Candace was a great. She knew the stock on the floor and was able to show me different options and clearance items. No high pressure tactics…just friendly service. I walked out with a beautiful clearance item for my daughter and just had to hug her for her help!!

We received the sleigh bed and 2 dressers today and they are so nice, the delivery guys were so professional and got everything done in a short amount of time.

Michael Barry, the Store Manager in Ballwin, MO, is second to none! I had a problem with a recent order and when I went back into the store today, he assisted me and was so extremely helpful. He was the ultimate professional and he treats his employees with kindness and respect. He is a problem solver and you can feel that he cares about every customer, as well as his employees. We went to the store today with the intent to purchase a new couch and some other furniture for our new addition. We found a couch we really liked that would work in the space. The first question I asked our salesperson was if this would be either delivered or available for pickup by 12/20. She replied yes no problem it’s in stock. We then sat down to apply for the 24 months no interest financing. As soon as we were approved she told us that the couch wouldn’t be available until 12/25 maybe even January. She then tried to steer us towards similar but far more expensive options. We told her that wouldn’t work for our budget so then she offered a 5% discount on the other couch if we waited for it. Not idea but we agreed. When it came time to execute the purchase somehow the price jumped to more than $700 what she financed us for? I then told her to cancel and we would go somewhere else. This was at best unethical and possibly illegal bait and switch. I intend to consult an attorney to explore our options. We wasted almost 3 hours in the store and now have a ding on our credit. If the store manager cares at all he or she will see this review and reach out to make it right.

James Parker is the man. He sold me all my living room furniture and was very helpful and i will be returning for master bedroom and office furniture and be using him for the sale.

Absolutely horrible service. I will never make a purchase with this company again! Once they collected my money that was it. No service after the sale. Had issues with deliveries. Either a no show or an item was not on the truck or the delivery date was not as promised. I was told to call myself to handle everything even a malfunctioning item. I have all the numbers for this company ie: the supply number, customer service, the cancellation team, just to name a few😡 Had to at least hit one star for this to go through. This is not even with one star.

Every time I go to Ashley furniture I ask for Becky. She makes the experience well worth the visit. She is very patient and knowledgeable about the products. I will always deal with her.

I’m giving a 3star rating b/c I had a problem. I purchased the sofa on Nov 11, 2024. The salesman charged me twice for the sofa. He assured me that the first charge would not go through, but it did. I have spoken to customer service 3 times and have a request id number. Today is November 26, 2024 and Ashley Furniture has still not credited me back one of the charges. I finally called my CC company today and disputed the duplicate charge. The furniture (sofa) was delivered this morning. I had an excellent experience. I was notified by email and text when the driver would arrive. They were on time and very respectful of our home. The two men delivering the sofa put furniture pads on my floor and around the door so not to scratch anything. I would give 5 stars had I not been double charged and still have not received a credit for the duplicate charge. The person at customer service is nice and can only say i am sorry this is not how Ashley does business but apparently it is how they do business. I am hopeful my CC dispute department will get this settled with Ashley. This is my second piece of furniture to buy from them in two years. After I posted this, the next day the duplicate payment was refunded to my CC card. Thank you Ashley.

Great selection with an excellent sales team

my father bought us a new house so we can all enjoy it. we ordered THOUSANDS of dollars worth of ashley products and waited over a month to receive our furniture. over 50% of what we ordered was damaged and kindly asked the delivery man to return what was damaged and he said “if you want me to return just this i’m going to return all of it” and told us he was in a rush and didn’t have time to pick and choose from what’s broken. we told him to take it all in that case. i will NEVER be working with this company again. i would never recommend this place to anyone. very rude worker and started talking very poorly after we kindly asked to just send back what’s broken. now we are in a EMPTY house for the holidays with no furniture due to this company.

We had a pleasant experience with Angelo. We are very hopeful we will like the furniture too.

Waited 30 days for my furniture and when the delivery guys came in and some items didn’t got they where so angry and start speaking very badly and said if I don’t like it I can send everything back so I send the whole order back and I will never thing about Ashely any more or recommend it to any one so they don’t go through what I when through today . Imagine they did that right before thanksgiving.

They delivered the wrong chairs and have refused to deliver the correct ones for a month. update after giving them a one star they fixed the problem the next day

Prices online are MUCH cheaper than in store. Salespeople will claim it’s bc they are a franchise (which they aren’t), and encourage you to order from them. Their sales signs are also based on fake prices. Either way, they will match the online price. Always check online first!

I've reached out to Ashley several times in regards to the delivery company damaging items upon assembly. I also requested that my furniture be delivered brand new, in boxes. That also did not happen and they delivered my items assembled and some damaged. The warehouse managers never contacted me about the damages and Ashley managers never reached out to for a resolution.

Do not order furniture here this place is horrible , customer service suck nobody knows anything , and they will lie in your face your better off at value city

I had an issue with my order online, so I went to the west county store and the yound man that helped me was awesome. He took care of my need and got me out in a timely manner.

KC was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in helping us pick out a mattress. I would recommend asking for him at the Manchester store.

When you are entitled to a store credit, you should not have to spend a certain amount to get your credit, and if you buy at one store your credit should transfer to all the stores. A waste of my time.

KC did a great job! We went into the Manchester road location looking for a mattress and left with some new bedroom furniture and other items as well. Our salesperson (KC) did a fantastic job. He was knowledgeable about all types of mattresses and was very helpful and professional with regards to our purchases. Sometimes mattress shopping can be a terrible and exhausting experience but KC made it pleasant and fun! He was very thorough with regards to our payment and purchase experience to ensure everything was correct as well. This was refreshing too! Nice job KC!

We only have good things to say about this particular Ashley Store. We went in to purchase a sofa and loveseat. The customer service was excellent. The manager and the salesperson were so helpful. They were kind and patient. We had a lot of questions about colors and quality of different pieces and designs. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be doing business with them again.

KC Nabin was fantastic, made the whole process easy and was fantastic with remembering details.

Places an order in store, the staff was nice and helpful albeit a little to fall you around type. But overall great. They priced matched a deal on there website and I ordered 3 pieces. With knowledge that there was a chance 1 would be delayed by a week. The delivery date came and they were only able to deliver 1 piece, while saying they could have the other 2 the following week. The following week came and yet again only one piece. This is fine so I waited. Then my ordered jumper a month, then 2 months. They gave me a delivery date 4 times only to cancel. On the 5th delivery date it made it to the truck and said they would deliver it 3pm. Then it moved to 6pm. A little late but fine. Then it slipped to 7pm then 8pm then 9pm, then it just said "oops we missed you". I stayed home the entire day waiting for this last piece, only for them to cancel it. Ok fine I should be first on the list tomorrow. I mean it is still on the truck. Only a complete idiot would waste time to take it off the truck and reschedule me right? Wrong I get a call saying the next available day is now next week. What? I now have to wait another week? Not the next day? Someone calls me I explain and they say they will try to get it on the next truck only to not hear back from them and to get the automated system to reach out to schedule it for next week at the earliest.....I am still waiting on this piece. The staff at the store is nice but if they don't have it there do not bother ordering it as you may just be waiting for ever for their "horrible shipping" system. Horrible shipping system are the words the rep said on the phone to me not mine. If your staff thinks it is trash then maybe listen to them.

It took quite a while to Check out. I bought a sofa, A chair, And two end tables. Fortunately I asked the young man if there was a coffee table to match the in tables and he pulled it up to show me and he had entered the wrong number for the tables. The ones he showed me were not the ones I wanted. He went back to the area and came back and said that someone had put the wrong numbers on the tables that I wanted and instead of them being $250 apiece they were on clearance $400 a piece. I said I felt like I should get the tables for the price.I was originally quoted but neither he nor the manager said they could do that. We had to start the whole process all over again.And I was extremely concerned because the young man kept putting his fingers in his mouth and touching the ipad that I was supposed to sign. I ended up not getting the end tables and found 2 at another place that I liked as well.But Ashley's could have made a pretty decent sale.Had they just stood by the number that was printed on the ticket. I have not gotten my furniture yet so I will do another comment when my furniture arrives.

Experience was fine, however, a bit stressful. Salesman was patient and very nice. Almost sold me damaged goods but fessed up before sale was final. I have mixed feelings about it.

Rahman was a sweet man very friendly and helpful. He was so nice to the kids and gave them candy. His nick name is happy happy make sure you ask for him. He showed me where the sales were and bought my couches same day.

If I could give this store and company zero stars I would. One is definitely too high after what I’ve been dealing with. A couch that cost a little over $4k broke in just at 3 years. I purchased an extended warranty from them so I thought, no problem I’ll call up Ashley and they’ll take care of it. They said they had sold the extended warranty to a third party I would need to work with. Not ideal but ok… except the third party covers none of the things stated in my extended warranty. Better yet I call Ashley back and their employees and manager make it well known they could care less about my issue but not to worry I can PAY THEM MORE to get it fixed. What a joke. Save yourself the wasted money and misery and find a LOCAL and reputable furniture store maybe you’ll get someone who values their customers

Working with Ashley has been horrible. I placed my order online on 9/2 and received a confirmation on my delivery date. Since then, they have confirmed my delivery date twice by phone which was 9/21. This week, right before my delivery, all of a sudden my order was put on hold and they needed some kind of authorization. I called NEXT business day to fix it, and they pushed my order back A WEEK after I already waited 3 weeks for this specific date so I can be home for the delivery. Called the help desk and they said some third party vendor was delivering it and they'll get back to me in 72 hours, when my couch should have been delivered. Horrible experience 0/10.

I was assisted with my purchase today by the gentleman in a white coat - Angelo. I didn't understand the white coat uniform initially but by the end of my transaction I could appreciate it. I almost left without finding what I needed (this beautiful green sofa), but he told me exactly where it was located on the 2nd fl. His knowledge, expertise and kindness throughout the process made it a pleasant experience. I even got to experience a surround sound mattress base that I never knew existed. Worst delivery and customer service from the manager. Ended up taking a month and 4 delivery attempts to finally receive our couch and the manager spewed several lies about refunding our delivery fee, which still has not been received. I’ve called numerous times and have never once received a promised call back from the manager. Employees even said she is notorious for avoiding responsibility and customers. Would never recommend buying from here.

