Went in just browsing and decided to buy a mattress. Never felt pressured to buy anything but after trying out a few and then talking to the sales rep Kevin, I was quite happy with how things were going and decided to go ahead and pick up that mattress. Thank you Kevin for making me feel like even if I were to just walk in and browse that I wasn’t wasting anyone’s time and not to pressure me into buying something I didn’t want! Roger Crowder was an exceptional salesman! Wasnt pushy about our declining warranty even though he highly recommened it. It wasnt his fault we declined, we just had a bad experience with warranty company. They (the warranty company)didnt stand behind cleaning our furniture which is why we bought warranty anyway.THANK YOU ROGER! It was so great meeting you. Our experience was wonderful this go around!
