Jill at IKeating is amazing and the delivery guys were great! I brought Jill a pic of a sectional I found at another furniture store but they didn't carry it. She was able to custom build and order it as I wanted...and she saved me almost $1000 over what the other furniture store was going to charge.

We were looking for a dining table. Richard showed us several to pick from. He sent us to Keating, their sister company as well. We came back the next day for a table at Ashley. We decided to get a bench as well. They had the perfect bench for the table and both were in stock. Thank you, Richard, and staff for getting us out the door in a timely manner.

Excellent service

Out of all the stores I decided to try this place. I managed to buy a nice bed set with a cabinet and mattress. Just be prepared to spend a good chunk of money. Even with the discounts and promotions it still cost me several months of my paycheck. But the staff is super friendly and really seem to know their stuff. I also like how I didn't feel pressured to buy something way outside my price range or taste. The only thing that kind of offset my trip was whoever took my payment. They didn't seem to want to interact with me or was having a bad day. Kind of just felt like another "customer" sort of.

This store is huge!!! An incredible selection of high quality furniture. Our sales lady was Cher, she was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted, at a reasonable price.

We went to the Ashley Store looking for a Purple mattress. Our salesman, Matt, listened to our needs, and along with the store manager was able to get us an incredible deal on the floor model of a better Purple mattress than we had hoped for. Great service. We have never been into Ashley before but needed to furnish our new home. Toby greeted us when we walked in and immediately let us know the sales they were promoting. He then gave us space to browse on our own which is much appreciated. We would stop to look at a piece and he would come express cool features or information about said piece. He was so helpful yet not overbearing. I wish all sales people were like Toby! He needs a raise! We furnished our dining room, living room and bedroom with his help!

We came in to look for a recliner chair for our living room. I had very specific needs and criteria for the chair. Our salesman, Andrew Paynter, was very knowledgeable and patient, as we were there for an hour and a half shopping for one chair! We did leave with a purchase and a very sincere thank you from Andrew even though I am the one who should have thanked him for his grace and generosity of time. The store showroom was set up with easy walk through flow. We were greeted by very friendly staff with no pressure to buy. We were told of the sales on the floor. My husband went one way as I went the other. Looking for a new living room set. The price was in our budget and was available at the wearhouse which really sold us being 7 days before Christmas.

We were in town from Washington and had some time to burn. I need a new sofa at home and we stopped by here. We were greeted by a nice welcoming lady. Then Richard Vance helped us. We were up from with being out of state and he chose to help us. He was Amazing!!! We didn’t know some are franchises. If we could have purchased from him we would have right there. He showed us the perfect set and material that dogs can’t scratch and water pools up on it. And it is so comfortable. Thank you Richard for your great helping spirit.

We have bought quite a bit of furniture over the years from Ashley. Good quality, pretty big selection if you can't find it on the floor the sales associates can look it up on a big screen for you to see Toby was great, no pressure just helpful, very knowledgeable. Great experience.

Toby gave us excellent service when we purchased furniture today.

My wife and I purchased a very expensive patio furniture set. Purchased the extended warranty. We filed a claim that was “mis-filed”. Once found needed more pictures. Already sent pictures but that didn’t matter. Sent more photos. Still not good enough. The set was in winter storage and they wanted it outside. Once it was outside and more pictures sent warranty expired. I called Ashley on two separate occasions and was told both times that they would honor the repairs and it never happened!

It’s so nice buying your first ever BRAND new sectional, they leave from setting it up and guess what a piece doesn’t work, took several phone calls to get them to come back out to look at it, couldn’t figure it out left “ordered a new part” hear absolutely nothing for over a month. Made calls and couldn’t get any answers, finally got a whole new section of the sectional. Couple months later another part goes out calls them, they come out on Sept 9th couldn’t fix it cause they need to order the part & guess what we don’t hear anything from them. Go into the store on 10-16 to get nothing but excuses and then offered for the 5th time in store credit for a new sectional… BUT why would we do that if something breaks on the new one we will still wait 6 weeks for any type of communication and we will have to reach out to you guys because you can’t communicate with your customers who are spending thousands of dollars on your POS products. Renea in customer service is condescending and snide. Dont waste your time or money with them

Customer service was good. Selection was average at best. It has typical furniture. Nothing special or customization is either not available or limited. It is a take what we have available, custom orders or customization is not something they are interested in providing to the customer. If you are looking for that don't waste your time at Ashley.

