My sales person was Scott Wright, Very knowledgeable, very kind and friendly went over and above found an item similar to the one I was purchasing. I did purchase a couch with him. It went smoothly. I was in and out very kind man I worked with him before, and I got lucky and got him again. Get it I got Lucky 🍀 on St. Patrick’s Day!!!☘️

I shopped at Ashley furniture because I wanted white glove delivery of furniture put together beforehand or on site. My husband was moving into a care facility, and I am in my senior years and unable to put furniture together or handle big boxes. The furniture (sofa, bed, and dining set) delivered was great. However, there was a lamp delivered separately, and it arrived broken. When the truck arrived with the furniture to be set up, there was also a TV stand I had ordered. I had been told in the store that it might arrive put together, it might arrive partially put together, or it might arrive not put together at all, or the deliverers might put it together for me. However, I was told I had the option of refusing it, and it would be returned to the store, and I would be credited. It arrived in a box whose shape guaranteed that it was in small pieces. I told the movers to not take it off the truck. They left it on the truck and showed my delivery bill of sale, taking off the price of the TV stand. All good I thought. When I called about the broken lamp. I was told I had to deliver it to the store – not possible because it's in a very large box and heavy. They offered to send a new lamp, and I declined. I said I didn't want a lamp that would break so easily in shipping because I think it would break if I used it. Well, much to my surprise another lamp was delivered into my husband's very small ADA accessible apartment when we were not there. So now I have two large boxes and 2 lamps-- one broken and an identical one I do NOT want, totally in the way of a wheelchair. have called Ashley Furniture twice, and I've been connected with the cancellation department, but I still have two large boxes – one with a broken lamp and one with the lamp I declined before it was delivered. Every day since delivery which was over a week ago, I receive a message from Ashley to schedule that TV stand. I have talked to two different people, and another person in what they call the "cancellation department. " I don't think Ashley's people are listening to me. Or, even scarier, perhaps Ashley's furniture is trying to bully me into accepting a couple of pieces I do not want for valid reasons. I have no patience left whatsoever for Ashley furniture.

My daughter and I visited the store about 10 times before we decided to make a decision when my daughter and I saw that there were items on clearance. We decided to look at them. We found a living room set that we loved. She purchased the set. It was beautiful we loved it. When they delivered it they brought the loveseat, couch and chair in the house right away and it took them another 30-35 minutes to bring in the tables. When they brought the tables in they placed the tables at the door and left. When I went to place the tables where I wanted them to go both of the end tables fell apart. I mean they collapsed onto the floor. The coffee table was missing screws and it didn’t stay together. When the store opened we immediately took them back to the store. Three people came out to the car to see the tables and one gentleman said I can see if I can fix them for you which was very considerate. We appreciate him for that. This was horrible service. They didn’t even apologize. I don’t understand why they offered to fix instead of giving me my money back. I left the tables and when the guy had them ready we went to pick them up. I have NEVER had service like this before. Surely you wouldn’t have accepted this type of service. We end up making 3 different purchases and not one time they offered me compensation.
