Never again will I shop here. I have bought many things here before and this is mostly reviewing the company and less the store but they take away all discretion from the store and put it to corporate. I bought a table and chairs in April, after 2 deliveries (first one had broken items), 3 days off work to accept deliveries and wait for a tech to fix the broken merchandise, it has now broken again. They refuse to return the items and want to send out another tech to fix it. This process has cost me more time and days off work than the time it would have taken to drive to a decent furniture store that can still assist their customers.

Great experience shopping at Ashley today. We told the representative what we were looking for, and she showed us a few options then gave us some space to try them and discuss. When we picked out the sectional couch we wanted, the manager came over and explained the pricing options and gave us an even bigger discount than what was already being offered at their spring sale. The pieces are all in stock and are scheduled to be delivered and set up in our home in just over a week! So thankful for the helpful people working at Ashley in Columbia!

I had been doing some internet searches for love seats and modular seating and saw a couple of items that my wife was interested in checking out, not sure if our local store would have what we were interested in. Dennis greeted us and was a great asset in finding what would fill our need and then worked to get a good price. He spent a lot of time with us and was very knowledgeable about the furniture. He gathered up data sheets on the products we were interested in. We went home to verify dimensions and found we had a winner. I went back and ordered our choice. It was a very good experience thanks to Dennis.

Decided we needed a new shelf and showed up on a whim. Happened to come in during the New Year's sales. Excellent customer service from Mohammed Z. He wasn't over bearing or pushy. Gave us the run down of the sales/events and pointed us in the right direction. Once we'd found something we liked, it wasn't too long before Mohammed checked in on us. Minimal wait for assistance, and once stock was checked, we were able to secure our item for delivery quickly. We even got free delivery in CoMo! Definitely a great shopping experience. Only thing I'd change is cost/price, but it's a store for NEW furniture. I expect it'll be well worth it once our fancy new board game shelf shows up.

My wife was in earlier today to purchase a dinning room table. She could not stop raving about the customer service and the help that she received while in the store. She specified that Anthony was a God send. He was patient, kind, helpful and extremely pleasant to work with. We have visited numerous stores both in Columbia, and Kansas City and nothing could compare to the help and service that we received at Ashley’s today. 100/10 on our scale and we will certainly be back. After Ashley I tried 4 other furniture stores but didn’t find what I wanted so I went back to Ashley. Adrian was knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. Ashley store has a beautiful selection of furniture pieces. The store is well laid out and easy to navigate. We were quickly greeted by Dennis as soon as we walked in. He was very kind and gave us space to shop alone until we were ready for assistance. He answered all our questions and showed us different collections. We set an appt with him to return another day to select our pieces, etc. He spent HOURS with us laying out dimensions for a sectional sofa and other pieces. He was super patient, knowledgeable and energetic. We had a great visit and will return for future purchases. Everyone there made the experience excellent for us. All smiles and good vibes. This is the quality of the sofa I bought. I've pd a lot less for a sofa and lasted for many years. I called the local store and spoke to someone about this but, they wouldn't do anything. It had been 2 yrs at that point so I was SOL. I thought I was getting a good couch that would last me for many years. Very disappointed in Ashley's quality. When I can afford to buy another one, it will not come from there.

It's all good until you actually need to use the 1 year warranty. I'm 3 months into trying to get a cushion replaced. I call every few weeks to check on the status and either hear that the previous representative never placed the order, or that they can't find any record of my previous calls. I have called 5 times now, with several weeks in-between calls. It blows my mind how poorly organized it is, and makes me wonder if it's intentionally set up to make people give up on trying to get their furniture fixed so they save money. We'll likely be shopping elsewhere next time, this has been a terrible experience.

The sales staff was great. One piece of the furniture arrived damaged. I have gotten a lot of run around from the company. They now say the piece needed for repair is being shipped from overseas and won't even ship until the end of September. That means probably 8 weeks of an unusable piece for al.ost 8 weeks. I called the store my phone call was never returned. I will not buy from Ashley Furniture again. This was my first time and I have learned a lesson. I am now waiting for my credit card company to intervene and they said they will. Very disappointed.

Such a pleasure to have worked with, never met a better salesman and I am ALWAYS buying stuff and have met a LOT of salesmen. I can be extremely indecisive at times and Dennis would just walk around the store with me and answer any questions I have and measure anything I need measured! I don’t feel rushed or pressured, but have also never trusted someone so much and WANTED to buy from them! I pretty much trust Dennis with my life. And you should too. Everything was good until one of movers was rushing and dropped our nightstand and broke it. I now have to wait for a new one. If they would have taken their time it would not have been broken. I am now inconvenienced with waiting for a new one. I need my new nightstand as soon as possible.

Salesman Nathaniel is awesome!! Very knowledgeable in what I was shopping for helped me make the right choice on the bedroom suite and new mattress. Paul the manager was the first to greet me as I walked through the door, he was very nice and was always walking around asking customers if they would like some water or if there was anything he could do to help.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've worked with Daniel on buying a table and a sectional now, two separate visits, and each time appreciated his help.

PSA… NEVER buy from Ashley Furniture Store!!! I bought a dresser over a month ago and was told by the salesman Antonio Rainey it would arrive within 2 weeks and still have not received it. I also told him I wanted my contact info in the system and not my fiancés for delivery because I would be home and he wouldn’t be able to answer his phone. I called and talked to their customer service multiple times to make sure they had my contact information for delivery because I knew I was going to be the one home but they never listened and didn’t save my information. After being given 3 different delivery dates they finally show up today and drive right past my house going so fast down my gravel road I can’t even stop them or wave them down. I tried to call the Columbia store number and the call went to customer support instead so I couldn’t even get ahold of who I actually needed to get ahold of. I live a couple hours from the warehouse/store so if they’re in the area, why not just go ahead and get it delivered??? But instead since they couldn’t get ahold of the number on file (my fiancé) they went ahead and pushed delivery back another 2 weeks. I told them they could just keep the dresser and give my money back. I will never purchase anything from them ever again!!!

The gentlemen that delivered our furniture were very professional.

We paid extra for the "safe home" delivery. Our salesman, Nate, assured us that everything would come together at once and in a timely fashion (we were trying to get our guest room ready for family coming into town). Instead, what happened is they forgot part of our order because it was "keyed in incorrectly". Then, after rescheduling the delivery and taking off work again, they dropped off the rest our furniture and didn't assemble it (again, because it was keyed in incorrectly). To get this resolved, they were very unhelpful and offered no apologies or compensation for their mistakes. They asked me to take off work a third time to have someone come out and assemble our furniture in a few days. Very unprofessional, disorganized, and I will not be purchasing from Ashley again.

I have tried to call customer service three times in the last week and each time it says stay on the line and I never get anyone to answer the phone. Not a good way to support your products.

Ordered a bed over the phone for my son in Columbia Mo. nick was so helpful as the one I looked at online was not available. I live in Chicago so could not visit their store. Nick helped me order one similar to the one I had wanted, set up delivery with assembly for my son who uses a wheelchair. So easy for me, prices were reasonable and Nick was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Would definitely use Ashley again

Horrible service. 5 hours to order a sectional, lamp and bed. The lamp was missing a part. They ordered it and I heard from Ashley and they said they will send it right out. They sent several items, including an item that is not listed as a part. The screw was not gold like everything else, it was black, too thin, too long, and sharp on the bottom edge, instead of flat. They forgot to add the free box springs that came free with the bed. It was added, but is not the low box spring requested, as it is just as thick as the mattress. I was told my headboard would not fit, that I had, since it was not Ashley, but Wayfair. So I bought a headboard. I was told the headboard will mount onto the adjustable base. I could have used any headboard, nothing can mount on the base. I have to lean it against the wall. I was told not only does the adjustable base adjust head and feet, it can be adjusted for height, so the bed would not be too high. That was a lie. It is too high and not adjustable. I went in they stated they would correct it, and then they would call. They never did. I complained to customer service. They said they would call. They constantly closed the ticket, and said the store denies everything. My sales man was Nate. Anything for a commission. I also worked with Payton, who assured me and my son he will fix everything. Then I was told Payton said, I never spoke to him. Every edit changes to a new date. If you wanted to make good you would. My original purchase was mid December. It wasn't until the last edit you finally responded. No I will not text an unknown number. If you cared about your customers you would have responded. Why tell you the store? Can you not see that this review is on a actual store review out of Columbia, Missouri? 🙄 No I will not text an unknown number. I call customer service and they continue to close tickets just to open them again. I made my purchase in mid Dec

Daniel made this probably the best experience at a furniture store ever. He gave us our space, then when we were ready, he answered all of our questions. We made a purchase and can't wait to get it!

I am now paying for a bed frame that is still in boxes in my bedroom and has been for the past month. I am also informed that it will be probably another 2 weeks before a team comes out to assemble this frame. The initial delivery team forgot the hardware, but assured me the next team would bring the hardware and assemble the frame. That didn't happen after two weeks so I went back to my local store and they put in a ticket. Sometime the next week I received a text to put in an order for parts to be MAILED to me, and I couldn't schedule a team until I received the parts. Another 10 days pass and I have no parts nor any followup. I complained again and turns out, they never actually put in the order for parts. Now I'm waiting ANOTHER 7-10 days for the parts to be sent via mail, only after which a team will be scheduled to come out. This was an absolutely horrible experience that I'm, again, now paying for without having anything to show for it. Under no circumstances would I recommend Ashley to anyone. Go somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculously terrible experience.

We saw Ashley was having a great furniture deal on YouTube! So on a whim, we stopped by and thanks to Dennis we found exactly what we wanted! It was in stock and we are able to have it delivered before all our guests come for Christmas! We may have went over a 100 different options, but Dennis was, patient, helpful and extremely knowledgeable…even showing us options that were not on the showroom floor! We walked into Ashley Furniture just to look around and get some ideas. Then Nate greeted us and showed us the Tempur Pedic beds and explained to us the benefits of a better night's sleep on one of those beds. So after laying on a few of them, we decided to purchase one because of how comfortable and beneficial it will be as an investment in our future. I will admit that Nate was very knowledgeable and he was very respectful, courteous, friendly and straightforward. Which is why we will be going back to Ashley Furniture.

The worst purchasing and sales processing experience I have ever encountered. I spent over 7k at this store. I purchased a tv stand that was defective. The sales person I worked with by the name of Anthony kept advising me that resolving the matter is outside his scope. I was refused connection with the management team at the store. I was also refused names of management at this store. I believe this was all in an effort for them to exclude themselves from responsibility on the matter. Which will not be the case as I'm not escalating the issue to a corporate and BBB level. It has been 1.5 weeks since initial delivery, 4 hours combined of my time trying to get this issue resolved with the store and with the customer service store. This was the first and last time I purchased through Ashley homestore. I highly encourage any consumers to not purchase through this organization. If you do want to purchase through Ashley surely do not do it at this store and their deceitful and unfair business practices and handling.

We save $700 by coming to Ashley and buying exact same mattress we were just about to buy at a mattress store here in town. Exact same product. $700 cheaper. Shut up and take my money. Payton was your salesman and he did a great job of walking through the process. They have a little bit of everything for your home. Not the worst way to spend a Saturday.

I ordered a bed which came in two weeks the guys did a great job. Now for my sofa and recliner my livingroom is empty and sitting in lawn chairs is no fun. I called its been 4 weeks and the automated system tells me 6 to 8 weeks. I paid cash so I wait for 3 to 4 months. They would have more stars if they delivered within a 1 month timeframe

Decent selection

They charged me for $1200 more than it was listed for on their website (same exact item #, delivery & protection plan & taxes). I had to cancel the order I placed in the store and order online. BEWARE!

EDIT TO ADD: After the below comment I sent an email to Ashley as requested. I have not heard anything from them. Do not purchase the protection plan through Ashley Official when purchasing furniture. They tell you when they sell it that it covers all sorts of things and give you the terms but when you go to make claims on your furniture the company will deny them with any other excuse they can come up with. I know we won’t be taking our business to Ashley furniture anymore and I suggest you don’t either.

Just moved to the area and needed to ship for furniture, since I was familiar with Ashley furniture already I popped in to see what they had. Paul was very nice and had a sense of humor which I appreciate. I picked out my livingroom, dinigroom, and some bedroom pieces. Once I'm in my new place I'll probably need some other items so will definitely go back.

Terrible products, terrible service. Do.Not.Shop.Here. We bought a warranty to protect our new furniture and recently found out the warranty doesn’t even cover what the store advertises. After spending several thousands of dollars at the store, our furniture is useless.

Absolutely wonderful service, the whole crew were great especially Dennis, the sleep expert, absolutely had answers to questions, was completely relateable and quite and excellent person and sleep expert! I would absolutely tell my friends to go see him for their sleep needs!

Everyone here has an incredibly intense "salesperson" energy to them, and it makes it really annoying to exist in there for more than 5 minutes. It feels more like you're at some shady used-car dealership than a furniture store. They greet you at the door, fine. My problem is when I say "I'm just looking" and they keep talking to me, trying to sell me something I don't want or need. I'm not actually clueless, it's actually code for "leave me alone, I don't want help right now". Then again, they probably already know that. They want a commission. It makes what would be a quick 15 minute stop-in-and-peek into an hour long nightmare of trying to pretend that I care about what they're saying. If I had poor social skills I would just walk away in the middle of the conversation, but I don't, so I couldn't. I wish commissions didn't exist.

