Very friendly

Got a new couch in Feb.  Both arms squeaked loudly when you sat down or put pressure on them.  I called Ashley to find that their warranty dept was an outsourced company.  I was given the wrong number 2x.  Finally got through and started a claim.  They had me send pictures of the couch (strange process to try to identify the issue via pics) so they ordered parts to be sent to my house and scheduled a tech.  They give you a date, however can't tell you the time frame until 2 days prior.  The tech came and started working on the job to find they didn't send the right parts.  I was frustrated since I took the day off work and called to see if they could just do a replacement couch.  The rep put in the order and while I was on hold for 20 minutes she forgot to put herself on mute so I heard her kids, dog, sounds like she made herself a snack. Not sure what was going on but she said the replacement couch is on backorder and wouldn't arrive until April 2026.  Fine. Got a call later in the week saying the parts were on order so they would instead send the tech out for the 2nd time.  Frustrated, I agreed for the tech to come on a Saturday 1245-445.  While at work that morning, I got a text (oh all of their communication after the claim is processed if done via text) at 10:20 saying they would arrive at 10:42.  I replied that this was not the time frame I selected and could not get there until 1130.  They replied "the tech team can not be delayed".  Leaving no number, I texted back, asking what that meant and for a new time since I was at work.  Got a text with my new time 12-3.  The tech started working and 1.5 hours in I could tell he was frustrated. He said they only gave him 1 hour to complete the job and he wasn't even to the problem yet.  I asked him how he was supposed to get both arms done in 1 hour. He said, "Both arms?".  He had no idea they were both broken.  He said he had to go for the next job.  They texted me Sunday asking for pictures.  I laughed saying the couch is making noises...the pics look the same as the tech stapled the arm back together.  I contacted Ashley who sent me back to the warranty dept again.  The warranty dept refuses to approve a replacement couch and wants to schedule me for a 3rd appointment for the tech to come out.  Absolutely not!  I called a week later to find my ticket had been closed down with the tech noting "project completed, work has been done".  I'm now told I have to wait until May 12th to start a new claim.  I called Ashley Furniture West Co and they are not accepting any ownership even though I paid the delivery fee for a brand new couch that was delivered broken.  I love their loyalty not for their customer but standing behind their horrible, incompetent warranty company.

Angelo B was extremely kind and professional. He is a wonderful listener. He knew exactly what to show us based on our needs and desires and price range. It was nice to be helped by an individual who wasn't simply looking to make a sale, but genuinely cared to find us the right furniture.

Drove all the way from Illinois and the store is closed. The website says it’s open til 8. What a waste of time and very poor customer care!

The employees at this location were great. Especially our salesman, Brian Owens. He really knew his way around the store and was very knowledgeable about all the different selections. The store is the one of biggest Ashley stores i have ever been in. If your in need of furniture, I would highly recommend. And ask for Brian .

Good selection and fair prices. Delivery is a bit steep. There check out is a bit awkward. Still good service.

Quick, easy, smooth process. Nothing but good things to say

Sham of a place. The online price was cheaper by $300 and had we not seen that they wouldn't have said anything. When we did ask why they tried to say it's due to them offering the 0% financing which seems like a line of crap. Their white glove delivery service isn't such white glove. No courtesy entering the home. Weren't very forthcoming towards my wife. When they finished install the bed frame they asked her to sign the documents and took off without putting the mattress on the bed or asking if she was pleased with how it looked. Which brings me to the MOST IMPORTANT PART. ALL SALES ARE FINAL POLICY the dont tell you about. We aren't happy with the foundation to the bed and trying to return or exchange apparently isn't possible. It was literally 2 hrs after they installed it i called. What kind of customer service is this scamming place trying to provide?

My service today with K C was excellent but…. I had the extended warranty and that was a horrible experience trying to get the two companies to find my claim and agree to pay it. Needless to say I did not waste my time on the warranty this time. I doubt that I will be shopping here again! 😢😢

I have been dealing with getting a switch for the light in my nightstand since January multiple calls customer help not putting on the order in. I talked to Maria Peterson today and she helped me through everything still waiting on another part and still getting charged way too much to get it installed, but I guess as soon as the warranty runs out things just break Not an overall happy camper with the support and overall lack of knowledge of what the customers even talking about as far as the part goes!

I went into the store looking for a bed. It was busy it looked like all the associates were with other people so I was not approached which I like. I was eventually helped ,Found a bed bought a bed. Had bed scheduled to be delivered and set up for 3 weeks later. Got a text from Jennybot- their Ai system they use for the delivery date. I prepped area(took out previous bed and furniture). Day of delivery received text saying it was scheduled for a different date a week later. Ok no big deal a week later Delivery date arrived and the same thing happened I still don’t have bed because I took the other one out. Delivery date comes again and guess what same thing happens. I call to find out what’s going on. I was told two different stories about why I still didn’t have a bed. Anyways finally got it. The delivery men were nice, professional and fast.

Delivery service was terrible. Didn’t have the hardware to assemble our bed, said they would come back that day to complete assembly, didn’t return. I had to call them 4 times the following day before they sent someone out to finish assembly.

If I could add 0 stars, I would. We went in 5 weeks ago to order new furniture for our 11yo. We ordered a set, but when we picked it up and got it home, there were not enough materials to put the bed together. My husband has spent countless hours on the phone with different people because you can’t talk to the same person. No one has listened and they have continued to send the wrong pieces. He even went into the Ballwin, MO store where the manager was too busy to listen as well. We finally got ahold of someone who ordered the correct (we think) pieces that were to be delivered today between 12-4, but then a manager called him and needed to change the time. She told my husband that he needs to be more flexible since this is a complimentary service. What? Ashley has messed this up. My daughter has been sleeping on the floor for over a month, and we need to be more flexible? The kicker is I had to take a full day off work today, and we just received a message that due to issues, it will not be delivered. We have ordered almost all of our furniture through them. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Edit: for the manager who responded to this: we have called that number. No one knows what they are doing and has not been able to correct this. Please supply a number for someone who can actually help.

