I like that we were able to browse the floor without constantly getting hassled by a sales person. We worked with Jeremy and he was great. There when we needed to ask questions, but otherwise let us do our thing. Will definitely shop there again.

Salesman was more worried about another sales person talking to another customer of his. He was distracted and speaking to the other sales person on his headset thing saying she better not make any side deals. He continually was looking out into the sale floor at them and did not give my sale the proper attention. I had split delivery- 1 item delivering to my house and the other item to my mom’s house. If i wasn’t diligent in making sure we were each getting deliveries I would have had both items delivered to my house. He also lied and said our furniture would be put in our houses but not set up. We agreed to that. Come to find out door step delivery means they wont bring the furniture in your house. Needless to say, we did not have a good experience.
Found just what we were looking for... No one pushed or pressured us into buying either... Derek Feldman (our sales associate) did a great job... He was very polite and helpful with all our questions and was extremely honest with us... This is the first time we have shopped at this store and it was a great experience... We will definitely go back for more furniture...
This place is horrible, I purchase over $3000.00 of furniture and one day after receiving it all, the price dropped like $220! I called and asked for a price match on that and to see if I could get a refund for the difference, they said absolutely not! I then said I would return everything and purchase it online to get the cheaper price and they said you cannot return anything once it has been delivered to your home. Now keep in mind this had been here for less than 24 hours. Nothing was wrong with it. It was brand spanking new they would not budge, and they would not do anything to help me out with that difference. never will I ever go to another Ashley furniture store also I am giving one star because I can’t post this without doing so, but they deserve no star ** They responded saying to call for a resolution, I did and they said they won’t do anything. DO NOT SHOP HERE **
Jeremy was so patient with us while we went back and forth between a couple of living room sets and how they would fit in our space, probably for a good hour and a half. They haven’t been delivered yet, but should be here soon! We can’t wait!

Beware - please read. To start - we were told that the battery pack for electric recliners would last 3-4 months by Derrick the salesman. They won’t las the weekend. They need to be charged every 3 or so days if you use it. Our sofa was delivered Dec 24th. When it was put in our home it had a hole in the leather. Contacted warranty dept because you can no longer deal with store. They agreed it needed repair. 1 month later, the technician comes to reupholster the leather sofa back. After 2.5 hours he did the best he could but said the replacement was not sewn correctly and doesn’t fit right. Later that day - get an email saying technician said it was good. After 30+ emails and countless texts, they will do nothing to repair this brand new sofa any further. We are stuck with a lumpy leather sofa that looks unattractive. Go to Bobs, their furniture is as good of quality and they are less expensive.

They do not honor warranty claims they have poor customer service and the staff has very poor communication I would give them a zero if I could I recommend Bobs Furniture or any other company before this company we have given them 2 chances and they have shown us their true colors so shame on me for trying them a second time.

We did not expect this experience. We had been debating on a recliner from Kirklands. We went to purchase and started second guessing the quality in relationship to the price. My husband wanted a recliner but we didn’t want to spend a fortune and I really didn’t want it to look like a recliner. We decided to walk across the parking lot to Ashley Furniture. We found a comfortable option. The salesperson told us the price and it was more than reasonable. On top of that, they had two in stock that we could pickup the next day in South County. At customer pickup, we had four employees load the chairs in our truck. I wish I knew the name of the man leading the team. He was excellent! Overall the experience was exactly the way it should be. Friendly helpful staff, knowledgeable, easy experience with great text communication for pickup, well made product that was available and not damaged! You could tell that the whole team was trying to take care of the customer and valued their jobs. STL IKEA might want to take some notes.
Buyer beware. We were told by the sales associate we could purchase two barstools to make sure they fit in our room before buying the other 6 we would need. When we brought the stools back to return since they didn’t we were informed all sales were final. A complete bait and switch.

The worst experience I ever had in my life. I bought the table for $1200 and bought a $300 extended warranty which simply useless. The warranty does not covers most of the things and when asked for a repair or replacement the guy just came in and spray painted the table. The wood on the chair started chipping after 6 months. Please do not buy from Ashley and waste your money.
After having some difficulties on-line, I called the St.Peters, Mo store and was taken care of with quick and friendly help.

I ordered from this store , and they missed Mirror with my dresser and sent sofa of wrong size, when I went back to this store they misbehaved with me and their manager has no ethics to deal with customer.. so be careful they make good faces only at the time of ordering
Beautiful showroom with a variety of furniture. I was looking to buy a new couch, and found one that eveyone agreed on. Which is no small feat. The Ashley sales team is friendly without being too pushy. Definitely will buy from here again.

Quick and easy
The salesperson was helpful and pleasant. The one thing that damped our experience was the directions to the warehouse in South County. They need to be a little more detailed. When we got home to put the shelf together, the bottom was cracked but it is a nice shelf. I have the office furniture which i purxhased a few years ago . Thank you.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered over 2k worth of product from this store and have had the worst experience. I chose to pick up my furniture from the warehouse in stl, bc they don’t offer free delivery no matter how much you buy. I drove from Columbia Missouri to get my furniture and EVERY SINGLE PIECE of furniture was damaged. They then offered white glove delivery to make up for it, which I was happy with. But I have now rejected 3 deliveries because each time everything has been damaged. The first delivery every item was scratched through the finish. The second delivery my headboard was missing the legs! And the 3rd delivery they drilled straight through the headboard through my rug and into my floor!! This is ridiculous. I reached out for help and have had notes for every delivery to check over the furniture so I can accept it and not have to send it back, and EVERY TIME something has been wrong. Every. Single. Time. The best they could over is $50 compensation. What good does that do me? I spent more in gas to drive the 260 mile round trip to get it. I’m fed up. I will make them deliver this furniture over and over and over again until it is not damaged. I will never and I mean NEVER buy furniture from Ashley ever again and I suggest you don’t either if you expect to get undamaged furniture in a reasonable amount of time. It’s been 3 months since I ordered this set. It is just horrible customer service.

**WARNING!⚠️** STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. My wife and I bought over 10,000$ worth of furniture from Ashley furniture and were told that 2 pieces of a bed room set, Chest and Dresser, were going to be delivered a month after purchase. We were told it was going to be shipped from another warehouse somewhere in the US. We stated that we had just bought a new home and that we did not have all the furniture that we then purchased. But, we were willing to wait the 6 weeks for those items as long as they didn’t take longer than that. We were promised that they were and told they probably will be in earlier. Then we have continuously been called after setting up delivery dates being told that it would be one more week, one more week and one more week. After living out boxes still for the last 12 weeks, we were super excited to finally get the furniture we needed to keep our clothes in. After talking with them this week, we were told it was going to be another 8 weeks! They would not even call us and let us know that either! We honestly feel as if they forgot to process that order(which they probably did). I tried calling customer service 6 times and got told I was getting transferred to someone that could help and got hung up on every single time. Finally I was able to get ahold of someone and After stating that we could not wait longer than the date they gave us, they could not even apologize about it and went on to basically say “it was out of their hands” and that they could not help us. So the store makes the money, the lying salesman gets his commission and we lose a lot of money on a major purpose. I have never known a company to be ran this poorly and illegitimate, especially one of this level. We were lied to and cheated and I will never go back here again nor do I recommend my family or friends. Please be careful when making purchases like this from crooked company’s like this one and don’t be manipulated by someone who is only thinking about themselves. 14 weeks for items that we were told would only take 6 weeks that they still have on the floor for sale is ridiculous and we do NOT appreciate being lied too. We would have NEVER made this purchase knowing this. So please stay away from Ashley furniture.

Great experience with my sales woman on the floor but I’ll be honest after getting the furniture it is horribly built and is just cheap crap. If you want more quality stuff that will last go to a higher end store. I hate to say it I hate ikea but they have better stuff, or just go to target/walmart same furniture but cheaper.
The salesman overcharged me for furniture and delivery by 251.00 according to their internet price! The O Fallon location!!! I called and talked to a manager for him to fix the price for me. Always compare your bill to their website!!!!!!! 0 stars for salesman! 5 stars for management.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! While going to the store and ordering was fine, their customer service and delivery is TRASH. I spent my whole evening preparing for delivery the next day to find out that I will not be getting my furniture dues to a store associate not signing something. Then the 800 # customer service rep told me I had to go to the store which is 30 plus miles away to make sure all forms are signed by THEIR employee! HOW IS THAT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT?? Previously delivery experience with Ashley was awful because my furniture never showed up on the delivery date. So I figured we would try it again. WRONG! Same issue as a few years ago! Personally I would not recommend buying anything from this store unless you can leave with it at the time of purchase.

First, the good. The salespeople at the store were very helpful, and not pushy. They let us shop around, and when we found the sofa and chair we wanted, they made purchasing easy. Now the bad. The fulfillment experience thus far has been a nightmare. First, the store told us the furniture would be delivered in three weeks, but the earliest date fulfillment gave us was over a month from purchase. Ok, an extra week or so isn't horrible. Two days prior to delivery, we get the text from their AI chatbot (that's literally what the text said), with a delivery slip that didn't include the sofa at all. The next day, I call Ashley, and the automated system shows that my sofa IS getting delivered with the chair. I wait to talk to a person, who confirms that no, my sofa is going to be delayed AT LEAST another week. She can't give me any additional information, other than "it will be available AFTER this date". No notification from Ashley -- no text, no email, no phone call. Had I not called Ashley Furniture, I would be left asking the delivery people where my sofa was. Unacceptable behavior from a billion dollar corporation. I will never shop there again.
We purchased 2 love seats back in December picked them up in January 2024. 1 love seat had an electrical fire in the motor that operates the chair in May and customer service has yet to help us resolve this issue. Today our 2nd love seat caught electrical fire in same location. Phoned customer service again told them I wanted both products replaced because they are fire hazard and have yet to get anywhere with them. So now we have 2 couches that do not work that we are paying on and no help from Ashley Furniture other than someone will get back with you and well that didn’t happen yet on the first issue 4 months prior. Very disappointed!

I was very impressed with Ashley. First I walked in and they were very happy to let me walk around and just look. When I found what I wanted my salesperson was busy. I knew they worked on commission so wanted to wait for my salesperson to get free. However the manager Mike stepped in and said he would be happy to help and I sure commission was credited to Danielle. He was very helpful and was willing to get me a price that was very good on the items I wanted. Made the purchase very easy and no hassle. Highly recommend shopping their store when you are in need of furniture.

The small swivel rocker I purchased was just what I was looking for in my Bedroom. The salesperson was very helpful and friendly. The purchase process was quick and easy.
Ordered a sofa and love seat. Our sales guy Derrick was great. Received the furniture and was told to video record us unwrapping. We found two rips in the sofa. Made a claim and they put us through the wringer to even get a new one. I had to physically go up to the store to get someone to help us because the customer service wasn’t doing anything. She was able to get the exchange but when they finally accepted the exchange we were told we had to pick up the new one and drop off the old one. They put us through so much for something that was their fault. Will never be buying from them again.
Will was very keen on where items were on the floor, especially since I had a specific type of shape in mind. Don’t forget to negotiate or ask for coupons! Make a deal!

I love this place I sometimes have to use a wheel chair to get around. This store made it possible to move around with out a problem. Other stores are more concerned with packing more stuff in so tight I was not able to get around. As well the sales people are awsome.

I was at Ashley today to buy a mattress. I had Mackenzie helping me and she was great. Very patient as I layed on them, trying each one because of a bad back it took awhile. But she didn’t rush me at all. Really good experience.

I ordered a bedroom set- the sales rep, Josh Anderson entered the order at the O'Fallon, MO store on HWY K. We waited over a week for it to arrive, only to find out that he had entered the wrong item number on the dresser. The delivery driver thought it was a mix up at the warehouse and said somebody would be in touch right away. I called, Sunday but apparently you were closed. I called Monday and was told that the dresser was still on manifest, and that it would have to be removed before they can add the correct dresser. I was told I would be given a call back by the end of the day. I decided to check on it because quite frankly, I didn't trust that. I was then told that it could take up to 48 hours to have that removed off the manifest. When asked why, I was given no answer. I was also told by text and email that a sales manager would have to notate on our account that the wrong item was ordered and unless that was done we could not receive the correct dresser. All of this is unacceptable. This was not our mistake, it was yours. You should be trying to fix the problem but instead all I am getting is the run around. Now I have to call back tomorrow to see if it is off the manifest, and explain to them that we need the correct dresser put onto the order- and I was told that could take several weeks. I even tried chatting with someone on the website and was told they couldn't even help me. Every number I call, goes to the same recording. I can't even find out how to contact the store I purchased this from to see if I can talk to the sales rep, or store manager. Speaking of manager, I asked to speak with one but got placed on hold for almost a half hour, only to be told there were none available. Ashley has done absolutely nothing to correct their mistake, they have made no apologies, they have only told me that what I have is what I am stuck with, and I need to do the legwork to make sure I get the correct furniture. In what world is this ok? I see the response to this review to call- how am I supposed to do that, its nothing but recordings with no access to the store itself. The lady I talked to had kids playing in the background. How about YOU call or Email me?
Really great store . Very clean and easy to get around . Patrick really went above and beyond today and helped us get the right coach for us and told us about the great deals they had. Will definitely be back for our future needs.
We are disappointed that our purchase wasn’t delivered on the date we picked while at the store. The salesperson never finalized the delivery and I had to call to set it up. We made special arrangements to be hone on the day it was supposed to come and now have to be reschedule our things on a different day. This may stop us from coming back to purchase future products.

Danielle Mayes was our sales representative. We’ve had many problems with our order. Missed deliveries, poor quality and incomplete deliveries. Spend a lot of time on the phone with customer service because the local store has no customer service. This problem has been going on since the July order and deliveries beginning in August. Here we are October 23,2024 and still waiting for parts and service.
Cole was awesome, he found us the perfect sectional after asking all the right questions. Gave us options that fit our needs and never talked down to us and educated us based on our level of knowledge about furniture. Was very respectful of our time and was never pushy. Make sure you ask for Cole B. He is also a sleep expert even though we didn’t need a mattress he is the man for that too.

