Love the experience buying directly to the store and manage to talk to Shawn and provide guidance in all my inquiries. Buying directly at store is more smooth than online. I have some hiccups buying online but happy that I will have my king bed and mattress with me.

An absolute JOKE! My Ashley furniture experience was terrible. -Went to the show room & the sales associate was rude & told me that I was unable to use a coupon or discount with the current sale. WRONG! So I went online & not only was it cheaper but was able to use a coupon. -Scheduled a self pickup through the automated service & they stated that the distribution center was open until 6pm. We showed up at 3:30pm & again Ashley was WRONG! It's only open tues-sat until 3pm. (upon further research, google says they're only open until 2pm, this is also wrong) -Due to they're confusion, an online rep was kind enough to schedule us a delivery for free. Well, they screwed that up too! It wasn't delivered on the day promised & when I called, an online rep lied about the reasoning. He stated that it wasn't at the distribution center yet & that had caused the delay. Sooo, due to being out of town on the rescheduled day, I decided to drive down to the distribution center, that same day & was able to pick up the item that "wasn't at the dist center". -I was finally done with this disaster, right??? Nope, one of the sections was missing the legs! I went online & chatted with a rep & she was absolutely clueless & couldn't find the legs we needed. So I called & finally there was one helpful person who works at Ashley & he found the correct legs, within a few mins & now I'm waiting 7-10 days for processing + whatever time it takes for shipping. -Uhhhg, what a joke! My family, my friends & anyone else I ever meet will be warned. -final thoughts: the folks at the distribution center were very kind & helpful. It's not their fault that the company as a whole is poorly run. A shout out to the lovely woman who helped me get my order & to the gentleman who expertly helped me load my truck. But, they should probably look for employment at a better company.

Convenient place ,helpful Workers but Delivery is longer than normal just to me

My wife and I went to this Ashley location because it the largest in the Midwest. Jessica Tucci was our salesperson and she did a fantastic job. We bought a dinette for our place in Nashville and the delivery went great . Highly recommend Ashley and Jessica.

Simple and efficient

Purchased a sectional on Jan 7, first the sales person tried to charge a sales price of $200 above the advertised price. When I showed them the actual price they immediately changed it to that and acted like they were doing me a favor and cutting me a great deal. Said I couldn't get the sectional delivered until Feb 4 almost a full month after purchase. Whatever, I guess I'm waiting. Ashley called Monday Feb 2 and said now they couldn't deliver it until Feb 18. Texted me on Feb 6 and said now it can't be delivered until March 4, 2 months after purchase! I'm sure it will be delayed again. Absolutely unacceptable. Wish I had went anywhere else but here!

Nice couch. Was told by salesman that couch was made in America. We thought probably not since it was leather, thinking leather products do not get made in USA. Went to pick up couch, clear as day marked, Made in Vietnam. Still like the couch, but we try hard to buy Made in USA.

She gave us space to look around, was right there when we needed her, and explained everything clearly—double-checking every detail along the way. We opened the Ashley credit card, and she walked us through every step seamlessly. Truly 10/10 service. Ask for Candace—for a great purchasing experiance.

Lost at least $8,000 of business. Couch was supposed to be delivered today - turns out not and NO ONE told us. We took off of work and told us Thursday instead. Went to this store for an explanation (nothing) and then asked to cancel everything. Not one person in the store could/would cancel our order and gave us a number to call (India). Will never order from here again. Bobs is better at this point and same quality, but better service and Carole House for that matter

Kelly was a great salesperson she was patient as I talked to my family on the phone and shared photos of furniture. Kelly talked about various pros and cons of the furniture and helped us make a decision. Large store with lots on display! Great experience- highly recommend!!

I give Ashley Furniture two thumbs down, and two middle fingers up. After purchasing an entire dining room set-table, chairs and buffet and having to replace or schedule repairs for every single item due to them all having some sort of damage straight out of the warehouse, the fun didn’t stop there. Rude delivery crew, multiple wrong replacement parts sent, causing additional technician appointments and a tech that completely trashed my dining room during unboxing and just left it that way. I was even told by Ashley Furniture that I could keep the additional replacement parts, i.e. trash, as a “courtesy.” Courtesy to whom? This was my first and last experience with this company. If you like being treated poorly as a reward for spending your hard earned money at their store, then this is the place for you. I will be spending my money elsewhere from now on.

Betsy tried to sell me a $1500 bedroom set (online price) for $2100. She was able to match the online price but didn’t mention the military discount. When I called to add this discount she said I couldn’t “stack” discounts even though I didn’t receive any discounts, only the online price. I was able to cancel the in store order and then buy online with the military discount that she told me I couldn’t do through her. I also saved money on the taxes by going online. Betsy was not helpful at all unfortunately. I received great service from Laurie when cancelling my order though! She was super helpful and kind.

Angelo was excellent! His knowledge about the type of bedroom set and mattress I was looking for put my mind at ease. The process was enjoyable. I was initially (and involuntarily) paired with one of the worst sales reps I’ve ever dealt with — no social cues, very little product knowledge, and she had to bring in three other people just to answer basic questions. Thankfully, Happy stepped in and rescued the experience. He’s a seasoned professional who really knows his stuff, answered every question confidently, and guided me through the process with ease. I’ve spent a year searching and visited eight different stores, and I’m so glad I finally found the right fit — thanks to him!