My one star rating is about the quality of the furniture NOT the customer service I received. My shopping experience was 5-star. I was immediately greeted when I walked into the store and Brian did a great job of listening to my needs and showing products that matched. Furniture rating: I’ve only had my couch for a week and the frame on the arm of the chair broke today. I was using the arm of the chair to stand up and the frame collapsed. Thankfully I have the warranty however it is disappointing that the chair is already broken.

Disappointed with the Quality and Service I purchased a sectional from Ashley Furniture for around $3,000 two years ago, along with a protection plan. Unfortunately, the sectional began showing signs of wear and tear, including tears and sagging when sat on, just a short time after purchase. Over the course of two years, the condition of the sectional has deteriorated significantly, making it almost unusable, which is extremely disappointing given the amount of money we spent. I reached out to the protection plan company, providing detailed photos of the damage. However, none of the issues were covered. I then visited the store to express my concerns and explain the situation. I was hopeful that Ashley Furniture would stand behind their product, but I was left disappointed. Despite the clear evidence of poor quality, they refused to accept a return. To add to my frustration, the protection plan company informed me that I needed to go back to the store to initiate a refund process. Yet, when I arrived at the store, I was told that they don't issue refunds. This back-and-forth has been incredibly frustrating and feels like a complete waste of our hard-earned money. What made the experience even worse was the poor customer service I encountered at the Saint Louis branch. The manager, Nesrine Kelly, was not helpful at all. She consistently interrupted me, preventing me from fully explaining my concerns about the product. At one point, she even told me that I was wasting her time. This was incredibly unprofessional and disheartening, especially considering how much time they take to convince you to purchase the product and the protection plan with all their promises. But when it comes to addressing issues, that same level of care and attention is nowhere to be found. I left the store feeling utterly disappointed and unheard. Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The quality of the product has not lived up to expectations, and the lack of support from both the store and the protection plan company has been deeply disappointing. I would caution anyone considering a purchase from Ashley Furniture to think twice, as the service after the sale leaves much to be desired.

My wife & I were looking for a new mattress to replace our 11yr old one. All we wanted was a mattress and not it and a box springs or other type of daze. We told the 2 Sales people what we wanted as far as price and features. They showed us several possibilities and we were able to take our time and go back & forth layering on a couple of choices. It was nice that there was no pressure to hurry up or higher price range. We finally decided on 1 that wasn’t the top of our range nor the bottom. It was a very pleasant shopping trip. We’re expecting delivery in a couple of business days.

This was a great experience for furniture shopping. I was able to find what I wanted and sealed the deal in a very short time. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Will definitely be back and will give this store as a recommendation for furniture shopping.

Absolutely worst possible experience. Ordered couch on July 5th for delivery on August 17th. Found out on August 16th the order was cancelled due to error at the store. Was never notified. Only found out because I inquired about delivery time. The charge went through, of course. Couch was reordered 16th for delivery on 22nd. Was notified on 20th it was available for me TO PICK UP at the wear house. You cannot talk to anyone on the phone to address the problems. I had to go back to the store to find out why Baily Marler (he claims to be the store manager) changed the order from delivery to pick up. He said he of course doesn’t know how it happened but scheduled the couch for delivery this upcoming 28th- but he would try to move up delivery date and would contact me. I have never heard from ANYONE from Ashley- and the date has not been adjusted. Yes, we could have canceled the order and gone across the street to Bob’s- but would have only gotten delivery a day or two sooner, and we had already decorated for the Ashley couch. They made 3 errors on this one order. Never once heard from anyone to apologize or compensate for all this horrible experience. There is no way to talk to anyone that can actually fix the problem. Yes, I can complain to my heart’s content- but for what? No-one can get the couch delivered in a timely manner. Two weeks in new apartment with camping chairs. My advice- go ANYWHERE else to purchase your furniture. Ashley truly does not care.

Found a nice selection of furniture at a reasonable price!

Got home with my chair to find that the chair had 2 slits in it . Looks like it was probably cut by a box knife. Called Ashley the next day to let them know and they said anything on clearance is an as is, No refunds, no exchanges, no repairs . The clearance price was 117.00. The cuts didn’t show up until the chair was laid on its side. It’s just a small office chair with no arms nothing. If it’s an as is why is it so expensive. So I called the numbers left on their reply to me only to be told that clearance means as is even if it’s not posted and only says clearance on the ticket. It was not until the chair was laid on its side and the material had time to shift that the damage showed up.i even asked the sales person as I was checking underneath of it if there was any damage and her reply was that she didn’t see any. I was so careful because I didn’t want any problems that would cause me to return the chair. It was a total joke trying to get any help to resolve this and when I asked to speak to someone in corporate I was transferred to a salesman who could only apologize.. if you are thinking of doing business with Ashley’s this weekend be careful. I bought some barstools a couple years back about 300 each had to have parks replaced from wood splnters. Will not becoming back

Purchased furniture last Sept 23 with in the first couple of months my dresser was replaced due to malfunction. In April, my chest drawer needed to be replaced/ repaired. Tell my why is it the end of August 2024 and the drawer has still not been repaired nor replaced and I'm spending almost 6 grand with you all for my bedroom set alone and not to mention ever piece of furniture in my home is from your store. I am extremely not satisfied with the service that has not been provided to me.

We walked in and customer service sucked. We were never greeted. Walked by tons of employees standing around chatting and eating or sitting on furniture playing on phones. Walked right by them and nothing. Wasn’t until we were walking out the door we got awkwardly asked if we needed help. We had already been walking around for 20 min. We left and bought furniture else were. The furniture was actually overpriced and not as great quality as few other places. Their loss . We had a house fire and were replacing all our furniture. They lost our biz due to no service. We spent thousands of dollars elsewhere.

Their prices are great but the service was not good. The representative was misleading and showed poor customer service. I made a purchase and my information was incorrect. I informed him and he has yet to contact me. I am also still waiting for a receipt for my purchases.

Salesman (Larry) was fantastic. The female manager, name unknown, didn't know a Visa debit card could be used as a credit card. She was borderline rude and didn't even apologize after being proven wrong by the sale going through without a pin number. Without her it would have been a 5 star review.

We recently purchased living room furniture and a dining room set, this was the worst delivery experience I have ever had!!!! First of all the items which were purchased at different times, were sent to different addresses. I have called Ashely repeatedly for an update as we are still missing our living room furniture, but apparently the store number is for a call center, who are not helpful or knowledgeable either. I have called this number and spoken with various folks regarding this, left voice mails for a store manager and still not received resolution. I will be driving to the store today, which is another inconvenience, but I need to talk to a person who I paid money to, for items I have not received. I am beyond frustrated at this process and lack of concern and the inability to reach a person in-store which is where I spent the money. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

This is about the people who work at this store. They did an awesome job. I dealt with “Happy Happy” trust me ask for him. He was super cool. Didn’t follow me around which I loved. He knew every question I asked immediately. Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had buying furniture. The manager Bailey was also awesome. worst customer service I've ever experienced. they put the wrong bed rails in our order and it's taken nearly 3 weeks to even schedule the right rails for delivery, now delivery is gonna be another 10 days out. this whole time I've had to sleep on the floor and get nothing but a "sorry for the inconvenience" from every one I talk to

Purchasing was good. Our sales person Becky Morrison was excellent. Getting delivery firmly established has been terrible as the Ashley scheduling team completely disregarded the date we set up at the store, and misspelled my street name. Multiple attempts to correct this has been ineffective and very aggravating.

Ashley has horrible customer service! We purchased a sofa, when it was delivered it was damaged. We were told we would have a new sofa delivered on the following Tuesday. We called the day before to check the delivery schedule to verify delivery on Tuesday and was told we were on the schedule. Tuesday morning arrives and we're told we weren't scheduled for anything. Now we're told it will be delivered Saturday. We have an event to host and now we won't have a sofa! I called Ashley and keep getting different people who are giving us the run around. No one at Ashley is concerned about the mistakes they made or the inconvenience this is causing us! I hate Ashley!

She was not afraid to go ask her manager to get us every discount she could. Her manager came over to help finish the paperwork since we had a big order, she was very helpful as well and took care of us. Can promise we will be back to do further business with those 2!

If zero stars was an option…. Purchased a mattress, adjustable bed that was $6,000. In addition, purchased a mattress protector, and two pillows, and was given a pillow for free (so I thought). Due to major pain my mother was experiencing: I needed something quickly. Ashley provided 5/28th as the soonest delivery date. The next morning, I went to a competitor and was able to get the items much quicker. When I returned to cancel the order. The general manager was rude, abrupt, and trying to persuade another sale. After an unpleasant discussion and treatment, we were told to call customer service. The store can only sell merchandise not return it and the pillows and mattress protector were not returnable. Customer service was called and I was authorized the furniture cancellation and return of the mattress pad to the purchase location. General manager refused to take the item. Called customer service once again and was informed the general manager stated the mattress protector was opened and not repackaged. Customer service noticed the mattress was never received so clearly there was no reason to open the protector. The customer service manager instructed me to take the item back to the warehouse. Drove the hour to the warehouse to find-they were not open and the sales rep: Emily, charged me $339.00 for the mattress protector that was $249.99. Called customer service again about the over charge and location not being open. Submitted photos of the closed location and the unopened mattress protector. They are now going to call me on the next business day with a resolution regarding the issues. Long story short…..I will never make another purchase from Ashley Furniture and do not recommend you trust them or purchase from them either! Resolution Update: Customer service advised me to return the mattress protector to the store. This time I was told to call the customer service rep directly while in the store and leave the item on the counter. Once they confirm the item was found by the location they would refund me immediately. Really……I chose to do it differently of course-while speaking with the assistant manager and attempting to return the item: I had a friend take a picture and video of the interaction as he decline to accept the item per his boss. I left the item on the desk in front of him as he yelled for me to leave the store or he would call the police. I immediate left as told and emailed the video and pictures to customer service. I did immediately receive an emailed copy of the debit card refund.