You have got to be kidding! I have had back to back horrible experiences with Ashley. I do not know how you’re staying in business. From ordering online loveseat and waiting all day on the delivery that never showed. I called to see where my loveseat was and when I could expect delivery. I was passed a total of 5 phone numbers to call none of the employees would transfer me by phone to help me. After over a hour I found out the loveseat was no longer available. The very same loveseat is still showing available on line. July 6th. After more than 3 hours of stressing my credit limit the salesman kept steering me to a more expensive furniture. Salesman insisted that he would keep it under my credit limit. Long story short. My credit limit is 2200 and the final total the salesman presented to me was 3132.00 well over my limit. Then the salesman wanted me to call Ashley’s credit department and ask for more credit. I have never been so disappointed in the actions of this salesman and the staff that handles the online sales. I hope I get feedback regarding my 2 experiences but I imagine that this survey will be ignored too. How the Ashley company is keeping its doors open for business is beyond comprehension. I was looking for a dual motor lift chair for my mother, and Chris knew exactly what I was talking about and showed me two good options. My mom ended up buying one based on the information provided by Chris and my recommendation without her even going in the store. Your in store “deal” was bested by your normal online marketplace. Product was cheaper and the no interest financing terms were 3 times longer. Wouldn’t have been a big deal except your sales team tried to make me feel like I was getting some amazing deal.
We can't say enough about our interactions with Cole. He was very informative, respectful and patient as we investigated a suitable recliner for a 91-year-old family member. We were pleased that he was always close by to answer our questions but didn't hover over us. The purchase process and delivery went well. Our rep Anthony worked very well with us on our request for a loveseat with console and matching sofa. He explained the durability of the fabric, foam type, density and construction. We checked other furniture stores products are very pleased with the quality of the Next-Gen Dura Pella Performance Dual Power reclining loveseat and sofa we purchased at the St. Peters Ashley store.
It was a great experience! My guy only had one week under his belt and was being taught along the way with his supervisor and did amazing! Being a teacher myself it was great seeing him learn as his supervisor taught him along the way!

I was there at this store today n was greeted by the sales person Cole. We had a look around for a couch n he came to check back on us. My daughter asked him about a couch that we were interested in and asked if they had more options online. For some reason he assumed that we were not going to buy from the store as my daughter mentioned 'online'. But she was only asking if this store (Ashley) had more options online. He then sounded rude and made a statement as to why we were here looking at furniture in the store and giving business to someone else 'online'. It didn't immediately strike me that he thought this way. He also mentioned that the store closes at 8pm and it was 7.20pm at that time. He just turned n walked away while I was talking pointing to another furniture that I was interested . I felt awkward n decided to leave. Didn't feel like I needed to explain what my daughter was asking. I will never purchase from this store ever again. I had made one purchase earlier too from them, but will never consider Ashley. Just go to some place where they treat people better.
Disappointed in my experience here on Thursday. The associate we worked with was kind but did not know how to work the computer to get an estimate. The amount on her phone and the computer did not match at all. Several displays on the floor were incorrectly marked. We asked to see a manager for help but we were told she had stepped out. We asked for the quotes on 3 sets to be emailed. We were told no problem. 3 days later we have received nothing. I can understand now why the parking lot was empty. I called KC at the Manchester store and he was much more efficient and ready to help.
When I asked about ho long power cords were to the couches we were looking at our associate went all in and climbed under and tipped the coach up so we could see.

Horrible I got a delivery date from the store that was pushed back a week by the delivery department and I was never notified. When I called to check they put me on hold 25 minutes just to hang up on me. Then I called back to escalate the call to a supervisor and was told no one was there. They would call me back on Monday. Guess what… it’s Monday at 4PM and I am calling them back.
Everyone we worked with at Ashley were really helpful, kind & knowledgeable. They were not pushy at all, but were around if we needed information. It made for a pleasant & comfortable shopping experience. Once we found the set that we wanted, they were great at walking us through the purchasing options. They were patient & kind. I went into Ashley’s looking for a dining table and chairs. Rolanda was so helpfull. I explained what I was looking for. She was very friendly, knowledgeable about her job and truly wanting to help. We found what I was looking for. She worked hard at making the price work for me, the delivery and explaining a 5 year protection plan on the dining room set. This is my third trip to Ashley’s for furniture and I’m very happy with my purchases, the staff and my sales representative.
My husband and I had a great experience at our recent visit to Ashley Furniture. Mackenzie at the O’Fallon MO Store went over and above to help us choose the perfect mattress. She was very knowledgeable in explaining the differences in mattresses and encouraged us to lay down and try them out. We decided on a King Size Stearns & Foster Pillow Top.
What a mistake. My ordered her furniture on April 1 and is just now receiving everything this week. She received furniture that with water damage, broken pieces, holes that didn’t line up, dents, you name it. Furniture repair would show up to fix an issue with no tools and just left. Sales people and management are a joke. Very unhelpful. Even had issues with customer service on the phone. I really felt like my mother was taken advantage of because of her age. I don’t live there, so it was hard to keep up and get a grasp on the situation especially because I work during the day and don’t have time to sit on hold. There’s more but I’m done with them. 0/10 stars. Never again.
The lady that waited on me Susie Elchhoiz was great. She was very attentive, knowledgeable and gave me her full attention. The one draw by was no one greeted me. Susie was checking another customer at the time.
Ashley furniture do not stand by their warranty. My footboard of my kids bed was broken & they will not replace. Its under a 1 year warranty & has extended warranty
We are very happy with our purchase and overall experience at Ashley. They had extra help due to the busy holiday sale and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were buying a sectional that fit our space and that the design was what we wanted. I will be returning for future purchases.

Will not honor warranty. Instead of fixing a chair from A3P set would only give us partial credit towards a new one, but prices have soared since then. So he could never buy the chair that was broken. Warranty is a complete waste of money. They don't honor it
The furniture protection stuff was expensive. We didn't get that. Our sofa had to be ordered and was due in 3 weeks. Scheduling delivery was not like what the sales person said it would be. After scheduling delivery with a computer call a couple of days after purchase, customer service said to cancel it--that a person would call to schedule once it actually came in, but that never happened. I had to call the computer the week it was supposed to come in. I never got any kind of confirmation that it came in. I just took a chance and.scheduled it. The computer calls to schedule delivery were relentless for the first week after purchase. It was ridiculous because they told me we couldn't schedule it yet! Positives: We do really like the sofa and the purchase and financing process was fast. The problems came after we left!

I don’t know how they can stay in business. If you buy furniture at the O’Fallon store, none of it is in stock, and they won’t have it brought from the warehouse to the store. You have to drive to their warehouse in south county to pick up, or pay $300 to have it delivered locally. Used to be a nice place to buy.

ordered an expensive living room set, it came with a bent frame! took a year to get a replacement and realized why it was bent, they shipped the furniture on end. rejected the next two deliveries because frames were bent then got credit to a new set. that arrived ok but in a few months the recliner mechanism broke. Took another year of bugging them for them to finally come look at it and then they said my one year warranty expired. fortunately I paid a lot for the extended warranty. but they don't have the repair parts so they will give me partial in-store credit so I can buy a mismatched piece of poor quality furniture.

We went in already knowing what we were wanting. The sales rep was understanding and very helpful. Location was clean and everyone was very professional.
Awful customer service. Ordered a Sofa and a Loveseat from this store. When shopping, I asked the sales rep about delivery times and presented a concern regarding other stores having excessive delays without guidance as to when their orders would be fulfilled. The rep assured me that wouldn’t happen at Ashley so I went ahead with the purchase at that time. Fast forward to the estimated delivery date, and we received a split order in which our loveseat arrived but our sofa has not without any real indication of where my sofa is. I expressed my concerns to their 1-800 number and I was told that they couldn’t reach out to the manufacturer. I was also told my only options were to cancel my order and pick something different (sofa only) or return the loveseat only but then be required to use those funds in store. I’m fine with picking something different, but this was the only set we liked from Ashley so it does us no good. More importantly, I had made multiple calls to the 1800 number due to the delays… each time I get something different regarding information. They are totally unorganized and have no clue how to resolve customer concerns… in fact this was borderline bait and switch. If you can go elsewhere, I’d advise you do so.
Support rep helped me get price match of online price for a table we had ordered. Had to go in as Ashley online cancelled my order twice. It seems Ashley furniture online (separate business) is not into making money.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATIONI made a purchase from the store 5 days ago and they double charged my credit card. I informed them at the time and they reassured me that it would clear up on its own.I've been back to the store for help - no success. Called the sales mgr, Michael, and he hung up on me when I told him I was prepared to turn it over to an attorney. I've called corporate and they have been zero help. Very sketchy outfit and horrible management. Reported to my credit card and they are on the case but the store is not responding. Horrible experience

Found exactly what we wanted in the first 5 minutes, price and quality was good. BIG issue is I purchased it on a Wednesday morning and I told the salesperson she double charged my credit card because I saw the alert. She attempted to reassure me that when this happens, it falls off overnight. By Friday morning, no progress, drove back in and the salesperson and sales mgr assured me this is not handled by them but they would send an email to corporate. Saturday afternoon and still no success, over $1100 is still on my card and I’m going to continue to followup with them. Pretty sketchy.

My girlfriend and the mother to my child just bought and ordered a king size bed frame and headboard. Well it was set up and staged be the mattress was laid down. So little did they know after the delivery guys left and they put the mattress on top it was a frame for a California King. I've witnessed the issues go on for weeks, of my girlfriend calling Ashley, and been given the run around. Our one year old was even hurt because he feel though the cracks of the bed frame. Buying a bed from Ashley furniture was the worst experience. My mom Bought 2 king size beds frames and they delivered California kings. Tried to get ahold of someone to fix the problem but have been past around to several different people. It’s been 3 weeks and still don’t have the problem resolved. At this point it seems like Ashley furniture don’t care and value about good paying customers. I wonder if Ron and Todd Wanek would be ok with this type of representation of Ashley furniture. My next step is to reach out to corporate in Wisconsin. Until then this is what I’m left with

Got a great deal on a couch, but was given horrible service in the process. I was blatantly ignored by multiple sales people (assuming because I am young) and was only engaged by the store manager of the store, when I was ready to make a purchase I had to go and find an associate to help me when they were all just standing by the desk.

Bought a new mattress and platform bed for my father. Spent 2k twice this year, he downsized from the queen to the full. The new mattress came DAMAGED called 48 hours later. My dad's handicapped and almost fell off the side it's collapsed THEN they wanted me to lift the bed ( I have a bad back$ his nurse tried as well to the mattress and get a photo of the tag, the manager didn't know what side of the bed it was on then he asked me to take a picture of the mattress and then they would send a tech. Please treat your customers better

Sent the wrong couch and when I called, the store says it’s closed at 3pm on a Wednesday? The call center I got ahold of was no help either. Literally sat there for 15 minutes listening to the guy breathe on the phone with no resolution at the end. Guess I’ll have to go back to the store.

Lied to from the beginning. Was told they could deliver on Saturday and then told it wasn't possible when they called to scheduled. When furniture arrived there was a protusion that would definitely tear fabric. Delivery person called warehouse and I spoke to them. They said to have it noted and they would forward to service to come and look at it. When I got delivery confirmation email note of damage was missing. Now they are wanting me to do their job and get pictures and prove damage to them. Shady all the way around. Last time I buy anything from Ashley. I guess anything for a dollar and horrible customer service.

I would give a zero if I could!! The worse customer service I have ever dealt with. I've been waiting for a Non-Damaged bed since November. They deliver wrong parts and every delivery is a damaged item. I ask to speak to manager and salesperson, they say they will help and then they never call back. Danielle was absolutely amazing! It was such a pleasant buying experience! Edit- i ordered a full size bed frame, mattress, and box spring for my daughter. For my son an ordered a twin size loft bed frame. I also ordered a kitchen table set with 6 chairs. The night before delivery i got rid of my kitchen table and chairs, and both of my kids beds as they instructed the rooms needed to have enough space to build in. Delivery #1 they forgot to mention that my daughters mattress and box spring was on back order, had i known that i would have purchased them else where because what’s the point of having a bed frame and not being able to sleep on it. When the builders were putting together my son’s bed they broke it. 4 of the 6 chairs that came with the table were very wobbly and the legs were uneven. The delivery person was shocked and told me that the people in the warehouse who built them were suppose to put them in a glass table to check for evenness, one chair literally had a leg that was shorter by over half an inch so he said it was clear they didn’t do what they was suppose to. I was told i could either have them take the entire set back and leave me with no kitchen table and chairs or i could have a tech come out and fix/replace the chairs. I opted for the tech as i have kids and would prefer they have somewhere to eat at. The first appointment with the tech was a month and a half out which is nuts. The manager at Ashley’s, Michael, was able to get it sooner. Delivery #2- they brought the mattress and box spring. This time when pulling out the pieces for my son’s bed they were already broke. That’s over 2 weeks at this point my son is left with out a bed. The tech came- she said she was only informed that 1 chair was having issues, 4 of them were, i had an adult here while she was here because i was at work, the adult signed for the chairs but thought she was signing that the tech was here she didn’t realize she was signing stating that the chairs were fixed… THEY WERE NOT FIXED. When getting back in contact with the service tech people they said they’d need pictures of the issue… HOW DO YOU SEND A PICTURE OF A WOBBLY CHAIR?!? I told them i can’t photograph the issue since it’s wobbly chairs so they closed the case and I’m stuck with them. Delivery #3 roughly a month later my son finally has a bed. While going over the paperwork to see who do i contact over all these issues i realize that the sales rep over charged me for my sons bed. The sign in store and the price online were both $270, i was charged $335. I brought this to the manager, Michael, attention and asked for the price to be fixed. He claimed that the price couldn’t be fixed, even tho i was over charged $65 for the bed frame since i had financing through one of their third party companies. He offered store credit, never told me how to get the store credit, it was never mailed to me, nothing. But also why would i want store credit when this entire process has been a nightmare?!? I’m stuck paying $65 more for a bed than i should. I still have 4 out of 6 wobbly/uneven chairs. This is the 3rd time I’ve changed furniture, and the third company I’ve used to do so and honestly this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Beware that the delivery people are not great builders, the sales reps aren’t upfront when you schedule delivery about merchandise being on back order, the service techs aren’t great at their jobs, the manager tries to breeze things over with store credit that i have yet to actually see, make sure the prices are correct before signing for financing (my rep skipped everything on the iPad and just went to where i sign), oh and somehow even tho i financed with a third party company i ended up with a Ashley credit card and I’m not happy about that either.

We have used Ashley Furniture several times in the past. The last couch we bought has lasted us 12 years, and actually still works, it has just started peeling and we are ready to move on since our kids are getting older. I recommend going into Ashley and physically sitting, touching, feeling, and testing the furniture. They have a wide selection of everything and you will be pleased.

Ashley Store is the only furniture store in the area that had what I wanted, a 11/2 Recliner. I am very pleased with my purchase. The sales associate was great and made sure I got exactly what I wanted.

DON'T BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN! This is a scam perpetuated by the Ashley Furniture corporation. I've read numerous complaints regarding either not getting the protection plan back after the 5 years is up like they promised (that's what happened to me) or not getting claims taken care when using the protection plan. I have personally spent thousands of dollars on Ashley Furniture products but they just lost a loyal customer and everyone is going to know about it. I've also put in a complain with the Better Business Bureau.

