This is what I chose. I sat on the seat and reclined. It was really comfortable I could have fallen asleep if I would have had more time. It will be delivered in less , which was great news! I ordered a love Seat from Ashley. The delivery service was very good. However, the love seat has a horrible smell to it. My entire room and hallway has the odor from the Love seat. I tried spraying disinfectant on the sofa to relieve the smell and that did not work. It's been 4 days and smell is still there. I will never order any type of furniture from this store.

Ashley was great . She was very patient with me . Extremely helpful . But I recently visited the store and had a young man named Zack . I am 72 yrs old handicapped female . I told him what I was looking for . He showed me a recliner which is like I wanted . I also wanted a loveseat without center console and manual. He said you walk that way and I ( Zack) will go this way see if we find one . Silly me walked around store twice till I spotted him on phone . I sat down in front of him until he finished. Where he proceeded to tell me I was looking for a needle in haystack . Which I had seen at another Ashley store in Jacksonville ,Il . When he said he couldn’t get for me . He lost me and I was looking for loveseat , recliner and table and chairs . I guess he had better things todo . But Ashley was great .

Went in looking for an 8-person dining set, hutch, accent chairs, and a king bedroom set. Wasn’t acknowledged by any staff and even said hi to a worker to be ignored. Will not be returning to this location for any of our furniture purchases.

I get it, delivery drivers don’t have an easy job. But if it’s muddy out, they should be aware they are going into people’s home and at least wear protective shoe coverings or remove shoes. Walls and floors left muddy and scratched. Second experience with Ashley in 6 years and both wear horrible.

Jep, my sales associate was awesome. He is knowledgeable of the products and store the layout. His smile and excellent customer service is phenomenal. Please ask for Jep you will not regret it.

.Very unhappy , purchased a 1700 dollar couch a month ago. The quality of the couch is absolutely horrible and I’m incredibly disappointed even paid for an extended warranty. Willing to exchange for a different couch and pay whatever fees but when I called to talk with the sales rep he told me he can’t help me and management won’t either . Every couch we wanted our sale rep told us the quality was horrible and talked us into buying something that he knew they were discontinuing and screwed me over . When I called into the store I spoke the with the person that sold me the couch and He said “that sucks man but I can’t help you and I won’t transfer you to a manger because they won’t help you either and hung up on me. Ashely is supposed to be known for quality products and customer service . I’m insanely disappointed and upset .

I went to Ashley in O’Fallon, MO on. Saturday. It was not busy and there were quite a few Sales Associates available. No one addressed me when I walked in. I spent about 10 minutes walking the store when I found a couch. I walked around the store one more time when a customer walked in and was immediately welcomed. The Sales Associate I approached was obvious about not wanting to assist me. The couch is nice but my experience was not at all pleasant.

My husband and I had a great shopping and buying experience at Ashley. We checked out Ashley’s website beforehand to narrow down our preferences. Derek showed us the collections we were interested in and mentioned a few options, which helped us decide what pieces would work best for us. 0% financing was easy to apply for and will keep us on budget. We can’t wait to receive our new furniture!

I was allowed to browse at my leisure but Skylar was a good help.

