Ashley in Tupelo pretty much have slimy car salesman working for them. They pulled a "bait and switch" on my mother-in-law. Unfortunately, she passed away very shortly after and we only found out they did so when we started closing all of her accounts. They took advantage of a dying woman by up-selling her. She went in the store thinking she was going to buy a couch for $1,000. She left spending $5,000 on a couch and recliner all because it was the color gray that she wanted. If you have eldery parents, DO NOT let them go in the store by themselves! They WILL be taken advantage of in our experience. I'm not sure how anyone associated with Ashley furniture can sleep at night. We now have a week old couch and recliner that will be a painful memory of how they took advantage of our family.

I usually walk out of your store because no one ever offered to help in the past. Mr I.E. Sunday approached us quickly. He was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased two couches that i felt really good about because of him. Great experience today.

I.E. worked with us by measuring the sectional to make sure it would fit in the area we would put it. He was very friendly, and willing to make our experience was great. The process of buying the sectional took maybe 30 minutes.

I would have given 5 stars but…..our salesman Bobby was wonderful. He did offer a price point that was in error but we’re all human and we agreed to the corrected price and moved on. However, the guy who was seemingly in charge was extremely rude and condescending to Bobby over the error and his explanation for “making it right”. How unprofessional!! If you have issue with an employee you hash it out behind closed doors NOT in front of customers!!
I just moved into for a job at NMMC. I went there they were very helpful. My car was too small to carry an item, and the representative even helped with transport. And they also have good financing with no interest. 10/10.

I always love coming into the Ashley store because it’s lovely, always clean and everything laid out and displayed in a very nice way. Yesterday I was greeted by a lovely young man, Sunday, who immediately asked how I was doing and offered to help me look for a table and chairs with bench. He showed me the exact table I wanted, it was perfect. He also showed me a Lift recliner that I needed for my husband, a victim of a stroke. Sunday was so positive, kind, and knowledgeable. There was no question that he could’nt answer. He understood exactly what I needed and took the time to actually listen to me when I spoke. I would highly recommend Sunday as a guide to anyone looking for furniture. He is a compliment to the Ashley Furniture Store. I’ll look for him every time that I come into the store in the future.

I received invaluable assistance from three (3) Ashley representatives, Vida in Tupelo and Barbara and CK in Oxford. Due to my location and a short suspense, I opted to purchase an item in Oxford. There, Barbara and CK went above and beyond what I would have expected to ensure I chose the appropriate item for my needs and to receive it in a timely manner. I would recommend them.

We went in to look at mattresses. We were greeted by Rodney. He took us to the mattresses, demonstrated them, discussed features and answered all of our questions. He was knowledgeable about all of the products. We ended up making a purchase. We left feeling really great about our experience and our selection. My husband and I had a great experience shopping at the Tupelo Ashley Store. Alicia Andrews was so kind and patient as we walked around, answering every question we had. If it was possible to give them zero stars I would. Going into the store and looking, and the man (Matthew I believe was his name) that helped us, I would give five stars. As far as the over all experience with Ashley itself was terrible. Spend almost 3k on a couch, and paid extra in shipping for it to be delivered the next day. Next day came, no couch and no one could tell me why. Tried to get in touch with the Manager of Tupelo, but I guess they had better things to do. Customer service was an absolute disaster, except for one lady. Can’t remember her name, but props to her for her actually doing her job. We canceled the delivery, and decided to go to Memphis and get it ourselves, only to find out they closed an hour early and no body told us. So, here we are almost 3K short and no couch until next week. Definitely wouldn’t recommend until they get their stuff together. Dude, I just want my couch.

Decent quality furniture, good sales staff, supervisor/manager they make you talk to to finalize the deal….so so, tolerable attitude, not overly rude just condescending and arrogant, kinda felt agitated after the deal. Ended up getting what I wanted for the price I wanted but why run me through the wringer and make me feel that way. I wish the price was just the price and you didn’t have to haggle to get them to sell their product at a fair price. Guess that’s just the industry though :-(

My wife and i bought a quite expensive sectional and were assured by the sales associate prior to the purchase that we would get it within 4 weeks of purchase. The following week we called down to verify that everything was in order and found out that our item was on backorder further than we were informed. Instead we received a delivery date near 9 weeks from purchase date. We are very disappointed with the Tupelo store as they claim to be unable to help in any way after not sharing information at the time of purchase.
I am very disappointed, I received my kitchen table on June 5th, table is cracked. I have been through emails, text and 2 actually chat with a live person, all they keep saying is some one will contact me in 48 hours, this is now Monday June 10th, nothing. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. I want another table or this needs to be returned. It is ridiculous to spend that kind of money on a piece of furniture and this is how they treat there customers. Very, Very dissatisfied. THANK YOU

He pointed out areas where I could find the merchandise I was looking for then let me take my time going through the store. This made me very comfortable. He checked on me frequently to answer questions and guided me through to a very satisfactory purchase. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
Shannon was absolutely awesome! Made the whole experience easy for sure! I didn’t catch the manager’s name, but she was awesome as well. Definitely will be back to the Tupelo location for any future house needs for sure.

This store has the best customer service around. After being treated poorly at Room to Room we decided to try Ashley. The prices were higher, but they price match and deliver. Shannon was our sales person. It was her first day on the floor and she was amazing. These people treat you like people, unlike others we recently visited in town. Many places carry Ashley at a cheaper rate, but the fact that they price match is amazing. We saved a ton of money after showing them a price on Amazon that was much cheaper. Great place and great customer service.
I had the best furniture buying experience EVER!!! My salesperson almost ran to greet me at the door. He didn’t flinch when my sons grabbed him and hugged him. They are huggers (like their mom). I had an idea of what I wanted. He patiently listened. As soon as I shared that I had a pet…he led me to a beautiful living room set with all of the features that I needed. I was able to quickly purchase the furniture and set up delivery for the following week. I’m headed back in a few weeks to purchase a beautiful dining room set. The cream and cherry on top is that this company furnished my school’s STEM lounge at no cost!!! The furniture held up beautifully to our students’ wear and tear. It warms my heart to know that I’m supporting a company that supports our community!!!

We ordered 2 bar stools. Only delivery was by their truck. No in store pick up. Box was slightly open to the side upon delivery. I will acknowledge I should have opened the box then and there but I did not. The delivery guy said the box was open so they could get 2 into the box. I asked him to note the box was open somewhat still. We were taking down to our second home 6 hours away and I knew they would keep and b transported better in our vehicle if left in the box. 2 weeks later I opened box. We were doing a kitchen renovation and it was completed. Only one bar stool! I called Ashley numerous times starting immediately. Each time I was told whomever made the sale had to take care of the problem. I left messages for the sales guy to call us back , as he never was available when I called. Bottom line, after no return calls, I asked for management and a Mr Sunday told me I had had 30 days to make contact for a claim. My 30 days had passed. 2 days passed it! I will never buy from Ashley again. When you actually call their Tupelo store, no warm body to answer phone. Only options that certainly don’t apply for every issue.
Mr. Lee is always the sweetest and knows how to get you to buy what you keep going in the store looking at. He got the best personality.

We had a great experience at Ashley Home Store. Chandler was very helpful and helped us pick out the perfect couches and chairs that would match them without being overbearing or pushy. One of my biggest dislike is pushy sales people or any type of sales "technique" that makes you feel like you HAVE to buy today. Overall, it was a helpful, great experience that will have us coming back for more. And we will definitely ask for Mr. Chandler Moody when we come back. Update: Sales was great, but we paid extra for delivery and setup. The chairs and couches were just dropped inside our front door, and they refused to set them up since there was touch up paint going on our walls. Even after painting is done, they are refusing to come back and set them up since it wasn't reported to customer service that day. So, they took our money, did not provide the complete service we paid for, and won't return our money for that service.

We needed to Purchase some furniture for my elder uncle and aunt,we live out of state,up north KC,Mo. I searched all over Tupelo for Furniture ,and Ashley Furniture was Perfect,after searching online and by telephone through the day we had all but given up...but then I found Ashley Furniture, and Everything turned Wonderful,the sales woman (Bethany) that I spoke with knew perfectly where to direct my concerns,she was very professional,knew exactly how to Wrap this whole transaction up in a matter of minutes...She was abundantly polite and courteous....very knowledgeable of the Product and handling everything from shopping to checkout,and offered helped to walk me through any problems that I might have.. and this was All done over the phone,she took time to send product photos, I also gave her my price range that I was needing,she was amazing Everything went Very smooth.. I very Highly recommend this busines,Bethany even got the Delivery set up right away....Very professional taking care of everything on a Long distance phone call,and setting up payment process...sometimes I don't get this good of service in person!...

We ordered furniture on dec 24 , what we received was ripped in the back, still haven’t received the recliner, and biggest runaround on getting a new sectional , or a repair , the delivery people who delivered were smoked up , the sales in the store have continued to lie to us about warranty and how they are going to resolve this issue, we were told the would mess our credit up , I wouldn’t encourage anyone to buy anything from Ashley home store

My husband and I purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress and then an Ashley base from them and we were mislead on what we were purchasing. When our bed was delivered, the delivery guys were great. Although, one side of the bed does not work properly. We contacted the store and they gave us a number and we called and we followed the proper channels. We also asked if we could just purchase a Tempur-pedic base and we still have not heard anything and that was 3 months ago. We have reached out numerous times and still have not gotten anywhere. We have been given the runaround. Would not recommend. Terrible customer service. Also, we cannot get our associate to call us back.

