Purchased a Recliner, Loveseat, and couch, Love seat was missing the ends of the seat (factory sealed) and a bunch of stitches are coming out, after calling several times to get help we are now waiting for parts to come in the mail.. said it would take up to 5 weeks.... and then they would send someone out to look at stitching... we spent right at $6000 for set.... (on sale).. wait 5 weeks for the parts that should have been with it to begin with. I understand missing parts... but dont make someone call in 6 times before someone talks to you. I have left several messages with my salesman and no call backs.

I ordered a sectional and chair on January 17th. I was told they would be delivered within 2-3 weeks. When checking on my order, I was told it wouldn’t be available until April 9th. When I tried to cancel the order, the company wanted me to go pick something else out instead of refunding my money. I finally got it canceled and am now waiting on my refund… DO NOT purchase unless you can take it with you or they can guarantee their delivery time frame.

We purchased a beautiful sectional last week. We were leery to order from Ashley due to my sister's multiple previous issues with ordering furniture from Ashley. However, we found one we loved and at first our salesman, Ben, said it would only be a week to receive. His words " oh I can get it to you in a week" Great! Sold! When it came time to do the paperwork and purchased, I asked again and verified a week on delivery and he said closer to two weeks, expect the first week in February. Ok that is fine. He said he would call us last Friday 1/23 to confirm shipping. We had new hardwood floors put in and gave our couches away to someone who needed them. We never heard from him so we called customer service today. He told us our delivery date is March 24th. He said it was a 8 week delivery time frame upon order. That is INSANE and not what we were told by Ben. He was great in store, nice, confident, and patient while we made our decisions. Communication, honesty, and follow through is not what we received from purchasing from this store AFTER we left. We are beyond frustrated at the lack of transparency. Customer service is escalating the claim to hopefully receive sooner but 2 weeks and 8 weeks are not even close! We are beyond frustrated.

⭐ 1 Star – Dishonest Sales, False Claims, and Zero Customer Service I had an absolutely terrible experience with the Ashley Furniture store in Springfield, MO, and I would never recommend this company to anyone. I was extremely clear with the salesman, Sam, about what I wanted. I specifically stated three separate times that I wanted: Solid wood only NO particle board Full-extension, telescoping drawer guides for smooth open and close on all drawers Each time, Sam confirmed and assured me that this was exactly what we were ordering. Two weeks later, my dressers and nightstands arrive — and they are the complete opposite of what I ordered. They are clearly not solid wood, do not have full-extension drawer slides, and feel cheap and poorly made. To make matters worse, Ashley Furniture claims they manufacture their furniture in the USA, yet there are large stickers on the back clearly stating “Manufactured in Malaysia.” That alone feels misleading at best and dishonest at worst. Since then, I have spent five days in a row calling and getting nothing but the runaround. The local store refuses to let me speak to a manager They push me to a customer service number that never answers No one takes ownership No one resolves anything This ordeal has now wasted over three weeks of my time, and I am left with no dressers or nightstands for my bedroom. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Misrepresentation, broken promises, and total lack of accountability. Shame on you, Ashley Furniture.

We spent Just short of $2500.00 on a leather couch. at the Springfield, Missouri store on Independence Ave. (Well, We were told it was leather). We'll let you be the judge........(See photos) Their "Leather" furniture consists of a MICRO thin layer of (possibly leather?) over fabric. A short time later, this is what we have after providing regular leather care and very light use. All we were told was that "There is a one year warranty on our product." In my opinion, Ashley Furniture is not in the furniture business as much as in the "Ripping their customers off" business. This Couch is SO BAD that we tried donating it to two shelters and they refused it There is a better chance that I would spend 24 hours in a dark room full of rattlesnakes than I would EVER purchase from this company again.

Louis, and Jason were phenomenal when it came to helping me get the couch I wanted they went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted and at a reasonable price! I definitely recommend taking your business to Ashley's for getting furniture. Thank you guys for making this experience nonstressful and easy!

Been waiting on a refund since October 2025 they refunded some but not the full amount always same excuses we have to create a case there has got to be 50 cases on the return items and 1 to 2 billing cycles i am done talking to these agents that all say the same thing. This is very poor business. Think it needs to be reported to BBB and the Attorney Generals office. I will never buy anything from this place again. Be careful. They are also trying to not give the full refund. They have lied to me and just keep putting the rest of my refund off. I am so stressed out I have been having chest pains and my blood pressure is way up. Don't trust them.