Beware beware beware... We ordered two items from Ashley west county.. And oh man did we have a problem with the right delivery of the queen bed!! Customer service terrible.. I need to specifically mention Mr. BAILEY for this.. In a country where most of the stores have excellent customer service and listen to the customers problems, he did not care at all..he kept us waiting for almost an hour in the storet to sort out the problem and even after that he placed a reorder of a wrong item!!! Instead of apologizing, he made us feel thats its our fault.. Wherein the person who took our order in the first place apparently didn't work with them anymore.. How is it our prob?? Also when we asked if we could speak to the store manager about this, he said she just left.. So again no help there.. And then that's when Mr. KC to our rescue.. Thanks KC.. Our queen bed that was wrongly delivered twice was finally sorted out correctly by KC... He guided the entire process well.. So if you do hv to shop at Ashley west county, do ask for KC or else you are doomed!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE CRAPPY SERVICE, SALES, AND TERRIBLY MADE FURNITURE. Beware of salesman and follow through. Also beware that there is no returns after you recieve it. (selling 10 pounds of trash in a 5 pound bag)They double charged my credit card and said they refunded it and didn't. Then when questioned about the charge 3 weeks later (still there) they said to dispute it with the credit card company. No help. Then the rug I ordered was not delivered with the couches and I had to track it down myself no help from the salesman as it was sent to wrong address and another one sent 2 weeks later. Then the "top of the line" $3000 couches at the store i bought that were supposed to be "scratch resistant" he even ran a key over it in the store....which is why I bought them...are now scratched to hell a month in. I bought the $1000 dollar warranty. I hope it's better than the rest of this experience. The warranty is just as bad as the entire experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE CRAPY SERVICE AND FURNITURE.

WARNING DO NOT BUY!!! Poor frame construction. These tiny staples are LOAD BEARING on our premium sofa. The whole thing is floppy now. Our expensive protection plan that the salesman aggressively pushed on us does not cover the frame!

I don’t like car or furniture showrooms because it creates such a weird opportunity to feel like you’re getting ripped off - which is uncomfortable and yucky, and even though the sales people were very kind, this experience for that norm and just felt slimy. Why? 1) the manager offered us a “today only” discount that essentially put the cost of the furniture at what we later discovered was the same price as their website (what!?! Why in heaven’s name is your showroom price not matching your online price?). 2) They ended up charging us more than they said they were going to but we’re doing a bunch of “secret conference” work on the iPad for like 15 minute while we tried to wrangle our 3 toddlers so by the time they were ready to tell us what the price was, it was initially $7200 - which made no sense and we pushed back on, then 10 minutes later it was $3500 - which was closer to what was expected so we just said ok to keep things moving…only to figure out via website pricing they had over-charged us by like $400. 3) The delivery cost was more in store than online. 4) The protection plan was A LOT more in-store than online (like $700 more), and there was no explanation that buying in-store is what allowed for a “never lose it” policy + some extra coverages that cause the price difference. They just rather you discover online is way less and call to ask why they ripped you off then they try to explain that. It makes sense but it feels underhanded. The sales guy was very tolerant of our kids “trying out” all the things around us - which I truly appreciated. However he wouldn’t have had to if they were just transparent about the price, used the internet version, explained the plus up of the site version of the protection plan as an up-sell and closed the sale in 10 vs 60 minute. Overall, unfortunately just not a good experience.

We purchased a mattress from KC. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the pros, cons and differences in the variety of mattresses available. This was a huge investment and we feel we purchased the best mattress for our needs at the best price. Bought a desk on clearance. It was marked at $510. I asked the salesman if that's as low as they would go and he said he could take it down to $430. There was a cord missing, so after we paid for it, i googled the model number to see if i could find the exact cord that goes to it, only to find it on Ashley's website BRAND NEW IN A BOX for $439. I feel the salesman KC was a bit misleading and should have either told me the price of a brand new one or discounted it further. That will be the last time we shop there.

Customer is Never Right! After viewing many sofas and chairs at the Ballwin Ashley Furniture Home Store on the weekend of February 24 and 25, we decided to order a sofa and chair as a gift for a family member. Drake had helped us in the store. I telephoned on February 26 to place an order by telephone. Drake was not working. Bailey took my telephone order. Neither mentioned anything about what a "no return and no refund" policy. The invoice provided by email does not mention this. The website mentions nothing. Furniture was delivered on February 29. It would not go through our family member's front screen porch door. The driver and his assistant suggested that my husband could, later remove the door frame and it would fit. They placed the sofa and chair in the garage (now not able to be used for almost a month in the spring storms and hail). They said there might be a restocking fee. Again, no mention of no refund no return. Since then: one trip back to the store where even the manager told us there is NO avenue to assist with returns; 17 telephone calls to Ashley Furniture Home Store's customer service and guest care, many times disconnected; chats online with Ashley folks who seem to care until they discover unused, unwrapped furniture is in the garage and was left by their driver (then they quit responding); a dispute filed with AMEX (they are not charging us); BBB registered complaint (the Ashley rep who handles BBB complaints [and there are more than 4,000!] telephoned once to offer us reselection and collection. but we no longer want to work with Ashley/buy from Ashley); and many, many requests for a manager to return my call (NONE HAVE) and we still cannot use our garage, we still have no refund. The two pieces are still unused and wrapped! Extremely POOR business model. BUYER BEWARE!

One of the reasons we chose Ashley is because we had purchased from them in the past and also had a gift certificate from their “No Use No Lose” Policy. However, after this experience I don’t think this company ever intends on letting people use this money. Our credit card was charged months ago yet we still have no furniture. After a month and a half of not hearing anything we called to ask what was going on. At that point we were informed the order had been canceled due to the furniture not being my in stock anymore. After calling the store to ask what the heck was going on, they claimed they were able to find the furniture in another facility to provide us but there was clerical issues. Our sales rep, Larry at the West County location, when he entered our order had lazily created a second customer ID for my husband so the certificate could not be applied/approved. We were having to call in multiple times a week just to make sure this was being corrected. Which it’s unclear if it has or has not been after a month of back and forth. On 2/17/24 my husband went back into the store and spoke with the store manager, it was confirmed all our paperwork was in order and we would be receiving a call the following week for delivery. That never happened. When we called back in we were told it was still wrong and needed to be corrected but whoever we were speaking to couldn’t correct it and were given the run around. The following week we spoke to Larry again, and he confirmed the paperwork was right on his end and resubmitted and we would be getting a call for delivery, yet that did not happen again. We called in tonight and were told because we did not sign the certificate it could not be applied and we would, therefore, lose the money since it is past expiration, 3/5/24. We offered to sign it in store when we made the purchase and were told it was not necessary to do so. The certificate does not say a signature is required for redemption and it is not clear whether the certificate needs to be signed by us or the salesperson. Just states “redeemed by” which, of course, would be by us being the purchaser of the policy. We have jumped through hoop after hoop and spent countless hours talking on the phone with representatives to try and get the furniture we have ALREADY PAID FOR. I would advise anyone looking for new furniture to look elsewhere if you are not wanting to have a huge hassle or headache or possibly just to be out of money. The service we were given was absolutely PATHETIC and I would never recommend anyone purchasing anything from this company or their affiliates.

Please read before deciding to purchase. Read ALL policies in detail, double check them before purchasing or signing for delivery. A salesman lead us to make a purchase based upon an offer that is NOT included in Ashley's policy. My partner and I now feel that we were scammed. We are first-time home owners and decided to use Ashley to furnish our space. Jason helped us select couches for our living room, and knowing we were in the process of purchasing a home, told us that we could RETURN or EXCHANGE anything that did not fit or that we were not happy with. Knowing this, I felt very comfortable moving forward with a large purchase. After the couches were delivered and we moved them into the intended space, we realized they did not fit. Based on Jason's words I called the store in order to use the offered service at the time of sale. (we wanted to exchange one of the love seats to create a sectional so that the couches would fit). Guest services needed notes from the store, which they refused to provide claiming that we received the correct order and return/exchange is not policy. While understanding after the fact this is not part of policy, I had hoped that they would honor what the salesman told us as it was misleading and deceitful. We were at the time loyal customers hoping for a simple solution. None of the managers at this location will support a customer, even on behalf of any employee error. They are unwilling to accept consequences for store actions. Do not make the same expensive mistake as us, cross reference any services that are verbally made to you. I feel taken advantage of, especially in what should be an exciting time with our new home. I've been calling different numbers for weeks trying to find resolution or at least alert someone higher up about the store's mistake since they are unwilling to report their own error.

Buyer Beware! So, very, very disappointed. We will never buy furniture from Ashley furniture home store again! Nor will anyone in our family or any of our friends. Local management has no discretion or authority. A sofa and a chair ordered did not fit. They were never unwrapped. They are still brand new and there is no avenue for return or refund! Many different phone numbers with many non-responses and non-callbacks, as well as the world's worst business model I have ever experienced! The lady was responsible to do rest of checking presses was so unprofessional . She was so rude and didn’t talk to me even one word. She answered it and kept talking with her language and suddenly left everything and went back and continued to her personal call. i didn’t buy the dining set that I really liked it and I left. I had a great shopping experience. I was graded as soon as I came in the door. And then someone asked me if I needed help. I've gone to other furniture stores and walked around for about 10 to 15 minutes and no one said anything to me so I appreciate them making me feel like a real person thank you so much!

I bought the Carnaby 4 piece sectional in June 2022, which uses what the salesman described as their "new springless technology". By July 2023, one of the sectional pieces had completely torn, offers no support, and is now basically unusable. Ashley's warranty includes lifetime frame coverage and 5 year coverage for "Springs and Webbed Seating Systems", but their 3rd party warranty company rejected my claim because "the seat decking is not considered the frame" and that this couch doesn't have "springs or a webbed seat system". I tried calling the store, and there was no way to connect with a salesperson/manager. It was all pre-routed to different departments in the company and they would not connect me to a person at the physical store. I went into the store and the manager, Brandon, said this situation is wrong, it was clearly a manufacturer defect, and this should be covered and replaced. he also said their 3rd party claim company is notorious for trying to nitpick wording to get out of fixing situations. He said he has no power to replace the item for me (which I find hard to believe as a store manager), but that he would file a new claim on my behalf using key words that should trigger the claim to be accepted. That was in July 2023, and I have followed up via email at least three times to his work email, and he has ignored me every time. I'm extremely disappointed in Ashley's customer service, and if this is how they treat their customers I would stay away.

We had the most wonderful experience at Ashley. We were greeted by the store manager Ryan who helped answer questions and helped by an amazing associate Austin who helped answer more questions and helped with the sale of the furniture we picked out. Everybody there were really super nice. Even those not directly helping us. Great store! I’d recommend to check them out when you are looking for your furniture needs.