I loved my experience here at the Ashley home store next to best buy in Tupelo Ms. Ms Vida Deaton was our furnishing specialist and she was amazing. This lady approached us in the store and asked us a few questions about what we wanted and that's all it took. Not only did she make sure she did everything she could to get us exactly what we wanted she made us feel like we were the only people in that whole store. Ms Vida Deaton connected with us right away which made the whole experience wonderful. I'm so glad my husband and I picked that store to go into. If I ever do need any other kind of furnishing needs I will be going right back to that store and seeing their best sales lady, Ms Vida. #Ashley furniture give this lady a raise! We were in the market for my oldest son a new bedroom suit. He decided on a platform bed with underneath storage. When entering the store in Tupelo we were met by an agent named Tim, he was great. I sent my mother a photo and price of the bed my son wanted and she called me and said they had it $300 dollars cheaper online. I did mention this to Tim but nothing was said about it. I got the entire quote for bed, mattress, mattress protector, extended warranty, delivery and set up. I went home and bought the entire set online $600 cheaper than what they would have given me in the store. It’s been only a few days so we have not gotten the furniture yet and a delivery date has not been set yet but probably will be in the next week I imagine. Will update when the furniture and mattress arrive!

Update... due to lack of communication, I have to change my rating. My furniture was scheduled to be delivered and thirty minutes before I was told that it was just a partial delivery. My parents had already gotten rid of their old furniture and were some excited. What a severe disappointment! I was given a small percentage of my money back, but this does not cover my parents being inconvenienced through the Christmas holiday. I really can't say enough wonderful things about this store. I called to purchase some things as a Christmas gift. They were professional, prompt, and informative. They assisted me with finding my item, checked on line to make sure I was getting the best price, and promptly sent me a quote for the item so I could review it and complete purchase. I prefer to be greeted upon arrival but we weren’t. I came looking for a few items and lucked up on finding one, I couldn’t pass up. The item was not tagged so we asked for pricing, a woman found the price of 1,040 and said it would be around 837 with Black Friday discount. I looked online for similar items and ran into the same exact item for 599.99! Please do better at trying to find the best prices for your customers. A gentleman ended up matching the price, which was much appreciated otherwise we would’ve left it there. Now I’m anxious to see if it arrives when promised
It was easy to get the furniture I was wanting and they made it a no hassle to get the ball going on the furniture but the only reason I rate it lower is because I asked multiple times on the phone about the free gift with the Black Friday sale if I could get the PS5 free gift instead of saving money on my furniture because it would be less of a hassle in the long run to get it now with Ashley furniture instead of buying later and fight the crowds of Black Friday sales. They agreed and said yes you will get your free gift multiple times. So I then drive 2-1/2 from my work after I got off to sign papers on my furniture and pick up my free gift the PS5 I was hoping for and they bring out a cooler instead. When I asked why I was getting a cooler and not the PS5 I was then told they never had any. So now I’m paying an extra $600 for a cooler that’s worth $279. It was super frustrating after asking multiple times on the phone if I bought it then it would lock me in for the free Ps5 gift and I was insured of getting the free gift. I would’ve rather saved the money instead. Buyer be ware. Anytime they have a promotional “gift” it’s definitely not worth it. Take the savings on your furniture.

While I FINALLY did get a new chair, I had to wait 9 full months for the delivery. I had to send the pictures 3 times and never got updates. My warranty ran out 3 days before the chair went crazy. I had purchased the extra insurance or I would be here with a broken chair. I will not be doing business with them again. Very poor communication and no reason for the delays and poor communication.

My $1000 recliner broke 3 days after the year warranty! No problem because I bought insurance!! That was in February. It is now October and my chair is completely broken down. It is an electric recliner and is stuck. I sleep in this chair at night and now I cannot because now the motor is completely dead! In September they finally sent out a service man who took a picture and hurriedly left. There are two huge holes on either side of the chair where it went off track and tore up the inside bottom! They are STILL looking into it! THEY MAKE OVER $8O MILLION DOLLARS A YEAR, according to the owner. Now we know how!! I guess I need to contact the Daily Journal to warn people! They have a very long track record of NOT HONORING THEIR WARRANTIES!!! My next step is to see my lawyer! If anyone would like to join me in a class action lawsuit, please contact me! Me and my wife ended up buying a rather expensive sectional the sells guy was on his phone texting the majority of the time we where there. We signed the paperwork for the sectional then the next day he calls saying there discrepancy in the paperwork. That he forgot to add the wedge into the order because of the sku system they use. And excuse. And it was going to add 700 dollars to our order and we had to come back to tupelo and sign paper work. The only upside is the Manger very nice lady. Found out he messed up so she discounted other items and added the wedge to the order and made it so where we didn't pay anything extra. We told her if she wouldn't have done that we where going to cancel the order. So if you can definitely deal with the Manger!

This has been a nightmare. We purchased a couch 3 months ago. 2 weeks after purchase, a delivery was made and it was HALF of a couch, the completely wrong couch. This was brought to the staff’s attention immediately and then we went 2.5 months with NO update on when we will receive the right couch. We have half of a wrong couch taking up our space, sitting in our home for free. I touch base with our sales rep, who is very kind, every week, and get NO update. “Working on it.” This is very frustrating and a huge let down. We finally randomly received automated texts to schedule a delivery, after several calls to the Tupelo location, no call back from management. Today, they just attempted to delivery the couch and it is wrong, again. We called management to just cancel order and supposedly “Vida” was walking to her computer to give us a call, per the person we were on the phone with, but here we are…. Still no call back. Now I’m getting texts from a random person at Ashley that they have a no return policy once a couch has been delivered to your home. I really hope this does not mean we have to pay for a couch that was wrongfully delivered and we of course do NOT want??! Do NOT recommend!!!

In the end we bought a new sofa and love seat for our new home. We are very happy with the service we got and love our new furniture. They are even able to schedule delivery when it's convenient for us. I would definitely recommend them and buy from Ashley again.

Just be prepared when buying furniture here and they let you know a date on delivery, that it will be 3-5 weeks after that. With my experience, I’ve had no updates on delivery until I call and it gets pushed back. I was also told that the people delivering my furniture was also putting it together, but that was not the case either.

Purchased an oversized chair. Due to communication issues was delivered 3 weeks. Was promised it in seven days. Packaging was all to pieces, seat cushion was dirty and accent pillow was not there. Been back to store, no help. Called number I was given and connected with someone overseas. Couldn't understand anything he said. Still don't have pillow after 5 weeks now. Service really sucks. No intention of ever shopping at Ashley again.

Went to Tupelo store. Sales rep was very nice but failed to put in all of our order. This is understandable, mistakes happen. He called us and put the additional furniture in. We came back to pay and was about to be charged an additional fee for delivery. I spoke up, this too, was corrected. Our final straw has been the call we received saying order wouldn’t be delivered because it was overlooked. As of today, still no furniture or call as to when we will receive it. Will not be back to this store.

Our sales lady helped us find the dresser we wanted at half the price of the first one we chose. It matches the bed we got from Ashley and was under budget!
Worst retail experience EVER! First off the sales person convinced us to buy the warranty because it seemed like a good idea. Once they have completed the sale, you are on your own. The sectional was about three weeks past their already ridiculous timeline for delivery. Once it was delivered everything was OK for about a year until I try to file a claim on the extended warranty that I bought. The warranty that they sell you is a fraud. They claim to cover everything but when you call them and make a claim, they will find a reason why it’s not covered. They denied my claim without even seeing any pictures or anything. Do a Google search for GBS Enterprises and look at all the reviews. There were over 100 reviews and every single one of them was one star and everyone said the same thing that none of their damage was covered. Ashley should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for knowingly selling people a worthless warranty. That has to be fraud. After ignoring my phone calls for months, I decided to go to Ashley personally to talk to the office manager, Christine. She was extremely rude. She didn’t know what the warranty covered and even tried to argue with me about what wasn’t covered. I had to pull out the pamphlet that I got when I bought it to show her that it clearly WAS covered. then she got angry because I wouldn’t shut up about it. Basically, she stood up from her desk and walked away as if she was going to get someone to remove me from the store. Yes, I did raise my voice. But only after trying to explain to her the issue and then getting a talked to like I was a child. There are too many other honest, reputable companies that stand behind their product to buy furniture from as opposed to having to deal with Ashley. Please buy furniture anywhere else but here.

He listened to what I was looking for, what I liked snd did not like, he noted my physical disability in trying to get up from certain sofas and politely made suggestions, each time getting closer to what I wanted. He was very pleasant and never pushy. It was like he was more interested that I found what I wanted snd needed than just to make s sale. I appreciated his attitude and help. When I made the decision to buy, he helped me get the best price for me. I loved my Ashley experience and think this salesman is a definite accent to your company. **DO NOT BUY** from Ashley. I bought furniture in Jan 2023 and still trying to get my sofa and love seat fixed. My sofa arrived broken and I refused it but the delivery drivers left it and said Ashley would swap it out. They also damaged my love seat by banging it on the concrete outside. I have contacted Ashley multiple times and provided pictures multiple times but can't get anyone to care. I paid for NEW furniture not DAMAGED furniture. They do not care about their customers. They only care about the money received from the sell. They are nice and friendly in the store but once the sell is complete, you no longer matter.

Bought furniture end of Aug came in end of October…Delivered Oct 26th Floor was damaged do to furniture being damaged and screw exposed….ordered gray furniture got brown…decided just to keep brown furniture with all the bs….needed floor fixed and a new leg on bottom of furniture…was told couldn’t give just a leg would order new piece of furniture as if to date Dec10th still no new piece of furniture or a leg and apparently they don’t want to fix either way…chaise lounges is sitting on 2 x 4….no one from customer service is in the US and they could care less if fixed or not…didn’t want to fix floor but I had had video footage of the whole thing where it got scratched ect….so as of now nothing has been fixed….sales ppl tell you what they want u to hear…it may happen here n there or this may happen quite often either way…if and when u do have a problem after spending $11,000 plus on furniture don’t expect it to get taken care of!!!! Like I said furniture was suppose to be Gray originally….and they delivered brown…messed up with no intention of fixing said chaise lounge…been trying to get just a leg now…for close to 2 months 😡 Vida our sales person has been trying to get this resolved with no luck and works there….I would highly recommend going elsewhere to many furniture companies out there to have this much trouble!!!!
Delivery was accurate but we still had to install shelves, chairs were unbalanced and install the knobs on the doors. I just exspected more, maybe there was something in the fine print that i didnt read.
I have tried 4 times to get correct furniture delivered to my house , I have a new couch in my living room that I have tried to get them to pick up for a month because it is damaged and not what we ordered. 4 trips to the store, 8 phone calls and no help from anyone at Ashley!

