On June 19, 2020 my husband and I went to Cape Girardeau MO and picked out a couch and love seat, secured financing and was told 4-6 weeks out. This is week 12 and we were told a couple of weeks ago that we would receive it on Sept 10. Yesterday., Sept 8 we were told it would not be Sept 20-21. I checked on the financing and they told me they dropped us on Aug 5th due to nothing being charged to the account. So now we don&'t have financing and I can&'t reapply due to refinancing my house and we have been told not to let anything hit our credit. So we want to be canceled without being charged 35% restocking fee. We don&'t have a way to pay for this outright. We have tried to cancel this on our own but the Cape Girardeau store refuses to work with us without charging us 35%.

Like James S. We too have issues with this particular store. Our amount is $3,000 more with almost the same issues. I have been on every site to warn people, this is not the place to go. Poor Customer Service. The Michael O. On these reviews to my understanding the Owner of the store. Should he even be giving a review to cover up all these issues. I believe I make the 8th customer complaint, there may be more. I only place reviews that I personally have experiences with good or bad.

The Manager are rude and unprofessional i paid in full for a set of furnitures since 08/28/2019 till date 10/30/2019 i still haven't gotten them and they keep saying I'm angry when i have been sleeping on the floor for 2months now!!! They don't keep to their words be warned

I ordered approximately 4,000 worth of furniture. When it was delivered, an end table was wrong. They agreed it was ordered wrong. They took the table back. Then they tried to return the table then proceeded to charge me a 30% restocking fee. Not my mistake therefore I'm not paying the restock fee. I have asked for my money back and still haven't received it. I will consulting a lawyer and I will be suing for my refund and I may be seeking punitive damages based on the knowledge that they willingly are being unethical.

I ordered my couches end of July 2019. It is oct 1 and I still do not have my couches. The day it was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago the told me the delivery guys quit. It was rescheduled for 10 days later. I received them yesterday and they ordered them in the wrong color. I didn't even know they came in this color. I still have not gotten a call back from the higher manager. This kind of service is unacceptable. They have not been empathetic in and way and I keep getting left in the dark.

I ordered a couch on July 26 2019 was told that it would take 2 weeks. I callp the warehouse to see if the order was in I was told the truck would leaving on August 9th . So I called the next week was told my furniture is on the truck that left the 9th and should be here any day. So the next week I called and ask to speak to the store manager on August 21 she then tells me the truck had a delay I ask her when did the truck leave the warehouse she replied oh it left SEVERAL DAYS AGO and she would put me on a priority to get it as so as it gets here. Well I called back to the warehouse on the 25 and was told the truck had left on the August 20 and I was not on a priority list. So it is one to keep telling your customer over and over the trucks are delayed but to have a store manager out right lie to a customer. I have worked in sales and that is not how you keeps customers. And more so would not keep a store manager or an employe that would lie to a customer. So at this time I have a empty living room I gave my couch and loveseat away thinking I would have my new couch in 2 WEEKS. It has been a month and a day and still no couch. My name is Cathy Martin and the store I shopped at was Ashley Furniture Store in Cape Girardeau Missouri.

Stay away from here. Terrible customer service. They won&'t return any phone calls. They say &"Manager is busy&". Have called 10 times. They have had a couch for repair for 2 months and no return date.

Ordered a sofa at the end of Jan. and was told I would get an email or call regarding the tracking information-did not receive one for a week, so I called. They said it would be put on a truck on the 1st and it would be at the store in a few days. I called on the 10th to check on the status and the person had no idea what she was doing. Every time I called, I got the response that they would put a note in for someone to call me back. I called on the 11th and was told it takes up to 6 weeks for delivery. Got a call back and they said the sofa would arrive in about a week. Got a text message on the 14th to schedule delivery. I chose the 18th because it was the soonest available. I got a text message back saying they were delivering it the 17th between 8am and 6pm. The message said I would get a call or email with a 3 hour window for delivery-never got one. Woke up this morning to call for a 3 hour window, but they weren't open. I called when they opened at noon to get a 3 hour window and they said they don't do deliveries on Sundays. They said it may be delivered tomorrow, but there was no guarantee. I've already switched my schedule around for all of this miscommunication. This is the worst experience I have had with a company. I get a different answer from each person I speak with and there is no clarity.
