Amazing experience!!! I have been furniture shopping in multiple stores in Arkansas and Missouri, this has been the best store. The customer service is above and beyond!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Even went above and wrapped our purchases for the trip home. Only downside was not having more than one type of mattress that we were looking for. However I can’t necessarily fault them as they carry what is in demand.

Took the time to show an old man a new recliner and didn't even push for the most expensive one.

The two recliners advertised would need to order, wasn't told that when I called Friday. So I gave my lift chair away to make room for new recliner plus got a neighbor with pickup from mountain View,to haul it . So I was stuck to get one so I picked one that was 449. The only one that they had to take home without ordering one. So I asked how much he could knock off, I was told 10 dollars, my surprise I was lied to, I got nothing taken off.

We are new to the area and went in to pick out furniture for the home we were closing on. When we placed the order they said everything would be delivered by the 3rd or 4th week in August. I followed up on 8/15 as we closed on our house and they said it would be the last week of August or 1st week of September. Called the 1st week of September they said the tv stand would not be in until the end of September which I said was unacceptable. They said I couldn't cancel my order although the Ashley in Springfield had everything in stock. Finally got a hold of the manager the next day and he said he could get us everything but the tv stand the following week which was acceptable. The then came to deliver the tv stand this week only to find out it was damaged and missing pieces. Feel like they strive to get the sale and then the follow up and continue to push the delivery date further back. Feel as though they are very misleading and since they aren't owned by Ashley their service in lacking. Would never order from them again and would just go to the Springfield location.

Wow fantastic service from Jason and Sabrina. We were having a hard time finding a mattress. They listened to our requirements suggested a new hybrid mattress. Helped us decide and voila we went home with a brand new mattress!! Way to go both of you.

MY HUSBAND HAD A BUSHHOG ACCIDENT BACK IN OCTOBER, HE HAS HAD NO USE OF ONE OF HIS LEGS SINCE THEN. I WAS AT A LOSS FOR WHAT TO DO. MY HUSBAND AND I COULDNT BE MORE HAPPY WITH OUR PURCHASE AND THE STAFF AT THE WEST PLAINS STORE. THEY HAVE EXTREMELY REASONABLE PRICING FOR GREAT QUALITY OF PRODUCT. They were very accommodating in helping us find what we needed and at a reasonable price. UPDATE... We purchased 2 twin xl so we would have a king size bed for personal reasons. When I slept on my mattress it was too firm. It didn't feel like it did in the store. It had a mattress cover on it. We returned to Ashley Furniture the next day and they wouldn't accommodate us. We were told that we could not return or exchange the mattress. They showed us where we signed a paragraph stating it was a final sale. When you are busy purchasing furniture they have you signing papers so quickly and not thoroughly explaining them. If I knew that I didn't have any guarantee whatsoever I would've passed on buying the mattresses. We ended up buying another mattress so they would match and giving the other one away. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

My visit was very easy! I knew what I wanted looked at 3 Items made my choice. The manager was friendly gave me a brief description of the sales and what the placards meant. I paid and was out the door. I have done business with Ashley's furniture in a couple different regions knowing that they are franchised, they all carry quality merchandise and obtain knowledgeable and friendly sales staff.

Dalton helped us with a couple of weeks ago and we were very pleased with his assistance. We’re looking forward to our mattress and kitchen table & chairs delivery!

Clean store and adequate selection. Amanda and Jason made our experience and we certainly appreciate the staff help with finding the right piece. We needed a couch that could hold up to constant torture between animals and kids and still fit into our budget. July 2024 After having a horrid experience in a Springfield store. I decided to give the Brand Ashley’s another try with hopefully better customer service. I arrived at the store upon opening on a Sunday and Dalton greeted me. We talked and he had completed my sale within 30 mins of my arrival . He was awesome his job. I felt satisfied walking away with a 4 week timeframe for delivery. Received my table and chairs. Unfortunately it came in damaged and I didn’t see it upon delivery. Very next business day I called Dalton and he put in a service/work request. He was once again awesome at his job. It took another 6-7 weeks to get a new table in as they weren’t able to repair the damage . Oct 24 I have received my Brand New Undamaged Furniture and I am completely satisfied. The best part is 0% finance SAC with synchrony credit . This table feels very sturdy and well built . Many years of use to come Thanks Dalton

It was my 1st visit in our West Plains Ashley Store, and I found exactly the right accent chair for my living room, a very comfortable rocking chair! Barely 24hrs later it was delivered and the drivers also took away my old chair for me! AWESOME customer service by the store manager, he was ESPECIALLY helpful as he assisted with my purchase from the moment we arrived in the store! Many thanks to everyone! I am a happy customer! And now, 🤫, I think I may take a nap 😉... so so comfortable...