UPDATE- Leaving a review is also a waste of time. You get the same message everyone else does. Then they say call or text the 866# for service and you get the same stupid auto text messages that just ask for you to review the and loops you back to the same customer service that already could not and did not help you before. All you can do is drive up to the store for any answers. Will not be purchasing from here again and will be telling anyway I know to avoid them. I have to say my experience with Ashley's on HWY K has been the worst I have ever encountered. I only gave 1 start because the sales guy Jep was super nice even through all the chaos. I went in to but a sectional. After looking I found a sectional and was actually going to purchase a dining table and chairs too. I was told I could use my Ashley's card for 24 months no int financing on anything over $1000 and would get 5-10% off. After 3 hours of sitting in the store and getting the bait and switch I ended up with 0% off because the couch was a closeout and could only do 6 months financing and if I wanted the table set I had to do a separate order and would have to make payments on that separate. Jep the sale rep was great but was having trouble with the system and while myself and another customer sat there for hours trying to get our orders written up the managers were no help as they just sat around doing nothing sitting on a couch chatting while Jep was juggling multiple customers and struggling with his computer which ended up freezing up. He was locked in my order so no one could complete the order. I ended up cancelling the table and chairs order because after almost 3 hours I just wanted to get the sectional ordered and leave. My child was bored out of her mind for hours. The sectional was $1900 plus tax and delivery fee. I was explained the cost and signed the computer screen. They then printed a copy and handed it to me 15 min before closing. We drove off and I sat looking at my bill only to notice my bill said $3920. We turned around and drove back to the store. I was told we would have to wait until the next day for the invoice to be fixed because it was almost closing time and they had no idea what the issue was. The next day I got a text and a picture of the corrected invoice. Then comes delivery. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Got a text they would be here 3-6pm. Then I got a text at 2ish that they were at my home. They were not as I was standing outside. 10-15 min later I got a text that my order was damaged. 10 min later I got a text that my order was delivered. It was not. I called the customer service and no one could tell me anything. They were supposed to have a manager call me after sitting on the phone with customer service for over an hour. ..and no manager has called period. After a trip to the store late yesterday our order was actually sitting in the back at the loading area. It was not damaged as customer service said and they never loaded the wrong order as my sale rep said in his text to me. Another rep at the store told us it never got loaded at all and all of the previous stories were lies. Apparently someone did not complete some paper so it was just sitting there. My husband went ahead and walked around the set and signed off yesterday. 24 hours later still no one has called and we have no delivery rescheduled. I called the only number you can get through to and they keep telling me my order was delivered yesterday and I have no furniture. They said my order is complete. WHAT IS GOING ON? I went through bait and switch for 3 hours just trying to pay for my order and now have no order and a customer service that cannot tell me anything but that my order is marked complete. Terrible service. Of course my sale person is off yesterday and today so he is not there to handle this and all he can tell us is we need to sign more papers. What papers? You would think a manager or someone would take over but nothing still. I would not recommend this store.

The young man Kayne who helped me find and choose what I was searching for was wonderful. Kind and generous with his time. The entire experience was relaxing with no pressure to buy. I have purchased at Ashely before and will certainly return

Was very happy with the service we received from Rolanda! In the past we’ve bought kitchen table and chairs. Recently we purchased a mattress and love seat. Rolanda gets 5 stars from us!

Had a great experience in store however when we received our couch we were missing a set of pillows. It was difficult to find the correct number to call to get this issue resolved but again, in store staff were able to help and point us in the right direction. We were able to get the second set of pillows ordered but they arrived disassembled and in the wrong color. It took 8 days straight of calling the help line multiple times a day to receive a return call. They again sent us new pillows and we confirmed on the phone at least 3 times they would be sending the correct color this time only to again receive the wrong color. The customer service lines need some serious work.

Was going to be shopping for a recliner(power, heat, massage). Found one I liked but the price was way more than I wanted to spend. Was walking out and another salesman stopped us and asked up what it would take to buy from them. We were able to agree on a very fair price, protection plan, and delivery/setup and financed for 24 months 0% interest. So I was able to save myself looking around at all the other stores. They were willing to work with us and garner our business.

Low quality and overpriced. If you want cheap stuff just buy on Wayfair or I suggest driving a couple hours to Kansas City and going to Nebraska Furniture Mart where they sell Ashley products cheaper than Ashley Furniture sells them. Also beware of the no returns at Ashley Furniture.

Sales person asked what we were looking for and stayed within our price range. Wish they had more of a selection. Still found something for our needs.

Worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. OFA Ashley is actually great at customer service - seems like the warehouse is all about cutting cost on already container shipped furniture. Which is wild.

I don’t recommend at all. Recently purchased living room furniture that was damaged/stained during delivery and 3 days later, still have not gotten it resolved. We’ve been trying to reach the store because we aren’t happy with the color selection, as we were told it wouldn’t hold a stain the way it does, but we haven’t been able to reach anyone or get a call back. We’ve been trying to contact someone since the furniture was dropped off, with no success. Once the sale was made, customer satisfaction is out the window. Update: finally got ahold of someone through the customer service line only to be told there’s nothing they can do for us and then proceeded to hang up on me when I asked to me transferred to someone higher up.

I wouldn't recommend this store. I was shopping for a bed and went in to see what they had after visiting Mattresses Firm. I was eventually greeted by Kayne. He helped me pick out beds but would not stop pushing their financing. I had to tell him four times I wasn't interested before he got the point. It was painfully obvious that their employees are told to push the financing. I wasn't prepared to purchase the bed at that time and left. When I returned a few weeks later I had a terrible experience. I walked in and headed straight back towards the employee's desks. It was obvious I was headed there to speak with someone. As I got closer one of the employees, who was helping two other people, called out to his younger counterpart, who wasn't doing anything, and told him to go check on another couple who had already been in the store browsing for some time. I found this pretty rude - it was obvious I wanted to talk to someone and he sent the only available employee away as I got closer and was in obvious earshot. The employee helping the other two customers told me I'd be seen soon. I sat down on a couch nearby and waited figuring that other couple was here first and so it's only fair they were seen to before me. Then the younger employee walked right past me on my couch, went to his desk, and sat down completely ignoring me. So I left and went back to Mattress Firm and had a way better experience. I wouldn't recommend going to Ashley's Furniture. There are way better stores with employees who actually understand what customer service is.

