No high pressure and before you know it the store was closed but Josh didn’t even mention it and let us keep comparing. I knew I had to come back and buy the perfect couch for us. Visited the Osage Beach store this morning with the intent of finding the perfect living room L-shaped sectional. We were helped very quickly by Jeramie, friendly & very helpful sales person. We told him that we were there because our daughter was gifting us a sectional for Christmas and we wanted to find one. I thought the process would be much harder than it ended up being. She wanted us to find the furniture, complete all the details then she would call in later to purchase over the phone. Jeramie did not blink an eye! He took all our information, prepared the paperwork and BOOM!, it was all done. We LOVE the sectional we chose and Jeramie made the entire process smooth as silk! A++++ experience all around. Thanks Jeramie!

After a disappointing encounter with Nebraska Furniture Mart, I went to Ashley in Osage Beach, Missouri. After explaining my situation where NFM drove all the way to our road and decided they couldn’t drive any farther because the power lines were too low, instead of giving me an opportunity to work out the situation, they left and refused to come back. The folks at Ashley were beyond accommodating; we now have the necessary furniture needed. We were able to take the table and chairs, sofa and loveseat the very same day. I would recommend Ashley in Osage Beach to anyone and everyone. When we need more furniture, we will be back! Thank you.

Would not recommend if you are younger as you will not be treated with respect. Everyone that walked in while we were in the store immediately received help and were showed around while the sales associates were laughing and staring at us. We recently bought a house and are looking to furnish it but that was not taken seriously. The Springfield location was much more helpful and worth the drive as the customer service was the best we’ve had anywhere. Would not recommend coming to the Osage Beach location.

Store is nice . I would of purchase a sofa there except u can go online to Ashley and purchase the same thing cheaper and free drop at home door etc . Who would pay $149 delivery charge ? That's insane . Go to the furn store in versailes they deliver 50 miles radius free and prices r about the same .

Very happy with this store location. We were greeted by Erick, a super sales rep. We were looking specifically for a kitchen table. Erick showed us several however none were what we were looking for. So we decided to look around again, and all-of a sudden there was the near perfect table! In and out in less then an hour, being delivered in three days. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. Fabulous selection of furniture.

My husband and I came to Ashley for a new mattress. The store had a great selection on site to check out. Jeramie was knowledgeable about the models they carry and helped us decide which would meet our needs best. We were able to pick out what we needed, check out and schedule delivery in less than 30 minutes. Perfection!!

I was looking for a leather sleeper sofa and perhaps a loveseat for my condo. I had seen this particular one on line, but could not find much information. I checked the Ashley Furniture Store at LoZ and they were upfront about delivery at my convenience in June, costs, and answered all my questions. I needed a sleeper sofa for guests and a firm sofa for comfort. They delivered on both. I purchased a sofa and two rocker/recliners!

Great prices, choices and salespeople

The sales people were at the door to geeet us, but that was it. No asking what we were looking for or offer to help us find the end tables we were looking for. The failure of several sales people to assist was disappointing. Also, the furniture they displayed was singularly suited toward large homes. Nothing that wasnt huge was there.

I have mixed feelings after shopping here. I have been a long time shopper of Ashley’s this last round of promotions were so misleading that they boarder on abusive to customers. I went in with an email saying I got 12 months or 5 years financing and walked out with only 12 month. All the fine print in the email says nothing about down payments taxes up front or even delivery not included it all says might be required. Nothing about not on all in store items. Just only on in store items only. When I mentioned it to the sales man he just apologized and ask me to send him the email cause we have had lots of complaints. And corporate is not believing them. I sent two emails to him and both have returned undeliverable. Unfortunately the rating is more reflective of corporate and not of the local store…

Went into Ashley furniture in Osage Beach, MO. Met Sales Professional Robert Mullins and told him what we were looking for. He located our sofa and within ten minutes had the contract completed and a delivery date of ten days. The easiest purchase I have ever experienced. A no hassle salesman and very customer friendly. We walked in without the intentions of buying because we didn’t need anything at the moment. They told us they were able to hold our furniture until it was needed. So we decided to buy a full bed set and new mattress. It was wonderful to have that access to hold our items until needed.

The fellow that helped us twice, Robert, was exceptional. He was completely helpful and did not push us or try to upsell. He put up with all my silly questions and knew the products very well. He is a great rep for Ashley’s.

Great customer service!

Lazy, hands in pockets kind of place. Bought a sectional almost a month ago, gave several estimated deliveries but never followed through. We got a final delivery date 3 more weeks out. I'm not sure what family of 4, with a baby on the way will happily sit on a floor for months waiting for some sub par furniture that loses over half its value as soon as you sit on it but we found a MUCH BETTER deal on Facebook that was a fraction of the cost. I urge if you need furniture today, do not buy from this place. They do not value their customers at all.