We bought a king bed, mattress, and two end tables a week ago. We were so excited about this. We were told they would be delivered today. So we got up early moved our current bed and furniture out of our room ect. Waited a while. No one showed up so my husband called the store. To learn our furniture was not going to be delivered today. No one called us to let us know what was going on and that they would not be delivering today. And chances are if we had not called we would have just kept waiting all day without them calling to let us know what was happening. We canceled our order because that was not professional of them to do. I definitely recommend going elsewhere!

Purchased a dining room set in March for approx $4k. Delivery was delayed by several months. After it was finally delivered within the first month of use the bench cracked where there was a knot in the wood. Ashley Furniture didn’t want to warranty this defect. After much argument they finally agreed to do a replacement however 2 months later I am still waiting on the new one to come in. Don’t buy from this store. They won’t stand behind their warranty and have been a nightmare to deal with. Zero customer service on the back end of sale! I have been dealing with this for 9 months and would have been better off getting custom made quality furniture if I knew it would take this long.

They were very patient with me & answered all of my questions. They helped me figure out placement on my home for the pieces I wanted. One of the ladies even helped me out when my 2 year old decided she needed to have a meltdown.
From the minute we walked into Ashley's we were warmly welcomed and helped by Stanley. Every sales person should be trained by him. Stanley introduced himself, gave us a flyer of the sales/specials they were presently running, and offered to leave us be to look around, and if needed him, just wave and he'd be happy to help us with anything. We LOVED that! We felt sincerely helped rather than pressured. We purchased a wonderful living room set that was IN STOCK and will be delivered next Tuesday!!! So excited! This was our first time, but certainly not the last, at Ashley's in Tupelo. They have a large showroom with many lovely, good quality items, for fair prices, and in many different styles.
First off the sales person convinced us to buy the warranty because it seemed like a good idea. Once they have completed the sale, you were on your own. The sectional was about three weeks past their already ridiculous timeline for delivery. Once it was delivered everything was OK for about a year until I try to file a claim on the extended warranty that I bought. The warranty that they sell you is a fraud. They claim to cover everything but when you call them and make a claim, they will find a reason why it’s not covered. They denied my claim without even seeing any pictures or anything. Do a Google search for GBS Enterprises and look at all the reviews. There were over 100 reviews and every single one of them was one star and everyone said the same thing that none of their damage was covered. Ashley should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for knowingly selling people a worthless warranty. That has to be fraud.

Was to have delivery on Saturday , warehouse called and reported delivery was within 21 minutes from my home. 30 minutes later called naps during said “delivery was canceled, that the driver could not get down our road due to low hanging tree limbs and power lines. We tried numerous times to call customer service before someone finally answered. Told them their was no reason for them to cancel delivery that if driver had called us we could have met him and transferred furniture to a trailer or could have helped guided him through. They said it wasn’t safe and driver was on his way back to warehouse in Memphis and it would be Tuesday before they could deliver it. Spent all day back and forth with warehouse and Tupelo store with out a resolution. Finally someone called to let us know it would be Monday when they delivered Total disappointed. Will not buy from Ashley again.
Bought my TV entertainment center in Feb, 2022 I was told I would have it in June,2022. After 12 deliveries to my home I accept the order. sept,2022. Every delivery my shipment was damaged. Spent many days waiting for delivery and twice no show after sitting at home for 4 hours. Other time delivered the same damaged piece. I have my order after 7 months and took the best they had. Still things wrong with it, but I will deal with it. Store manager in Tupelo,Ms Addie was the best help ever. She tried over and over to get my shipment right!

We had a terrible experience. We had to get plastic wrapper paper; when they could have did that for us. As we get the sofa, me and my brother had to put the couch in the trunk ourselves. The retail sales associate just sat there on their phone. Love the furniture, but not the workers.

Waiting 7 months was Ridiculous I canceled one of my orders because I couldn’t wait seven months for a bed. Then the dining room table and chairs were supposed to be here in 8 to 10 weeks 28 weeks later almost to the day they arrived. Your delivery team Mr. Jackson and his partner were outstanding. My Sales rep Mrs Andrews was 5 Star !!! But again the weight was ridiculous and no one has contacted me ??? Plus no one has offered me a discount or anything for my Ridiculous wait. Very displeased with the service I received. I ordered a living room set in May, and I was told at the time of purchase that it would be delivered in approximately 3 weeks. After two months of waiting with no furniture or feedback from the company on the status, I called the customer service line. I was directed to a line overseas with representatives with poor phone reception that I could barely understand. Each time I called, the representatives gave me longer estimated delivery times. One partial delivery was scheduled and never arrived on the date expected. The company did not reach out to explain. Terrible experience. I was forced to cancel my order. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

Worst furniture store ever!! They have you signing a contract with them. To later tell you that your furniture will be delivered four months later. We ordered a bed on the 7st of May. We received a message. Telling us our bed will be delivered in 2 days. We give the old bed to a neighbor. To only have a mattress delivered. No box to put the mattress on or frame. So we cancelled the orders. Because they said it would be a couple more weeks before the loaner come. Now we stuck with paying for a mattress we don't need. They claim they don't take back furniture. We have bought us a bed. Now they calling saying they going to deliver. No thank you.

Our salesman was friendly and helpful. The store is set up very nicely with an excellent variety of designs and styles that pleasantly surprised me. I enjoyed looking around with no pressure and was happy to find many different pieces of furniture that match my taste for color and design. The sizes of furniture and the different profiles that each piece has reflects changing needs for conservative spaces in our current times. One important improvement the store needs is for them to restyle the restroom because they did appear to be a little neglected. That really is my only gripe because I wasn’t looking at anyone else while I was shopping I was just looking at the furniture and the styles that they had available.

It was exactly as she told me so we purchased it...same day. She was extremely courteous and knowledgeable.

Bought a couch, recliner and mattress. Was told the couch and recliner was warranted for five years and that I would get a mattress cover for the mattress. Made me think it was free. Well, me the big dummy didn’t ask to see the pricing. I knew the prices he quoted and he never quoted anything about the warranty price and that I was paying for the mattress cover. Anyway $399.99 was added for the warranty and $149.99 for the cover. Lesson learned! Ask to see all paper work before signing!

I have purchased several pieces of furniture from Ashley. We’ll never again. First, I received a king bed frame that was missing an entire hardware packet. I called on March 2nd after the delivery workers had attempted to put up furniture and couldn’t because of the packaging issues. I was told on the phone on March 2nd that hardware would be shipped by mid April. It is now April 18th no hardware has been shipped and they can’t even tell me when it will be. I bought a 2000$ mattress with another company that I can’t even use for almost 2 months now because of the delay. I understand shipping is behind but what I don’t understand is the poor customer service. A few of the agents (not all) that I spoke with did not seem to care or have any urgency in the matter. Also, no compensation would be awarded at all besides a 50 dollar in store credit. Why would I want that when I probably will never purchase an ashley product again. I need to be sent a new bed or compensated for waiting almost 2 months with no idea when I’m even getting the hardware. Extremely disappointed and have lost a customer.
A 3 month nightmare of furniture and delivery problems, and I’ve never experienced this level of lack of response and communication. Emails, texts, and phone calls never returned or even responded to. My sales person, the assistant store manager, and now the store manager at the Tupelo, MS store have all ignored two remaining problems and won’t even call me. Not sure what else to do, or who to contact for help.

Update: So, after waiting since April for my bedroom set to be delivered (July) and “white glove delivery” I am disappointed. My bed fell twice almost immediately after they put it up. I was simply moving it out from wall to plug in my nightstands. Therefore white glove delivery isn’t worth the price and I feel cheated waiting all this time. On top of that the set quality is subpar for spending what I did. I expect more for Ashley bc they are supposed to be a leading furniture manufacturer.

The wife and I went in to the Home center to “look” at a new recliner. We found a couple that really caught our attention so the sales lady gave us the rundown on the ongoing sale and the details of the recliner. We had so much fun discussing our reason for looking at new furniture and talking about the kids, that before you knew it, I was asking about other pieces of furniture to match…. Not once was I solicited about the other furniture, but was given answers to all my questions and concerns, such as warranty and such. She had a great personality and made this probably one of the best, if not the best furniture shopping experiences in my life. Needless to say, we wound up with the recliner, a couch, and a loveseat to match. Can’t wait to see how it looks in my living room.

Upon arrival of our couch/love seat, Feb24th, the couch was damaged out of packaging. But they were able to still deliver/set up our love seat. Tonight, Feb26th, (you have 72 hours to report any damage found after delivery) we sat down and noticed it was leaning. Upon inspection we found out why. We called customer service (THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE) and spoke with a guy (didn’t get his name) who was very rude and no help until I requested to speak to his manager. 15 mins later he came back on line and told me the solution and that he just “didn’t know how to do it” the first time so he just told me there’s nothing he could do. I decided to check my cameras from the delivery day and found exactly why my love seat is broken.. I guess delivery driver didn’t think we would realize it.. ** video in comments”
Knowledgeable, friendly, and great quality furniture. After delivery of our purchase, we questioned the color of the product. The manager let us bring home a chair back to compare the store product to the delivered product. The manager was even willing to trade the floor product to meet our satisfaction. As it turned out, the color of the floor model and delivered product were exactly the same. The manager went over and beyond to insure our satisfaction.

I usually don’t bad mouth businesses on here, but I am today. I don’t want someone else to go through what I have for the last year. I went to Ashley Home Store in Tupelo. Salesman met us at the door, I bought furniture- financed for 24 months same as cash. Took my son back 2 weeks later to help him look for furniture. At this visit, I saw something I like better. Salesman changed the order (or so he said) and told me it would be a couple of months. A couple months go by (3 to be exact) and while I was at LeBonheur for my daughter’s back surgery, they delivered the wrong furniture. When I got home, I let them know. Salesman lied and said I never changed the order. Anyway…I cancelled everything and told them to come get the wrong furniture they sent. They did. Even longer story short, they are still billing me. They say now that it is the finance companies fault. Finance company said they didn’t credit the full amount. Meanwhile, it’s going as a negative mark on my credit. Thanks Ashley Home Store. This has been the WORST experience with retail. My advice…. Stay away.

