I went to the St.Peters location and was lucky enough to get a salesperson who took care of everything,Deane was so kind and professional. I've shopped at other Ashley locations but Deane made this one stand out. I will go back to this location in the near future, thanks Deane.

We stopped in last week and talked to Kat. She was super chill, not pushy and listened to what we were looking for. Then we found a great living room set and she got us all set up. Furniture was delivered today and the guys were awesome. They verified all the electronics worked and set everything up like I asked. Couldn't be happier. Stop in and see Kat and they'll get you taken care of .

I have been shopping at Ashley’s for years. This is why I went back to them. However, when I received my furniture several items were damaged. Some needed a technician to repair. I purchased my furniture in January and They cannot schedule an appointment until March. I get a call that my phone says it’s from Ashleys wanting me to reschedule to February 23. I said great, yes. Come February 23rd no technician updated for time frame. I call and because I didn’t answer email instead of phone call no technician was rescheduled. If it’s not right the first time delivered good luck. Also, delivery people couldn’t speak English.

I had a great experience with Prince & Deane at Ashley Furniture. They both made sure that my experience was pleasant and as a customer I appreciated that they took care of my purchase with top notch customer service!!!

The experience in the store was great. But trying to contact someone at the store location is horrible! I have been trying to contact the sales person for 4 days with no success!

I highly recommend you stay away from Ashley Furniture! So my husband and I bought a couch set last year in January and literally before we got the couches delivered, we were already starting to have troubles. With Acima we were already being charged late fees even though we didnt even have the couch yet, and also they had a promotion going on where we wouldn't be given our first bill for it was either 60-90 days. Now some back story, prior to purchasing the couches we asked there sales rep Kris( who was fired not even a couple weeks after we got the couches) that if there would be absolutely any interest because if there would be we would not be purchasing the couches, we were reassured multiple times and also reassured by there Acima rep Brandon that there was no interest, well props to them for being liars and scam artist. Each couch was close to being $3000 each, well Acima( one of the leasing companies associated with them) gave us over $4000 in interest..... you read that right, a couch that was not even 3 grand ended up being over $7000 because of interest. These people will lie and say whatever they have too make a sale. I also wanna note, during the process when we were signing paperwork, I was having an anxiety attack and you could clearly tell I was nervous because this was my first time ever buying furniture and was wanting to build my credit and I absolutely feel they took advantage of that too make there sale. Synchrony is absolutely amazing but steer clear of acima! They will rob you blind!

I spent $12,000 on furniture at Ashley HomeStore in Saint Peters, MO, and the experience has been terrible. I paid $600 for white glove delivery, and both delivery attempts resulted in my couch being damaged. On the second attempt, the delivery driver came into my home smelling strongly of marijuana. I repeatedly asked not to have an extended warranty added, yet the salesperson added it anyway — it even showed up on my credit card statement. I am still waiting on the mattress cover I purchased. Customer support has given me the runaround despite my emails and texts proving the damages and issues. Buying furniture should not feel like dealing with a used car salesman. Extremely disappointed in Ashley HomeStore. If I could leave zero stars I would.

I was very happy with the service by Katt Rhodes. She was very knowledgeable and she gave me a great deal on the furniture I purchased.

We walked into Ashley to just look at their bed frames, but found ourselves testing out almost every mattress the store had to offer. Alex Keim was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we tested well over 10 different mattresses not knowing what we were looking for. He listened to what we wanted out of a mattress and was not trying to push us into a sale when we decided to think on our decision. We came back the following day and he was just as helpful and we closed a deal that we were happy with. We also talked to Krystal and she was a very helpful and nice sales associate.

We changed a series of plans to accommodate your shipping dates if it's not going to be on that date just tell us when we're there. Not only that but we had people here on those dates to help move some other furniture around to accommodate the new piece of furniture... you have changed everything by delaying our date.

I want to say that Alex was very courteous and professional! He patiently listens to all your needs and does his best to help out ! He will definitely make your experience pleasant ! He was the main reason we shopped at tha location! Kudos!

