon a weekend 30% sale. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Worst place and too high and takes too long for an order go to royal furniture

To make a long story short. I spent a lot of money on a bed at the southaven location I didn't get. Our sales person I assume ordered a firm mattress when I said soft just like the one we tried. Now I am stuck with a bed for 30 days I can't use. Just the first night and my back is killing me it is to hard. You can't get anyone on the phone at the store at all. I have left messages after messages and customer support is useless also.

Edit: It’s been a couple of weeks and we still don’t have the correct table we ordered. The receptionist put me on hold to get a manager today and they left me on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes, they only picked up the phone then because my husband drove over there. We paid for all of this furniture in February and it is now end of May and still no one can help us get it right. Be very careful if you buy from this store. The manager doesn’t return calls and threatened to call the police on us if we left the cocktail table there since it’s not the one we ordered. We will be following up with a letter from an attorney this week. We waited 6-7 weeks for our furniture to be delivered. 3 of the 5 items we ordered were not what we ordered. We tried to send them back that day and were told they couldn’t put them back on the truck and the store would contact us within 3 hours. We have called, messaged left messages with customer service and on voicemail and no one has returned our call. It’s been 6 days and still we haven’t hear from anyone but are told daily by customer service someone will call us back that day. This is the worst furniture buying experience we have ever had.

My wife and I purchased a Tempur Pedic mattress with the TEMPUR-Ergo 2.0 Split California King Adjustable Base in November of 2021 from the Ashley store in Southaven, MS. We also purchased a sectional couch at the same time. The sales person, Beth Hawkins, stated that we would NOT have to make ANY payments until we received all the merchandise for each order. The bed arrived in January and we started making payments in February as stated. The couch was scheduled to be delivered in February by was pushed out to April. We were fine with that until we received a bill March. I contacted the Ashley store in Southaven and they stated it was a billing error and they would correct it. Well, Ashely did not address the issue. In April I received another bill from the finance company with late fees. I gave the finance company a call and explained what Ashley had told me. The finance company stated they only bill based on the information Ashley reports to them. I made a trip to the Ashley store in Southaven where we made the purchase and asked to speak with a manager, which I got the run around. The manager that was suppose to assist me yelled at another assistant-manager, Cathy Bailey, to give me a hand. I presented all the paper work Ashely had provided me after the sale. The assistant manager looked over the paper work and asked if I had received a specific item on the couch billing. Which I say yes, because it was part of the bed order. She handed me the paper work and stated, “Well, that was why I was getting billed”. I explained that I was told I would NOT be billed until I received ALL the merchandise on the order. She admitted and stated the sales persons that sold us the merchandised lied to us and that there was NOTHING they could do. I guess I should have purchased a jar of Vaseline as well, because not only was I lied to I have now incurred late fees and they have dinged my credit, but at least the sales persons got their commission check.

Last Monday I visited the 3 places closest to me for a mattress. At Great American Store the salesman was more interested in bs ing than a sale, at Royal there were no salespeople visible to any of the customers I saw but st Ashley I had the attention of a salesman, the assistant manager and such attention to my wants. Yesterday I returned to a lovely lady named Mickie and spent more than I had planned. I will return there again and my thanks for the courteous and professional treatment.

Price was to expensive for the item I purchased. I wasn't greeted when I came into the store, two men just looked at me. I made it to the back of the store and on my way back to the front of the store when Bobo asked have someone helped me yet and I said no. She helped me find what I like. Very customer friendly .

I went in for a bed and mattress for my guest room, $1500 later I leave with 75% of a bed that I really really didn’t want but it was the only one they had in store, otherwise we’d have to wait 8-10 weeks. Got the bed home, it’s a king bed but I was given (3)full size slacks, no strews, and 3 other pieces missing. Now I still have to wait to assemble the bed…. At this point, I’m returning the pieces I did receive for a refund. My only day off this week was a complete waste of time in that store Experience was great in the beginning, ended Horribly

The sales team was very respectful and did not follow us around. We were able to look for what we wanted without any pushy sales people bombarding us, and once we found what we wanted, we were able to get immediate attention, and they were top notch. I would recommend the location on Airways in Southaven, MS to anyone looking for any new furniture.