I had furniture delivered to my home today, and after seeing it with my other furniture, I don’t like the look. I called Ashley to return the furniture (coffee table set and a small accent chair), and they informed me that they don’t accept returns of any kind. Well that’s the first time anyone has ever told me that. No where in the sales process did it come up. Called corporate and they also stated that no returns are accepted by Ashley furniture. I would have even accepted a restocking fee, but they refused to work with me in any way. Ashley has lost a customer for life, and I will tell everyone I know to avoid them.

Worst experience with a retail store I have ever had. They have 4 customer agents nation wide. Could not deliver most of my parts but told me they have a no return policy on the 2 of the 4 pieces I had picked up 3 weeks earlier. 4,5 hours on phone with customer no service. I was hung up on twice. Went back to store witnessed customer service hang up on my sales men 2 times then his manager 1 time. Manager went crazy. Never worse retail experience. I’m 60 no kid.

Purchased a living room set from Ashley the driver told me the chair was damaged and he would have one right out this week. Never heard from anyone when I called found out my the rest of my furniture is six weeks out I asked If they would come and get the delivered furniture they refused to take it back. So the new furniture we wanted before Christmas is not coming and we can not go buy anything from another store. Ashely screw us but actually it’s Chad Spencer who individually owns the stores so “Chad Spencer Screwed Us” he runs his own customer service team, which gives no customer service !

Chris was our sales lady, and she was fantastic. She listened to our concerns, and we were able to find everything we needed & wanted. We purchased a corner sofa with a chase, also an entertainment center with a fireplace insert. I can't wait for them to be delivered and start using them. When we met Chris that morning, I said that I wasn't paying for delivery. Well Ashely charges for delivery and not a set price nor is it calculated by the amount of furniture you buy. It is calculated by how much money you spend. I said I don't care I am not paying to have it delivered when I am paying a high price already because furniture is the highest marked up item, we American's buy. She took it out of her own pocket/commission to make it, so I did NOT have to pay for delivery. I thought that was so nice of her to do that for me. She was so accommodating and sweet. I wish she didn't have to do that. I wish Ashley didn't charge for delivery. I just want Ashely to know that Chris is an exceptional employee and makes sure her customers are very happy before they leave. Thank you, Chris, for your hospitality and being a great saleswoman. Update-Delivery guys had a tough time getting the new sofa in the walk-out basement slider door. Being winter, we did not go out that door until 4 days after delivery. They chipped the vinyl clad in six places when they pushed it in. Ashley said we only had three days to complain. They refuse to fix the problem they created! We will never buy another piece of furniture again. Very poor customer service.

They changed our delivery date and never notified us. A phone call, email or text would have been nice letting us know. This isn’t the first time Ashley has let us down with terrible communication. Update: Another reschedule with more excuses. They forgot to add it to the truck this time so now we wait another week. I’m not gonna hold my breath. Very disappointing. Newest update! Glad I didn’t hold my breath. Again delivery was changed on us by text. Not telling us sorry or even an excuse. Just with new delivery date options pushed out even further. This place is a joke and I regret making the purchase knowing very well how we were treated on our last purchase.

My associate was great. I bought a mattress and adjustable base. But the furniture was delivered late and then the mattress had a hold in it. I had to wait for another delivery and miss another day of work. I also did their no interest for a year credit cared through synchrony bank. I went in to pay it off and was charged interest for the entire year which doubled the amount I owed them. When I called to discuss it, they were rude and were not willing to allow me to pay it off to avoid that charge. I love my bed, but their customer service is severely lacking. They don't seem to care about their customers at all. It is truly sad in this day and time that people are just a commodity.

Beware of this store! They sold me a defective electric recliner. Two months later it broke down . They did not answer my calls for 2 weeks. Then later it died. They said they had no parts. Their warranty is no good. For 1ooo dollar chair they would not return my money. They gave me a cheaper 500 dollar chair. Deliverymen were rude. I never rec a ny papers for the warrenty. They did not deliver for 3 weeks. They refused to take away the damaged chair. I have to pay almost 100$ to hVe their trash hauled away. Cannot believe such poor lying customer service. I got on website and was shocked to read their terrible reviews. Customers from Many states all had same complaints of being scamed w defective furniture and even a note saying they do not repair it. READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY HERE. BAD REVIEWS FROM CALIFORNIA ARE numerous and shocking .

honestly, I was trying to give you guys a second Chance even though I have bad experience dealing with your company before but honestly you guys don’t deserve it. Your prices is really expensive compared to other companies and the delivery charge and the protection plan. are Overpriced $619.99 for delivery. $1280 for protection plan for living room sectional. This is ridiculous.

THE WORST customer service EVER. I would rather sleep on a cold wet floor than buy one stick of furniture from these thieves. Ordered beds wrong frame sent, ordered again wrong mattress sent. Delivery guys arguing with each other. Manager of store NO HELP. Customer service couldn't speak English. Would not call back when promised. Tried to return box spring " no returns allowed". So I have called credit card company to dispute charges, as they will not follow through! UNBELIEVEABLE that these are a national company that is this bad. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!

Delivery was updated & timely, and all furniture looks great, we’re very happy with the purchase & service.

We were looking to purchase furniture for entire house, and was extremely disappointed in the quality of the furniture. The doors on all of the bedroom sets either stuck or felt like they were going to fall apart as you open them. The material on the couches were so thin that you felt like you could put your finger through them and actually some of the couches on clearance already had holes

You shouldn't be advertising different prices than the in store prices. The price online, it didn't say online only, says a price that is $1,000 cheaper, you are scamming people. How many people pay that price instead of the advertised price? You willorice match if someone complains, but that's not good business practice. It's false advertising.

It is very disappointing that a company offers a free yeti cooler or $300 gift card with purchase of $2500 and I spent nearly $8000 but was not eligible for the free item because I chose to finance, It truly is false advertising I am still spending more then 2500!! ONE WEEK after I purchased the table and chairs for $1444.00 it went on sale for 1109! I asked for the price adjustment and the store manager Tim, told me he basically didn’t care if I got the adjustment or not. He gave me a number for someone above him, I called and they said yes they would give me the adjustment…. I never got it… called back again and the supervisor told me no I could not get the adjustment. What horrible customer service. This would be a 334$ adjustment. I at this point told them I would return it and re purchase for the sale price.. they said I could not return, all sales are final - I’ll never be back to Ashley furniture ever

I needed a small piece of furniture and looked online and found it at Ashley. I called the store because I wanted it assembled and delivered. In less than 5 minutes they had me taken care of and the item will be delivered mid week. Awesome service.

Clean store and great customer
If I could do 0 stars, I would. My service rep (Joe from O'Fallon, MO) made promises and failed on them multiple times in my most recent experience with Ashley Homestore. First, he told me to call him (because he couldn't be bothered to call me) before I go pick-up my loveseat to confirm the loveseat would be ready on the day he gave me. We agreed on 9:15, as his shift started at 9:00. I called him several times with no answer. Finally, after calling the store and customer service multiple times, I decided to drive to the pick-up location at about 11am to take a chance that it was ready, as their "computer system was down and they couldn't confirm unless I went in person or tried another day." After driving there, and still not hearing from Joe at all that day, I found that he never properly handled the sale, and they were unable to provide the loveseat until the O'Fallon store corrected it. After waiting at the pick-up location for approximately 1 hour, I finally got Joe on the line who had left his phone in the office to charge. Why Ashley has Joe using his personal mobile to provide customer service is beyond me, but finally he finished his job and after nearly 3 hours of frustrations, I finally picked up the loveseat and made an hour drive home. After opening the packaging up, and starting to put the legs on, I found that 4 of the receiving holes for the leg bolts were damaged bad enough that bolts could not be threaded. I called Joe and he assured me that an emergency repair would be out to resolved the issue within 24 hours. This was on Saturday July 22. After Joe or repair people never reached out, reached back to Joe on Monday. Finally on Wednesday, they confirmed that they should have never sent my out the door with the loveseat as the damage was too bad to fix at my home. Instead of coming to bring me a new loveseat or repairing the one I had, Joe said they would only be willing to exchange if I brought it back. After wasting so much time and money, I told Joe that wasn't an option and they either needed to bring a new loveseat or make it right through some sort of refund.... Joe hasn't responded to calls or texts since July 29. Hope he is ok, but why Ashley has him as a single point of failure in customer service is NUTS! I went to Lowes, bought new hardware, and fixed it myself for less than $10 and in under 30 minutes. Tell me why Ashley couldn't just make it right from the beginning? Why won't Ashley make their clear mistakes right? DON'T BUY FROM ASHLEY HOMESTORE! @Ashley, Joe says he documented the damage and my requests. If you don't have the evidence, let me know and I will share the full text / imaged exchange I had with Joe.
Not too happy with Ashley furniture ordered a couch delivery was horrible they dropped the couch and damaged waited for weeks before someone came to fix it then ordered 2 tables took months to receive then opened to put together and one table had a leg that was snapped in half so now i have to wait for a tech to come out before it can be replaced, just too much irritation not sure if they will continue to get my business

Worst place to buy a new couch. Came damaged in 3 pieces. Still waiting for them to make it right. Have promised so many things never delivered on one of them. Store management doesn’t care they treat you like a waste of time, sales doesn’t fix the problem, customer service has been a pain. I wouldn’t even rate it a one star if it allowed me to rate it zero stars. Customer service is horrible. I have wasted so much time on trying to get a new couch fixed which is not right! They should have reached out to me and made this right.

On the 30th of June I received a full side bed. The extra box was totally taped up. They opened the box and the pieces weren’t in the box. The delivery people said they couldn’t take the bed with then the pieces would be delivered in 7 days. Well August 1 I received the pieces and today the robot told me they can’t put the bed together for me. This is the 3rd thing Ashley has messed up on my furniture. I think 1 star is too much.I sent an email to you all a week ago and haven’t heard a word. You the owner of Ashley said to email you and I did.
They have the best selection at good prices. Mackenzie gave me a deal that was affordable and the process was easy and fast

I would not recommend purchasing from Ashley. It has been a headache to confirm delivery of our CORRECT furniture - we ordered a modular sectional and 1 piece was the incorrect color. Salesperson blaming the warehouse and delivery for messing up, and the delivery folks blamed the order entry by the salesperson, meanwhile we don't have the correct pieces for our couch. Then on top of that, we simply want to return a piece that we don't want - we were told if we don't want a piece we have 72 hours to decide to return it. The same store salesperson gave me an incorrect 1-800 to have a refund and return pickup placed. (The was a separate Ashley customer care team, who told me that the store should be able to process returns and refunds - which also took me a 20 min hold time to get in touch with them). So I then call the store AGAIN to speak with the store manager who tells me his hands are tied, gives me a correct 1-800 Ashley customer to call to process a refund and return. He wasn't certain on their hours, and turns out they're not available on Sundays so I get to call again tomorrow.This has been an AWFUL experience since placing the order that is STILL unresolved. I will not use Ashley again.UPDATE 1: I called the correct customer service , and after waiting on hold for 20 mins, was told their systems was done and they couldn't process anything for me and that I should try calling back again later today. The store manager can only process essentially an email to corporate requesting a return/refund and says "we will see what they say".I'm trying 1 more time to get my return and refund processed, against my better judgment, and if I'm not successful I'm filing formal complaints with the state attorney general and the BBB. Worst experience I've ever had.

A really poor experience that still isn't resolved. Multiple issues with communications and delivery. They delivered an incorrect part that still hasn't been replaced. The store employees are attempting to help but are helpless.

Spent almost 11k on a mattress and base. The delivery drivers were rude and made me uncomfortable. They also delivered my bed damaged. My mattress and base are both damaged. I got hung up on by Ashley customer support over the phone. It’s impossible to get in contact with anybody from the store. The person I got connected to didn’t speak English. Once I chatted with somebody online he told me it’s not Ashley’s problem my bed is defective I need to reach out to tempurpedic. He said there’s no return policy once it’s in my home despite me being told before I purchased at the Ashley store I had 72 hours this has been the worst experience of my life and I’m not exaggerating
Very friendly and super helpful manager. Lol I thought so but he will tell you their furniture is in stock, when it isn’t! We wanted a couch that he said was in stock, but after 3 weeks we still were told by delivery that our couch isn’t in stock for 2 more weeks. We canceled our order, I don’t like being lied too.

I did not notice when placing the order in the store that it was incorrect. I had to refuse delivery and now waiting for store to contact me. That was 3 hours ago and nothing yet. It does not help that the store phones are down and mot able to call except on a cell phone with the store.
Very disappointed in selection options. Store only Carries top end options. We found a lot we liked online for lower prices and the store doesn’t honor those prices. To buy online furniture from them the price is about 25% higher. First sales woman we had Wednesday night was disinterested in helping us. The young lady we had Thursday night was incredible.
We will NEVER shop here again!! May 2022, upon moving into our new build we purchased nearly $12,000 worth of furniture from this location. I had been communicating with an associate for at least a week, and had almost everything picked out except a mattress. We spent nearly 3 hours in the store on May 28, 2022, finalizing our purchases. We were told the ENTIRE visit by our associate, that we would receive 36 months 0% interest. After paying nearly $3000 up front, my husband and I took them up on the financing. Upon reviewing my recent statement, I noticed I was being charged $80 a month in interest. Upon investigating this thorough Synchrony Bank (who Ashley uses for financing) and the store manager, it was found that our associate only financed the mattress (roughly $3600) for 36 months no interest and the rest for 6 months no interest. After speaking to the store manager , he spoke with the DM to which he said there’s nothing they can do!! I have reached out via email to two directors of guest relations two weeks ago, with no response to date!! Upon talking of our situation with a random stranger (Lowes ASM), she had the exact same thing happen to her at this same location with zero results!! Please AVOID this location and ANY Ashley Furniture Store!!!

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. We were deceived by Ashley salesman twice now. They sell you a protection package or a "GBS" as a $149.99 add on of which they told us after the period of protection ends and if it has not been used, we get that $149.99 back as a credit to use in future purchases. We waited the period of time which was 5 years without using the package and we're finally able to use the credit. What both salesmen neglected to mention (two different sales, one purchased at a different time) that we can only use that $149.99 credit on anything priced at $500 or more. Completely deceived us. Absolutely unacceptable service. We will NEVER be going back and I'm sure after seeing the deslotation of customers, they won't be in business much longer.

