I have worked with Jessica multiple times at the St. James store. While I have not bought Ashley furniture, I have bought other brands that have been phenomenal and thoroughly enjoyed working with Jessica in buying both a living room suite and a full set of dining room chairs. The living room suite was a delivery and the chairs a pick-up. Both occasions went very smoothly and all pieces of furniture are still in excellent condition.
Jessica is super AWESOME!! Very helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and knows her store inside and out. She answered all of our questions and more! Great customer service! Dependable and sturdy furniture! I have bought almost all of my furniture from there. From couches and chairs to dishwasher and refrigerator. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about each of the appliances and furniture we have purchased! Would highly recommend anyone to go there!