Dear Ashley Furniture Customer Service, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent purchase and the lack of communication surrounding my delivery. On January 9, I visited an Ashley Furniture store and purchased a bedroom set. At the time of purchase, I was clearly informed that my items would be delivered on January 14. Before leaving the store, I completed and signed all required paperwork, including my signature. As of today, January 13, I have not received any delivery confirmation, delivery time, or communication regarding my order. Due to this lack of information, I contacted the 1-800 customer service number. During that call, I was informed that my order had been placed on layaway due to a missing signature. This information is incorrect, as I did sign all required documents before leaving the store. This situation is frustrating and concerning, as it has delayed my delivery without my knowledge and contradicts what I was told at the time of purchase. I am requesting that this issue be corrected immediately, my order removed from layaway status, and my original delivery date honored or updated as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention.

I think some of the products they have are overpriced, and didn’t have a wide variety of bedroom furniture choices. But my salesperson did her best to accommodate my budget and got what I wanted in my budget. I thank her for doing her best!

Purchased a product then the next day went to the distribution center. Upon arrival there it was noted that the store did not upload my signatures so the entire process took about 3.5 hrs to fix. Very disappointed in the service.

I came in to buy a couch that I found online. I found the couch in the store and was helped by a store associate, the name was Krystal Ershen. The couch I looked at in the store had a sleeper in it and was priced at $1200. I told the associate I wanted the couch but In another color option which was the light grey instead of the darker grey. He then told me the price would be $899 which I thought was a great deal for the couch being a sectional and having a sleeper. He then told me I could pick up my couch that upcoming Friday at the warehouse in south county and it was all in stock. I then drove 45 minutes to the warehouse that Friday and they told me they only had one part of the couch. They only had the right arm sofa and not the left arm chaise. I was told the left arm chaise would not be in until January 6th. I then took home the right arm sofa since I already made the trip out there and got home and discovered it did not have the sleeper in it so I was very mislead by the sales person. So I was lied to by the salesperson and was very disappointed because I made a trip out there expecting to get my entire couch. The experience as a whole was horrible and I would not recommend this place to anyone. They did nothing to fix their mistakes or compensate me for anything, I am very disappointed in the service by the store and warehouse as a whole.

Other than we found the chair we wanted and it was available for pickup right away, I hated every bit of that experience. It felt 100 percent like walking into a car dealership. All the way down to showing me 4 or 5 options for financing without just showing me the bottom line number. Which in turn made me have to break out my phone to do math to ensure I was not getting bamboozeld. I was trying to buy some chairs not a Mercedes. Even the sales associate that assisted us, as nice and helpful as she was trying to be, could not answer my questions because she said “this is just the program they make us use!” It’s been a long time since I have been in an Ashely and this reminded me why. I wish I could just walk into and get to business. Spent an hour in there just to finally purchase two chairs. Ridiculous!

My experience at the Mid Rivers Mall location of Ashley furniture was very pleasant. I was welcomed when I entered the store. I was asked why I was there and directly taken to the piece of furniture I was looking for. The manager on duty and the sales woman of the mattress department were very helpful and took care of my purchase efficiently and quickly.

Alex provided EXCELLENT service! He was thorough, efficient, and sold me additional items without any added pressure. I'll definitely be back!

Connie was fantastic. I told her I was looking for a new mattress, firm & no pillow top. She took me to the new hybrid. No not for me. She took me to the 2nd mattress. That was it. She did not overwhelm me with mattresses that were not for me.

Thanks to the relaxing experience we had with Emely Chitava as our guide and professional, we walked out without dream sofa. From the initial contract to the delivery 3 days later, I can’t recommend Ashely enough! We will be back.

I went in twice to look for dining room set. Both sales representatives were very kind and helpful. The third time we went in to finally make the purchase a different floor wrap helped us, but she was not friendly. She made it seem like we were a burden to her evening. She never smiled. She never said thank you, we had to make a change because we found a cheaper one and she was going to match the price, but she said “you should’ve started with this”. As she had to redo the paperwork which didn’t take very long, she just seemed irritated with us

My recliner was delivered. It does not recline when I pull the lever . I called the store was given a 1 800 number I sent pictures as requested but have not as today gotten anyone to replace or fix it . I’m disappointed. I will call again this week .