I have been waiting on one accent chair for a month now. The back story we waited for 3weeks for a chair, cool no biggie. right? My husband drives an hour away to get it because we have a SUV get home the chair is completely damaged, the wood of the chair has nails sticking out, and the base is chipped in half. Still, no biggie, will just get a new chair, and exchange it. Well, the first representative states they cannot bring the new chair, and we would need come back to warehouse, and get it. Well, again that’s another 40mins to and from, due to the inconvenience I asked for it to be sent to my address. The lady I spoke with stated she can make note of this and we should get a call in less than 48 hours. Well. 7 days later, we call back the new representative stated there is not an order for this, and no notes to back up my experience. I then, call the store no answer, I call the sales person leave a voicemail. No call back . Yet, I called from my sisters phone from out the state he miraculously calls her phone back. So I explain to him. Still no chair. He states he will submit a ticket, asked for pictures to submit them. I just get a text this morning asking for more pictures………. Seriously come get this broken chair out my living room. Because it’s just not as nice as I thought it looked anymore attached to all this NONSENSE ! Bad experience…….
Hwy K was the store we where we found a wonderful sales person - Angelo - who was patient & knowledgeable! We found what we were looking amongst the great inventory & it was delivered two weeks later (it was late because there were computer issues apparently). One delivery person was great (white gloves, courteous & hard working) the other - nope. Overall, a very good experience!

Chris helpede to find just the right now recliner for my family room. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have ANY other color recliners besides gray, light gold & brown. I would have picked a light gray but it was not the right material. So I picked a light gold one to blend with the blues & gold iny rug. Just because the trend for the masses is dark browns now doesn't mean you can't offer other colors to consumers. Not everyone follows the trends with their home decor. I really wanted a blue one but I think this one will work on. I do love the material & the fit of the chair for me is perfect. Chris did go out of his way to find my something that would work with my budget & the color I was looking for. The girl took payment for the chair was friendly & efficient. I would have given 5 stars biut the fact that there were only certain colors on the store really bothered me. If you go on Wayfair you can order just about any color you want!
Took over 2 months to deliver, but started charging me immediately. No one answered when called only bots, and then when I got someone in the chat, I asked to return and was dismissed saying Ashley does not accept returns…. Had delivery set up over 10 times to get an automated call telling me it was not available the day prior… So disappointed…

The drivers came in very unfriendly broke a beautiful for hanger from my now deceased mother in law And the worst thing was, they didn’t even mention they broke the door hanger, I knew they would scrape up the walls.The walls looked like they didn’t even try to be careful one of the guys just Barked sign here and left! Not very impressed. Their follow up is atrocious. Even when you want to make a cell they don’t return phone calls. Two different sales people did not return the phone call from an interested buyer ready to purchase when you finally do make a purchase there are additional add-ons and charging for delivery and set up - then they didnt even set up a mattress as requested upon delivery. The person said we only deliver furniture. We don’t do any requests - It was an embarrassment for Ashley. I was surprised Ashley Promptly followed up with a phone call after delivery but when my 92 year old mother complained that they wouldn’t do a minor adjustment on the legs before they set up the bed. The person hung up on her. What kind of services that ?! I suggest you go to Carolhouse furniture.

My family has been shopping w/ Ashley Homestore for +20 years and have several pieces of furniture from them that are that old and are still in pretty good shape. They provide a quality product at a reasonable price w/ great customer service to boot. I picked up a bookshelf and coffee table in the last couple of months and managed to get both on sale. I will definitely be back in the future for my furniture needs.

Took over 2 months to get a base for our bed that they said would be 10 days. When they agreed to deliver it without the base the brought a king size instead of a queen.Upon time to finally deliver the bed they kept texting the wrong number even after I called them 5 times to ask them to change the number. The only good thing about our entire experience was the delivery guys were awesome

Terrible customer service and furniture. I have owned my love seat less than a year and have probably sat it in less than 20 times. A few months ago my wife (120 pounds) leaned on it and the wood inside cracked. Since than we have tried and tried to get someone to repair it. After over a month of waiting a repairman came out to repair it he didn't have anything with him to repair the couch. While out the house he broke the chair even worse so now you are not even able to sit in it. Since then we have been stood up 3 times after taking off work and waiting hours for someone to show. This Tuesday after waiting 2 hours and then on the phone for another 45 minutes we found out that the repair man we have been waiting for doesn't even exist. The repair company doesn't even have a repair guy in our area anymore. So my wife and I have taken off work for 3 days now and waited for someone that doesn't even exist. We have now been told that another repair shop will be out in another month and we have to wait and they will not exchange it. My couch is brand new, you can not even tell it has been sat in. Do Better Ashley Furniture! Do what is right and replace my loveseat. You have my $3000 and I can not even use my chair!!! This has been going on since February.
It was so quick and easy I was in and out in like 15 minutes. I found the swivel rocker recliner that I wanted. Made my purchase and set up delivery and on my way. Love the personal attention that Nicole gave me.
We find a great price on a power recliner sofa / loveseat. The service was very courteous and Mackenzie, our sales representative, and Michael the manager were excellent in working with us.

The people in the store are nice but customer service and policies are bad. We purchased an item that they didn't have in the store. When it arrived it needed to be assembled, which we knew. Almost every piece had damage. We could see it was junk. When we contacted customer service (overseas call center) they said they don't do refunds. So you purchase something you can't see the quality and you're stuck with it. This was our LAST purchase with Ashley's. We used to like them but they have sold out too.

No... just no. This used to be my favorite furniture store. After many, many mess ups on my orders and ultimately not even getting my correct furniture piece, I'm done with Ashley furniture. My last sales rep was horrible, she was always confused and my order was wrong and she wouldn't correct it. the men delivering it were nice, at least.
Joe was an amazing help yo us. Patient and kind enough to allow us time to consider all our options. He explained everything very clearly putting emphasis on the areas that often get over looked. We enjoyed our experience very much!

I would love to tell you how bad your customer service is. Still waiting for anyone from Ashley to rectify the situation. The salesman picked out a frame that was supposed to fit the box spring in mattress. After 6 months and numerous phone calls we still have the frame that doesn't fit. We did NOT pick this frame, Ashley said it would accommodate the box springs. I have spoken with the manager, he didn't return my call after our original conversation. Two different companies that Ashley picked to come and see why this doesn't fit. Finally got a answer from Jason who works for fast furniture. Turns out this frame that Ashley said would fit doesn't accommodate a box spring!!!! Still nothing has been done to correct this problem. I have never seen such horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!! I would give ZERO stars but I cannot post without at least one.

I went in looking for a dresser. I did not like what they had. I venture over to the bed department and was looking at those. James was very helpful in this department. He had a vast knowledge of equipment and the reasons and explanation to what you should be looking for in a bed to get your best night's sleep. After explaining and walking me through everything. He took the time to prepare me a quote. He was very helpful and not pushy.
I went in for a new mattress, and left with one, plus a base and pillow too. Mackenzie did a great job selling, she was very knowledgeable and professional. She did everything in her power to get me the best deal she could as well. I will definitely be going back to see her, and recommending her to my friends and family.

Horrible quality. We bought a couch fromAshley furniture 3 years ago, and the seams starting coming loose around the cushions and the material started peeling. I called their customer service department as we bought the protection plan, and of course these items are not covered. Now the frame on my couch is buckling/caving and this isn’t covered. My husband and I are the only people who use the couch. I will never buy furniture from Ashley again. The protection plan is a complete joke and waste of money! The quality of materials they use to build furniture is below average. MAJOR FAIL!
We walked into the door and immediately someone asked if we needed help and of course we did. His name was Jeremy, and we were taken to where to look for what we needed. He allowed us to look without a hassle! After we decided he stayed with us to finish up the purchase. All in all, it was a smooth process. We will most likely return soon.

It was a mistake to buy from this store. i spent almost 3000$ for a sofa set and what i got was a broken chair and broken pillows. I tried calling to ask them for help but they shouted at me. worst customer service I have ever had in this world. They also need to repair but you know the feeling of spending thousands of dong and getting a broken chair and wasting your time waiting for them to fix it. i should tell my friends and family not to come to this shop as it is all unreasonable and worth your money.
I wish I could give zero stars. I recently bought furniture for the second time this year from Ashley on Highway K in O'Fallon. During my first purchase I bought a power recliner that had blue neon lights. I bought a warranty for the power chair. About two months later the power suddenly went out. I called Ashley and they had me call a third party who the warranty was with. Keep in mind I wasn't told it was a third party I had to deal with. I looked the company up which is based out of Florida and just about every review was horrible. I scheduled an appointment to get the chair repaired. The guy came to my home in a raggedy beat up car. He got looking unkept damn near looked homeless. The guy half ass fixed my chair. He got the power working but couldn't get the lights back working. He told me that I'd receive a phone call from his company or Ashley and they would decide wether to send me another chair or order a new part. Needless to say, I never heard back from Ashley or the third party company. Every time I called the company I get the run around or telling me someone would call me back. Just about everyone from this company had a bad attitude or acted like I was bothering them when I called. A few months later, my wife bought my daughter a bedroom set. They were suppose to take the old mattress away. When the delivery guy came they said the mattress had stains on it so they couldn't take it. I told them the salesperson said to buy a mattress cover which we purchased from Amazon and they would take the mattress. The delivery guys refused to take the mattress. I called the Ashley and they said someone would call me in two days to give me a date that they would pick up the mattress. On day 4 after not hearing from Ashley I called back. The guy who answered gave me the exact same spill. Saying someone would call me within 24-48 hours and let me know when they would pick up the mattress. On the second day, a lady called me and said if the mattress had stains then they will not pick it up. I told her that I talked to the other two people who said they'd pick it up. She sounded like she was reading from a script disregarding everything I said. I said ma'am you guys told me on three separate occasions that someone would come and get this mattress. She said sorry and kept repeating some script I guess they have already prepared for their customers. I will never shop at this place again. Ashley get away with this crap because they are just about the only show in town when it comes to reasonable priced furniture. Weekends Only is going out of business. So it's pretty much Ashley and Value City when it comes to prices that are in my comfort range. But I'll either pay more from now on or go to Value City. That place will never get another dime from me.
We will never buy another Ashley product. The frame broke on our couch after 2 years. A metal frame under the couch. A metal frame broke on a couch that hardly got used. We purchased the warranty for 5 years to repair or replace the couch. When we were told they could not fix the frame due to parts not being available they gave us our money back. But getting our money back means a credit that is good for 6 months. Yes we have our money but does that buy a new couch with inflation? Nope not at all! To get a couch that is comparable to what we purchased it will be $1300 more then what we paid. Good luck getting a hold of anyone at Ashley Furniture corporate. Even the store employee couldn't reach them. As for the store and employees they were ok but it's a franchise store so they aren't going to go too far out of the way even though we bought the couch and warranty from them. Lesson learned no more Ashley products for us. I know they will put their standard comment on our post and nothing else will happen nor will they care. Like I said no more Ashley products for us!!

Very disappointed in our last trip here. They had only one item that we were looking for. They said it was in stock so we ordered it, they set a date to deliver and then called and moved that day 3 weeks and they weren't even sure all of the pieces would be there wouldn't go here again

I have bought several pieces of furniture over the years and have always been satisfied with my purchases and the employees.
If you are young don’t even attempt to purchase here. We walked around for 30 minutes without anyone approaching us instead all sitting in the back (we were also the only ones there). Once other groups arrived they instantly got up and approached them. We were there to purchase an entire bedroom set along with other items and they lost that sale. Hope management can teach better sale skills and hospitality.

This store is a scam. Please do not buy any thing at the store. I bought a floor piece, but the manager said its all really good piece only some dust. I trusted them and took it but as soon I went home and checked there is a broken part on the botton of the recliner. I called the store and they are just blaming me that its not stores fault, and they are not responsible fo rit anymore. I paid 4000$ for the couch, I know I got a deal but still they are really cheated me by selling a broken piece. Please stay away from this store.
The sales person was a manager and wanted me to pay with out seeing what the total included. She put Insurance on the sale of 759.00 without telling me the amount. Then said I would get a refund if I didn't use it. When I read the details you get no more than 500.00 back. Then she was trying to convince me how safe it was to use a Pin number because your system won't take credit. Which is not true it is very unsafe to use a Pin number. She was just trying to make money and didn't care about the customer. Very Tricky Manager she also told me if I didn't buy the insurance she would have to raise the price of the furniture. I have had the kitchen table around 6 months and the finish is peeling off. The store, customers service and the extra protection plan I bought will not cover the issue or help resolve the issue. They say its my fault, to much moisture. This is unexpectable! Don't but from Ashly furniture they don't back their product, warranty or have good customer service.

We have purchased from Ashley before and liked everything about it. Today we went in looking for bedroom furniture and we really appreciate the experience we had. Dominic was our sales associate, he was very friendly, professional and easy to work with. Big Thanks to the Manager Michael at the O'Fallon location. Ashley is lucky to have him. However the selection and the store service might be great . The behind the scene is where things get nasty. The Fulfillment and Distribution Dept. are terrible . Scheduling delivers and the Deliver people themselves - NIGHTMARE !!!! Ordered all my IN STOCK pieces weeks before I moved in - Had a deliver scheduled for move in date. GUESS what OOOOPS your bed is now on Back order . Found this out the morning of the deliver and never delivered the rest of the furniture .They Just didn't come at all. Finally the bed came in and set the deliver - Guess what fail again - they said no one was home . Someone was home all day waiting . No phone call - they just left.....You get the point - Shop some where else.

We had rhe best sales associate. His name was Chris Rudat. Super patient and knew alot about the furniture functions , and composition. We just moved to the area and needed to furnish our entire house. Walking around the store I changed my mind several times he just smiled and said no problem. Mike the manager was friendly and available when needed. The proceeds of our sale went to a non profit organization that helps children in the foster care system. Being from the foster care system myself I was touched by that. Wonderful we will be back for more items soon 😊

After Months of calling, sending pictures of damaged furniture, they sent 2 different repair companies , Should have Replaced The Couch !! Plus I paid for 5 year warranty!!It was all about the Sale!!

Terrible customer service. Very argumentative employees and management. Bought an as is dining room set. I completely understand what"as is" means and was completely fine with that. However, when they loaded the item in our car and we got it home, the table was not as it was when we left the night before. The top of the table was scratched up in several places. So, be careful if you buy something "as is" from here and take it with you immediately and do not let them touch it. We have a scratched up table just sitting in our garage and they won't do anything but argue with us.

I decided on one one item for now and Jeremy checked delivery day for me . Unlike Lazyboy down the street, Ashley worked with customers and their schedule. I was greeted within 3 or 4 minutes of entering the store by Danielle. It took her a minute or two to take to the exact product that I was interested in. She was friendly, courteous, and professional. I didn't really like my first choice and Danielle show me several more different choices, until I found what I liked. My experience could not be worse, I was told that if something is wrong with the furniture and could not be fixed Ashley would replace it. they tried to fix it 2 times and it is worse now than ever Ashley now says they changed their policy and the store won't replace it this has been going on since September the only person that has tried to help is MacKenzie in the O'Fallon store she has really tried to help me she is getting nowhere. I would never recommend Ashley furniture to anyone.