Eddie was our salesperson. My husband and I looked for furniture at 5 different stores. Your store was the third and I knew that was where we would purchase but my husband wanted to think about it so we went to a couple more stores and agreed we would call Eddie the following morning to meet him and purchase our furniture. We came in looking for complete living and dining sets which is overwhelming to do all at the same time but we talked with Eddie about what we were looking for and he was awesome. He listened and knew right where to go to show us things and was so professional and knowledgeable about what furniture would match. I would recommend Ashley Furniture in West County to anyone and make sure to ask for Eddie.

The sales gal was great even though the item that got me to come was on the display floor but won’t be available for several years. This was the item I really wanted. Anyway, we were able to come up with a more expensive item that was acceptable. The delivery service is horrible. I received a call on Saturday the tenth informing me that they would not have my item for delivery on Wednesday the 14th as promised. I could barely understand her the English was so bad. She told me that someone would get with me towards the end of the week. Two hours later I get a text about the delivery not being until the following week. This is not very convenient for a person who lives alone and works 50 to 60 hours a week.

DO NOT SHOP AT ASHLEY. I bought a nice, or what seemed nice, leather couch. The delivery guys showed, tried to upload the couch, and broke it. Ashley is using my warranty to fix the couch that was broken by THEIR deliver guys. It's been 2 months, and multiple technicians later, and it's still not fixed. Ashley uses a 3rd party company to do warranty work, and they always say they don't have anything to do with Ashley furniture, so nothings their fault. That may be true, but you need to tell Ashley furniture how upset I am because this is insane. This is the worst experience purchasing furniture from anywhere. This has to be one of the worst buying experiences I've ever had, period. I'd advise staying extremely far away from Ashley furniture.

I spent $2k on living room furniture. One of the pieces of furniture were delivered defective. I refused the delivery and called the store. The store manager, Nesrine Kelly, was unsympathetic to the fact that I would need to take further time off of work for a redelivery. She told me she could not do anything about this because my order was “locked” and that it can not be “unlocked” until the next day. She stated that only the customer service 866 line could help me further and she ended the call on me. She was extremely unprofessional, and did not act as what a manager should act like. Once the store has your money and your sale, they seem to not care anymore.

I bought a couch, two chairs with an ottoman a desk and chair. I bought the the protection plan as well. I have had the whole set for barely a year. The quality is trash. The fabric on the couch and chair are already fraying. The pillow is ripping at the seams and the desk chair is broken. We are not hard on furniture. We are an older couple with no small children. I tried to use the protection plan that I was reluctantly talked into, for the broken desk chair. Of course they red taped their way out of paying for it. I tried numerous times to call the store and speak to my salesman but could never get a person to talk to. Left messages with no return call. N To sum it up. Save your money and buy from a better quality company. Ashley is the worse junk furniture and service I have ever purchased and experienced. NEVER buy furniture protection plans they are always a scam.

Spent over $7,000.00 at this store, bought an adjustable base mattress, dresser night stand and dinning room table and chairs. They delivered in a Saturday and brought everything in and the adjustable base was wrapped up in packing tape. Put it all together and the remote was missing. The warehouse told them they had to take base back and if they left it I would not get a new one or remote. I had to sleep on a mattress on the floor for a week. No one called, apologized or anything. Will never buy from them again or recommend. I will steer as many people as possible from there as well.

Excellent, friendly service. Many thanks to Dave. Needed a nice sectional sofa for vacation rental property. They certainly have some decent options, but went with a sofa-loveseat combo (Alesbury). There was an issue with the delivery truck (the driver apparently believed that the truck was too big to cross a paved two-lane road over an earthen dam), so ended up rescheduling delivery one week later (which was pretty inconvenient due to this being a rental property), but still only 2 weeks between purchase and delivery. The furniture is beautiful and seems to be well made. Will definitely shop at this store in the future.

Great buying experience overall. Prices were very decent and we found the perfect arrangement. We worked with Happy and he was a pleasure. The only down side was being promised a specific day for delivery based on their schedule so we took off work to be here, only to get a text that advised they would actually be out the following day. Of course we had already taken off work for the promised day AND already had important plans the day they actually planned on dropoff. None of it earth shattering, just a minor disappointment.

I had a credit for a protection plan I never used of $259. Looking for a headboard, I found one online I liked but was told the credit could only be used “in store,” and sure enough, the email reminding me to use the credit before the end of January said “ in store.” After visiting a store, I could not find a headboard I wanted so visited another store location and found some planters I liked, only to be told I couldn’t use the credit for accessories, only furniture, and only a purchase of over $500. None of the communications from Ashley spelled out such restrictions. I will not only never purchase another protection plan but also will not make any purchases at all from Ashley.

DON'T SHOP HERE, after merging with DSG, things have gone really downhill. Ordered a bed and bed frame. First delivery was damaged, second delivery (3 hours late to a 3 hour delivery window), screws were missing and the bed frame couldn't be assembled. Was told they would call me back.....they did not. I called and got their automated system which told me my order was closed. When I finally reached a live person, I was again told my order was closed. Look at the picture. It has not been setup and I don't have the hardware that should have come with it to assemble. I've called and spoken to a half dozen people now, with no results. I just now filed a BBB compliant, and am now making sure people know what incredibly bad customer service this new 'Ashley/DSG' arrangement is.I have never had such problems before DSG. Will never shop here again, spend some extra money and go to Haverty's.

This was the first time in a decade that I’ve been in an Ashley Homestore after a bad experience. It was great. Becky was patient, didn’t hover, and was able to answer all of my questions. Absolutely the worst experience purchasing furniture. Bought a couch and two recliners. 24 hours later, both recliners stopped working. Contacted customer service and they said they'd send someone out to fix. They instead send replacement parts and they were the wrong ones at that. Now I'm told they won't take them back. I'm done with these guys.

Furniture is nice. However the buying experience soured me a bit. I bought a five-piece sectional on November 6th. I was told they would deliver the first three pieces and the remaining pieces by Thanksgiving. However after I bought the furniture it was pushed back to December 1st. Then, when my furniture arrived in the area. The earliest they could deliver it to my house was December 6th. I paid over $400 for delivery and after complaining to customer service they gave me a whopping $80 back. I should be reimbursed half that. Also my furniture was not delivered December 6th it was just delivered today December 8th. Ashley furniture should prioritize partial deliveries first so that people get what they paid for. They're very fast to take your money but they're very slow to deliver the furniture when you're waiting on and it's sitting in a warehouse. Still debating if I'm going to call my credit card company and file a dispute against these charges

The customer service was great and friendly however after been there for 3 to 4 hours to shop for a bed was kind stressful. I really didn't appreciate the inconvenience of their tablets not working and the long length in time to do a credit check due to poor wifi signal. Other than that the service was great and the staff was very knowledgeable. Dave really stood out to me I never knew it was so much thoughts that went into a bed... He explains things very well and have very nice demonstrations to educate u on. THANKS!

Purchased 3 couches a couple of months ago believing we would get the 3 year or 5 year interest free financing. It is advertised everywhere including TV and internet. Little did we know since we received 300 dollars off for all 3 couches we didn't qualify for any of the financing deals. Now we have to pay in one year to avoid interest. Jewell was a great sales clerk but the store manager Ryan is a joke. False advertising. No one would do anything about giving us the 3 year financing. Avoid this place

Ballwin store does not accept returns or offer an exchange policy. Ashley online and possible other local Ashley's do allow returns.I've purchased many pieces of furniture from Ashley and been happy with the items but our most recent purchase just did not fit our space. I called the next day to see what my options were for a return, fully expecting a restocking fee or exchange/store credit option only. Nothing, all sales are final. It was not an item on sale or clearance, just a firm policy that all sales are final. Many things were communicated to me from the salesperson, including the risk I took to decline the warranty protection, nothing verbally told to me about all sales being final. The paperwork does reflect this policy, but I did not take the time to read through everything (lesson learned). Customer service rep did tell me that I could have told the drivers to take the item back at the time of delivery, had I known this ahead of time I certainly would have asked them to wait to make sure the item worked for us. I will still purchase from Ashley, but not from the Ballwin location. I will order online since they allow returns and the pricing is better.

Do not shop at Ashley in Ballwin. I bought a very expensive Tempur-Pedic matress. They added a matress pad for $339 that I did not want. When I tried twice to return it, they kept me waiting for an hour and then refused. They never told me in person that I could not return the matress pad, nor was there anything on the receipt about not accepting returns of new, unused goods. The matress pad is new and never out of the package. I simply don't want to pay such an outrageous amount for a mattress pad, and I shouldn't be forced to keep goods I don't want. Not disclosing their return policy amounts to fraudulent business practices.

We bought a sectional from Ashley’s under a year ago - we bought this sectional specifically because they said the cushion foam would “hold up for years.” Well, fast-forward 11 months later and our cushions are so thin, you hit the frame of the couch when you sit down. When I called for replacement cushions, they would not honor my warranty stating that this is “normal wear and tear.” I warn others from purchasing from this store as they falsely advertise their products and don’t honor their warranties. - Emma and Jonathon Hughes

I had found & got a quote for a chest of drawers & a nightstand last winter with Becky Morrissey. I had planned to purchase it before now, but things happen & I had to wait. I stopped by to see if it was still available. Becky was slammed with multiple customers. She greeted me and introduced me to Raydon Cook. And asked if he could help me. He was very personable, polite, knowledge & helpful. I had planned to hold off a little longer to make my purchase. Well as you know I went ahead and made my purchase. I told Raydon he was "Tough". I meant that not in a pushy way, but rather offering so many options I decided to go for it. He is a nice young man.

My mom and step dad bought a loveseat which had adjustable headrests. Within month, they would squeak when automatically adjusted. They called for service and the person who came to the house had no idea what he was doing. It took him three hours just to take apart the chair and have parts spread all over their living area. We finally had to ask him to leave because he was not making progress and didn’t know what he was doing. My mom has a broken pelvis and uses a walker and can no longer safely get around her living area. I have called Ashley for immediate service to fix this problem no less than seven times and they always tell me someone will call me back. They never do. They scheduled a service call for the end of next week. My parents are in their 80s and this is an extreme trip hazard. Not to mention my stepdad has nowhere to sit. I asked to escalate the call and they promised someone would call me back yesterday and they did not. I’ve never made a public negative review like this but I need help keeping my mom safe. I’m so disappointed in Ashley and will never shop there again.