Where do I start?! Prince was wonderful with assisting me with my purchase. The problems started at the delivery stage. My furniture delivery was delayed. Upon finally receiving the furniture two gentleman that barely spoke engish delivered and set up the furniture. This made communication difficult. I originally ordered a couch with the sofa bed but the couch came without it. I attempted to explain this to the delivery guy. He didn’t want to take it back. They assembled my bed and they struggled to assemble it. Not even a few months later my bed started falling apart. It was under warranty so I filed a claim. Six months went by and all I received was text messages saying parts would be delivered in 2-4 weeks. I called customer service mutiple times and I was told the parts were coming. One rep attempted to get me a refund because I had been waiting so long for the parts. Her manager offered $30(I still have not received it to this day). After waiting six months and having my brother rebuild my bed so I could sleep on it I had to go in the store and speak with a manger. I explained the waiting time, my bed being rebuilt by my brother just so I could sleep on it, and the overall poor service. The following week I received two pieces of wood and legs for my bed. Once again I contacted customer service as that was not sufficient to fix the bed. I was told I had to take more pictures of my bed and send more pictures. At that point it would be determined what would happen. The moral of this story is Ashley furniture doesn’t value their customer once they have your money.

Prince has gone above and beyond to make our experience as positive as possible.

She helped me try different types of mattresses and took the time to explain the features and benefits of each one. We also went through several sofa sets and bedroom options, and not once did I feel rushed or pressured. What truly set Emily apart is that she stayed with me the whole time and gave me her full attention, which I really appreciated. She also made sure all my questions were answered. I’ve visited this store before, but I’ve never experienced service as exceptional as what Emily provided. Emily is truly exceptional at what she does, and she made my shopping experience amazing. Highly recommended!

Ashley Furniture really needs to start paying their employees an hourly wage. From what I’ve seen online, they only make around 4% commission (capped at 8%), which isn’t much at all when you do the math. Maybe if they earned an hourly wage, they wouldn’t feel the need to be so pushy. Every time my husband and I go in, we end up leaving before we even get a chance to really look around because the employees constantly hover and won’t give us space to browse.

The people st the store were great. I came in mad because I had tried calling the store but only got the corporate options which did not answer my question. I wanted to know if they had a certain item on display but no option to talk to store. Then drive there to find out they don't have it in display. They showed we a different chair even bringing it up to the front of the store as chairs too far in back for me to walk to and their wheelchair to small for me. So I had them order the one I found on line and they were great to work with and even gave me a discount because of my troubles.

Beware of Deanne. She acts like she is your best advocate. I found a bed frame I liked at Ashley furniture. I asked her if she could give me a discount - or at least discount the $79.99 delivery and set up fee. She said that she could not - because the delivery crew was a 3rd party- not afflliated with Ashley Furniture. I called a different location in St. Louis - who gave me a 50% discount. If she is your salesperson- call around to another Ashley store and you will get a better deal.

Ended up visiting O’Fallon location and purchased from there due to the sale manager lady at mid rivers wouldn’t take no for answer when we told them we would like to pay out of pocket. She told us it will be a better financial choice . I came here for furniture not for financial advice .

Tried to use our “No Use No Lose” certificate that was worth $299.99. Sales person didn’t know how to process it. Charged us $99 for protection plan that we told them we didn’t want. They weren’t able to refund it at the store. Spent weeks making phone calls and trips to the store trying to get the refund. In the end, we only got $220 of our $300 that we were supposed to receive. Don’t expect Ashley to honor their coupons when you don’t use their protection plan.

Krystal was the sweetest & made my first experience very easy, highly recommend!

They do not deliver on their promotional promises. They sweeten the pot on your purchase by telling you that you’ll receive hundreds in promotional gift cards. The store manager acts like he’s working on getting you the promotional gift cards you were promised, but every time you talk to him he has a plethora of excuses. But when I contacted the promotional company, they told me they had not even received a request from Ashley Furniture. Stay away if they’re offering fake promotions. Will never recommend Ashley Furniture because of this.

We’re so happy with our purchase and so appreciative! Delivery was quick and easy and the date was moved up for an earlier delivery!

