After having an absolutely HORRIBLE experience at the Ashley Furniture location in St. Peters off Mid Rivers, I was ready to never spend another dime with Ashley again. The customer service at that location was beyond unacceptable, and the way I was treated left such a bad impression that I seriously questioned whether Ashley deserved my business at all. Thankfully, I decided to give Ashley one last chance, and I'm so glad I did! Valetine and Sara were absolutely AMAZING! They went above and beyond to turn what had been a complete customer service nightmare into an incredible experience. They were friendly, understanding, patient, and genuinely cared about making things right. They treated me like a valued customer, not an inconvenience. The difference between these two locations was NIGHT AND DAY! It's honestly shocking that two stores under the same company can provide such drastically different levels of customer service. If you're shopping at Ashley, I would strongly recommend avoiding the St. Peters location off Mid Rivers and coming here instead! Valetine and Sara have earned my trust and future business. Thank you both for proving that excellent customer service still exists! Five stars for this location and the incredible people who work here!