Horrible!!!! Do not buy anything from them. Everything about this place is a nightmare. Customer service sucks and nobody will actually ever call you back. Don’t even bother paying for delivery and set up because they will install the drawers improperly and just leave. Also the sales people do not know what they are selling you because I know have to different colors of furniture that don’t match 100% after being told by the sales person that they are the same exact color. I was promised a call back from the actual store and nobody every called me back. These people are a bunch of liars. Also the employees in the claims department are beyond rude and told that it was my fault that my furniture doesn’t match and that nobody force me to buy anything. Run from this place and go do your business somewhere else.

I purchased the 62 inch Realyn TV stand from Ashley, Ballwin and I am happy with my purchase. Becky was knowledgable, friendly, and efficient. She took care of me promptly and did everything she said she would do. White glove delivery provided excellent text communication for delivery day and time, with frequent updates. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Don't bother purchasing "white glove delivery/assembly." It's fake. Their drivers just drop off a box of unassembled furniture. I have spent 5-6 hours with their customer service disputing this. Incredibly deceptive and bad business practices! I never leave reviews, so you know the experience was THAT bad. Do not shop at this company.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in life. I was told to drive to this store which is 20 minutes just to sign papers for an order to process since it kept canceling online. I was already approved for my Ashley account and just was doing financing and they needed to verify my iD which is totally fine. What is not fine is the disrespect I was greeted with. Not one employee spoke to me as I walked the entire store. Not the older middle eastern gentlemen with white shirt, the fare skin blonde hair lady, the young white male with black shirt who may have been the guy I spoke to with which I believe is Ryan, or the other older white male. However ,as I was leaving two white ladies came in and was instantly greeted with smiles. The irony. If anybody in corporate actually cares 8/30/23 was the date approximately 3:30 is when I arrived and left about 3:50 pm central time. I will never spend my money at Ashley furniture and regret I applied for a card with them. I pray no African American is treated with such disrespect at their establishment again like I was. It’s really sad this day in age to still be judged based off how you look. I was so excited to purchase a coffee table and dining table set today. So happy none of these people received commission off of me! I will definitely be boycotting this place for sure! So good to know the right people in the right places!

Delivery was over an hour late, which I understand happens sometimes. However, the driver, Juan showed up at my mom’s new residence (which is in an assisted living facility) and was very rude and impatient with us and the front desk staff. He raised his voice several times and started stomping around, and the staff was very uncomfortable with his presence. Security was called to escort him to her room for delivery, and they stayed the entire time, as they were concerned for our safety. The furniture is fine, and our only complaint there is that Juan didn't bother to ask what height she wanted my bed frame set at. He left it at the highest level, which our movers will now have to adjust. Overall, an awful and unprofessional experience with this company, and we will not be shopping with Ashley Furniture ever again. So much for “white glove service”, your delivery guy almost wound up in handcuffs!

Last summer I purchased the Ashlor Nuvella 2-Piece Sectional with Chaise and I absolutely love it. It was a major purchase for me, and I had already struck out for a variety of reasons at a few different retailers as I searched for the right piece. As soon as I stepped foot in Ashley (literally) I was blown away by the process from start to finish, and now to present day. I knew the piece was exactly what I wanted when I saw it on the showroom floor. I am not exaggerating when saying that the entire in-store process from stepping in the door, to payment, warranty information, delivery scheduling, to being back in my car in the parking lot, was about 15 minutes total. Delivery was a breeze, and I have enjoyed the couch for the last year. I contacted the store today because I am moving out of state, and couldn't find the receipt in my records for my warranty information. Sales Rep Austin spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me this evening giving me all of the information I needed, as well as some insight into Ashley locations in Chicago, and also an incentive I wasn't aware of that kicks in at the end of the 5-year extended warranty coverage period if a claim hasn't been necessary. I felt compelled to write this because as I am packing up and preparing for a major move, I am reflecting on how happy I am with this purchase, and how much peace of mind I have knowing I purchased it from this Ashley location. Recommend whole-heartedly!

We received two end tables (T150-3) from the warehouse in St. Louis. The tables were supposed to be New In the Box (NIB). One table appeared that way, only to find out there was a side piece that was cracked (labeled E). The second table was obviously a return, with massive amounts of tape to close the box. When opened, it was evident this table had been previously assembled. The table was partially assembled with parts missing. Efforts to work with the Customer Service Department, so far, have been to no avail. In the past 9 days I have talked to 7 different people. Each time the call drops after 15 minutes or so. I have sent 15 pictures of the damage to 4 different email addresses, to find out that maybe 4 have been posted to my Service Ticket. BUYER BEWARE!! I will not be doing business with Ashley Furniture in the future.

Staff greeted me at the door with a smile and asked what I was interested in and how they could help. The whole experience was wonderful with Becky from beginning to end.

Staff was very helpful and overall great. Furniture lasted about 2 years. “Warrantee” they make you get if using credit was useless. So now we have a scratched table with 3/8 original chairs still functional

My wife and myself were looking for a new living room set and tables. We decided to stop in at Ashley furniture to browse. While in the store located on Manchester road in Missouri we found a few different sets that caught our interest. Then came the start of our negative experience with Ashley. A "MANAGER IN TRAINING " named Brandon. We told him what we was looking for and and he started with SALES TRAINING. We showed him what we was interested in. We then asked about pricing and availability. For pricing he stated there was some kind of sale going on, like 30 or 40% off. He wasn't sure. A manager in training and not sure of the stores specials, WOW. I could not believe that the so called manager in training would not be aware of what promotion the establishment where he is employed at was offering. After we went back to the main level of the store to look at tables Brandon then told us he would find us a sales person due to him being a manager in training he couldn't sell us furniture. I kind of felt like why did he begin to assist us if he wasn't going to finish the deal. We then began working with a different person. We told him the living room set and tables we were wanting to purchase. The person then took a picture of the table tags . He was able to give us a price but could not tell us availability at that time due to system issues. Brandon and the salesperson stated that they would contact us the following week to let us know a time frame. Two weeks later we drove back to the store to get some kind of update or time frame . We tried calling and phones were not working. I walked in and there was Brandon sitting at a table. When I asked why they haven't called to give us a time frame he stated "THEY WERE NOT REALLY GOOD AT FOLLOWING UP WITH CUSTOMERS ". I became upset with the way we were being treated. I at that time told Brandon if he did not communicate with us then we would cancel our order. He at that time became receptive to what I was saying. Our delivery date came. Living room set was correct, the table set was wrong. They had one table correct. We refused the wrong 2 tables. They set up delivery for the correct tables the next week. When they returned for delivery they had one table correct and sent out the same table we refused the first time. They set up delivery again for the next week. We then returned back to Ashley to talk to the store manager Bryan. We told him of our experience from start to finish. He was very frustrated with the problems we have incurred with a simple purchase. Bryan talked to us as people and treated us as a person not just customers. This is really a quality much forgotten in the sales industry. For this we say THANK YOU BRYAN. TO BRYAN AND THE DELIVERY STAFF WE GIVE YOU 5 STARS. TO BRANDON IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. Update. They responded to my review and requested information. I sent them what they requested. Someone contacted me the next day by email and asked what my complaint was. I answered by stating i wrote a review with my issues in it. They responded by stating they could not see my review. How are you supposed to help someone without being familiar with the complaints or issues. Even at the top it seems like there are issues with communication and possibly following through with task. I believe it seems lack of training or lack of caring for thier customers. Really disappointed with these unprofessional practices.

Great experience

The in store experience was fine. Everything went down hill from there. I will not be back. The first attempt at delivery failed because they showed up at 6:20 AM. I was not in the area, as I did not expect them to show up hours before the delivery window (or to wake me up early on a Saturday). They were super rude about it and extremely hard to contact. The second attempt, they mis-installed a drawer so it does not close properly. The delivery team was awful and freaked me out. (I will make sure my fiance is home next time they have to come.) They improperly put the desk together, damaged the surface of the desk, and damaged the walls. "White glove delivery" has been more stressful than just going to get it myself. They reached out pretty quickly when I rated the delivery low, and will have to send a repair tech out to fix the damage. Edit: After nearly 2 months, they still have not fixed the desk. They called the day of the appointment (which I had to schedule 3 weeks prior) and canceled. I will never shop at Ashley again. Go to Haverty's instead! My experience there was unbelievable and everything went as promised. One of the legs of the Haverty's couch was wrong, and they sent a tech out the next day to fix it. The tech was awesome! It was a far better experience than Ashley's. Edit 2: They still have not fixed the desk - over 4 months since purchase. I have notied other issues with the quality as well. The paint has come off very easily in several areas and the area of the desk that can be raised up to a standing desk no longer fits in properly. At this point, I would rather return it. I wish I never stepped into Ashley's that day.

We called the store looking for a discontinued item and to our delight, Brian Wilson, the manager, answered our call. He was not only helpful but went to extraordinary measures, searching the internet together, even looking and suggesting options that would not necessarily benefit him or Ashley. That being said, now we want to shop with Ashley and Brian even more! We are planning on shopping with Ashley this week!

Overall good experience at Ashley in Ballwin. We had been in before looking for couches. Found a set we liked. Salesman friendly/helpful and definitely not pushy.

We Had a credit we had to use. We were lucky to have the same salesman, Jason as last time. He’s very patient and helpful. Doesn’t bug us, let’s us look and waits until we need him.

I never like to respond to surveys. However, someone really dropped the ball because your systems have been down for days and literally weeks. That includes your phone systems. I can’t even get an estimate on the delivery of my goods. You guys really need to rethink your systems and business processes. Perhaps you should think about using SAP as a possible solution strategy. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Yes. Perhaps you should think about outsourcing IT services.

Had a great experience with the sales staff. They were present without being pushy or overly involved. Great help and great support.

With the Ashley Website or Server down it’s made it difficult to receive any information about our purchase as well as making any calls to the store with questions. As far as customer service, everyone was very helpful in making our purchase easy and effortless. I would have liked to take home some sort of confirmation or acknowledgment of our order. I also feel that there could be improvement as far as shipping. I.E. a time frame or eta on day and time.