Purchased a $6k leather couch in June 2025, and the couch is great. But the sales pitch included a $300 gift, in the form of a prepaid Mastercard. That’s a nice little perk when spending that kind of money. It’s been over two months and have yet to see the $300. The manager says they’re working on it every time I reach out. But, at this point, it certainly doesn’t seem like they’re working on it at all. Be weary of their fake promotions they use to sway you to buy. New Edit: it’s now September 26th and no one from the store or corporate office has rectified the issue. They just run us around in a circle. They absolutely suck.

However, they were able to work with us on pricing and the security of knowing my warranty was good, delivery would be exceptional and timely was worth the final difference, and I feel like I have a group that I would purchase from indefinitely because of their overall excellence and knowledge, as well as their customer service skill that made the experience, relaxing, and easily my best shopping experience for any home related Item! When we wanted time to look at our options and make a decision, we were allowed to do so without being pushed to purchase, consistently interrupted or having to hear any bad mouthing of other companies or options, which also ultimately helped me make the decision to purchase from Ashley’s St. Peter’s store, which is not the closest one to me. I returned to the store after interaction with Emely previously and would highly recommend her to anyone. I look forward to future purchases with Emely and Prince. Great job to whomever hired them!

The visit to Ashley was pleasurable. I was able to look at everything in the store at my own leisure and then was met by Alex. Alex was wonderful in answering my many questions and looking up items I has seen on-line. He explained the mattresses and the bases and differences between cal king and a regular king. Then we looked at the reclining sofa and matching loveseat I had questions on and explained that it was top grade leather. Alex was the best in making sure my order was accurate and everything I wanted. I will recommend Ashley and Alex 100%. A wonderful experience and so pleased with my purchases.

Ladies and gentlemen let me tell you this place has amazing furniture I literally fell in love with everything here this is a great place to go and get furniture for your home I recommend it highly. Customer service was amazing but you can tell some of the customer representatives who are new so please be patient with them as they are still learning their products and learning how to sell you items.

I will NEVER buy another piece of Ashley Furniture again. I was sold a high end recliner at an inflated price to begin with, until I went home and found some information from another seller that they are selling the exact chair for less than HALF of what I was sold the chair for. They did decide to price match and sell me the chair at the lower price, however once I had the chair delivered. The delivery guys showed up an hour and a half late, and rushed the delivery. It was delivered on a Friday evening, and I was out of town over the weekend I tried using all of the chair functions on Monday evening when I got home. The lighting on the chair does NOT work. I called the store to see if they could send someone out to either fix or swap out the chair if need be. The store hung up on me for using the word "Damn" in frustration with the responses I was getting. I called back again, and was put into an endless loop of being transferred to different customer service agents. I was FINALLY given a number to send a text message to. This texting system to submit a claim in the most absured thing I've ever heard of. I'm going to have to flip this huge heavy chair over to take pictures for this automated system in order to even start the process of a claim, on a chair that was delivered as faulty at the very beginning. The manager at the store told me over the phone that they are "Very clear" with all of their customers that they have to call back within 48 hours if there are any problems with the chair. This is a LIE! I was never told anything of the sort during my buying process. They LIE, they are NOT even remotely close to honest with they customers about pricing and they DO NOT stand behind the products they sell! This is the worst experience I've ever had with a furntiture company! DO NOT BUY from ASHLEY Home Store! Save yourself the frustration and buy from ANYONE else!

Kayne really knows his products. He helped us find the right furniture. The store provided a credit which was nice, but, getting the credit issued by corporate was a huge hassle.

I want to preface this by saying I live on the Illinois side and came all the way to this location specifically to work with Kayne. He was great and got me exactly what I wanted at a perfect price. Look forward to making more purchases with him in the future.

Poor quality furniture. We decided to splurge on a master bedroom set and it has been a headache ever since. The pieces were delivered quickly but put together poorly with misaligned drawers and dented upholstery on our headboard. When reaching out to Ashley for guidance on how they could make it right, we are jumping over hurdles and making phone calls as they never follow through with what they say they will do, if you can even get connected to the correct person to begin with. Its been a very disappointing experience. I strongly advise shopping elsewhere!

Came into the store with a good idea of what I wanted but Connee went above and beyond to make sure I was exposed to everything this location had to offer! I also had no idea where to start when picking a mattress but again she narrowed it down to an easy selection process and I couldn't be happier with my purchase(s).