I purchased some furniture on Thursday they wait till Monday morning at 7:00 to call me and tell me I needed to sign some paperwork which they forgot to tell me. Now that he had all day Friday and all day Saturday to call me to come out there. I was expecting delivery tomorrow on a Tuesday. The lady at the store says oh no, we'll schedule for the Wednesday. Told him that does not work at work everyday but Tuesday. Now I have to go out of my way again to sign the paperwork and make arrangements for them delivering my furniture on Wednesday . Second when I walked into the store on Thursday I walked past 4:00 or 5 sales. People just looked at me like I didn't exist, I finally had to flag down a salesperson to help me find some furniture. Poor customer service. I was going to purchase more furniture from them but with the service I received on this last purchase I think I will go somewhere else. Update today is Saturday the 19th. My sofa finally arrived when they got out the truck and brought it in the house. My wife told me those two delivery guys smelled like marijuana so bad that they had to stand outside the apartment. They couldn't stand the smell. How unprofessional to send people out to deliver your furniture that smokes weed on the job.

I found the perfect leather sectionals to create the size lounge-couch that we were looking for! What makes the 5 star rating is not the product, but rather the people. The manager, Michael, did everything he could to get the price point I had for a budget to include delivery and also a 3 year protection (could have gone 5 years for a little bit more). What makes Michael so special is that he helped his sales rep on the floor (Paul) continually to make sure this all got done. In today’s world, finding great managers is often times difficult. Thank you Michael (and Paul) for being great!

Very pleased with the selection. The option of 60 months no interest was very appealing. The two gentlemen that made the delivery were great. Very efficient.

Mary was a wonderful salesperson. Very helpful and supportive but not pushy in any way. The Manager came out into the rain to greet us when we arrived for pickup, and the loading doc crew went above and beyond securing our soft pillows in plastic bags so they wouldn’t get wet. Fantastic experience!

The chair I purchased from Ashley’s is very nice! I also received great service from Shay in Ballwin. The delivery was good. The chair is perfect! The only reason I rate it a 4 instead of a 5 is because I tried to call the showroom all day today to purchase the 3 year service warranty. I was told I could discuss it with my mother who I was buying the chair for and that I would have 10 days from the date of purchase to change my mind and get it. Unfortunately, I never got to speak to a sales person and left two messages and they have not returned my call. I do not want to drive all the way back to the store to purchase the plan. How do you get someone to answer the phone?

My wife and I purchased a queen size Stern & Foster firm mattress, along with the Maloken Queen Wingback Upholstered Platform Bed. Mary Giles was the sales professional that helped us. She was very friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole process fun. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to buy your next furniture piece.

My wife and I bought a new couch and the staff was very attentive, but not annoying. There was no pressure to buy anything else. We were shown a couple of other items while we were waiting for the paperwork to finish up but didn’t feel like we were being annoyed. Excellent place to shop.

Excellent service

We will never be shopping from Ashley again. Our delivery was an hour and a half outside of the estimated delivery- and lasted 9:30-10:40PM. I do not fault the drivers, but I do fault the company for on setting it up this way. Highly unprofessional of Ashley to do this.

Terrible, avoid this place at all cost. We bought a couch which looked great and thought was a good value only for the couch to be delivered very obviously broken.. Ashley refused to respond even though the delivery person documented the couch was severely damaged during delivery. If you buy from these scam artists make sure to check your items upon delivery and if anything is wrong, refuse the delivery.. otherwise Ashley will tell you there are no refunds and ignore you.

The right amount of attention.

I had a horrible experience. I purchased a recliner. I was told the price would be one thing waa changed something else. Told the warranty would be $119 was charged $199. Had my son go pick up the recliner to avoid the $120 delivery fee. Have tried calling to get the matter rectified no option to speak with a sales agent. Chose option 5 keeps ringing. Speak with someone get transferred getting the run around. Not satisfied

My husband & I went there Monday for the Presidents Day Sale. We were Greeted by Rayden Cook who helped us find a farmhouse coffee table in the color white distressed & a Farmhouse Rug for our Living Room. The store manager was extremely busy but He made sure that my needs were met and Assisted the sales person ( Joe) to complete my order in a reasonable amount of time. They also Made sure that my price was the lowest possible Within reason. I would definitely refer others to this store.

Candace was truly a pleasure to work with. My fiancé and I were looking for a new couch and stumbled upon an amazing deal on a new bedroom set. The only problem was that the new set was for a king size bed as opposed to a queen. Candace immediately took ownership of this issue and helped to fit us to the perfect mattress that will help both of us with our back issues. Candace’s warm, caring personality made the process seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend!

I had the perfect sales person: Chris. She was so helpful and yet not close all the time. She was just come and check on me and I loved that. She made everything very easy and I enjoyed my experience.

We have shopped Ashley before and occasionally we find something that works for a space. The quality has improved over the years and the employees are friendly and helpful. This go-around, we bought a leather recliner. The saleswoman upon checkout was confused with their new computer/sales pad system. It took us too long to try to check out and we told them we had to leave. They promised to send the paperwork via email so we could conduct the transaction that way. In the end, it all worked out but it was a bit of a time-waster. If necessary, I’ll add to this review after their “white glove” delivery in a few weeks.

Had a protection plan certificate from a purchase that was valued at $600. Went in to use and they said it was a couple days past being valid to redeem. They told us to contact customer service for an exception. No luck…no exception…looks like they keep our $600. Guess I’ll just keep shopping at Carol House where the customer service is always so good.

Michael, The Ashley store manager greeted us upon entry to the Manchester store. He answered our questions and we purchased 2 new leather couches.

Both the managers I spoke to were not helpful and very rude, especially Mike! He told Shay to deal with me because he wasn’t going to. There was a 4 day long problem getting my Ashley Credit Card to work. The only person who helped me through the whole experience was Shay. She was extremely professional and very helpful! I was on 8 different phone calls with her. She should be made manager! She worked it all out for me and because of her I will continue to shop at Ashley. If not for her I would never shop there again!!!

After spending the day shopping looking for a recliner for my wife's post surgery coming up. Dr's recommended not sleeping on a flat bed. Other stores had up to a 10 week delivery wait, product was not up expectation, or the cost was completely out of budget. We where about to give up, then we found Ashley Furniture! There my wife found a perfect electric recliner that we can pick up in a few days. And she can recover. Are salesman Larry was great. Very pleased with the no pressure sales. This will be the first place I look next time we need Furniture!

