ACIMA LEASING SUCKS! They are charging me for an item that I haven't even received although I was told in store by KEAGAN that I would not be charged until I received my order. After 2 months I have only got half of my order- I have been patient for that, but then after finding out I am getting charged now I tried to call KEAGAN at the SPRINGFIELD MISSOURI store MULTIPLE times (5 times to be exact) On the 5th time I finally got through and she said that it was "too late" because it is already processing. Well maybe if you would have picked up your phone the first time. Then she says she never got my messages. If this is how Ashley Furniture and Acima Leasing do business, after 15 years of getting furniture from their stores- I guess I'm done. They will not be getting any more of my money- or my family.

From start to finish this was a terrible experience. When we went into the showroom it felt like we were hounded, but five years ago we fell for the $299 insurance plan on our new furniture and it expired so we had $299 to spend. We picked out a table and pushed against allllllll the recommendations the salesman said. We really just want the table. After ordering we waited for about a month for it to get in and then one morning after my meetings, seven text messages and seven emails. SEVEN! All just to confirm we would pick it up on the day we said we would. "Hey Jonathan, this is gentle reminder..." Once I confirmed, we got three more texts and emails. Then on the day before pickup three texts and three emails to "gently remind" me that I would pick it up. All I want is the table. But when I confirmed this time I was told that I had to pick it up in REPUBLIC at their warehouse from 8-3 pm. First, I am hearing of this location or timeframe, so I scrambled and I was able to get there before 3 the next day. I followed the process to check-in when I was headed there, but when I got there I waited for 15 minutes for an employee to speak to me then 30 minutes to get my table. All I want is the table. From the predatory sales tactics to the mismanaged warehouse this was a terrible experience and will never go back to Ashley...but I did get my table.

I purchased a table and chairs from the Springfield Missouri store. Four out of six of the chairs or stools did not set level! I contacted the store and they referred me to their customer service, which is an online over the phone/ on lune communication.They had me send them pictures, which I explained to them would not show levelness, but I did it. Approximately two weeks later, I get a email asking was it the front or the back legs this is barstool type of seating which goes in a complete circle. I told them there was no front or back. They said there was two holes in the back legs I sent them a picture there was no hose in the legs at all. Approximately a week later, I get an email saying let us know when the parts arrive to your home so we can set an appointment. Then today, which is approximately a month out I called to check on the parts only to be told. They are being sent in from another country and will not be here until the end of the month or May. Very dissatisfied with the way they handle issues with Furniture once you have it in your home. I have purchased from this store before and never had a problem Customer service at the time of sell was excellent, but this is just to let people know if you have a problem you’re gonna be dealing with it for probably months.
