The company delivery personnel absolutely suck, actually rating is no stars. They didn’t set up the sectional and didn’t even plug in the chair, they told my wife that they would continue setting up the furniture but they left with the front door wide open on a 20 degree day and then the real pain started and that was dealing with customer service and the delivery warehouse. I will never ever never buy another product from Ashley

I was told that my item was in stock and then filled out the credit info to do payment interest free. Then after my credit was ran I was told not all pieces were in stock. So now I have a credit hit because the staff is not educated. I do not recommend. You cannot undo a credit hit.

We bought furniture on July 4 th 2 of the 3 pieces are already leaning and the recliner jams up when closing , now Ashley sends you to a third party for the returns, the third party tells us Ashley never sent my info. It’s really a joke we spent good $ and we bought local. But the furniture is poorly built and I’ve been trying to get someone to replace them for over a month.

We were impressed when we first arrived. Someone greeted us right away and answered all of our questions. In less than an hour, we bought a chair. Since we left the store, however, we've had nothing but problems. We were given a date for the delivery two weeks after we purchased it, but our order has been changed three additional times since then, and counting. We were informed that we can no longer work with this store because we have to go through the warehouse. After weeks of automated calls, sometimes daily, I called Ashley Furniture again and asked to speak to a live person. I was given a different number to call, and that's when I learned that deliveries can take 2-16 weeks! Apparently this information is on the form we signed, but no one at Ashley explained this to us. The new delivery date is one month after we purchased the chair--assuming it actually arrives. If we knew it would take this long--or possibly longer--we would have gone elsewhere.

Salesman Paul was great but the rest was horrible. First, sent Black Friday coupon that was worth nothing. If you tried to buy something at sale price, not allowed 0% financing. If you wanted the “0% financing” then an additional 2% added to original price. So you are now paying even more for “0%financing”. What a scam. This use to be a good, honest company. Appears to be a greeedy, money hungry company now. So sorry Paul lost out on his commission, but I will not do business with a company charging for 0%financing

Was told we would get delivery 11/25. Received a message from Jason the general store manager that someone entered the ticket incorrectly and delivery would be several days later. When we tried to call back it’s impossible to speak to the person you need to. We were routed to the distribution center who told us that delivery was indeed scheduled for Monday 11/25. We have received a text to confirm delivery. Called the store manager to confirm since he was the one who called stating delivery had been pushed off. He then says it is a pick up not a delivery. The general manager is very rude and as a manager has no regard for customer service. Our salesman was great. The managers could care less if they get your business They make no apologies for error or try to make it right. It’s like ATT no one knows what they’re talking about and everyone has a different story. Customer service is dead. Our experience definitely does not have us wanting to go back.