We were so excited to get a complete bedroom set!!! However, when the furniture was delivered every piece was damaged in some way. A repair man came to fix them a month later and used a wax crayon which rubbed off and said 1 piece needed to be replaced. 5 refused deliveries due to damages later, we still don't have a replacement for that piece. The items that were fixed with a wax crayon, I had to make multiple calls to get a second repair man to come take a look. The second repair man requested new furniture for those 5 pieces (we purchased 6 total). One month after his request we still haven't received any replacements for those. I've tried calling the store I purchased from, customer service, and multiple requests to speak with managers but after this long I feel like we will never have an undamaged item delivered. This has been a very disappointing experience overall. The sales man was nice and I understand that's what they do, but I honestly wish we hadn't purchased anything from Ashley Furniture. If you do purchase from Ashley Furniture, please inspect your items. Really look at them with a flashlight and make sure your drawers close properly before the delivery team leaves your house. That's my best advice for anyone thinking of spending money with them. I will not even go into another Ashley Furniture ever again just because of this one bad experience that has lasted almost a year.

Solid couch. Two months late

Ridiculous amount of required signatures to purchase a small low cost item. I almost told them just forget it. Never have I had this many paper signings before outside of buying a house. This will drive customers away!!!!

An absolutely wonderful experience. Needed 2 matching recliners and additional seating for a new home. Paul was fantastic. Complete knowledge of product; able to incorporate what we needed (husband is very tall, etc) and even suggested a better layout. These great people stayed late to get us situated. Ended up purchasing the 2 recliners and a navy leather couch. While it wasn't cheap i left believing Paul helped us save as much as possible and didn't feel we were overcharged. Highly recommend

Poor communication from this store. Mattress and base were supposed to be delivered the 12th, for some reason they were not. Never got a call on why it was not delivered with the other furniture we bought from this store. I called and set up a new delivery for the 16th, once again was not delivered. Never got a call on why it was not delivered. Went in to the store to cancel my order because I do not care for the unprofessionalism, and was greeted by a very, very rude desk lady. Can not get my down payment back or order canceled until the mattress is back off of the truck in St. Louis. Overall a terrible experience and will never be buying furniture from here again.

Amazing in store staff, good selection, horrible delivery service. They only deliver in our area in Thursdays, and they call you to confirm the delivery date 3 weeks out, but they say they can only schedule it 2 weeks before your delivery date, so they will schedule it the next week. It's confusing as hell, anyway, to make a long story short, they never scheduled the delivery and we are dealing with a almost 2 month out delivery date after our purchase for something that has been in stock this entire time, which I hope actually happens and they don't tell me "sorry" we didn't schedule you like we were supposed to, we need to schedule this again. For the price we paid in shipping they act like a group of interns that have no clue what they are doing and no manager. Someone has to be embezzling those delivery fees as it's sure as hell not going to competent staff.

Dennis was amazing to work with. Everyone was very helpful, there was no pressure on buying something. They gave us information about mattresses that we didn’t know about before and now have an amazing set at a great price. They will definitely be getting our business again.

Salesman/Customer Service: 4/5 stars... Paul was very accommodating and informative. I would have given them a 5/5 stars but the amount of effort I had to put into getting a refund for a cancelled (didn't fit in living room) item was substantial (multiple texts and 2 phone calls over the course of a month) and the refund took about 1 full month. Delivery: 5/5 stars... It was actually really fast. We go ours in less than a few days. The deliverymen were courteous and helpful. We gave them $20/each for their service although this was not expected. Cost: 3/5 stars...The cost was pretty high, but we were able to take advantage of a 20% discount due to buying over a certain cost (Our initial bill was about $2,700.00 which included taxes and delivery). Which was for a large sectional with no moving parts or frills. Additionally, I purchased a $450 insurance which after 5 years I will be able to use as store credit which is actually cool and probably worthwhile. Hopefully the store stays open and I don't just lose the credit.

Terrible experience. After waiting an additional 5 weeks for our couch, this is what was delivered. THEN, after not hearing for 3 days about what happened or where our couch was, we finally got word it would be delivered 3 days later. Skip to today, our expected delivery date - no couch. Then we hear that it “didn’t fit on the truck”. Excuse me? That should’ve been the first couch on that truck today after all of this. Would not recommend and will not be shopping here again.

I was greeted promptly and Nick took me directly to 3 different models that were close to what I was looking for. I was allowed to browse and take my time looking without feeling pressured but help was immediately available when I asked for it. Delivery options were clearly explained and the transaction went smoothly. Overall excellent experience.

Pleasant experience! We were able to walk the store and shop the inventory without feeling the “car salesman” pressure. Christian introduced himself at the door and was kind and helpful when we needed him. Great discounts and beautiful inventory. We are very happy with the products we bought. A little disappointed about the inventory wait time, but that’s out of Ashley’s control.

Our salesperson David was very friendly and had all the answers for the questions we had, the purchasing process was quick and easy, the whoke in store experience was very good. Always have great experiences with purchasing at Ashley. This time was with Nickolas who sold me my furniture and he was great. He was very patient and took care of what I needed and made sure my delivery was going to get to me before I moved into my apartment before move in.

The instore experience was just fine but tryin to get our mattress delivered has been a 6 week escapade on wheter or not or bed even exsist!!

I can only advise everyone to remain aware. Don't be deceived by a sales team that will mislead you about "expedited orders". While they might try to get things in sooner, we were told 2-3 weeks by the salesman. It's been over that and still several weeks to go. Call around. Keep your fingers crossed. Ashley's got a lot of pretty nice stuff in the showroom. Thanks to this lockdown and nation wide shortages most of their products are 4 to 6 months out. The phone support team has been very helpful however. Saved the sale at this point. Ugh.

We were looking for a mattress. When we walked in Will greeted us and showed us our options. He was with us throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions along the way. It was an enjoyable experience and we left feeling as though we made the right choice on the mattress and store.

I’ve bought almost every piece of furniture I own from Ashley, but never again. A piece of furniture we ordered was supposed to be delivered in 8-12 weeks, but kept getting delayed over and over. I had to always call myself to get the status of my order rather than them calling me with updates. It’s been almost 20 weeks now, and when I was told it was delayed again last week, I was done. I went into the store to discuss either cancelling the order or finding another model as a replacement. I didn’t see the piece we ordered on the floor, and when I asked about it, I was told it was clearanced out and sold to someone since they can’t get them in. Rather than checking to see if they had any customers waiting on that item, they just sold it to someone else. When I discussed my options with my salesman, he said “well what do you want to do then” rudely. When I asked if there was any type of discount they could give me for all the issues if we didn’t cancel our purchase, I was told they don’t do that. We went in the next day to go ahead and cancel, and as soon as we walked in the door, one of the salesman yelled “Uh oh!” at us and then asked me if I was in a better mood than the day before. That is completely disrespectful. We ended up ordering from Furniture Row. They showed us exactly how many they had in stock at their actual warehouse and said it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. If you’re wanting to buy some furniture, I advise staying away from Ashley’s and going to Furniture Row. Higher quality products and much better customer service.

If I could, I’d give you ZERO stars. I completely understand things are backed up and I’m more than willing to work with that, but what happened was ridiculous. We ordered a chair from Ashleys around July 15th. We were told we’d be getting the chair in 8-12 weeks, so at the end of October. We waited until the end of October came and nothing. So we waited a few days. We reached out to customer service and were given a date of arrival in mid-November. We then checked again, and were told it would be end of November. Then had to check again and were told December 15. When we didn’t hear anything by December 16, we were told it was delayed yet again. If I was a store manager I’d have the DECENCY to call my customer and explain the situation. But we had to call multiple times about this issue. Turns out the floor model they had of this chair was clearanced out and sold to someone else because of all the trouble they’ve had in getting this model in. Instead of looking to see who they had waiting on this chair and offering the floor model to them, the just put it on clearance and sold it to someone else. Anything to make a buck. We went to the store 4 different times to ask about the chair. The most recent time, someone was helping my girlfriend and said “well ma’am, this is the first we’re hearing about this issue.” That’s funny because at this point we’ve been in the store 4 other occasions about the chair. So apparently y’all don’t keep records; maybe start working on that. We ended up going to Furniture Row and buying a chair from them. They showed us their actual computer screen showing how many of this chair they actually had in stock at the warehouse, and we’re getting it in 2-3 weeks.

We had a great experience! We went in looking for a dining room table and found the perfect one for us. The staff was very friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked through the doors. We had Will, he was very helpful and answered all questions we had. He showed us shipping estimated dates and informed us of financing. We ended up buy a table that day and the staff loaded it on our trailer and wrapped the table as it was a clearance item. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely look here for future furniture items!

The sales person I worked with, Paul Lopez, in the Columbia, MO store made the entire experience one of the best shopping trips I have encountered in a long time. I do not like shopping and the day prior the manager took FOREVER just to check me out. No apologies offered. Interesting that Paul ended up apologizing for that long ordeal the following day when I returned to the store. I have no doubt if you deal with Paul you too will have a great experience. All stores need sales staff like Paul. He was not pushy and was going to do all he could to make me a happy customer! Great job on his part. Not sure what the store is thinking in some of their choices in staffing!? I would not have returned to Ashley furniture again if I would not have ended up with a positive experience as I did. Too many other furniture stores in town!

I found the whole experience pleasurable and worry free. Purchasing furniture for your home is something that can be stressful and Dennis at the Columbia, MO location was a huge help.

My dad and I went to Columbia to go couch shopping. An hour and a half round trip for me and a 3 hour round trip for my dad. We had in mind having to go to different furniture stores so we could get it done in 1 trip, considering our milage, to find what i was looking for for a certain price and faster delivery date and the customization. Ashley's meet all of this for me. Not only was the couch more comfortable, about $500 cheaper and they were able to customize it the way i wanted to fit my front room were as the other place was going to charge me an additional $400 to $500 more for customization. I'm very thankful we chose to go to Ashley's Home store first or we would spent multiple weekends trying to find something that made me happy. Dennis my sales man was very knowledgeable and more interested in helping me find just the right couch for me instead of trying to sell me just anything. I'm very grateful that he was so patient with us and answered all our questions and just hung back until we had something else to ask. He never left our side the whole time. Thank you Dennis.

I was extremely satisfied

I ordered a bedroom set on Labor day. Paid cash.. Salesman and manager told us it would be 5 weeks to receive. Now 3 months out and I'm told it will be 5 more months before it will come in. And no one keeps you updated. You have to call and listen to an automated message about when you will receive your furniture. We were concerned about how long it would take .So we changed our decision about another set that was 10 weeks out . That set would probably take 2 years to get.

The salesman was relaxed, professional, and helpful. We were greeted upon entry and the whole process from start to finish could not have been better.

Will approached us to share the holiday sale but didn’t bombard us with any salesy tactics. He checked on us after we were looking around for a while to make sure we didn’t have any questions, and when we did he was very helpful. We bought some furniture without any pressure and it was a quick, smooth process. Thanks Will! Can’t wait to get our new couch

I went in knowing only that I needed new furniture for my living room. I wasn't sure if I wanted a traditional sofa/love seat combination or try a sectional. I needed something able to withstand two large dogs and multiple grandchildren, something to make my home feel warm and inviting. Jonathan listened, told me to look around and he'd check in with me again. He found me as I sat on a sectional and I was in love. It was comfortable, the material is virtually indestructible, it was waterproof and while it's not leather - it is very wipeable! Then the search for tables was on. I found items I truly loved that, while not matching, were so very close that it made me happy. So, while not knowing what I was looking for, Jonathan helped me talk through everything and I was able to piece together everything to make my house stay to feel like "home". Plus, the current sale was too amazing to pass up!

Purchasing from this store has been an awful experience, as we have yet to receive our furniture and have not received any accurate information. We understand that logistics are challenging right now, which is out of any one person’s control; however, we have received inaccurate information at every step of the way from both sales representatives and managerial staff about the original purchase, estimated delivery timeframes, and delivery itself. This includes the most recent error in a very long saga: notifications that a truck is 10 minutes away when delivery in fact had never even been scheduled.

Bought a lot of Ashley Furniture. Customer service is awesome. Quick to respond. Only had one issue when sales person sold us the wrong item. Customer service took care of it right away. Just bought a other piece of furniture from Ashley. Really like the quality and prices

The rest of the sales team were helpful but Christian lie to my wife and I about the deliver of our furniture sets. So what I got from this is do whatever it takes to get a sale. I feel ripped off, upset, and feel like I wasted my time and money on something that according to him was suppose to be delivered 3 months ago

Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable on all products from the items themselves all the way through the buying and financing process. Highly recommend shopping there. Also with everything going on right now delivery times are very reasonable.

Had a great sale going on and we bought our first brand new sofa after 41 years of marriage.

We ordered our furniture in March of 2021 and it is October with our furniture again being delayed another month. The corporate office when you call says to be honest we have no idea when it will come maybe next year, and the only help they offered was to credit us $40. We have spent over 6k. Absolutely ridiculous. If you want to be sold a product that you can actually use what you paid for, go somewhere else.