We didn’t expect to buy a sectional but then we found one we loved and couldn’t pass up at that price. We worked with Kayne who was great at helping to explain things, answer our questions and even took the time to ask our kids their names and got them water. The whole process was simple and easy!

Buyer Beware – Ashley Furniture Delivery Disaster I wish I didn’t have to write this, but people deserve to be warned. We ordered furniture from Ashley for our retirement condo and scheduled delivery for a specific Friday two weeks in advance—a day we could be present since we still work. From that point on, everything went downhill. Here's what happened: Ashley pushed hard to move our delivery date earlier. We insisted on keeping our original date. Three days after the scheduled delivery, Ashley is still trying to “reschedule.” No furniture, no updates that make sense—just constant texts and confusion. Their excuse? Blamed the issue on “AI” mishandling the system. Seriously? When we had enough and tried to cancel: They refused to refund us in-store. “Only corporate can do that,” they said. You have to call, wait on hold for hours, and jump through hoops. The general manager at the store couldn’t process a refund. I asked, “What if I don’t get it back?” The GM literally said, “Then sue us.” They refused to give a business card. I wasn’t even allowed to take a picture of the name tag. Two hours on hold in the showroom. Multiple transfers. Manager hid in her office until we quietly waited her out. When she finally spoke to us, she was rude, dismissive, and refused to discuss solutions. And here’s the kicker: Ashley lied repeatedly. We received texts all day claiming the delivery was on its way—10 to 1, then another saying it was 30 minutes away—right as we were trying to cancel and get a refund. Sales told us the item had been “damaged that morning.” Which is it? Found the exact same table at Walmart for half the price. And guess what? Walmart refunds you without needing to call corporate or file a lawsuit. I’ll continue to post updates when I have time. But for now, buyer beware. Ashley’s customer service, delivery process, and refund policy are broken. This has been a frustrating, time-consuming, and dishonest experience.

O’Fallon location is great—nice selection and nice people. Have nothing bad to say about them. Dealing with Ashley as a company is a nightmare. It took almost 2 months for them to give us a couch that wasn’t structurally damaged. The initial delivery crew damaged the legs and frame during install, then said it was an easy technician fix, then lied about submitting pictures of the damage (or corporate lied about receiving them!). Then after much back and forth, we got an Ashley technician to come out. He agreed the couch was beyond repair, but also failed to upload any pictures and reported it as fully fixed! We were then told to directly email video proof of damage to a corporate contact. She proceed to ignore us to this day (3+ weeks). Had to make a separate call to get a replacement. I almost never write negative reviews, but Ashley corporate is such an embarrassment that I hope I save someone else the headache.

Very nice place. We were not badgered by the sales clerks. We found exactly what we were looking for plus a side table that was needed.

Yusef, our salesperson, gave us space to look around store. He offered details on sale/discount. When ready to purchase Rolanda explained the process to Yusef. The only issue we encountered was the horribly slow connection/computing by the store system.

Derek greeted us at the door, handed us the flyer with the percentages off for purchases. He left us alone to browse. When we were ready to buy, he was efficient, witty, calm and wonderful. Top notch employee!

I went in to look thinking I was not going to buy. I found two chairs I really liked. The salesman was extremely helpful and I ended up buying the chairs. It was a really good experience and he was not pushy at all.

No stars is my preference. Convient payment online. No, spent awhile going back and forth with sales person trying different links. Ended up going in store the next day. Another automated system for deliver. Pushed back a day because payment couldn't be secured in time for Thursday delivery. We are in the middle of a move and didn't respond right away for Friday delivery, so now it's Saturday delivery. That was confirmed by me. Wait, another text and email to confirm. I didn't respond right away because I didnt see it. Now it's Tuesday delivery. Morning slot was confirmed. Monday,,several more text saying afternoon delivery was available. Why confirm delivery time and keep moving it. Slamming me with all these texts and emails. I called to complain and was hung up on. I texted the number that salesperson gave me and said your delivery system sucks. My phone rings and this male voice said I texted the wrong #. He didn't know anything about my couch. My text didn't mention my couch!!! So, it was an Ashley employee who didn't offer to help rectify the situation. I told him Skylar gave me this number and we used it the night before. He said he didn't know Skylar. We simply wanted a couch in our new home Moving is a headache anyway. This added aggravation was totally unnecessary. I will never use Ashley again.