Do not buy from this place their word means nothing. Dates they give you mean nothing. I was just told that I could place an order in their store and then 24 hours later I could call a different number to verify the dates I was given. 4.5 months they have had almost $6000 of my money. A legit ship date I was given today was 2025. Everything I bought in August of 21 had ships dates of October 2021.

Never have I been let down by any Ashley store before. Too much to write!! After this post I was contacted by Ashley Furniture complaint department. I forgot the young lady that I spoke with name. However, she listened to my complaint which I assumed was small compared to other complaint. But this was not the case with her. She figured out what we needed to do to rectify my current situation. My boyfriend and I visited the Tupelo location tonight, per request of a salesman last week. We came last week to purchase 2 pillows, but we were advised to come back to take advantage of a sleep specialist for a free pillow along with our purchase. We came back tonight (Monday) to do that. The sleep specialist was arrogant and seemed irked to help us. We had waited at the desk for a sleep specialist to help us, and we couldn’t help that he stepped up to assist - despite already helping a client, apparently. As we were testing the temperpedic bed, he had said “excuse me, if I have to pick between giving away a free pillow or helping a client that is going to make me money, I have to choose the latter.” Before walking away. This gentleman’s name is Jacob. Little did he know that we were there to buy 2 pillows! He would’ve been given the commission, if that’s what he was so worried about. But we will be shopping at Mattress Firm instead. Jacob the Sleep Specialist should work on his salesmanship before approaching any customers. Even if we didn’t intend to buy pillows, that is not how you treat a customer.
I stopped in the store in Tupelo Mississippi to purchase a dining table and chairs. I found what I was looking for and my salesman was I.E. Sunday. He was a breath of fresh air. He was so kind and helpful and made sure our experience was great. He took care of us promptly and was just an awesome person.

We started building a new house in March. I went to Ashley Furniture in Tupelo on May 1st. I ordered a lot of furniture!!! Was told it would be in about 6 weeks. They said it would be in long before my house was ready to move in but they would hold it for me. They said they would deliver when I was ready to move in. Well, I am ready to move in, but no one can tell me when my furniture will be in or when it will be delivered. Every single week they tell me a different story. I am so disappointed! If I had known this, I would not have ordered. This is so unprofessional! This furniture has been ordered for nearly 5 months! This is unacceptable!!!

I had Excellent customer service. I told my Salesman I.E. Sunday what i wanted and he allowed me to browse and when i was stomped on what i had invisioned he stepped in and provided great suggestions and insights. I actually purchased more than i intended. I guess great presentation and customer service will do that😊 overall my experience was Great. They also have 20% off right now which helped me get extra things that i needed.
We were greeted almost immediately by a sales person. She ask what we were interested in and helped us find it. The whole process was relaxed and no pressure.
While our experience there in January purchasing a bed was a fine one, we came there to purchase a couch and rug a couple of weeks ago. The salesman added an ottoman on our order. My fiancé explained we didn’t want that. Well they still attempted to make the first trip to deliver it. We explained we didn’t want it- and he took it back. A couple of days later, they delivered the couch. My fiancé had explained how much room we had to work with in our living room. He assured him that this one would fit. Upon delivery, we quickly saw the couch would NOT fit. FRIDAY, after delivery, I called Ashley. I spoke to someone super helpful, and he assured me that the manager would call me. It has now been 4 days, and no call. As well as no shipping update for when our rug will be here. Not to mention, we didn’t get the legs drilled on one of the couches because none of us could figure out a way to get it to fit. All in all, super unhappy about this experience.

We went to Ashley to purchase a bedroom suit for our teenage son. We were greeted by the store manager and was given all sales options and told us the salesman, Alfred, would be with us shortly. Alfred was very knowledgeable of the product and sales. He didn’t push on the most expensive of items and was very understanding of our wants. We will most definitely be going to buy from them again.

I'd would love to hear the ridiculous reason of why it can take up to 2 billing cycles for a refund of furniture to be credited back to me. We purchased furniture and 2 times in a row the wrong pieces were delivered cause the DC guys sent the wrong pieces. We setup a time for pickup (it got picked up quickly) and started the process of our refund of nearly $2000 and so far have only gotten the warranty fee back a month later and are being told the remainder of our refund could take at least 2 billing cycles to refund because Ashley computers systems have to refresh. That's gotta be the funniest and worst excuse I've heard. Either write the check for my refund and send it to me already or transact a valid/sufficient funds EFT credit to my bank account so I can get on with my life. I've lost patience with this process.

Would not shop anywhere else Edit of this review delivery is a nightmare, table came in broken so the took it back this is after waiting over a month. I had to contact them about it and when I did the service rep scheduled another delivery time for a few days after that call. I took off of work to be here. When in reality I guess she pulled this date out of thin air. I have to wait another week just to schedule another delivery date. What a horrible system they have. Find somewhere else to purchase furniture.
A few years back I bought a lot of furniture from this Ashley. In the past I had good experiences with furniture insurance. I think it was Montage they sold me in the past and it was quick and easy. This time they sold me GBS warranty. I filed a claim August 2020, and it’s almost August 2021. Yes that’s a almost a year later. I have had issues getting this company on the phone, them sending technicians from 5 hours away that can only come every 2-3 weeks. Then also those company’s giving me a time (2 hour period) a technician should come and then they gave me a different time than the technician. I sat at home several hours waiting plus and extra 30 mins that day and no one ever called or came. Then I leave and later in the day the technician calls and I am 20 min out and he refuses to wait on me to return. Months later after I call multiple times and send emails I get another technician out and he orders the pArts. States they will call schedule an appointment after the supplies/parts arrive and I never received a call either. I sent GBS emails and I called. Nothing has been handled, then today when I call they said a technician was coming but one of my furniture pieces had damage that wasn’t covered with insurance. Not true, the technician guy told me when he was here they didn’t have the spray paint to fix it because it was from another country. I was told if they didn’t have the supplies to fix the furniture they would give me a new piece of furniture. Also he never mentioned it wasn’t covered under our warranty. It’s a stain and they previously tried to correct it with cheap DG spray pain and it didn’t match and it chipped off to show the stain. Every time I call this company I am on the phone 30-45 min. I can’t explain to you the time and anxiety I have put into a service I paid good money for. I have also contacted Ashley twice to explain to them these issues and they just keep trying to explain the process. Oh I get the process. I have taken the photos made the calls read the papers. 10 months I have dealt with this. Ashley sold me horrible furniture insurance and when I called today they gave me the same drama as the furniture company I have complied with for 10 months now. Basically today I also got the run around to send these emails and do this instead of talking to a supervisor explaining the issue. Emails and talking to non supervisors and managers have gotten me no where. Be aware of Ashley selling you this furniture insurance, they are aware it’s terrible and refuse to pay attention to the issues.
Place is nice, people friendly, they price matched for a great deal...I just want my couch! When I paid for it I was told 6 weeks. Today is 7 weeks & I havent heard anything so I called...not happy to say I was told another 4 weeks! Makes me wonder what Ill be told then. This is the second time we have ordered from them and they screwed up our order both times. We originally bought a bedroom suite and then changed the order to a different one immediately admitted original order. They just delivered the wrong furniture. Now no one can fix the problem because they are ALL on “lunch”. We dealt with Rick.

The inventory was great sales associate was very nice, but fail to add an additional piece that we wanted to purchase, thereby causing me to make another trip from New Albany to Tupelo to correct the sale. Also the other negative of my experience was we were not informed of the delivery date until after our purchase. This discrepancy could have made a difference in the purchase. Customers need to know delivery dates before purchase is made. It was very upsetting to learn we would not receive our purchase for another month. I understand the manufactures delay but this was not conveyed to us before completion of sale. Very upset!
Great service, Dawson was helpful without being overwhelming in his presence. He helped us with every request we had. Believe me when I say he worked very hard to meet our requests. There are so many choices it was hard to choose what we wanted. I think we walked that store over 6 times. In the end we were very happy with our purchases and the help Dawson provided.
One of the most unprofessional and unreliable companies I have ever done business with. They were supposed to deliver my daughters toddler bed this month, just several weeks after we purchased it (or so that is what we were told by our sales person Alfred). Today we found out it was going to be 14-16 more weeks before the delivery date. I can understand a few days late on delivery, but 14-16 weeks is simply unacceptable. It is clear the salesman only wanted to make his commission off of the sale. The company is not holding itself accountable to make deadlines for customer satisfaction. I suggest you take business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor, they are trash!! We are not the only people this has happened to.

I went into the store in Tupelo on 5/8 for the first time and I've never felt so welcomed anywhere else in my life the staff was so accommodating and willing and wanting to help that when I left after purchasing a chair that I decided that even though I live 50 miles away that this would be the store that I would do all of my business at and if at all possible with the same sales rep who completed my order for me she was just too nice and friendly and she made me feel like she was there for me I love this store, its staff and its selection and I will definitely be being a repeat customer for as long as the store exists ❤

I was pleasantly surprised at the displays and even more surprise at the welcome I received from the sales representatives there. Vita was very helpful and got us what we was looking for! We came in looking for a mattress and she helped us find the perfect one! Very nice and understanding of our budget. Stanley wasn’t any help at all when it come to loading the mattress, Vita helped my husband wrap it which was very kind of her but Stanley was supposed to help him load it and didn’t. So my husband had to load the mattress himself, I couldn’t help due to me being pregnant. But overall I’m satisfied with how well Vita took care of us!
Went in looking for a new bed frame to replace the standard metal frame and head board my wife and I had. Alfred greeted us and let us know if we had any questions to let him know and he’d be happy to help. After wondering the store we found what we were looking for. We discussed our current mattress with Alfred and he showed us a couple of different things that are available for people that get hot when they sleep like I do. They have technology that keeps you 3 degrees cooler than room temperature and another that keeps you 8 degrees cooler. Alfred really knows his stuff. I had no idea the technological advances that have been made in... beds of all things. Great experience. Thank you Alfred for all your help and sharing your knowledge and time with us.