Ordered a bed frame. Estimated date (Sept. 24th) came and went. Their email said I'd receive an update, no update. I contacted them via facebook (Sept 25th) for an update. Stated it would be a week later. Received an email on Oct 1st, to schedule a delivery date. I set Oct 12th. Today, Oct 12th, my delivery window was 1230 to 330pm. I checked the tracker, stated i was stop 6. First estimated delivery time, 135pm. Update to 210pm Update to 245pm. Updated to 310pm. No more updates. Tracker states it is at stop 6 (my stop) but the map shows them across town. 330pm no update. I call the customer service #. States the tracker is wrong, I'm stop 11 and they will be in rpute when stop 10 is over with no time frame. So here i am, sitting at my house, stuck. This is my second negative experience and my last. Complete disrespect for the customer and their time.

Worse customer service ever!

We purchased bed at the beginning of Sept 2021 and were told it would be delivered in 2-4 weeks. After calling multiple times and spending hours on the phone they now say to expect delivery in March of 2022!! Terrible communication, customer service, and transparency with delivery times.

If it were possible to leave less than one star I would. They sell furniture to people knowing that they can’t provide it. After waiting 5 months we were told it would be another year before they would have parts of our order available. Understand that the furniture is a set so having a bed with out a footboard is useless. Their communication is essentially nonexistent and they do nothing to resolve the issues other than make excuses. They take no responsibility for their poor service.

If I could give no stars I would. Customer service is the absolute worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Our items took months to get here, which was expected at delivery. Took twice as long as they said. The delivery guys were super sketchy, and damaged every single item they delivered making our bed drawers unusable. Now we have waited 2 more months for new furniture that should have been in 2 weeks ago. I have spent HOURS AND HOURS on hold to talk to customer service reps that can’t speak English, or have phones that don’t work properly, or that plain and simple can’t do their job. So when I call the next time, we have to start the process all over again. I absolutely hate Ashley furniture and if I can return the entire purchase that is what I’m going to do.

Won’t ever do business here again, I have gotten the run around about my refund since AUGUST, it’s almost October. I hadn’t signed any contracts or made any payments besides my down payment. I called again TODAY 9/28/21 to see where my refund was and they still had not started a refund process. Last time I spoke with them before today was 3 weeks ago! I’ve spoken with several rude and misleading people that have lied and have not done their job as far as getting my money back on my card, since August. Never again! American freight will always be the way to go! Ashley Furniture is quick to take your money but not give you back what they owe you.

As far as show room stuff they did a great job with all the bells and whistles! But when it comes to account information, getting your information correct and them being transparent they did a horrible job. I’ve called 4 times and every time it’s a different reason as to why my bills are incorrect and they also won’t fix the address they have on my account and I’ve asked multiple times.

Everything has bad and good that is not the issue with most places it how places take care when you get something bad. I bought about 10000 dollars worth of furniture about 3 yrs ago had a little trouble getting everything not to bad. my matriss is bad iv call they have sent people to my house not 1 but twice both time they said it was bad it should get replaced. just the same as the first time we waited for them to reach use for the store plans. finely a couple months after I stop by the store. they fill out warranty papers. we get a call that want pictures and to come by and look at it. I'm done ill take the 2500 dollar hit and won't return to ashley homestore. If you shop there just remember the furniture is nice just hope you don't have a issue they will not stand behind Product and just give you the runaround. I didn't listen and now I wasted 2500 dollars on a matriss that had a 10 ur warranty. and what you see on the floor is better quality then you actually get.

Think once before ordering furniture. I had a very bad experience with randomly altered delivery dates. Ashley changes delivery frequently and the products are substandard. Thanks

David finished up our sale and explained everything clearly and there weren’t any surprise fees. A sales person helped is select a mattres July 2,2022. Told us delivery would be made in one week. No follow up from the store. We checked back 10 days later. We were told some one would follow up with us. This went on after several in persons visits at the store. Today 9/3/2022 we insisted our money be refunded. The store manager agreed. Buyer beware.

Nice quality furniture, but it took absolutely forever for my items to be delivered and the salesperson was not at all up front about that. And then once you've bought, it's like pulling teeth to get a hold of anyone for status updates or anything else.

So I really have to go back on my rave review on Ashley Home Store in Columbia, Mo. I still have not received my furniture after it said it has been delivered. I have delivery confirmation on something that never arrived. Called the store to talk to Nick my salesperson and he will not return any of my phone calls. I ordered the furniture in August knowing it might be awhile before I get it and the old manager said they had them in stock and they were shipping it out. Now no one can find my furniture! On top of everything else they already charged me for it which I found out they are not suppose to charge until it is in your possession. Do not go to Ashley Furniture in Columbia!

The BEST customer service! Our salesman went above and beyond to show me and give the best price with the best quality! My kids were so impatient and he kept their interest while I was deciding on my purchases. I would definitely go back and give them my business again!

The staff was great in the store but the delivery guys ripped the Loveseat. They said they would turn it in to be replaced. 2 days later I called customer service. They knew nothing about it. We will see if I just paid $700 for a loveseat in worse shape than my old one.

I chose Ashley Home Store when I was looking to replace my sofa. I found one online that I loved, and ran to the store to check it out. It was even prettier in person. It is the Morren Sofa. I loved the color because I have a dark gray leather chair and ottoman and an ivory chair. This sofa works with both colors and brings in navy blue as a third color. I wanted this because ALL the cushions are reversible, plus the throw pillows are large with a lovely fabric. The sales representative, Nick, was terrific and patient. We received it quickly and the delivery men were courteous and efficient. It was an all around wonderful shopping experience.

Store experience was good, people there have always done a good job for me. I bought a table and chairs over a year ago. It took 8 months to get the table and three chairs. I am still owed three chairs. I get the pandemic angle and I wouldn't be writing this if someone would just answer the phone. I've tried several numbers to get a status update, the phone rings and rings. Then the line just cuts off. No message, no answering machine, nothing. I've tried several times, over different days at different times. Nothing. I've bought several things from there over the years and I'm sorry to say this is probably my last time shopping there. The corporate support just doesn't seem to match the service locally. My rating is a reflection of the corporate Ashley, NOT the local store. Pretty disappointed.

Horrible customer service. Didn't bother to contact me that my furniture will be pushed back another month. Then a month later they drop off half of my order. Told me they dropping off the rest in a week and didn't do that either. I had to call them many times to find out that I'm now going to have to wait another month.

Loved my shopping experience at Ashley. Paul Lopez was the sales representative that helped us with our mattress purchase. Talk about NO PRESSURE!!! He literally spent 2 hours with us (my wife could not make up her mind) and he and I talked about everything except the fact that if my wife could not make up her mind his two hours would have been completely wasted. He never pressured or rushed her. I usually hate making large purchases but this was the most enjoyable shopping experience I’ve ever had.!

I’ve been to Ashley several times before committing to purchases. The sales associates have always been nice and just let me wander. They’ve been able to show me where the types of furniture I’ve wanted are on the floor and have helped me compare. I recently purchased a sofa, and the salesperson who helped me had no issue with me sitting, stretching, and laying on the two contenders at my leisure. This is the second big purchase I’ve made from Ashley, and I’m sure it won’t be the last.

Plenty of options. Great sales team. David and Tim were awesome. We purchased a 5 piece sectional. Delivery day comes and we only receive 4 pieces. We call to get the 5th piece delivered. They set the delivery date to today 7/8 from 3:45pm to 6:45pm. My wife gets a call at 2pm saying that the driver is at our house (20 miles away) and that since we're not there, they're cancelling our order. My wife had time approved to leave and be at our house by 3:45pm. I called my local Ashley store and spoke with David. He told me that he will make a call and call me back. 30 minutes pass, no call. I call him back and he says there was an issue with "lost funding" with my order. I told him if the funding was lost, they wouldn't have come today at 2pm to deliver the piece... So I call customer service and speak with one guy that I could barely understand. He says he submitted a cancellation and refund request and that I'll receive a call tomorrow to confirm. I told him I'm not changing my mind between now and then so I'll go ahead and speak with that person. He proceeds to tell me that he's transferring me to the Cancellation Department. I speak with a John in Customer Service. He says they don't have a cancellation department. He saw that our information between me and my wife was mixed up. They were sending the refund to her name/number instead of mine so the previous guy messed that up. Stayed on hold for about 5 more minutes, he comes back on the line and says the refund will be processed in 3-5 business days. If we knew this was going to be such a big deal to get what we paid for, we would have gone elsewhere. My advice, if it's not one solid piece or if it's not in the store you're in, DO NOT order it to be delivered. You will regret it.

Update: I received an email from Ashley today saying they have canceled our order and given us a refund. We did not cancel our order nor have we been given any kind of refund so I called customer care and was put on hold while the agent supposedly looked into it and was hung up on; then I called the Columbia store directly and spoke with the manager who also hung up on me after he told me to hold on why he looked into it. I called back to the store and got a voicemail. No furniture, no refund, no customer service after waiting 7 months! I will have to proceed legally now. Terrible business! We ordered our dining room set and barstools on December 5, 2020 and we were told we would have a delivery day of the beginning of February. They finally delivered our dining room table, minus one chair, in May 2021 but told us the barstools and missing dining chair would be in the beginning of April. It is now the middle of June, 2021 and I have been given several different dates and was told today I am now looking at possibly September or October for the 3 matching barstools and missing dining chair. I told them I wanted a full refund and they can take back the table since I don’t have the matching barstools and chair and they told me they do not do that. They said I could cancel the barstools and chair but they won’t take back the matching table. This is simply unacceptable! They have continuously lied to me and giving me fake dates over and over again with never producing my order that is paid for in full! I will never do business with Ashley furniture again!

BUYERS BEWARE. SCAM!!!!! I have only seen one other review about this, but they straight up lied to my face about getting approved to finance the couch I was buying. My credit score is in the near excellent range and said I should only have 1 lender based on that. I proceeded to get 2 other lines of credit opened ON TOP of the one I was told. All for a $500 couch? This hurt my credit score and it is absolutely ridiculous. The customer service on the phone even admitted that it was NOT supposed to happen. I even confronted Christian, the rep, and he just completely disregards my communications. This place is super shady and you best believe I am going to the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint

Bought a chair, good deal. Put it together and it was totally different from showroom floor model, took it back to exchange and they realized i had put it together wrong. They fixed my chair right there for me in and out in under 5 min. I felt really silly but they were super nice and i love my chair!

The delivery is a joke. Ordered my couches Feb. 28th and still have not received them. I have had to change the delivery date 4 times. You try calling they are no help. All I’ve asked is before changing the date again just tell me if my stuff is there or not. Been very frustrating.

We were sold two couches two months ago. They told us it would be delivered in 4 weeks. 2 months later they tell us maybe 3 or 4 more months. We tried calling many times with no response. When we showed up David said (wait for it) I was just getting ready to call you!!! Customers service is terrible at this store!!!!

I have been purchasing Ashley furniture exclusively for 17 years, well that ends today. Ashley furniture will never see another dime of money from me. Their customer service at the corporate level is deplorable, my furniture has been delayed and once my furniture finally arrived at the warehouse, and I had confirmation by three different people of this, my furniture was scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, and someone called me today and says it didn’t actually arrive it’ll be there in 2 to 3 more weeks I feel like I’ve been lied to repeatedly. I’ve been dealing with Tim at the store level, and he has done his best, he is always polite always caring and doing everything he can. The people at the corporate level however are not the same story, once you order furniture and they have your money, they simply don’t care.

My wife and I simply wanted to find a new living room table set and ended up buying a TON of furniture! Too funny, but TOTALLY affordable and great quality. We planned on buying more furniture in a few more months, but their sale was perfect timing and the sales team was AWESOME to work with. Kim and Paul were knowledgeable and left us alone to look around/talk and ask questions. By far, the best furniture shopping experience we've ever had! The sales people are a great help, the selection was good, and all of the furniture we were interested in was well made (I didn't really take the time to look into the construction of anything else). What they don't have, you can order and can set up for pickup or delivery. The financing options are awesome, 0 down, or up to 7 year payment plans. My wife is super stoked on our bedroom set purchase and by extension I am happy. 🤣 Talk to Will for some sweet deals, he's the guy! I'll include some photos When we get the rest of our stuff delivered.

I ordered a tv stand in-store in Feb, which was supposed to be delivered in early March. When it finally arrived in late April, it arrived out-of-box, broken and scratched up! Additionally, it was the in-store model that was also missing a couple legs! What the heck?! This was supposed to be brand new. Obviously, I would never recommend this place.

Staff was helpful without being pushy. They showed me all the options and worked with me to meet both my living needs and budget. They even stayed open late to answer all my questions!! Find and talk to Paul he was great!

I have been sofa shopping, and after stopping at a few other stores, I decided to stop at Ashley Home Store. There were many great choices in their inventory, the prices were great as well! I ordered a dining table set. The chairs came seseparately. I was told it would be the beginning of the month when I receive the entire set, nope. Table wasn't coming for another month. So my financial institution released the hold on the funds and they never even sent an email. Also my chairs came missing parts. So, when the authorization was released without my knowledge, I was unaware I'd not paid for the table due to the shipping delay and such. So the rep I called allowed me to schedule a time to pay later and sent the order out. That was sweet as can be. Plus, the process to get the parts needed was quick and sple and the parts came promptly.