Just delivery is fine but my problem is I have a problem with the movers that brought this stuff in My husband wasn't watching them he was downstairs and I had a doctor's appointment they stole a $80 shirt for me a valuable glitter scarf white they stole my grandson's a baseball cap is never been war on his head I'm very unhappy with the movers they stole a lot of stuff for me cuz somebody called me that's a supervisor over the delivery guys My name is Doris Bell I'm very unhappy I'm just now finding this in my room when I wasn't here I was looking for some stuff in my drawer and and found that this stuff was missing c could somebody call me from the office of supervisor somebody about the movers that Martha being in my house

Everything was great , until the delivery of twin bed, salesman James was excellent with sales & explaining things, The Delivery did not arrive until 6pm Sat eve. Time was change 3 times. when twin bed arrive, they brought it inside. I ask if they was going to assemble it, They guy said all we was suppose to do is drop off. and left. Try hard to get help from Ballwin store, manager was not available,Finally call support service they made a case # and said I would here from someone in a couple of days. All my furniture I bought at Ashley. was assembled in the pass when deliver. The driver did say if I paid them they would put it together, wish made me feel uncomfortable. So I have 5 boxes setting in a empty bedroom and not set up . I was not told @ time of sale I had to pay for bed to be assemble. So I would appreciate if someone would communicate , or Bed may have to be return to store. I am 70 yrs old . I cannot put it together

On top of that, the furniture was delivered within two days, and the delivery drivers were very courteous and professional. Could not be more disappointed with my bed purchasing experience with Ashley. For starters, the salesperson who walked us around the store was not in the least knowledgeable about any of the furniture in the store. When we finally decided on a bed (with virtually zero assistance from the salesperson), after the purchase was finalized, she made it seem like delivery was already scheduled, so I thought we were good for delivery in early December. I then get a call from Ashley several days later saying I need to schedule delivery. Slightly frustrated, I pick a date. A week later, I then get a call saying the headboard isn't ready, they can delivery everything else but the headboard. No one can tell me if the bed is at all useable without a headboard (I presume not) so I suggest we just delay the entire shipment. This morning I get yet another call saying the headboard now won't make the delayed delivery date. At this point I'm ready to cancel, so I call their hotline, and I can't even speak to a 'cancelling agent' without waiting for a call back. I don't know how these people manage to sell any furniture.

My husband and I shopped several stores to find the right couch. We actually went to Ashley’s 1st and Rayden helped us. We really liked one particular couch the Larce sectional, But it was the first store we went to. Being naïve we went ahead and went to four other stores thinking we could find something else to compare. Not only did the selections elsewhere not compare, neither did the pricing. And sorry Rayden, I even tried to get online pricing from Ashley’s online but no one beat Rayden’s in person prices or his expertise. He really went above and beyond to make sure it would fit in our living room, to help us find exactly what we needed (we have dogs and cats), and to get us the very best deal hands down. Thank you for everything! We got it the same day! Literally within 3 hours it was in my living room. I highly recommend ashley furniture, but more specifically, Rayden! We love our couch!

I had a great experience purchasing furniture from Rayden at Ashley. He's super friendly and professional.

Delivery was messed up. But it is unbelievable that a furniture store operates without an ability to communicate. They don't answer the phone. The store cannot call the warehouse and god help you if you need customer service. Because customer service is in another country and does not realize your a day away from a holiday or unable to reach anyone locally.

Candice made what is usually a stressful experience very easy. Double and even triple checking that she had everything correct. Her customer service was greatly appreciated.

Loved the link with the driver status! Driver and helper were very efficient in setting up the furniture in my Mom's apartment.

I didn't get what I paid for I only received the living room items, not my bedroom furniture. I gave all of my bedroom furniture away. Now I'm sleeping on the mattress. I haven't heard from them yet as to how this will be rectified.

The product was very good, but on March 11, 2025, around 1:00 pm, when I went to pick up my product, I went to the reception desk on the ground floor where there was a thin lady. I asked her where I could pick up my merchandise, and the lady, with no manners and very arrogantly, snatched the sheet out of my hand. I will truly never go back to that store.

The gentleman who sold me the furniture was very professional. The issue isn't with this store but the company. I updated my address at the store. He entered it in the computer. My delivery has been cancelled bc the delivery side has an old address & I have to return to the store to update my address which I did the day I purchased the furniture. Customer service agents are useless. They can't do anything but update telephone numbers. Store employees are GREAT! Company totally sucks!!!

We were happy with our sales rep but after the sale when I had to talk to dispatch it was the worst customer service I ever had. Your girl was very snotty and hung up on me When I called back a guy answered and told me I had the wrong business and that was not true. I checked my phone and we had called the right number. I heard laughter from the girls and they didn't even try to help me. Your furniture is very nice but after spending over $6000 I expected better service after the sale. When you delivered the couch and chair the bottom lights in the couch would not work and they still don't. After spending $3000 for the couch it was very disappointing that it didn't work The problem has not been fixed I WILL NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY AGAIN I

All in all decent experience. The staff didn’t seem to want to be there and seemed upset that I found a deal online but we finally got to a sale. I had a $50 off online discount I was told can’t be honored since they already gave me a finance discount, not sure how true that was. Hoping the furniture is nice once it arrives.

I purchased a dining table and chairs at the retail store. When I got home, I wanted to show my husband what I bought. I noticed that on the website everything I ordered plus delivery was much cheaper. There was almost a $700 price difference. I did call customer service the next day and they honored the website prices. I feel like they were trying to scam me.

We went in to look for a new mattress. Our salesman “Happy” was VERY knowledgeable and helpful, as was the manager Bryan. Actually everyone we spoke to was very friendly. The entire experience was relatively quick and easy. We ended up with a new mattress and power base with lumbar support that I am very happy with. Great experience! I will definitely be shopping there again for furniture in the near future!

This store is huge! I've been to a dozen Ashley's before but this one is designed perfectly. Shawn helped us on our visit a couple days ago. This guy is new, still learning the ropes, but he really has potential! He was friendly and more than willing to put in the effort to get you exactly what you need. Fully recommended!