Never buy a protection plan from them. In the last 6 months, I open a claim and the store protection technician approved full replacements of furniture but is always saying they don’t see your order and that they have no sync system and communication between the protection company and Ashley. They let me push to talk on both sides but with 15 tries no results. Please don’t ever buy protection plan from them. Zero service!

I bought a recliner set in 2021 and this is the second time the motor has broken down in the single sofa recliner. I was told it "rarely happens". I bought the 5 year warranty, GBS did a "video call" to diagnose the issue and 3 weeks later no response from GBS as to when the part will be ordered or delivered. I then called Ashley today, they said it wasn't their problem and when I texted the issue to the number they leave on the reviews, again same response - not their problem. I thought Ashley was reliable; I will never buy from them again.

Terrible experience. I have been trying for an hour to get in touch with the store and they keeps sending me to a central customer service number. The customer service people tell me that they cannot connect me to the store. This has been one of the worst retail experiences not only for this reason, but this is the final straw. Avoid Ashley furniture at all cost. I will never do business with this company again. I am canceling my order and going elsewhere.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Larry Bonnell in the mattress section! 5 stars is not enough! He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. If you are in the market for any item, please go to Ashley's off of Manchester and ask for Larry, I promise you will not be disappointed!

TLDR: I was sold and received the wrong couch and I asked for a discount because I had to take time off work to wait for the delivery and they refused. I never received a SINGLE apology from staff which is at least the bare minimum. UPDATE: I received the correct couch however it is defective!! One cushion is significantly less firm than the other because the support on the left side is a lot looser. I've only been using it for one day! I will never be shopping at an Ashley's again that's for sure!!!! I was sold the wrong couch and I didn’t find out until the couch was delivered the following week. I repeatedly called customer service but I was put on hold for 30+ min each time with no result. Eventually I went to the store and was told the sales manager wouldn’t be in until tomorrow to resolve this. I was clear that I was mostly upset that I lose money and hours by taking time off work to receive the correct couch. However, I wouldn’t know what would happen until the sales manager came in the next day. The next day I got a call telling me the exchange went through but got no additional details or paperwork. I came and received lukewarm response from sales manager (without literally any apology lol) about how he couldn’t do anything since it’s technically an exchange despite the entire order being incorrect. In fairness he offered store credit but I pointed out that there’s nothing in the store for the $100 he offered me and a 2010 painting of a farmhouse isn’t going to pay my rent. To that he said nothing and I left without, again, any apology. All the staff, expect the sales manager, was very nice. I just think the situation should have been handled better and i honestly just felt like I was inconveniencing this manager by having the nerve to ask for a discount considering their mistake.

Austin was great. Very informative and really personable. After shopping around at other stores, he sold us on a sectional. He did a great job at reccomending fabric for our family of 5.

Well the experience at the store itself was great. And employees are awsome did very well job explaining everything and helping us out not picking our furniture but finding the best way to fit our budget and payment plans.the only down side with Ashley furniture would be that as aside from most places that offer free shipping having to pay almost 400 dollars in shipping is and was almost a close call to not buy anything at all from Ashley. I would understand if the amount wasn't big enough to make any money off of shipping a 100 dollar chair 20 miles away, but in our situation we are spending thousands of dollars and also throwing more on top just to ship seems little ridiculous. I would most likey not buy more just because I could get from other store and pay what I am paying for furniture and get it shipped totally free. If it wasn't for the hospitality at the location we were at we would have most likely backed out because of shipping fee.

Love our new bedroom set. Hate that you must inspect furniture at pick up because once you leave the lot you cannot claim damages within 72 hours anymore!!! This is a tedious process.

CHEAP PRODUCT AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE It was a mistake to buy from this store. i spent almost 3000$ for a sofa set and what i got was a broken chair and broken pillows. I tried calling to ask them for help but they shouted at me. worst customer service I have ever had in this world. They also need to repair but you know the feeling of spending thousands dollars and getting a broken chair and wasting your time waiting for them to fix it. i should tell my friends and family not to come to this shop as it is all unreasonable and worth your money.

This store has the best selection! They have a huge clearance spot upstairs and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! This is the only store I shop.

My shopping experience today was a great experience. My sales person Candace was very knowledgeable in bedroom sets, and also sleep mattress. I went in today only looking for a headboard and frame and possibly a dresser. Final purchase was an entire bedroom set and also an adjustable bed frame with all the bells and whistles. She definitely knew what she was doing in steering my husband and I in the right directions. With investing in a goodnight sleep. Candace Young was a perfect fit for my experience today! She was able to pin point my exact wants and needs for a new sectional and mattress set up.

The management of this location as well as their central customer service are incredibly unhelpful. We recently purchased a pricey king-sized Tempur-Pedic mattress from this store, which did not seem to fit our bed correctly due to some defects. We reached out to the store about this issue within a few days of purchase and were referred to their central customer service. The customer service was not helpful and often did not answer the phone, occasionally picked up and went about their business as we could hear TV and dogs making noises in the background, and eventually kept referring us to the manufacturer who referred us back to the store. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact Ashley's customer service, we decided to go to another location in Kirkwood to show photographs and videos of the defects. The manager followed up with their customer service, and finally, a specialist was sent who verified the problem and authorized a replacement. However, even after that, multiple representatives asked for further photos, including evidence that we had cleaned up the handprints left by the delivery folks. Additionally, we were promised a 30-day money-back guarantee and 90-day comfort insurance at the time of purchase. However, by tossing us around, we felt they were running the clock on those commitments. So we finally received a replacement after a few months. However, when we tried to register the product to secure our 10-year warranty, we noticed it was missing the law tag. We contacted Ashley, and they told us to contact Tempur-Pedic. Unfortunately, with no law tag and serial number, Tempur-Pedic will not even talk to us anymore, which essentially means we do not even have a warranty for our multi-thousand-dollar mattress. It is incredibly frustrating that Ashley will not take responsibility for their mistake and continuously passes us along to other parties instead of addressing the issue. and has left with no warranty on a pricy mattress. We hope that they will take this complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to rectify this issue.

DeShawn caught me on my way out and asked me if I was being helped. I instantly remembered he was the person who helped us several years prior. Began talking and he helped me work through options for a Goucha ottoman + table to go with my Osburg sectional and sofa chair ottoman set. Offered feedback on fabrics going together & helped me decide which table color to go with. Top notch service that resulted in a purchase including warranty. Extra bonus is he was efficient with my time so I could get back to Easter shopping. Thanks DeShawn!

I got a bedroom suite from this store. They said it would be white glove delivery and setup, I still have part of my bed sitting not assembled in my bedroom because they “forgot the hardware”. Not to mention the delivery service forged my signature after setup and jetted out the door without showing me my bed frame or how to use it. I was also sold an articulating bed frame that was supposed to work with a storage footboard…not the case and now my husband is going to have to modify my footboard and had to reinstall the bed frame because they set it up incorrectly and my bed was five feet off the floor. This place is a joke and apparently all sales are final with no returns. When you call to talk to customer service you have to talk to someone “off shore”. I would absolutely not ever recommend this store to anyone and will most certainly never be doing business with Ashley ever again.

From the moment we walked in until the time the transaction was complete we were treated as though we were the most important customers. We were greeted by salesmen Austin Wedge. He was very kind and courteous and worked very hard at helping us find just the right items.

Jason Meyer was an exceptional service advisor. He taught us much about the products we purchased. No pressure, no hard sell. Very personable. The only downside to our purchase and contacting the store directly was that we could not get a human to respond to our calls. On the upside, Jason has already contacted us this morning, and all issues are resolved with shipping.

They’ll make sure to bring the item(s) you ordered quickly but then come to realize after they delivered they gave you merchandise that is faulted. Oh, and their customer service to replace it, is god awful!!!! Not only did a 3rd party reach out over a week later to more or less tell me to call Ashley. Called Ashley where they more or less called me the liar and changed the repair date and then pushed it out further. Asked to speak to their manager and I’m still on hold for almost an hour! #1 furniture place in the world— that’s a joke!

I came in looking for a chair to read in. I don't tend to like furniture stores just because I feel pressure from sales associates when I'm trying stuff out. Luckily I was able to go inside and try stuff out, and by the time I picked one someone asked me if I needed help and I was able to get my chair! It was really easy to purchase - the largest chunk of time was spent sitting on furniture.

Miss Candace was the very best mattress expert we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She was both knowledgeable and professional and helped us decide on the perfect mattress for our needs. Stopped in to browse and ended up buying a new chair and ottoman and a tempurpedic bed we've been thinking about for years but hadn't found the right fit or price. Jason was very knowledgeable about all things mattresses, patient with all the questions we had, and worked with us to put together a set that will be perfect for my husband and I. He also helped find the right oversized chair for our living room that will be perfect. All to be delivered in time for hosting Easter. Ashley has been our go-to place for years and that holds true still today.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! -customer service is a nightmare. -the warranty program is a scam (took 4 months to get an appointment, guy didn't show up anywhere close to on time, "spot cleaned" the couch with a dirty machine that left my couch smelly and he failed to actually remove any stains). -Intergrity of furniture is lacking. When we removed the couch covers to wash after the "cleaning" service, we discovered that the zippers weren't even attached to the track. -No accountability for a single thing. Countless calls to the store and corporate, plus plenty of emails over many months. THEY DO NOT CARE.

Worse customer service and furniture once you purchased. I highly advise reading reviews from a google search. I received dirty furniture and 5 shipments later for one single couch the issue isn't resolved.

UPDATE After Delivery.... Furniture was delivered, delivery guys were great. Unfortunately one of the back on the love seat has a 6 inch scratch in it, and the controls for the love seat are broken. And it looks like a 3rd grader tried to glue them back together. The switches are literally glued shut and the backing plates broken. This looks like it should be able to be fixed and so far customer service has been much better than the initial delivery attempt. Will wait and see how long it takes for this to be corrected......initial review......Everything is great when you are purchasing. Nice as can be to take $4,000+ from your credit card. Customer service after the sale is some of the worst. I ordered two pieces. Both to be delivered in the same day. Delivery which I paid $339 dollars for. Only shows up with 1 piece. The other is 10 days later. My paperwork all shows 1 delivery date. Nobody ever communicated this. When I call to speak with someone I am routed to a call center in India. The store won’t take my call. The sales person won’t return my calls. I have no idea where my $4000 worth of furniture is. I will edit this review when it is resolved to my satisfaction. I have spoken with the salesperson and am awaiting resolution. I did get some money back for the botched 1st delivery.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased a new sectional and every piece I received is damaged. It is far from the showroom quality I expected. I reported all the damage immediately on the same day I paid for and received it. I still have 0 repairs and 0 replacements over 2 months later. I would not recommend buying anything from Ashley Furniture unless you are prepared to add another job to your schedule just to get the piece of showroom quality furniture that you paid for in full on the day it was purchased. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, I am super disappointed and highly dissatisfied.