I will never purchase from this location again! On Feb 2,2022 I called to make a complaint they said someone would call me back in 3-5 days here it is Feb 14, and I have yet to speak to anyone they are very dishonest ppl in the store and don’t keep their word. The manager obviously is not managing well. I have a $3500 dollar order that I’m very seriously considering canceling because the lies and bad customer service.

Not as large of a selection as I was hoping but ultimately I made a purchase that I’m happy with. I was shopping for a new mattress. Staff was easy to work with and made the entire process as easy as possible.

Run away!!!!A table was delivered and they had the wrong hardware so the guy said he would come back with the right stuff. That was almost a week ago. I’ve called Ashley furniture twice and even went to the store once and I can’t get anyone to help me!!!!

Purchased multiple furniture and so far so good lady explained all the warranty on everything and just waiting on it to arrive.

I walked in just kinda inquiring about a bedroom set i saw online and to see it in person . The first salesperson i passed asked what i was needing today and i talked to her about the availability of of the set and we checked it thankfully most of it was available within the month/month and a half of order date. Beth was so helpful, i cannot sing her praises enough. She explained all the financing options and how the process worked (buying furniture is a new venture for me). Now i am sitting pretty waiting on the shipping and delivery notifications. And since i didnt know this i feel like i should put it here, the 5 year warranty, if you never cash in on it, you get back in store credit.

Purchased furniture with a warranty. After MONTHS of trying to get this store to honor the warranty (multiple phone calls, multiple e-mails), I've been passed from one number to another, with no one accepting accountability. I've been promised that someone will contact me to schedule an appointment to view the furniture. No one has called. I was told that if I will submit pictures of my furniture to their e-mail address, someone will contact me. I have done this twice, no call. I've spent hours on hold trying to get help, even phoned the store. I received a, "Sorry, we can't help you. The warranty is through a third-party source and THEY have to schedule an appointment with you." I will never purchase another item from this store. Garbage.

I had a great experience today at Ashley Funiture...Kaylin did all the work, I just sat down and she went to work completing my order...kaylin is a multiplier, moreover Kaylin has a great personality with customer services in plain view...

I purchased furniture in August and was okay with the delay in delivery due to the pandemic but after having to return to the store because my incompetent sales associate didn’t completely my paperwork and receiving a text message in September that our furniture was ready for delivery and then calling the 800 number to find out that only 2/3 pieces were in stock and we would have to wait until the middle of October for the third piece, it was a little disappointing. I did not receive a phone call or text message in October so I called the 800 number again to find out that our third piece would not be in stock until November 7. I asked for partial delivery of the two pieces and was told the 800 number could not accommodate me with my request. I waited until after Nov 7 and called my local store and was told a partial delivery could be set up after November 11. I had to call the store again and was told my furniture was on layaway status due to the selling rep, CarolAnne not completing my paperwork so I had to look on my credit report to see who financed my account because it was never purchased on layaway. I was then told my paperwork would be updated and delivery scheduled. I called the next day after not receiving a return call and was told that my order was canceled. When I spoke with the manager she advised me there was nothing they could do except pick out new furniture and work with another sales associate. The answer was no! After years of being a customer to Ashley, they have lost my business and every referral I would send their way. Ridiculous!

They were honest and helpful. The world is messed up because of Covid and the current US and California politics, which are ruining the country! So much of the product Ashley and other furniture companies sell is from overseas and fulfillment is sporadic depending on who can get into port, and if there is a trucker willing to deal with the cost and regulations to drive it out of California. So Ashley like all businesses selling furniture cannot guarantee a delivery date, which super sucks for everyone. At least they were honest and did not try to make a promise they cannot keep. Hopefully I will get my couch, which I love by Christmas but it could just as likely be March. The Salesperson, John, at the Southaven, MS store was pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. So despite not getting a confident delivery date, I still recommend Ashley furniture.