The guys that came in the delivery guys they were perfect. They move quickly. They took good care of the dresser. They had bundled up in a blanket. They also took their time and put it together. They were fantastic. I had told them they were fast and fantastic. I really enjoy when you all send the guys to do the furniture like the muscle boys. They had delivered my couch to my table and stuff. They all were fantastic. They were great I mean they moved speedy and was done fixed it putting it up and everything. I appreciated them because it was cold and they still moved it up and got In here I love Ashley‘s oh my God I enjoy my bedroom set when I went to sleep last night. I just kept thinking how great you guys are at Ashley Home Store. I love that store. Oh my God good furniture. Everything you need. Good delivery good personality. Good salesman sales women oh my God you guys got it all and I really really love Ashley‘s. I don’t think I want to go to any other store, but Ashley and every time that I pull it up on my phone and I see it always see something I want But my house is full. It’s got Ashley logo everywhere in my house so I appreciate the Ashley family thank you for all the fantastic things that you all have done for me delivery boys the sales person even the people at synchrony bank. The furniture I got from the Ashely is amazing. Among them Tempur Pedic is my favorite. After I got tempur pedic I am getting a good sleep. I would love to shop more form the store.

Ordered a sofa, it was delivered damaged with a broken frame , and now nobody has called about picking it up!! I guess I have to call corporate

I eagerly went looking for a leather sofa recliner. I found the perfect color and style for us ine the clearance section. It had a sign showing that the original price was $2,300 with a big slash through it and the clearance price of $1200. Everything in the section was pretty much marked half off. The sales person told me that this sofa was discontinued and this was the last one they had. Because it had pen marks on it I asked the manager to reduce the price. He told me that the reason it was half off was because of the stains. I pointed out that all of the furmiture was half off with no stains. He reduced the price to $900. I purchasef the sofa because I liked the sofa, not because of the price. negotiated a lower price. They did not offer the chance to purchase a warranty but I thought perhaps because it was on clearance. I asked if they could go ahead and take the back off and load it into my SUV. I was told by the manager "sure, we can take the back off". Then told by sales clerk that only "warehouse guys" were allowed to move furniture from the second floor to the first floor. I would have to come back the next day. The "warehouse guys" would move it in the morning. They were not in, they took the afternoon off but should be here to help out the next day. I mentioned that my adult sons could come with and help the warehouse guys if there was only one of them. I was looking for a coffee table too but didn't see anything I liked. Next day.take.husband to chemotherapy in the morning.and it.took longer.than expected. Both sons wound up working. I got there at 1 alone. The couch was fully.assembled in a garage type place and was told by this woman that nobody would be able to assist me in loading it. Like not even take one side and carry to car. I was told taking the back off was too difficult and physically risky for her. She called the sales clerk who sold it to me and he appeared to say that he only had the warehouse guys move it and didn't ask them to take the back off since my sons were to be there. My.sons are strong but not furniture experts who.have ever disassembled a sofa to load in the car. They can carry it. I explained that perhaps they could take off the back since they knew how but no, they all knew how but since it was a clearance item they couldn't lift a finger. Only.the warehouse guys could and the warehouse guy was "in a meeting" "having a Christmas party for his employees" etc...Also told that "usually when we "get rid of this clearance stuff" people show up with a truck. There were many able bodied men and women employees with no customers on the floor but none wanted to keep a client enough to provide service. I came back at 6 with a son. Again many healthy looking men and women with no customers on the floor. Absolutely no assistance. Same woman standing in the garage who could not assist and the "warehouse guys" were gone for the day. By then id checked the sofa dimensions online and noticed that the real price online was $1300 and it was not marked down or discontinued. Where did they come up with that $2300 original price? I had googled how to remove the back. It took about 3 minutes and was not hard at all. Got another line about not.being able to touch the clearance furniture. When I pointed out another retailer that did remove the.back of a recliner and helped us get it in the car I was dismissed with "all there furniture is on clearance" as if Ashley folks are just.to spiffy to handle the riffraff "clearance items". They did not one thing voluntarily to be helpful or to foster a good customer relationship for future business. They behaved as if my "clearance sofa" disqualified me from any sort of normal human kindness in the form of customer support and/or decent person interactions. What a horrifying place to learn customer service. Gross.

It's was my first time shopping with Ashley & I had a great experience. The people tending to me were friendly & had great customer service. I'll definitely shop here again.

Buyer be aware: I bought a sectional last week and when asked Angelo if I can return the pieces if they don't fit he said I had 72 hours to return them for any reason. I have an extra piece that I don't need but they won't take it back. And when I called the West County store's phone number I keep getting transferred to a call center who told me that there is absolutely no returns or exchanges, all sales are final. Your staff needs to be retrained or they need to stop lying to customers just to make a sale.

I spent a lot of money a few weeks ago at this store and when I asked the sales rep if we could return the furniture once it was in our home, he told us yes we could. We then received the furniture and it was ripped. They are working on fixing the rip and I have to be home a day for them to come over which is inconvenient. I asked if I could just return it and they said I couldn’t. Yet, I was told when I bought the furniture that I would be able to. Now I am stuck with this furniture that was way overpriced and am very frustrated.

Very shitty customer service been waiting months for my funiture and it finally gets delivered and one of the dressers is messed up.So they send out another one driver pulls up and knocks on door I'm in the bathroom and walk outside and the driver is sitting there so I think he is gonna bring in the dresser. No he takes off so they say i have to reschedule. Don't buy anything from here.

I just had an awesome experience with James Parker at Ashley Home Store on Manchester Rd! He’s part of the President’s Club, and it totally shows. James helped me find a couple of great bedroom sets, a cozy couch, and an ottoman. He really knows his stuff and made the whole process super easy. It was like chatting with a friend who just happens to know everything about furniture! If you’re looking for someone to help with your furniture needs, definitely go see James. I can’t recommend him enough!

Candace was a great. She knew the stock on the floor and was able to show me different options and clearance items. No high pressure tactics…just friendly service. I walked out with a beautiful clearance item for my daughter and just had to hug her for her help!!

We went to the store today with the intent to purchase a new couch and some other furniture for our new addition. We found a couch we really liked that would work in the space. The first question I asked our salesperson was if this would be either delivered or available for pickup by 12/20. She replied yes no problem it’s in stock. We then sat down to apply for the 24 months no interest financing. As soon as we were approved she told us that the couch wouldn’t be available until 12/25 maybe even January. She then tried to steer us towards similar but far more expensive options. We told her that wouldn’t work for our budget so then she offered a 5% discount on the other couch if we waited for it. Not idea but we agreed. When it came time to execute the purchase somehow the price jumped to more than $700 what she financed us for? I then told her to cancel and we would go somewhere else. This was at best unethical and possibly illegal bait and switch. I intend to consult an attorney to explore our options. We wasted almost 3 hours in the store and now have a ding on our credit. If the store manager cares at all he or she will see this review and reach out to make it right.