I had a really helpful sales person that helped me pick out furniture that was a good fit for my family and my pets. However, once the sale is over, all customer service and support is AI or automated. It's impossible to get ahold of someone if you have a problem with delivery or if you need to file a warranty claim. It's all overseas or automated. Beware if you have any issues with your furniture.

Clean, friendly, helpful

I was extremely impressed with my sales lady She was extremely knowledgeable and very kind and helpful!

We were able to peruse the store without anyone being overly pushy or constantly checking in. Our questions were clearly answered and the purchase went fairly quick. We were even able to purchase during Presidents’ Day sales and have the furniture held at the warehouse for almost 5 months before we could have delivered. The delivery reminders were consistent and fairly easy to extend to later dates. The downside of that was the website threw an error when trying to push out too far so it meant having to extend delivery out every 2 weeks or so. After delivery confirmation I did get many repeat messages from the system about confirming the delivery window via text, call, and email which was annoying. The delivery itself was great as was the live tracking of the truck to know when to plan for it being here.

Experience was good . The consultant was knowledgeable and polite . The store was awesome too . Will recommend to anyone wanting to buy home decor .

I knew what I wanted to buy when I walked in. Order the furniture,took my payment and out the door. Delivery on the other hand came with damages to my home and my chaise makes noises. Went back to Ashley and no one will help in the store once possession of furniture is taken. It’s been 3 weeks since delivery and I had to file 2 claims via text or email only. There is no talking on the phone to an actual person. Ashley keeps dragging their feet and requesting videos, pictures and estimates not once but 3 times. What a joke. I have 980.00 door damage to my home and they don’t care. Buyer beware. If something goes wrong Ashley will turn the other way. I even have a video of delivery guy sweeping up some glass and trying to tell me how to fix it

I had a great experience purchasing a new bed at mattress set in store. Rolanda greeted me and made the process so easy.

Miserable!!! Horrible experience with Ashley furniture!!! Multiple missed scheduled delivery times. Worse part found tears in couch corner a few hours after delivery. Claims process is slow!! I would take back to store myself but said they won’t handle at store. They only make sales not take care of customers.

We gave Nichole a few guidelines, and she went above and beyond to ensure we purchased exactly what we wanted. My only disappointment is the delivery delay on a few of my items, although that is completely understandable. I'm just excited to get my home together with my new furniture. I highly recommend Nichole she was amazing. The showroom was well organized, spacious, and clean.I give a 10 out 10 on my experience at Ashley today. Edit 5/24/25 we received the second part of our delivery, we are very happy with our purchase. Our delivery guy Jaylen was great both times. He was kind and friendly he treated our furniture with great care.

In store service was great. Delivery didn’t go as smoothly. We were sent the wrong dining set and our sleeper sofa was damage. Hopefully they will make everything right.

This store and their warranty…. Don’t fall for it. We got a warranty with our couch. We were told if we did not use it, we could get that amount in a gift card to use in the store and told it would be mailed to us. About 3-4 years into the 5 year warranty I actually called trying to use it bc our arm cushion on the inside makes a POP sound. During the call I was told we don’t have a “mechanism” warranty to cover the arm. So we were given the run around and so we just gave up. I then had asked about a cleaning and was told I had to contact another company and again, was given the run around. Fastward to now, our warranty ended a little over 1.5 years ago.. we ended up having a kiddo and realized we never received the gift card warranty amount in the mail still. So my husband called and was told we had to redeem it IN the store AND it expired. So I’m here to tell you, DO NOT fall for their warranty. After getting transfered to several people someone told us even if we could have redeemed the warranty, we would have had to spend a certain amount just to get the warranty money granted. So not only have they lost our business forever, we had our parents and sister get a couch there… and we have about 7 other siblings growing and about to shop for furniture. After hearing our story they will now have lost ALL their business too. Shame on you for being so deceitful.

