Ashley warrenty: bought some expensive furniture zero gravity and puncture resistant. Supposed to be able to hold up to 1000 lbs. No way!!!! One broke in less than a year. Had to order parts they shipped to house. Sat there forever bc you can't schedule appt until your part has arrived then it's weeks out from there. We have 2 other ones broken currently and it's been less than 1 yr 4 months- it's the recliner metal under is VERY weak( metal under that extends recliner). So would not recommend for kids. My parents ordered the same furniture shortly after us and Ashley furniture keeps ordering them the wrong parts and it's been MONTHS! Parents are disabled and I'm standing there while Ashley furniture is giving them the run around. Disappointed and would recommend going elsewhere. So I'm gonna have furniture that is constantly getting fixed I fear and after the warranty I'm out of luck I guess?

They sold me the wrong bed for the base I have and then it was an act of congress to fix the problem. They pass you around and 1 month later I have 1/2 a bed. Horrible customer service!

We bought sectional with 3 power recliners in February 2025 and was set up in home by their staff. It looked like the wrong color but they swore it was the right color and it seemed such a hassle to send it back so we kept it. By September two of recliners are making rough noises when reclining and appear to be leaning to one side. I have listened to my husband repeatedly-- I mean at least 20 or 30 times-- call their AI customer service and then whoever else they want us to talk to. I have watched my disabled husband crawl on the floor to take video at least 2 times because their company they contracted for repairs couldn't find the other videos previously sent. They finally shipped parts to our home. We waited for more weeks before a tech arrived only to say the wrong parts were sent to us. It's been another month and today they tell us more parts are on the way. I will believe it when I see it. It's December. Staff are sometimes rude and unhelpful and arguing about which claim number we are using and we didn't send pics. All this could be avoided if they use a tech to assess damage, order the part, and repair the part. I will shop at a second hand store before I buy new furniture with a so-called warranty again.

Great experience. Sales guy took us through the features and benefits of our Sofa and love seat and was will to warehouse it until our floors were completed, which took more time than expected. Also it's a great product. 5stars

Everyone nice and welcoming! Leah was so helpful and pleasant to deal with! I will go back! Haven't had my delivery yet so can't give yoy pics but, if the delivery people are as courteous as the Sales team, they'll get 5 stars as well!