The service that we received made shopping fun. The store was well lit. Everything was arranged very nicely, and it made sense. All of the prices and sizes were laid out for all of the different pieces. We previously went into the Ashley furniture off of Highway K and did not receive any service. When we walked into the Mid Rivers location It was evident that the team there wanted to help you find what you needed. The store manager, Prince approached us and made everything so fun and enjoyable. I will definitely go back to the Ashley future Store located off Mid Rivers in the future.

This review is just our store experience. Will try to update after delivery. Best furniture selection from what we saw. We went to 4 stores altogether and Ashley's styles and prices were the best. We weren't necessarily looking for the cheapest, but it happened to correlate with our favorite styles. Kayne, our salesman, was helpful and wasn't pushy. We picked a new sectional that was unique but had all that we wanted. My only caution and reason for 4 stars was the Ashley card surprise. As we were checking out, I had to ask if the financing was a credit hit and Kayne explained it would and we'd get a 'card' (not credit and only for Ashley itself). It felt hidden in the fine print. Not a massive fan of that, but fortunately the furniture and our situation didn't make it a deal breaker. Be aware of this if you go in and they sell you on the financing option!

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE. If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I bought a bed frame up there 2 months ago. Made sure I asked Connie the sales women up there if it had all the hardware with it and she said yes. I took it home to put it together and there was no hardware not even a screw. So I called up there she said let me see what I can do. I never got a call back. I went up there and everyone was as siting around and didn’t even acknowledge me. the only person that helped was the ware house guy and he helped to the best that he could off but still nothing. I talked with prince the manager he told that that I needed to call customer service. I called customer service They never once returned a phone call and told me many of times They would call me back. They never did. Finally customer service told me that I had to speak with the store manager. To get a refund when the store manager told me that I needed to talk with customer. So I call the store talk to the manager and he told me that he would put a ticket in.. He also told me he would call me back and he still hasn’t. This has gone on for 2 MONTHS

I purchased a tempur-pedic mattress from them and I specifically requested for my old mattress to be removed. The sales lady told me that they would take it as long as it was in decent condition, however when the delivery people came they told us that it wasn’t scheduled as a pick up as well. I called corporate and they assured me I would receive and email to set up the pick up, never came. I then went to the store to talk to them and Alex was kind enough to call the third party movers and they said they wouldn’t schedule it. I was told I would receive a call back to see if a local place would be able to accommodate and I have received nothing. Make sure that the removal of items are a part of your order.

Salesman Kayne Nation ghosted us after our spending $12,000 on purchases with the promise of a gift card they were promoting for approximately $600.00. We never got the card. Despite several phone calls and two in person visits to the store, we were promised results and never got them. Prince was the manager. He ghosted us as well, as did everyone we spoke to. We only wanted what was promised. Customer Service said there were no notes in our file about the gift card and the store manager would have to help us. He will not call us back. We will NEVER deal with Ashley again. They lie and bait you. Plain and simple. Pity since we do like the furniture and this was our third living room suite. No one there would know the truth if it bit them.

However Connie was so amazing, perked us right back up and was extremely helpful with all our questions. I would give A zero if I could!! We purchased a bed from the clearance room. We specifically asked were all the parts there and tge salesperson said why of course they are. After removing the old bear and bringing in the new bed we opened the box that we were told had all the parts. There were no instructions, no hardware , and the sides did not even go with the bed. We immediately called the store with no answer. Drove back up to tge store. All those people who are so willing to help when you walk in we’re no where in sight. We were told to call the service line. Then told they didn’t have parts or instructions. We had to make a different selection. Tried to talk to tge store manger who did not want to help he said once again call the line. The very next day we brought the bed back and they refused to take it back. They sold us a bed that had no parts and the wrong sides. I was told they would call me back in 2/3 days!! Will never shop there again!

I purchased a $900 reclining sofa less than a year later it was peeling. The stitching was coming out. There’s a year warranty from the store and they refuse to warrantee anything.