Bought a chair from them about 2 plus years ago and I added the warranty. I want to say I usually don't get the warranty because of the fact that I can't stand dealing with the companies when their products break down I'd rather just throw it away and start over. After 2 years of continual constant use by larger people LOL. The mechanism broke in the chair. I called Ashley right away and they return my call. I was unavailable due to vacation. However, when I got back I called them again and they are so responsive. I have never liked doing warranties because getting them to your house is always an issue having them in your home all day moaning and groaning and not wanting to warranty their stuff once they get here. There's always been an issue. Well not today from Ashley. Steven, the repairman showed up on time, he is very courteous, he told me it would take around 20 minutes to fix tops and I was like oh yeah right? Right but okay come on in. He literally changed out the huge mechanism in about 5 to 7 minutes and he thanked me, took his stuff. We tested the chair out and he left. What an amazing experience. I recommend. Ashley, because not only was their repairmen great, they did not give me an ounce of problems with the purchased warranty. How amazing was that.

We recently bought two Purple brand pillows from here and we thought they were going to be great. Well, we loved the pillows but they were too tall and we really wanted to return them. I called and talked to Mario and he made the exchange so easy!! I went in and got two new Purple Pillows that were standard size and it was so hassle free! We absolutely love our new pillows and we will be Ashley Furniture customers for life! We also bought our couch from here and we love that as well. The service and staff are awesome!!

My husband and I have bought several items from Ashley now. We've visited other furniture stores in Billings just to see what they have to offer and to try to spread the money around, but every time we've ended up back at Ashley and making our purchases there. Ashley's excellent customer service, great deals, and wide selections of furniture types continuously surpass other stores in the region.

Very helpful and not pushy I’d definitely shop there again!

Bought a table back in September 2022 told them I had kids need something durable. Fast forward to not even a year old and the finish is coming off, I took out the extended warranty so called they do nothing over the phone so life happened and never got around to it. The finish kept coming off with soap and water so did the warranty on line as manufacturer defect well it's not covered surprise. This is the second time I've been burnt by ashley furniture and let's face it stuffs more expensive now days. Now I'm stuck with a two thousand dollar table that's grey but will eventually be white. Very disappointed and would not recommend this table to anyone.

I worked with Tyler Clampitt and I can say I had an amazing experience. He greeted me at the door with a helpful and kind demeanor and let me know that he was just there to help and not to try and get me to buy something I didn't want. When you're working with a sales associate its a pretty fine line between helpful and annoying and not one moment did he cross that line. He let me walk the building without following me around and whenever I had questions he was close by to help. He was very upfront about what he would do in my shoes and the best bang for my buck and nothing felt corporate, everything felt family run. Compared to the couple of other furniture stores I went to, Ashley blew them out of the water when it came to staff and price. I cannot recommend Ashley and specifically Tyler enough. I also talked with Mario and a couple of ladies who were very kind as well.

I wasnt sure which color couch to get because my fiancé wasn't available so I told Toby (salesman) that I wanted to purchase what I wanted but thought it might not be what my fiancé wanted. He told me that when I got home and we talked that if I needed to change the color to call him and he'd take care of it. I ended up having to change it and it was taken care of as he said. We Just moved to. Likings and didn’t have any furniture. We went into Ashley and they bent over backwards to find something they could deliver right away. To top that off they even delivered to us on a non schedule day. I would highly recommend them.