We have been shopping off & in for about a year for a couch & love seat, and it seemed we always leaned toward Ashley Furniture. We finally went to the Ashley showroom in O’Fallon & lMackenzie greeted us. After we told her what we were looking for, as we had been researching for a long time, she told us the are we should look & we came upon the perfect set! After weighing our options & the fact they were 25% off this weekend, we were sold. After purchasing a different couch & loveseat online & the company being able to provide delivery inside 3 months, our new set will be delivered in less than a week. We are excited & ready to get out new living room set!!

TLDR Version: While the in the store staff and management have so far been great work with, the same cannot be said for the company that Ashley Furniture has out-sourced their Customer Support Center to. If you’re looking to purchase furniture, Ashley has quite a large selection to gander through. But if you need someone to come out and fix your furniture because of an issue on the assembly end, you’ll probably have better luck fixing it yourself. However, if you decide to call their call center don’t surprised if your first call “mysteriously” disconnects, the second agent you speak to doesn’t actually create a case for the manufacturer forcing you to call back and restart the process days later after you thought it was already settled. Or when the third agent’s customer service skills goes out the window once you’ve requested to speak with a supervisor. As it stands, my wife and I no longer have plans on continuing to furnish our home through Ashley Furniture and cannot in good conscience recommend Ashley Furniture to our friends, family, or co-workers.
Horrible customer service and deception is an understatement. Beware of their pushiness to purchase the extended warranty. Also, beware of Shelby there who is clueless about what is covered under the warranty and NO willingness to help or take accountability. Stay away from this store and save your money!
WOW, this place sucks. Especially the customer service. I bought a dining table and chairs. When they delivered it, the table had a big scratch on it. I had them take it back. When I contacted their customer service about replacing my table/chairs, the customer service person was very rude. 2 weeks later, I finally get my table and chairs. This time, the 3 of the 6 chairs wobble, seat cushions not attached to the chair itself. Had to call the customer service again. Was told they would ship the parts to my house and then a technician would be out to fix the chairs. That was back on Dec 15th. Follow up emails result in the same BS from their customer service. Very poor quality furniture and extremely poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and skip this store. Shop somewhere else.
There was this older lady her name started with an A that was the best customer service I seen all day... and I visited like three furniture stores. So helpful and up beat. You can tell she been doing this for a minute and k ew her way around the block. Not too pushy and needs a raise for sure!

In my opinion, one star is pushing it. I had a great experience buying the couch in store, but once the couch and end tables were delivered, they both were damaged in some way. The delivery man took pictures and called Ashley while at my home and told me someone from the repair company would call me within 24-48 hours. I heard nothing for a week. I had to call back to ask why I hadn’t heard anything. They assured me someone would call within 24-48 hours. 5 days later, I got a call from the repair team looking to schedule. They had a work order for my couch but not the end table. They of course couldn’t take my word for it, I had to call Ashley customer service to put in another work order. I was called 3 days later by the repair company looking to schedule again. When asked if they had both the couch and end table on the work order, they said no only the couch. I had to call Ashely AGAIN. So I did this, asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for an hour and 10 minutes. The supervisor finally told me they fixed it in the system and assured me (I asked three times on the call) that both work orders would be on the same ticket. Great! So the repair company comes out the next day and says they can’t fix the end table because they didn’t have a work order for it! So I call Ashley AGAIN. All I kept hearing was “I’m sorry for your inconvenience” over and over but nothing was being resolved. I told them I wanted a supervisor but I didn’t have time to wait on hold because I was at work. They told me someone would call me back instead. Did I hear back from someone that day? Nope. I had to call Ashley again and ask for a supervisor and they put me on hold again. Their solution? Send another technician out another day. Well that’s great if you can just take off work whenever you want and wait around for 3-4 hours (because the repair company can’t guarantee a time, only give you a window). This whole experience has ruined me from every ordering from Ashley again!!!
Expensive!! When we walked in store the sales lady pounced. When shopping for furniture they should greet you and say "look around. I'm over here if you have any questions." Don't follow me around when I am on a personal shopping trip please!!

Our Sales Rep. Chris R. At the Ashley’s on Highway K in O’Fallon MO was great. I hate I hate shopping and sales people. But not this time and not Chris. He was funny, honest, and patient. He did not pester or hover but followed me around the store while I was sitting in ALL the chairs twice. He even made my husband chuckle and that’s hard to do. We got the perfect chair and ottoman. I’m happy with my experience and service….and that’s a hard thing to make happen. Thanks Chris! PS. They better have on white gloves! Kidding just a little inside joke between me and Chris! 😂
The store was lit brightly so I could see, furniture was placed to where I wS able to sit and try out different pieces. The salesman was Great and polite and easy to get along with, and will to find out information we asked. So happy after checking prices here we came back and bought our couch from this store. I would highly recommend this salesman and this store to my friends and family.

Nothing makes me more angry than a dishonest, stab you in the back company like this one!!!! Do not purchase from this store unless you want to be out of a lot of money when it gets to your home and you find out it is not what you wanted! Also, make sure your sales person knows how to go over your receipt and tell you everything about returns/exchanges. Hopefully she/he is an honest person. Do not buy any adjustable beds there because I can tell you from experience, you will not get what they say you are getting. Also if you do not like it....to bad....it is yours eventhough you did not know what it was suppose to look like for sure, but that is what happens when you get a sales person that is more than dishonest with you! READ THE REVIEWS!! This company will not help you in anyway shape or form! They just want your money and they do not care about you! HONESTLY, they do not! Go to Carol House for an honest company and for the beds if you do not use Carol House, use the Bedroom Store. GOOD LUCK!

Took a couple minutes before we were approached by a sales person despite several sitting around on cell phones. However the team member who helped us was very pleasant and helpful. We ended up making a purchase and were happy overall. I don't expect to be swarmed by salesmen as soon as we walk in the door, but after standing in the middle of the store obviously looking lost I had expected to be approached sooner considering we were almost the only people in the store.

Had 2 deliveries scheduled both with wrong furniture on truck, on top of that they can take that "whiteglove delivery" label off because some of the furniture had footprints on it and rips in the material, no plastic or not in box just wrapped dirty moving blankets. Refused the deliveries get to the store, they tried to offer some displays that everyone has been sitting on for 10% off. I would suggest ya'll go to Carol House Furniture because after fiascle, late on a Saturday I went to Carol House and found something comparable that was in stock, so I went and grabbed my box truck and was able to pickup from warehouse that evening with everything in box, plastic, and clean white fabric sheet protectors. Don't buy anything from Ashley, which is a national franchise company, so good look trying to get ahold of anyone. Store associates will tell you whatever for the sales and commission, and they delivery/warehouse is not careful with furniture.

When I ordered I was told we would have them by the 19th. They then changed the date to the 20th. Yesterday they called again to tell me it hadn’t shipped & they hope to have it by Christmas Eve, but are not sure when it will be in. Just what we want to do on Christmas Eve is assemble furniture.

Long story but suffice it to say, DO NOT BUY FROM AN ASHLEY HOMESTORE!!If you must purchase Ashley-made furniture buy it elsewhere! My past and present experiences with Ashley are extremely poor! Needless to say, our entire family will NOT buy from Ashley Homestore again!
Worst experience ever. They have delivered 3 defective tv stands, all with the same defect and refuse to offer refund. Customer service is useless. Store managers claim there is nothing they can do. They just plan on wasting more of my time offering swaps with the same defects. Stay away from this place!!

Black Friday bait and switch. They claimed 30% off on black Friday. All in store inventory was marked up 30% above online price. Better deal online.
When we walked into the store, we were greeted by Aaron. He informed us about their Black Friday deals and gave us space to look around. He was very patience with us and answered all of our questions. Aaron was very knowledgeable and made it easy buying furniture!!
Please please do not fall for any of there so called deals, especially “Black Friday deals” There are hidden fee’s and terms of the deals they don’t fully disclose. Major interest charges on what they claimed were there “interest free deals” and now I’m hundreds of dollars over what I actually paid for the furniture.

My wife and I were originally looking for a bedroom set and were interested in a 20% off coupon we received in the mail. After visiting the store we find that we didn't like the specific bedroom set we were looking at online. However, we did find another set that was more accommodating. Although there was some miscommunication about ad matching the online price on top of the 20% off coupon, the manager was able to come up with an option that my wife and I were satisfied with.

DO NOT BUY from this store !! I have had the WORST experience and continue to have an AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Their customer service is so UNHELPFUL. We paid a ridiculous amount for them to have forgotten to order all the correct items and left the fireplace out of our order. Every time I have called customer service I have been told I have the wrong line or need to be transferred to another line and then immediately get hung up on during the transfer. Their corporate office has been unable to help and had the worst most unhelpful experience ever. I highly recommend choosing ANY other company at this point . We paid a large fee to have them put everything together which they did not and we had to go up to the store to get it fixed because we couldn’t get anywhere with the customer service. They damaged the furniture and my front door when delivering it. When they did send people out with the missing piece they drilled through my entrainment center and left a huge screw sticking through the side. They have sent the wrong piece 3 times and when they called it was YET AGAIN the wrong piece . I was told I had to call a specific number which I did. I was hung up on TWICE during transfer and then told that I need to go up to the store. DO NOT BUY Unless you’re wanting the wrong order and your time wasted.

This store is beautiful and so many beautiful pieces of furniture! I was greeted by Chris, a very nice guy. He pleasantly answered my questions and gave me my space to look around. I’m in the market for new bedroom furniture and wanted to see what they had. I found a couple accessories i wanted to purchase and while checking out, i was treated courteously and respectfully just as if i were purchasing a bedroom set. I know when i am ready to find furniture for my home, i will definitely return to Ashley and hopefully Chris can help me! Thank you!!

My first time purchasing from here. No, I will not be patronizing them again. I purchased the Theo Counter Height table in August. I worked w/Nate &door stop delivery set 9/3. Subsequently delivery date pushed back 3x's. Told delay was my chairs. Finally opened box to set table. The entire table top is warped & melted. Now the replacement tabled has already been rescheduled. Have spoken w/jennifer multiple times. Still no table

we ordered our entertainment center online because no one at this location would give us any solid help.. it shipped in 4 separate shipments.. fine.. i got the 1st one one day.. the next 2 the next day and we STILL don't have the last piece which is a piece i HAVE to have to put the entertainment center together.. then my husband starts putting it together because they swear the last piece will be delivered that day.. and ITS MISSING PIECES TO PUT IT TOGETHER.. so we call ashley in ofallon since thats the closest.. and guess what.. ZERO FREAKING HELP.. google the online help number is the answer we got.. thankfully the online service people were WONDERFUL.. but everyone at this location was a joke..

My experience today was indescribably blessed. I was catered to from the moment I walked in the door, had all of my questions answered well, and was supported 100% on my decisions. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase more than what I intended to set out for; I felt well taken care of by Nesrine! She worked with me to find the best prices and solutions the entire time, very genuinely looking out for me and my budget. In the end, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase decisions and I can’t wait to surprise my father with the new living set!

They said that our furniture was one price then it became another when we sat down to setup the purchase which is bait and switch. Then after going through all that the delivery was horrible with them delivering damaged furniture and the people you talk to are over seas and have no idea what’s going on. They can only follow a script and wouldn’t get our furniture replaced. Then when we did finally get someone to replace it after 4 phone calls and being hung up on. They set a delivery time and we scheduled off work and they changed at the last part of the window and no one had a answer for that as we had to get back to work. They don’t care and don’t offer any accommodations to rectify the situation. The store has nothing to do with the delivery which is very disappointing and we won’t ever purchase from them since we have been treated so horrible and no one seems to offer any concessions to make things any better. Still don’t have the replacement pirates for the damaged parts.
We had a good experience shopping here. Shelby and Will both took care of us. It took multiple trips to discover the right sectional layout and size that we wanted. Plus they let us take home several different pillows to look at colors. Good experience so far.
It would be five stars if we actually had the furniture. The salesman, Will, was easy to work with very helpful. It's supposed to be delivered tomorrow so we'll see if it gets another star.
We had a great experience when purchasing our furniture. Our sales person was very helpful but not hounding us while we shopped around the store. Everything we purchased was in stock (except 2 dining chairs) so our sales rep set up our shipping date for the rest of the furniture for about a week later and advised they would contact us when the chairs came in. A few days before the furniture was supposed to arrive, the sales rep sent a text to set up a delivery date. I asked why the date was moved and she didn’t know why. She later found out that it was cancelled but didn’t know by who or why it was canceled. She then set us up with a delivery date for the day after the original delivery date, which I later confirmed by text. I took the day off work for the delivery but the furniture never arrived and I never received a call from Ashley. I called Ashley’s delivery department and they had us scheduled for a different day a week later. I contacted the manager who found out that the furniture delivery was canceled again and we weren’t notified again. She said it was because they saw we had furniture still out (2 chairs) so they canceled the whole thing. Of course it was a holiday weekend so they couldn’t deliver the furniture for another 5 days. All they could give me for two canceled delivery dates that we weren’t notified about and a missed day of work was a delivery charge reimbursement.

These guys are ok, but I was expecting much better prices than I saw. I think of these guys as lower quality that LazyBoy, but they are just as pricey. Service was good. Nate was helpful but not all over us. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. We did not buy here, but will likely have our existing furniture repaired for half the price of Ashley's "sale" prices.

Everything with our delivery was just fine.
I just wanted to share my appreciation of the way my purchase was handled. We bought a chest and dresser set in march of 2022. It was going in a new house we were building. It was delivered in boxes and we stored it in the garage unopened until our house was done in August. When we moved in and opened it up the drawers were badly damaged. I didn’t have much faith that anything could be done because of the amount of time that went by since purchasing it. I took pictures of it anyway and went to the store and showed them and explained what happened. The person I talked to said he’d send them on and would see what they could do. About 2 weeks later I got a text asking me to pick which delivery date I wanted my furniture to come. I’m happy to say today I received my dresser all nice and in perfect condition. I’m very happy and appreciative of the of the way this all turned out . Thank you Ashley for doing the right thing. I will return if I’m in need of furniture in the future

The products we purchased and have received so far are nice, but we have had so many issues. We ordered, and paid in full, back in October 2021. Nine out of 18 items we ordered, were delivered damaged, and that was after waiting three months to even start getting them delivered. Yesterday, the nine exchanges were delivered, but there was damage to two more of the pieces. Heaven only knows how much longer we will have to wait, again, to get those two exchanged. In addition, the new loveseat we received in January 2022 is already falling apart and we will have to file a warranty claim on it to have it either repaired or replaced. Another waiting game with them. We were supposed to receive a call from their customer service department today, but of course that didn't happen either. We are very disappointed with the quality and service we have had with Ashley Furniture! We do not recommend, and definitely will not be a repeat customer!

