Loved our experience with Ashley Furniture. Cyndi Lane (our sales person) was so patient and understanding. She is very knowledgeable about the stores stock, and very friendly. Exceptional customer service.

This was the first time my wife and I had been to an Ashley Furniture store and we left very impressed. Our sales woman was Laura and she immediately greeted us with a warm welcome. We went into the store with a general idea of what we were looking for and she helped us find it right off the bat. Laura is by for the least pushy salesperson I’ve ever encountered when shopping, gave us plenty of space to wander, and anytime I had a question she either had the answer or got the answer from management so that I got the information I needed. Even the other sales associates and management were in good spirits making it a very welcoming environment. We had a great experience with this location, both with personnel and selection and we highly recommend this location!

My husband and I came in today after seeing a sectional online that we were interested in. When we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome from Laura. She was a big help throughout our whole shopping experience. We looked around on our own and when we settled on the items we wanted, we let Laura know we were ready to get started with our purchase. She was able to price match our items and get everything ordered for us. Overall it was a very great experience. We will be returning soon!

Sales representatives and personnel inside of the store were fantastic and helpful. Purchased roughly $7000 worth of furniture only to be given a different delivery date on multiple occasions. Logistics does not fall under the personnel at this location so I do not fault them for that. However, after 3 different shipping dates I grew exhausted with waiting for my furniture to be delivered and canceled my order. I understand that logistics can be the Achilles heel when providing a service based upon supply and demand, recommend purchasing furniture and mattresses that are actually in stock to avoid a month plus wait. I cannot reiterate enough though that the employees inside of the Washington branch were helpful and care.

This store has something for everyone! The sales professionals are all knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Everything is set up so you can imagine it in your home! Oh, and did I mention how goood it smells in there??!! You can't shop for furniture without stopping into this place!

When I walk into the Missouri Furniture/Ashley store in Washington, it’s a total wonderful experience. The selection is endless, with all the custom choices, I’m able to pick the style, size, color of sofa I want.The staff is friendly & professional & this is JUST what the Washington area needed!

Tommy Knox was extremely helpful while we were looking. It was not an in and out visit and there were multiple emails during the process. He knew the importance of what we needed and why and pointed us in the best direction. He was able to get the furniture delivered to us in a timely manner as well. Once they delivery we will be set.