James Parker is the man. He sold me all my living room furniture and was very helpful and i will be returning for master bedroom and office furniture and be using him for the sale.

Absolutely horrible service. I will never make a purchase with this company again! Once they collected my money that was it. No service after the sale. Had issues with deliveries. Either a no show or an item was not on the truck or the delivery date was not as promised. I was told to call myself to handle everything even a malfunctioning item. I have all the numbers for this company ie: the supply number, customer service, the cancellation team, just to name a few😡 Had to at least hit one star for this to go through. This is not even with one star.

Every time I go to Ashley furniture I ask for Becky. She makes the experience well worth the visit. She is very patient and knowledgeable about the products. I will always deal with her.

I’m giving a 3star rating b/c I had a problem. I purchased the sofa on Nov 11, 2024. The salesman charged me twice for the sofa. He assured me that the first charge would not go through, but it did. I have spoken to customer service 3 times and have a request id number. Today is November 26, 2024 and Ashley Furniture has still not credited me back one of the charges. I finally called my CC company today and disputed the duplicate charge. The furniture (sofa) was delivered this morning. I had an excellent experience. I was notified by email and text when the driver would arrive. They were on time and very respectful of our home. The two men delivering the sofa put furniture pads on my floor and around the door so not to scratch anything. I would give 5 stars had I not been double charged and still have not received a credit for the duplicate charge. The person at customer service is nice and can only say i am sorry this is not how Ashley does business but apparently it is how they do business. I am hopeful my CC dispute department will get this settled with Ashley. This is my second piece of furniture to buy from them in two years. After I posted this, the next day the duplicate payment was refunded to my CC card. Thank you Ashley.

my father bought us a new house so we can all enjoy it. we ordered THOUSANDS of dollars worth of ashley products and waited over a month to receive our furniture. over 50% of what we ordered was damaged and kindly asked the delivery man to return what was damaged and he said “if you want me to return just this i’m going to return all of it” and told us he was in a rush and didn’t have time to pick and choose from what’s broken. we told him to take it all in that case. i will NEVER be working with this company again. i would never recommend this place to anyone. very rude worker and started talking very poorly after we kindly asked to just send back what’s broken. now we are in a EMPTY house for the holidays with no furniture due to this company.

Waited 30 days for my furniture and when the delivery guys came in and some items didn’t got they where so angry and start speaking very badly and said if I don’t like it I can send everything back so I send the whole order back and I will never thing about Ashely any more or recommend it to any one so they don’t go through what I when through today . Imagine they did that right before thanksgiving.

They delivered the wrong chairs and have refused to deliver the correct ones for a month. update after giving them a one star they fixed the problem the next day

Prices online are MUCH cheaper than in store. Salespeople will claim it’s bc they are a franchise (which they aren’t), and encourage you to order from them. Their sales signs are also based on fake prices. Either way, they will match the online price. Always check online first!

I've reached out to Ashley several times in regards to the delivery company damaging items upon assembly. I also requested that my furniture be delivered brand new, in boxes. That also did not happen and they delivered my items assembled and some damaged. The warehouse managers never contacted me about the damages and Ashley managers never reached out to for a resolution.

Do not order furniture here this place is horrible , customer service suck nobody knows anything , and they will lie in your face your better off at value city

I had an issue with my order online, so I went to the west county store and the yound man that helped me was awesome. He took care of my need and got me out in a timely manner.

KC was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in helping us pick out a mattress. I would recommend asking for him at the Manchester store.

When you are entitled to a store credit, you should not have to spend a certain amount to get your credit, and if you buy at one store your credit should transfer to all the stores. A waste of my time.

KC did a great job! We went into the Manchester road location looking for a mattress and left with some new bedroom furniture and other items as well. Our salesperson (KC) did a fantastic job. He was knowledgeable about all types of mattresses and was very helpful and professional with regards to our purchases. Sometimes mattress shopping can be a terrible and exhausting experience but KC made it pleasant and fun! He was very thorough with regards to our payment and purchase experience to ensure everything was correct as well. This was refreshing too! Nice job KC!

We only have good things to say about this particular Ashley Store. We went in to purchase a sofa and loveseat. The customer service was excellent. The manager and the salesperson were so helpful. They were kind and patient. We had a lot of questions about colors and quality of different pieces and designs. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be doing business with them again.

Places an order in store, the staff was nice and helpful albeit a little to fall you around type. But overall great. They priced matched a deal on there website and I ordered 3 pieces. With knowledge that there was a chance 1 would be delayed by a week. The delivery date came and they were only able to deliver 1 piece, while saying they could have the other 2 the following week. The following week came and yet again only one piece. This is fine so I waited. Then my ordered jumper a month, then 2 months. They gave me a delivery date 4 times only to cancel. On the 5th delivery date it made it to the truck and said they would deliver it 3pm. Then it moved to 6pm. A little late but fine. Then it slipped to 7pm then 8pm then 9pm, then it just said "oops we missed you". I stayed home the entire day waiting for this last piece, only for them to cancel it. Ok fine I should be first on the list tomorrow. I mean it is still on the truck. Only a complete idiot would waste time to take it off the truck and reschedule me right? Wrong I get a call saying the next available day is now next week. What? I now have to wait another week? Not the next day? Someone calls me I explain and they say they will try to get it on the next truck only to not hear back from them and to get the automated system to reach out to schedule it for next week at the earliest.....I am still waiting on this piece. The staff at the store is nice but if they don't have it there do not bother ordering it as you may just be waiting for ever for their "horrible shipping" system. Horrible shipping system are the words the rep said on the phone to me not mine. If your staff thinks it is trash then maybe listen to them.

It took quite a while to Check out. I bought a sofa, A chair, And two end tables. Fortunately I asked the young man if there was a coffee table to match the in tables and he pulled it up to show me and he had entered the wrong number for the tables. The ones he showed me were not the ones I wanted. He went back to the area and came back and said that someone had put the wrong numbers on the tables that I wanted and instead of them being $250 apiece they were on clearance $400 a piece. I said I felt like I should get the tables for the price.I was originally quoted but neither he nor the manager said they could do that. We had to start the whole process all over again.And I was extremely concerned because the young man kept putting his fingers in his mouth and touching the ipad that I was supposed to sign. I ended up not getting the end tables and found 2 at another place that I liked as well.But Ashley's could have made a pretty decent sale.Had they just stood by the number that was printed on the ticket. I have not gotten my furniture yet so I will do another comment when my furniture arrives.