Update II: I'm going on 28 weeks (about 6.5 months) since I purchased my furniture. Tim at the Columbia store has helped me in every way that he can. He always seems happy to help and genuinely upset that I'm still waiting on furniture. That being said, I received most of my order in May but am still missing the bed rails, footboard, and chest for my master bedroom. I had already received the nightstand and headboard. Why they can make headboards and not the rest of the bed is beyond me. I can't say enough good things about the people that work for the Columbia location but the company as a whole isn't doing enough for the paying customers. If you are wanting to buy furniture from them, make sure you don't need it in the next 6 months. Update: I called the store and talked to one of the managers (Tim), he has been an incredible help working on expediting my furniture and getting me a credit for the time I spent waiting on my order. I went to Ashley Furniture in Columbia early/mid December to look for furniture for the new house I was purchasing in January. Since this was my first house I needed multiple pieces of furniture (living room, dining room, bedroom furniture). Nick, whom was very nice, was always there to help me. One thing that I did make clear to him was my worry on how long it would take for me to get the furniture. I had about 8 weeks before the purchase of my house and he was adamant that I would have it in 7-10 weeks. I'm now on week 18 and have only received the mattress I purchased. I feel like Nick told me what I needed to hear to make a big sale (spent over $8,000). I checked the bad reviews on google and noticed that the Ashley help center always commented an email address to get ahold of for help. Instead of originally leaving a bad review I went ahead and just emailed the email address. That was around a little less than a month ago and I just keep getting weekly emails saying that they are waiting on the logistics team to email them back. At this point I feel like they are just saying that to make it seem like they are doing something.

My only choice to shop for furniture...was there with my boyfriend cause he's looking to replace a piece of furniture and I found this one Zero Gravity sofa leather full power recline, headrest, heat massage all day all night, USB plug-in, basically I want this for myself...it never fails I find something there I love not like...then I ran into this beautiful chaise lounge couch...Ashley Furniture please keep making furniture to match the whole house..thank you for keeping me interested.

The store is lovely with lots of very nice furniture and lots of choices. The part that knocks my review down is, they have a guaranteed finance company that I was told they where running my credit through and I was approved but a few weeks went by and they had ran my credit through 30 other lenders and had dropped my credit score literally 40 points possibly more cause they seem to keep coming in the mail non-stop.

The location of the store on Business loop Columbia is easy to locate. They have a huge selection to pick from. Ranging from seating sets, dining sets, bedroom sets. I was able to pick an electric coach, love seat, and a matching recliner. At a good deal. Check them out for 👍

Really should be ZERO stars. We have spent THOUSANDS of dollars on furniture here, with only minor issues in the past. Last set we bought was 100% leather, so we were told. Expensive! Fast forward to a warranty claim just over a year later, and the warranty company employee (needless to say we have not heard from them after submitting our claim!) informs me it is a mix of polyester and polyethylene. NOT leather. I tell her she must be mistaken, she tells me she is looking at the product spec sheet. It is a polyurethane blend. The local store employee even expressed discontent at their own business practices, claiming if he could help me he would because they were clearly in the wrong! The employee that sold it to us no longer works for them, of course! Store manager (Quentin) wouldn't even talk to me by the way! Ashley 1, Jason 0. Well played Ashley, my serve now...

Nice showroom and stock. I was ignored the entire time I was in the store, however. I went in with a specific couch in mind and couldn't find anyone to help me locate it, but finally found it on my own. The tags on the furniture list monthly payments in big print but the actual price in tiny script, so I had to hold the tag in my hand and use my reading glasses, which isn't optimal during a pandemic. Hand sanitizer stations were empty. I had to ask a salesperson who was with another customer if he could help me next, and he said he'd be with me in a few mins, but 25 mins later he never appeared, or anyone else for that matter. I ended up calling Slumberland from the store and ordering the same couch I wanted for $200 less with free delivery. Saw several customers without masks or with their noses out. Some staff with noses uncovered. Super weird that I was ready to buy a couch and couldn't get anyone to let me do that.

I purchased a power recliner January 9th and was told we would get delivery by Feb 28th. They didn't deliver or even call, so I called to find out the delivery would be by March 9th. On March 9th again no delivery or call, so again I called to find out the delivery was pushed back, yet again, until the end of March, or later. I paid this furniture store $1800.00 for 1 recliner that I still don't have. I have no trust that it will even be delivered by the end of this month. I cancelled and got my money back. If you want your furniture by a short time, don't shop here cause you won't get it until months later, if you ever do.

Updated Review Follows: I can no longer in good conscience recommend Ashley Home Store. Every individual I have worked with in person or on the phone has been exceptionally helpful and have provided excellent service. If you need a specific piece of furniture prior to a specific date you should expect that your furniture will not arrive before any agreed upon delivery window. Unfortunately Ashley Home Store appears to have a delivery system intended to trigger as many delivery cancellations as possible and appears intended (from outside the company) to place the responsibility for said cancellations on the consumer. TL;DR Unfortunately the delivery service would warrant zero stars if evaluated separate from the excellent service I have recieved from every staff member I have spoken with. I recognize that supply chain issues are affecting the timelines for delivery and does not factor into the decision to strongly recommend against doing business with this company. If any furniture store does not stock their furniture on site, like Ashley Home Store, you are going to have a long wait for your furniture full stop and your patience with this business model in exchange for the price point is a necessity. That said the logistical side of the business when it comes to delivery is an embarrassment from the most charitable of perspectives. If you don't have a deadline before which you need a specific piece of furniture then Ashley Home Store is still a good place to get your furniture. If you are supremely flexible in your ability to adjust your schedule to accommodate last second unilateral delivery date changes then Ashley Home Store is still a good place to get your furniture from. If this does not describe your situation I cannot recommend purchasing from this business. Keep in mind that if you miss one of these multitude of ridiculous confirm or delivery cancelled messages than you may have additional significant delays impacting your delivery and the company plans to hold you responsible for not responding in a timely manner in order to decrease pressure on company logistics. The account of my experience follows: I needed my recliner to arrive prior to a shoulder surgery and I took steps to make sure I would have it prior to said surgery. My delivery was initially cancelled the day prior to delivery and the new delivery window placed the delivery at worst just after my surgery. I rescheduled the surgery to accommodate the delivery window. Unfortunately I recieved notification of the new intended delivery date two days prior while I was out of town and I attempted to reschedule the delivery for the first opportunity which happened to be one day prior to the surgery. I spoke to no less than three individuals on the phone to ensure the delivery date was correct and confirmed in spite of numerous text and voice messages from the company informing me that the delivery date was wildly different than discussed and required immediate confirmation on pain of delivery cancellation. Two days later I recieved the confirm or delivery cancelled message informing me that the delivery was scheduled for the day of the surgery not the day before as arranged with the company. I rescheduled for the day after the surgery due to the complete lack of warning regarding yet another unilateral delivery date change. I confirmed both with the individual on the phone and in response to yet another confirm or delivery cancelled message shortly later on the same day. I then confirmed again two days prior to scheduled delivery upon receipt of yet another confirm or delivery cancelled message. The next day as I came out of surgery I had three messages demanding still yet another confirm or delivery cancelled message for the delivery on the following day.

Edit: The furniture was supposed to be delivered this week, according to the person who sold us a bed. It was not. When I called to ask about this, I was informed that the customer service person who sold us the furniture should not have made such a commitment, and further that it was up to me to call and ask when the furniture would show up as delivery estimates change. First, I am frustrated that I was given a date that was not solid. Second, I am frustrated that in the days of email, that Ashley cannot automatically email or even text me with updated delivery times. I don't believe that I will be shopping here again. The furniture is fine, but the process is problematic. Original post: Staff was helpful without being pushy. Very pleased with my purchase.

After spending over three hours looking at furniture, picking out what we liked, was also told by the salesperson who was helping us that we could get financing, at the end of the night was told we would have to put apply a down payment that night. Would not work with us and give us any type of good deal since we were buy a lot of furniture. We need furniture by a certain date but everything we picked out would not be delivered by that date and it is OVER a month away! Very shady business. We will take our business elsewhere. They lost a good sale! Oh, also...salesperson has still yet to follow up. Don't bother...

The sales associate I had and the staff in the actual Columbia store are all very friendly. I also LOVE our couch and chair but getting it was something else! On November 27th we picked out and then ordered a couch and chair from the Columbia store. He stated it would be there on January 3rd and even though that was a pretty long wait, I decided it would be worth it and I understood because of COVID. Fast forward to the end of December and we get a text saying it will now be sometime in February!! I have talked to so many people that had the same thing happen to them. No one receives their furniture in the time they say and for everyone it takes 3-6 months. They know it is going to take longer but they tell you whatever they want to make the sale. They know if they were honest no one would buy furniture. I have talked to so many people that I am 100% convinced that the reviews left on google, yelp, etc are fake...maybe not all but most because there is no way there are that many positive reviews. Since it was now going to be February I called and requested they remove the delivery fee (which they did and I appreciate it BUT honestly $150 for delivery is ridiculous since I spent $2,000+ in the store and considering Overstock, Wayfair, Walmart, Target, and so on are free. Here it is now February 9th and it is FINALLY the delivery date for the couch. It gets to be past delivery window so my husband calls the corporate Ashley number and they state they tried to deliver to our old address (which I had already changed) and that they called us multiple times by both numbers and no one answered. No one ever even called us! The women on the phone said they would no longer deliver it that day and my husband said that was not acceptable and they needed to deliver it that day. When she refused he asked for a manager and she HUNG UP THE PHONE ON HIM! (there was also another lady screaming in the background.) What kind of people to they have working here? He then decided to call the local Ashley and while he was on hold I decided to call the delivery number that they called from to confirm a delivery date to see who could get an answer fastest. They answered me right away and confirmed our address was correct and they never attempted to delivery to the wrong address and that whoever told me that was lying!! They said we were their last stop of the day and they would be there in 5 min!! We even asked the delivery drivers if they went to a different location and they said no! The delivery guys were very friendly and did a great job. I love our couch but I will never order anything from Ashley again due to their slow delivery times and horrible customer service. -Stephanie Chauvin

Christian was informative of the bedroom set we ordered for our toddler. He made the process quick and painless.

We stopped in to get some ideas of the type of furniture we may need for our new home . Will Smothers greeted us upon our arrival. I was impressed with the fact he explained the sale going on and sent us in the direction of the store for the items we were looking at. At this point he didn't stand over us as we looked around but would show up every little bit to ask if we needed any questions answered. We had a great experience and felt comfortable and never pressured. Great job Will.

We went in looking for a new bedroom set. There were plenty of sales associates in all areas if we needed them. A salesman by the name of Paul Lopez helped us look for what we wanted. No luck on the bed, so as we were leaving, my husband found a dining room table. I found the one I wanted at IKEA and was just waiting for it to come it. This table was perfect. Paul, saw us sitting at the table. Came over and just sat and talked, no pressure. He made a quick sale by allowing us to sit there and decide . Great customer service was seen in Paul. When we come back for our other items, we will be working with Paul Lopez. Great store and great team!

This place is horrible. Wish I could give negative stars. Barely had our fireplace over a year and it no longer heats! Called the store and they said the coverage plan we purchased only covers the wood, not anything else. Said we would have to pay out of pocket SOMEWHERE ELSE to get it fixed. If you sell it you should fix it. Couch is also already breaking in after 1 year and it's just me and my husband. We will never shop here again and will take our business, as well as friends and family, elsewhere. What a joke... Update: After several months waiting for someone to get back to us and being told the service call would be free, they changed their tone and said it would be $45 to come check a defective piece of furniture that they sold us. We even paid for the 5 years protection. I will never come back. We will just sell the fireplace and go to the competition.

Nick Hannigan was very knowledgeable on a variety of the products in the store. He is also very thorough, helpful, and professional. He was not pushy. It was convenient to buy almost everything we needed at one store.

We actually ordered furniture thinking it would be a few days for delivery. We just moved in to our house and needed furniture ASAP. Called to find out most of the stuff wouldn't be here until March. Having no furniture, that didn't work for us so we ended up canceling our order. I feel bad because the staff that helped us were really nice but i did notice they never gave us a date. If you order from them i hope you have something to hold you over for a few months.

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. I was already pre-approved online through a lending partner yet still needed in-house financing in order to secure the furniture I have wanted for some time now. I called the store and spoke with Tim before going in to see what documents I would need to bring with me in order to place my order(s). When I got to the store I was met by Will and Tim who both provided outstanding customer service. Tim and Will went above and beyond especially considering I just had cancer surgery 3 days ago. Will and Tim both worked diligently and with haste to get my order done and complete as quickly as possible. The entire process of getting my new furniture was very easy and did not take very long to do since the employees were very knowledgeable about their duties. All of this made for an easy and very pleasant shopping experience. I would very highly recommend this store to others who are also in need of financing for their furniture needs.

Would like to see more from Ashley. We ordered mid October and didn't get our furniture until 4 months later, which we were understanding of because of Covid. Finally got our last piece today, the bed. We were told in store that it was a platform, so we didn't need a box spring. Guess what? It needs a box spring. Now we have to spend money we didn't plan on spending because we were misinformed.

Went to buy a table and we did! They were helpful and made the process fast and easy.