If I could give two thumbs down I would. Purchased a couch and paid for the warranty. In return if the warranty was not used we'd be granted a $300 gift card. We're not the type to buy warranties but with being new parents and the color. It was definitely something we felt we needed. Especially with the price of the couch it just made sense. My wife and I have talked about it before, multiple times. Hey the warranty is up, " I wonder when the gift card/ credit will be here". A couple kids, life, you know distractions... happen. Now, today,I decide to call, they never pick up but they'll gladly follow and hound you around the store. Finally got an answer... Yes, you did have the warranty but unfortunately it's expired. We were told it would be sent in the mail. Yet ,the woman I spoke with said it was in the contract and it was up to us. Basically to make the move. I get things happen but how deceitful. You're already over charging for everything just so you have enough to pay the "commission" for the blood hounds. At least if you take my money in that type of deceitful way give it to who sold the item(s). Instead the company just profits. Sales people or on the horizon employees steer clear. It's just not an honorable place nor job

We recently purchased a tempurpedic mattress from Ashley furniture. l hate it! I was told that we would have a 90 night trial. It has been a little over 30 days. I call them and find out that I have to exchange it for a mattress of equal value or one of higher value and pay the difference. I am not happy because that is not what the salesperson told us. We go into the store today and I am told by the store manager that they are too busy to help us and we have to come back on a day that they are not busy. WHAT?! I am furious and I will NEVER buy anything from them again and I am stuck with a mattress that I paid a lot of money for and cannot get a good nights sleep on. Do NOT buy from them.

We love our furniture but what a freaking nightmare trying to get it in our home, this has taken WEEKS. Nothing but issues, trying to send the wrong pieces, marking which items they DID get delivered incorrectly, a nightmare trying to deal with customer service because everything is automated and when you finally get a real human they don't communicate with each other to resolve the issues. And don't count on the delivery window, when they're already an hour behind, they'll stop at the McDonald's up the road and push your delivery back -another- hour. I'll never go to Ashley again after this experience honestly.

Salesman was more worried about another sales person talking to another customer of his. He was distracted and speaking to the other sales person on his headset thing saying she better not make any side deals. He continually was looking out into the sale floor at them and did not give my sale the proper attention. I had split delivery- 1 item delivering to my house and the other item to my mom’s house. If i wasn’t diligent in making sure we were each getting deliveries I would have had both items delivered to my house. He also lied and said our furniture would be put in our houses but not set up. We agreed to that. Come to find out door step delivery means they wont bring the furniture in your house. Needless to say, we did not have a good experience.

Found just what we were looking for... No one pushed or pressured us into buying either... Derek Feldman (our sales associate) did a great job... He was very polite and helpful with all our questions and was extremely honest with us... This is the first time we have shopped at this store and it was a great experience... We will definitely go back for more furniture...

This place is horrible, I purchase over $3000.00 of furniture and one day after receiving it all, the price dropped like $220! I called and asked for a price match on that and to see if I could get a refund for the difference, they said absolutely not! I then said I would return everything and purchase it online to get the cheaper price and they said you cannot return anything once it has been delivered to your home. Now keep in mind this had been here for less than 24 hours. Nothing was wrong with it. It was brand spanking new they would not budge, and they would not do anything to help me out with that difference. never will I ever go to another Ashley furniture store also I am giving one star because I can’t post this without doing so, but they deserve no star ** They responded saying to call for a resolution, I did and they said they won’t do anything. DO NOT SHOP HERE **

Jeremy was so patient with us while we went back and forth between a couple of living room sets and how they would fit in our space, probably for a good hour and a half. They haven’t been delivered yet, but should be here soon! We can’t wait!

Beware - please read. To start - we were told that the battery pack for electric recliners would last 3-4 months by Derrick the salesman. They won’t las the weekend. They need to be charged every 3 or so days if you use it. Our sofa was delivered Dec 24th. When it was put in our home it had a hole in the leather. Contacted warranty dept because you can no longer deal with store. They agreed it needed repair. 1 month later, the technician comes to reupholster the leather sofa back. After 2.5 hours he did the best he could but said the replacement was not sewn correctly and doesn’t fit right. Later that day - get an email saying technician said it was good. After 30+ emails and countless texts, they will do nothing to repair this brand new sofa any further. We are stuck with a lumpy leather sofa that looks unattractive. Go to Bobs, their furniture is as good of quality and they are less expensive.

They do not honor warranty claims they have poor customer service and the staff has very poor communication I would give them a zero if I could I recommend Bobs Furniture or any other company before this company we have given them 2 chances and they have shown us their true colors so shame on me for trying them a second time.

