James Parker is the man. He sold me all my living room furniture and was very helpful and i will be returning for master bedroom and office furniture and be using him for the sale.

Absolutely horrible service. I will never make a purchase with this company again! Once they collected my money that was it. No service after the sale. Had issues with deliveries. Either a no show or an item was not on the truck or the delivery date was not as promised. I was told to call myself to handle everything even a malfunctioning item. I have all the numbers for this company ie: the supply number, customer service, the cancellation team, just to name a few😡 Had to at least hit one star for this to go through. This is not even with one star.

Every time I go to Ashley furniture I ask for Becky. She makes the experience well worth the visit. She is very patient and knowledgeable about the products. I will always deal with her.

I’m giving a 3star rating b/c I had a problem. I purchased the sofa on Nov 11, 2024. The salesman charged me twice for the sofa. He assured me that the first charge would not go through, but it did. I have spoken to customer service 3 times and have a request id number. Today is November 26, 2024 and Ashley Furniture has still not credited me back one of the charges. I finally called my CC company today and disputed the duplicate charge. The furniture (sofa) was delivered this morning. I had an excellent experience. I was notified by email and text when the driver would arrive. They were on time and very respectful of our home. The two men delivering the sofa put furniture pads on my floor and around the door so not to scratch anything. I would give 5 stars had I not been double charged and still have not received a credit for the duplicate charge. The person at customer service is nice and can only say i am sorry this is not how Ashley does business but apparently it is how they do business. I am hopeful my CC dispute department will get this settled with Ashley. This is my second piece of furniture to buy from them in two years. After I posted this, the next day the duplicate payment was refunded to my CC card. Thank you Ashley.

I enjoy 😊 the customer service that I received from the Manager and from Happy. Milan (Happy)was helpful and friendly and he didn’t pressure me . He give me space and time. I will be back soon