Great experience at this Ashley’s about a month ago! Shipping is delayed due to the covid lockdowns but that is not their fault. I’ve purchased from Ashley’s in the past and we loved our sofa we purchased from them. Can’t wait to receive our new furniture!

Ordered a recliner for a Christmas gift in November and when delivery occurred the Saturday before Christmas we were given the wrong recliner and now we’re being told that a replacement recliner will not be able to be delivered until January 12. Called multiple times with people saying they will give me a call back which of course doesn’t occur and all they can offer is $90 off for my troubles. We will never be buying from them again.

Ashley’s is a wonderful place to shop at. The staff is very caring and friendly. I was able to get what I needed with no trouble.

Horrible, My sales person was very helpful and patient with my wife and I as we selected what we wanted. However, that was the only enjoyable part of our experience. We placed our order on 08/24/2020 and we’re told our order would most likely take 4-6 weeks to complete and they would set up a delivery time. Those weeks quickly came and went and I called my salesperson and asked for an update. Came to find out he had left the company and had no idea why it was talking so long. I called the store and they said it was now pushed back to 12/12, but it should get pushed back up as they were getting more trucks. They asked me to call in a week to get an update. Yet another week goes by and it’s again pushed back to 12/18. I called back today to get a more accurate date so we can start making arrangements for our old couch and was told they had two of our three pieces. But now the wait on our last piece was pushed out to the END OF FEBRUARY. They then said they can ship 2/3 of my furniture out and just wait some more for the rest of my couch. Not really impressed with the staff not keeping me informed on dates of delivery. Seriously contemplating cancelling my purchase. 0/10 do not recommend.

Such a great experience! Our salesman Mark did an amazing job. He was patient with us and never lost his cool. He answered all our questions and if he wasn’t sure about the answer he would go ask to give us the correct information. Also have to give a shout out to the manager Quentin. He was able to clear our delivery questions and got us the best deal possible. We couldn’t be happier with everything we bought and how it all turned out. Highly recommend to go see Mark!!

Nick was really great I’ve been coming in for a while just looking and he was the first person to great me and stuck with me and showed me a few options! I really enjoyed his service then I came back and and got greeted by two other gentlemen even tho they were busy.

I had originally posted a 5 star review, but after further communications with Ashely Home Store, it is necessary to update. Reggie our sales contact was very helpful and attentative and communicated a 4-5 week delivery. But, the next day, I am told it would be 20-21 weeks. The store has since cancelled my order and payment (will actually have to see it) and I contacted Reggie to communicate what the new date is and all of sudden he is busy with a customer and would contact me back...... well guess what, 30+ hours later, no further contact with me. I guess my future business is not important.

Reggie was great. I went in already knowing what I wanted, I sat down with Reggie and we were done in less than 15 min. He was very helpful with any questions I had, it was a great experience!

Furniture delivery keeps getting pushed back. Went from an October delivery date to “sometime hopefully in January”. This is the second time they’ve done this to me on an order. Take your money elsewhere

Looked at furniture here. You can get the Ashley items you want on Amazon cheaper and the shipping is cheaper. If you like used car salesmen feel this place is for you. If you dont like that feel would not recommend.

I went in just looking around for furniture for when I get out of school and ended up buying 2 pieces. Great customer service and deals (I went during buy one get one 50% off). You can apply for what furniture you want and they will hold it as long as you need (months-year) at no extra charge and you do not have to make any payment until the furniture is in your house!

Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and available to help us. Our sales associate was patient and accommodating when helping my daughter choose her bed. The only negative thing I would have to comment on is the time it is estimated to take for my purchase to arrive at my home. It was paid for up front but will take 6-8 weeks to receive my order.

It was an pleasure, My Sister's and I was on a road trip. My one Sister had to attend an conference call. So we pulled over to allow her some privacy. We went into your store and was greeted by an Salesman name Reggie he was very eager and excited to help us. I told him I was looking for a twin bed. I stated I was from another part of Missouri. He assured menit was not a problem. The bottom line is the Ashley store in Columbia, Mo Rocks in customer service. Reggie,Barbara and Quinton did and outstanding job. The team wor was exceptional.

I was unimpressed, walked in to buy a decor item my wife found online and it took over a half of an hour to take care of the paperwork to take it home. 2 minutes to find, 40 minutes to check out with only a handful of customers in the store. Not to mention the price online didn’t match the store and the clerk did not correct the price resulting in me paying too much. At the risk of another hour in the store I just left. Update as of 10.10.20 Ashley customer service said they were going to correct the price for what it should have been but would not address any other issues I raised, then she went radio silent and no refund has been received, go somewhere else. There’s a lot of places that sell ashley products way cheaper. Try Nebraska Furniture... fraction of the price and way better customer service

Do not buy here!!! We went in on labor day weekend to buy a desperately needed new bed. Already knew what we wanted after looking in their website. Once we got to the store, we were told they don't sell what we came in to buy. Showed them the product on their own website and they still argued they don't sell it. High pressure salesman (Christian) then pushed all of their most expensive mattresses and brands, ignoring what we've explained were our preferences. We asked multiple times to let us try some out and come get him when we're ready. Still would not stop hovering. Eventually we walked around and tried some until we found what we liked and asked how long it would take to get as I have a chronic back injury and need it ASAP. Was told 3-5 days to have it delivered. Insult to injury, we were forced to buy their in house mattress covers to get the trial period. I've never been forced to essentially buy a trial period from any other mattress company. We're now a week into October and Ashley furniture has rescheduled our delivery twice now and keeps delaying it weeks at a time saying product is on backorder. I've tried reaching out to the store manager and it was like talking to a wall. Zero empathy, zero drive to make this right. They don't hide their "we have your money, we don't care anymore" attitude because they now win either way. We either pay to cancel, or we wait months until they're ready to deliver the product we paid for. Never again, Ashley furniture. And I'll be sure to steer anyone and everyone wanting to buy furniture away from your stores as well.

The in-store staff was friendly and it was easy to place an order over the phone with Nicklaus. Arranging delivery has been frustrating, with conflicting dates in a call from a human, text messages and automated calls. It's been 2 weeks and I still am not confident that Ashley will really deliver my order. It's impossible to talk to a person unless you visit the store.

Bought a bed. Good service at time of sale. *Update. Bed wasn't delivered when they said it would. Called store, was told they would call back with further details... They didn't... Was told to call the next day & speak to manager. Called the next day & the manager was off...Still don't know when bed will be delivered...Very poor communication. **Update. Finally made contact! New delivery date is now off the table & we will now be waiting 12 days for our "in stock" purchase. Silver lining? We were refunded the $300 delivery charge, which was never brought up during the sale, just in the bill...Very frustrating & tainted experience.

I will revise my review when I'm finally laying on my mattress! ------- Original ------- Not real happy right now. Just dropped a LOT of money on a mattress just over a week ago and was told it would be delivered today. The ONE reason we bought the mattress at Ashley was because they said it was in stock. I called last night to ask when they were coming because I took off work. They're not. Now they're coming Saturday when I'm supposed to be at my daughter's soccer tournament. Manager was supposed to call me back last night. He didn't. The $300 delivery charged was never mentioned during the sale nor was the fact that we would get a call two days before delivery to schedule. Frustrated. Over promised and under delivered thus far.

Nick? Helped me with my purchases today. Went in with a few friends to help them with their things and ended up finding a new dining room table for me. I was able to finance it for 5 years and had a great experience with the salesperson being laid back and definitely not pushy. Manager did the rounds and made sure everyone was being helped and no one was missed. The prices were a lot more reasonable than I originally thought

I do not recommend purchasing a mattress at Ashley Home Store. Three years ago, we chose a Stearns & Foster King mattress due to the historical positive reputation of this manufacturer. The Ashley Home Store salesperson talked about the warranty and gave us a copy in case had any issues. I sent in a photo of the tag to activate the warranty but didn't think I would need it. Fast forward... we noticed our bed was actually sagging on both sides. The center was the sweet spot. When we contacted Ashley Home Store and sent photos with a ruler and a string to demonstrate the sagging, they said they did not warranty the mattress. When I called Stearns & Foster, they said each store has its own warranty department. Neither one took responsibility for the issues and denied any further action. We will never buy anything from either again with our hard earned money and hope you won't fall into the same trap!

The new manager in the Ashley store was helpful & courteous despite the fact that they were short on help. He answered my questions & wasn’t in a rush. The delivery date was earlier than I expected even though Covid was still affecting deliveries.

My first impression was great. My wife an I chose a set that we wanted then paid up front. Then war starts. 1st promises of delivery changes daily. 20 million emails. Then finally 5 months after you order stuff, you choose to cancel. World War Two starts. Oh please we will waive transportation fee, bluh bluh bull. Same damn things no delivery. After I threaten them to court then they refunded my money. 6 months no delivery. Smh.

Pretty average as far as my experience went.

This is just for the corporate call center and delivery- my local store has some great employees. First, I was told it would take 8 weeks for my dining and living room furniture. I had to hold 20 minutes to schedule delivery. Then I got a voicemail confirming partial delivery. I called them to find out what that meant and had to wait 18 minutes to find out a part of my order would be delivered a week late and the rest might get to the warehouse in another month. I tried to find out why and the service rep literally said “all I need to know is if you’ll accept a partial delivery, want to wait for it all, or want to cancel it all”. I’m currently on hold...going on an hour, to find out why they aren’t going to deliver on time AGAIN and when the new delivery date is. I’m going to look elsewhere and see if anyone wants to sell and deliver two full rooms of furniture to me because Ashley doesn’t care.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Will never use this company or location ever again.

Beautiful store

I purchased a couch in early July. I have received a single text saying it was expected to be delivered on September 13th. I called 9/8 to check on a scheduled delivery time because it's five days until it is supposed to be delivered and I cannot get through to my local store...it drops my call after 30 minutes on hold. I got through to the general customer service line after another 30 minute hold, was transferred to a different line where I held again for 30 minutes, then was transferred AGAIN apparently to the Missouri customer service where I was told that my order was "delayed" and they could give me no information like an estimated delayed delivery. I was then told to call my local store as they may have other information? Like secret information that the Missouri customer service rep doesn't have? That's ridiculous. Anyhow I was told to select the sales and promotions prompt because that's the only way to get a hold of someone actually in the local store, so I called and did that and guess what! No one answered. Basically my summation of this is that they are incredibly kind before they sell you something, but once they do the customer service is AWFUL and they clearly need to maybe slow down on all the crazy sales they're promoting and catch up on their backlog of orders so it doesn't take over 2 months to receive a couch, of which I currently have none because I sold them this week in anticipation of receiving my new couch. First and last purchase from Ashley for sure. EDIT: Brianna at the Columbia store saved my experience here, after being mislead by a salesperson and just generally being a difficult experience. She was patient and communicative and I appreciated her help getting my order figured out.

[Follow up on 9/10/2020] After following the directions in the response from the owner below; they offered no relief and we still don't have the last piece from our order. This company is completely disingenuous. Do not buy from Ashley; once they have your money all aspects of service fall apart and you will be lied to when you inquire or seek remediation of their failure. [Original post 8/24/2020] We ordered furniture in mid June of 2020. The employees did not explain there could be delays from covid. It is now the 24th of August and we still don't have our furniture. Calls to the store are never answered, calls to the call-center provide completely inconsistent answers. We have been promised nearly six different delivery dates. Cancelling the order carries a cancellation penalty of 10% of the total purchase price. The lack of communication has been infuriating, the false information and broken promises have been insulting. There have been no offers from the company to alleviate our frustrations while an order from Wayfair, placed at the same time, was automatically discounted without a request from my family. I will never shop with Ashley again. I understand covid has disrupted supply chains but the complete indifference of the company and employees has turned this unfortunate problem into a source of continual frustration. The only silver lining is that our salesman has made himself available and attempts to help us coordinate with Ashley's horrible delivery service. Avoid Ashley at all costs, shop local.

As I walked in to the store I was greeted very quickly by a representative of the store. The sales lady was very professional and knowledgeable on what I was looking for in my price range. Her and and the other associate were very helpful on helping me make a decision. They were not “pushy” towards a certain brand or wanting me to purchase items out of my price range. All around good experience.

This is our 2nd bad experience with Ashley. My husband already posted our experience but I wanted to post that as well to express my disappointment. For 2 times, briefly: BAD scheduled delivery, keep changing the delivery dates and finally getting the furniture with sever defects. We were planning to purchase dinning and bedrooms because we liked their furniture at store, but now...NO WAY

This is my second horrible experience with Ashley, unbelievable. The first purchase was with thousands dollars and they failed to deliver the furniture without defect for 5 times. They apologize and said this doesn’t happen frequently. Now my second purchase is office furniture which was about 3-4 weeks ago. I bought this furniture because I am working from home and I doo need it. They told me it might take 6-8 weeks for deliver and I agreed. I received message that it is going to be delivered in 8 weeks. After a week I received another message, they push the delivery back for extra 10 days, and 2 days ago they sent me another message that my delivery will be in 6-8 weeks. This is extremely disappointed with second bad experience. Imagine you purchase something and you get it after 4 months if not more. I do not want it anymore and I want to buy from another store because I need my stuff. BAD! BAD! BAD! Update on September 4th, after 2 months waiting: As before, partial deliver with huge defects in the desk and defects in the printer stand. So disappointed. Their furniture are beautiful but the delivery and customer service are extremely BAD, more than expected. Want to cancel my order

Staff was nice. Delivery fee when pick up isn't a viable option,since they make you go to St. Louis, is a bit silly, but I doubt the employees directly control that so you can't hold it against them.