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Ashley Furniture. I visited the Tupelo store back in January and ordered an entire bedroom set. I know that with COVID-19, manufacturing and shipping times have been lengthened. I have been given several estimated delivery dates starting in March and continually having them pushed back. Now my estimated delivery date is in May. Each representative I have spoken with about an update on my furniture has not been helpful. I am continuing to be patient, but taking thousand of dollars from someone and then not giving helpful updates is upsetting. I am beginning to feel like I’ll never get my furniture.
Was able to find exactly what I wanted and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
November of 2019 we purchased dining table and 5 year extended warranty. February 2021 top of table started to peel. I contacted store and was told to contact their warranty company, which I did. They sent a guy to look it, which he agreed the finish was peeling off. Warranty company refused the claim telling me it was a manufacturer defect and to contact store. Contacted store again and was told the manufacturer warranty was 1 year and table would not be covered. Lesson learned! Do not buy furniture from Ashley. If you do, skip the extended warranty as it is useless.
Needless to say I was not greeted when I entered the store due to all customers were being tended to but I waited as Alfred finished his customer and he did not disappoint. He was friendly, professional and funny he helped me with my purchases in a timely manner nd even helped get them loaded up.
Enjoyed our visit to Ashley Homestore in Tupelo. Vida Deaton helped my husband and I by giving the information we needed in a timely manner without smothering us and gave us the space we needed to look around and shop. Found some beautiful, not cheap, but reasonably priced functionable furniture.
I gotta give it to Ashley Furniture they really had my back! Shout out to Rick "BIG RICK" in Tupelo for getting me the very best deal.

My experience today was excellent customer service and all around excellent service from the time we walked through the door until after we left out the door Mr Sunday was our salesperson I feel that he cares about his customer to go above and beyond he needs to pay raise because you don't get good quality service like this from everyone.

BUYER BEWARE!!! It is now April 2021 and my order for furniture I made in October 2020 is still not completed. The date has been moved 8 times and customer service representatives said not to expect a call back from a supervisor when I requested it.
While they were very nice and helpful in the store, it took like 2 hours for them to ring everything up and check me out. I bought several pieces, spending approx 5 grand in the store, they had my delivery set up for a few weeks out. While a couple of my pieces did get delivered, it is now a MONTH later and 2 major pieces have still not been delivered. When I called the store they told me they wont be available for another 2 months!! That is absolutely ridiculous!
Good store...good, respectful, nice staff. It was unsanitary as in spilled cups of coffee on floor items and I even saw a half eaten/half melted ice cream cone just chilling there but they had ideal deals however the staff was the best part with a great atmosphere and I left with a smile on my face and three purchases so I was overall satisfied.

No hard sale or hard sales tactics. I will go there for my next purchase for sure. Highly recommend anyone in need of furniture, go there first.

Absolutely the Best customer service experience I have had in a long time. As I walked in I was greeted by most everyone working there. I was asked very suddenly what I was looking for. I clearly described approximately what I was looking for as Mr. Rick Turner was showing me a few pieces. Just after a few quick glances Mr. Turner knew exactly what would suit me. He walked me over to the best fit rocker recliner that was very accurate to my detailed description and that met my price range. I am very pleased with the service I recieved and how well the associates knew their furniture to know exactly what piece to show you. I finally got treated like a real customer somewhere. I felt very satisfied with my purchase as well as the store I decided to buy from. P.S. Other furniture stores throughout the day before I got to Ashley HomeStore, treated me like a child not a real paying customer. My husband and I came in the tupelo store on 3/15. Kenisha medcalf was a great help, only problem I have is we didn't receive a text (yesterday)telling us when our dinning room table would arrive(today), it was scheduled to be here today 3/25.

I bought a recliner which broke last summer and still haven’t received a replacement. Just called customer service. The comment, “There is a little bit of a delay” and now it will be April 13th! August to April? I’ve called and gone by the store several times and get absolutely no great assistance. I even had a mgr say he would call me . Nothing
I bought a dining table and 6 chairs in October of 2020. I called to inquire about the delivery of the table and chairs in January 2021 and was told it would be February. I called in February, and they told me it would be end of April. I was very upset and mentioned that I may just cancel my order since it had already been 4 months since I placed the order. I got a call the next week that my order would soon be delivered in the beginning of March. Today, I received my dining table and FOUR chairs. When they had called to tell me that my order was going to be delivered, no one mentioned that it was only going to be part of my order. I just called in to ask about the remaining 2 chairs and was told it will be May before they are delivered. I bought this set in October 2020, and it will have taken 7 months for my entire order to be completely delivered. I will never buy from Ashley Furniture again, and if anyone asks me, I wouldn’t recommend. They have beautiful products but their order fulfillment time is ridiculous.

I will never EVER do business with the HomeStore in Tupelo, ever again!!! They have ZERO customer service in store... I ordered furniture and was told 4-6 weeks until delivery... Okay, no problem... 2-1/2 months later, and still no furniture... Tried to cancel the order, and finally cancelled through corporate and never a phone call returned, NOTHING!!! I went and bought the exact same furniture, from a hometown furniture store, and could have picked it up the same day, but will be delivered in 4 days... Do not trust them when they say it'll be here at a certain time, but definitely don't expect a phone call if it's delayed, or for them to call you back...

STOP!!!!!! Lieing to your customers and giving them the running around about when they will delivery your furniture!!!! Am a good paying customer!!!! I order a mattress and adjustable bass. Order on December 21,2020 The store in Farmington Mo. The sale person Robert Baker. So we waited and waited!!! So they never called us and let us know anything when it would be delivered!! I called on jan 9 2021 and told us it would be jan 18 2021 for delivery. No delivery!!! So called again and talked to Rachel she said to talk to the person who sold us tha mattress.so talk to Robert Baker he said February 6 or 8th. So waited no delivery called talk to Rachel said it would be 10th or the 16th of February. Called today February 17th and Rachel said the store in Mississippi was short hand and now it would be march the 18th now!!!! First at the beginning they said it was coming from poplar bluff!!!now its Mississippi!!!! They do not take care of their customers!!!! At all!!!! Just the run around!!!! I will be getting my money back and go somewhere else that has great customer service!! Ashley has poor customer service and not telling the truth to their customers!!!!

Like so many others that have left reviews, I would love to leave zero stars but that’s not an option. I bought a sectional a few weeks ago and it was scheduled to deliver today. I took the day off and gave my old couch away. I received a text around 2:00 saying they would be here in one hour. Two hours later I called to find out where they were. They said that they must’ve gone to the wrong address. They claimed to have called me twice but that’s a lie. I guess they were going to just let me wait forever before calling me to let me know that they are too incompetent to keep their commitment. Once you leave the store, they could care less about you. I have cancelled my purchase and will start over with another store that does what it says it will. Please buy your furniture elsewhere. There are too many good furniture stores out there to be lied to and treated like they are doing you a favor.

I have a friend that ordered 18k worth of furniture and EVERY PIECE she ordered was broken or something was wrong with it I also ordered my living room furniture and it took 3+ months to come in also ordered a coffee table and two end tables the coffee table came scratched up my end tables are the same the end table is missing the shelf this is all after I waited another 3+ months on them I called and reported the damage and it has not been addressed yet. We are building a house and planned to buy the rest of our furniture from them but that’s probably not going to happen considering the “#1 furniture producers in America” can’t produce what they advertise the only nice person there was the lady who sold us the furniture and the girl I spoke with when I called to report my damages its ridiculous to pay the amount of money for the furniture that is JUNK
We had a smooth and easy experience when selecting our bedroom furniture. Stanley (our representative) was informative and not over bearing. The store itself had great displays and several options. There is something for everybody! I love how you can see the whole set laid out as if it was in your own home. That made finding a bedroom set easier. The only thing we can say bad is the temperature in the store. I think it’s because of all the lighting and we had jackets because it was cold and rainy out. All in all a great experience and even better since we took advantage of their New Years sale!
Whenever I get an opportunity to share my story, I do. This location has been so amazing. I bought a whole house of furniture from Ashley around 10 years ago. This company has proven it quality is superb. My furniture is still good condition. I never had to use my product protection insurance. The staff is always inviting and very knowledgeable about their products. I highly suggest you purchase from the Ashley HomeStore very soon...great deals awaits

We had a great shopping experience today on new years day at Ashley HomeStore in Tupelo. Sunday was a very helpful salesman, but not pushy. He was helpful and honest and answered all of our silly questions, but gave us space to look and talk about what we thought we wanted.

Our trip to Ashley Furniture was a very memorable one to say the least. Their furnishings were top of the line with each setting having beautiful decor to accent each piece whether it be living room, dining room or bedroom. Appeal is definitely one thing in their favor. It made you want to totally refurnish your entire house. As for our salesman, Sunday, was very polite and friendly with an eagerness to help us, yet, wasn’t pushy like some places. He allowed us to take our time and look around but was always close if there was a question we needed answered. If you are in the market for new furniture, Ashley Home Furniture Store is the place to go. Great customer service, beautiful furnishings, and financing available if needed. What else could anyone ask for?
BUYER BEWARE! We purchased over 5k worth of living room furniture plus (I have already canceled and purchase another 3.5k master bedroom suit and mattress) that I found in stock some where else. We were told they were "backed up" but should deliver in 6-12 weeks. We understood because of COVID. We ordered in early October. Every time I call the date moves. I was just told part of the order wouldn't be ready till February and another the end of March! Being patient is one thing but that is terrible business. I have ordered 3 other bedrooms and accessories through other sites and had the delivery in no time. Don't waste your time and money with Ashley Furniture.
Ashley Home Store in Tupelo, MS is a great place to buy furniture. Their store is set up beautifully & the employees are very nice. I went in looking for a daybed which they only had one of & it didn't work for me, but the sales lady showed me something else which is going to work even better than the daybed! I'm excited to get it & for my grandchildren to sleep on it. LOVE Ashley Home Store.