I would give it a zero if I could.The sales person was fine.After purchasing we changed a love seat for a reclining chair instead...my account was to be credited within 10 days,it has been 16,not there.Decided to cancel the whole order,sure hoping it gets credited to my account by next week. My parents bought a loveseat recliner,within days after getting it it's already wrinkling and looking worn,it is not comfortable to them.... Ashley furniture so far is refusing to reimburse them.The quality at Ashley sure doesn't seem that great.If you purchase anything here make sure you absolutely love it, because you're pretty much stuck with it. They will possibly give you an exchange option within 3 days,but if you don't find anything....still waiting to hear from a manager.

I had the absolute best experience here and I know because I pay attention to how people treat me anywhere I shop because my money is hard earned and I definitely feel like I got my moneys worth on quality and the customer service was on point.

I went into the store to look for an area rug. All the rugs are on the floor and they're not displayed on a rack. I found one that I liked online. The salesperson said you're going to need to walk around the store and look for it after looking around the store for about 10 minutes, I couldn't find it. Avoid this place.The salesman sat there and didn't want to help.. Poor customer service.I

Sales woman was very nice, knowledgeable, and patient. I'm not crazy about Jenny, the chatbot. Time limit for responses should be MUCH longer. I like the idea of this scheduling system but it's way too intrusive, as it stands.

Don’t not patronize this store or company in general. The furniture is cheaply made and they provide poor customer service. They act friendly in store to get your business. However I purchase a bedroom set with mattress and had it delivered within a few days the headboard became shaken and wobbly eventually coming apart. I emailed them filed a claim as instructed which included pictures etc. I was told I would received feedback within 24-48 hours, never heard back. Called to follow up was met with a an extremely rude person from corporate who just stated we don’t return any furniture without even trying hear what happed or provide alternative solutions. Don’t bother with this cheaply made poorly assembled flmsy furniture from China. There is a local competitor Carol House furniture which is a bit more pricey but has good quality furniture. I will Never patronize this place again

An ABSOLUTELY amazing furniture store, I have been to many in my life but the volume of products this store has is just crazy. Couches, recliners, sectionals, tables, mattresses, you name it they have two to three dozen minimum examples. The staff is amazing, our salesman Angelo is the most knowledgeable person I have EVER met when it comes to the products they carry. Brian the store manger is a great and fun professional as well. If you are looking for furniture, this specific Ashley Furniture Store is the place to go!

The guys there were really helpful with helping me get a rug. Everything was going well until the checkout process. They were having a hard time with software or something, and my friend and I were just sitting there waiting for around 20 minutes which was a mild annoyance. I came back the next day, and picked up my rug with no problems. Overall experience was alright to be honest. There was some good and bad.

Worst experience I have bad. Sent the wrong couch first time (delivery 4 hours late, missed a meeting) Could not actually schedule its replacement as line never answers and directs to an outsourced group. Had to drive into the store just to talk to someone there. Correct Couch comes dirty, and 6 hours late (had to stay home all day) Bedroom set came today and their movers refused to move a frame, so now it sits unbuilt in the bedroom. Also 2 hours late delivery. Go anywhere else.

My first ever visit was a very positive experience all thanks to Rayden. While there Rayden was all knowing of the different mattresses and listened to my needs. He was quite helpful, professional and very, very nice. I look forward to my new mattress and going back to Ashley's very soon for some furniture.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The many ways they have screwed up my order is completely mind boggling. From not telling us the furniture was not available to mismatch colors, to actually receiving defective furniture. All after they have taken thousands of our dollars. The incredible way they just pass the buck and make fake promises to resolve issues is entirely unacceptable and unprofessional. The only people who actually care are the delivery people. I urge everyone to please stay away and not go through what we went through. We are currently speaking with legal counsel to file suite against this sham of a company. BUYER BEWARE.

I recently had my worst experience shopping for furniture — honestly, I had a way better experience with Wayfair! Long story short: I went in to buy a sectional with a budget of up to $5,000, using 0% APR financing. They ran my credit, and to my surprise, it was rejected — even though I have a good credit score. Then they offered me a second financing option without much explanation, which seemed pretty similar to the first. The salesperson first lied about the discounted price he quoted me. He claimed the total was around $6,000 after the discount for a leather set. Admittedly, it was my fault for not checking the online price beforehand — but it turned out to be the same price listed online. So much for a discount. After signing electronically on their small iPad — which, by the way, doesn’t give you a chance to properly read the contract — I asked for a hard copy. I left the store excited about my new couch, which was supposed to arrive in a few days. Then I started reading the foot note on the agreement (printed in the tiniest font possible) and was shocked to see the financing terms: late payments incur a hefty penalty, and missing a payment results in them adding the full interest rate of 39%. Not that I planned to miss a payment, but the whole thing felt like a scam. The next day, I called the salesperson using the business card he gave me and asked to cancel the order. I told him I wasn’t comfortable with the financing company, Tower Loan. He said he’d talk to his manager — but only after I insisted — and promised to follow up. Several hours passed, and I received no update or cancellation email. So, I went back to the store. The salesperson, now with a completely different attitude, told me I’d have to talk to the manager. The manager came out and tried to convince me to keep the order, saying they’ve worked with Tower Loan for years and that it’s not shady. I told him I just wanted to cancel the order and void the financing contract before the 48-hour window expired — otherwise, I’d have to pay a non-refundable $500 delivery fee. Apparently, the store manager didn’t have the authority to cancel the order, so he gave me a phone number to call. I called, and the woman on the line tried to convince me AGAIN — this time offering a $700 discount. At that point, I didn’t care if they offered me $1,000 off — I just wanted the order canceled. That’s my story, in “short.” Bottom line: I would strongly recommend staying away from the Ballwin, MO branch — especially if you’re considering financing with Tower Loan.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! — Would Strongly Caution Others This has been one of the most frustrating retail experiences I’ve ever had. We initially purchased a sectional couch from Ashley, but only part of it fit down our basement stairs. The chaise lounge didn’t fit, so we had to deny that piece. The delivery team told us we could exchange it for different modular pieces, so we kept the rest. Later, when we called Ashley, they told us those pieces “don’t exist” and that we should never listen to the delivery team. It took several calls and far too much effort just to get them to agree to pick up the remaining pieces. We then ordered a second couch — which was to be delivered in two separate shipments. The ottomans arrived first, but they were the wrong color. We immediately asked the delivery team to take them back, as we knew from experience that refusing delivery is the only way to initiate a return. They refused, saying they had no room on the truck, but promised they’d be picked up when the rest of the couch arrived. When we later asked to cancel the remaining items, we were told we couldn’t cancel the order — we had to wait until it was delivered and then deny it. That policy makes no sense and caused even more frustration. On delivery day, we told the drivers not to bother unloading the rest of the couch because we were refusing it. We also told them to take the ottomans — which customer service had assured us were scheduled for pickup — and they refused. We are now stuck with furniture we don’t want and have not received a refund for any of it. We’ve spent hours calling and visiting the store just trying to get a resolution. At this point, I will never shop at Ashley again and will be warning friends and family to avoid them as well.