We decided to move the queen adjustable bed frame ourselves. Never again…had no idea now HEAVY it was. Love the frame n Purple mattress. Our sales lady was excellent n found everything we wanted in a very short time at a great price, too.

Great low pressure buying experience with good flexible financing options

The staff is very helpful and friendly but the furniture leaves much to be desired. I bought a sectional couch and my fault for not looking at it closer but it is incredibly cheap. The ottoman for example cost over $400 and I seriously doubt there is more than $10 of materials in it. I can hear a plastic layer under the fabric and the frame is junk. This is barely college-dorm level furniture. I already am awaiting the day it wears out so I can replace it.

I really enjoyed my experience during my first visit ever to Ashley furniture. My dad had purchased furniture there many times but this was my first. When I walked into the door I was greated and not bomb bartered by salesmen. I was able to look around also with out nagging from salesmen and I was able to easily make my purchase through Toby ( very kind salesmen who was very understanding about my situation and was able to work with what I had). The checkout process highly simple and quick and I saved thousands. I will be back for more . I recently bought from Conlins furniture ( where you get hounded and stocked by salesmen) and I over paid for a table set by at least $600. I purchased a mattress and dresser at Ashley's and spent only 25% the price I paid for a small table at Collins. Go to Ashley's furniture next time you shop, you will be pleased. I went to try and find a little office stand. I found a wooden chair that was in the discounted section but no stand. As Travis was looking on their website for a stand, I couldn’t help but look at the beds. My current bed is 18 years old and I’d been thinking of getting a new one. The 1st Ashley store I went to I wasn’t comfortable with the salesman that greeted me. At that place I saw a stand but it was sold and when I told that salesman that was the type of thing I was looking for, the answer was yeah, that’s sold and walked away. Well duh, but he didn’t want to do any extra work so I left. Apparently dressed in sweatshirt and baseball cap with my hair ticked under on a Sunday just made Mr L think I didn’t have enough money to waste his time on me. I stopped at the store next to that Ashley without knowing it was an Ashley too. If I had known I wouldn’t have stopped. But Travis Brownell was very nice and let me look around without stalking me. He tried working with the size I needed for the stand, and I laid on all the beds. Travis took the time to tell me about the benefits of each bed and never pushed one over the other. He had me try all of them and let me find the one I was comfortable with. He never pushed the higher ended beds or frames on me, he let my back and neck find the right one. I never found that stand, but I walked away with a new purple bed, an adjustable base, new headboard and bed frame and dresser. And my special chair find lol. Thank you Travis!!

Bought a great sectional here.

A few years ago we ordered a electric reclining sofa and loveseat. We purchased the extended warranty as I was not confident that this would last even though the salesman guaranteed that it would be worth the investments. Now it's been 2 years later and it has been a complete nightmare dealing with their repair team. They do not return your calls. The lady that orders the parts the technicians say continually orders the wrong parts and sends the tech out only tell me that it is the wrong parts you ordered. Every time I have had to call and wait many weeks even months for callbacks. This is now been going on for 4 months and all I can say is do not order anything from this company if you think it will require maintenance in the future. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU! They will wast your time and you will loose many hours of taking off time from work. So far I have lost over 6 hours of work meetings with appointments only for them to tell you they ordered the wrong part or was sent with wrong part or even bring a part that had absolutely nothing to do with the product you have. It's been absolutely ridiculous. This does not also include the many messages left and waiting for callbacks. Never and I repeat never have I got a call back. I have always had to repeatedly call and listen to many excuses as to why that person is not there. How on Earth can a company stay in business when part of their business is totally and completely incompetent. Please take this from a person that is just trying to make it in this world. The sales people at this company are not your friend. They will completely lie to you about their service and service plan.

