It was a horrible experience, sales people do not know what they are doing or how to complete paperwork correctly. There is also no integrity there is only I am sorry or you hear the blame game! We bought a Loveseat paperwork was not completed right.we found out latter from delays on our delivery. We were to get our Loveseat 3 days latter on Saturday it never showed up. They cancelled the delivery and never informed us,so it took another week. Sales people only are concerned with making the sale but forget customer service! Will not buy from them again

One. How are they an Aplus rated business with so many complaints.? How is it none of these issues actually get a resolution? My parents (76 years old at time of purchase) bought an electric reclining love seat. The day it was delivered it was not working - the charger was overheating. They couldn't return it. Said once it left the store Ashley's wouldn't take it back. They came out five weeks later to fix it. Then a few months ago one of the recliners got a tear in it. Mom and dad purchased the extended warranty for 450 for five years coverage. They filed a claim and no review. Just denial. They were told at the time of sale the coverage was for any reason. But now they say no wear and tear. No coverage for delivery issues. What's the coverage for then? If the fabric wasn't made to hold up for five years of normal wear why are you selling a warranty for anything? It's not like they have pets damaging the material. I will never shop at Ashley's and actively discourage anyone from shopping there. They are unethical in dealing with seniors. Not giving them time to read or explaining what they are buying.

Absolutely the worst furniture buying experience I've ever had! In store, they were friendly and got done what we needed. Days went by after our order was supposed to arrive at the warehouse and we were never contacted. We finally got a hold of them and they let us know some of it was on back order and was going to take a couple more weeks to receive. When that day came and went, we had to get a hold of them again and they confirmed that our order was ready to be picked up. My husband made a trip to the warehouse on Saturday morning to pick up the bed and came home with what we thought was our bed, just to unbox the footboard and realize it was not what we had ordered and the numbers on the box didn't even match our order numbers. (The warehouse had made the mistake and loaded the wrong items) We tried to take the footboard back after talking to customer service and being promised it was there, and -shockingly- it wasn't! Warehouse wouldn't accept it, so my husband had to go to the store and they took the footboard from us and got the correct one on order and said they would have it expedited to our house. That has been almost 2 months ago and every time the alleged delivery date comes up, the footboard never shows up and we have to call and wait on hold forever to get a hold of somebody just for them to tell us that the date has changed. We purchased this set in NOVEMBER 2025 and 3 months later- we still don't have the correct footboard to make our bed complete and we have boxes of half-built headboards and bed rails in our spare bedroom while the mattress & box springs just sit on the floor waiting to be used. I've called multiple times and talked to multiple people and cannot receive a refund or a matching footboard for the bed set. Thankfully this was just a simple spare bedroom set and not the master! I'm considering dropping all of this crappy furniture off in their beautiful showroom and cutting my losses. Buyer beware, this is not the company to go with!

We went in with the intent to purchase a couch after having a terrible experience elsewhere. Louis was our salesman. He was so helpful, took great care of us, and we left the proud owners of a beautiful living room and also a mattress!! Best experience furniture shopping ever! Highly recommend!!!