We just bought four pieces of furniture here and Scott (Schmitt) was AMAZING! I hate feeling pushed or rushed when furniture shopping and Scott was neither. He was kind and let us take our time and was there when we were ready to ask questions. We were pretty surprised at what a great price everything came to after he gave us a deal we were not expecting. I was even more surprised when he said he was new! He was very professional and comfortable to work with. The purchase was quick and easy and the furniture is LOVELY and affordable. We went to 3 furniture stores and I’m so happy we ended up here.

My experience with Ashley furniture has been magnificent! I didn’t get hounded while I was in the show room. The gentleman gave me his card, and introduced himself and said that if we needed any help just to let him know. That alone was amazing. Once I made my choices, I went and found him, and the rest of the process was seamless paid for it book delivery. I would highly recommend this location and our sales person James.

My husband and I went into the store on Labor Day and talked extensively to a sleep expert and a new salesperson. We brought in measurements because we have a platform bed and we needed a low-height mattress. Additionally, we have two horizontal-opening-storage drawers as a headboard. A high mattress would not allow us to open the storage area. After a long discussion with the sleep expert and sales person, we ordered a mattress, a frame (to raise and lower head and legs), a mattress pad, and two pillows. The cost was over $7200.00. I again requested someone come to our home and see the issues. I was told it was against policy. Two days later I was worrying that the mattress and new frame were not going to work so I brought in pictures of our platform bed and again requested someone visit our home, I was again denied. On September 16 the mattress and frame arrived earlier than scheduled and I was not home as I had intended to be. A friend let in the delivery men and what they set up was a mattress on the new frame that made it look like the mattress was floating 4 inches above the platform bed. I was upset as I had been told the new frame and mattress would work for our platform bed even though no one from the store would come out to assess the situation. We continued to work with sales people who repeated policy, "all sales final". We were very upset with the situation and I went to the national level with our situation. After weeks of discussion at the national level I was able to get a refund on the new frame and told I had 90 days to exchange the mattress for one that worked IF the new mattress was of equal or greater value. We went into the store and there was no mattress that was low height-wise to work for our king-sized bed frame. Now we have a $4200 mattress we do not want. It is not comfortable or appropriate for our platform bed.I encourage you to read other reviews on this particular store.

HORRIBLE Company to deal with❗️ RUN from them and DO NOT give them your hard earned money❗️ Read all the reviews/complaints❗️ There are countless issues people have. There are SO many that there are several FB groups to help people resolve issues❗️😡 The Co they use for matress delivery refused to p/u our mattress in plastic bc it had a spot on it. When we checked the time they gave us for p/u & delivery was 3-4a.m. 🙄 We are still trying to get that resolved. (Picking up our old mattress) You also have to go buy $8 plastic bags elsewhere to put them in or they won’t touch them. Oh wait, they still won’t touch them…. 🤬 You also have to buy ($120 for our size) mattress cover or they will not warranty your new mattress. If has to look exactly like the day you bought it for warranty to benefit the consumer. The lady at the desk when we paid had struggled counting the cash we paid with and we also did part check & she couldn’t read cursive. WE CALLED to make sure we could p/u all items they said are in from warehouse (14 piece’s probably) and they said yes they’re open. —- NO they are not open! Closed early & told no one…. Not even their stores so they could let people know. Others were there waiting in 4degree weather as well, to find no one there! One couple drove over an hour and were waiting there almost an hour, hoping maybe employees were just at lunch. Nope. The co and employees are misinformed and not competent. I hate to think of what issues we will have to face when we are ever able to pick up our items and if they’re messed up. What an aggravating experience this has been and it’s not even over with yet. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THEM❗️ AVOID A HUGE HEADACHE❗️ I fear what’s in store for us next with them. The chest drawer hardware mechanism does not work on 1 drawer & another drawer is warped & doesn’t fit well and the dressers mirror is warped and won’t sit/mount correctly.

Candace was very helpful and friendly. However I felt like I was pressured into buying the furniture right then and there. I saw 2 days later that there was a sale for furniture that was up to 60% off. If I would have known that I would have waited. I’m a single woman and purchasing new furniture for my new house and trying to save as much money as I can. I called the store and they said that the 60% off wasn’t right and wouldn’t even look into seeing if any of the items I purchased qualified for a bigger discount. I’m very close to canceling my order and going elsewhere for furniture because of this.

James was my sales person and he was simply amazing! I went into several other nearby stores that same day before coming into Ashley. On two occasions at your competitors' stores nearby, the sales people wouldn't even greet me or ask me if I needed assistance. James was the opposite. He was very friendly and didn't try to push anything on me. He listened to my specific needs and showed me sofas that were specific to what I asked for. It was great and cut down my shopping time. I have been to other Ashley stores where they just told me to let them know if I needed anything and walked away. James walked with me through the store and made sure he was always nearby if I needed help. I didn't end up getting a sofa but purchased several other items I hadn't planned to buy just because of his amazing service. When I do decide to buy a sofa I will definitely reach back out to him. Amazing experience!

Derek let me shop at my own pace, without hovering over me. I ended up finding one i liked and told him i needed to do my diligence, and shop one more place. He let me go without trying to haggle me to stay. I ended up back at Ashley purchasing from Derek an hour later.

Worst experience ever. October 20th we got our new bed and dresser, the dresser was fine but the people who came to deliver put up the bed wrong and all the rails wasn’t screwd in so I call the representative and talked to them and they said we are delivering the parts and once’s you have the parts the technicians will come out and have a look before anything could happen the bed collapsed and broke and it’s taking them almost a month for someone to come out and have a look at the bed and replace it. We are stuck sleeping in the living room without a bad I’m so annoyed I tried keeping my patients and nothing happening I’m paying for a bed I’m not using cause it broke and no one will come out.

Its all in the service. My Rep was so helpful and addressed all of my needs. He walked around the store with me for 20 minutes providing details on multiple sofas until I found the best fit for me: durability meets comfort. Best experience and grade A service!

We ordered a bed through Ashley, took almost 7 months to get to us. (Initially quoted 2 months) Would not let us cancel even though we needed one sooner. Arrived, missing parts, requested new parts said they would be here within 7-10Business days, took over a month. Received some parts, but not the ones we need-now we wait for another month. All they tell you it is "the manufacturers fault", well don't sell things that are from a crappy manufacturer. Don't spend your money, Don't waste your time, 10000% not worth it. I would be returning the bed if we could.

Bought a sectional couch Sept 2022, less than 4 weeks the fabric is worn and piling. The salesman specifically said this sectional is a high seller and there have been no complaints of piling which was my main concern with a fabric sectional. Tried calling the store, no answer. Called customer service and they are a joke. Compared couch fabric to a sweater that pills after 1 use. I would hope that a couch fabric is sturdier than a sweater/ piece of clothing. Poor customer service and Salesperson say whatever to make sale.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a desk set November 2021 and have yet to receive the completed order. Still waiting on a chair that I was supposed to receive on multiple occasions. Now it is once again reordered as it was damaged prior to delivery. I ordered the desk that was on display and was charged and sent the larger more expensive desk. I made comments as it was delivered stating: size, color, quality all seemed off from what I had ordered. I was told it was the lighting. I have tried calling on multiple occasions and was transferred between the GRT and the store manager Christina Kreter. Who were all less than helpful in reaching any sort of resolution. The desk was a $600 desk, made of thin cheap veneer that hasn't even lasted a year. The drawers and integrity of the entire desk have been in question from day 1. The display is solid Wood so that is what quality you would expect to receive. It will not be. This place displays great beautiful furniture but sends you cheap versions of it. That will not even last the slightest damage. My desk is showing wear marks just from closing the drawers and wear from the lamp cord that I have lightly touching the desk. Mind you it doesn't move. But it is certainly causing damage to the desk. Save your money and do your homework don't buy from Ashley or any affiliate company as you will be extremely disappointed and left on your own to reach resolution.

No value added customer relationship. Rude behaviour from Rahman(sales person). He gave 25% to buy power sofa which is so cool at starting but at last while payment he asked us to cancel and was so rude when we are taking a while on second opinion from family. Customers have right to take time on what they select. One other reason is the item we selected have incorrect(1999$) tag and when he entered in system, it says 2199$. As he had to give sofa for 1999$ and 25% discount, he was disrespectful. Finally he wished us bad night as we purchased it. MANNER LESS.

Completely unprofessional! Just got my new couch in today.. they left all the trash, scuffed my couch,cup holders fell off, movers said nothing to me besides "oops my bad" they took a picture of the damages and told me i would get a new couch and would hear from them today. Its now 10pm and nothing!

Snake oil salesmen booking items that are 1 year on back order with out informing customers or having any follow up. We understood that some items are on a long back order and were checking on delivery for our bed originally scheduled for 10/4 when we checked in today they informed us it will be available 9/1/2023. Just avoid these guys they cannot seem to be consistent enough to understand when your 4k bed set will be in and promise you a date that is no joke 1 year off.

Everyone was very nice. They all answered questions even if they weren't the salesperson that you were working with.

I wish there was a zero star for this store. The salesman would try to make you fool by charging high prices. Moreover, they have “no return” policy even if you have not even opened the package. So be careful while buying from there. I would suggest do not buy from here.

