Great selection. Great help. But there’s more paperwork than signing a mortgage!

I have to wait a month to get my recliners!! If I knew that I would have never bought anything at Ashley!

Horrible experience. Buying the couch in store was smooth. I paid in full in cash and was supposed to receive my couch on 11/07. It is now 11/30 and I still haven’t received my couch that I purchased in September. Every time I reach out to the store, or even customer service they are no help. My family has purchased from them before and had no issues but none of us will use them after this. They also told me I could get a percentage of my purchase back after wanting to cancel my order but I have yet to receive that. They keep telling me they are looking into it.

Rodney was extremely helpful! The entire process was quick and easy. Highly recommend letting them help you with any furniture needs!

It was not good, I had the money to pay for an item and Tupelo could not figure out how to accept it. So they just missed that 2000 dollar sell.

I had a horrible experience with Ashley at Tupelo. They do not want to solve any issues. Kaneesha the manager is always difficult to get hold off and their assistant manager is very rude. It was a simple problem and yet no one is ready to solve it. They are still making me run around. They are not honest at all in their transactions. I would not recommend the place. I have seen Ashley Store at other places who are amazing but not this place. Try to avoid if possible.

I love the furniture at this place! The manager was super helpful! This is the 4th time I've bought furniture here and if I need more, I'll be buying here again!

The salesman was very polite and thorough, and the purchasing process itself went smoothly. However, I was originally told my furniture would be delivered on Saturday, 9/27/25. Later, I received a message stating the earliest available delivery date would actually be Tuesday, 9/30/25, with only a 3-hour delivery window. Since I work full-time, this creates an inconvenience and would require me to use PTO, which is why I specifically chose Saturday delivery. Unfortunately, we had already gotten rid of our old furniture, so we’re left with only two chairs until the order arrives. Because of the scheduling issue and inconvenience, I’m rating this 2 stars instead of 4.

Our young salesperson named Que was very attentive. He presented the products well and he gave equal attention to my wife's questions and concerns. The only issue I had was the delivery fee was not disclosed until the deal was on paper.

As always nice and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was nice. Mr. Bobby was very attentive and offered down to earth vibes. He eagerly shared items that may interest me and those I inquired about with no pressure to make a purchase. I especially enjoyed the mattress tour. Whenever I decide my next mattress purchase. Ashleys is my first choice. Ohhh the mattress vibrates and it was soooo relaxing! Mr. Bobby was very professional and Im definitely asking for him on my next shopping trip. I went in the store just to look at some bedroom furniture and living room furniture. I wasn't planning on buying anything that day because they didn't have what I was looking for, but the gentleman came and started talking with us and I told him what I was looking for and he went online and found one! I am forever grateful and thankful that he was so nice, kind and helpful! So I bought a bedroom set! Thank you so much!

Went in to just look and check prices. The sales representative came up to us and immediately invited us to look. And within minutes helped us find exactly what we were looking for and helped us through the whole process. We decided to buy it today. So friendly and made us feel like we were sitting at home visiting with a friend. Will definitely do business with them again!

This is a beautiful showroom. While we didn't make a purchase on this trip to the store, Rodney was a wealth of information and was most professional in his interactions with us. It is obvious that the staff at this location is all about the "guest experience", and we certainly appreciated that.

Absolutely the best customer service!!

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I have spent all day chasing down information to find out where my delivery is, to find the delivery driver has LIED (told me his truck was having issues; told his manager he couldn’t get a hold of me for an alternate route… however I have screenshots showing he never attempted to call?) Every person I spoke to today had some kind of attitude, until I requested a refund - immediate change of tone “can we offer you XYZ?” Absolutely not. I will take my business elsewhere. If you can’t haul it out of the store, do NOT buy here.

