If I could give this place a 0 star review, I would. Awful awful place to do business with. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. After months and months of waiting for furniture we FINALLY received couldn't be put together because they didn't have the hardware to build it. Told the delivery guys to go get it from the warehouse and come back (we also offered to go pick it up for them). They said they couldn't because they were behind on deliveries. Turns out that our hardware wasn't even in the warehouse at all and had to be ordered. Estimation on arrival of hardware is mid October. Once it arrives we have to schedule time off work for it to be finally put together. Our dining set has been in pieces on our kitchen floor for a week now and it'll end up being a month or more before it can be assembled. Ridiculous. We even went to the extreme of buying our own hardware to build it ourselves...and none of it could be used because of special sizing of screws. We've called customer service and stated the inconvenience and all they could do was offer us a $78 credit on our account. $78 on a $2,000 dining set that we finally got after 6 months of ordering but can't even use. Unbelievable. Keep your $78. And my family and friends will all be warned to do business elsewhere. Side note: the manager of the south county store thinks he helped us out by having an associate call us for her to not do anything but listen to our issue and tell us we needed to wait at least 2 weeks for the hardware.

William was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure. One item I did not like was that it was implied that you get a monetary refund, if you don’t use the protection plan. Fine print says you get an Ashley credit for the refund. Two of of my three items have damage. I am demanding replacement of these items. We’ll see how this process plays out. I expect good results. The delivery guys were very nice.

Everything was good and I appreciated Williams help and knowledge. The one thing I did not like, is when he explained the protection plan. I wanted it but he made it sound like I got my money back, after 5 years if I did not use it. Reading the fine print, I discovered that Ashley only issues an Ashley credit for the protection plan money. That is a fairly bid issue and I would have liked to informed of that.