Had a great experience working with Katelyn (sp?). Explained what I was looking for and she led me to something perfect! Was attentive, but also gave me plenty of time and space to explore. Very happy with my experience in the store... just waiting on delivery! Update: still waiting on delivery, which in and of itself is not a problem. With all that is going on in the world, I'm not at all surprised or troubled. BUT, I recevied a text, informing me that it would be after Sept. 20th instead of the 1st, in mid-August. No problem... at least not until I received a text, email, and automated phone call, confirming my delivery window for the 1st. Curious, but great! Nope, immediately after I confirmed the time window, received a phone call from an actual rep, re-scheduling for the 22nd. Okay, fine, something obviously wasn't changed with their automated reminders, but yes, the 22nd is fine. The next day, I once again receive a text/email/automated phone call to confirm for the 1st. Did finally call in to confirm once and for all, whether it was going to be the 1st or 22nd; the lady I spoke with didn't seem to grasp why I was a bit frustrated, just kept referencing the note where it showed I spoke with a rep and and was told it would be the 22nd. Yes, I remember, as it was just the day before; what I'm telling you now is that I received another barrage of confirmations, not 10 minutes ago, about the 1st! You can see where the confustion lies, right?... she didn't. Still stand by my great in-store experience, but their automated systems should be looked re-examined. If you change the expected delivery date, probably shouldn't be sending confirmations regarding the original date.

My girlfriend and I went in just to look and fell in love with a sectional. After going to another 3 stores, we came back to Ashley and purchased our sectional and a table for our new house. The reason for 4 stars is because I feel like we were a little misled. The main reason we purchased is because of the Labor Day sale. Instead of running our credit first to make sure we qualified, the sales guy proceeded with the paperwork. 6 years interest free turned into 6 MONTHS. Also, the 5 year warranty that sounded so amazing, we realized after the fact that we were charged $400 for that as well. Something we thought was included in our $3,000 furniture purchase. Just felt a little misled and taken advantage of since were younger, but still happy we have our couch 💕

Very friendly staff. Somewhat helpful finding pieces. Settled for something other than I wanted. Pressured into getting high financed amount and recieved two credit cards instead of one. Not sure why I was pressured into it. I kept saying it didnt make any since when I could pay the difference and only finance one amount. Now my monthly payment is higher than I wanted and have two Ashley's cards.

The two sales women I interacted with were very nice (one was training but she was still very knowledgeable!) and helpful without being pushy! They informed me of all sales and financing options, helped me locate a few items, and let me browse in peace. The checkout was simple and easy, and they were very transparent about all prices and fees. I’m very happy with my whole experience and can’t wait to receive my furniture!

Nicklaus H. was the most fantastic salesman! After greeting us and letting us know about the current sale, he allowed us to roam the store without shadowing us the whole time, or being pushy. He returned to ask if we had any questions, and was extremely helpful with every step of the buying process. The entire staff in the store is very warm and welcoming. I cannot recommend them enough

Went in to buy a couch and wasn’t disappointed. My fiancé and I were promptly greeted by Nick and he answered all of our questions. Not only that but was very upbeat and fun to work with. The store was also very clean and had sanitization stands in all areas of the store!

When did it become difficult to give your money to a sales person? We spent a minimum of 45 minutes in the store waiting to even be acknowledged by a single member of staff. We watched people come in after us, get financing and leave. At one point a sales person walked past us to get to the couple right beside us. I’m still unsure about what changed between today and yesterday as we had fantastic help from Ryan Gregby but decided to take the night to think it over. Once it became painfully clear that no one was going to acknowledge us I went to the woman at the front and informed her that we had been there for 45 minutes with no help. She proceeded to ask why I hadn’t asked for help then blame the massively poor customer service on a short staff. I had observed that they had had plenty of time to play on their phones and chat amongst themselves at the desk, despite the low staffing. I’d love to know what made us less of a priority than those activities. I could go on about how horrible the staff were on Sunday and how I had initially planned on purchasing an additional dining set but I think I’ll wait to see if a representative bothers to reach out through this channel. I’d like to once again thank Ryan for treating us nicely and actually mentioning the sale, unlike anyone there today. Make sure to walk in looking rich when this staff is working or expect to beg for service. Zero stars and my bare minimum purchase.

EDITED to update: Spent over $4000 on furniture over the Memorial Day Weekend and was told that we could expect it to be delivered by July 10th. That seemed pretty far away, but I liked the furniture and thought it would be worth the wait. July 3rd rolls around and I receive a text saying my order has been delayed and won't be delivered until after August 3rd. I went in to the store and the person at the customer service desk (Breanna) was very understanding and helpful. I'm really grateful for that. She assured me that she would work on it and see if she could get my stuff delivered sooner. If I had not heard from her by July 8th, I should call back. I called back to the store via their local number and pressed whatever button connects you with customer service. The person I got connected with told me part of my order (dresser, chest of drawers, and coffee table) would be delivered on July 17th and the rest on July 24th. July 17th rolls around and I had yet to hear a word about my delivery. I called again. Apparently, they were supposed to text me about this delay and they forgot to do so. Call center rep was also very apologetic and gave me instructions on how to get through to the CoMo location. So I get re-connected with Breanna and she says that the coffee table, dresser, and chest of drawers are at the distribution center and she would reach out to them and see if they can get it delivered. I called back later that day to check back in and she had left for the day. She called me back July 18th and asked if her co-worker had gotten ahold of me like she asked them to before she left. Nobody ever called me. Now, apparently, the couch and love seat are ready to be picked up but nothing else is ready. We've never discussed picking up furniture ever. I can't fit it in my car. I asked if the rest of the furniture would be delivered the 24th then and she said that there was a problem with the order because of a mistake that was made on their end. At this point I am supremely fed up and start looking for furniture elsewhere. I go to a store called Weekend's Only in St. Louis and find bedroom furniture that I like. I buy it and pick it up the next day. I called Ashley back to cancel the bedroom set which went smoothly and they didn't try to convince me otherwise. We ended up keeping the sofa and loveseat because one was supposedly set to be delivered August 4th and the other the following week. I'm told that they will refund the rest of my order that I cancelled by the following Monday (July 27th) and that has not shown up on my account yet... On July 28th I got a text asking me to choose what day I want my order delivered. I chose today, Tuesday, August 4th. I am then told I'll be contacted 48 hours before delivery and given a 3 hour time frame that I can expect my furniture to show up. I never got that time frame and did not hear from Ashley after that. So my deliver day rolls around and I still have not heard anything. I call in and they tell me "if you didn't get the time frame sent to you, it's not going to be delivered that day." That would have been awesome to know but instead I had to reach out to them to find out my furniture delivery had been delayed AGAIN. Breanna was very apologetic and told me that the store employees are just as confused because this seems to be a problem with the actual manufacturing of the furniture and that they were not aware that I was not being told my furniture was being delayed either. At this point, I am keeping my order open on the off chance my furniture gets delivered but I am also actively looking for a sofa and loveseat elsewhere. I know that this problem is not necessarily due to the Columbia location's negligence beyond them selling me furniture that wasn't available in the first place. But, I am hoping that people will read this review (and the others) and understand that this place is not worth the time, stress, and especially not the money. Please take your business somewhere more reliable.

Worst furniture buying experience ever

If I can give them a zero I would. I’ve been calling regarding a full refund for merchandise I have not received for the past four days and no one will assist me. The store managers are “busy.” Customer Service representatives are also “busy” due to the “big July 4th sale.” No one answers the “Guest Relations” calls. Here’s the kicker: HEADQUARTERS isn’t answering their phones either!!! It’s bull! Now I’ll have to travel more than 30 miles to go in-store to get my refund. Never EVER again!

Quick professional service no pressure

I went to look at living room furniture today. I was just going to see if they had anything that would interest me, but I found the most amazing sectional. Steve helped me out and answered all my questions, he was absolutely amazing. He made buying furniture a more personal experience instead of pressuring me to make the sale. Steve and his manager went above beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. The Rawcliff sectional is amazing. It is a comfy, beautiful, and quality piece of furniture.

Ashley’s Furniture will NEVER get my business again. They were supposed to deliver my furniture on the 18th between 8:30-11:30 AM. So I take off work and I wait. 1:00 rolls around and I call. I’m on hold for two hours. When I finally talk to somebody they tell me that they never picked up my furniture from the warehouse and they couldn’t track the truck that was supposed to get it. They tell me the warehouse would call me sometime between the next 3-48 hours (NEVER CALLED). I finally get off the phone after supervisors REFUSED to talk to me and go to work. 5:30 rolls around and my grandma is calling me because Ashley’s Furniture is outside of my house (no, they didn’t call OR text). I rush home and there they are, setting up my stuff. They leave and what do you know, my headboard is cracked. I call customer service the next day because they’re closed at this point. I get hung up on. I call back and she tells me to go to the store. I go up there on Saturday and tell them what’s going on. They tell me they can’t do anything because “the woman who can works normal business hours.” I told them I didn’t feel comfortable leaving with nothing because NOTHING has been done. But OF COURSE, there was nothing they could do. Here it is Wednesday the 24th and I’ve heard NOTHING. I called, emailed, called some more and got absolutely nothing. I had to literally track down this woman who could finally help me today at 11:00.

Very clean and conscious of social distancing. Delivery times may be a little long at the moment, but that is pandemic stuff.

Never made a single delivery date as promised. Finally got our bedroom outfit 8 weeks after the original delivery date. Had to pick one dresser up at store because it wasn’t delivered as promised. Damaged was noted on chest of drawers and bed . When bed was delivered 8 weeks later, wrong hardware was sent so they couldn’t put the bed together. Store manager was an absolute waste of time. She let a young 21 year old lady take the brunt of my frustration. Mattress was delivered first, and was told that our 90 day sleep guarantee started that day even though the bed wasn’t delivered til 60 days later. I would not recommend this store at all.

Bought a entertainment center in February and when delivered it was damaged during the set up by the delivery people. Went to the store and they said the would have the bridge replacement in a couple weeks. It is now June and our living room is still in disarray..have taken off work twice for a promised delivery that has not happened. Now they want me to do it again so when I told them I couldn’t take off work again and they would have to deliver after 3 pm, good gosh! Thought I’d ask for a million dollars.

When I first went in to look at your furniture the lady was very helpful and I found what I needed. I then came in a few days later to pay for it and the guy who set it up put my information in incorrectly so the day that he set my delivery up it was not delivered. When I called to have it set up again the lady told me that she would set up my delivery for May 15th, which would be today. And now after waiting half of the day for it to get here I tried to call to ask about it and found out that the store is closed and is not making deliveries today. It is very upsetting to me that you are wasting my time in which I could be doing something much more productive than wait around all day at my house for a service that isn’t even being provided.

Poor customer service. Second time visiting the store. Never received any assistance after waiting outside for approximately 15 minutes to enter the store the first time, so left. Second time we went in and knew what we wanted but had a warranty question. Had to wait probably 20 minutes again to get any customer service. I hope the rest of my service and delivery are much better.

Lied about delivery date won't be getting for well over a month. Was very hateful when we had stood outside for an hour and allowed someone else in before us who didn't have an appointment. After this order gets in we won't be purchasing from them again.

My wife and I just purchased a home and needed to furnish our new home. We were not pressured by the staff and with everything going on with covid, they were very helpful and gave us our space. The staff, especially Christian was knowledgeable and helped us through the process.

My husband and I added a Calion sleeper sofa to our cart last night and noticed that it wasn't one of the "thousand of items that has free shipping..." so we messaged someone on the chat last night around 8 pm to inquire if we can pick up in stores. Got online and our cart had changed $200+ dollars....I tried calling the store and no one is picking up. The guy named Travis on the chat JUST STOPPED RESPONDING TO ME. Which I have copied on our communications so I can send to corporate. Shame on you Ashley furniture. Very fraudulent to change prices on someone who had the item in cart, INQUIRED about and never received a response and then you go and change the prices the next day. Then Travis on the chat just stopped responding. I would like the number to the corporate office please.

I bought a sectional from Ashley and when it was paid off I came back in for a kitchen table. I was told the table was 12 months same as cash. After a couple months I called to pay it off and realized at that moment that I was paying close to 25% interest. I would of never bought it if that was the case. I called the store and got no response. It's been close to 3 weeks. I called back and got the same runaround. Obviously it's been a bad experience thus far.

Our experience in the store was nothing but great. The staff was great, the problems started with our delivery. We are still having issues, they damaged my sofa, and never delivered our recliner. It is on back order, and they never bothered letting us know. Also with my sofa being damaged, the head rest didn't work on one side, and the lumbar didn't work on either side. Then we never got our call from the customer service center in Texas. Once we get this situation taken care of, I'm not to sure I will be buying anything else. It is not the Columbia store, it's how the corporate office handles a problem. And they have dropped the ball.