I was in store for 30 minutes and not one person addressed me. Not impressed with customer service or selection of furniture. Most of it looked cheap and even used. I will never return.

Worst experience ever. Larry was terribly put out to have to arrange a direct ship of 2 rugs to me in another state. When it finally came to payment I said I had store credit - heavy sigh and eye roll followed by “You should’ve told me that sooner.” Ultimately walked out empty handed and will hopefully find a more willing and able salesman at another location.

Edited to add - Two months later we are still trying to deal with customer service to correct this issue. We have called and texted every phone number they have given us. We have emailed five different customer service representatives with receiving no response. Their customer service is AWFUL. We purchased a living room set from Ashley Furniture HomeStore in early April 2025. It was a clearance item sold “as is,” and we understood and agreed to that, even signing paperwork with the salesperson noting minor damage (only some loose threads on the stitching). However, what was delivered was NOT what we agreed to in-store. The chair had a stain on the arm that wasn’t on it in the store when purchased. The sofa arrived with a broken arm that wasn't broken in the store. The sofa had a tag that said "I fold out into a sleeper" — which was the main reason we bought it — and it is not a sleeper sofa. We contacted the number given to us by the delivery team immediately. After sending photos and following their instructions, we were told a ticket would be submitted and we'd hear back. We didn’t. I followed up at least six times over the next month by phone and email. Every time I was passed around or told someone else would handle it. Eventually, I was told that because it was an “as is” item, they wouldn't do anything — despite the fact that what we received was clearly not what we agreed to purchase. Even after escalating the issue to supervisors and visiting the store in person, all we got were more runarounds. Store staff told us to call the number. The phone reps told us there was nothing they could do. No one takes ownership or provides a resolution. Ashley Furniture cannot hide behind “as is” disclaimers when the product delivered is materially different from what was shown and sold in-store. This is unacceptable and deceptive. They need to take responsibility and make this right — not pass customers off from person to person and hope the problem disappears. I expected honesty and basic customer service, and received neither. Until Ashley takes ownership and corrects this issue, I strongly urge others to avoid doing business with them.

Got a new couch in Feb.  Both arms squeaked loudly when you sat down or put pressure on them.  I called Ashley to find that their warranty dept was an outsourced company.  I was given the wrong number 2x.  Finally got through and started a claim.  They had me send pictures of the couch (strange process to try to identify the issue via pics) so they ordered parts to be sent to my house and scheduled a tech.  They give you a date, however can't tell you the time frame until 2 days prior.  The tech came and started working on the job to find they didn't send the right parts.  I was frustrated since I took the day off work and called to see if they could just do a replacement couch.  The rep put in the order and while I was on hold for 20 minutes she forgot to put herself on mute so I heard her kids, dog, sounds like she made herself a snack. Not sure what was going on but she said the replacement couch is on backorder and wouldn't arrive until April 2026.  Fine. Got a call later in the week saying the parts were on order so they would instead send the tech out for the 2nd time.  Frustrated, I agreed for the tech to come on a Saturday 1245-445.  While at work that morning, I got a text (oh all of their communication after the claim is processed if done via text) at 10:20 saying they would arrive at 10:42.  I replied that this was not the time frame I selected and could not get there until 1130.  They replied "the tech team can not be delayed".  Leaving no number, I texted back, asking what that meant and for a new time since I was at work.  Got a text with my new time 12-3.  The tech started working and 1.5 hours in I could tell he was frustrated. He said they only gave him 1 hour to complete the job and he wasn't even to the problem yet.  I asked him how he was supposed to get both arms done in 1 hour. He said, "Both arms?".  He had no idea they were both broken.  He said he had to go for the next job.  They texted me Sunday asking for pictures.  I laughed saying the couch is making noises...the pics look the same as the tech stapled the arm back together.  I contacted Ashley who sent me back to the warranty dept again.  The warranty dept refuses to approve a replacement couch and wants to schedule me for a 3rd appointment for the tech to come out.  Absolutely not!  I called a week later to find my ticket had been closed down with the tech noting "project completed, work has been done".  I'm now told I have to wait until May 12th to start a new claim.  I called Ashley Furniture West Co and they are not accepting any ownership even though I paid the delivery fee for a brand new couch that was delivered broken.  I love their loyalty not for their customer but standing behind their horrible, incompetent warranty company.

The employees at this location were great. Especially our salesman, Brian Owens. He really knew his way around the store and was very knowledgeable about all the different selections. The store is the one of biggest Ashley stores i have ever been in. If your in need of furniture, I would highly recommend. And ask for Brian .