After shopping at other stores for a sectional and not finding what I wanted, I’ve visited Slumberland and found the sectional that would work well in my family room. The only problem was that it was in the wrong color. The salesman assured me that they could get the sectional in brown, but when I asked when it would arrive, he said November 27 but could not guarantee that date. When I asked the name of the company that made the couch, he told me Ashley. Knowing there was an Ashley furniture just around the corner, I decided to go there to check if they could get it sooner. Mr. Angelo Blakely met with me, looked at the pictures of the sectional and tag that I took, and searched for it on his laptop. I was so happy to hear that the sectional was available in brown and that I could get it on August 17. He told me that Ashley‘s delivery service would contact me so if I needed to change the date I could. He was very kind and patient and offered me the sale price that would be available the next day. He also informed me about the five year protection plan and gave me a great deal on that, as well. All done, the price was $400 less than Slumberland. I am thrilled and can’t wait to receive my new sectional, which I changed delivery date effortlessly through Ashley’s website to arrive on August 23. I ordered a tv stand, pillars and bridge from Ashley in May. Found out after a few weeks I didn’t receive the right size of my parts. Now I receive a replacement for the parts and a piece is broken. After calling customer service we still can’t get a replacement for a month. This is ridiculous

Purchased an Occasional chair, Coffee table, End table, Sectional, and Kitchen Buffet, all on sale with awesome protection plan you get back after 5 yr's, interest free 12 mos, delivery in 2 wks that's 4 hrs away and was back home in 1.5 hrs!! He is extremely helpful and knows their floor inventory if you have a clue of what you want! If you hate to shop, know what you want, he will waste no time getting the job done! I ordered a loveseat, end table, cocktail table, mattress and adjustable frame and headboard and footboard and bed rails on the 14th of July. To date, no bed rails and both headboard and footboard are damaged and have to be replaced. No loveseat, no end table and the cocktail table also is scratched. Extremely frustrating is an understatement. Only plus is the delivery drivers were great. Now a delivery is scheduled for this Saturday and if its not all missing items, I am returning everything that I've yet to receive.

Had a great experience at Ashley Furniture today! Danielle helped me to choose an adjustable bed and mattress, as well as a headboard. I had done some research online but Danielle was quite knowledgeable about the products and helped me figure out the best choices for me. I particularly appreciate that she did not try to upsell me on anything, and also spent a good deal of time searching for the best discounts and zero percent financing. She went the extra mile when I was being indecisive about the headboard, pulling out drawers from other sets so I could see how they looked together. Excited to receive my new furniture in only one week!

If I could leave a zero star review I would. I will never shop at Ashley furniture ever again. The entire process has been negative. We bought a bunk bed set for my son and a matching dresser in December. We just now finally received all the items in July, after being told it should all come in in May. After numerous attempts to figure out the status of my order we were just left to wait as each person I talked to had a different reason there was an issue and a different timeline on when I could expect my delivery. Having a multiple item purchase caused even more issues for them. As did the process of multiple or partial deliveries. We received confusing and contradictory automated messages, the delivery was scheduled and canceled without reason. And then now that the bed set finally got delivered it was put together with zero care for the item. Half the screws they put in splinter the wood or missed their hole, a piece of the bed was missing and not installed, and they broke a wall plate cover in my toddler's room that was left sharp. None of which was brought to my attention. They ruined the bed by putting it together so carelessly. When I messaged them to inquired about the missing piece I was told I couldn’t report an issue until 24 hours after the delivery. I spent hours trying to be patient talking with so many people and each time I left the conversation with little help or information. I couldn’t be more disappointed by the entire process. Do not shop here.

We recently moved to the area and were in desperate need of mattresses. I had been to several furniture stores in the area and found mattresses that I liked but when I went to order them, I was told it would be a month before they could be delivered. Unfortunately a month of sleeping on air mattresses was not something I wanted to do. So I went to Ashley to see if they had anything. Angelo approached me and we had a conversation about what I was looking for. He showed me several options and I was able to find something that was in my budget and could be delivered quickly. This made for a very easy purchase. I will definitely recommend Ashley to friends and family.
Makinzie was amazing! She was very patient with me and my 20 month old. She took her time answering my 20 thousand questions about the 14 piece deal and then I changed my mind and picked out my own likes as far as the out door set, bedroom set, kitchen sets, living room sets as we are moving into a new home. Poor lady, I certainly gave her challenges and she aced them all! We will be back for sure!

I waited 11 months for a kitchen island that was delivered without the shelf pegs because the delivery personnel didn’t bother to try and set them up. I then waited on hold for over 30 minutes each time to talk to a delivery representative about getting the missing parts, only to be disconnected twice: the first time when put on hold so they could “get this figured out”the second without ever speaking to a representative. I then contacted the show room and was told it would take another 2-3 weeks for the missing pegs to be shipped to me. When I stated this was unacceptable as I had already waited a year for said furniture, I was told someone from the distribution center would contact me the next day. I have yet to receive a return phone call. It’s been nothing but delays, problems, and frustration for me. I will not EVER shop with Ashley again and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
This is Rick’s wife Jane. We loved how Mr Will Marbley introduced himself and asked what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. We also loved how there was no pressure from him or anyone else and really enjoyed shopping for our furniture. Everyone was very courteous and the shoppers all were very relaxed in your store. We were going to buy just a chair for the living room, but bought a couch and tv entertainment unit also . Tried to be a good person and support, knowing business is slow. Went in and bought my couch at the beginning of the month. Everything seemed great. Sales guy was nice and promised a pick up date of 6/23 of the full couch. Never once was it said that the couch could potentially go out of stock up to that day. Planned for picking up on 6/23. I called today 6/17 to confirm pick up on the 23rd and the lady told me only half of the couch was in stock! The reason I bought this couch was because it was in stock!!!! If the sales rep would have mentioned it could go out of stock, I would have picked it up that day. But nothing was said about that. NOT ONLY THAT, they were going to let me show up to the warehouse on the 23rd, the day I’m moving homes at 7 months pregnant to get a couch that is not even there WITHOUT notifying me. Now, I’m without a couch. They offered to pick up half, why on earth would I pick up half of a couch. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible, terrible customer service. Especially when spending nearly $4,000 with them. It’s misleading. They say the couch will be in the 28th, which is probably another lie considering the other reviews on here. I should have looked and listened to the people who warned me about Ashley Furniture. Oh yeah. I forgot to add. You spend $4000 on a couch and was told the warehouse hardly will hardly help you load it and it’s not guaranteed to be wrapped or boxed up either. Jeez.
If I could give them negative stars I would!! Steve points out a bed that meets my expectations1. I wouldn't wait 6 months like my other furniture took to be delivered 2. Solid well made in appearance bed. I wait 2 weeks to receive the store model that didn't have a center legs structure to support even the mattress more less the person(s) sleeping on it. The guy delivers, sets up and places the box spring. I just received the mattress today and the bed bows!! I call customer service and talked to 7 different people, one whom even laughs at me!! I just spent 1k on furniture I can't even sleep on. Honor your obligation Ashley! You owe it to your customers. You owe it to me!!!!! I literally have books to support the middle of my king bed (see pics)since I wasn't given legs that hold it up!!!

We bought a dresser and were told we could pay for delivery and assembly of the dresser, so we did. The dresser was delivered today but we were told they would not assemble it. We called customer service to figure out why there was a discrepancy, and didn’t get a straight answer. Since the dresser was not going to be assembled and we had paid for that service we refused the order. We called customer service again to request a refund and after waiting ~40 minutes we were told we couldn't get a refund yet since the order was technically "still in progress" since the dresser was on the truck. The customer service rep said we would need to call back tomorrow to start the refund process. At this point, we don't have a dresser, and are waiting to start the process to get our money back. It's extremely frustrating to be told that a product can be delivered and assembled, pay for that product and additional service, then be told something different once the product is at our home. Then to top it off, we can't start the refund process until the order is no longer "still in progress". This has been a hassle to say the least, and I'm not looking forward to talking to Ashley's customer service again. This whole experience has made it apparent that when Ashley Home Furniture makes a mistake at the customer's expense, they will make no attempt to reconcile the situation and it will be up to the customer to make sure they get their money back.
I went with my daughter to buy new furniture for her new home. I was so impressed with Shelby, manager of the mattress department. I bought a new mattress myself. (I did need one)! The sale was wonderful. No interest for 36 months with a little monthly payment.

Angelo Blakey was our salesman. He helped carefully navigate the features, options, pros and cons of the Tempur Pedic mattresses and choices in bases. He was very patient and never pushy. She was not pushy at all. She always smiled and kept us relaxed. She was the sole reason I would rate this experience 5 stars. Once the furniture was available,, the delivery went perfectly.
We have made a few purchases over the years, but yesterday my husband and mother in law went in for a table and mattress. My mother in law is not the easiest person to work with, and Danielle did a phenomenal job helping her get exactly what she needed.

We ordered a bedroom set in November 2021. They said it was on back order and would be available the beginning of February. We called bathe beginning of February, they said they were waiting for the footboard. We understand there is a delay due to Covid and short staffed. Well it’s The end of May. My husband went to the store. They said they are now waiting on the dresser, nightstand and drawers for under the bed. What happened to the ones they had in February? They set up a time to deliver what they did have for Yesterday afternoon. My husband confirmed the time on Monday. Wednesday afternoon they sent messages asking to drop off at a different time. In their message it stated if he did not reply they would cancel the delivery. He did not respond. They texted at 9 saying they would be here in 15 min. No one showed up. My husband called and canceled the order. He requested they refund the full amount we paid. They stated they would mail a check. Well they called today to try to schedule a delivery. ASHLEY FURNITURE JUST SEND THE MONEY BACK!!!!! Sincerely A customer that will not be returning!

I bought a couch and love seat. We chose to pick up the furniture from the distribution center ourselves. The people at the distribution center helped us to load the furniture on the truck but at no time offered to open the boxes for us to examine the furniture. The boxes were both in excellent condition and fit nicely in the bed of my truck. Unused nylon straps to secure the load and we had no issues driving home. When we got home we opened the boxes on the back of the truck and unload the two couches in 3 pieces each. The two backs and then the sitting section. It wasn't until we rolled the sitting section of the couch over to hook up the electric cables that we discovered the wooden frame was damaged. We inspected the rest of the pieces to find one of the back sections of the couch was damaged also. We have made a claim with the customer services and hope to get the couch replaced. They say they will contact us within seven days.

Don't ever buy from Ashley furniture. They tell you 3-4 months for your order, then when the time comes, your missing an item and it's another 3-4 months before they deliver part of your order. I am still waiting for the rest of my bedroom set and was told another 2 months before it may be ready. This is not how you run a business. Don't lie to your customers!! Salesman Aaron told us the dresser and chest of drawers were in and they were waiting on the bed. after 2 months, they called and said they were delivering the bed and the chest of drawers, but no dresser! Where did the dresser disappear to? It took 2 more months to get the dresser A total of 9 months before getting everything I will make sure to tell all my friends and family to never do business with Ashley!!

We purchased a beautiful kitchen table and chairs. Shelby was our awesome Home Furniture Specialist! We will be back for our next furniture purchase.
We ordered our Furniture set from here in December of 21. We ordered a bed, mattress, 2 night stands, dresser, chest, and kitchen table set. They delivered the bed, chest, and mattress within 2 weeks. They told us ahead of time that the kitchen table, dresser, and 2 night stands were on back order and would be in at the end of February. No big deal. We'll 3rd night in our new bed, the side boards rip off the bed because the delivery guys didn't assemble the bed correctly. None of the wood slats were secured, which holds the bed together. So I had to re secure all of that to get the bed put back together. Then they pushed our table back to the end of April. May 1st comes around and we still have no table so we call and they tell us that we have to call every week to see if our table is in stock otherwise they sell it as soon as they come in to new customers. They SHOULD send our table to us as soon as it comes available. We shouldn't have to call every week to see if they have it. That's why I ordered it ahead of time. So the table finally shows up after we threatened to cancel our order. I go to put it together and they delivered it with no bolts for the legs. What kind of clowns are working their delivery service?!?!

Avoid Ashley Homestore in O'Fallon, Missouri at all costs. Bought a desk and chair on 10/30 of 2022. It is now 5/12/2022 and I have not received my items. My receipt says items will be shipped 12-16 weeks from purchase. I'm going on 7 months. I've tried to get ahold of the store via phone, but no one answers. The Customer Service line goes to somebody international and is no help. To ease your furniture shopping experience, GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. **Addition: A Supply Chain issue is not the only issue at hand here. The communication is by far the worst. From whoever Ashley's vendor is for products to Ashley Home store, along with the communication from Ashley's sales person to the buyer is just as bad if not hysterical. On 6 separate occasions, months apart, we wanted to get an update on when our product would be delivered. It took multiple efforts by phone, calling, texting, and even going back into the store to get an answer. All with the same "grey" response of "we're hoping to have it soon". No reassurance that they have the customer's needs in mind. Why sell a product, ON YOUR FLOOR, that isn't going to be available at anytime soon? There was no effort of trying to win back our business. To me it always felt as if whoever I talked to, they wanted to blame the issue on somebody else. Don't bother calling their number and leaving a voicemail, no body will ever return that phone call. The sales order says "products are arriving within 12 to 16 weeks". Again, I am going on 30 weeks. Again, zero effort to try and win back our business. Save yourself the headache issue and go to a reliable furniture store that is not Ashley.

You will never be able to talk to a manger and when they say the manger will call you back the manager never does. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. All around horrible experience. I just want everything to be delivered now.