OH THE RANT I HAVE TODAY !!!!! ASHLEY FURNITURE IN TUPELO MISSISSIPPI IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE !!!!! The entire store needs to be shutdown. I ORDERED MY FURNITURE NEARLY A YEAR AGO NOW. SPENT $14,000 1. I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED IT ALL 2. 6 of the pieces that were delivered are BROKEN or DAMAGED 3. They attempted to replace a piece today and guess what. ITS BROKEN worse than the one they just picked up. 4. You attempt to contact the store to speak with a manager like I have 30 times. YOU GET PUT ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR AND YOU STILL NEVER GET TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE. 5. I’m having to pay a monthly payment on the damaged and broken furniture since “they have delivered it “ 6. In the future I’ll buy furniture off the side of the street before I step foot in that unprofessional low down store !!!!

Me and my husband went in on Black Friday to see about a new bed and mattress and possibly couch set. Our sales person (his name slips my mind at the moment) met us at the door and told us what the sales were. We had a budget so we needed to be careful. We walked around for a few hours trying to decide. He would find us, check in with us, and answer our questions. He didn't hover or bug us. He never tried to talk us into something we didn't want. We finally found what we wanted and sealed the deal. We were told it could be up to 2 months before our furniture came in. Four weeks later I got a call to schedule delivery. We set up a day and time. They checked back several times to make sure that was still a good day. The delivery guys showed up when they said they would. They were so incredibly nice and helpful. They had our furniture set up (including putting a king size bed together) in about an hour. We were so pleased with the service BUT the furniture is awesome as well! We. Love. Our. New. Bed! We will be back. We have an entire house to furnish over the next few years.
I guess the lady I spoke to on the phone December 11th from Ashley also lied to me and our stuff isn’t scheduled to be delivered the 24th either! You all are terrible people, horrible customer service. Now this lady on the phone today says she scheduled it for the 31st. Really!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I come in the Tupelo location 1st of next year it WILL BE for a FULL refund. I know you all don’t care that my daughters are sleeping on a mattress on the floor but I DO! Good thing we didn’t purchase mattresses from your store too or they would be on the floor. Absolutely horrible experience and I will take our money elsewhere. I’ve also gone through a bunch trying to be home from my health care job in Tupelo for the supposedly delivery this Thursday and now I have to try to get a different day off being the 31st and don’t even know if it will be delivered then either. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience for sure. I paid for everything in full. I’m not dealing with you Barbara Garrison or this store EVER again and the dishonesty that goes with it.

If your stuff breaks due to manufacture defect they will not cover you and you will have to wait weeks for a resolution, which you will not like but can’t do anything about because “they have a process.” Their process is to take your money and not help you once they have it. Buy their expensive furniture at your own risk.
We had a wonderful experience at this Ashley store. The staff was very hospitable and the furniture selection was diverse. Miss Barbara was extremely helpful throughout our purchasing process and we left feeling excited and secure about our investments.
After 23 years in our California King my husband and I decided to down size to a Queen. The children are now grown and there was just to much space now. We bought a new mattress and box spring to fit an old Queen frame we had and have been miserable every night since! The staff at Ashley Home Furniture are amazing!! They helped to fit us to the perfect bed and mattress, and make sure that the height of the bed was appropriate so my husband did not have to continue to fall into the bed to rest. Bonus, it matches our antique dresser and chest of drawers. Some furniture stores have pushy sales people which for me is a turn off. Ashley gave us time to view our options and then they were ready to assist in helping us make that final decision. Thank you, we can’t wait to get started! I wish I could give 0 stars. Salesman asked me to walk through the store and pick out what I wanted. He then put it in “the system” to make sure it was available. I was supposed to have my furniture 10-24-20. It’s now 12-4-20 and they have assured me that I will have it in 2021. No month. Just a year. I’ve been in my house for 2 months sleeping on a mattress in the floor. My youngest son has a mattress and pieces of his bunk bed. My oldest son is sleeping on a bed I didn’t order with box springs I had to come up with due to the wrong bed. RUN from this company! Do your research! THOUSANDS of stories just like mine. They’re still selling furniture they know they can’t get!!

I was greeted almost immediately upon entering the store. The associate was very helpful and answered all my questions. She explained all of my financing options. The whole buying process was easy.
We were greeted as so as we enter the store... And was asked did we need help with anything... We told the sales person what we were there for... She called the guy over and he remember us from July... and we told him that we didn't like the Ottoman that we received and wanted to look for another one... After checking the item number which matched the one we ordered... But we were happy with the color... We found another one that would match much better... And brought an rug and saw other items we wanted... I have shop at this Ashley before and the one in Clearwater Fl... I will only shop Ashley... If you want good quality and durable furniture which also looks good shop Ashley home furniture you can't go wrong or will never be disappointed...

It&'s been two months and I can&'t even find out if we are close to getting our furniture. I even called there corporate office and the same thing just left on hold.

Can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone no matter what time of the day and no matter what department. Never an answer. I ordered furniture beginning of summer, and it kept being pushed out. Today, Oct 16, it was finally delivered outside the 3 hour timeframe they gave me, and it was damaged. Also, the pallet style bed and chest of drawers I ordered was a completely DIFFERENT type of furniture than what I picked out in the store. I literally analyzed, took pics, and felt of the furniture I wanted in the actual store, as it was a grey type of pallet wood. Today I received a “painted on pallet design” type of furniture that looked as though someone took a black magic marker and drew lines to create a “pallet look”. I am fuming. Needless to say, I refused it. To top things off, the delivery folks completely demolished my driveway along with possible damage to our $15,000 well system as they “brilliantly” decided to turn their delivery truck around in a “random muddy spot” off our drive way. I ran out of the house as I saw their tires spinning and their truck sinking in my yard. There was no apology for this. We have things delivered here ALL THE TIME and never has anyone dreamed of turning around where they did, as we have an OBVIOUS turn around spot like most normal people. The number I received via text to call if had issues was the Tupelo Homestore number. Of course no one answered ALL DAY. Again, this is an ongoing issue since before covid as I’ve tried lots of times in past to get an answer about items via phone in order to avoid driving 45 mins to the actual store. So, can’t blame covid on that! After hitting random choices outside the department options I actually needed, I ended up getting someone and describing my nightmare. I had to file a property damage report. I will add I reached two other folks before the one that was actually helpful that hung up on me!!! In order to get some kind of action, and trust me, I will....I had to join a Facebook group entitled “Ashley Furniture Homestore Customer Complaints,” I was able to reach Brian Ashley. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well if something isn’t done by Monday. I overlooked the delays in delivery even though I was lied to repeatedly...it’s been months now, but I WILL NOT overlook the horrible customer service.
After waiting TWO MONTHS they put my furniture on the wrong truck. When i tried to call to reschedule i was put on hold for HOURSSSSS (still on hold as we speak). I’ve been hung up on. the people who answer the phone are rude. they constantly put you on hold even in the middle of a conversation just for someone else to pick up the call so you never actually get anywhere. i would NEVER recommend this company to anybody.
I ordered a sectional 6 weeks a ago. It was scheduled for delivery on the 3rd. After numerous phone calls, lengthy time on hold, I was disconnected twice. The two individuals on the phone were rude. I can understand the virus and all, but the missing a delivery with no call, email or text, then having to deal with bad attitudes, I don't think this is the type business I want to support. So after providing the information requested, still nothing was done. Two extension dates has passed with NO delivery. After contacting them today after over 20 minutes on hold, only to listen to what sounded like gum smacking coming from the one on the phone, I finally have had enough with extremely unprofessionalism. I had to cancel my entire order so I can go find a good furniture dealer. Not to mention 2 days off from work waiting for deliveries which never came.
Our recent trip to Ashley furniture was a great experience. Our salesperson Kenessia was so attentive. She gave us plenty of space, but was also there to answer any questions. We will definitely shop there again.

Went a few weeks ago to get approved for some financing on a mattress and got approves for 48 months 0% interest that was supposed to be good for 90 days. Went back 2 weeks later and the offer had expired. Just trying to get us to spend more money. Super bad experience.

He is not pushy or annoying at all. Rodney helped us purchase a sectional couch and accent chair with ease. He was kind and patient and always communicated, even through text message! Rodney handled all the hiccups that came with shipping it out of state. We were quoted a mid-December delivery date and with his magic worked it out directly with the distribution center to get it to us nearly 2 months before our quoted delivery date. Great service. Friendly service. Found exactly what I was looking for Update 10/5/20. Rented a trailer, drove to Memphis thru construction, arrived Signs say Monday thru Saturday only to find note on door only to see it says NO Sunday or Monday pickup $70 trailer rental, gas got 254 mile round trip, get home to put old bed back together so I wouldn’t sleep on floor. Guess a $4000 sale doesn’t matter anymore. Great way to waste 6 hours of a rare day off. I’ll cancel the order and get something delivered for lot less than 200 bucks Ashley wants to deliver
Great furniture selection, no pressure sales, good financing options, and superior quality merchandise. Our first Ashley Furniture set has lasted 12+ years with 3 home moves, 2 growing children, and numerous pets with no issue. We’ve had some other furniture, not from Ashley, and it’s barely lasted 2 years.The wife decided it was time to redecorate and there was no question at where we would be buying the new furniture from. Ashley HomeStore staff and selection made it easy for her to pick our her new furniture set.

We have been without living room furniture since July. Went in knowing what we wanted so the transaction was quick and easy. Little disappointed in the lenght of time to actually get the pieces delivered.
Don’t bother to even consider any extended warranty, it won’t cover anything. In fact, don’t purchase anything and expect them to stand behind their craftsmanship - they just handed me some tough love to repair a broken telling couch - I have to prepay for them to come out and fix it. Never again. Never.
Our sales person Barbra garrison was very helpful, we need measurements and she gladly found what we needed. Then she checked to see if there were any discounts that we could receive. We purchased the living room suite that we were looking at.

