I got a great deal on a nice desk and chair at Ashley furniture. The sales person Cynthia was super nice and made the process easy. I will definitely go back there to shop after we remodel our living room !

Can’t get anyone on the phone (not totally uncommon these days but still frustrating) Spent 35+ minutes shopping around in store and couldn’t get attention from any of the 5 workers we saw. Not a “welcome in” “can we help you?” Absolutely nothing. Found the couch we wanted and were ready to purchase. Ended up leaving, checking out Slumberland (they didn’t have the couch for us but A++ customer service.) Ordered from Ashley online and saved 900+ dollars verses in store. *adding now that we’ve received my order to compliment the three guys who deliver and got my sectional unloaded quickly. They were so friendly and helpful.

Von was a wonderful sales associate! Knowledge, thorough and personable! Answered all of our questions and gave us the best deal possible. Her managers, however, seemed a little inpatient with some of her questions. If I go back to this location, I will only deal with Von.

worst customer service I've ever experienced. they put the wrong bed rails in our order and it's taken nearly 3 weeks to even schedule the right rails for delivery, now delivery is gonna be another 10 days out. this whole time I've had to sleep on the floor and get nothing but a "sorry for the inconvenience" from every one I talk to
