On January 11, 2026. I went to Ashley Furniture store in Springfield to purchase a mattress. The salesman By the name of Louis Taylor, helped me on the purchase. The whole process took about 20 minutes, which it was great. I asked For the Delivery to be on Thursday, January 15th His answer was no Problem, you will have it by then. He told me that I will be getting an email and a phone call later on the week to confirm the Delivery , Wednesday came about and I called to inquire about the Delivery and they told me that The delivery was canceled without notifying me either way No phone call no email. So I called him, and he said that it could be deliver the following Thursday and that didn’t take place either. So, when they did deliver the mattress, they delivered the wrong item, much much less of a quality item that I purchased So I called Louis, and I told him that the wrong item was delivered. It went on four weeks. I had to go to the Store four times, and on the fourth time I went and asked to see Louis Taylor . Another employee said he was with a customer and could not help me at the moment. My answer said I will wait for him. I asked for a manager first and they said no Manager was available, then when the employee saw that I was not going to go anywhere, but to speak to someone all the sudden a lady Manager appears out from the Sky. One, She didn’t introduce herself by name. She didn’t address to me by name nor she was hospitable or friendly. She got on the phone with her laptop to try to get it delivered as soon as possible. So when she was done, she said you will have it Thursday. No one apology. First of all she didn’t introduce herself or greeted me and address to me with respect and politeness . I said to her no one apology, or an explanation? . You guys are unbelievable, and I just said WOW, and I walked out that night. I was not going to do the review until I got THE MATTRESS I BOUGHT, Louis Taylor didn’t have the courage nor the balls to face me and look at me face-to-face because of all the screw up from Ashley Furniture stores and that lady to be Frankly she is a B+++++ C++++++.

I have bought several sets of furniture from them. The loveseat on my last set started having issues with the recliners and now the couch. They are 2 years old. The mechanisms are covered however parts wont show up. They said they would trade out now they want to send parts. I going to have to replace my furniture because its sat broken to where the cushions and all are warped, and ashley furniture wont stand by their words and trade out like they said.