My husband and I went to Ashley home store yesterday to purchase furniture for our new home. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. I have made several home furnishing purchases at Ashley Homestore in Tupelo since 2015 and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff has always been patient when I’m looking and helpful when I’m ready to buy. Today Barbara Garrison helped us to furnish my 16 year old daughter’s bedroom. It’s all beautiful and we can’t wait for it to arrive. They deliver and do complete setup. Gorgeous furniture, awesome staff, and great service from Ashley!
I have visited Ashley’s Home Store several times in the past I have purchased several items in the past. As usual their staff was very courteous and knowledgeable in their jobs. I purchased a new leather couch and recliner. The whole experience could not have been any better. The sales lady explained every detail from discounts to delivery to their remarkable protection plan. I give them the highest recommendations possible. You need to give them a chance to treat you as they did my wife and me Then you will bee writing a review for them as I am now.

we bought our first home in February and of course we went straight to get a new bedroom suit and matress set. We got the set in March and absolutely loved it. Still do. It is exactly what I wanted. But the quality of the bed frame is poor. We've hit the floor more than twice in the middle of the night while sleeping. I'm ashamed to say I am paying $5000 for something we've had barely 6 months and my husband has had to put new slats under it already as well as the supports for the slats in the center and now the siderail supports for the slats have broken

I ordered my furniture May 30 2020 and was given a delivery date of July 18 2020!! Please don’t ever do business with Ashley Furniture they are not honest and have you paying for things you will never get. I have made several payments and yet to have receive my items. The delivery company calls and informs me that the delivery date of July 18 is only for one dresser and the other items will be shipped separate days as well. So it won’t be until September until I have my complete bedroom set. When you call the delivery company you get different people each time telling you different stuff. They are not consistent and I would never do business again with them. I have gotten rid of my old set prematurely thinking I could trust getting a professional service from Ashley but I should have waited and I wished I read the reviews first because I would have never went there. Next time I’ll go to Great American. Please don’t waste your time ordering from them. They should be shutdown due to poor professional service and just bad business period!!!!

The store had a huge selection! We like to touch and feel items before purchasing and were encouraged to do so! Barbara assisted us and was so knowledgeable, but not pushy. my order has now not shown up twice. I have missed work twice that I dont get paid for. I have very patiently sat on hold for 20 minutes a call probably 5 calls today to be disconnected every time. I have been shopping Ashley's for years and never have had such terrible service.i will be cancelling my order as soon as they answer. Corona may be an excuse for my order being delayed but certainly not for the terrible customer service .

The store is great, the employees were friendly, their customer service is the WORST I have ever seen! Kenisha at the Tupelo store said there was a 3-4 week lead time on my couch and loveseat. She would call me once she knew for sure. 3 weeks later and still no call, I try to call the store. The number for the Tupelo, MS store is not local, it goes to their call center. I spent over 3 hours on hold and got cut off twice. My 3-4 week lead time is now 10 WEEKS. I'll update this review if/when my furniture arrives. Oh, and when I asked about their cancellation policy, there is a 10% cancellation fee to cancel before your order arrives. You are not allowed to return it once it does. I never would have ordered this furniture if I knew they would turn 3-4 weeks into 10 weeks, then penalize me for wanting to go a different route.

Having a hard time understanding their phone system. seems no one in Tupelo location has been able to answer the phone since Monday of last week. Been trying to find out about our furniture delivery date or availability of times. No one will answer any phone lines or extensions. I'll wait one or 2 more days then I'll be filing for a refund and cancel everything. communication sucks on their end
I went into Ashley not quite sure if I was ready to buy or not. Sunday, My salesman, helped me find the exact bedroom suite I wanted. He helped me through the entire process and also got me a new mattress to go with my set. I will definitely be back to visit Ashley thanks to the help of Sunday!!

This store will not stand behind there furniture. I’ve been trying for a year to get a cut fixed on my sofa. Came on and said they would have to send me another . Calls and calls never got a return . Gave over 2,000.00 for it and a year later , a knife poked a hole . Now after sending pic. Of the hole and being very nice to them.The warrant don’t cove peeling and there not going to fix it !!! There are no peeling on it anywhere . This company needs to be closed . I may not get anything done . But I’m going to my lawyer and put this out there to let people know not to trust them . Today my wife,daughter and myself went into the Tupelo Ms home store to buy all new furniture for our new 4 bedroom house. We needed furniture for the entire house. The young lady who helped us was Kenisha Medcalf-Burdine. Kenisha patiently helped us find everything we needed then went above and beyond to help us get everything financed. All this took quite a while but Kenisha was very patient and professional. During this whole time she was very nice and polite. This made our experience at Ashley home store very pleasant. Because of Kenisha I would highly recommend this home store to everyone.
Worst experience I have ever had. I purchased from this company in february (online purchase). My first delivery date was supposed to be the 7th of March... supposedly my bed was not in stock but my table was. I asked if I could cancel the bed since they didnt know when it would be available, I talked to about 10 different people and they eventually told me it would be delivered that day. It was not. I called the next day and was told they canceled my entire order because I had "called too many times" wow. I asked to speak to a manager and the woman laughed at me. In a condescending tone asked, "what do you need to speak to a higher up for if I'm assisting you?" I told her because she was being rude and I wanted to speak to management, she laughed again and passed me to another rep 15 minutes later who said there was no supervisors or managers available. I talked to another 4 more reps that day who told me I could no longer get my table on the deliver date promised. That I would have to wait 2 more weeks. I was told to avoid these situations, I should go into a homestore and purchase. So that's exactly what I did... I purchased a couch and a bed on march 14th. which included the slats and storage. I was told the one I initially wanted wouldn't be available to may so they suckered me into paying more for one that would arrive sooner, mind you I've been sleeping on the floor since I was waiting for my bed that I ordered in february... anyways, fast forward guess what! Parts of my bed arent available, they push it back to April 11th. Parts of the bed show up and the couch. But nothing that makes the bed able to function since the slats and rails are missing. Spoke to more rude reps who laugh whenever I ask to speak to a supervisor or manager. So on the 21st I get a call saying it will be delivered the 23rd and that its finally in. On the 22nd I get a call saying they never recieved it and wont be getting it till late May. Wtf. Horribly customer service. The woman who told me it wont be available told me to take up my issues with the store. I called the store and I've been on hold for 29 minutes now while I write this review... imagine. These people are money hungry and do NOT care about the customers at all. This is the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. So if you are looking for reviews to decide if you should purchase here. Avoid the headaches and buy literally anywhere else. I would have rather bought used from facebook market than to have felt with these unprofessional, uncaring, rude, condescending people. It has now been 49 minutes I've been on hold. Erika literally put me on hold until the store closed so she wouldn't have to deal with me. Thanks again Ashley's homestore for you ridiculous customer service.

We recently purchased a sectional from the Tupelo Homestore. We could not have asked for a better experience. Kenisha Medcalf was our sales and associate and she was amazing. We looked at it one weekend and needed to do some measuring before making a decision. She and I emailed back and forth all week. She answered all my questions and we worked out a time the next weekend to visit to make the purchase. She even stayed late as we were late getting there from a ballgame. We haven’t received it yet but I feel certain things will be as smooth as it has been so far. I am confident if it’s not they will make it right! If you need furniture, This is the place, ask for a Kenisha!

Vida is an amazing sales associate.She was patient, kind and checked in with me periodically to see if I had any questions... She gathered my info on what it was I was looking for, told me about the deals they had going on, and most importantly she allowed me to take my time, even when I changed my mind about the color twice, and look and not follow me around the store trying to push anything on me to buy(that alone was an A+ for me.. don’t follow me around bc I will walk out even if I see something I like)..
Friendly staff that dont hover. They give you plenty of info about whatever you ask but they allow you to look around without being followed and constantly barraged with high pressure sales tactics.

We left tonight with an order on a beautiful sectional as well as a chair. We are thinking about adding some additional pieces to our home later and I will most certainly be returning to meet with Vida.

I ordered a bedroom suite a month ago. I was told it would take around 3-4 weeks before it would be ready for delivery. I called about a week ago to ask about when it would be delivered. I was told the end of FEBRUARY! I was already irritated by that bc hello. 2 months wait? That’s nuts. I received word today (January 23rd), already a month past when we purchased the furniture, that it would not be delivered until March 13th at the very earliest. That. Is. Insane. If I had known that from the beginning, I would have taken my business elsewhere. It is absolutely ridiculous to have to wait 2 1/2 months to receive our order. I had a bad experience with a sectional we purchased from there years ago. But I honestly thought it was a fluke and decided to give them another chance. Never again.

Been trying to resolve something for 8 months. Had been in contact with the Store Manager David M. and now can’t even get through to talk to him. Don’t recommend and will be exhausting other avenues if I don’t get a call back from him soon. Poor quality furniture and the warranty they sell is crap.
We had a wonderful visit to the Ashley Homestore in Tupelo. We were greeted and informed of the deals they were running. Throughout our visit, he checked in with us and informed us on questions and corners we had. They used a delivery that worked with our schedule and completed our checkout quickly.
Rodney took great care of us. He gave us room to shop around and was always close by if we had any questions. He helped us pick out 2 beds and get a great deal on both and he spoiled us in the mattress room when he let us lay down on each different one.

