Went in looking for a mattress and was greeted in a friendly professional manner by Justin. He took us to the mattress area and was knowledgeable about both the mattress’s and the way they are brought in after purchase. We purchased a Dreamcloud and are anxious for it to be delivered to the store. Justin did a great job and I would absolutely shop with him again.

On Sunday I went to the store browsing. They had the bed I wanted on sale. I went home & thought about it & decided to go back after work & buy it since it was on sale. I live an hour away. The salesperson helping me was very kind. When he rang up the bed it rung up at full price. He caught it. Went back to the model to check price to make sure. Came back & rang it in as sale price he said. I didn’t notice until I got home that it rang up as full price. I called the store the next morning to be told my salesperson would be there in 20 minutes. I called back in 20 minutes to be told he was off today. Explained the situation to this person who is talking to his associate I assume saying “yeah go check the price, I think it’s $649”. Then he comes back on the phone & tells me he doesn’t know where I got that price. It’s not on sale & he’s the one who prices them. I explained I saw the orange sale price as did my husband both times we were there & the salesperson I dealt with saw it too. He basically was calling me a liar even though I heard him discussing the price with his coworker & agreeing it was on sale. I called him out on it & he got a huge attitude. He did say he would refund the difference but was a jerk about it. I haven’t got the bed yet so I hope it’s a good experience with the product customer service is out the window.

The association I spoke to, Kane, was very helpful and informative. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and he was great at working within my budget.

I shopped at the warehouse clearance sale The prices were amazing I kept buying products to ship out the country for our orphanage in Kenya Bed night stands and rugs. The quality is so amazing and I know our team will enjoy them. The whole experience of shopping there with my sales lady was priceless..she showed me everything I needed and the prices were phenomenal. And she texted me more items pictures I was looking for. So I will return to pick those items up as well.

Shopping at Ashley Outlet was such a relaxing experience. We walked in and was welcomed the minute we came thru the door. My husband and I walked in to just get ideas when a customer representative came up to us named Jude. She was very polite and let us if we had any questions to just let her know. She then went up to thw front of the store and didn't bother us while we looked around. I then had a question about financing. Jade was very helpful and gave thw info I needed to get what we wanted. I knew exactly what I needed for a twin bed. I had the mattress but not a frame. On line the measurements wouldn't work. The salesman looked it up and learned that it was listed wrong on line and gave me the true measurements. He is even holding the bed until I have my new house ready to move into.

Went in looking for a mattress and the Beauty Rest fit he bill for me liking softer and hubs firmer. The bed being on sale was a bonus. The sales associate that helped us was Justin and he did an amazing job. He was there nearby to answer questions but also let us discuss without seeming intrusive. Not too many can strike the balance like he did. He's the reason we got 2 instead of 1 mattress. He's a plus to your store and if he has not been given a raise or promoted, the company is foolish. Got a broken couch delivered but their return policy was up before we could get in to even talk to them about it a couple days after we got it. Thankfully Missouri Furniture did the refund and took it back. Bought a fully-functional and comfier couch off FB Marketplace to replace it...for literally 1/13th the price (less than 10% of the price). Ashley Furniture is way overpriced and their return policy is horrible. The people were really nice, though.

I do love Ashley furniture the product, however, I am very disappointed in the ordering and delivery standards. I should have been informed that even when my furniture has all came in, that it would take another 2 weeks plus to get it delivered. When ordering from the Ashely outlet in Lebanon, MO. I was told that they would deliver furniture as it came in. That was false. I have been in my new home now for 21 days without furniture. When stopping in to the store periodically to see if any had arrived, was told of different dates expected for arrival, but yet here I am with all my furniture, which is a lot of furniture, arriving at the same time. I was even going to pick up pieces myself but was told they were at a different facility in a different town. This is unacceptable.

Clean and organized store. Great customer service. Paul wasn’t pushy but helped us get a more narrower idea of what we were looking for. I do have major defects with the item I purchased but I don’t hold Paul liable for that. The box was damaged when loaded into my truck and during the unpacking at home, several components are damaged. I’ll call customer service in the morning.

Purchased a Dresser On Line. After it was delivered, one Piece was cracked. It was a Nightmare to get to a Live Person to order a Replacement Piece. When I finally did was told it would take 7-10 Business Day's. Since it was past 72 Hour's after delivery Ashley would not refund the Order. Very poor Customer Service.

Jade Timko was so very helpful in ensuring that we found the dining room chairs that I wanted and another gentleman also helped our process and helped out loading them. Jade has also been helping me trying to find a chaise couch for my house. Hopefully, we will be successful when the summer is over.

Was in the market for new recliners… headed to Ashley’s furniture and Anna greeted us at the door and took us on a tour of recliners. We were in and out with 2 new recliners on our truck within 45 minutes. Great service. Thank you ANNA!

Purchased living room and kitchen furniture in the middle of May. Was told it would be here on May 25th, then June 13th now it is sometime the week of June 20th then they will call and schedule delivery which could take up to 2 weeks.

Love our new living room set! 10/10 will be going back.

I am a big homebody and need a beautiful space to really feel “at home.” I decided it was time to get rid of my parents’ hand-me-down couch and get a real piece of furniture. I went to Ashley and spent time sitting on all the couches. Nichelle helped me pick out different rugs to go with the couch. She then answered my questions via text. I stopped back in the sit on the couch because this is my first big furniture purchase and wanted to be confident in my decision. Brandy and Matt remembered me and were able to help me. I haven’t purchased yet but plan to very soon. I’ve already recommended them to a few family members. I’ve had a great experience thus far and am excited to get my couch!

Brandy was very pleasant, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. We went over all the details about the furniture we were looking at and she got me where I needed to be. It was overall a good, no pressure experience.

I was in the market for new nightstands and they did not have exactly what I was wanting. They spent a half hour with me looking at all of the inventory online until we found the perfect pieces at their sister store. Instead of pushing me into something of theirs they made sure I was happy before walking out of the store. Will return every time I need furniture or accessories.

My fiancé and I went to Ashley furniture this weekend and Brandy helped us out. We had no clue what we wanted and she continued to help us until we could agree on something. Great service!

Terrible and unprofessional. I purchased a bed frame for my daughter and waited over a month and still they kept saying “oh its our drivers.” Finally after getting so fed up of being ran around and having to deal with also the Osage Beach location to try and get my product, I decided to get a refund. They then messed up the refund and charged me again for the product i have not received. They now have to refund me double the original charge after months of being ran around. Will NEVER return.

They price matched and were unbelievably professional, easy to work with. The sales manager Matt was on on point. He needs a raise. Thank you guys so much for everything.