I was greeted at the door, by a nice and polite young man. Rodney came over and asked to to let him know if I needed anything. Paige came over and started showing me different pieces of furniture. I liked and outfit so she called Rodney back over to make sure that she was actually telling me correctly, about the set. Paige closed the deal, Rodney did the paperwork, all is well. Awesome team, I'm impressed on how well the transaction took place.

The entire experience at Ashley Furniture, from walking into the showroom and looking at outdoor furniture, to selection, purchase, and delivery was fantastic. Courteous, friendly people the entire time. Ashley kept us updated with texts and emails and we could even see where they were on delivery day with a fantastic app so we knew exactly when to expect them. Wish I could give more than 5 Stars!!

This place is great the rep was fantastic his name is Rodney great guy. I purchased a beautiful sectional . I have to wait month to get it but I am excited about it. 10 out 10 I recommend this place and sales rep . After purchase and set up and delivery I reached out the same day my sectional was delivered to report they delivery drivers broke my chaise nothing was done , I have talked to a lot of people since then about it and still nothing is being done about it. I order it March had to wait a month for it got it in April and its broke. I am very upset with Ashley Furniture they told me they would take care of it and here we are its July and nothing . I am not sure if I would recommend them or not. This sectional is a lot of money to be paying on and it was broke on delivery.

Update...BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! In very small print, buried in the terms and conditions they have a no return policy. The Tupelo store has chosen to do this for in-store purchases. Received an item that was shipped separately. Never opened and they will not do a return. Have never seen a store do that on new items.still in box. Will never purchase anything again from them. Total scam.

We were looking for a tv stand and when we went in the store Rodney came up to us to help and he let us look around but then we decided on the first one we saw .Rodney was very helpful and nice we appreciated that !

I had a smooth & easy experience! I was in & out! I received great customer service today!

I would not buy from here. First of all they delivered one half of my couch and I had to wait a bit (which is fine) but a month later it was supposed to be delivered and they goofed that. So I had to wait like almost two months for the second half of my couch. I wrote a review and received a voicemail(which I still have), saying I would get a refund of $309.99 for the trouble with my delivery. They then gave me $160 dollars back instead. (Like okay?). Not to mention when I went in for this issue they were not very nice about it. So yeah they have overpriced furniture and bad customer service. Angela left me the voicemail by the way.

Renovating a house I went to Ashley to browse for a few items to complete some rooms. Rodney was a representative there that assisted me and I couldn't be more appreciative and impressed. His professionalism and knowledge about store items were above and beyond reproach. No pressure, making suggestions to fit your needs, very likable, keeping a distance when we, the customers, were in conversation are just a few things to that are descriptive of him It was obvious that Rodney was a respectful an experienced salesman. I purchased a accent chair and rug to complete a room and did not purchase everything else that I need because renovation is not complete but I will certainly be back to fulfill that project. Really enjoyed getting to test different mattress options. Bobby really helped me pick the right one for me. He sat and listened to my concerns on different ones and offered different options for me. Getting the mattress test was a good way to see what fit me due to having had back surgery and needing a certain type of bedding. Go see Bobby and let him give you the tour and test. You won't be sorry.

Great friends to have and they will also help you find furniture for your homes. The new showroom looks great, if you haven’t checked them out definitely give them a go they are under new management so even if you’ve been before check em out again!

Mr. Bobby Hausley was our sales person and we were completely satisfied with his professional and curtious approach. We will definitely be coming back to Ashley’s if we need anything in the future.

We made a purchase for two clearance sets. One dining set and one sofa set. The total price at checkout and the pricing on the signs didn't match up after we got to looking at the paperwork. The manager was trying to explain the pricing and we were interrupted by Lisa Roberts. I let the first time slide but then she did it again and I asked Lisa to let the manager finish talking with me. Lisa stared at me as i looked at her name tag and she said "oh you need my name". I said i see you name and I also need corporates number to complain. I was given a number that is only for "orders". Lisa asked me my name and when I told her my name she said "oh I've heard all about you". She said I was rude and making a scene. I was only making a scene after she made that comment. I was polite to everyone until then. I've been in management for over 20 years and I've never allowed or seen an employee speak to a customer the way she spoke to me and my wife. My wife went in to see what Lisa was referring too when she said she's heard all about me. Lisa made up lies about me making a scene in Reeds and other businesses. Employees and customers heard Lisa make these comments. I try very hard to keep a great reputation and treat everyone with respect. Lisa is a prime example of poor customer service and is exactly why big box stores are closing and online ordering is taking over. We canceled our order and I will never step foot in that building again. Brad Hughes