Please don’t go we ordered furniture missing an end table they admitted it wasn’t delivered but the driver closed the ticket this happened on December the 4th they said can’t give me my end table because ticket was closed and no one can get it back open. Go to their face book wish I had before shopping with them a lot of people had the experience they are nice until you paid for your furniture . Told them they can pick up the furniture got told once it’s in your house it’s yours nothing they can do
I bought a sectional for my living room. Upon delivery, the sectional was too big and closed off the entrance to my living room. I told the delivery men that it would not work and to remove a piece and take it back to the store. The men told me that they could not, it would be better for me to call once they were gone or else they would have to take everything and I would be left without a couch. So I called and the lady I spoke with told me that my acct was still locked, showing delivery statuses and that I would need to call tomorrow. I called the following day and the lady I spoke with told me that I could not return anything and was very rude with a condescending tone.. So I called the Tupelo location to speak to guest services and Jashia told me that I could not return it BUT I could exchange the item for something else of equal or lesser value. So I do appreciate Jashia for her help but the other lady that I spoke with can kick rocks! I wish I would have gotten her name.

Today, I went to Ashley in Tupelo, Ms looking for a sofa and love seat. A very nice young lady was so very helpful in showing me several in the color range I needed. She explained the new technology (trampoline) on the sofa and love seat I bought. She told me about available financing. She also told me about a 20% discount. The sofa was in stock however the love seat was not. I live in Corinth Ms so she has it scheduled to be delivered 12/31/2019, however she told me she would try to get it delivered earlier if at all possible. I really appreciate how kind and helpful she was. Her name is Kenisha Medcalf-Burdine.
We were from out of town on a camping trip and decided to just go in and just browse and look at their recliner sofas. We have bought furniture in the past at another Ashley's. Not planning to buy yet but there was a great sale going on and we ended up buying one. Had a really good sales person who did not pressure us at all about anything, was very down to earth and personable. We're going back probably in the fall to look at some other items we're wanting.

Do not ever buy anything from this store, because even if there is something wrong with it after you have signed for it there is nothing you can do. I purchased two beds and two mattresses and box springs from this company, the mattresses were delivered and they were folded. We were told to wait a 24 hours and they would restore. It has been a week, they still have big folds in them. I called the store, I was told to contact the Guest Response Team, that they would organize a ticket and I could get different mattresses. I called the Guest Response Team and they told me there was no return policy I am stuck with them, what a load of crock, the mattresses I threw out were of a better quality that these.

Vida and David were very pleasant and helpful while allowing me to browse and quick to fix a mistake. Anthony was the definition of a 'sleep doctor' and helped me make the best decision for my new mattress. The only downside is that you should pay close attention to the check out because their current system setup makes it difficult to apply clearance prices and discounts. Overall still pleased with the service.

The employees of the Tupelo store were very helpful and courteous. They were simply following the orders left by the corporate office. The Black Friday ad was very deceiving. It stated on the inside cover that there was free delivery on Thursday and Friday only. Somewhere in the small print it explained about what qualified for free delivery. I was charged $69.99 for delivery. I then asked if I could pick up and $49.99 was going to be charged for me to pick up. If free delivery is not for everything then do not advertise that it is free. Furthermore, it is ridiculous that I would have to pay to pick up. I have bought several items from Ashley Furniture over the years and never had to pay to pick up. I may have to rethink where I furniture shop in the future.
The sale people were very helpful. I told them what I was I looking for in a diningroom table and he took me right to what I wanted! I have bought livingroom and bedroom furniture from them also. Great people and lots of good thing to shop for!
Ashley seems like a nice store with a large selection, but it's definitely buyer beware! A lot of the furniture is Chinese made garbage, made with particle board, MDF, and OSB, and it falls apart very quickly. That's sadly all too common, and bad enough, but be aware that Ashley WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS! Their policy is that once you've got it home, you own it. The best they might offer is an exchange, NO REFUNDS, and in our case when our lousy Chinese made dining chairs started falling apart less than 3 weeks after we took delivery, there were no other chairs we liked (or that weren't the same cheap junk) to exchange for. We settled for some that didn't go with our home at all, and had to pay the difference as they were more expensive. I still have no faith that these will hold up any better, but lesson learned. Ashley will never have to worry about me darkening their doorway again, and I intend to be sure that everyone I know is aware of their incredibly unfriendly customer policies. Think twice before you lay out any cash at Ashley.
My boyfriend and I went last night in search of an affordable bed and dining room table for our small apartment. Robert greeted us and was very very friendly. He helped us get approved for $1500, and we were able to get our bed, dining room table, AND a brand new mattress and box spring, plus delivery and set up! He was so helpful. Since he was handling other customers as well, he handed us off to Anthony who was also awesome. He went over the prices and explained the delivery to us, because we don’t actually know when we’ll be in our apartment due to remodeling. Overall, I recommend these two sales persons to anyone. Plus, the prices honestly couldn’t be beat. Thanks so much for an amazing experience! We can’t wait to start our lives together and y’all helped us get our feet in the door. 🤗

I went to Ashley home store this am. Looking for a bedroom suit . I had found one on line made by Ashley. It really looked nice on line. But after looking at other sets in the store I realize that the one on line was not as well made as some of the ones I saw in the store. Zackary my sales man helped me to pick out just what I was looking for. He set up delivery date for 2 weeks . Because I was in the process of redoing my floors and walls. He never pressured me to buy just allowed me to look and then find him to ask questions which he was very knowledgeable about!

Very very disappointed in my purchase. Bought 1coffee table and 2 end tables in which one of the drawers had screw holes coming through the front of the drawer. They sent another one and it had a damaged corner. Waiting for another replacement!!!! Not a very happy customer!!!!

They want deliver the products so they can charge absorbent shipping. They would not deliver to store so I could pick up. Wanted me to wait a week and ship to my house
We bought our sectional about 5 months ago and had a pleasant experience. We went back and bought a chair and bar stools just last month (June 2019). It was another good experience UNTIL we got the furniture and the bar stools do not fit. They were delivered at about 5:30 and by 5:45 I was on the phone with Ashley HomeStore and nicely asked them if we could bring them back for a refund. The sales lady was very nice and told me that she would look into it. My husband called back a minute later and the lady that answered the phone said, "Did you just call and talk to your sales lady? What did she tell you?" with an attitude. We FINALLY speak with the manager who says she can not do anything about it and refers us to a 1-800 number. We call them and they tell us that after the furniture is purchased, we can not bring it back!!?? She said that we should have told the delivery men that we did not want it? Nobody told us to do that if we were satisfied, and lets be real, the delivery man is not going to be like, "So do you like it or would you like to send it back!?" Long story short, we did get beautiful furniture, BUT IF YOU ARE NOT SURE IF IT'LL FIT/LOOK RIGHT/WHATEVER ----DO NOT BUY IT FROM THEM!!! THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK NOR WILL THEY EXCHANGE IT!!

We went to Ashley with the intention of purchasing a new mattress. Anthony was so helpful and patient with us and found us the perfect mattress! While we were there and the sale was so good, we bought a new sofa and ottoman too. We could not have asked for a better associate to help us. My husband and I went in the store today to pick out some new living room and bedroom furniture along with a new dining table. Our salesperson was Kenisha and she was great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! There was no “pushing” to get you to buy something you didn’t want. Loved our experience and patiently waiting for our new furniture to arrive! Went in just to browse. I been needing a new couch for a few months now but couldn't find what I was really looking for. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a gentleman by the name Sunday, yes like the day lol. He was so attentive and was genuinely happy to help me look. I asked lots of questions. And had him show me a lot of different things and he never got frustrated or seemed like I was bothering him. He made great suggestions and I ended up walking out with exactly what I was wanting! The only thing I would change is how quick they can deliver my new furniture, it will take about a month to receive, but If it wasnt for that, I would have given the store and definitely Mr. SUNDAY a 5 star review.

My daughter and I visited earlier this week. I was assisted by salesperson Alicia Andrews. She was wonderful. She allowed me time to look around and decide what I wanted. She answered all my questions and was very professional. I returned on Saturday and met with Alicia again and she handled my order quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be back!

Mr. Rick was extremely helpful from the moment we walked into the store until the minute we left. We came in with the intentions to simply price furniture, Mr Dave and Mr Rick were able to get us a tremendous deal that we could not walk away from. The whole staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us furnish our living room and master bedroom. Such a great experience, thank you all again!
We felt very welcomed upon entering the store. The employees worked as a team but were not overbearing nor pushy. We were allowed to move pieces, from other sections, to make sure everything was a perfect fit. It took a very long 4 or so hours for us to decide but we’re not once rushed. Wonderful experience!

I went in their store in Tupelo, MS to look at mattresses. Salesman showed me around, me and my wife had already looked at one online. He said I can order it for, I said ok. He said we can have it shipped to your house. He gave me the total, it had a 50.00 shipping fee. I said just ship it here, he said it would be the same 50.00 shipping fee. I said no way I am going to pay 50.00 to ship it from Memphis on their truck that was coming to that store anyway. We left, I went on their website and pretended to order the same mattress. Guess what it said, free UPS shipping on this item. I will never set foot in that store again or buy any of their merchandise.

I hate that I have to order and wait for delivery. I am an instant gratification guy and spending a large sum and having to sit on a receipt for 3 weeks does not fill my need.

But of course in the meantime your delivery date may have been canceled. Am I done? Certainly not. There's much more. When the delivery is finally made, possibly months after the purchase, you may or may not receive your complete order. There may be one or more items missing and they may or may not mention it. I bought $5,000 worth of furniture for my stepdaughter recently. She ended up with only 5 out of 6 chairs for her dining room table. When will the 6th chair arrive? Never unless I had called. It's promised in 9 days, but I'm not holding my breath. Will it match the other 5? Again, I'm doubtful because this is a very messed up business and I'm embarrassed for them. Can the store give me the 6th chair off its floor display? Of course not. It wouldn't do for them to have a missing chair - it's OK for me but not for them. You will get good prices but I wonder if it's worth the big hassle actually getting the merchandise in your home. Sometimes, it can feel like pulling teeth. I have had similar experiences with Ashley in the past and each time I decide to give them another chance thinking it might be a one-time thing. Once could be an accident but two or three times is a pattern. It's a problem that Ashley certainly needs to address if it wants to stay in business. There are too many other options out there.

They sealed the deal on a sale by verifying their return policy. After using their product and noticing quality issues we tried to return the purchase only to find out that was not actually elegible for a return.