I purchased bedroom set from Ashley Furniture on Manchester Road, Ballwin MO on 7/16/2022. I was told when purchased the chest would be available in two weeks and the bed the first part of December. I called several times to check on the Chest and the customer service department said it is on the way. I finally called again on August 30th and spoke to a representative concerning my order and was told it would be in the warehouse on 9/6/2022 to call back and schedule a time for pickup. On September 7, 2022, after several attempts to contact the store to which NO ONE answers and I was told by one of your customer service employees they don't have time to answer in the stores that the chest is no longer available. The representative asked could he just pick out a chest that kind of matches the bed that is available (his exact words). I declined as I couldn't believe what I was hearing on several levels. I then asked for the order to be canceled and a refund issued, which he stated he took care of and I even got an email showing the refund invoice. I was told it should take 5 to 7 days for the refund to be in my account. I called back today September 13th due to the fact I have not received my refund to be told by a representative that the order was not canceled and they would have to cancel today and again I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for the refund. I feel this is a scam that Ashley does to keep your money, which was paid by a debit card. I also feel that Ashley has the WORST customer service from the representatives that answer the calls, to calling the customer service line and holding for over 30 minutes to only hear someone pickup on the line and hang up, to not being able to get ahold of the store, and so much more.

I purchased a bedroom set from Ashley. It's not the store that I have an issue with they were great. My furniture was delivered August 19th. I called the lm that same day to report damage to all pieces of the furniture. I was told I had to wait because it was not showing delivered. Called back and spoke with someone again, I sent photos of the damages to 3 different employees one being a Jennifer Lopez and NEVER heard back after being told she would call me directly. I emailed her 3 times and got no response. I spoke with reps everyday JUST to be given the run around, being told a Supervisor would call me back and that never happened. One rep name Lewis tried telling me that there was nothing they could do because it was past the 72 hours. I know I called so many times that I spoke to about 10 different people. After calling demanding a Sup a rep told me she would take care of everything. Spent 15 mins on the phone with her all to call back to see when delivery would be set and was told the order # she gave me was not correct, AND I read this number back to the lady. So she did not fix the issue. Finally speaking with a Supervisor 4 days later a new furniture was set to be delivered Sept 7 after fighting with this company...... DELIVERY PEOPLE SHOW UP WITH GUESS WHAT DAMAGED FURNITURE .....AGAIN! Now I'm being told I have to wait for the furniture to come in and wait for someone to call me to schedule delivery AGAIN. This has been and on going issue for almost 1 month. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company to buy from. I am VERY angry and upset that it's going on a month and I don't have my new furniture. I spent over $4k in this store and have to go through this type of treatment after they have taken your money. I went against my better judgement shopping with them again after a living room set I purchased back in early 2020 was a reck. I feel I need to be compensated for all the trouble and run around I was put though. I will not shop with this company again. Great sales ppl in the store but those reps at the 1800#. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I Would like my furniture I paid for back in June.

We ordered a sleeper sofa from this location. On the day of delivery, the delivery driver of the box truck backed into our vehicle causing damage. At first, he attempted to act like nothing happened until I had to point out the fact that I watched it happen. I told the delivery drivers that the sleeper sofa was going up a set of stairs. That was the end. They said it wouldn’t fit, even though we had already measured to make sure it would. They refused to carry it up the stairs, saying they weren’t warned that it was going up. Now, we have no sleeper sofa, and our car is damaged. I have reached out multiple times over the last month and a half with zero response about them fixing our vehicle. It’s to the point where legal council will have to get involved. Definitely recommend going elsewhere. We did and a sleeper sofa was delivered without issue to our upstairs office. Just ridiculous.

Our salesman was very nice and helpful. The wait was long but when time came for delivery, everything was efficient and the men were courteous. My chair was put together quickly and no mess. When I need another piece of furniture you can be sure that Ashley is the place.

Do not buy furniture from here!!!! They will bring you damaged items. After 5 broken dressers/chests they will not issue a refund. They actually have the audacity to try to putty cracked pieces & still deliver to you. Their policy is that they do not do refunds. Poor customer service when you call their center. Also the store manager Adija could care less to resolve the issue too. You will just be stuck having them deliver you broken pieces week after week until maybe eventually they get it right?? Completely unethical.

It took over 1.5 years to get our complete dining room set delivered. We had to call weekly to get updates or schedule for a new delivery since every piece came in damaged in multiple accounts. We are still waiting for repairs on 3 chairs. Our promotion of no interest for a whole year did not matter since we didn’t even get a delivery until after the the year ended. Update: I had been speaking to customer service due to a similar post while we were still waiting for our furniture. They said we would be compensated because we had to wait so long. But they said we had to wait until our furniture came in to get that money since we would get more the longer we have to wait. I thought they were going to redeem themselves slightly. Well our furniture finally arrived. After getting a few new chairs (because they were damaged) we tried to contact the lady we had been talking to and absolutely no response. We tried calling and emailing. We were completely ghosted. I seriously hate this company. Do not buy from here. Save yourself the headache.

We had a credit for our furniture. They said they would put them on lay away while they applied the credit. Now they say it is no longer in stock. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Even the sales person cannot get answers. We have bought there many times but never again.

Soon as I walked thru the door I was greeted .. I came with my mind set on one chair and walked out ordering a complete three piece set . All within my budget . Thankyou so much !! The staff was nice, professional and very helpful at all time .

From top to bottom the service has been horrible. Bryan and Christina were the only two managers who tried to help, unfortunately, the rest of their team and staff do not care. We had a sales person try to make snarky jokes at my fiance after we had to go in to do a reselect. Rather than helping fix the problem and help us pick out a new couch he continued to blame the delivery team. We paid for the white glove service to have the items delivered and set up. They did not install the feet on our server or place the nightstands in the correct spot. Ashley furniture delivered some items that were chipped/scratched or broken. To be expected and only need to be fixed. However, we have had service orders with no updates and the most recent time they ended up just cancelling the service order. The management team was frustrated with service and delivery, so they are replacing the items after we have been inquiring for 5 months (they told us initially it would be fixed the week after it was delivered). So now we have to continue to wait for a replacement tabletop, a replacement server, a replacement tv stand. We are still missing two items that we purchased back in March. And we were finally delivered (poorly) some items. Never will I purchase from Ashley again. From top to bottom this has been a horrendous experience purchasing furniture from them!!! I am only giving them one star because Christina and Bryan tried to help, but were unable to accomplish anything because the rest of their system does not care about their customers!

Inventory is cheaply made. Didn't realize til we bought and got it home. Waiting for a repairman for the second time. Won't buy here again.

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHELY'S FURNITURE. I bought a Tavani sectional for $3k and at 2 weeks it started piling so bad! It looked like I owned the sectional for years. I contacted customer service at 2 weeks to get no response, I called, emailed and the lady never replied to me. So I went to social media and DM'd them the issues, they told me to use a fabric shaver, I tried the fabric shaver, it doesn't work. Very bad customer service. I spend a lot of money for nothing. Ashley's has NO customer service. They do not care about their customers. So, then I posted a review on FB got a message from them quickly to try and look into it more. I sent photos per request and yet to hear anything about it. Then I decided to open a case with the BBB and I won't stop there. I want my damn money back or a brand new sectional. Ashley's Furniture isn't going to SCAM AND STEAL MY DAMN MONEY! The salesman told me that piling WAS COVERED if the sectional did start piling. I asked if piling was covered. He said yes just not rips or tears. The salesman LIED TO US TO MAKE A SALE. This company is a JOKE. Definition of scammers. They take your money immediately and then when there is a issue they ignore you. I paid my sectional that day. I didn't do payments. I'm very disgusted in this company how they treat their customers and how they employees and managers lie to you. Do not purchase anything from any Ashley's furniture and if you have a order with them now I highly suggest you CANCEL THE ORDER IMMEDIATELY! BUYER BEWARE!!!! WORST FURNITURE COMPANY YET! Now, I get someone telling me they'll replace the cushion covers. I asked when the cushions will be shipped, then they said they can't ship them for me. After they said yes and now they LIED once again. This company is the biggest scam ever! Believe all the negative reviews do not step foot into a Ashley's Furniture or order online. It will be all nightmares for you! So here's proof they lied and said they would send me replacement cushion covers.

Poor poor poor customer service. Was told our furniture would be delivered 3 separate times. Took off work each time. Was told I could pick up items from the distribution center, when I showed up during what I was told were business hours they were closed. The office was still open and spoke with an associate who was able to look up order and was told items were in fact not there. We have yet to get our furniture and was told there would be a 10% restocking fee if we wanted to cancel our order. We will never purchase anything from Ashley’s again.

Real helpful staff, they pointed out what I wanted to see but they didn't follow me around and bother me. They had some decent prices, especially their sale merchandise. Seem overall like a pretty quality place, would definitely shop there again.

We purchased a bed with storage drawers in January 2022, and paid for delivery and installation. It wasn't delivered until April, which I understand because of supply chain issues and was no big deal. When it arrived the installers informed us that the support parts for the drawers were not there and we would have to contact the store to order them. We attempted to reach someone at the store for over a month, but all calls are routed overseas and they told us the part was ordered but it wasn't. When we finally reached someone at the store I explained the issue and that the drawers that is 6ft long have been in my living room for months. I have a small child and he had hurt himself because of it being in our living room, and the employee told me that was awful and they would order a whole new bed for us if the part didn't arrive soon. It didn't, and that person is a ghost, because calling back to reach them is impossible. 2 weeks ago the part finally came and we opened it to find it was the wrong part. I'm ready to return this bed and never set foot in Ashley again. Buy with caution!

I’m going to put this as simple and blatant as possible this was the single worst experience with a company I have ever had. Customer service was abhorrent I felt conned into buying a sectional and bedroom set the salesman was pushy to the point it was uncomfortable and made outlandish comments he accused me multiple times of laying my hands on my girlfriend which I have never and would never do it makes me sick thinking that’s the kind of employees Ashley has working for them. Trying to get in contact with them about your order is a chore a long annoying chore then when you finally do it’s a call center which offers no hope you will ever get your order. My original order has been pushed back 4 times in the span of a month with customer service telling me it would get delivered on a set date it is ridiculous the amount of time I have been blatantly lied to by them they offer no help no compensation for my time and frustration NOTHING. Anyone out there reading this if you work hard for your money and want quality furniture this store is not the place no one should be allowed to shop here you can only save yourself from this it’s too late for me .

I’m so disappointed, we ordered our stuff back in may, and were still waiting for the rest of our furniture!! They keep telling us it’s going to be ready and then saying it’s not. Customer service is rude and not easy to work with. The sales person kept making jokes about my boyfriend beating me?? He would never. I’m just so un pleased with Ashley right now I will never order from them again or recommend them.
