The experience in store was fine but once we decided to purchase, it all went downhill from there. Everything is automated with delivery and you cannot even speak to a real person. We were so excited to receive our delivery. However, through the automated system, they could not guarantee delivery at an appropriate time, which is now is delaying our delivery. Very disappointed.

An absolute JOKE! My Ashley furniture experience was terrible. -Went to the show room & the sales associate was rude & told me that I was unable to use a coupon or discount with the current sale. WRONG! So I went online & not only was it cheaper but was able to use a coupon. -Scheduled a self pickup through the automated service & they stated that the distribution center was open until 6pm. We showed up at 3:30pm & again Ashley was WRONG! It's only open tues-sat until 3pm. (upon further research, google says they're only open until 2pm, this is also wrong) -Due to they're confusion, an online rep was kind enough to schedule us a delivery for free. Well, they screwed that up too! It wasn't delivered on the day promised & when I called, an online rep lied about the reasoning. He stated that it wasn't at the distribution center yet & that had caused the delay. Sooo, due to being out of town on the rescheduled day, I decided to drive down to the distribution center, that same day & was able to pick up the item that "wasn't at the dist center". -I was finally done with this disaster, right??? Nope, one of the sections was missing the legs! I went online & chatted with a rep & she was absolutely clueless & couldn't find the legs we needed. So I called & finally there was one helpful person who works at Ashley & he found the correct legs, within a few mins & now I'm waiting 7-10 days for processing + whatever time it takes for shipping. -Uhhhg, what a joke! My family, my friends & anyone else I ever meet will be warned. -final thoughts: the folks at the distribution center were very kind & helpful. It's not their fault that the company as a whole is poorly run. A shout out to the lovely woman who helped me get my order & to the gentleman who expertly helped me load my truck. But, they should probably look for employment at a better company.
