Found the perfect recliner I was looking for

I hadn’t shopped at Ashley before this weekend-but I'll definitely be back. Kayne Nations and the team at the St Peters store were great. He was helpful but didn’t hover & helped me find great new chairs for my dining room. I highly recommend!

We had a tremendous experience with this location and working directly with Prince. He was kind, courteous, respectful and understanding of our specific needs. I am looking forward to receiving our new furniture in a timely manner.

I came in about 45 mins before they closed to look at their bar stools. Emeley came over and helped me. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. I went ahead with the purchase and sat down with her to go over everything. I could’ve sat there and talked to her all night. It was one of best, most pleasant visits I’ve ever had there. Kayne was great to work with, motivated to sell, and worked with us to stay within our budget. This was our 5th time purchasing from Ashley and the best experience thus far. Highly recommend Kayne!

I was told on the telephone that the couch I wanted to see was on the showroom floor when I arrived it was not. So I could not see the color. The recliner of the set was there in the color gray but the power cord was cut so I could not recline it or check, the lumbar support. The music was so loud we were yelling to each other just to have a conversation. In the end I bought a more expensive set, but it felt like bait and switch. Our salesman KAYNE was very nice and patient and worked hard to get me a good deal but the whole situation Was shady

Alex was excellent. He even took the extra step to find out for me the size of the boxes. My grandson is picking up the furniture that I purchased, therefore, I needed to know the size of the boxes.

Excellent service at this new Ashley store on Mid Rivers. I walked in just to see what they had. I have been looking for a sectional for over a year. I have been to no less than 6 stores and had very little hope of finding one today. The store was brand new, bright and clean. I walked around for a bit before I was approached by a representative (which I appreciated). Prince asked me what I was looking for and asked questions and listened to my answers. He showed me a couple sectionals and all the features. There was zero pressure to buy and he answered every question I had about the sectional which I ended up buying. From start to finish it was the most pleasant furniture shopping experience I have had. Everyone in the store was exceedingly friendly and I will definitely be back!

Ordered a very expensive sectional. was having home renovations done, so it took a few days to be opened and put together. as soon as it was taken out of box and put together we could see it was broken. Ashley has no return policy so now I’m stuck waiting for them to send a technician to come fix a brand new piece of furniture. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never shop with them again and I will always tell everyone who comes over to see my home renovations about the horrible experience I’ve had with Ashley furniture.

They did not have any non motorized furniture on display.

We went the grand opening of the store in St. Peter’s. The event was very nicely done. I found a living room set and Kayne was very helpful but not overbearing.

Store is beautiful. We were helped by Prince. He was great. Knowledgeable, friendly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Kayne Nations is a great salesman. Kayne listened to us, showing different pieces he thought would work for us. He was never pushey.

The sales experience was fine but the delivery experience was not. I choose store pick up which was scheduled for a Monday. After a 45 minute drive to the pick up distribution center they were closed and apparently closed every Monday. When I called customer service at first they were adamant that I would need to pick up another day. I was clear in the resolution I needed and eventually Ashley agreed to delivery at no charge.

Chrisandra Burman was the salesperson who helped me today, she was extremely friendly and helped me make sure that the process went smooth and took the stress out of buying new furniture. I will be returning to this location simply because of the wide variety and friendly customer service I received from Chrisandra.

Just bought some great new furniture today. Salesman, Kayne, is awesome. I recommend him highly. Kind and patient through the deciding. Go see him. Furniture very nice at an excellent price.

This store cares more about the sales than the people and their visions for their home. Kayne greeted us and was very helpful, but then tried to keep selling us on something we said was out of our budget and not exactly what we wanted. He kept trying to make it work for us, have to appreciate the effort. But then Tiffany became involved and it was so pushy that I wanted to bolt for the door. After telling her the set was missing my main preferred pieces and over budget, she asked if we’ll take it for $500 more and “work with her”. Constantly asked “what would make you close the deal today”… such a sales based environment. Left, went to Carol House, and paid $4000 for everything I wanted with free delivery and great quality.

Amazing selection and the service is excellent

Came into this Ashley because my wife and I wanted to purchase some chairs for our dining table. Upon entering we were greeted by a salesperson and then left to look (which we appreciate). Upon finding the chairs we were interested in, we saw on the table that there was a breakdown of costs associated with each piece in the table set. The sign said that 4 chairs were priced at $150. So we found our salesperson and asked about buying 6 of them at ~$38/piece. She said that she could certainly ask and then took us on a tour of the facility that lasted 30-40 minutes trying to sell us things that we were not interested in. When we told her we were thinking of leaving she rangled us over to a desk and got her manager. We stated that 4 chairs were priced at $150 and the manager began instructing the salesperson to make adjustments to match that price for 6 chairs. However, the salesperson stopped the manager and then said “Oh that’s how they are priced as apart of a set, they can only buy them for $120 for 2 chairs. So this person wasted an hour of our time knowing full well that they would not honor the price they have the chairs listed for in the showroom. Why are you advertising pieces in a set for a certain price and not honoring it? If I want a dresser that is apart of a bedroom set, can I not buy it for the price printed on the signs displayed in your store? We decided to go spend the extra money on nicer chairs at a competitor who didn’t lie to us and waste our time.