I can't say enough about working with Michael Cain at the O'Fallon Ashley. He was absolutely amazing. My father-in-law is going into a nursing home and we had to buy new furniture. As you know finding furniture right now can be very very difficult.. But not for Michael, he found us the bed the dresser and the night stand that we needed. Will be able to move my father-in-law Into the nursing home within the next couple of weeks. He was sent by God to help us. We feel so blessed

He answered all questions, got the approval for the price I wanted, set up the delivery date and I was out the door. My couch is to be delivered tomorrow. Shout out to sales consultant Amy for her excellent customer service. We ordered furniture for our new home but ended up buying a different home and had to delay our delivery date. Amy manually pushed out the date for us every week and stayed in communication during the entire process. She’s super friendly, easy to work with, helpful, but not pushy. I highly recommend using Amy to advise with your furniture purchase.
I've had nothing but problems after my purchase. The salesperson we worked with was fabulous, and after working with her we planned to furnish the rest of our 4/3 home through Ashley - no more. We ordered a dining room table with a server. The table came within a couple of weeks, which was a nice surprise. Trouble is, the delivery team showed up before their scheduled window & didn't have the hardware to put the legs on the table. They had to come back the next day with the hardware, and again showed up in the middle of the day with no warning as to when. The table is in terrible condition considering we spent about $3000 on the set. It's supposed to look distressed, but there are planks that are separated and cracks in the "wood" already. It looks like it bounced around in the delivery truck. Unfortunately I didn't notice this within 48 hours so we are at a loss. The table was delivered in January and we just received the server this month. More delivery issues. They did not show up on the first scheduled day due to "mechanical issues" with the truck. We rescheduled, and they showed up AFTER the scheduled delivery window. They didn't have the hardware to install the shelves. We were told to talk to our salesperson and a service ticket was opened. I got a text that I had an order to schedule for delivery - great, I assume it's the hardware so I scheduled for March 10th. March 10th comes, and they tell me I have no orders, just a service ticket. They have no idea when I'll get the hardware. So at this point we have a clearly incompetent company used for deliveries, and I have furniture that is paid for but can't be used as designed because it's missing hardware which will maybe be delivered whenever they feel like it. Please find another company to handle your deliveries. This place is horrendous, and I'm embarrassed that I paid for this delivery "service".
We had been to 4 other furniture stores when we walked into Ashley Furniture today. A fifth store we visited last week and got a quote put together for a bedroom set/mattress we liked but were not 100% sold. Walking into AHS today was a breath of fresh air! Everything was so organized and visually appealing. We were approached by Will who was awesome! Introduced himself briefly and when we said we were browsing, he didn't push or ask a million questions, just gave us our space and let us come to him when we were ready! Very nice to not feel pressure. Will was very patient with us as we went through many different options. He worked with us harmoniously to make sure we all walked away happy! In addition to Will, Angelo was a mattress wizard and pointed us in the right direction to ensure we chose a mattress that was physically and financially comfortable for us! All in all, 10/10 experience for us!!

Chris helped us. He was great! We walked in, I told him what we were looking for and he showed us our options but then walked around and talked with us not being pushy at all. I always like to have at least 24 hours before I make a big purchase. I told him that and he made sure we had all the info we needed and then let us do our thinking. We left and I came back today went straight to Chris and made our purchase. It was a very easy process. This was the first big purchase my fiancé and I have made together and we’re very excited about our new Ashley couch. Thank you Chris!

I bought $6,000.00 of furniture on 7/2/21. I still do not have all of my furniture delivered. The sofa I bought is broken. When I called customer service, the rep could not understand anything I said. I asked for a supervisor and was told they are all working from home and not currently available. The only reason I gave one star is because zero was not an option. I was asked to complete a survey, and I was excited to let them know about my experience. Funny that the call was disconnected. If you have a year to wait for broken furniture this is the place to go!!!!

We had a great experience with Ashley Homestore. We were looking for a dresser and went in and narrowed it down, got pricing and lead time. Made a decision and went back 2 days later, asked for Steve and placed our order. They were honest up front that many things have a longer lead time than normal so we knew that going in.
Went into Ashley store on highway k to purchase mattress and bedroom set . The sale could have gone better , but it’s the after the sale that will keep me from ever stepping foot in the store again. We wanted a bedroom set but sine it wasn’t in stock and we had to order online they had no interest. We eventually spent 6 grand for mattress and adjustable frame. The delivery was the worst I have seen in my 40 yrs of adult life. The original date and time was confirmed than they had my old address and changed the time without asking. My girlfriend calls a shave them the new address AGAIN. She arranged her schedule to be at the new house.Bottom line they changed the time again , and when she wasn’t there they left with no call or anything I called ashley corporate and may as well been talking to the dial tone. Called my salesman and he was home with Covid. Called the mattress person and he was no help. Went to the store talked to assistant Manager Arron because the manager wasn’t on duty He seemed interested at the time .Reluctantly said he would see about having delivery fee waived and kept blaming it in the delivery control being taken away from the store. Never heard back from him . Had more delivery issues but it finally made it 3 days later. Called last week left voicemail for Aron no return call. Called this morning didn’t remember anything and said he never got a reply , so basically forgot. Said his boss was I. And he would call me back( yeah right and checks I. The mail) bottom line after the sale they don’t care. Don’t know how they got to be worlds largest but I promise you it wasn’t because of good service .

These people are crooks! Spent 5k on a bed frame set in august. Was told it would be delivered in a few weeks. Got headboard in September: Took till November to get bed frame and mattress. Paid extra for installation. The slats are cracked all over and not even screwed in all the way. Frame looks like it was put together by a child. Missing support beams. Bed caved in on first use. Haven’t been able use the bed over thanksgiving through Christmas though New Years. Tried contacting customer service and constantly get put on hold for hours. Was told they were going to fix it numerous times and they just don’t show up. You have to call them repeatedly, and was just told they weren’t be able to fix it till February. Would never shop here again. Plenty of other places to get furniture. Crooks!

Aahsleys is great, I love shpping at the O'Fallon, Missouri store. there's never any pressure by salespersons and they give you room to look around withut stalking you.
We went in so I could purchase living room furniture for my daughter and son in law. We looked around quite a bit and then asked about something we had seen online. The rep showed it to us but it wasn’t exactly like we thought it would be. She showed us another couch and chairs and they were perfect. I am from out of town and wanted to put it on my Ashley account. She helped us get through the checkout easily and was fantastic.

My experience with them has been horrible. I ordered my furniture in August. It’s the end of December and I still have yet to receive all my furniture. My table was damaged 3 times. My sectional was done wrong 4 separate times. The spring was out in the back. Then the delivery drivers couldn’t find my address so they left. No call. Nothing. Just left and went to their next location. The customer service reps are just as useless. Highly do not recommend
Ordered a dining table, eight chairs, and sideboard last Summer (June, I believe). The dining table was delivered with marks of some sort on the surface that were not easily hidden by placemats or runners. The delivery people were in agreement, and offered to leave the table with the imperfections with us while a replacement was being ordered. Keep in mind, this was before any supply chain crisis. In October I called to inquire about the status of our replacement table. The person I spoke with had records of our replacement table being ordered, and even was able to see a photo in her file that the delivery person had taken the day it was delivered. She put me on hold for approximately 30 minutes until we became disconnected somehow. There's been no call back, and it is now December 21st, 2021. We used to love this place, but if I had to do it over again, I would buy something that I could see in person and take home myself. The expertise and affibility of the salesperson bring my rating up to two stars.
Bought 2 planters and wish I had paid with credit card. Decided to pay with cash and learned they are not accustom to receiving cash and making change. I do love their furniture. Ordered a table and chairs about a month ago and knew they would be delayed in arrival. Will continue to shop at this store. Very friendly sales associates!

I made the mistake of buying furniture off the floor and not inspecting it. They sell junk furniture and do not stand behind their furniture. Customer service is a joke, not once did anyone try to help me! Instead they offered to send someone out and charge me to fix their broken piece of crap. I decided to go to Ashley to buy better quality furniture and WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS! You people are a complete joke and have no customer care at all!

Recently visited our local ASHLEY store after having several issues with another local furniture retailer. We were greeted and helped by a store associate, but not smothered. They were very friendly and attentive with any questions. We ended up financing a living room set that was quick and painless. We will come back, mainly due to the experience.
All the funiture was damage and they dont respond and when they do they dont show up. Not only that but the credit card company Isn't any help either. Go to CarolHouse if you want nice things. Otherwise buy the junk at Ashleys Fleamarket.
In March 2021, we purchased a sectional, cocktail table, and matching end tables from Ashley Homestore in O'fallon, Missouri The cushions of the sectional that was delivered in May started fraying in August. It looks like we have had it for years. The cocktail table delivered in August was damaged. We have talked to our salesperson and store manager with no resolution. We have had service calls scheduled September 1, October 15, November 4, December 9, December 13. All were canceled by Ashley’s 3rd party contractor, SAW Enterprises. Next appointment scheduled for December 27. The quality of this furniture is horrible, and Ashley’s does not back up their products.
Return event for us, bought dining room table and chairs there 15 years ago, great quality and service then and still happy with our current purchase of living room furniture. Andrea was great to work with and made easy and pleasant. Again, great quality and service in an easy no pressure environment.
Very nice atmosphere as we walked in. Artwork is phenomenal. Greeted by sails man Aaron as we walked in. Very pleasant and helpfull. Purchase of our loveseat and recliner went easily and quickly. We will purchase more from this store and direct our friends and family here. Awesome experience!

Spare yourself a lot of frustration and do not buy anything from this store! I ordered furniture 9 months ago and still have not received it. I bought a sectional and have slowly gotten some parts but am still waiting on a complete set. They told me the piece would be in within a few weeks when I bought it and one week later said it was delayed 19 weeks. They have scheduled delivery numerous (over 10 times) times and have just not shown up. I then have to call to figure out where the delivery is just to be told it was never actually coming. After 6 months of waiting they said they had my complete set and set up delivery. They didn't show up for the delivery and then called to say my furniture was given away. Now I have waited 9 months for a piece I paid in full for and am being told it could take up to 2 more months. The customer service has been terrible. If you are not going to show up for a delivery at least call and say that. The other thing I should mention is that one of the pieces that was delivered was damaged. I couldn't bring myself to report it because I figured they would take the piece and I would wait another 7 or 8 months for a replacement. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
My experience was exceptional. The sales person listened to me and helped me find what I needed at a fair price. The process for ordering was seamless. My purchase is in stock so I am looking forward to delivery next week! Thank you Aaron Z and Ashley Furniture.

Got two night stands that we didn't know had a six foot heavy black cord not what we wanted. Tried to return it but ounce the delivery people leave your screwed. No returns. Second paid $3400 for just a cheap bed frame what a rip off. Over paid. Big time!!!

Bought my mattress Sept. 17th Was told it would be backlogged a few weeks, which was fine given the conditions we're dealing with. Then halfway through the process the person I was working with quits. So I'm left with no communication. I had no papers on who my credit was through. I had the employees # and they weren't sure who I was through. Just said "You'll receive payment information when they deliver it" I did not receive anything-ever 8-10~ phone calls to the store. No answer. Contacted Ashley directly on Facebook. Took forever to reply. Get a call from the lender stating I have an "$84 late payment" Good luck purchasing from here.
It is on 4stars are only because of the doorbell but the service over all is 5 stars. Once you walk in you are greeted with a smile and purpose to assist you find what you need for your home or apartment. The young lady not only allowed us to browse in peace but was also patient when my toddler had a small fit. Not only did I purchase a dinning set but my mother also purchased her own kitchen set as well. The young lady also answered all of the questions and explained thoroughly how the now discounts could help us with our purchases. We loved the showroom and the assistance we received once we decided on our pieces. I will be back to add a few more items for my home, after I pay off my dinning set. Thanks again!

The salespeople do not charge you as you walk in the door. Nicole would Come by every once in awhile to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Then we told her what we were looking for and we walked around with her to find what we wanted. I was able to finance everything that I bought with no problems which was great because I just moved into a new house and still needed all of my living room furniture. It was a good experience, not great and not bad. It took a while to get a sales associate to help us, but once we did the process was quick. Unfortunately the furniture we purchased won’t be available for at least two months due to all the global supply chain issues. That’s out of anyone’s control but still a bit of a bummer nonetheless. The store itself is very nice, clean and organized. There is a huge selection.
Very poor experience from Ashley Furniture the second time shopping there. Ordered a bed frame and waited 3 weeks to have it delivered with white glove delivery. We set up the time and they arrived and said this doesn't fit with my headboard. I told them I ordered all the pieces. They looked up the order and said to contact Ashley's Furniture. To find out they are out of the headboard and I had to go to the store and call 3 times to get them to put an order ti pick up the pieces for a refund. That was 7-18. On 7-27 they finally picked it up and 3 weeks later, with 4 more separate calls, I still do not have my refund. The last call said it was processed on 8-7 yet a week later still no refund. I am about to get others involved as this is not how a company should manage their business.

I have always loved Ashley furniture, until this time. I ordered a dining set on August 1! Why is it November 12 and my delivery has been cancelled for the second time? Great question! This time, the table "was damaged". The service has been terrible! I will never shop at this store again!
If I could leave a zero, I would. Update — still waiting since June for replacement of the slats in my bed. Several have cracks running almost all the way across the slat. They have set up 2 delivery appointments on two occasions and no showed twice sating they didn’t have an appointment. 2 days off work for nothing. Now they are saying it will be April. I did get the loveseat piece that didn’t match replaced, but the delivery guy scratched up the back dragging it on the concrete to put the feet on (which he could have done in my house. The delivery guys seem to think they are the damage police as they said what’s the problem, I don’t see anything wrong! RUN, don’t walk, RUN away from Ashley Furniture! Side note to Ashley. Don’t give me your standard response with the phony number to your “escalation team” there is no such thing. Its just your regular customer service and they are completely useless.
Unless you're prepared to 1) not get your furniture on time, 2) potentially not get your furniture at all, and 3) deal with unhelpful/unsympathetic store and corporate staff, do not purchase furniture here. In 2019, I purchased a bedroom set and a living room set for home delivery in a few month's time. Two days prior to the scheduled delivery, I called to confirm, and I was told that the living room set would be delayed indefinitely. I could come pick out a new set for quicker delivery, and oh, I had to pay the difference in cost between the two sets! A few months ago, my parents bought a TV stand - it was first delivered damaged, then the replacement was the wrong color, and through it all the staff were exceedingly rude and unhelpful. Just recently, my brother and his fiancee purchased several bedroom sets and a kitchen set. They payed separate delivery charges as they wanted the deliveries on separate days, but on delivery day #1, everything showed up. They of course are still in the process of getting a refund on the separate delivery charges, but the corporate office is being extremely unhelpful. Beyond that issue, several of the items were missing parts for assembly and they again had to deal with difficult staff to get the missing parts. Finally, my grandparents just bought a dining room set - the delivery was late, one of the pieces will not be delivered for another month, and another of the pieces was incorrect! Again, staff both at the store and in the corporate office were unhelpful in resolving the issue. We have learned our lesson, and will not be shopping here again! Two stars simply because the furniture itself is fine, but the process to get it into your home is just too painful.
My family met with Aaron about purchasing a new mattress. We needed one quickly. He searched what available models he had inventory for and didn’t pressure us to buy the highest priced. He explained the differences between each one clearly. My spouse needed other items as well for our home and he was able to lead her in the right direction. It was the least stressful furniture buying experience I think I have ever had. I would recommend the friendly staff at this location.