I had a great experience shopping for a bedroom suite. I found just what I wanted and I had excellent service. No one followed me around and smothered me as I shopped but was readily available when I had questions and as I made my purchase.

Everything was great. I went in to look and ended up purchasing, however because I decided to get everything I wanted and had to finance it they would not give me the sale price. It shouldn't matter if its being financed. A sake is a sale. I went in to get a hutch for $800 and ended up with $11,000.00 purchase.

Ashley in Tupelo pretty much have slimy car salesman working for them. They pulled a "bait and switch" on my mother-in-law. Unfortunately, she passed away very shortly after and we only found out they did so when we started closing all of her accounts. They took advantage of a dying woman by up-selling her. She went in the store thinking she was going to buy a couch for $1,000. She left spending $5,000 on a couch and recliner all because it was the color gray that she wanted. If you have eldery parents, DO NOT let them go in the store by themselves! They WILL be taken advantage of in our experience. I'm not sure how anyone associated with Ashley furniture can sleep at night. We now have a week old couch and recliner that will be a painful memory of how they took advantage of our family.

However, the guy who was seemingly in charge was extremely rude and condescending to Bobby over the error and his explanation for “making it right”. How unprofessional!! If you have issue with an employee you hash it out behind closed doors NOT in front of customers!!

I just moved into for a job at NMMC. I went there they were very helpful. My car was too small to carry an item, and the representative even helped with transport. And they also have good financing with no interest. 10/10.

I always love coming into the Ashley store because it’s lovely, always clean and everything laid out and displayed in a very nice way. Yesterday I was greeted by a lovely young man, Sunday, who immediately asked how I was doing and offered to help me look for a table and chairs with bench. He showed me the exact table I wanted, it was perfect. He also showed me a Lift recliner that I needed for my husband, a victim of a stroke. Sunday was so positive, kind, and knowledgeable. There was no question that he could’nt answer. He understood exactly what I needed and took the time to actually listen to me when I spoke. I would highly recommend Sunday as a guide to anyone looking for furniture. He is a compliment to the Ashley Furniture Store. I’ll look for him every time that I come into the store in the future.

We went in to look at mattresses. We were greeted by Rodney. He took us to the mattresses, demonstrated them, discussed features and answered all of our questions. He was knowledgeable about all of the products. We ended up making a purchase. We left feeling really great about our experience and our selection. My husband and I had a great experience shopping at the Tupelo Ashley Store. Alicia Andrews was so kind and patient as we walked around, answering every question we had. If it was possible to give them zero stars I would. Going into the store and looking, and the man (Matthew I believe was his name) that helped us, I would give five stars. As far as the over all experience with Ashley itself was terrible. Spend almost 3k on a couch, and paid extra in shipping for it to be delivered the next day. Next day came, no couch and no one could tell me why. Tried to get in touch with the Manager of Tupelo, but I guess they had better things to do. Customer service was an absolute disaster, except for one lady. Can’t remember her name, but props to her for her actually doing her job. We canceled the delivery, and decided to go to Memphis and get it ourselves, only to find out they closed an hour early and no body told us. So, here we are almost 3K short and no couch until next week. Definitely wouldn’t recommend until they get their stuff together. Dude, I just want my couch.