I will never buy anything from them again! Several different delivery dates given and received furniture and it was only half the order! Delivery guys needs manners! Sales person woupd never return phone calls about order only text! My business will be going to Great American Home store from now on! They actually deliver what you order!

I ordered a King size bed from the Southaven store on 09.09.21 with a delivery timeframe up to 14 wks. I called on 10.11.22 to see if the time frame had changed. Well everything was expected to be in withing 2 wks except the headboard and rails which were showing March 2022. I went into the store to see what was going on and I was connected with Mrs. Lisa. She asked me to give her a moment which I didn't mind. Within a couple mins she was on the phone trying to see what was going on with my order. Thankfully everything will be delivered before the end of the month. Mrs. Lisa was very kind and respectful and I am thankful for her assistance.

Had a easy time configuring the new layout of my new sectional with the sales person Mrs.Cathy.Ashley has A rather large variety of leather sectionals.it was a wonderful experience shopping with Ashley.I look forward to my delivery.

Went into the store today to see in person a bed I'd placed in a shopping cart online, well they didn't have it on the floor anymore but my sales person, Kaylin guaranteed I would be happy with my choice of bed. While in their I mentioned of going to another nearby furniture store to purchase a sectional, showed it to her and it was an Ashley product too. Not only did I get my bed, I got my sectional and the matching ottoman! One stop shopping! I am a happy camper! I really enjoyed my shopping experience on today!

Don’t purchase furniture here! You will regret it! Purchased furniture for den, dining room and living room in February. Waited 4 months for furniture to be delivered. At delivery one loveseat was broken and had to be reordered. After delivery men left I was looking at the kitchen bar. Opened the drawer and the wood was split on the drawer. . A few weeks later the broken loveseat finally got delivered only to find out it didn’t sit straight. It was whop side. One week later one of the other loveseats right side recliner broke. I had the wait three weeks for a technician to come out to tell me that the two loveseat and kitchen bar needed to be replaced. They didn’t just reorder a replacement for me. I had to keep calling and finally got a helpful lady who reordered my broken furniture for me. She didn’t understand what the problem was since this was new furniture that were already broken and neither did I. I’ve been waiting for the replacement furniture since June! You heard me correctly since June! They set up a delivery date today September 9, 2021 between 4:30-7:30pm, they were a no show! Yep! Still waiting! I would not recommend buying furniture here! Customer service is awful! I so wish I would have purchased my furniture somewhere else!!!!

I purchased furniture from Ashley 7/5/21with Kevin. The store experience at that time was wonderful. But after getting run around since then about my order and trying to cancel, I regret ever going there. If I could rate them a zero I would because they have very poor customer service and no ones takes responsibility and follow up with customers. It’s 9/9 and I’ve yet to receive a call, email or follow up on my refund for the items I cancelled 8/27. I’ve called them several times and each time they tell me it’s done but then the next person see it has gone to wrong department and “now” it’s corrected. Even going to store was zero help. NEVER AGAIN!

Mrs. Kena Bobo, serviced me she was professional but very friendly, a true salesperson, she knows how to take her customer, through all the effectiveness channels, making you feel as if you are the only individual in you store. I enjoy the fact she is a very patient young lady with GREAT customer service skills. If I find anyone needing furniture, I will recommend her and your store.

Hands down the worst buying experience ever. Placed my order and paid in full in March for a complete bedroom suite, and was told it would take eight to ten weeks for it to arrive. On July the 9th I went back to the showroom to get an update about my furniture and was told it would be sometime in August. I asked for them to refund my money so that I could purchase one from a different company. I was told it would take 3 to 5 business days for the money to hit my bank. Well today was the 5th business day and guess what no refund. Now we are being told it will be another 14 business days before we get our refund. This bedroom suite would have been our second large purchase from Ashley and I promise it will be the last. Buyer beware.
