Save yourself some time and money, and go to Furniture Row instead. Long story short every time I do business with these people something comes up. Bought an entire bedroom set with them 5 years ago. Delivery was rescheduled 3 times. Slept on the floor for those because they're incompetent. When it arrived they didn't bring the box springs. Slept on the floor another 4 days until it arrived. Sales person sold me on a $399.99 insurance which he said could be used as store credit in 5 years if no claims were filed. Fast forward 5 years, went in the store to use the credit, purchased an entryway table for $339. They called me saying I owed $185. Questioned them why and all the sudden the conversation became about the fact I had to spend $500 minimum to be able to claim the credit, which apparently I signed an agreement for but was never notified by any of the representatives I dealt with about. Not the one for the first sale, not the one last weekend either. I understand following contracts. I also understand that if it is their fault/miscommunication they should make it right by their customers. Spoke with a manager called Leah and she's as incompetent as the staff, if not more. In the meantime, I bought a sectional couch and a dining room table with 8 chairs from Furniture Row and not only paid WAY less than anything this store was offering, but also got great customer service and both deliveries on time. They also assembled my dining room table for free. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. EDIT: they have a guy there called Nate, and he's really good and friendly. Possibly the only one in the store.

WARNING: Unethical Practices and Deceptive Business Tactics at Ashley HomeStore I am writing this review to warn potential buyers about the appalling service I’ve received from Ashley HomeStore and its partner, Ácima. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from falling victim to these illegal and unethical business practices. After purchasing furniture from Ashley HomeStore, I quickly encountered delivery issues that were mishandled by both the store and Ácima. Despite several attempts to resolve the problem, neither company has taken responsibility for the mistakes made. Instead, they’ve blamed each other for the delays and poor communication, leaving me without the correct furniture I paid for and facing weeks of unnecessary charges. Although i have the items as of 2/13/25 after purchasing on 12/21/25. In addition to the lack of accountability, both companies have shown a complete disregard for customer service. I have been financially trapped into debt due to their negligence, and after numerous follow-ups, I’ve seen no real effort to make things right. Instead, I’ve been subjected to deceptive practices and a lack of transparency. This is not an isolated issue, as Ashley HomeStore has been involved in multiple class-action lawsuits for similar customer complaints regarding delivery delays, deceptive billing practices, and poor service. It’s clear that these problems are systemic, and I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from them to proceed with extreme caution. If you’ve been affected by similar issues, I encourage you to speak out and take action. Consumers should not be financially burdened by a company’s incompetence and disregard for the law. I will continue to pursue this matter through all available channels, including consumer protection authorities, to hold Ashley HomeStore and Ácima accountable for their actions. Buyer beware: these companies need to be held responsible for their mistreatment of customers!!!! Update: Your response is disappointing but not surprising. If you had actually read my review and looked at the evidence my partner provided from a separate email review, you would see that I have already reached out multiple times—through calls, texts, and emails—with no resolution. Your response is just another example of Ashley HomeStore’s refusal to take real accountability. Instead of offering vague apologies and empty reassurances, how about publicly stating exactly how you plan to resolve this issue? Potential customers deserve to know the truth about how Ashley HomeStore treats people once they’ve taken their money.