Decent quality furniture, good sales staff, supervisor/manager they make you talk to to finalize the deal….so so, tolerable attitude, not overly rude just condescending and arrogant, kinda felt agitated after the deal. Ended up getting what I wanted for the price I wanted but why run me through the wringer and make me feel that way. I wish the price was just the price and you didn’t have to haggle to get them to sell their product at a fair price. Guess that’s just the industry though :-(

My wife and i bought a quite expensive sectional and were assured by the sales associate prior to the purchase that we would get it within 4 weeks of purchase. The following week we called down to verify that everything was in order and found out that our item was on backorder further than we were informed. Instead we received a delivery date near 9 weeks from purchase date. We are very disappointed with the Tupelo store as they claim to be unable to help in any way after not sharing information at the time of purchase.

I am very disappointed, I received my kitchen table on June 5th, table is cracked. I have been through emails, text and 2 actually chat with a live person, all they keep saying is some one will contact me in 48 hours, this is now Monday June 10th, nothing. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. I want another table or this needs to be returned. It is ridiculous to spend that kind of money on a piece of furniture and this is how they treat there customers. Very, Very dissatisfied. THANK YOU

This store has the best customer service around. After being treated poorly at Room to Room we decided to try Ashley. The prices were higher, but they price match and deliver. Shannon was our sales person. It was her first day on the floor and she was amazing. These people treat you like people, unlike others we recently visited in town. Many places carry Ashley at a cheaper rate, but the fact that they price match is amazing. We saved a ton of money after showing them a price on Amazon that was much cheaper. Great place and great customer service.

I had the best furniture buying experience EVER!!! My salesperson almost ran to greet me at the door. He didn’t flinch when my sons grabbed him and hugged him. They are huggers (like their mom). I had an idea of what I wanted. He patiently listened. As soon as I shared that I had a pet…he led me to a beautiful living room set with all of the features that I needed. I was able to quickly purchase the furniture and set up delivery for the following week. I’m headed back in a few weeks to purchase a beautiful dining room set. The cream and cherry on top is that this company furnished my school’s STEM lounge at no cost!!! The furniture held up beautifully to our students’ wear and tear. It warms my heart to know that I’m supporting a company that supports our community!!!

They didn't get my order right for delivery

We ordered 2 bar stools. Only delivery was by their truck. No in store pick up. Box was slightly open to the side upon delivery. I will acknowledge I should have opened the box then and there but I did not. The delivery guy said the box was open so they could get 2 into the box. I asked him to note the box was open somewhat still. We were taking down to our second home 6 hours away and I knew they would keep and b transported better in our vehicle if left in the box. 2 weeks later I opened box. We were doing a kitchen renovation and it was completed. Only one bar stool! I called Ashley numerous times starting immediately. Each time I was told whomever made the sale had to take care of the problem. I left messages for the sales guy to call us back , as he never was available when I called. Bottom line, after no return calls, I asked for management and a Mr Sunday told me I had had 30 days to make contact for a claim. My 30 days had passed. 2 days passed it! I will never buy from Ashley again. When you actually call their Tupelo store, no warm body to answer phone. Only options that certainly don’t apply for every issue.

Mr. Lee is always the sweetest and knows how to get you to buy what you keep going in the store looking at. He got the best personality.

One of my biggest dislike is pushy sales people or any type of sales "technique" that makes you feel like you HAVE to buy today. Overall, it was a helpful, great experience that will have us coming back for more. And we will definitely ask for Mr. Chandler Moody when we come back. Update: Sales was great, but we paid extra for delivery and setup. The chairs and couches were just dropped inside our front door, and they refused to set them up since there was touch up paint going on our walls. Even after painting is done, they are refusing to come back and set them up since it wasn't reported to customer service that day. So, they took our money, did not provide the complete service we paid for, and won't return our money for that service.

My husband and I purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress and then an Ashley base from them and we were mislead on what we were purchasing. When our bed was delivered, the delivery guys were great. Although, one side of the bed does not work properly. We contacted the store and they gave us a number and we called and we followed the proper channels. We also asked if we could just purchase a Tempur-pedic base and we still have not heard anything and that was 3 months ago. We have reached out numerous times and still have not gotten anywhere. We have been given the runaround. Would not recommend. Terrible customer service. Also, we cannot get our associate to call us back.