The designers Connie and Cassandra were a tremendous help. They found the perfect table I was looking for. The previous comment was posted before the entire Ashley experience was completed, so I am recanting my original 5 star rating. I ordered 2 sets of bedroom furniture on 4/10/2025. The order was delivered mid-May on a Saturday after waiting all day the "white glove" technicians/movers arrived about 8pm and didn't finish till approximately 10:30pm. The next morning I inspected the furniture, The bed did not match the dresser and night stand and was assemble incorrectly. I called the store several times to get this resolved. My messages were not returned and they kept telling me to call customer service. I had already called customer service. Besides being unhelpful and rude, they said the store had to do something. This went on and on for weeks. I also ordered 2 tables and 1 did not go with the room. I requested a refund and kept getting denied and got the same answer "there are no refunds". I would have even accepted a store credit, but this was not an option. I had no knowledge of this policy or the sales people ever communicating the no return policy. The 2nd bed arrived 2 weeks later. It was the correct, however only half assembled. There is a 4 foot large box of parts sitting next to the bed still. How this was missed...no idea. The 2nd "white glove" service was also kind enough to leave all packing materials in the living room, along with a few mystery black screws and washers. I called customer service again today (7/5/2025) and they knew nothing about exchanging the bed and the store had to make the request. I called the store AGAIN and was greeted by an unpleasant person Kat. As I was talking she placed me on hold without my knowledge, then the manager Prince came on the line. He was actually helpful and advised he would get the situation rectified. That remains to be seen. After my experience with Ashley, I will never buy from them again. The sales people were great at the beginning, but after they got their money...Ashley was unhelpful, unpleasant, difficult to deal with, and simply didn't care. Hopefully, Ashley will take this feedback constructively and change how they treat their customers.

I purchased some furniture in November. One piece never came. I kept having to reach out to the customer service team number but they kept giving me dates that never came. I finally received it yesterday… 5 months later. Never once had a follow up followed through on by the store.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve been dealing with this issue since—the day after the item was delivered hours later than promised. From the beginning, I’ve had to chase down your team for updates, with constant follow-ups and broken promises of callbacks that never happened. I was repeatedly told a refund was being processed and that someone would schedule a pickup, but no one ever followed through. I even visited the store in person, where the manager, Prince Holmes, confirmed a full refund and noted it on my account. He gave me his personal contact info and confirmed the refund again via text. Still—nothing. I’ve spoken with multiple customer service reps, including Ingrid Duenas and Jade Gould, who acknowledged the refund in the account notes. Yet no one has done anything to resolve this. I’ve submitted documentation, texts from the manager, and account notes—all confirming that a refund was approved. This is clearly an internal failure that no one is willing to take responsibility for. To make matters worse, the mattress was not what we were shown in the store. It’s extremely uncomfortable, and now my child has had to sleep in my bed because her bed is so uncomfortable. The store lied, the manager lied, and I’ve been left with a product we can’t use and no refund in sight. Absolutely unacceptable. I’d never purchase anything from Ashley

Everything changed once I got into the store. Furniture piece I wanted was listed online as $599. Told at store they had to honor online price but it was out of stock at that price but can buy it at $799. So in-stock for higher price doesn't make sense. When I questioned the price difference I was told prices change daily. However when I e checked online again it was still listed $599 and clearly does not say out of stock. Appears to be bait and switch. The sale ad quoted 25% off entire store but I'm told it's only 20% off. Ad also had 80% off clearance. I saw nothing in clearance that was 89% off. But I did get to buy an item for 50% off. That is not the experience I want when making a purchase. Loved the furniture which is why they even get 1 star. By the way I was at the Mid-Rivers Mall location in St Charles MO. A previous purchase from Ashley Furniture was in O'Fallon MO. It was a pleasant experience.

If I could give them zero I would. Came in the store knowing exactly what I wanted. There was 3 employees one wearing a lab coat outside all smoking and talking. All three watched me and my wife walk in not a single hello or anything. Once in the store we saw another lady who walked away looking at her phone. We walked around the store say 3 more associates sitting at tables (makeshift workstations) with tablets in front of them on their phones. One lady was just watching TikTok’s. After walking around the store twice and no one still not saying hello we went and sat on what we were trying to purchase. I went as far as looking at the signs on it breaking down the “sale” and pricing. 2 more sales people walked by still not so much as a hello. This entire time I saw 3 other groups of people also looking for assistance and no-one helping them. After 30-40 minutes we gave up and left. The parking lot had 6 vehicles in the area I parked and 6 more on the other side. I counted 7 sales people who didn’t want any sales. Went to Bob’s across the street and brought what we saw at Ashley for $100 more. Well worth paying more for a sales person who actually wanted a sale. If you’re reading this don’t waste your time, or money. They don’t want it anyway.

