I was finally able to get my issue resolved through my credit card company. It took that to resolve it. However, I will leave the review for the Tupelo store only. The resolution required me to return to the store to complete it. I was treated like trash by my original salesman.Vida, who was nice and helpful, tried to help, but the supervisor, who was my original salesman told her to "get back on the door" and proceeded to treat me as if I were a vagrant. Glad it got resolved, but I would stay as far away from the Tupelo store as possible. Original review: If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Stay as far away from this trash as you possibly can. They do not stand behind their "If your experience was anything less than perfect, please contact us directly" offer. Delivery on March 2. Immediately knew two of the items were incorrect. Called on March 4 to get it corrected. Was treated like I was a fool. Spoken to rudely and as if I was wasting the person's time. Simple questions from me were met with hostility and condescension as if I should have already known about all the ins and outs of furniture industry terminology. Was told someone would call back. Never happened. Called again on March 6. Was told someone would call back. Never happened. Called the next week and spoke with my sales person, IE Sunday. He said he would call back. Never happened. Called him, and he said he would look into it and call back. Never happened. Called again, and he said sorry you are outside the window for exchanging items. This is the shadiest set of people I have ever dealt with in terms of a large popular company. Called customer service several times during this whole time and got the message that if I leave a number they will hold my place in line and call back. No one. And I mean no one has ever called me back from Ashley. Even now. I finally reached someone from guest care, and they are telling me that I cannot return or exchange anything after delivery. At guest care they leave you on hold for an eternity trying to tire you out. I am stuck with furniture that is of absolutely no use to me and my family and the "Number 1 Furniture Store" could care less. If you value your money, your time, and your sanity, buy from someone you can trust. Buy local. Just stay away from these people. They are very friendly and nice when trying to make a sale, but when a problem arises, they treat you like you are a fool. If you buy from them, you are.
