Everything went great, James helped me measure almost every couch on the showroom floor to see what would fit. We definitely ended up with the perfect setup for my new home. I am more then happy with my experience and cannot wait for everything to arrive!

Can't recommend at all. Ordered a twin mattress with a mattress protector. The mattress protector was in store so I went home with that but the mattress itself was in stock in a warehouse in St. Louis that required a transfer to the local DC close to me. When I tried to pick it up on the day I was told it would be ready I found out the DC wasnt even open on that day. When I returned in the next day that they were open they said it hadn't been transfered yet. 3 times I called and asked a status onnthe order and 3 times I was given a new date. Every time I showed up on the day it was to have been delivered they told me it had no been transfered yet and gave a new date. I ended up cancelling the order then they refused to accept the unopened mattress protector back because they won't accept anything back at all. Absolutely terrible business.

After waiting 6 months for our T.V. and having to drive to warehouse to pick up. We found there were no pegs they shelves sit on. Went to the store where it seems there best customers are the salesmen and lady's since they are all sitting down? Was told of a real bad solution is we could drive back to the warehouse and they may have them. I asked if we could just take the ones off a floor one. They could drive and get replacements. Salesmen ignored us we got a nice lady to at least talk to us and she was behind the back desk. Went to home depot 500 feet away got them for $2.00. Gas $4 a gallon to make 4 trips for them was ridiculous. I won't be back terrible customer service. 6 months to get it was bad enough.

Very poor customer service skills. Will sell you a warranty, won't send anyone out to fix anything. Wouldn't buy from here. Bought a whole livingroom set, didn't last a year. Electric motors went out & they wouldn't send anyone out.

Placed an order 1 year ago and the store couldn’t come up with the complete order, we ended up canceling about 7k worth of furniture and 3 weeks later we still don’t have our money back and cannot speak with anyone at the store, if I could give zero stars I would. 05/17/2022 Edit; Sent email on 05/17/2022 as requested by Ashley’s Furniture comment below, not expecting much out of their response team but we shall see. 05/18/2022 edit: Have not heard from anyone and still no money back. 05/19/2022: Escalations specialist contacted me about 1 item pending delivery, she knew nothing about my refund thus haven’t seen my money back. 05/20/2022: No word from anyone and no money back. 05/23/2022: No updates, no refund. 05/24/2022: Refund issued.