My Wife and I were very pleased with our recent experience visiting the Ashley Store in West Plains, MO. All of the staff were very professional, we were able order our Recliners. I would recommend this store for anyone shopping to update their house.

The gentleman at the Ashley store was very nice. I had a special situation and needed a little extra help. The guy was very understanding and they even delivered my purchase the same day.

I have worked with Cody West at Ashley in West Plains for at least 3 different purchases since they opened. He’s always been incredibly helpful, and I absolutely LOVE the couch that I got from there. When it was first delivered, one of the wood framing pieces inside of the chaise part of it was broken (not to any fault of the delivery guys). One of the delivery guys noticed it first and pointed it out. Right then, they took pictures of it and contacted whoever needed to be contacted to get a replacement for it. They allowed me to keep the broken chaise while waiting for the new one to arrive, so I wasn’t without part of my couch. I had the new piece in one week, and it was easy for them to switch it out. I just ordered new furniture for my Mom, as she is moving into an assisted living center. Cody was kind and helpful while we were there looking at options, and he arranged to have it all delivered to her new apartment in the assisted living center, all within this upcoming week. I would HIGHLY recommend Ashley in West Plains, and specifically Cody West there!

They have lots of different kinds of furniture in their store. The store is laid out attractively. Cody sowed me right to the lift chairs, explained how each chair went looked at worked and found a different color of theodel I wanted at a different store. He worked with me on the delivery time also. Altogether, an excellent experience.

Looked at multiple furniture stores looking for a leather loveseat. Walked into this store and within 20' of the entrance we saw what we were looking for. A young lady rep welcomed us and showed us other couches and then worked up a price for the loveseat and matching couch. We were happy with the price and bought both. She was very helpful and courteous. Was a good experience and first time we were in the store. I can't remember her name, but she sure made our day.

I did by a matching couch to my previous purchase but I was disappointed that the west plains store doesn’t honor the specials that I receive by email regarding financing and discounts at Ashley’s stores. . I had received email regarding special financing on mattresses. Drove to the store with a trailer thinking I would purchase only to find out they don’t honor it. Probably won’t be back.

I very HIGHLY recommend asking for Mrs.Sabrina. I was shopping around for the perfect mattress for me. I have medical issues and she helped me find the best one for me. She DID NOT do like some customer service people do by telling you to come find them if you have questions or find something you like. She PATIENTLY showed and explained to me every single bed. Even when I asked the same question more than once. And I even layed on every bed and even tried the same bed multiple times. She does everything possible to help you find what you are looking for. She doesn’t push you to the highest item. She understands your budget and needs. I will DEFINITELY be going back to see her and I’m DEFINITELY going to recommend her to everybody. This store carries a wide range of products, but I have found the prices to be on the higher side. I appreciate supporting local businesses, but when the prices are significantly higher than their own online retailers, it makes it difficult to justify the purchase. I hope they take customer feedback into consideration and consider price matching their online store to remain competitive in the market.

Purchased a Purple mattress and pillows. Excellent salesperson who really knew his product line! The only thing preventing the fifth star is that I had to pay more than I would have thought for delivery (local) as well as removal of my old mattress. Seems that for the cost paid for the items we purchased, local delivery would have been either free, or a at a much lower cost than we were charged.

It was a furniture store it had what I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. Service was acceptable if perhaps a little over eager

We went in to purchase a headboard. Cody approached and asked if we needed help. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us what was available. He didn't pressure us or follow us around. He always found the answers to our questions. We ended up purchasing a headboard, footboard, 2 dressers, 2 night stands, a swivel chair for our bedroom, 5 new barstools, a couch, loveseat, chair, end table, new dining table and 6 chairs. After we got home, I realized we didn't have room for the the night stands we bought. I called and Cody helped me switch them out for smaller ones in the same suite that would fit. Then while the delivery team Joey and Zerek were here we realized that the love seat and couch were not going to fit in our living room and after several calls with Cody with decided on another chair instead and some lamps and decorative items. Cody is so personable, kind and professional. He was so helpful without being a pushy salesman. He felt like a friend. The delivery team was amazing as well. I cannot say enough about how their great happy attitude and how well they worked together. They were super professional and knew exactly what they were doing and got it done quickly. They were extremely personable as well. If you want amazing furniture with an amazing no hassle shopping, customer service and delivery experience, definitely go to Ashley West Plains and see Cody, and have Joey and Zerek deliver and setup your furniture. They are worth every penny.

After a few weeks of shoulder/neck pain from my old bed, I decided it was time for a change. The associate who helped me was a gentleman named Mike, who just happened to specialize in mattresses! He was very thoughtful, helpful, and patient in helping me make a good choice. He had lots of great information to provide and helped me figure out my preferences and what I might require in a new bed. Of course, like a pair of new shoes, a new mattress has to be broken in (as a young adult learning these things, I now know that), but I believe I’m going to be much better off now.