Finally found what I was looking for in terms of comfort, style and durability. The young man who helped us was knowledgeable and really listened to what we wanted. He knew his inventory well enough to get us thru in a reasonable amount of time. This was the 5th store we had looked at, so we were very pleased.
We had placed a large order. Due to circumstances right after our order, we ended up canceling most but not all of it. Today we asked when the non cancelled part was going to be available, the person said that it was cancelled 4 days after we cancelled the part we did. She could not tell how that was cancelled. She re-ordered it for us and gave us an additional discount because of our troubles even though we did not ask for it. The additional cancellation was weird but I appreciate the additional discount to make up for it.

So disappointed because I really want to love this place. Couch was delivered broken as shown in delivery photos. It has been about 8 times that I’ve dealt with customer service, took off work one day for a repair scheduled which they left a message the night before to cancel and finally agreed to replace it. The hoops you have to go through with the 3rd party delivery service is awful. They need to save more on how world renowned their company is and spend more on their customer service. Totally respect and understand the shortfalls of workers but don’t sell a product you can’t back. Awful. A 3 month process of addressing. Don’t even leave an apology message because it’ll take 15 min at least each time to call for someone to answer
Just letting you be aware that a delivery driver from your company drove down a street on St Lawrence drive in St Peter’s doing at least 40-50 mph. This is a street that frequently has children playing on. Highly unacceptable

My husband and I ordered furniture in April. We ordered two sofas and a chair. We were told both sofas would come within two weeks; chair would arrive in 2 months. I received one sofa in two weeks and waited 5 months for the second sofa an I am still waiting for my chair. I know things are backed up, but every time I called to check on the status of my order it was within a few weeks of arrival, but after a few weeks was never available. Now my chair isn’t scheduled to arrive till December. Very upset and will think twice about ordering from Ashley’s in the future.
If I could give this store negative stars I would. My family & I have been buying furniture from Ashley Homestore (specifically the OFallon Missouri one) for YEARS. We just bought a couch from Ashley’s 3 months ago, paid for it, set it up for delivery for our move in day, called on several occasions to make sure everything was good to go, & we call the day before our move in day to learn that our couch is GONE. When I got a text at end of August that our couch was in & ready to schedule delivery, we called that day & spoke with someone who told us that they got our delivery set for October 1, which was our move in day a little over a month later. They failed to tell us that they only keep furniture in their warehouse for 14 days so when our 14 days came & went, they SOLD OUR PAID FOR COUCH OUT FROM UNDER US. & then expected us to wait another 3-5 weeks for a new one to come in. Easy to say my family & I will NEVER be buying from Ashley Homestore again.

Aaron, our sales consultant met us within minutes of entering the O’Fallon store on Highway K. We had a long list of furniture needs, having recently moved to Missouri after selling our house in Florida. I know this is a NEWS FLASH, but husband and wife don’t always see eye-to-eye on what we like. Aaron was very patient and remained in the background as we worked through the expansive show room, answering questions on fabric and options. When we finally decided on a leather theater couch sectional and tables, a couch and table for my study and dining room, he wrote the order for us. He was candid on delivery dates during this COVID era. Then Aaron informed us about the 20% discount if we donated to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Since this is our charity of choice, it was a no-brainer. We were delighted that Ashley Furniture is a supporter of this important ministry to children. I would like to thank your company for the positive experience in purchasing our new home’s furniture.

Update... I have been waiting for my furniture for 8 months now. Every time I call they tell me I will be getting a call to schedule delivery in a couple of days and of course, I hear nothing. I feel like they just give me fake dates so I don't yell at them. All this place does is take your money and not give you anything in return. Yes, it is fine when you shop there but they lie to you constantly afterwards. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. If I could rate 0 stars I would. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Every time I call for status on my order I get different answers. So when I try to speak to someone they just disconnect me. I even tried the chat on their website... this feature also just disconnects you. Finally yesterday I did reach a person and he lied to me and told me my furniture would be delivered on Saturday. I tried calling the customer care number online and all they tell you is to call the store. Please, don't waste your time here. Go anywhere else!

this location is far better than the other's around metro st. louis. McKenzie D. was great. She answered all of my questions quickly, even when she needed to consult her manager first. I had a strict budget that McKenzie was able to match and me and my bf walked away with a new sectional! She informed me that my order would be ready in approx, a month but it was ready in a whopping TEN DAYS. i couldnt be more happy. thanks McKenzie!
They have great furniture but it ends there. They are not good for their word. They will promise to give you a time frame but then don't commit. This will be on more than one occasion. My son has had this happen with purchases he has made with this company. Bad business practices. Go somewhere else... It happens to be the norm for this place. Look online. He wish he would have before he had made his purchase. Buyers be ware.
Tue customer service was spectacular! Upon entering the store me and my husband were greeted by a representative. He allowed us to look around the store with no pressure. Once we found some furniture we were interested in all of our questions were clearly answered. When we decided to make a purchase, they were even willing to negotiate the pricing comparable to another store who was selling the exact furniture. Promised a replacement, received a call to schedule replacement for 9/11/21. No call no show. Today they call to remind me of repair date (which was supposed to be cancelled when they scheduled the replacement date they didn’t show up for. Went back to store told them to come take their furniture back and refund but they refused. The fine print supposedly says no refunds, but they fail to mention this while they’re taking your money. Again promised replacement or a measly 20% discount off of only the broken items to keep “as is”. I can’t use a drawer with a hole in it. I rejected that offer. They’re supposed to call back with a new replacement date. I’m not holding my breath. We’ll see if they can get it right this time. I wish I had read the reviews. Don’t waste your time and money. Shop elsewhere. No service after the sale, they don’t value your business. Shame on you, Ashley Furniture, you lost this customer!

Super nice furniture, not so good at making promises. My wife and I purchased our furniture in May and we were told to expect it in mid-August. We called them in the beginning of August and they confirmed that we were suppose to get our furniture on August 10th. We called August 10th and they said they have no idea what we were talking about and said they were supposed to call us to schedule delivery on August 31st. They did call on the 30th to schedule delivery for the 7th then I got a call on the 4th saying we have to reschedule for the 9th. Within 24 hours they text me to schedule for the 10th. Also we paid in full and they took our money 4 days after we purchased it. We understand that there is a pandemic but I’ve been told by family and friends that they have been bad with deliveries and keeping promises since before the pandemic. Should have listened to them, would not recommend to a friend and can’t see myself going back and buying any furniture in the future. Might as well go to Value City to save the headache

Wow first time to but from Ashley Furniture always thought they would be more expensive but truth is they are the real deal with no crazy prices. We were blowin away at how amazing the manager Ryan is. He is a brilliant man who fields many questions and problem solves them all with a kind attitude. Our sales lady Makenzie was also amazing and Soo accommodating. Hands down I would purchase here again.

I went back on Labor Day weekend as they were having a sale but the prices were higher then back in July I talked to a very nice salesman and he came pretty close to my July quote so I bought the couch and I’m very excited and I’m finally getting what I want

Our furniture was available so we were able to schedule our delivery and assembly!
They have great furniture, but they do not keep their promises. They continued to push my delivery date back from when originally promised. They would do anything to get the initial sale, but had a lot of trouble following through with the promises made at the time of the sale. If you aren't in a rush to get the items you paid for this is your place. In the message below it says they would be happy to resolve this, not likely since they won't call me. Customer service is not what Ashley HomeStore is about, that's for sure.

Some friends had had problems a couple years ago buying furniture from Ashley so we avoided them & bought furniture somewhere else. That was in March. That order was pushed back twice & then was cancelled after 5 months of waiting & then they wanted us to buy something else from them (no chance). We went to Ashley & found something very similar to what we'd ordered from the other place. It was lower-priced than the other place AND it was delivered to us with no problems 6 days later. Ashley may not be perfect every time but they sure were for us!
Nicole was very helpful through the whole process. Was not pushy and explained everything in detail . In addition when talking about bedding she had ask Michael to discuss with us the details about selecting a bed. Showed us the options available. Both Nicole and Michael were very knowledgeable and friendly. My wife and I would definitely refer Ashley to our friends and family. Especially to those two in particular. Tje only negative thing that we did not care for was the lead time to get delivery of the sofa but we understood the circumstances with the delay due to availability and Covid-19

We came to the store late on a Monday night. My mother was looking for a grey fabric loveseat to replace her couch due to a downsizing move. Stephen was doing a tremendous job of showing her what was available and it was karma that the one she liked the most would be available in a week.
Jeff was very low key and patient in helping us find what we were looking for. Was quick to offer different items/views for our consideration.

Shelby was so professional and knowledgeable about the outdoor furniture. I had many questions which if she wasn’t sure, she looked up. I also tried out the Temperpedic mattress which was DREAMY!!! I may be back to look further! I am buying a another house soon and plan to come back to Ashley furniture store to purchase a bedroom set. I will definitely be making an appointment with Shelby to assist me.

Giving one star is being nice. The store is nice and employees are helpful. However when it comes to customer service and delivery, it is AWFUL!! No one knows what they are talking about, everyone tells you something different, they tell you multiple wrong delivery dates and change what is available for delivery over and over. I spent several thousand dollars at this store when purchasing my new home. I will NEVER buy another piece of furniture from Ashley. If you want to avoid a headache, I would go somewhere else for furniture.
I purchased a bed in April. I was told May 20th. I called early June, was told July 2. I called July 6th, was told July 31st. I called August 2nd, was told August 6th. I called today and was told August 24th...do NOT buy from them if you want to get what you paid for (which I did in full $2400). And am being told there's nothing they can do at all...go ANYWHERE else. They just want to make a sale instead of being truthful.
Our sales worker named Patrick did a very nice job letting us browse and keep us informed of what types of things were available to us. He was very knowledgeable and made the process of buying our new living room set a breeze. He was very personable and kind. We will be back to buy more furniture if needed in the future. Ashley has a great selection.

Breath of fresh air! Michael new furniture inside out, listened to me , created a drawing from the dimensions I provided AND MADE me FEEL COMFORTABLE that the dimensions were compatible! My husband and I had a great experience at this store. The sales team was very attentive, but we never felt pressured. Andrea was wonderful to work with! We found what we were looking for after visiting several other stores. The price was just right, too. Ashley's products are of good quality-- I have several pieces from Ashley furniture that are 15 years old, but still in new condition.
I bought my furniture on 07/03/2020, (over $12,000 worth), and was told by my salesman that my loft furniture was in stock (sofa, love seat and chair), and I would receive them on 07/14, however, I waited until 07/28 and then received the love seat only, of the set! I also received 2 end tables, but one of the drawers was damaged beyond repair, so I have to wait another 6-8 weeks to receive another drawer, which makes those items totally useless! At the time I brought my furniture, the salesman told me that I WOULD receive everything in my order by September, except for one headboard, that I Would receive in October. Going back a little, on 07/26 I called the warehouse, and they gave me a list of the items that I would receive on the 28th of July, well come the 28th one of the items, my lift on my bed, didn’t arrive, but the mattress did, which made the delivery of the mattress totally useless. I guess the bottom line is, if you don’t have a salesperson that will work for you, and make sure that you receive the items you ordered when they arrive at the warehouse, or management doesn’t decide to give it to someone else, then you are in trouble! I was also told on July 28th, by my salesman, that a big bulk of my order would be delivered the week of 08/02! I called the warehouse on 08/03 (as I hadn’t heard anything) and was informed that I would not receive anything for another 6-8 weeks! Which means the middle to end of September! Ashley will lie to you and tell you anything to string you along, just don’t believe them! The funny thing is that a reputable store would see this and try to make it right, I would just about guarantee that I will not hear anything from Ashley Home Store to correct my problem. If I do, I will write and and retract this last statement!
Please save your money. This was my first purchase of new furniture. I have always had hand me downs. I expected good quality furniture as Ashley is supposed to be a good brand. I furnished my bedroom, dining room, and living room and there are issues with all of the furniture. Most annoying are the couch cushion which continues to peel and the dining room table which started chipping within a month. They would not fix the cushion and I cannot find a replacement anywhere. The table is a complete waste. There is no way to fix it or stop it from getting worse. I've had used furniture last for 10 years. Please don't waste your time and thousands of dollars.
I have been so COMPLETELY happy with Ashley Homr Store over the years!! I have pirchased a sectional sofa, a two piece sofa, dinette set fot a kitchen, dinig room set for six with bench, rwo bedrooms sets to include the best mattress sets EVER!!! Also stoold and a lamp. James at O’Fallon, MO location was very helpful and knowledgeable! I was also very surprised by how affordable many of their couch options were. I was planning on going to IKEA, but thought I would stop in Ashley’s first. I’m so glad I did! I paid an IKEA price for a great quality sofa.

Most of my house is Ashley product. While I love it, I do see changes that could be done to make it even better! Have swatches of the available fabrics. Real time inventory on your website. Give a better price on delivery. If x spends x amount, delivery should be free. Repeat customers should automatically get a standard discount.

Please please do not buy from Ashley. They do not stand behind their furniture. They delivered inferior damaged furniture and have a no return policy. They sent a wannabe furniture repair man to level every chair, as they ALL were rocking. And the damaged leaf ... well she FORCED IT INTO THE TABLE. Now the table is damaged. Stellar. Will never set foot in there again.
When I went the website was down and I had to wait 2 hours to order my furniture but other than that I got it on time and the staff is very nice

My parents are being treated horrible with no call backs for a week. Salesman ordered wrong furniture and no one is helping them get the correct furniture. The Salesman also apparently gave them erroneous pricing which now Ashley furniture on hwy k are not standing behind. This is still an open issue with no resolution. They are not using the furniture because it's not what they ordered. They just want to return for full refund at this point. Just awful!

Patrick was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. We were looking for a couch with very specific requirements and a tight budget, he was able to show us several options. Ultimately we were able to find the perfect couch for our needs. We had looked at several furniture stores that day and Ashley was the only one that get us everything we needed at a price we could afford, no compromises.

Terrible service after the sale. I paid $6000.00 for a couch that we have had for 4 months now and the USB port has needed to be replace for the 3rd time now. I called to schedule the appointment to have their technician come out and replace the part. I was told they would be coming out on July 14th (2 weeks later) and I would receive a call to verify the arrival time. No call from anyone and the 14th came and went and no technician. I called the store and checked with customer service at which time I was told there was nothing in the system and it didn’t even show the parts they shipped to my home were received. I then called the store and spoke with the assistant manager Kyle. He told me he would “take care” of my issue and that he had a number for “upset customers “ that he can call to get a technician out usually the same day. After playing phone tag with Kyle for a day I was told that he spoke with the department that schedules the repairs and that the 14th was an estimated date that someone would reach out to me to schedule the repair? I asked Kyle, is there anything he can do? He told me no? I called to reschedule a tech to come out and repair the couch and I was told that as soon as my repair order was given to a technician then we would receive a call to schedule but they have no idea when I will get the call. I am on week 3 of trying to get my couch fixed and they could care less, even at the corporate level. Wonderful customer service and follow up.