Sham of a place. The online price was cheaper by $300 and had we not seen that they wouldn't have said anything. When we did ask why they tried to say it's due to them offering the 0% financing which seems like a line of crap. Their white glove delivery service isn't such white glove. No courtesy entering the home. Weren't very forthcoming towards my wife. When they finished install the bed frame they asked her to sign the documents and took off without putting the mattress on the bed or asking if she was pleased with how it looked. Which brings me to the MOST IMPORTANT PART. ALL SALES ARE FINAL POLICY the dont tell you about. We aren't happy with the foundation to the bed and trying to return or exchange apparently isn't possible. It was literally 2 hrs after they installed it i called. What kind of customer service is this scamming place trying to provide?

My service today with K C was excellent but…. I had the extended warranty and that was a horrible experience trying to get the two companies to find my claim and agree to pay it. Needless to say I did not waste my time on the warranty this time. I doubt that I will be shopping here again! 😢😢

I have been dealing with getting a switch for the light in my nightstand since January multiple calls customer help not putting on the order in. I talked to Maria Peterson today and she helped me through everything still waiting on another part and still getting charged way too much to get it installed, but I guess as soon as the warranty runs out things just break Not an overall happy camper with the support and overall lack of knowledge of what the customers even talking about as far as the part goes!

I went into the store looking for a bed. It was busy it looked like all the associates were with other people so I was not approached which I like. I was eventually helped ,Found a bed bought a bed. Had bed scheduled to be delivered and set up for 3 weeks later. Got a text from Jennybot- their Ai system they use for the delivery date. I prepped area(took out previous bed and furniture). Day of delivery received text saying it was scheduled for a different date a week later. Ok no big deal a week later Delivery date arrived and the same thing happened I still don’t have bed because I took the other one out. Delivery date comes again and guess what same thing happens. I call to find out what’s going on. I was told two different stories about why I still didn’t have a bed. Anyways finally got it. The delivery men were nice, professional and fast.

Delivery service was terrible. Didn’t have the hardware to assemble our bed, said they would come back that day to complete assembly, didn’t return. I had to call them 4 times the following day before they sent someone out to finish assembly.

If I could add 0 stars, I would. We went in 5 weeks ago to order new furniture for our 11yo. We ordered a set, but when we picked it up and got it home, there were not enough materials to put the bed together. My husband has spent countless hours on the phone with different people because you can’t talk to the same person. No one has listened and they have continued to send the wrong pieces. He even went into the Ballwin, MO store where the manager was too busy to listen as well. We finally got ahold of someone who ordered the correct (we think) pieces that were to be delivered today between 12-4, but then a manager called him and needed to change the time. She told my husband that he needs to be more flexible since this is a complimentary service. What? Ashley has messed this up. My daughter has been sleeping on the floor for over a month, and we need to be more flexible? The kicker is I had to take a full day off work today, and we just received a message that due to issues, it will not be delivered. We have ordered almost all of our furniture through them. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Edit: for the manager who responded to this: we have called that number. No one knows what they are doing and has not been able to correct this. Please supply a number for someone who can actually help.

I purchased some furniture on Thursday they wait till Monday morning at 7:00 to call me and tell me I needed to sign some paperwork which they forgot to tell me. Now that he had all day Friday and all day Saturday to call me to come out there. I was expecting delivery tomorrow on a Tuesday. The lady at the store says oh no, we'll schedule for the Wednesday. Told him that does not work at work everyday but Tuesday. Now I have to go out of my way again to sign the paperwork and make arrangements for them delivering my furniture on Wednesday . Second when I walked into the store on Thursday I walked past 4:00 or 5 sales. People just looked at me like I didn't exist, I finally had to flag down a salesperson to help me find some furniture. Poor customer service. I was going to purchase more furniture from them but with the service I received on this last purchase I think I will go somewhere else. Update today is Saturday the 19th. My sofa finally arrived when they got out the truck and brought it in the house. My wife told me those two delivery guys smelled like marijuana so bad that they had to stand outside the apartment. They couldn't stand the smell. How unprofessional to send people out to deliver your furniture that smokes weed on the job.

I found the perfect leather sectionals to create the size lounge-couch that we were looking for! What makes the 5 star rating is not the product, but rather the people. The manager, Michael, did everything he could to get the price point I had for a budget to include delivery and also a 3 year protection (could have gone 5 years for a little bit more). What makes Michael so special is that he helped his sales rep on the floor (Paul) continually to make sure this all got done. In today’s world, finding great managers is often times difficult. Thank you Michael (and Paul) for being great!

The chair I purchased from Ashley’s is very nice! I also received great service from Shay in Ballwin. The delivery was good. The chair is perfect! The only reason I rate it a 4 instead of a 5 is because I tried to call the showroom all day today to purchase the 3 year service warranty. I was told I could discuss it with my mother who I was buying the chair for and that I would have 10 days from the date of purchase to change my mind and get it. Unfortunately, I never got to speak to a sales person and left two messages and they have not returned my call. I do not want to drive all the way back to the store to purchase the plan. How do you get someone to answer the phone?

My wife and I purchased a queen size Stern & Foster firm mattress, along with the Maloken Queen Wingback Upholstered Platform Bed. Mary Giles was the sales professional that helped us. She was very friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole process fun. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to buy your next furniture piece.

Excellent service

We will never be shopping from Ashley again. Our delivery was an hour and a half outside of the estimated delivery- and lasted 9:30-10:40PM. I do not fault the drivers, but I do fault the company for on setting it up this way. Highly unprofessional of Ashley to do this.

