Great furniture at a great price.

I bought a sofa and love seat. Richard is a great employee. He has helped me make great purchases.

It was a very pleasant experience. The staff was attentive, but not overbearing. They were knowledgeable about their products and informative. I would highly recommend this store.

We were in town from Washington and had some time to burn. I need a new sofa at home and we stopped by here. We were greeted by a nice welcoming lady. Then Richard Vance helped us. We were up from with being out of state and he chose to help us. He was Amazing!!! We didn’t know some are franchises. If we could have purchased from him we would have right there. He showed us the perfect set and material that dogs can’t scratch and water pools up on it. And it is so comfortable. Thank you Richard for your great helping spirit.

We have bought quite a bit of furniture over the years from Ashley. Good quality, pretty big selection if you can't find it on the floor the sales associates can look it up on a big screen for you to see Toby was great, no pressure just helpful, very knowledgeable. Great experience.

Toby gave us excellent service when we purchased furniture today.

My wife and I purchased a very expensive patio furniture set. Purchased the extended warranty. We filed a claim that was “mis-filed”. Once found needed more pictures. Already sent pictures but that didn’t matter. Sent more photos. Still not good enough. The set was in winter storage and they wanted it outside. Once it was outside and more pictures sent warranty expired. I called Ashley on two separate occasions and was told both times that they would honor the repairs and it never happened!

Very helpful, not pushy at all. Was pleasant working with Cher.

We were greeted by Lucas at the door. He then guided us to what we were looking for and was very helpful in our decision to buy the sectional and ottoman that we chose. 😃

It’s so nice buying your first ever BRAND new sectional, they leave from setting it up and guess what a piece doesn’t work, took several phone calls to get them to come back out to look at it, couldn’t figure it out left “ordered a new part” hear absolutely nothing for over a month. Made calls and couldn’t get any answers, finally got a whole new section of the sectional. Couple months later another part goes out calls them, they come out on Sept 9th couldn’t fix it cause they need to order the part & guess what we don’t hear anything from them. Go into the store on 10-16 to get nothing but excuses and then offered for the 5th time in store credit for a new sectional… BUT why would we do that if something breaks on the new one we will still wait 6 weeks for any type of communication and we will have to reach out to you guys because you can’t communicate with your customers who are spending thousands of dollars on your POS products. Renea in customer service is condescending and snide. Dont waste your time or money with them

Customer service was good. Selection was average at best. It has typical furniture. Nothing special or customization is either not available or limited. It is a take what we have available, custom orders or customization is not something they are interested in providing to the customer. If you are looking for that don't waste your time at Ashley.

Bought a chair from them about 2 plus years ago and I added the warranty. I want to say I usually don't get the warranty because of the fact that I can't stand dealing with the companies when their products break down I'd rather just throw it away and start over. After 2 years of continual constant use by larger people LOL. The mechanism broke in the chair. I called Ashley right away and they return my call. I was unavailable due to vacation. However, when I got back I called them again and they are so responsive. I have never liked doing warranties because getting them to your house is always an issue having them in your home all day moaning and groaning and not wanting to warranty their stuff once they get here. There's always been an issue. Well not today from Ashley. Steven, the repairman showed up on time, he is very courteous, he told me it would take around 20 minutes to fix tops and I was like oh yeah right? Right but okay come on in. He literally changed out the huge mechanism in about 5 to 7 minutes and he thanked me, took his stuff. We tested the chair out and he left. What an amazing experience. I recommend. Ashley, because not only was their repairmen great, they did not give me an ounce of problems with the purchased warranty. How amazing was that.

We recently bought two Purple brand pillows from here and we thought they were going to be great. Well, we loved the pillows but they were too tall and we really wanted to return them. I called and talked to Mario and he made the exchange so easy!! I went in and got two new Purple Pillows that were standard size and it was so hassle free! We absolutely love our new pillows and we will be Ashley Furniture customers for life! We also bought our couch from here and we love that as well. The service and staff are awesome!!

Excellent place to buy new furniture! Although you should probably take a Tape measure with you. Had a minor issue but they made it right very quickly.

My husband and I have bought several items from Ashley now. We've visited other furniture stores in Billings just to see what they have to offer and to try to spread the money around, but every time we've ended up back at Ashley and making our purchases there. Ashley's excellent customer service, great deals, and wide selections of furniture types continuously surpass other stores in the region.

Very helpful and not pushy I’d definitely shop there again!

Bought a table back in September 2022 told them I had kids need something durable. Fast forward to not even a year old and the finish is coming off, I took out the extended warranty so called they do nothing over the phone so life happened and never got around to it. The finish kept coming off with soap and water so did the warranty on line as manufacturer defect well it's not covered surprise. This is the second time I've been burnt by ashley furniture and let's face it stuffs more expensive now days. Now I'm stuck with a two thousand dollar table that's grey but will eventually be white. Very disappointed and would not recommend this table to anyone.