Not as good as they used to be

we had a great sales person but we’re disappointed that the 3 week wait for delivery has turned into 6 weeks with absolutely no communication or apologies.

My wife and I bought a recliner in March. We had to wait until the end of April for it to be delivered. When we received the recliner, it was brought to us broken. We called and requested it get replaced. They said they would repair it. We waited a month for repair people to show up, and they came with incorrect parts. They took pictures and assured us they would bring the correct parts as soon as possible. Today, the repair people showed up again with incorrect parts again. I've been the owner of a broken recliner and no real remedy for quite some time now.

We bought some of their furniture in another state. It didn't fit our room but once it was purchased. No refund or exchange. And the junk they sold us was foreign made press board. Junk. Would not recommend at any price.

The sales rep was helpful without being too pushy and in my face (I can't tell you how much I want to just go in and lil for ideas sometimes without being harassed, lol). He showed me a selection tool to find things not on the floor. Good stuff!

Very Expensive, bought an Ashley Sectional at a private store for less

Purchased furniture near the beginning of the year. Bought the extended warranty. Loveseat and couch already needing repair. Told by "customer service" that replacement parts can take more than six months to come in. Such cheaply made furniture for a premium price. It's been a month and no updates from this sham company. Missouri Furniture should be ashamed.

Didn't make a purchase. After close inspection of several items we realized the quality was not typical Ashley. It looked like the lower quality Ashley that you find from Jc Penny.

We bought a sectional from them maybe a year ago and it started to have mechanical malfunctions we were told to call the warranty company. We did just that and yet to have a call or email back and we have reached out many of times. We were told this is high quality stuff and it is poorly and cheaply made! So now we are stuck with a expensive couch that no one wants to sit on cause it’s broken. Wouldn’t recommend for your furniture needs.

I wish I could give less stars. I bought a couch just over one year ago we have already had to have one part replaced by warranty due to the delivery men breaking it on their way in and now it has a rip in one of the cushions on the inside seam and the wood by the cup holders is broken for spending over $1000 on a couch I expect better quality furniture this couch is made sooo cheap I hate it sooo much. Spend your money Elsewhere and get a better made couch somewhere else

Would give them zero stars if possible. Purchased furniture at Christmas, was told it would be in at the end of January. Never heard from them. Called the store to ask what the status of our furniture order was and was told it was now scheduled to arrive in March. Again, never heard from them. Called again and was told it may or may not arrive at the end of April. Was informed the delay/shifting dates is due to COVID, which is understandable. However, if they had been honest at the time we were purchasing the furniture (i.e., you may or may not get your furniture before next Christmas) we would have taken our money somewhere that allows you to take your furniture with you when you purchase it. Staff is totally unapologetic or sympathetic. Won't ever spend a penny here again. UPDATE: Just wanted to update y'all that it's June and we still haven't gotten our furniture. The store has still never once called to update us on the status and have made zero apologies and zero efforts to help with anything.

I would like to give a shout out to Dylan Snow in the Ashley store in Osage Beach Missouri. He was wonderful. We had a not so beneficial/helpful encounter in another Ashley furniture store- in another state. We were actually avoiding the Ashley stores. As a last resort we went into the Ashley store in Osage Beach where Dylan Snow listened to us and directed us to what we were looking for and told which pieces could be obtained right away. He made the sale and made us repeat customers.

SINCE I CANT CREATE A NEW REVIEW I'M ADDING THE ISSUE WITH THE OTTOMAN I ORDERED 29 NOV 2021 TO MATCH THE SECTIONAL. IT HAS BEEN "DELAYED" AGAIN. NOW THEY'RE TRLLING ME IT IS EXPECTED TO SHIP 3 APRIL. NO ONE HAS KEPT ME POSTED ON ANY OF MY PURCHASES. I ALWAYS HAVE TO CALL THE STORE FOR UPDATES. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THE OSAGE BEACH STORE. UPDATE: shortly after I posted my review I received a call from Jaden from the service department. She contacted a local carpet cleaner who was able to come out today. The carpet looks great and I'm happy Ashley's rectified the issue. I do hope Ashley's will work on a more timely delivery in the future. I purchased a 3 piece sectional and king size bed on 22 November 2020 and was told delivery would be end of January 2021. The bed and 1 piece of the sectional was delivered 23 February 2021, but the other 2 pieces were not. The 2 guys that delivered my furniture tracked mud on my brand new carpet (Installed 11 Jan 2021) and when I called the store to check on my missing sectional pieces I informed the woman (Jan) of the mess on my carpet. She said she'd give my info to the service department at corporate and I should expect an email. Its been over a week and I've heard nothing. As for the other 2 pieces of my sectional she said they were in. I asked if they would deliver them the next day...I don't know, but I would think it should take priority! Nope, she had to check the calendar for the next available. It's 3 March 2021 and they were just delivered. The mess on my carpet has never been addressed. I will not be making future purchases at Ashley in Osage Beach.