Terrible, avoid this place at all cost. We bought a couch which looked great and thought was a good value only for the couch to be delivered very obviously broken.. Ashley refused to respond even though the delivery person documented the couch was severely damaged during delivery. If you buy from these scam artists make sure to check your items upon delivery and if anything is wrong, refuse the delivery.. otherwise Ashley will tell you there are no refunds and ignore you.

The right amount of attention.

I had a horrible experience. I purchased a recliner. I was told the price would be one thing waa changed something else. Told the warranty would be $119 was charged $199. Had my son go pick up the recliner to avoid the $120 delivery fee. Have tried calling to get the matter rectified no option to speak with a sales agent. Chose option 5 keeps ringing. Speak with someone get transferred getting the run around. Not satisfied

My husband & I went there Monday for the Presidents Day Sale. We were Greeted by Rayden Cook who helped us find a farmhouse coffee table in the color white distressed & a Farmhouse Rug for our Living Room. The store manager was extremely busy but He made sure that my needs were met and Assisted the sales person ( Joe) to complete my order in a reasonable amount of time. They also Made sure that my price was the lowest possible Within reason. I would definitely refer others to this store.

Candace was truly a pleasure to work with. My fiancé and I were looking for a new couch and stumbled upon an amazing deal on a new bedroom set. The only problem was that the new set was for a king size bed as opposed to a queen. Candace immediately took ownership of this issue and helped to fit us to the perfect mattress that will help both of us with our back issues. Candace’s warm, caring personality made the process seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend!

I had the perfect sales person: Chris. She was so helpful and yet not close all the time. She was just come and check on me and I loved that. She made everything very easy and I enjoyed my experience.

We have shopped Ashley before and occasionally we find something that works for a space. The quality has improved over the years and the employees are friendly and helpful. This go-around, we bought a leather recliner. The saleswoman upon checkout was confused with their new computer/sales pad system. It took us too long to try to check out and we told them we had to leave. They promised to send the paperwork via email so we could conduct the transaction that way. In the end, it all worked out but it was a bit of a time-waster. If necessary, I’ll add to this review after their “white glove” delivery in a few weeks.

Had a protection plan certificate from a purchase that was valued at $600. Went in to use and they said it was a couple days past being valid to redeem. They told us to contact customer service for an exception. No luck…no exception…looks like they keep our $600. Guess I’ll just keep shopping at Carol House where the customer service is always so good.

Michael, The Ashley store manager greeted us upon entry to the Manchester store. He answered our questions and we purchased 2 new leather couches.

Both the managers I spoke to were not helpful and very rude, especially Mike! He told Shay to deal with me because he wasn’t going to. There was a 4 day long problem getting my Ashley Credit Card to work. The only person who helped me through the whole experience was Shay. She was extremely professional and very helpful! I was on 8 different phone calls with her. She should be made manager! She worked it all out for me and because of her I will continue to shop at Ashley. If not for her I would never shop there again!!!

After spending the day shopping looking for a recliner for my wife's post surgery coming up. Dr's recommended not sleeping on a flat bed. Other stores had up to a 10 week delivery wait, product was not up expectation, or the cost was completely out of budget. We where about to give up, then we found Ashley Furniture! There my wife found a perfect electric recliner that we can pick up in a few days. And she can recover. Are salesman Larry was great. Very pleased with the no pressure sales. This will be the first place I look next time we need Furniture!

The guys that came in the delivery guys they were perfect. They move quickly. They took good care of the dresser. They had bundled up in a blanket. They also took their time and put it together. They were fantastic. I had told them they were fast and fantastic. I really enjoy when you all send the guys to do the furniture like the muscle boys. They had delivered my couch to my table and stuff. They all were fantastic. They were great I mean they moved speedy and was done fixed it putting it up and everything. I appreciated them because it was cold and they still moved it up and got In here I love Ashley‘s oh my God I enjoy my bedroom set when I went to sleep last night. Ordered a sofa, it was delivered damaged with a broken frame , and now nobody has called about picking it up!! I guess I have to call corporate

I eagerly went looking for a leather sofa recliner. I found the perfect color and style for us ine the clearance section. It had a sign showing that the original price was $2,300 with a big slash through it and the clearance price of $1200. Everything in the section was pretty much marked half off. The sales person told me that this sofa was discontinued and this was the last one they had. Because it had pen marks on it I asked the manager to reduce the price. He told me that the reason it was half off was because of the stains. I pointed out that all of the furmiture was half off with no stains. He reduced the price to $900. I purchasef the sofa because I liked the sofa, not because of the price. negotiated a lower price. They did not offer the chance to purchase a warranty but I thought perhaps because it was on clearance. I asked if they could go ahead and take the back off and load it into my SUV. I was told by the manager "sure, we can take the back off". Then told by sales clerk that only "warehouse guys" were allowed to move furniture from the second floor to the first floor. I would have to come back the next day. The "warehouse guys" would move it in the morning. They were not in, they took the afternoon off but should be here to help out the next day. I mentioned that my adult sons could come with and help the warehouse guys if there was only one of them. I was looking for a coffee table too but didn't see anything I liked. Next day.take.husband to chemotherapy in the morning.and it.took longer.than expected. Both sons wound up working. I got there at 1 alone. The couch was fully.assembled in a garage type place and was told by this woman that nobody would be able to assist me in loading it. Like not even take one side and carry to car. I was told taking the back off was too difficult and physically risky for her. She called the sales clerk who sold it to me and he appeared to say that he only had the warehouse guys move it and didn't ask them to take the back off since my sons were to be there. My.sons are strong but not furniture experts who.have ever disassembled a sofa to load in the car. They can carry it. I explained that perhaps they could take off the back since they knew how but no, they all knew how but since it was a clearance item they couldn't lift a finger. Only.the warehouse guys could and the warehouse guy was "in a meeting" "having a Christmas party for his employees" etc...Also told that "usually when we "get rid of this clearance stuff" people show up with a truck. There were many able bodied men and women employees with no customers on the floor but none wanted to keep a client enough to provide service. I came back at 6 with a son. Again many healthy looking men and women with no customers on the floor. Absolutely no assistance. Same woman standing in the garage who could not assist and the "warehouse guys" were gone for the day. By then id checked the sofa dimensions online and noticed that the real price online was $1300 and it was not marked down or discontinued. Where did they come up with that $2300 original price? I had googled how to remove the back. It took about 3 minutes and was not hard at all. Got another line about not.being able to touch the clearance furniture. When I pointed out another retailer that did remove the.back of a recliner and helped us get it in the car I was dismissed with "all there furniture is on clearance" as if Ashley folks are just.to spiffy to handle the riffraff "clearance items". They did not one thing voluntarily to be helpful or to foster a good customer relationship for future business. They behaved as if my "clearance sofa" disqualified me from any sort of normal human kindness in the form of customer support and/or decent person interactions. What a horrifying place to learn customer service. Gross.

