Stellar service!!! I worked with Bonnie. Bonnie was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me choose a recliner for my Airbnb property that was budget friendly and met all my needs. Billie assisted me when I picked up my recliner and went above and beyond to help. “Otis” (not sure of the salesman’s name) was kind enough to help load my truck (even though it wasn’t his job since the warehouse staff was not available) and was courteous and personable. We had a few laughs about our dogs & it was a pleasant experience. Overall - 2 big ole thumbs up for the staff. I will definitely be a return customer.

Was quoted widely differing prices by multiple sales people, and was told they wouldn’t match the price listed on the Ashley Furniture website. When I asked why they wouldn’t match the online price, the first salesman said the price listed online was “basically cost, and wouldn’t give him a good enough margin”. The second saleswoman I spoke with quoted me a much lower price for the merchandise, but a higher price for delivery! When I questioned the discrepancy, she said she’d have to have the first salesman call me back, because “they don’t undercut each other because they can’t have that tension in their store.” She ended up calling me back and offered a price higher than her original quote. I get not wanting conflict with coworkers, but not at the expense of customer! What a terrible way to run your business!

I can't say enough good things about the Ashley Outlet store in Lebanon. My sales person was Paul and he was very patient and helpful when we were trying to find the items that I wanted. Actually everybody in the store was more than helpful. Whenever I'm in the market for some additional furniture I will certainly make Ashley's Outlet my one and only store I shop at.

I had a really nice experience here. I needed a couple of pieces of furniture for a basement remodel I was doing. Bonnie B was great. She helped pick out the pieces I wanted and kept me in budget. I even got few extra things I didn't expect to get in my budget.

Billie found us a chair at a price we could afford. It's working out great.

Poor quality would not shop here again

We have family coming into town and wanted to get our spare bedroom put together. We ordered a dresser through Ashley. We got the dresser only to find out we got two of the same pieces which makes it impossible to put together. We contacted them and were told on a Sunday it would get shipped out on Monday and here by Wednesday so it would be here for the family. Contacted them every day since we got no confirmations that it was being shipped out. Called on Wednesday and they said they can’t ship it out until the following Monday. Customer service continued to lie about when we would get confirmation emails as well as when we would get the product. Giving it a 2 star because we love the look of the dresser.

Other than wishing this place didn't serve as a display store this is an excellent stop. I would have loved to have taken home my furniture today but there will be a 3 month wait. Damn covid!

Bought a rocker recliner there in October of 2021. They delivered the wrong chair. Got the correct chair middle of February 2022. Got my refund for the difference in the price that they charged me in April. Poor management. excellent furniture

Oh let me count the ways of how bad my experience was! Costly furniture and had to cancel half my order because it wouldn't arrive for 3 months. I needed these item for 4th of July company. Ended up going elsewhere for the much needed items. Mainly a new mattress! So disappointed! Salespeople were kind. Will never go again

Not happy. Bought an Ashley mattress last November. Was so disappointed to find when the mattress was delivered that it was a "bed in a box" that inflated itself once spread out on my bed. Since then I have been in and out of the hospital with bad back problems/sciatica which I never had before this mattress. I literally dread going to bed every night, but since I paid $600 sale price, I've tried to stick it out with this purchase. I have a whole household of Ashley furniture, but will never buy anything else with the Ashley name on it!

Walked in with just the intention of looking at mattresses to get some ideas and price check. John greeted me at the door with a smile and the helpful knowledge I needed. We went through a ton of options and went over a couple of them more than once. He got me the perfect mattress at a price I couldn't beat and ended up buying one on the spot. The whole process was smooth. Definitely recommend this store for your home needs.

I had the best customer service experience with Chris Howell at the Sedalia, MO Ashley Furniture Store. With us living in the Kansas City area and having time constraints with my family and caring for my ill mother out-of-state, I reached out to the Sedalia location to help me with my furniture needs. Chris helped me handle my order from a distance, over the phone, and took extra steps to make sure I got my furniture as quickly as possible and at the right price. Did not get the product I ordered. Products are cheaply made paid 400 for a bed from spent 4600 there the bedframe is junk and very flimsy but they wouldn't work with me to get me something better. Sold me a bad product they stand behind but won't let me return it. It's more useful in a dump than in my room

Purchased desk chair, it lasted 1 1/2 years and then broke. Poor customer service and unwilling to help me the customer. Called Corporate office was on hold for an hour, still no answer.