I have called multiple times to ask when we would get our new couch we made an order for 2-3 weeks ago. Every time i call they tell me they will call me back. At this point i would like to cancel this order and find the furniture else where. They only want the sale. They don’t care for anything after that. I will be contacting higher. Thank you for nothing.

I went into the store looking for a new mattress. Tested out four and then looked at one for quite some time. After 45 minutes, we still had not been greeted or helped in any way. What’s worse yet is that there were 4 salesman at the desk. Very disappointed in service. Will not return and can’t wait to take my business elsewhere.

*UPDATED TO ADD POST SHOWROOM EXPERIENCE: When we purchased our furniture on June 10, we were told the earliest delievery available would be aprox June 21, or if we wanted we could pick up our sofa that day at the Camdenton warehouse. We decided to pick up the sofa and paid to have our 2 recliners delivered, and were told we would receive a call 24 hrs before they were delivered. Fawn called the warehouse to make them aware we were coming. Once we got to the warehouse, a 35 min drive, we were told that the sofa they had there was damaged. They weren't sure why it hadn't been entered into the system as damaged, but it shouldnt have been sold to us. They said there was one coming in the next day though that we could pick up. We made the trip the next day and picked the sofa up with no issues. June 21 came and went and we hadn't received a call about the recliners. I called Ashley Homestore to inquire on a delivery date and then was told to call back mid July bc the recliners were on backorder. I called back mid July and was told to expect them by the end of the month. At the end of the month I called and was told they were shipping on Aug 19 and I would have them 3-5 days after. On Aug 26 I called to check the status and was told they had just shipped that day and I should have them in my possesion by Sept 4th or 5th. We were just called today and were told delivery will be September 9th. That being said, I love the couch and am sure I'll love the recliners if we ever get them! Lol. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Fawn, the Showroom Manager, was helpful but not smothering. We found just what we wanted and got it at a great price! Will definitely be back again!

Would give a zero if I could. My nightmare started April 21st. I purchased furniture online through this company but after finding out shipping was nearly 2 months I canceled the order. I decided to buy something off the showroom and that was delivered the very next weekend. Although I'm satisfied with the furniture my nightmare is the fact they still charged me for the original order.. They debited the money back after I canceled the first time but then a month later they charged my card again for it.. It's been a week and I can't get a hold of anyone through their online support line, everytine I call I'm on hold for 15 minutes then told to leave a message and they will return the call within 72 hours to 96 hours.. It's been a week. I called the store 3 days straight to be told the person in charge of that is not in.. I was also told they would call me back.. Today after 6 days and no call back I called the store and was greeted with "hello can I get your name and number and I'll call you back".. That was an hour ago.. I feel their customer service once you've purchased from them is nearly non existant. Atm I'm out nearly 700 dollars for furniture I never recieved and atm probably going to return the furniture I did receive.. It's been a nightmare and I'm behind on bills due to being out the 700 and it don't seem like anyone from this company even cares.. I'd give a zero rating if it allowed me to..

Bought a beautiful couch (which I still have yet to receive). I decided to pick it up myself instead of paying a hefty $70 for delivery, come to find out that the couch would take 3-4 weeks until we could pick it up. A week after the purchase I get a call that my couch is ready to be picked up, but I am at this point not available to pick it up anymore, so I asked for it to be delivered. The lady I spoke to on the phone said of course not a problem, all you have to do is come in the store and just pay the delivery fee and we will make a note on your account to be delivered next Friday. So next Friday comes along no phone calls nothing. I finally call and see what is going on with my couch, to find out that they didn’t even schedule it for the delivery yet after I ALREADY paid a week ago. Now I have to wait another almost week for this couch. No one said they were sorry, no one tried to relay any kind of sympathy for my frustration. Probably will never purchase anything from this store again. I have a busy life between a full time job and school. I don’t have time to be playing phone tag and incompetence.

Purchased two sets of furniture delivery staff was wonderful, they realized one of the couches was broken and took it back. Three weeks later calls and a personal visit to the store and a delivery date of 6/11/19 and still no replacement. I would recommend unless you have time to continually follow up on furniture you paid for to be delivered you go somewhere else. The one star is for the delivery crew who found the broken couch, not the store staff who explained how “lucky” we were to get our furniture delivered by 6/11 that didn’t show up.

Very, very pleased with the service and experience with Ashley in Osage Beach. Purchased quite a bit of furniture following a large remodel of our lake home. Selection was great and received exceptional advice and support from Macy on furniture pieces, colors, decor--everything! Delivery crew was professional and conscientious. We could not be happier and I highly recommend.

I am so happy to have an Ashley HomeStore in our area. They just opened. Compared to most of the furniture stores in the area, Ashley HomeStore's furniture has them beat on quality and price.