Sales personnel were friendly and helpful and not pushy. We had an issue getting the delivery set up but they were also helpful in getting that resolved. Happy with our new furniture

I have yet to receive a functional piece of furniture.. The first couch that was brought out would creak and pop when reclining, loveseat would not recline at all. Both units were exchanged. took another 3 weeks to get furniture exchanged. The replacement couch that was brought out would not recline either! We have now spent $4000+ on a couch and loveseat and have yet to receive a piece of furniture that work! now we will have to wait another month for a THIRD replacement that will hopefully not be broken when it arrives. Also I have had to take time of work 4 times now to be there when Ashley delivers. Buyer beware. the furniture is junk. company will do little to help once they have your money. Get your furniture from somewhere else.

I ordered a mattress that should be 12" however it is 9", I was told that I should donate the defective mattress for a $50 refund. I would not recommend that you order from Ashley furniture. Unless you do not mind to receive defective item with no help from Ashley representative. I'm extremely disappointed.

I got a tempurpedic mattress and a bedroom set at a great price with amazing service! They even price matched the mattress! I was in and out in less than an hour! Definitely will shop here again.

Let me start off by saying that I previously had a very bad experience with Ashley furniture. I vowed to never do business with them again and told everybody I could about my bad experience. Fast forward several years and here I am today in Ashley furniture looking at beds. I had the pleasure of being greeted by a salesperson by the name of Dorie. She was beyond great to work with and was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. She regained our business for Ashley furniture. I would highly recommend going to see her if you are considering buying a bed or any other furniture. She was able to get us a tempur-pedic split king with adjustable bases for $5875 CHEAPER than what I was quoted less than an hour previously at another mattress store. This is the first online review I’ve ever wrote but I was so happy with my experience that I had to. Thanks so much Dorie, you were awesome!

Really enjoyed working with the staff at the Columbia store, especially Jake. Jake was very helpful and upfront with us. I wasn't very happy with the "white glove" delivery. The guys that delivered were very friendly; however, they left paperwork laying in the driveway and in the downstairs hall and the "law" tag was missing from one of our beds. I was also frustrated that they didn't ask how high we wanted our bed frame to be. My Husband and I had to take the mattresses off and adjust them ourselves. Jury is still out on "Synchrony Bank" so far not impressed

Kind of a long story so I'll keep it short as possible. Would be rated a one but they get 2 because our sales rep was the best part of this whole ordeal. We stopped in just browsing not even looking to buy, but they had some great deals and we ended up leaving with a new frame and bed! I know great right?! Wrong. It was to show up that very next sat, instead it showed up on the next Thursday with no advance notice other than a late call on the Friday before it was supposed to be delivered and I had to call them to ask this because I was never contacted about a time. On top of the mix up delivery date I had my room completely tore apart, carpet ripped up and new paint on the walls, old bed tore down excitedly waiting for our new bed the next day which wasnt to be. So it shows up that next week on Thursday. Finally my new comfortable bed.....except they forgot some of the hardware to finish putting together my frame, that by the is damaged and the delivery guy conveniently says "well I never seen that before". Great....whatever. we were also told they were hauling away our old mattress and box spring so that we wouldnt have to deal with it only for the same delivery guys to tell us sorry we cant take them because it was stained. Ok sorry that I have kids and my mattress is 10 years old. Like all kids accidents are a part of life. So as for ashley furniture store, if you like random delivery dates, halfassed delivery, and some Inconvenience in your life this is the place for you. I had to sleep on my old mattress on the floor for a week. Fun....

It was such a smooth experience. We came in and were given time to explore and find exactly what we needed. We are so excited for our new sectional and look forward to visiting again!

Things are back ordered for months then when your delivery day comes you get a partial delivery. Not to mention you set up a delivery and they call you as your waiting to cancel, reschedule for following week with a no show, then push you out 6 weeks. Bad way to do business

Last week my bedroom furniture was to have been delivered on Wednesday but late in the day I was left a voicemail that delivery was being canceled due to weather; I was unhappy when calling help desk that day of which no resolution was provided. Called back next day and took the next available date. Then texted Jenny from the Columbia store and within 30 minutes she had me setup with Saturday delivery and it arrived as scheduled!!! I was beyond pleased that Jenny stopped what she doing to attend to my frustrations with delivery. She has earned my return business and expanded appreciation! Ask for Jenny when shopping at Ashley in Columbia, MO!

This was a complete failure by Ashley furniture as a company and I would be happy to discuss further with them. Feel free to reach out to hear about your companies debacle.

I experienced fabulous customer service when I visited the Ashley Homestore in Columbia, MO today. My Sales Representative was Mary Wagner. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Mary was very friendly and accomodating. She worked very hard to get me the best deal for my purchase. Mary has excellent communication skills/effective listener. I felt like I was shopping with a good friend! I will definitely return to the Ashley Homestore for future purchases. I will first call and make sure that Mary is there. I highly recommend that you visit the Ashley store and ask for Mary. You will be happy you did. Lastly my purchase is scheduled for delivery in a few days. How AWESOME is that? Thanks Mary!😎

This store has the WORST CUSTOMER CARE. They didn’t contact me when the product I bought was backordered. They repeatedly failed to communicate with both the delivery center and with me. The corporate consumer care and delivery call center employees were wonderful, so this isn’t a slam against Ashley as a whole, but every time we’ve dealt with this store directly has been nothing but a disaster. Thank god I never have to shop here again, awful experience.

I stopped by this location on my way home from a trip. Jenny was the sale person that greeted me and my husband as we entered the store. She had great customer service and patience. The sofa that we bought is very comfortable and pretty. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought a dresser and mattress before Thanksgiving. They told me the delivery will be Dec 11, then after a couple day I got a text said my order would be deliver on Dec 17, then Dec 13 they called me said mattress was on back-order and I would expected the delivery on Dec23, then another call on Dec 21 said my mattress was still on back-order. So I asked them to deliver the dresser at least on Dec23, then the one of the drawer of the dresser was broken before they even took off from the delivery truck, then I was told someone would call me to follow up what's gonna do with my order. Eventually it was me called them again to figure out what's going on. Now, they said Jan 2 will deliver both of my stuff. Okay, let's see if this time is a "real" deliver or not. And also the custom service call was very unpleasant too. Very BAD attitude! ####An update, so, today is Jan 2, nobody contacted me after the first attempt delivery of dresser, I called them again, then I was told the stuff will be in stock in Jan 7. So Just never ever order stuff from Ashley if the stuff is not in store, period!

The sales person was very knowledgeable and willing to help while still letting us walk around the store to look. The item we decided on we found out was a discontinued item when we went to go check out and the sales person and manager went above and beyond to find the item we wanted. I definitely would recommend the Ashley Home Store in Columbia, MO.

Sales associate was a bit more pushy than was enjoyable. I understand though, it's a sales job. She did go out of her way to get us the furniture we wanted ordered for us at a rate we could easily afford.

If I could give less than 1 star I would!!! I have never had such frustration with a company as what I have experienced with Ashley. My delivery was scheduled a month out from my purchase date, bought on 'Black Friday' scheduled delivery 12/23. I emptied my place of the old furniture the morning of the 23rd in preparation. That afternoon the delivery consisted of 1 piece of a sectional (of course the smallest section), nothing else! There was no contact from the store letting me know that there was a problem with my delivery, and...I was hosting Christmas, with NO furniture! Here it is 4 days after the original scheduled delivery date and I still have no answers as to when the remaining furniture will arrive!

Horrible customer service. Mistake after mistake. And the worst part is, the store does not seem to care enough to make up for all of the inconvenience. We are still waiting for couches and dealing with this mess. Back story: My husband and I just moved back to Columbia in November and needed some couches for our main living space. This was our first actual couch purchase and we were so excited about it, hoping it would be a good experience as well. We had shopped around and decided on a couch and loveseat from Ashley Home Store. We were sitting on the exact couch we wanted to purchase (also in the color we wanted) while the salesman Nicholas rang us up. It's not everyday you make a big purchase like this and when you do, you hope it is done right. We were already a little upset that there was no free delivery since all of the other furniture stores around seemed to offer that once your purchase hit over $1,000. We were then told the couch could not be delivered for a few weeks, which was longer than we thought seeing as it wasn't a custom make, but we agreed. 3 weeks later, the couches came in the wrong color so we had to stop the delivery men and they had to load it back into the truck. We learned later that the sales floor tags had been marked incorrectly with the couch we wanted...where is the quality check of the salesman when ringing someone up? After all, we were sitting on the very couch style and color we wanted. I spoke with a lady over the phone briefly who advised me to call the local store the following Monday. This is where the even worse customer service began. We spoke with Evan, the store manager at the local Columbia branch, and explained what had happened and that we were upset. We asked about getting some sort of compensation for this hassle and to refund the delivery fee. He agreed to refund the delivery fee since we had no couches delivered, but laughed when I asked about further compensation. We asked to speak with his boss and still have yet to hear from him after multiple follow ups. We expressed that we really need the couches shortly after Christmas as we have people staying at our house and one person will be sleeping on our couch (that we don't have yet). We have since had multiple conversations with Evan and he had said he would try to have the couches delivered that following Tuesday or Wednesday, but we never heard from the delivery people, his boss, or even an email from Evan communicating the delay. We continued to reach out and then he finally said we could get them delivered most likely on Friday, December 27th. So then we get a text saying they will be delivered December 28th, but we will be at a wedding that day, so yet again, the plan has changed and this day will not work. I am hoping we can change the delivery date and that they come in the right color and couch. This is ridiculous and I believe we are owed some sort of compensation. It's been a lot of back and forth like this for the past few weeks and we are tired of it and ready to have our couches. We still have yet to hear from Evan's boss and never got a call back from Evan today. To be continued...

Worst experience ever, still dealing with issues 2 months later, won't shop here again

I will never give any business to Ashley furniture in the future. We ordered a sofa at the end of November, with a delivery date of December 17th expected. Due to the weather, the confirmation came requesting the 18th between 12 and 3pm instead. We had family waiting for the furniture to be delivered, and it never showed up for delivery. The next day, they requested to reschedule it for over an entire week later. Past Christmas, when we needed the furniture. The manager attempted to find a solution but the only solution for us was to find a way to pick a clearance couch up, and then return, while we waited for the other sofa. I was informed their computer system would completely cancel your invoice order if a delivery was rescheduled on their end, this causing your ordered item to go to the next person who ordered the same item. Hence, our delivery date being pushed, because someone else, had received the couch we had ordered prior to theirs. Now we are left with no solutions, for furniture, during a family gathering. The main customer service line also provided atrocious service, and even hung up on me when I asked them to connect me to a manager for further help. I am beyond dissatisfied with this business.

I would give this store and company 0 stars. We have been trying to get our couch for 2 1/2 months and still not getting it. We paid an extra $300 because we were promised by our sales person Nick that it would be no more than a 2 week delivery. Kaylie whom states she is a manager there is by far the most rude person I have ever spoke with. Getting ahold of customer service is nearly impossible. And arbe Weaware you ewill be put on hold for 45min - hour. Just here still waiting on our couch with no confirmation of when it will be delivered. They have never offered to give us back the extra $300 we paid. We have been given about 8 different excuses. We will never ever buy from this company again. We would not even recommend this store or company to our worst enemy's. Update! Was promised once again I would have my couch delivered today 12/19/2019. I even have a delivery confirmation that it would come between 11:30 and 2:30. I called just to verify and was told my couch was cancelled with no reason given!!! This company is a joke. Do not buy from them. I have emailed the address given on the below comment 4 times with zero response. Crazy I can not get 1 simple couch!!!!!!

We bought a love seat from ashley about a year or more back, have made payments as agreed but has always had problems with the cushions caving in in the corners yet ashley says they can't do any thing about it. This loveseat was at leadt 2000dollars. The protection plan did no good in this case. I will continue to keep my end of the deal but likely not buy anything else from Ashley.

Walk in and ask for Jake! He helped my sister and I find everything that we needed for our new apartment together! He was fun, helpful, and very friendly! Definitely recommend him as your salesman! Made our time shopping fun and enjoyable!

We had helpful and friendly service in store. Unfortunately their delivery is horrible. 1st expected shipment found out on day of delivery that full sectional wasn't at distribution so could not be delivered. Mind you we didn't have any furniture because we sold our old set several days before sectional was to be delivered. Had to wait nearly 2 weeks for delivery. 2nd delivery was late not by time specified. Still missing ottoman. That wasn't to upsetting because management said they would deliver to store and they would deliver. Then we get notification that ottoman was going to be delivered by distribution. Delivery was expected today from 1 to 4. So took 1/2 day vacation. Nearly 4 pm hear nothing. So we call only to be told that delivery was canceled because it didn't make it to distribution in time for that days delivery. What no call no text, email nothing. So basically I wasted a 1/2 day vacation and now expected to reschedule delivery. Now we are being told it will be at least 2 weeks before delivery. This is our 1st and last order from Ashley Furniture. No communication at all. Come to find out after talking with others they experienced similar issues. Buyer Beware!

My buying experience was good. The salesperson was knowledgeable. However the follow up on the sale has been deplorable. The item I ordered was not in stock, but was on order. I was told I would get a call about delivery the next week (purchase was made on a Saturday). I heard nothing the next week or the Monday after. I called on Tuesday and my first call went unanswered. I called again and was on the phone for 20 minutes only to be told that another department was not responding to questions. An email had been sent but the other department had 24 hours to respond. I would be called the next day about the delivery. I am now 2 days past that promised call and no call. Long story short, before buying, make sure they have the item available for immediate delivery because you will get no information from them after the purchase.