It's was my first time shopping with Ashley & I had a great experience. The people tending to me were friendly & had great customer service. I'll definitely shop here again.

Buyer be aware: I bought a sectional last week and when asked Angelo if I can return the pieces if they don't fit he said I had 72 hours to return them for any reason. I have an extra piece that I don't need but they won't take it back. And when I called the West County store's phone number I keep getting transferred to a call center who told me that there is absolutely no returns or exchanges, all sales are final. Your staff needs to be retrained or they need to stop lying to customers just to make a sale.

I spent a lot of money a few weeks ago at this store and when I asked the sales rep if we could return the furniture once it was in our home, he told us yes we could. We then received the furniture and it was ripped. They are working on fixing the rip and I have to be home a day for them to come over which is inconvenient. I asked if I could just return it and they said I couldn’t. Yet, I was told when I bought the furniture that I would be able to. Now I am stuck with this furniture that was way overpriced and am very frustrated.

Very shitty customer service been waiting months for my funiture and it finally gets delivered and one of the dressers is messed up.So they send out another one driver pulls up and knocks on door I'm in the bathroom and walk outside and the driver is sitting there so I think he is gonna bring in the dresser. No he takes off so they say i have to reschedule. Don't buy anything from here.

I just had an awesome experience with James Parker at Ashley Home Store on Manchester Rd! He’s part of the President’s Club, and it totally shows. James helped me find a couple of great bedroom sets, a cozy couch, and an ottoman. He really knows his stuff and made the whole process super easy. It was like chatting with a friend who just happens to know everything about furniture! If you’re looking for someone to help with your furniture needs, definitely go see James. I can’t recommend him enough!

Candace was a great. She knew the stock on the floor and was able to show me different options and clearance items. No high pressure tactics…just friendly service. I walked out with a beautiful clearance item for my daughter and just had to hug her for her help!!

Michael Barry, the Store Manager in Ballwin, MO, is second to none! I had a problem with a recent order and when I went back into the store today, he assisted me and was so extremely helpful. We went to the store today with the intent to purchase a new couch and some other furniture for our new addition. We found a couch we really liked that would work in the space. The first question I asked our salesperson was if this would be either delivered or available for pickup by 12/20. She replied yes no problem it’s in stock. We then sat down to apply for the 24 months no interest financing. As soon as we were approved she told us that the couch wouldn’t be available until 12/25 maybe even January. She then tried to steer us towards similar but far more expensive options. We told her that wouldn’t work for our budget so then she offered a 5% discount on the other couch if we waited for it. Not idea but we agreed. When it came time to execute the purchase somehow the price jumped to more than $700 what she financed us for? I then told her to cancel and we would go somewhere else. This was at best unethical and possibly illegal bait and switch. I intend to consult an attorney to explore our options. We wasted almost 3 hours in the store and now have a ding on our credit. If the store manager cares at all he or she will see this review and reach out to make it right.

James Parker is the man. He sold me all my living room furniture and was very helpful and i will be returning for master bedroom and office furniture and be using him for the sale.

Absolutely horrible service. I will never make a purchase with this company again! Once they collected my money that was it. No service after the sale. Had issues with deliveries. Either a no show or an item was not on the truck or the delivery date was not as promised. I was told to call myself to handle everything even a malfunctioning item. I have all the numbers for this company ie: the supply number, customer service, the cancellation team, just to name a few😡 Had to at least hit one star for this to go through. This is not even with one star.

Every time I go to Ashley furniture I ask for Becky. She makes the experience well worth the visit. She is very patient and knowledgeable about the products. I will always deal with her.

I’m giving a 3star rating b/c I had a problem. I purchased the sofa on Nov 11, 2024. The salesman charged me twice for the sofa. He assured me that the first charge would not go through, but it did. I have spoken to customer service 3 times and have a request id number. Today is November 26, 2024 and Ashley Furniture has still not credited me back one of the charges. I finally called my CC company today and disputed the duplicate charge. The furniture (sofa) was delivered this morning. I had an excellent experience. I was notified by email and text when the driver would arrive. They were on time and very respectful of our home. The two men delivering the sofa put furniture pads on my floor and around the door so not to scratch anything. I would give 5 stars had I not been double charged and still have not received a credit for the duplicate charge. The person at customer service is nice and can only say i am sorry this is not how Ashley does business but apparently it is how they do business. I am hopeful my CC dispute department will get this settled with Ashley. This is my second piece of furniture to buy from them in two years. After I posted this, the next day the duplicate payment was refunded to my CC card. Thank you Ashley.