This is not a reflection of the service I received from Ashley. Everybody has been very nice & helpful. However, the couch we purchased (Aspire or something) has got to be the worst fabric I’ve ever had on the couch. It’s piling so bad! They said because of the warranty I purchased I could receive new covers, but I can’t imagine the piling not just happening again. Every couple of months, I have to sit down and shave off all the piling, but it still doesn’t look as tidy as it did in the beginning. There’s no way that this would be considered a There’s no way that this would be considered normal wear and tear. Very disappointed. Hopefully someone sees this and does not buy this couch!!

Well the service person seemed to be pretty good. What im upset with is how your store screws over veterans. You give a veterans discount unless you are already giving a discount. The service person said they can't give dual discounts. So you tell me how veterans get any discount unless nothing is already on discount. I feel that is pathetic and false advertising and disrespectful to all veterans including myself.

I got a new mattress and box spring and it was super quick and easy buying them. Everyone in the store were very nice and helpful. They confirmed that the mattress and box spring were in stock so I could take it home that day! It took FOREVER for the loading crew to get the mattress and box spring out to me 🤦🏽‍♀️

We ordered a sectional and a king size bed from Ashley the last week in July. We also purchased the protection plan on the sectional we'd ordered. Shortly after receiving it, I did submit a claim and over two months later I still haven't received a call back on it. More importantly, when we ordered the bed, I asked our salesperson numerous times if we had ordered ALL the pieces which she confirmed each time. Ashley called us on August 26 and notified us that our bed had arrived and was available for pickup. We had someone lined up to purchase our current bed so we contacted them and they came and took it to make space for our new one. We then went to Ashley to pick up our bed. After unpacking everything and beginning assembly, it became clear that we were missing multiple pieces. We went back to the store and they stated multiple times that we had received everything. Finally, days later they realized that they had not ordered all of the pieces to our bed. Renee called us within about a week and told us that she'd ordered the missing parts and that since they were shipping directly to our home, we should receive them by mid to the end of the following week (first week of September). After we didn't receive them within that timeframe, we called back to Ashley and spoke to a manager who informed us that was not actually the case and they couldn't actually tell us when the parts would get to us or even when they would ship. After several days of more back and forth, they said they'd hoped the parts would ship by the end of September. As of writing this review on October 27th... three months after ordering and two months of sleeping on the floor because they'd told us our bed had arrived...our parts still have not shipped. We are returning our bed at this point and will order from elsewhere.

Had great customer service from the start! We had a few issues and Travis jumped in and made sure they were corrected and we were taken care of. Thank you. We will be back for future purchases.

Absolutely wonderful. Woman who helped us was great! Only problem we had was a woman named Donna at the front desk who was on a personal call was VERY upset with me that she had to get off the phone to help us set up a delivery. I thought maybe it was my imagination that her behavior was that bad, but then my sister asked what her problem was...so definitely not! The salesgal though called and even checked multiple times to make sure the items of furniture I bought were good, which I was impressed by. I would definitely buy again from her again.

We were told our item was on next truck and should be here 1 to two weeks. Called Ashley after two weeks and was told it hasn't even been put on truck. Our invoice shows 1 to 4 weeks. In order to get sale, salesman said it was on truck. They will have full 4 weeks. Then we will get our money back. That's why you use credit card.

It has been almost 6 months since I ordered a bedroom set and it still isn’t in. I just keep getting told “it should be next week” “I will call on Monday” then they continue to not call me until I call them. Very poor service for a nationwide company. I just want my bed off of the ground 😭

My wife and I are moving to Montana soon and we need to buy new couches. The young woman who helped me was very professional. She stayed with me throughout the entire process, and gave me her full attention. She wasn’t trying to hop in between me and other customers. She answered every question I had no matter how trivial they may have seemed. It is the first time in my life I have felt like I walked out of the store with exactly what I wanted, and was not forced or talked into a bunch of extra stuff I didn’t need. I knew exactly what I wanted & the sales associate, Elsa, took me straight to the recliner section for me to see...I found exactly what I was looking for & made my purchase in no time flat! Multiple emails have been sent and after jumping through 4 different people to finalize claim we still have no progress. Our salesperson, Heather, is amazing. We went in to buy a bed and we left buying 6 dining room chairs, couch, loveseat, and recliner, oh and of course the bed! After the bed arrived we also decided to get the matching nightstands and tall dresser..Heather was wonderful in keeping us informed on the arrival of our furniture so we were never left wondering. The headboard had some slight damage and we were given several options on how to resolve the issue to our satisfaction! Now I need to give Heather a call to get end tables!