If I could give this store and company zero stars I would. One is definitely too high after what I’ve been dealing with. A couch that cost a little over $4k broke in just at 3 years. I purchased an extended warranty from them so I thought, no problem I’ll call up Ashley and they’ll take care of it. They said they had sold the extended warranty to a third party I would need to work with. Not ideal but ok… except the third party covers none of the things stated in my extended warranty. Better yet I call Ashley back and their employees and manager make it well known they could care less about my issue but not to worry I can PAY THEM MORE to get it fixed. What a joke. Save yourself the wasted money and misery and find a LOCAL and reputable furniture store maybe you’ll get someone who values their customers

Working with Ashley has been horrible. I placed my order online on 9/2 and received a confirmation on my delivery date. Since then, they have confirmed my delivery date twice by phone which was 9/21. This week, right before my delivery, all of a sudden my order was put on hold and they needed some kind of authorization. I called NEXT business day to fix it, and they pushed my order back A WEEK after I already waited 3 weeks for this specific date so I can be home for the delivery. Called the help desk and they said some third party vendor was delivering it and they'll get back to me in 72 hours, when my couch should have been delivered. Horrible experience 0/10.

Worst delivery and customer service from the manager. Ended up taking a month and 4 delivery attempts to finally receive our couch and the manager spewed several lies about refunding our delivery fee, which still has not been received. I’ve called numerous times and have never once received a promised call back from the manager. Employees even said she is notorious for avoiding responsibility and customers. Would never recommend buying from here.

Disappointed with the Quality and Service I purchased a sectional from Ashley Furniture for around $3,000 two years ago, along with a protection plan. Unfortunately, the sectional began showing signs of wear and tear, including tears and sagging when sat on, just a short time after purchase. Over the course of two years, the condition of the sectional has deteriorated significantly, making it almost unusable, which is extremely disappointing given the amount of money we spent. I reached out to the protection plan company, providing detailed photos of the damage. However, none of the issues were covered. I then visited the store to express my concerns and explain the situation. I was hopeful that Ashley Furniture would stand behind their product, but I was left disappointed. Despite the clear evidence of poor quality, they refused to accept a return. To add to my frustration, the protection plan company informed me that I needed to go back to the store to initiate a refund process. Yet, when I arrived at the store, I was told that they don't issue refunds. This back-and-forth has been incredibly frustrating and feels like a complete waste of our hard-earned money. What made the experience even worse was the poor customer service I encountered at the Saint Louis branch. The manager, Nesrine Kelly, was not helpful at all. She consistently interrupted me, preventing me from fully explaining my concerns about the product. At one point, she even told me that I was wasting her time. This was incredibly unprofessional and disheartening, especially considering how much time they take to convince you to purchase the product and the protection plan with all their promises. But when it comes to addressing issues, that same level of care and attention is nowhere to be found. I left the store feeling utterly disappointed and unheard. Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The quality of the product has not lived up to expectations, and the lack of support from both the store and the protection plan company has been deeply disappointing. I would caution anyone considering a purchase from Ashley Furniture to think twice, as the service after the sale leaves much to be desired.

My wife & I were looking for a new mattress to replace our 11yr old one. All we wanted was a mattress and not it and a box springs or other type of daze. We told the 2 Sales people what we wanted as far as price and features. They showed us several possibilities and we were able to take our time and go back & forth layering on a couple of choices. It was nice that there was no pressure to hurry up or higher price range. We finally decided on 1 that wasn’t the top of our range nor the bottom. It was a very pleasant shopping trip. We’re expecting delivery in a couple of business days.

This was a great experience for furniture shopping. I was able to find what I wanted and sealed the deal in a very short time. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Will definitely be back and will give this store as a recommendation for furniture shopping.

Absolutely worst possible experience. Ordered couch on July 5th for delivery on August 17th. Found out on August 16th the order was cancelled due to error at the store. Was never notified. Only found out because I inquired about delivery time. The charge went through, of course. Couch was reordered 16th for delivery on 22nd. Was notified on 20th it was available for me TO PICK UP at the wear house. You cannot talk to anyone on the phone to address the problems. I had to go back to the store to find out why Baily Marler (he claims to be the store manager) changed the order from delivery to pick up. He said he of course doesn’t know how it happened but scheduled the couch for delivery this upcoming 28th- but he would try to move up delivery date and would contact me. I have never heard from ANYONE from Ashley- and the date has not been adjusted. Yes, we could have canceled the order and gone across the street to Bob’s- but would have only gotten delivery a day or two sooner, and we had already decorated for the Ashley couch. They made 3 errors on this one order. Never once heard from anyone to apologize or compensate for all this horrible experience. There is no way to talk to anyone that can actually fix the problem. Yes, I can complain to my heart’s content- but for what? No-one can get the couch delivered in a timely manner. Two weeks in new apartment with camping chairs. My advice- go ANYWHERE else to purchase your furniture. Ashley truly does not care.

Got home with my chair to find that the chair had 2 slits in it . Looks like it was probably cut by a box knife. Called Ashley the next day to let them know and they said anything on clearance is an as is, No refunds, no exchanges, no repairs . The clearance price was 117.00. The cuts didn’t show up until the chair was laid on its side. It’s just a small office chair with no arms nothing. If it’s an as is why is it so expensive. So I called the numbers left on their reply to me only to be told that clearance means as is even if it’s not posted and only says clearance on the ticket. It was not until the chair was laid on its side and the material had time to shift that the damage showed up.i even asked the sales person as I was checking underneath of it if there was any damage and her reply was that she didn’t see any. I was so careful because I didn’t want any problems that would cause me to return the chair. It was a total joke trying to get any help to resolve this and when I asked to speak to someone in corporate I was transferred to a salesman who could only apologize.. if you are thinking of doing business with Ashley’s this weekend be careful. I bought some barstools a couple years back about 300 each had to have parks replaced from wood splnters. Will not becoming back

Purchased furniture last Sept 23 with in the first couple of months my dresser was replaced due to malfunction. In April, my chest drawer needed to be replaced/ repaired. Tell my why is it the end of August 2024 and the drawer has still not been repaired nor replaced and I'm spending almost 6 grand with you all for my bedroom set alone and not to mention ever piece of furniture in my home is from your store. I am extremely not satisfied with the service that has not been provided to me.

We walked in and customer service sucked. We were never greeted. Walked by tons of employees standing around chatting and eating or sitting on furniture playing on phones. Walked right by them and nothing. Wasn’t until we were walking out the door we got awkwardly asked if we needed help. We had already been walking around for 20 min. We left and bought furniture else were. The furniture was actually overpriced and not as great quality as few other places. Their loss . We had a house fire and were replacing all our furniture. They lost our biz due to no service. We spent thousands of dollars elsewhere.