Great selection with an excellent sales team

my father bought us a new house so we can all enjoy it. we ordered THOUSANDS of dollars worth of ashley products and waited over a month to receive our furniture. over 50% of what we ordered was damaged and kindly asked the delivery man to return what was damaged and he said “if you want me to return just this i’m going to return all of it” and told us he was in a rush and didn’t have time to pick and choose from what’s broken. we told him to take it all in that case. i will NEVER be working with this company again. i would never recommend this place to anyone. very rude worker and started talking very poorly after we kindly asked to just send back what’s broken. now we are in a EMPTY house for the holidays with no furniture due to this company.

Waited 30 days for my furniture and when the delivery guys came in and some items didn’t got they where so angry and start speaking very badly and said if I don’t like it I can send everything back so I send the whole order back and I will never thing about Ashely any more or recommend it to any one so they don’t go through what I when through today . Imagine they did that right before thanksgiving.

They delivered the wrong chairs and have refused to deliver the correct ones for a month. update after giving them a one star they fixed the problem the next day

Prices online are MUCH cheaper than in store. Salespeople will claim it’s bc they are a franchise (which they aren’t), and encourage you to order from them. Their sales signs are also based on fake prices. Either way, they will match the online price. Always check online first!

I've reached out to Ashley several times in regards to the delivery company damaging items upon assembly. I also requested that my furniture be delivered brand new, in boxes. That also did not happen and they delivered my items assembled and some damaged. The warehouse managers never contacted me about the damages and Ashley managers never reached out to for a resolution.

Do not order furniture here this place is horrible , customer service suck nobody knows anything , and they will lie in your face your better off at value city

I had an issue with my order online, so I went to the west county store and the yound man that helped me was awesome. He took care of my need and got me out in a timely manner.

KC was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in helping us pick out a mattress. I would recommend asking for him at the Manchester store.

When you are entitled to a store credit, you should not have to spend a certain amount to get your credit, and if you buy at one store your credit should transfer to all the stores. A waste of my time.

KC did a great job! We went into the Manchester road location looking for a mattress and left with some new bedroom furniture and other items as well. Our salesperson (KC) did a fantastic job. He was knowledgeable about all types of mattresses and was very helpful and professional with regards to our purchases. Sometimes mattress shopping can be a terrible and exhausting experience but KC made it pleasant and fun! He was very thorough with regards to our payment and purchase experience to ensure everything was correct as well. This was refreshing too! Nice job KC!

We only have good things to say about this particular Ashley Store. We went in to purchase a sofa and loveseat. The customer service was excellent. The manager and the salesperson were so helpful. They were kind and patient. We had a lot of questions about colors and quality of different pieces and designs. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be doing business with them again.

KC Nabin was fantastic, made the whole process easy and was fantastic with remembering details.

Places an order in store, the staff was nice and helpful albeit a little to fall you around type. But overall great. They priced matched a deal on there website and I ordered 3 pieces. With knowledge that there was a chance 1 would be delayed by a week. The delivery date came and they were only able to deliver 1 piece, while saying they could have the other 2 the following week. The following week came and yet again only one piece. This is fine so I waited. Then my ordered jumper a month, then 2 months. They gave me a delivery date 4 times only to cancel. On the 5th delivery date it made it to the truck and said they would deliver it 3pm. Then it moved to 6pm. A little late but fine. Then it slipped to 7pm then 8pm then 9pm, then it just said "oops we missed you". I stayed home the entire day waiting for this last piece, only for them to cancel it. Ok fine I should be first on the list tomorrow. I mean it is still on the truck. Only a complete idiot would waste time to take it off the truck and reschedule me right? Wrong I get a call saying the next available day is now next week. What? I now have to wait another week? Not the next day? Someone calls me I explain and they say they will try to get it on the next truck only to not hear back from them and to get the automated system to reach out to schedule it for next week at the earliest.....I am still waiting on this piece. The staff at the store is nice but if they don't have it there do not bother ordering it as you may just be waiting for ever for their "horrible shipping" system. Horrible shipping system are the words the rep said on the phone to me not mine. If your staff thinks it is trash then maybe listen to them.

It took quite a while to Check out. I bought a sofa, A chair, And two end tables. Fortunately I asked the young man if there was a coffee table to match the in tables and he pulled it up to show me and he had entered the wrong number for the tables. The ones he showed me were not the ones I wanted. He went back to the area and came back and said that someone had put the wrong numbers on the tables that I wanted and instead of them being $250 apiece they were on clearance $400 a piece. I said I felt like I should get the tables for the price.I was originally quoted but neither he nor the manager said they could do that. We had to start the whole process all over again.And I was extremely concerned because the young man kept putting his fingers in his mouth and touching the ipad that I was supposed to sign. I ended up not getting the end tables and found 2 at another place that I liked as well.But Ashley's could have made a pretty decent sale.Had they just stood by the number that was printed on the ticket. I have not gotten my furniture yet so I will do another comment when my furniture arrives.

Not one sales person offered to help me when I entered the store and they just stood around talking to each the whole time I was wondering around looking at recliners . And there was only one other customer in the store at the time so they were not busy. When I had finally made my own decision and approached the salesmen, they asked if I needed help. When I told them that I had made a decision the youngest of the 3 helped me. This was the store on Manchester.

It was a nice experience. I showed them the couch we were looking to replace and found something similar close in color. Angelo was the best.

Chris was awesome! She helped me find exactly what i wanted. She was very knowledgeable about the different sofas and I felt very welcome. There were on site movers to help us load the sectional into our truck and he was also very nice! I would reccomend her and this store. Thanks Chris!

The shopping experience was absolutely awesome along with the fantastic personal attention given to me. The sales individuals were patient and most informed concerning my interest, needs. and desires. I was treated like a King!!

Our salesman, James Parker, did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant.

When my bedroom set was originally delivered it had a broken bed rail. I was contacted by Ashley and plans for delivery were set up within a couple of days. Delivery was today. Very happy with the entire process