I loved my experience here at the Ashley home store next to best buy in Tupelo Ms. Ms Vida Deaton was our furnishing specialist and she was amazing. This lady approached us in the store and asked us a few questions about what we wanted and that's all it took. Not only did she make sure she did everything she could to get us exactly what we wanted she made us feel like we were the only people in that whole store. Ms Vida Deaton connected with us right away which made the whole experience wonderful. I'm so glad my husband and I picked that store to go into. If I ever do need any other kind of furnishing needs I will be going right back to that store and seeing their best sales lady, Ms Vida. #Ashley furniture give this lady a raise! We were in the market for my oldest son a new bedroom suit. He decided on a platform bed with underneath storage. When entering the store in Tupelo we were met by an agent named Tim, he was great. I sent my mother a photo and price of the bed my son wanted and she called me and said they had it $300 dollars cheaper online. I did mention this to Tim but nothing was said about it. I got the entire quote for bed, mattress, mattress protector, extended warranty, delivery and set up. I went home and bought the entire set online $600 cheaper than what they would have given me in the store. It’s been only a few days so we have not gotten the furniture yet and a delivery date has not been set yet but probably will be in the next week I imagine. Will update when the furniture and mattress arrive!

Update... due to lack of communication, I have to change my rating. My furniture was scheduled to be delivered and thirty minutes before I was told that it was just a partial delivery. My parents had already gotten rid of their old furniture and were some excited. What a severe disappointment! I was given a small percentage of my money back, but this does not cover my parents being inconvenienced through the Christmas holiday. I really can't say enough wonderful things about this store. I called to purchase some things as a Christmas gift. They were professional, prompt, and informative. They assisted me with finding my item, checked on line to make sure I was getting the best price, and promptly sent me a quote for the item so I could review it and complete purchase. They assisted me in setting up delivery.I really appreciate the way they handle business at this location. BRAVO!

I prefer to be greeted upon arrival but we weren’t. I came looking for a few items and lucked up on finding one, I couldn’t pass up. The item was not tagged so we asked for pricing, a woman found the price of 1,040 and said it would be around 837 with Black Friday discount. I looked online for similar items and ran into the same exact item for 599.99! Please do better at trying to find the best prices for your customers. A gentleman ended up matching the price, which was much appreciated otherwise we would’ve left it there. Now I’m anxious to see if it arrives when promised

It was easy to get the furniture I was wanting and they made it a no hassle to get the ball going on the furniture but the only reason I rate it lower is because I asked multiple times on the phone about the free gift with the Black Friday sale if I could get the PS5 free gift instead of saving money on my furniture because it would be less of a hassle in the long run to get it now with Ashley furniture instead of buying later and fight the crowds of Black Friday sales. They agreed and said yes you will get your free gift multiple times. So I then drive 2-1/2 from my work after I got off to sign papers on my furniture and pick up my free gift the PS5 I was hoping for and they bring out a cooler instead. When I asked why I was getting a cooler and not the PS5 I was then told they never had any. So now I’m paying an extra $600 for a cooler that’s worth $279. It was super frustrating after asking multiple times on the phone if I bought it then it would lock me in for the free Ps5 gift and I was insured of getting the free gift. I would’ve rather saved the money instead. Buyer be ware. Anytime they have a promotional “gift” it’s definitely not worth it. Take the savings on your furniture.

Nice people really helpful

While I FINALLY did get a new chair, I had to wait 9 full months for the delivery. I had to send the pictures 3 times and never got updates. My warranty ran out 3 days before the chair went crazy. I had purchased the extra insurance or I would be here with a broken chair. I will not be doing business with them again. Very poor communication and no reason for the delays and poor communication.
