We went into the Springifled location looking for a few accent chairs. The ones we found were cheaper on Amazon and would be delivered in one week. The sales person told us Ashley would also have the chairs there delivered in one week. So we paid a little more to purchase from the sales person at the store. However, it has been a few weeks and we checked the delivery time and it’s still over a month out before it is delivered. It has been difficult to reach the store manager. We will probably need to go back in person to get it resolved. Not the end of the world but a huge waste of time.

Our order took forever and the local store was never very helpful. Every time we visited the store the employees were unprofessional and even cussed. They spoke poorly of the corporate office and I don’t plan to ever do business here again. The local store could never track our order and sent us to corporate and it was an endless circle. I do like the products just not the service.

On 1.2.22, I ordered living, dining and bedroom sets and was told everything will be in by end of March. With supply chain delays, I got the living and dining furniture in April. Every month, I was told the bedroom set would be coming in 4-6 weeks. In June, I accepted a job in another state and I called the store to get an update on the bedroom set. I was told it would be in by late July, so I scheduled my moving truck for mid-August. The dresser and night stand were in by mid-August. I asked the store to deliver so I could put on the moving truck. The store refused, saying they would not deliver until everything was in. I told them where I was moving to and asked if they would deliver to the new address. They responded yes, they can ship to the warehouse near the new address and then deliver to me. On 9.27.22, the bed finally came in and they called to schedule delivery. I’m told they cannot deliver out of state and I have to come pick up my items. I talked to 6 different customer service reps and kept getting the run around. I canceled the order and asked for my 10% deposit back. They told me there is a 10% restocking fee so I’m not getting any money back.

Never Again. Although the team in the store itself is wonderful, the company is a disaster when it comes to inventory and delivery. I was prepared to wait a few weeks to receive all pieces of the bedroom set I ordered. I was not open to 2 months of games and run around with pushed back delivery dates and misleading info on pick up and availability. When this nonsense started 2-4 weeks after ordering the furniture, I wanted to return the already received items - to avoid a continuation of this negative experience. I was told it would be resolved in 2 weeks. So, I kept the items past the return date - on faith it would be resolved. The nonsense continued another month and a half. I really like the furniture, but I regret the treatment that I received that questioned my honesty and communication - and which had practically no respect for the time and schedule of myself and my household. For the price Ashley charges, they should have a much better basic concept of customer service and respect. Update 09/01/2022: Information had been sent in an email as requested a week ago. No word from Ashley since. Not surprised. Updated rating = 2 stars down to 1. Avoid this place. Update: 09/29/2022 Still no direct communication from Ashley on their investigation into my experience with their business. 👎🏼
