Bonnie Brown was our sales person she has a lot of knowledge in the furniture. She helped us with our floor plan. We have an unusual layout. She came out and measured and gave some great suggestions. I chose one that I think we are going to love! It really helped to maximize pure living room! And she gave us options on very easy maintain fabrics which I love!
We got the pleasure to have Bonnie as our salesperson. She was very attentive and helpful. She’s been there awhile. As we had her help our daughter about 3 weeks ago with her new home. She needed everything and Bonnie was very patient in helping with all the furniture and mattress and appliances she needed. She got a lot of items for really good deals. Now we had Bonnie help us and she helped us with our bedroom and dining areas to plan them out with the most beautiful pieces. We love our new areas. Go see Bonnie and ask for her to help. She helped us get good financing deals as well.
First off, this isn’t an Ashley store. This is a store called Missouri furniture that has a mediocre showroom for Ashley furniture. I went in looking to see seven or eight different pieces, and they didn’t have a single one of them on their showroom. I wasn’t even concerned about seeing specific colors, I wanted to see the actual furniture. This place is a joke. If you are looking to see an Ashley furniture showroom, you don’t come here, but unfortunately, my next closest one is clear out in Topeka, Kansas, or going and looking through the significantly larger selection of Ashley furniture at Nebraska furniture Mart. Secondly, I was “assisted“ by an unpleasant woman named Bonnie. When I walked in the door, she quickly got all up in my business to try to qualify me as a buyer, but then when I told her I was looking to replace a couple of things out of the Ashley brand for one room, she quickly lost all interest and decided to lie to me about promotions and down payments to try to discourage me from making a purchase. It’s Presidents’ Day weekend and there are big sales, and there was no excuse for her to be misinforming customers about what promotions were and what requirements were. She lied to me and was very confident in telling me that anything I ordered was going to require a 30% down payment, and when I question this, considering that all of the signage in the store suggested a 10% down payment, she shriveled away back to her hiding spot and I never saw her again. I will never come to this store ever again. They can call it “Ashley furniture“ but it is “Missouri furniture“ and the service was an absolute joke.
