Came in looking for a mattress and helped by Chris, he was great and very knowledgeable on everything and very helpful with staying within my budget.
I bought a chair with another person and paid up front for the chairs. Was told we would have our chairs on Sunday. So the other person that purchased one with me went there and brought help to get them and then was told they were not being delivered today and that there deliveries are weds. Well then they should of been there in the store ready cause weds passed and the chairs were already paid for in full before weds. You got out money and we have no chairs and keep getting the run around. As much as we paid for these and we still don't have them. I ordered one online my mom had hers in 2 days and it came from the same warehouse. Someone better make this right or else.we paid out alot of money and this is wrong. Ill never buy another thing from the store online or in person. Ypu ruined me. Never again.
I have worked with Jessica multiple times at the St. James store. While I have not bought Ashley furniture, I have bought other brands that have been phenomenal and thoroughly enjoyed working with Jessica in buying both a living room suite and a full set of dining room chairs. The living room suite was a delivery and the chairs a pick-up. Both occasions went very smoothly and all pieces of furniture are still in excellent condition.
Jessica is super AWESOME!! Very helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and knows her store inside and out. She answered all of our questions and more! We will be going back for future furniture needs due to the experience and professionalism Jessica brings to her customers. Thank you Jessica! You’re the BEST!

Great customer service! Dependable and sturdy furniture! I have bought almost all of my furniture from there. From couches and chairs to dishwasher and refrigerator. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about each of the appliances and furniture we have purchased! Would highly recommend anyone to go there!