So far so good. Ordered my furniture, supposed to be here in 4-6 weeks. Fingers crossed it will be here on time. Toby was great to work with, very helpful.

If my daughter didn't specifically want the Realyn dresser I would have walked out after five minutes. Peyton Pederson, the salesperson, wore her mask around her chin and refused to put it up even after I told her my family had just recovered from Covid, and masking up is a good idea. Very disappointing and disrespectful. Probably won't visit this Ashley store again.

This was my first experience purchasing furniture direct from Ashley, my wife and I always purchased It from resellers in the past. We like Ashley furniture because it’s made extremely well and well worth the cost when compared to other furniture manufacturers. Nice that I have to ask your salespeople for assistance, because I'm not worth their time. Thanks for the 30 seconds of time spent with me on an item I was very interested in buying. Not sure why none of your salespeople want to sell furniture or even talk to their customers.

I was greeting by a very nice young sales woman, she listened to what I was wanting, and she showed me exactly what I was looking for, she was not pushy and was very helpful and answered all my questions that I asked honestly. I would recommend Elsa to anyone and I will work with her again.

The bed set I ordered was not meant for a king size bed. Soft wood for supports and only 3 of them for a big bed. Maybe a 1/2” wood stock rack of them. The rails the supports pieces sit in we’re not screwed in. As soon as I laid on my newly put together bed set one side had fallen off and made me very upset. I ended up fixing it myself. Another issue. I ordered a kitchen table set, when it had arrived the chairs had chips and the table even scuffed up. Waited 6 weeks just to find out it had been sitting in inventory getting scuffed up and called to have them come fix it or replace it. They had told me it would be another 2-3 weeks for someone to at least come look and diagnose the issue. Not very happy with Ashley furniture. Built like Walmart’s finest. After breaking the bed frame out of the box and having to fix it myself rather than wait for weeks on end. I’m very upset.

Toby went so far out of his way to help us. He was patient, understanding, and accommodating. He went above and beyond anything I would ) have ever expected. While other stores sent us home with empty promises of future shipments, he found a way!

Horrible Customer Service I would not purchase from this store again. First is took weeks longer to even get my sectional that I was told would be in by Christmas and it was after the new year when it finally arrived. The cup holders were then missing the bottom piece so they ordered me new which took weeks to get and then never even received a follow up call to see if they worked, and they didn’t. The stitching started coming apart and they had to order a new piece that also took a month to get in. We scheduled service to come and switch it out and they didn’t show up. So now I sit with the stitching coming more and more apart and they tell me that I will have to wait another week. Not good service at all.

Someone helped me right away, she was very helpful. Good prices for queen size bed frames👍 low on I'm stock items.

My husband and I had shopped at several different stores for three days looking for the perfect couch, we finally came across a sectional that we loved with a ottoman that was fabulous with it. The price was great so we went ahead and purchased it along with the protection plan. The salesman Lucas at the Billings Montana store was great, the only problem I had was when checking out the lady behind the counter was not very helpful didn't explain anything to me I'm still not sure where the protection plan information is or what to do if I do have an issue.

Heather was super patient with me and my husband, she helped us to find a couch and a kitchen table set that worked for our space and that we loved. Will be coming back again.

Unfortunately, I didn't catch the salesperson's name, but she was very nice and very efficiently pointed us in the right direction based our budget and needs. She was great, we quickly found what we were looking for and it only took about 2 minutes to check out. We came back a couple hours later and our dresser was waiting for us wrapped at the dock. Not to mention we got a grear deal on a clearance unit! Great service!