Walked in just just as the doors opened, walked out in just under an hour with a new bedroom suite and mattress. Kayne was on point and did not pressure us. Wonderfully experience and love the new location on mid rivers.

Placed an order in store, customer service was great. Wrote down the phone number to be contacted for delivery, was told by 3 separate people it would be delivered today. As a physician, I took off an entire day since they didn’t know the time and rescheduled all my patients. They then turned around day-of and said it wouldn’t be delivered for another two days. Inconsiderate for people’s time and money. Will be recommending people against going here in the future, and receiving a refund. Edit: Slightly overreacted after reflecting, but disappointed to say the least. The people in-store are great from the start, it’s the corporate third party scheduling that needs a revamp.

I was met at the store with a friendly staff and the manager introduces herself to me. Katt was my salesperson and we got along fine as if we known each other . She made sure I understood anything I wasn't sure of. The whole process was quick but productive. If I need anything else I would definitely go back to that location

My husband and I went here hoping to find a new sectional for our living room, and we ended up with two at an unbeatable price. Kayne and Prince were absolute gems. They took care of everything, even though it took a while. Kayne was patient and just all-around amazing. We did not feel rushed or obligated to purchase anything. He was able to answer any questions we had, and his suggestions were spot on to our needs. We are beyond satisfied with the services that we received!! I went in looking for a couch and came out with the perfect couch and bed combo at the Mid Rivers location . Connee was able to assist me and answer all of my questions. I love how she listened to what I was looking for and able to guide me in the right direction. I didn’t realize I needed a new bed until she showed me all the different kinds and how they can support me especially with having past injuries. It felt like a no brainer being able to have better sleep. I would definitely recommend Connee for your shopping needs. She was amazing!!!!!!

We enjoyed going to Ashley furniture the sales people didn't follow us around like at other furniture stores,( we feel like a sales person that follows us around puts us off), so it was nice to be welcomed into Ashley then left to view items without pressure.When we did need help we had Emely who was so very helpful and a pleasure to work with, as my daughter and I waited for my husband to arrive and then went over the features again for my husband. Enjoyed the in store experience so far, delivery is coming up hopefully that goes smoothly as well.

We worked with Emely and she was a lovely, knowledgeable and fun person to work with. She went out of her way to answer a ton of questions and was very patient with me. Haven’t received the mattress yet but the sales experience was very nice.

BEWARE- ALL SALES ARE FINAL AT THE ASHLEY HOME STORES. THEY HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY. I purchased a model of sofa shown on the Ashley Furniture website at the Ashley Furniture Home Store. I wanted to try it at the store but could not because the stores do not carry that model. They refused my request to look at it at the warehouse. I went ahead and ordered it but once I tried it out at home I knew instantly it would not work. I read on the website that there is a return policy but the Home Stores do not honor that policy (or the prices shown on the website). IF I HAD ORDERED DIRECTLY FROM THE WEBSITE, I COULD HAVE GOT IT AT A LOWER PRICE AND I WOULD HAVE HAD A RETURN POLICY. I called customer support for the Home Stores and was informed that the Home Stores have a NO RETURN policy. The website is apparently run by a different organization than the Home Stores and have different sales policies. This is seems like pretty shady business practice if not false advertising. DO NOT BUY FROM THE ASHLEY HOME STORES !!!

Very helpful staff and gave me a 25% off deal for my new couch!

My wife and I are disappointed in the delivery of our furniture. Our salesman assured us that we would receive our furniture on X date. I called customer service to check on the delivery, was told by the robot that my delivery was schedule for the same date we were told in the store. But something seemed off. I continued to talk to a customer service rep. He let me know that the items were actually going to be delivered weeks later because one of the items “wasn’t available yet”. So there are two explanations in my mind. 1- their system doesn’t actually book and prioritize their inventory. Or 2 - the salesman lied to us. Either way, not good.

