I was in the store yesterday and had my mind set on buying a new couch. At first the sales person was really nice and explained everything well, until I told him I was going to use my credit card. I have an Ashley card for a reason. He treated me and my husband as if we couldn’t afford the couch we were looking at and started making comments like “do you even have enough limit on your card to buy this couch?”. I have never been treated that way in a furniture store before and it was super insulting! I stopped listening to what he was saying at that point and my husband and I got up and left. The whole experience was really disappointing and I will never be back. I actually went to a different furniture store today and bought my couch.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is absolutely horrible. Bought an 8 person dining set and paid for white glove delivery service. Minutes after they left I noticed stains on most of the chairs, none of my chairs were put together correctly, and there’s a scratch on the table. The store says not their problem and I have been referred to a dozen different departments all claiming it’s not their issue. This place is a joke. You buy junk from them and then do not care at all to assist you after you give them money. Update: even more of a joke. The response left from The “store” doesn’t help and continues to direct you to a few other numbers where you just spend more time going In circles over and over again

I purchased a recliner and was told it would be delivered on a specific date. I told two sales reps that it had to be delivered by Friday and that was the only way I would purchase. They checked multiple times and told me it was in stock. The next day I get a notice that it will be delivered after the agreed upon date. I paid $240 for delivery of an item they said it was in stock only to be told the next day that it would not be delivered until 5 days after I purchased. The sales team was dishonest and still has not remedied the situation. Will not ever shop at Ashley again!!! I was assured by Yussi it would be delivered on Friday and a day later I receive a text stating it would be delivered Saturday night. This is unacceptable and she has now lied to me twice! After being told it was fixed the sales reps Yussi sent me the number to cancel via text. Extremely unprofessional and very dishonest business practices! Hard to believe they would treat a disabled veteran in this way. If a Veteran you should shop elsewhere as they do not value our sacrifices to our country! CPTUSAR