Salesman (Larry) was fantastic. The female manager, name unknown, didn't know a Visa debit card could be used as a credit card. She was borderline rude and didn't even apologize after being proven wrong by the sale going through without a pin number. Without her it would have been a 5 star review.

We recently purchased living room furniture and a dining room set, this was the worst delivery experience I have ever had!!!! First of all the items which were purchased at different times, were sent to different addresses. I have called Ashely repeatedly for an update as we are still missing our living room furniture, but apparently the store number is for a call center, who are not helpful or knowledgeable either. I have called this number and spoken with various folks regarding this, left voice mails for a store manager and still not received resolution. I will be driving to the store today, which is another inconvenience, but I need to talk to a person who I paid money to, for items I have not received. I am beyond frustrated at this process and lack of concern and the inability to reach a person in-store which is where I spent the money. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

This is about the people who work at this store. They did an awesome job. I dealt with “Happy Happy” trust me ask for him. He was super cool. Didn’t follow me around which I loved. worst customer service I've ever experienced. they put the wrong bed rails in our order and it's taken nearly 3 weeks to even schedule the right rails for delivery, now delivery is gonna be another 10 days out. this whole time I've had to sleep on the floor and get nothing but a "sorry for the inconvenience" from every one I talk to

Purchasing was good. Our sales person Becky Morrison was excellent. Getting delivery firmly established has been terrible as the Ashley scheduling team completely disregarded the date we set up at the store, and misspelled my street name. Multiple attempts to correct this has been ineffective and very aggravating.

Ashley has horrible customer service! We purchased a sofa, when it was delivered it was damaged. We were told we would have a new sofa delivered on the following Tuesday. We called the day before to check the delivery schedule to verify delivery on Tuesday and was told we were on the schedule. Tuesday morning arrives and we're told we weren't scheduled for anything. Now we're told it will be delivered Saturday. We have an event to host and now we won't have a sofa! I called Ashley and keep getting different people who are giving us the run around. No one at Ashley is concerned about the mistakes they made or the inconvenience this is causing us! I hate Ashley!

She was not afraid to go ask her manager to get us every discount she could. If zero stars was an option…. Purchased a mattress, adjustable bed that was $6,000. In addition, purchased a mattress protector, and two pillows, and was given a pillow for free (so I thought). Due to major pain my mother was experiencing: I needed something quickly. Ashley provided 5/28th as the soonest delivery date. The next morning, I went to a competitor and was able to get the items much quicker. When I returned to cancel the order. The general manager was rude, abrupt, and trying to persuade another sale. After an unpleasant discussion and treatment, we were told to call customer service. The store can only sell merchandise not return it and the pillows and mattress protector were not returnable. Customer service was called and I was authorized the furniture cancellation and return of the mattress pad to the purchase location. General manager refused to take the item. Called customer service once again and was informed the general manager stated the mattress protector was opened and not repackaged. Customer service noticed the mattress was never received so clearly there was no reason to open the protector. The customer service manager instructed me to take the item back to the warehouse. Drove the hour to the warehouse to find-they were not open and the sales rep: Emily, charged me $339.00 for the mattress protector that was $249.99. Called customer service again about the over charge and location not being open. Submitted photos of the closed location and the unopened mattress protector. They are now going to call me on the next business day with a resolution regarding the issues. Long story short…..I will never make another purchase from Ashley Furniture and do not recommend you trust them or purchase from them either! Resolution Update: Customer service advised me to return the mattress protector to the store. This time I was told to call the customer service rep directly while in the store and leave the item on the counter. Once they confirm the item was found by the location they would refund me immediately. Really……I chose to do it differently of course-while speaking with the assistant manager and attempting to return the item: I had a friend take a picture and video of the interaction as he decline to accept the item per his boss. I left the item on the desk in front of him as he yelled for me to leave the store or he would call the police. I immediate left as told and emailed the video and pictures to customer service. I did immediately receive an emailed copy of the debit card refund.

Beware beware beware... We ordered two items from Ashley west county.. And oh man did we have a problem with the right delivery of the queen bed!! Customer service terrible.. I need to specifically mention Mr. BAILEY for this.. In a country where most of the stores have excellent customer service and listen to the customers problems, he did not care at all..he kept us waiting for almost an hour in the storet to sort out the problem and even after that he placed a reorder of a wrong item!!! Instead of apologizing, he made us feel thats its our fault.. Wherein the person who took our order in the first place apparently didn't work with them anymore.. How is it our prob?? Also when we asked if we could speak to the store manager about this, he said she just left.. So again no help there.. And then that's when Mr. KC to our rescue.. Thanks KC.. Our queen bed that was wrongly delivered twice was finally sorted out correctly by KC... He guided the entire process well.. So if you do hv to shop at Ashley west county, do ask for KC or else you are doomed!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE CRAPPY SERVICE, SALES, AND TERRIBLY MADE FURNITURE. Beware of salesman and follow through. Also beware that there is no returns after you recieve it. (selling 10 pounds of trash in a 5 pound bag)They double charged my credit card and said they refunded it and didn't. Then when questioned about the charge 3 weeks later (still there) they said to dispute it with the credit card company. No help. Then the rug I ordered was not delivered with the couches and I had to track it down myself no help from the salesman as it was sent to wrong address and another one sent 2 weeks later. Then the "top of the line" $3000 couches at the store i bought that were supposed to be "scratch resistant" he even ran a key over it in the store....which is why I bought them...are now scratched to hell a month in. I bought the $1000 dollar warranty. I hope it's better than the rest of this experience. The warranty is just as bad as the entire experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE CRAPY SERVICE AND FURNITURE.

WARNING DO NOT BUY!!! Poor frame construction. These tiny staples are LOAD BEARING on our premium sofa. The whole thing is floppy now. Our expensive protection plan that the salesman aggressively pushed on us does not cover the frame!