We did not expect this experience. We had been debating on a recliner from Kirklands. We went to purchase and started second guessing the quality in relationship to the price. My husband wanted a recliner but we didn’t want to spend a fortune and I really didn’t want it to look like a recliner. We decided to walk across the parking lot to Ashley Furniture. We found a comfortable option. The salesperson told us the price and it was more than reasonable. On top of that, they had two in stock that we could pickup the next day in South County. At customer pickup, we had four employees load the chairs in our truck. I wish I knew the name of the man leading the team. He was excellent! Overall the experience was exactly the way it should be. Friendly helpful staff, knowledgeable, easy experience with great text communication for pickup, well made product that was available and not damaged! You could tell that the whole team was trying to take care of the customer and valued their jobs. STL IKEA might want to take some notes.

Buyer beware. We were told by the sales associate we could purchase two barstools to make sure they fit in our room before buying the other 6 we would need. When we brought the stools back to return since they didn’t we were informed all sales were final. A complete bait and switch.

The staff is always friendly and willing to help. We’ve never had an issue with Ashley Furniture home store. Nicole helped us with our last purchase and it was quick and painless. I wish all purchases went this smooth.

The worst experience I ever had in my life. I bought the table for $1200 and bought a $300 extended warranty which simply useless. The warranty does not covers most of the things and when asked for a repair or replacement the guy just came in and spray painted the table. The wood on the chair started chipping after 6 months. Please do not buy from Ashley and waste your money.

After having some difficulties on-line, I called the St.Peters, Mo store and was taken care of with quick and friendly help.

Once again, Ashley Furniture in Ofallon, MO had exactly what we were looking for, at a great price. We have been shopping at Ashley Furniture for years, and have never been disappointed with any of our purchases. I ordered from this store , and they missed Mirror with my dresser and sent sofa of wrong size, when I went back to this store they misbehaved with me and their manager has no ethics to deal with customer.. so be careful they make good faces only at the time of ordering

Beautiful showroom with a variety of furniture. I was looking to buy a new couch, and found one that eveyone agreed on. Which is no small feat. The Ashley sales team is friendly without being too pushy. Definitely will buy from here again.

The salesperson was helpful and pleasant. The one thing that damped our experience was the directions to the warehouse in South County. They need to be a little more detailed. When we got home to put the shelf together, the bottom was cracked but it is a nice shelf. I have the office furniture which i purxhased a few years ago . Thank you.

Motivated to visit the O Fallon Ashley store due to marketing emails describing big savings. Such was the case so we picked out a new recliner with help from Danielle. Smooth sailing through entire process. We are familiar with many area furniture stores. This one is our favorite.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered over 2k worth of product from this store and have had the worst experience. I chose to pick up my furniture from the warehouse in stl, bc they don’t offer free delivery no matter how much you buy. I drove from Columbia Missouri to get my furniture and EVERY SINGLE PIECE of furniture was damaged. They then offered white glove delivery to make up for it, which I was happy with. But I have now rejected 3 deliveries because each time everything has been damaged. The first delivery every item was scratched through the finish. The second delivery my headboard was missing the legs! And the 3rd delivery they drilled straight through the headboard through my rug and into my floor!! This is ridiculous. I reached out for help and have had notes for every delivery to check over the furniture so I can accept it and not have to send it back, and EVERY TIME something has been wrong. Every. Single. Time. The best they could over is $50 compensation. What good does that do me? I spent more in gas to drive the 260 mile round trip to get it. I’m fed up. I will make them deliver this furniture over and over and over again until it is not damaged. I will never and I mean NEVER buy furniture from Ashley ever again and I suggest you don’t either if you expect to get undamaged furniture in a reasonable amount of time. It’s been 3 months since I ordered this set. It is just horrible customer service.

**WARNING!⚠️** STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. My wife and I bought over 10,000$ worth of furniture from Ashley furniture and were told that 2 pieces of a bed room set, Chest and Dresser, were going to be delivered a month after purchase. We were told it was going to be shipped from another warehouse somewhere in the US. We stated that we had just bought a new home and that we did not have all the furniture that we then purchased. But, we were willing to wait the 6 weeks for those items as long as they didn’t take longer than that. We were promised that they were and told they probably will be in earlier. Then we have continuously been called after setting up delivery dates being told that it would be one more week, one more week and one more week. After living out boxes still for the last 12 weeks, we were super excited to finally get the furniture we needed to keep our clothes in. After talking with them this week, we were told it was going to be another 8 weeks! They would not even call us and let us know that either! We honestly feel as if they forgot to process that order(which they probably did). I tried calling customer service 6 times and got told I was getting transferred to someone that could help and got hung up on every single time. Finally I was able to get ahold of someone and After stating that we could not wait longer than the date they gave us, they could not even apologize about it and went on to basically say “it was out of their hands” and that they could not help us. So the store makes the money, the lying salesman gets his commission and we lose a lot of money on a major purpose. I have never known a company to be ran this poorly and illegitimate, especially one of this level. We were lied to and cheated and I will never go back here again nor do I recommend my family or friends. Please be careful when making purchases like this from crooked company’s like this one and don’t be manipulated by someone who is only thinking about themselves. 14 weeks for items that we were told would only take 6 weeks that they still have on the floor for sale is ridiculous and we do NOT appreciate being lied too. We would have NEVER made this purchase knowing this. So please stay away from Ashley furniture.