Very good experience of being greeted as we walked into the store and given privacy to shop until we had questions. The sales person was extremely helpful letting us know options and availability of furniture. We picked up a living room set the next day.

My family was rung up for our purchase and put on the spot with an employee that didn't like her job. We spent alot of money and she was very off putting. Seems like we were bothering her afternoon. Why was it so much of a problem just to spend money establishment.

I worked with Tyler Clampitt and I can say I had an amazing experience. He greeted me at the door with a helpful and kind demeanor and let me know that he was just there to help and not to try and get me to buy something I didn't want. When you're working with a sales associate its a pretty fine line between helpful and annoying and not one moment did he cross that line. He let me walk the building without following me around and whenever I had questions he was close by to help. He was very upfront about what he would do in my shoes and the best bang for my buck and nothing felt corporate, everything felt family run. Compared to the couple of other furniture stores I went to, Ashley blew them out of the water when it came to staff and price. I cannot recommend Ashley and specifically Tyler enough. I also talked with Mario and a couple of ladies who were very kind as well.

We Just moved to. Likings and didn’t have any furniture. We went into Ashley and they bent over backwards to find something they could deliver right away. To top that off they even delivered to us on a non schedule day. I would highly recommend them.

Great low pressure buying experience with good flexible financing options

The staff is very helpful and friendly but the furniture leaves much to be desired. I bought a sectional couch and my fault for not looking at it closer but it is incredibly cheap. The ottoman for example cost over $400 and I seriously doubt there is more than $10 of materials in it. I can hear a plastic layer under the fabric and the frame is junk. This is barely college-dorm level furniture. I already am awaiting the day it wears out so I can replace it.

I really enjoyed my experience during my first visit ever to Ashley furniture. My dad had purchased furniture there many times but this was my first. When I walked into the door I was greated and not bomb bartered by salesmen. I was able to look around also with out nagging from salesmen and I was able to easily make my purchase through Toby ( very kind salesmen who was very understanding about my situation and was able to work with what I had). The checkout process highly simple and quick and I saved thousands. I will be back for more . I recently bought from Conlins furniture ( where you get hounded and stocked by salesmen) and I over paid for a table set by at least $600. I purchased a mattress and dresser at Ashley's and spent only 25% the price I paid for a small table at Collins. Go to Ashley's furniture next time you shop, you will be pleased. I am in the process of a fresh start in life and they made it easy, rather than following me around the store and stared at I was allowed time and peace of mind, and saved a ton too!

Ashley Furniture is a nice store. Made me wish I made more money. Most of their inventory is out of my price range but I did order a bed frame. Very helpful staff.

I went to try and find a little office stand. I found a wooden chair that was in the discounted section but no stand. As Travis was looking on their website for a stand, I couldn’t help but look at the beds. My current bed is 18 years old and I’d been thinking of getting a new one. The 1st Ashley store I went to I wasn’t comfortable with the salesman that greeted me. At that place I saw a stand but it was sold and when I told that salesman that was the type of thing I was looking for, the answer was yeah, that’s sold and walked away. Well duh, but he didn’t want to do any extra work so I left. Apparently dressed in sweatshirt and baseball cap with my hair ticked under on a Sunday just made Mr L think I didn’t have enough money to waste his time on me. I stopped at the store next to that Ashley without knowing it was an Ashley too. If I had known I wouldn’t have stopped. But Travis Brownell was very nice and let me look around without stalking me. He tried working with the size I needed for the stand, and I laid on all the beds. Travis took the time to tell me about the benefits of each bed and never pushed one over the other. He had me try all of them and let me find the one I was comfortable with. He never pushed the higher ended beds or frames on me, he let my back and neck find the right one. I never found that stand, but I walked away with a new purple bed, an adjustable base, new headboard and bed frame and dresser. And my special chair find lol. Thank you Travis!!

Bought a great sectional here.

A few years ago we ordered a electric reclining sofa and loveseat. We purchased the extended warranty as I was not confident that this would last even though the salesman guaranteed that it would be worth the investments. Now it's been 2 years later and it has been a complete nightmare dealing with their repair team. They do not return your calls. The lady that orders the parts the technicians say continually orders the wrong parts and sends the tech out only tell me that it is the wrong parts you ordered. Every time I have had to call and wait many weeks even months for callbacks. This is now been going on for 4 months and all I can say is do not order anything from this company if you think it will require maintenance in the future. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU! They will wast your time and you will loose many hours of taking off time from work. So far I have lost over 6 hours of work meetings with appointments only for them to tell you they ordered the wrong part or was sent with wrong part or even bring a part that had absolutely nothing to do with the product you have. It's been absolutely ridiculous. This does not also include the many messages left and waiting for callbacks. Never and I repeat never have I got a call back. I have always had to repeatedly call and listen to many excuses as to why that person is not there. How on Earth can a company stay in business when part of their business is totally and completely incompetent. Please take this from a person that is just trying to make it in this world. The sales people at this company are not your friend. They will completely lie to you about their service and service plan.