I don’t like car or furniture showrooms because it creates such a weird opportunity to feel like you’re getting ripped off - which is uncomfortable and yucky, and even though the sales people were very kind, this experience for that norm and just felt slimy. Why? 1) the manager offered us a “today only” discount that essentially put the cost of the furniture at what we later discovered was the same price as their website (what!?! Why in heaven’s name is your showroom price not matching your online price?). 2) They ended up charging us more than they said they were going to but we’re doing a bunch of “secret conference” work on the iPad for like 15 minute while we tried to wrangle our 3 toddlers so by the time they were ready to tell us what the price was, it was initially $7200 - which made no sense and we pushed back on, then 10 minutes later it was $3500 - which was closer to what was expected so we just said ok to keep things moving…only to figure out via website pricing they had over-charged us by like $400. 3) The delivery cost was more in store than online. 4) The protection plan was A LOT more in-store than online (like $700 more), and there was no explanation that buying in-store is what allowed for a “never lose it” policy + some extra coverages that cause the price difference. They just rather you discover online is way less and call to ask why they ripped you off then they try to explain that. It makes sense but it feels underhanded. The sales guy was very tolerant of our kids “trying out” all the things around us - which I truly appreciated. However he wouldn’t have had to if they were just transparent about the price, used the internet version, explained the plus up of the site version of the protection plan as an up-sell and closed the sale in 10 vs 60 minute. Overall, unfortunately just not a good experience.

This was a huge investment and we feel we purchased the best mattress for our needs at the best price. Bought a desk on clearance. It was marked at $510. I asked the salesman if that's as low as they would go and he said he could take it down to $430. There was a cord missing, so after we paid for it, i googled the model number to see if i could find the exact cord that goes to it, only to find it on Ashley's website BRAND NEW IN A BOX for $439. I feel the salesman KC was a bit misleading and should have either told me the price of a brand new one or discounted it further. That will be the last time we shop there.

Customer is Never Right! After viewing many sofas and chairs at the Ballwin Ashley Furniture Home Store on the weekend of February 24 and 25, we decided to order a sofa and chair as a gift for a family member. Drake had helped us in the store. I telephoned on February 26 to place an order by telephone. Drake was not working. Bailey took my telephone order. Neither mentioned anything about what a "no return and no refund" policy. The invoice provided by email does not mention this. The website mentions nothing. Furniture was delivered on February 29. It would not go through our family member's front screen porch door. The driver and his assistant suggested that my husband could, later remove the door frame and it would fit. They placed the sofa and chair in the garage (now not able to be used for almost a month in the spring storms and hail). They said there might be a restocking fee. Again, no mention of no refund no return. Since then: one trip back to the store where even the manager told us there is NO avenue to assist with returns; 17 telephone calls to Ashley Furniture Home Store's customer service and guest care, many times disconnected; chats online with Ashley folks who seem to care until they discover unused, unwrapped furniture is in the garage and was left by their driver (then they quit responding); a dispute filed with AMEX (they are not charging us); BBB registered complaint (the Ashley rep who handles BBB complaints [and there are more than 4,000!] telephoned once to offer us reselection and collection. but we no longer want to work with Ashley/buy from Ashley); and many, many requests for a manager to return my call (NONE HAVE) and we still cannot use our garage, we still have no refund. The two pieces are still unused and wrapped! Extremely POOR business model. BUYER BEWARE!

Absolutely DISGUSTED at the service my husband and I have received from Ashley furniture. On 1/4/24, we purchased new bedroom furniture for our son. One of the reasons we chose Ashley is because we had purchased from them in the past and also had a gift certificate from their “No Use No Lose” Policy. However, after this experience I don’t think this company ever intends on letting people use this money. Our credit card was charged months ago yet we still have no furniture. After a month and a half of not hearing anything we called to ask what was going on. At that point we were informed the order had been canceled due to the furniture not being my in stock anymore. After calling the store to ask what the heck was going on, they claimed they were able to find the furniture in another facility to provide us but there was clerical issues. Our sales rep, Larry at the West County location, when he entered our order had lazily created a second customer ID for my husband so the certificate could not be applied/approved. We were having to call in multiple times a week just to make sure this was being corrected. Which it’s unclear if it has or has not been after a month of back and forth. On 2/17/24 my husband went back into the store and spoke with the store manager, it was confirmed all our paperwork was in order and we would be receiving a call the following week for delivery. That never happened. When we called back in we were told it was still wrong and needed to be corrected but whoever we were speaking to couldn’t correct it and were given the run around. The following week we spoke to Larry again, and he confirmed the paperwork was right on his end and resubmitted and we would be getting a call for delivery, yet that did not happen again. We called in tonight and were told because we did not sign the certificate it could not be applied and we would, therefore, lose the money since it is past expiration, 3/5/24. We offered to sign it in store when we made the purchase and were told it was not necessary to do so. The certificate does not say a signature is required for redemption and it is not clear whether the certificate needs to be signed by us or the salesperson. Just states “redeemed by” which, of course, would be by us being the purchaser of the policy. We have jumped through hoop after hoop and spent countless hours talking on the phone with representatives to try and get the furniture we have ALREADY PAID FOR. I would advise anyone looking for new furniture to look elsewhere if you are not wanting to have a huge hassle or headache or possibly just to be out of money. The service we were given was absolutely PATHETIC and I would never recommend anyone purchasing anything from this company or their affiliates.

Please read before deciding to purchase. Read ALL policies in detail, double check them before purchasing or signing for delivery. A salesman lead us to make a purchase based upon an offer that is NOT included in Ashley's policy. My partner and I now feel that we were scammed. We are first-time home owners and decided to use Ashley to furnish our space. Jason helped us select couches for our living room, and knowing we were in the process of purchasing a home, told us that we could RETURN or EXCHANGE anything that did not fit or that we were not happy with. Knowing this, I felt very comfortable moving forward with a large purchase. After the couches were delivered and we moved them into the intended space, we realized they did not fit. Based on Jason's words I called the store in order to use the offered service at the time of sale. (we wanted to exchange one of the love seats to create a sectional so that the couches would fit). Guest services needed notes from the store, which they refused to provide claiming that we received the correct order and return/exchange is not policy. While understanding after the fact this is not part of policy, I had hoped that they would honor what the salesman told us as it was misleading and deceitful. We were at the time loyal customers hoping for a simple solution. None of the managers at this location will support a customer, even on behalf of any employee error. They are unwilling to accept consequences for store actions. Do not make the same expensive mistake as us, cross reference any services that are verbally made to you. I feel taken advantage of, especially in what should be an exciting time with our new home. I've been calling different numbers for weeks trying to find resolution or at least alert someone higher up about the store's mistake since they are unwilling to report their own error.

