Purchased a sectional, dining room table, and bedroom set from the home store. Furniture was great and performed well. Attempted to use the 5 year platinum warranty we paid extra for but due to the store coding our warranty for our Furniture as outdoor unable to do so. Still no resolution or refund from Ashley ona $949.99 warranty that is useless.

I had A pleasant experience while in the store placing my order. I purchased a table and four chairs. I was told at the time of purchase the table and three chairs would be delivered to me on January 2, which was great because I was off work, and the fourth chair would be delivered to me on January 6. On January 3, I received a call five minutes prior to the delivery, while I was at work, and informed they were delivering my table. The delivery person informed me that he did not work for Ashley and could not help me With the remaining portion of my order. I have not received a notification of delivery for tomorrow January 6 so I called Customer support and was informed that my four chairs will be delivered on January 15th. I’m not sure what the miscommunication is when I purchased the table and chairs, I was told they had three chairs in stock. The communication is horrible.

The couch we'll ordered was out until March so we went back for another couch....found one, then found it for $600 cheaper...they wouldnt honor it exactly. Manager managed to bring the price up to almost the selling price. Needless to say we walked out..boo Ashley..nobody was a winner today

My daughter went in to the store on independence in Springfield Missouri and there was a very inappropriate salesman. I have tried to get in touch with that store but am told it’s against policy to give out the direct number. Told my daughter it was a good thing he was at work because he had some non pg-13 things to say to her. I would like to think this is not how you guys want your business ran. But wanted to bring it to your attention that this is your front man at that location. Do better!!!

My wife and I have been shopping for weeks to furnish a new home we are building on Table Rock and have been to soo many furniture shops. We stopped into Ashley Home Store today for the first time to look at a sectional we saw online and were greeted by Greg Kraatz who was AMAZING. What was supposed to be just a quick pop in turned into an almost a 5 hour visit where Greg helped furnish our entire home and we just kept adding items to our order. We ended up canceling a few orders at other stores because Greg and the Ashley team were so amazing to work with and the deal the gave us was too good to pass on. Thanks Greg for the awesome customer service and the time you spent with us today and listening to what we were looking for. You never showed us anything we didnt want and you always made sure you were working inside our budget. 5 stars.

I actually enjoyed buying furniture! Jamey was very pleasant, showed me many options, measured everything for me, and there was no pressure to buy. I came for a couch and ended up getting a dining room set, too! Can’t wait to get them next week!
