They messed up on delivery and are making me reschedule for their mistakes. Would not recommend due to previous orders in the past. Basically you will get scheduled 3 weeks out then magically their vehicle will break down and can't complete your order.

Nathaniel greeted us right away and took the time to show us what we were looking for. The furniture is very good quality. The purchase was very easy. Our table and chairs will be delivered and set up in our home. Looking forward to getting more furniture from here in the near future.

Ordered furniture in August and scheduled the delivery for mid October. Received an alert it was available sooner for delivery, but declined due to scheduling conflicts and opted to keep original date. Two days before delivery and after scheduling the day off I received a delivery confirmation and after confirming, it then told me it is scheduled for November 20th. I tried to reach out via automated messaging that said select 0 to speak with an agent and after sending 0 the reply was "invalid entry". Attempted multiple times without success. I tried calling customer service but it just listed their business hours and I was calling at 12PM CST and then it hung up. Finally got through by calling the store I purchased the furniture from. The answer was, well it was available for delivery earlier but now it's not and is now backorder. I asked if this will happen again in November but the assured me it wouldn't because I confirmed my delivery, the same way I confirmed it for October 23rd. I guess we will see. Just a frustrating situation and lack accessibility for customer questions and concerns.

Wow, what a wonderful sales experience! Kam went above and beyond to ensure we were able to get exactly what we wanted. Definitely built a relationship not just sell us some furniture. No pushy sales techniques, only shared what additional services were available to help us make an informed decision. Applied all available discounts and was able to break our delivery up into two deliveries to ensure we weren't stuck sitting on the floor. Highly recommend 👌 Ask for Kam!

I purchased a new sectional couch July 28th this year. The couch was delivered damaged so it was refused. The 2nd attempted delivery had a damaged arm of the left side. We called immediately to let them know it was damaged internally. Then fast forward 5-6 weeks and multiple calls/emails the replacement section was delivered with even worse issues and we refused the delivery. I’ve talked to multiple people again asking for a full refund and take the entire couch back. I’ve missed work days and wasted many hours dealing with this issue and have become very aggravated with the lack of customer service and care for their products quality. They offered me $250 on a $4000 couch and will not refund or take the couch back. Ashley furniture does not care about the customer or the quality of their product. Save yourself the headache and take your money somewhere else. Check the better business bureau for all the other people’s complaints and the real stories of Ashely furniture. Friendly people at the store but once you get product they don’t and will not stand behind their products as a company. I don’t not recommend this company nor will I ever shop there again. Look on Facebook and the complaint groups that have dealt with Ashley and their tactics and poor business model. Stay away from this organization.