I got help through one a very nice coworker and he helped me to find my favorite set. I chose my dining set and we went downstairs for check out. The lady was responsible to do rest of checking presses was so unprofessional . She was so rude and didn’t talk to me even one word. She answered it and kept talking with her language and suddenly left everything and went back and continued to her personal call. i didn’t buy the dining set that I really liked it and I left. I had a great shopping experience. I was graded as soon as I came in the door. And then someone asked me if I needed help. I've gone to other furniture stores and walked around for about 10 to 15 minutes and no one said anything to me so I appreciate them making me feel like a real person thank you so much!

I bought the Carnaby 4 piece sectional in June 2022, which uses what the salesman described as their "new springless technology". By July 2023, one of the sectional pieces had completely torn, offers no support, and is now basically unusable. Ashley's warranty includes lifetime frame coverage and 5 year coverage for "Springs and Webbed Seating Systems", but their 3rd party warranty company rejected my claim because "the seat decking is not considered the frame" and that this couch doesn't have "springs or a webbed seat system". I tried calling the store, and there was no way to connect with a salesperson/manager. It was all pre-routed to different departments in the company and they would not connect me to a person at the physical store. I went into the store and the manager, Brandon, said this situation is wrong, it was clearly a manufacturer defect, and this should be covered and replaced. he also said their 3rd party claim company is notorious for trying to nitpick wording to get out of fixing situations. He said he has no power to replace the item for me (which I find hard to believe as a store manager), but that he would file a new claim on my behalf using key words that should trigger the claim to be accepted. That was in July 2023, and I have followed up via email at least three times to his work email, and he has ignored me every time. I'm extremely disappointed in Ashley's customer service, and if this is how they treat their customers I would stay away.

We had the most wonderful experience at Ashley. We were greeted by the store manager Ryan who helped answer questions and helped by an amazing associate Austin who helped answer more questions and helped with the sale of the furniture we picked out. Everybody there were really super nice. Even those not directly helping us. Great store! I’d recommend to check them out when you are looking for your furniture needs.

They had a good selection, and my salesperson Eddie was a very nice, conscientious young man.

Eddie was our salesperson. My husband and I looked for furniture at 5 different stores. Your store was the third and I knew that was where we would purchase but my husband wanted to think about it so we went to a couple more stores and agreed we would call Eddie the following morning to meet him and purchase our furniture. We came in looking for complete living and dining sets which is overwhelming to do all at the same time but we talked with Eddie about what we were looking for and he was awesome. He listened and knew right where to go to show us things and was so professional and knowledgeable about what furniture would match. I would recommend Ashley Furniture in West County to anyone and make sure to ask for Eddie.

Austin, our associate, was so much help! He carries himself with a perfect desire to help without ever being too pushy. We left with a wonderful couch we love after a equally good experience.

The sales gal was great even though the item that got me to come was on the display floor but won’t be available for several years. This was the item I really wanted. Anyway, we were able to come up with a more expensive item that was acceptable. The delivery service is horrible. I received a call on Saturday the tenth informing me that they would not have my item for delivery on Wednesday the 14th as promised. I could barely understand her the English was so bad. She told me that someone would get with me towards the end of the week. Two hours later I get a text about the delivery not being until the following week. This is not very convenient for a person who lives alone and works 50 to 60 hours a week.

I think what I enjoyed the most was that my daughter and I were not pressured and we walked around the store..sitting on sofas and finally made my decision and bought my new living room sofa.

DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY. I bought a nice, or what seemed nice, leather couch. The delivery guys showed, tried to upload the couch, and broke it. Ashley is using my warranty to fix the couch that was broken by THEIR deliver guys. It's been 2 months, and multiple technicians later, and it's still not fixed. Ashley uses a 3rd party company to do warranty work, and they always say they don't have anything to do with Ashley furniture, so nothings their fault. That may be true, but you need to tell Ashley furniture how upset I am because this is insane. This is the worst experience purchasing furniture from anywhere. This has to be one of the worst buying experiences I've ever had, period. I'd advise staying extremely far away from Ashley furniture.

Happy was so accomodating! He really made sure that were happy with the furniture we got! He really took good care of us while we are in the store! We will look for him in our next purchase! 😊

I spent $2k on living room furniture. One of the pieces of furniture were delivered defective. I refused the delivery and called the store. The store manager, Nesrine Kelly, was unsympathetic to the fact that I would need to take further time off of work for a redelivery. She told me she could not do anything about this because my order was “locked” and that it can not be “unlocked” until the next day. She stated that only the customer service 866 line could help me further and she ended the call on me. She was extremely unprofessional, and did not act as what a manager should act like. Once the store has your money and your sale, they seem to not care anymore.

I bought a couch, two chairs with an ottoman a desk and chair. I bought the the protection plan as well. I have had the whole set for barely a year. The quality is trash. The fabric on the couch and chair are already fraying. The pillow is ripping at the seams and the desk chair is broken. We are not hard on furniture. We are an older couple with no small children. I tried to use the protection plan that I was reluctantly talked into, for the broken desk chair. Of course they red taped their way out of paying for it. I tried numerous times to call the store and speak to my salesman but could never get a person to talk to. Left messages with no return call. N To sum it up. Save your money and buy from a better quality company. Ashley is the worse junk furniture and service I have ever purchased and experienced. NEVER buy furniture protection plans they are always a scam.

Excellent, friendly service. Many thanks to Dave. Needed a nice sectional sofa for vacation rental property. They certainly have some decent options, but went with a sofa-loveseat combo (Alesbury). There was an issue with the delivery truck (the driver apparently believed that the truck was too big to cross a paved two-lane road over an earthen dam), so ended up rescheduling delivery one week later (which was pretty inconvenient due to this being a rental property), but still only 2 weeks between purchase and delivery. The furniture is beautiful and seems to be well made. Will definitely shop at this store in the future.

Great buying experience overall. Prices were very decent and we found the perfect arrangement. We worked with Happy and he was a pleasure. The only down side was being promised a specific day for delivery based on their schedule so we took off work to be here, only to get a text that advised they would actually be out the following day. Of course we had already taken off work for the promised day AND already had important plans the day they actually planned on dropoff. None of it earth shattering, just a minor disappointment.

I had a credit for a protection plan I never used of $259. Looking for a headboard, I found one online I liked but was told the credit could only be used “in store,” and sure enough, the email reminding me to use the credit before the end of January said “ in store.” After visiting a store, I could not find a headboard I wanted so visited another store location and found some planters I liked, only to be told I couldn’t use the credit for accessories, only furniture, and only a purchase of over $500. None of the communications from Ashley spelled out such restrictions. I will not only never purchase another protection plan but also will not make any purchases at all from Ashley.
