I ordered a couch with ottoman was told it would be 2 weeks, after 2 weeks no update was provided. I called store and was informed couch was in but since ottoman wasn’t they would not deliver couch , even after I offered to pick up the ottoman once it arrived . The manager wasn’t helpful in the least stating , we are all booked up for deliveries anyway and would have to wait until the middle of January for my couch. Horrible customer service I would avoid this place and will avoid this place for all future furniture purchases.

A lovely experience for me and my girlfriend. Patrick helped us pick out our furniture with knowledge and perfectly understood what we wanted.

Bought a table from here around 6 months ago and my child had spilled some syrup without wiping it up right away. When we discovered it the next day and lifted the table mat it caused the damage in photo. Paper thin laminate. Customer service said because it was damaged warranty won't cover it and offered to send a tech to repair at our expense. Tech said they can make it look better but won't be perfect. I'll instead buy a real wood table now. Lesson learned. I would not buy furniture from here again if this is how cheap Ashley is going to be.

After going several different places my friend from work told me to come here to Missouri furniture in st James. It was an amazing experience Amber was great let me and my 2 year old daughter try out everything and we decided on a set and she HOOKED us up! Saved lots of money and friendly service. If they don’t have what you are looking for then it probably doesn’t exist. The place is huge! Loved it!

I went specifically to this store to buy a new mattress for my bed and was helped by a young woman named Jessica. She was knowledgeable about mattresses and found exactly what I was looking for. Shopping was easy and pleasant at this store and I would highly recommend stopping in there for all of your furniture needs!

I was shopping around for a new couch in mid-June and I found the perfect couch. There were none in stock but Jessica Spurgeon made some calls and did some magic and I had my couch that weekend! She made everything so easy and was so amazing to work with. Definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for furniture.

My house is full of furniture from Ashley’s. I will say in the past I have not had the best of luck using their warranty. I had to call about a cushion on my couch I purchased in February and so far the claim process has been very easy. Waiting for the new cover to come in.

Recently bought a very expensive bedroom suit from the St. Louis store. When it arrived they didn’t have all the ‘bolts’ to put it together right so half of my bed is still sitting in the floor. The salesman raved about how everything was solid wood construction. When the base didn’t fit like it was supposed to I started modifying the bed so that we could use it, and realized that part of it atleast was pressed cardboard. The delivery drivers/installers that showed up with our adjustable base just sat it on the bed and took off out the door without saying anything leaving it not finished and then forged my wife’s signature to say we were satisfied. Every time I try to call the store they say it’s not their problem call customer service. Everytime I call customer service I get routed to the Phillipines to get told in broken English that ‘all sales are final. Sorry it’s on your property, it’s your problem.’

Bought a nice sectional here last week and it looks great in our house! Cameron helped us out and was great! Five stars. Was a good experience.

If I ever go back in, I will definitely be asking for Cameron Martin to help me. He's very friendly, not pushy, (which is a must for me in a salesman!) and knowledgeable. If you go in, ask for Cameron!

We are from the St. Louis and had looked at a variety of different stores in the St. Louis metro area and everything was either unavailable or not available for delivery until May / June. We went to this store location at the recommendation of family. Pat Pence (one of the Sales Professionals) was absolutely fantastic. He worked with us to find pieces we were looking for and we never felt pressured into buying anything. We ended up being able to find a bedroom set, sectional, and a coffee table / end tables in our budget. Absolute the best furniture buying experience we’ve ever had. My brother is a resident at The Veterans Home in St. James and purchased a lift chair from this store 2 years ago. The control unit quit working and was still under warranty. Had them order a new control & was told would take 2 to 3 weeks for it to come in. After 5+ weeks and hounding them it finally came in. I don't recommend anyone to make purchases from here.

When someone walks in the door, greet them. If employees are busy with other customers at least acknowledge the customer's prescence. Walked around the store for 5 minutes, even had an employee ask the people behind me if they were ok but apparently I am not up to this store's standards for being helped.

we were deeply disappointed with the customer service meted out to us during our shopping experience. We were working with someone on buying a sofaset and a recliner and were promised that we will get delivery in the first or second week of December. However, when we didn't get the call for the delivery, we started to find out and realized that the set was backordered and we are not getting it before the end of January or February. During shopping we specifically mentioned that our time frame has to be mid-December and we choose that sofa set because we were promised that it will be delivered to us that time frame. Had to go ahead and cancel the order. I am not going to shop at this store anymore.