Great experience with my sales woman on the floor but I’ll be honest after getting the furniture it is horribly built and is just cheap crap. If you want more quality stuff that will last go to a higher end store. I hate to say it I hate ikea but they have better stuff, or just go to target/walmart same furniture but cheaper.

The salesman overcharged me for furniture and delivery by 251.00 according to their internet price! The O Fallon location!!! I called and talked to a manager for him to fix the price for me. Always compare your bill to their website!!!!!!! 0 stars for salesman! 5 stars for management.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! While going to the store and ordering was fine, their customer service and delivery is TRASH. I spent my whole evening preparing for delivery the next day to find out that I will not be getting my furniture dues to a store associate not signing something. Then the 800 # customer service rep told me I had to go to the store which is 30 plus miles away to make sure all forms are signed by THEIR employee! HOW IS THAT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT?? Previously delivery experience with Ashley was awful because my furniture never showed up on the delivery date. So I figured we would try it again. WRONG! Same issue as a few years ago! Personally I would not recommend buying anything from this store unless you can leave with it at the time of purchase.

We had the most helpful Salesman and Manager help us find the right bedding . Delivered today with professional delivery persons. Honestly this was all around a great experience 👏👏

First, the good. The salespeople at the store were very helpful, and not pushy. They let us shop around, and when we found the sofa and chair we wanted, they made purchasing easy. Now the bad. The fulfillment experience thus far has been a nightmare. First, the store told us the furniture would be delivered in three weeks, but the earliest date fulfillment gave us was over a month from purchase. Ok, an extra week or so isn't horrible. Two days prior to delivery, we get the text from their AI chatbot (that's literally what the text said), with a delivery slip that didn't include the sofa at all. The next day, I call Ashley, and the automated system shows that my sofa IS getting delivered with the chair. I wait to talk to a person, who confirms that no, my sofa is going to be delayed AT LEAST another week. She can't give me any additional information, other than "it will be available AFTER this date". No notification from Ashley -- no text, no email, no phone call. Had I not called Ashley Furniture, I would be left asking the delivery people where my sofa was. Unacceptable behavior from a billion dollar corporation. I will never shop there again.

We purchased 2 love seats back in December picked them up in January 2024. 1 love seat had an electrical fire in the motor that operates the chair in May and customer service has yet to help us resolve this issue. Today our 2nd love seat caught electrical fire in same location. Phoned customer service again told them I wanted both products replaced because they are fire hazard and have yet to get anywhere with them. So now we have 2 couches that do not work that we are paying on and no help from Ashley Furniture other than someone will get back with you and well that didn’t happen yet on the first issue 4 months prior. Very disappointed!

I was very impressed with Ashley. First I walked in and they were very happy to let me walk around and just look. When I found what I wanted my salesperson was busy. I knew they worked on commission so wanted to wait for my salesperson to get free. However the manager Mike stepped in and said he would be happy to help and I sure commission was credited to Danielle. He was very helpful and was willing to get me a price that was very good on the items I wanted. Made the purchase very easy and no hassle. The small swivel rocker I purchased was just what I was looking for in my Bedroom. The salesperson was very helpful and friendly. The purchase process was quick and easy.

Ordered a sofa and love seat. Our sales guy Derrick was great. Received the furniture and was told to video record us unwrapping. We found two rips in the sofa. Made a claim and they put us through the wringer to even get a new one. I had to physically go up to the store to get someone to help us because the customer service wasn’t doing anything. She was able to get the exchange but when they finally accepted the exchange we were told we had to pick up the new one and drop off the old one. They put us through so much for something that was their fault. Will never be buying from them again.

Will was very keen on where items were on the floor, especially since I had a specific type of shape in mind. Don’t forget to negotiate or ask for coupons! Make a deal!

