I visited the store yesterday and found just what I wanted in a sofa and loveseat. Dallas was a great help at answering my questions and obtaining the lowest price on the items I chose. I will definitely come back! Linda A.
I bought two light tables and a mattress from the Jefferson City store. That&'s why it&'s so incredible that they damaged my home with such an easily delivery. I keep getting promises that they will pay for the damage but its been 4 weeks now with nothing done. To top that off, the store manager, Evan was extremely rude to me and refused to give me the information to reach someone at a higher level to get this resolved. The furniture is expensive and decent quality. The lack of respect for the customer and their customer&'s property is absolutely atrocious. I wouldn&'t go on the store even if they offered me free stuff. It&'s not worth damaging your home. I&'m still trying to reach a regional manager or someone to get this resolved and to let them know how Evan speaks to customers in his store. BUYER BEWARE.
We were in need of some furniture due to life changes. We had been looking for some time and knew what we wanted for the most part. We got a flyer in the mail for a one day sale where we saved a lot of money. The best part was the help from Dallas, our sales associate. He was helpful, polite, not pushy, and stepped away kindly when asked so that we could discuss in private. Our trip to the furniture store was short and painless thanks to his assistance.
Bought an end table today from Ashley Homestore. Dallas made it painless, and I&'ve been looking for a long time to find exactly what I want! He showed me the large touchscreen &"computer&" so I could see all Ashley stock, rather than just what was in the store. Assuming that when it&'s delivered, it looks as it did in the picture and the color is what we looked at in the store, I&'m a happy customer! Thank you Dallas!