Bought a couch but because I couldn't open any new credit because of a closing I was offered another option (Acima) to finance. I was charged an additional $342 as an additional amount for early payoff. This payoff was a week a later. I will never use or recommend Ashley's in the future as none of this was disclosed to me when I was completing the process in their store. If you are going to offer another service in your store you should vet those services before offering them.

If I am shopping at Ashley in the future I would request Alex to assist me.

My mother and myself went to Ashley's just to look at some side chairs for my mother who is a senior and needed a comfortable chair to sit in while watching TV, little did we realize that we would make a purchase. Kris who sold us was very attentive, patient and was convinced that my mother would find a chair. I must admit that I was a little skeptical at first but Kris absolutely sold us. Excellent service at this new Ashley store on Mid Rivers. I walked in just to see what they had. I have been looking for a sectional for over a year. I have been to no less than 6 stores and had very little hope of finding one today. The store was brand new, bright and clean. I walked around for a bit before I was approached by a representative (which I appreciated). Prince asked me what I was looking for and asked questions and listened to my answers. He showed me a couple sectionals and all the features. There was zero pressure to buy and he answered every question I had about the sectional which I ended up buying. From start to finish it was the most pleasant furniture shopping experience I have had. Everyone in the store was exceedingly friendly and I will definitely be back!

Ordered a very expensive sectional. was having home renovations done, so it took a few days to be opened and put together. as soon as it was taken out of box and put together we could see it was broken. Ashley has no return policy so now I’m stuck waiting for them to send a technician to come fix a brand new piece of furniture. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never shop with them again and I will always tell everyone who comes over to see my home renovations about the horrible experience I’ve had with Ashley furniture.

They did not have any non motorized furniture on display.

Kayne Nations is a great salesman. Kayne listened to us, showing different pieces he thought would work for us. He was never pushey.

The sales experience was fine but the delivery experience was not. I choose store pick up which was scheduled for a Monday. After a 45 minute drive to the pick up distribution center they were closed and apparently closed every Monday. When I called customer service at first they were adamant that I would need to pick up another day. I was clear in the resolution I needed and eventually Ashley agreed to delivery at no charge.

Chrisandra Burman was the salesperson who helped me today, she was extremely friendly and helped me make sure that the process went smooth and took the stress out of buying new furniture. I will be returning to this location simply because of the wide variety and friendly customer service I received from Chrisandra.

This store cares more about the sales than the people and their visions for their home. Kayne greeted us and was very helpful, but then tried to keep selling us on something we said was out of our budget and not exactly what we wanted. He kept trying to make it work for us, have to appreciate the effort. But then Tiffany became involved and it was so pushy that I wanted to bolt for the door. After telling her the set was missing my main preferred pieces and over budget, she asked if we’ll take it for $500 more and “work with her”. Constantly asked “what would make you close the deal today”… such a sales based environment. Left, went to Carol House, and paid $4000 for everything I wanted with free delivery and great quality.

Came into this Ashley because my wife and I wanted to purchase some chairs for our dining table. Upon entering we were greeted by a salesperson and then left to look (which we appreciate). Upon finding the chairs we were interested in, we saw on the table that there was a breakdown of costs associated with each piece in the table set. The sign said that 4 chairs were priced at $150. So we found our salesperson and asked about buying 6 of them at ~$38/piece. She said that she could certainly ask and then took us on a tour of the facility that lasted 30-40 minutes trying to sell us things that we were not interested in. When we told her we were thinking of leaving she rangled us over to a desk and got her manager. We stated that 4 chairs were priced at $150 and the manager began instructing the salesperson to make adjustments to match that price for 6 chairs. However, the salesperson stopped the manager and then said “Oh that’s how they are priced as apart of a set, they can only buy them for $120 for 2 chairs. So this person wasted an hour of our time knowing full well that they would not honor the price they have the chairs listed for in the showroom. Why are you advertising pieces in a set for a certain price and not honoring it? If I want a dresser that is apart of a bedroom set, can I not buy it for the price printed on the signs displayed in your store? We decided to go spend the extra money on nicer chairs at a competitor who didn’t lie to us and waste our time.
