I got help through one a very nice coworker and he helped me to find my favorite set. I chose my dining set and we went downstairs for check out. The lady was responsible to do rest of checking presses was so unprofessional . She was so rude and didn’t talk to me even one word. She was trying to type one cod at her laptop and she got a personal call . She answered it and kept talking with her language and suddenly left everything and went back and continued to her personal call. i didn’t buy the dining set that I really liked it and I left. Please give job to people that they know how to work professionally . Thanks

I'm not one to normally leave reviews, but KC was the gentleman that helped us at the Ballwin location. He is friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful in finding what you are searching for. If you go to this location, ask for KC; you will be glad you did!

I had a great shopping experience. I was graded as soon as I came in the door. And then someone asked me if I needed help. I've gone to other furniture stores and walked around for about 10 to 15 minutes and no one said anything to me so I appreciate them making me feel like a real person thank you so much!

I bought the Carnaby 4 piece sectional in June 2022, which uses what the salesman described as their "new springless technology". By July 2023, one of the sectional pieces had completely torn, offers no support, and is now basically unusable. Ashley's warranty includes lifetime frame coverage and 5 year coverage for "Springs and Webbed Seating Systems", but their 3rd party warranty company rejected my claim because "the seat decking is not considered the frame" and that this couch doesn't have "springs or a webbed seat system". I tried calling the store, and there was no way to connect with a salesperson/manager. It was all pre-routed to different departments in the company and they would not connect me to a person at the physical store. I went into the store and the manager, Brandon, said this situation is wrong, it was clearly a manufacturer defect, and this should be covered and replaced. he also said their 3rd party claim company is notorious for trying to nitpick wording to get out of fixing situations. He said he has no power to replace the item for me (which I find hard to believe as a store manager), but that he would file a new claim on my behalf using key words that should trigger the claim to be accepted. That was in July 2023, and I have followed up via email at least three times to his work email, and he has ignored me every time. I'm extremely disappointed in Ashley's customer service, and if this is how they treat their customers I would stay away.
