Had a chair delivered four days ago from Ashley furniture in South County the chair is not working properly. The power head rest does not come out like it should and it makes the chair very uncomfortable. Ashley says that there’s nothing they can do about it and that we have to go through the manufacturer the manufacturer is doing nothing but giving us the runaround so here we are with a very expensive chair that we bought from Ashley‘s sitting in our living room that will not work and nobody wants You need to think twice before buying anything from Ashley, you’re not gonna get any help if needed. and you’re not gonna get Quality furniture. Next step is to dispute it on my credit card and with the Better Business Bureau. I have already called that number you posted. They were very unhelpful. The lady was downright rude. I had to ask for her supervisor. The supervisor wasn’t any better they were extremely rude and very uncaring like oh well it’s your problem plus they keep asking me to send pictures of the chair. I don’t get that at all. Why do you need a picture of the chair? It’s exactly like the one that you have in the showroom, except the one in the showroom works the one that you sent me doesn’t.

Worst company I ever have encountered. They sent me 5 sofas that were damaged and weeks after paying for the items, I do not have them! Be careful to inspect your items as they will try to sell you items that are new but will deliver furniture with rips, scratches, parts that are not working…when you refuse, they will then try to replace that item with the item that has the same issue….you must think their customers are stupid! Update: the response from the store is ridiculous. Calling that number will not get you to a solution and they know it! At this point I hope I ever get the items I paid for. Such a scammy company. They try to fool you by delivering damaged items and then ignore your efforts to get what you paid for!