I love this place I sometimes have to use a wheel chair to get around. This store made it possible to move around with out a problem. Other stores are more concerned with packing more stuff in so tight I was not able to get around. As well the sales people are awsome.

I ordered a bedroom set- the sales rep, Josh Anderson entered the order at the O'Fallon, MO store on HWY K. We waited over a week for it to arrive, only to find out that he had entered the wrong item number on the dresser. The delivery driver thought it was a mix up at the warehouse and said somebody would be in touch right away. I called, Sunday but apparently you were closed. I called Monday and was told that the dresser was still on manifest, and that it would have to be removed before they can add the correct dresser. I was told I would be given a call back by the end of the day. I decided to check on it because quite frankly, I didn't trust that. I was then told that it could take up to 48 hours to have that removed off the manifest. When asked why, I was given no answer. I was also told by text and email that a sales manager would have to notate on our account that the wrong item was ordered and unless that was done we could not receive the correct dresser. All of this is unacceptable. This was not our mistake, it was yours. You should be trying to fix the problem but instead all I am getting is the run around. Now I have to call back tomorrow to see if it is off the manifest, and explain to them that we need the correct dresser put onto the order- and I was told that could take several weeks. I even tried chatting with someone on the website and was told they couldn't even help me. Every number I call, goes to the same recording. I can't even find out how to contact the store I purchased this from to see if I can talk to the sales rep, or store manager. Speaking of manager, I asked to speak with one but got placed on hold for almost a half hour, only to be told there were none available. Ashley has done absolutely nothing to correct their mistake, they have made no apologies, they have only told me that what I have is what I am stuck with, and I need to do the legwork to make sure I get the correct furniture. In what world is this ok? I see the response to this review to call- how am I supposed to do that, its nothing but recordings with no access to the store itself. The lady I talked to had kids playing in the background. How about YOU call or Email me?

Really great store . Very clean and easy to get around . Patrick really went above and beyond today and helped us get the right coach for us and told us about the great deals they had. Will definitely be back for our future needs.

We are disappointed that our purchase wasn’t delivered on the date we picked while at the store. The salesperson never finalized the delivery and I had to call to set it up. We made special arrangements to be hone on the day it was supposed to come and now have to be reschedule our things on a different day. This may stop us from coming back to purchase future products.

Danielle Mayes was our sales representative. We’ve had many problems with our order. Missed deliveries, poor quality and incomplete deliveries. Spend a lot of time on the phone with customer service because the local store has no customer service. This problem has been going on since the July order and deliveries beginning in August. Here we are October 23,2024 and still waiting for parts and service.

Cole was awesome, he found us the perfect sectional after asking all the right questions. Gave us options that fit our needs and never talked down to us and educated us based on our level of knowledge about furniture. Was very respectful of our time and was never pushy. Make sure you ask for Cole B. He is also a sleep expert even though we didn’t need a mattress he is the man for that too.

You have got to be kidding! I have had back to back horrible experiences with Ashley. I do not know how you’re staying in business. From ordering online loveseat and waiting all day on the delivery that never showed. I called to see where my loveseat was and when I could expect delivery. I was passed a total of 5 phone numbers to call none of the employees would transfer me by phone to help me. After over a hour I found out the loveseat was no longer available. The very same loveseat is still showing available on line. July 6th. After more than 3 hours of stressing my credit limit the salesman kept steering me to a more expensive furniture. Salesman insisted that he would keep it under my credit limit. Long story short. My credit limit is 2200 and the final total the salesman presented to me was 3132.00 well over my limit. Then the salesman wanted me to call Ashley’s credit department and ask for more credit. I have never been so disappointed in the actions of this salesman and the staff that handles the online sales. I hope I get feedback regarding my 2 experiences but I imagine that this survey will be ignored too. How the Ashley company is keeping its doors open for business is beyond comprehension. We found a great living room set for a good price. But above anything our sales rep McKenzie was AMAZING. she was the deciding factor to purchase from your store.

Drivers were very nice, but reeked of Marijuana… not very professional.

I was looking for a dual motor lift chair for my mother, and Chris knew exactly what I was talking about and showed me two good options. My mom ended up buying one based on the information provided by Chris and my recommendation without her even going in the store. Chris was able to walk us through the process of purchasing the chair over the phone. So far, it has been a very successful experience.

Your in store “deal” was bested by your normal online marketplace. Product was cheaper and the no interest financing terms were 3 times longer. Wouldn’t have been a big deal except your sales team tried to make me feel like I was getting some amazing deal.