I found a link online to a 7-piece dining set and it took me to the website and had a sale price for around $500 which was amazing but when I went into the store that was only for the table. Overall the website was a bit misleading. But on the other hand when we got to the store, the workers were very pleasant and explained everything very well. We are happy with our purchase but we’re thrown off in the beginning. Could have been our fault...but who knows

Professional staff, great selection of modern furniture. This was my original review...which is still true. However, very slow shipping. It will be 6 weeks before my furnature arrives, havent got it yet. Purchased the first week of November with a goal of having it by Thanksgiving but instead had an empty room. Staff said 2-3 weeks anticipated upon original purchase. Staff did apologize....but it is still a bit disappointing.

They now require you to pay for delivery on all sales, even if it's something you could easily pick up. So plan to pay an extra $70 or more on all purchases. Also, the prices in the store are much higher than their online prices, but you have to pay $200 for delivery on all online sales.

Nickolas was super helpful. He explained the protection plan well and was friendly but not overly pushy. My only complaint was that they didn’t have a lot of the door buster, Black Friday models available to see on the floor. But everything they did have out was great

Bought a couch here last year. The couch looked amazing on the show room floor. 1 month later the couch looks like a sack of lumpy mash potatoes. Cushion filling is very uneven even on cushions no one sits on regularly. We called the warranty company and they don’t cover anything due to the filling. Then 3 months later we got a cut in one cushion about 4 inches long, also not covered under the warranty. The sales men told me anything I didn’t like about the couch the warranty would fix. The warranty doesn’t cover anything, doesn’t cover cleaning fixing refilling. Lol don’t buy stuff from here spend a little more money and go somewhere with quality furniture that is covered under a warranty..... this place is a SCAM

I love Ashley because of the financing options, and as a recent college graduate, I can find affordable furniture here. Also, the sales associates don't hound you/stalk you like they do at some places. They are there if you want to talk to them, but they leave you alone and don't pressure you into buying something. :)

Dorie was so helpful! She helped us when we had design questions, while always encouraging us that it’s our home and we can do ANYTHING! Really had a great experience.

The store is good in selling their product, but I am very disappointed with the delivery and assembly of my bed that I just bought. First there was a delay in arrival and second, The center support legs were missing and they were ordered by the assembling person after noticing that they were missing during the assembly (I agreed to it instead of returning the whole bed after assembly). The person said it did not come with the package. When the center support legs arrived in mail after a week of assembly, only one of them was of the correct height, rest of the five were only half the size and clearly not even close to touching the ground.

Was greeted quickly. Nick asked what we were looking for and responded accordingly to our needs. Was very helpful in our decision to purchase a couple of love seats.

Jim Wyatt at the Columbia Homestore is excellent with customer service. He makes customers feel valued and is patient in making sure he gets all your questions answered, no matter how many times you change your mind. Very courteous and knows his job. Thank you for taking care of my family.

The process started out great, people at the store were helpful and patient. The good experience ended there. The first part of my delivery they arrived brought everything then left without assembling anything making me believe that I didnt have assembly as part of my purchase. Later I also found out that they didn't even leave the hardware or any form of instructions for assembly either. The second delivery was another bad experience. They arrived before the timeline given (luckily the person I had stay there for the delivery got there early) then when my relative asked if they wanted the door removed before moving the couch through they said no they'll get it to fit. During that process the ended up scratching up/damaging the couch and even left some scratches on my door. They ended up packing it back up and leaving. When the delivery was attempted a second time the door was removed and it made it in when no damages. Looping back to the hardware part on the first part; I called them, found out it should have been assembled and had them send the hardware because I couldnt guarantee someone to be here another time for someone to come assemble it with the very strict scheduling they provide. I finally received the hardware and there are still parts missing and no instructions for assembly. I emailed the customer care email nearly a week ago in attempt at reconciliation yet never received any email back. I feel ripped off and highly irritated by this experience and dont believe I will ever do business with Ashley's again nor will I have anything good to say about Ashley's when anyone I know is looking to buy furniture in the future. *More than a week later and still no actual response. I regret ever entering your store. When someone says they're planning to buy furniture the first thing I say to them won't be where to go, but to avoid Ashley's at all cost because they will do you wrong, post comments that they would like to fix the problem then do absolutely nothing to fix the problem. This company simply does not care what happens once the product is bought.

I have been a loyal customer to Ashley Furniture in Columbia, MO since 2001. They have always been helpful when needed but respect your requests to just let you browse without being hounded and drug around the store to see what they want you to see. (I want to see everything on my own time!) I was a little sad when I learned that they moved to the old Toys R Us building which reduced their touchable inventory but I have to say, I still found exactly what I was looking for and was treated just as good if not better than I always have been. The best thing about Ashley is their sales professionals and their willingness to work a deal. Tonight it was Jenny and her floor manager! She had perfect customer service and unfortunately I did not take note of the floor manager's name but he also didn't try to jerk us around. I've had 2 horrible experiences with the newer Ashley store in Jefferson City and refused to give them my business leaving angry both times. I will gladly drive the extra 35 miles from Holts Summit to give my business to the Columbia store!

My wife and I stopped by after a couple different stores with no luck to be had at either one. As soon as we walked through the door at Ashley we were greeted by their sales associate, Nick; we talked through what we were looking for and he worked tirelessly to get us the best deal possible. It was a great experience and I will be sure to recommend Ashley to friends and family!

The store is very clean and well organized which made it very easy to explore all our options. Once we found what we wanted Chris worked with us in understanding the sale and working with us on our payment style. He even helped us carry our purchase to our vehicle. I was soooo happy and I left with having purchased a sectional and a dining room set. I can't wait until I go back for the bedroom set that I want. I love Ashley HomeStore and you should check them out. Their deals are amazing, their employees are amazing and everything is so modernly beautiful. I am beyond happy about my purchase and I cannot wait until they deliver them to me. Everything was such a breeze and I will definitely buy from Ashley's again! Prices are lower online and delivery is free online. However, they did end up honoring the online price and free delivery.

The store had a lot of good selections. The sales associates weren’t to hovering. They allowed us to browse the store before making a decision. The closing process was really quick and easy. Any issues I had after processing and purchase was handled well with costumer service. I will be back.

Made multiple purchases. This store has a lot to choose from. The sale price can be communicated better. When purchasing a bed note that there are multiple add on options for additional cost that you will end up needing upon checkout that is not stated up front. Extra cost such as bed covering, warranty, and delivery cost can be additional 600-1000 add on to your given price. Closings can be a bit rushed. The service communication needs work but the staff was nice to make the sale right when there was issues. I would purchase from them again. Items were of quality. Everything in the store looked very nice. Dorie was a great help on finding the right bed. Lots of things not in stock and did not arrive in time as this too was poorly communicated. The delivery guys did well.

Amazing team willing to help you pick out the perfect set for your room. Had a couple issues with the warranty company they partnered with but the store went to bat for me and got everything taken care of. Would definitely go back for future furniture needs.

Disappointing experience to say the least. We purchased a sectional Memorial Day weekend. We were told delivery would occur in 2 weeks. Two weeks later, we received a call telling us delivery was delayed because our furniture did not make it to the warehouse on time. When we received the furniture 2 weeks later than expected, a large nail was hanging out of the back of one of the recliners. After way too many phone calls, we were told a technician would come look at and repair the furniture. Several days later, we received a part in the mail that had nothing to do with the issue we had called about. We had still not been contacted with details of the technician’s arrival date / time. After 2 more phone calls, we were told they were waiting for us to call to tell them we had received the part before scheduling the technician. After not hearing a word from Ashley for a couple more days, we called again. This time, we were told the piece would be replaced. Delivery was scheduled 3 weeks later. In order to be at home during the 3 hour window, I had to miss work only to find out the wrong recliner has been delivered. So, 4 months after purchase, we still don’t have a sectional worth the price we paid. The only reason I am giving 1 star is because the delivery drivers have been so nice. Based on my experience, I would definitely NOT recommend purchasing from Ashley.

The experience we had was wonderful. Devon was so knowledgeable and patient as she showed us a number of wonderful pieces. Found a beautiful bedroom suite that will not only look great but will last us for many years to come. So update .. Knob broke at base on dresser.. Cast was poured thin i believe.. After going into this location and being told to contact 1.800.customerservice? We were instructed to go back to location. Need 1 knob .. For now.. Only sold in bags of 30.. So leads me to believe i might need 30.hum. 3 weeks later money gone...no knobs have arrived.. And all Tess at this location can say..rudely i might add is.. Call corporate's call center. So once i get that email she's sending???? I'll take care of it..

Ashley Furniture recently moved to where the Toys r Us was located off Stadium and I-70. Was greeted with a smile from Dorie Franklin, Sales Associate. Can’t express how professional she was in helping me find everything that was needed to furnish my home! She was so helpful with providing great ideas on home decorating. I didn’t have to shop anywhere else for furniture! Thank you Dorie, for being so knowledgeable, professional and helpful!

This is the worst nightmare ever it has taken 4months to get a refund on furniture that never got delivered now it’s week 12 and still have not received my refund and I was told today for the 5 time to wait 7 to10 more days I’ll never see my money and I just can’t believe I let Ashly furniture screw me so bad not going there again

I will condense this as much as possible!!! March 14th, 2019 I stopped by the store, was very friendly greeted, worked with Tyler, asked very specific questions, placed my order, only the bed & chest were in stock, scheduled the delivery on Sat 3.16.19, the rest would be delivered at a later date. Delivery shows up. Right off the bat I noticed that the headboard & footboard were not what I had ordered! Called Tyler, the decision was made that they would set up what they had however when the delivered the rest of the furniture they would swap out the bed for the correct one. Delivery guys ended up stripping out the screws to the bed, as they had put the legs to the headboard on the wrong sides, the box springs would not fit due to this issue. Delivery guys called their boss Eric who advised them that they had spent WAY to much time at my delivery, they had other deliveries that needed to be made and needed to LEAVE!!!! Leaving us WITHOUT a bed to sleep in! One of the delivery guys comes in has a lady on the phone from the warehouse that wants to speak to us, who abruptly told us that they were closed and could not help us until Tuesday and hung up on us, please know that this phone call was recorded! Called Tyler again, advised him of what was going on, he talked to the guys, the delivery guys did something and was able to get the bed put together. 2nd delivery 4.12.19, different delivery drivers come, attempt to disassemble the wrong bed, ALL SCREWS ARE STRIPPED OUT, finally were able to get that taken care of, install the CORRECT bed, dresser & bring in the night stands, the roll out slats & lamps (that were ordered did NOT arrive with this delivery as promised!) After they had everything in I go to check and one of the handles on one of the night stands is missing a screw, called the store asked if they would PLEASE just send me a screw, NOPE, they wanted to bring out a whole new night stand, and would bring out the roll out slats as well, the lamps had to be ordered, as they were never ordered from prior, which would be another 2 weeks before they would arrive. 4.16.19 3rd delivery, swapping out the nightstand & installing the bed slats, only to discover that the slats CANNOT be installed as the wrong bed side rails are on the bed, now they have decided they are sending a Tech out 4.22.19 4th time, Tech comes out and will have to come back again on 5.10.19 for the 5th time! After multiple calls, asking for RETURN calls by the Store Manager, Josh (whom I've spoken with once & would be getting back to me) talking with Shauna, assuring me that she would try to make this right after everything we have had to deal with, speaking with Tess, who refused to let me speak with whom I asked to only wanted to confirm delivery dates & times, gave me answers to questions that I did NOT even ask or were even relevant to the conversation, I have STILL HEARD NOTHING!!!! Things that were promised have not materialized, the customer service HORRIBLE! I have just been blown off & ignored! The Tech that came out has been the ONLY ONE that has actually cared and is knowledgeable about what needs to happen. As for the rest of the Store......as of 5.2.19 I have STILL NOT HEARD ANYTHING! Doubt I ever do! Below are pictures of the wrong bed, and how they wanted to just up and leave my bedroom, 3rd & 4th picture is what was ordered.

Wonderful selection and staff!

Zero stars. Negative stars. This has been a nightmare trying to get a bed frame we purchased in June. We confirmed our delivery date for August 3rd THREE TIMES. We were then told our delivery date would be Friday, a day that obviously does not work for any of my roommates and I. We spoke to the regional manager and he told us we would be receiving our bed on Friday August 2nd before 11a.m. We waited and waited and waited until we received a call that we would not be getting our bed today, but instead tomorrow. How can you say that you can deliver it tomorrow when you JUST told us you couldn’t? We get a call back and they said we may not even get it tomorrow. We were already waived the delivery fee and a little bit off of the price of the bed. By now, we want all of the refund. No good business runs like this. I went to report it to better business bureau, but this location has not been listed yet. This store and their employees along with the regional manager need to realize that n one will give them their business if they continue to practice things like this. I’m so appalled at this business as a whole.

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing mattresses. I ordered the wrong bed and they made it right with no issues. They also price matched from a website. The manager on duty was exceptional.