This is not a reflection of the service I received from Ashley. Everybody has been very nice & helpful. However, the couch we purchased (Aspire or something) has got to be the worst fabric I’ve ever had on the couch. It’s piling so bad! They said because of the warranty I purchased I could receive new covers, but I can’t imagine the piling not just happening again. Every couple of months, I have to sit down and shave off all the piling, but it still doesn’t look as tidy as it did in the beginning. There’s no way that this would be considered a There’s no way that this would be considered normal wear and tear. Very disappointed. Hopefully someone sees this and does not buy this couch!!

Well the service person seemed to be pretty good. What im upset with is how your store screws over veterans. You give a veterans discount unless you are already giving a discount. The service person said they can't give dual discounts. So you tell me how veterans get any discount unless nothing is already on discount. I feel that is pathetic and false advertising and disrespectful to all veterans including myself.

I got a new mattress and box spring and it was super quick and easy buying them. Everyone in the store were very nice and helpful. They confirmed that the mattress and box spring were in stock so I could take it home that day! It took FOREVER for the loading crew to get the mattress and box spring out to me 🤦🏽‍♀️

We ordered a sectional and a king size bed from Ashley the last week in July. We also purchased the protection plan on the sectional we'd ordered. Shortly after receiving it, I did submit a claim and over two months later I still haven't received a call back on it. More importantly, when we ordered the bed, I asked our salesperson numerous times if we had ordered ALL the pieces which she confirmed each time. Ashley called us on August 26 and notified us that our bed had arrived and was available for pickup. We had someone lined up to purchase our current bed so we contacted them and they came and took it to make space for our new one. We then went to Ashley to pick up our bed. After unpacking everything and beginning assembly, it became clear that we were missing multiple pieces. We went back to the store and they stated multiple times that we had received everything. Finally, days later they realized that they had not ordered all of the pieces to our bed. Renee called us within about a week and told us that she'd ordered the missing parts and that since they were shipping directly to our home, we should receive them by mid to the end of the following week (first week of September). After we didn't receive them within that timeframe, we called back to Ashley and spoke to a manager who informed us that was not actually the case and they couldn't actually tell us when the parts would get to us or even when they would ship. After several days of more back and forth, they said they'd hoped the parts would ship by the end of September. As of writing this review on October 27th... three months after ordering and two months of sleeping on the floor because they'd told us our bed had arrived...our parts still have not shipped. We are returning our bed at this point and will order from elsewhere.

Ashley Furniture has great employees. We asked Cher in the Billing’s store about adding to our original purchase two other times after the first purchase was delivered. She was great at answering our questions and looking things up. The delivery guys for our first purchase put our loveseat together and were friendly and helpful. Our second purchase, we picked up ourselves. The clerk at the desk, the service manager and the gentleman helping us load were friendly, helpful and patient with us. The third purchase involved not only Cher but also Renee who answered and looked up information for us. One other shoutout goes to the Gillette, WY store that helped us and our daughter pick out furniture in their store. Friendly and helpful people all around.

Absolutely wonderful. Woman who helped us was great! Only problem we had was a woman named Donna at the front desk who was on a personal call was VERY upset with me that she had to get off the phone to help us set up a delivery. I thought maybe it was my imagination that her behavior was that bad, but then my sister asked what her problem was...so definitely not! The salesgal though called and even checked multiple times to make sure the items of furniture I bought were good, which I was impressed by. I would definitely buy again from her again.

Regardless of what the sister store had, I came back to visit with Lucas the next day because he won me over with his service. He answered all of my questions and confidence and did everything he could to get me what I needed and when I needed it. If I need furniture in the future, Lucas will be my first call!!

We were told our item was on next truck and should be here 1 to two weeks. Called Ashley after two weeks and was told it hasn't even been put on truck. Our invoice shows 1 to 4 weeks. In order to get sale, salesman said it was on truck. They will have full 4 weeks. Then we will get our money back. That's why you use credit card.

When searching Ashley HomeStore in Billings I came across people that were complaining about random issues. I, for one, have to say, that I had the greatest experience buying furniture. I purchased a set of really nice couches and they’ve held up pretty well. I did opt to purchase their extended warranty just because I’ve got a large family and I wanted to make sure these things would hold up. Not only did they hold up, but the minor issues that I did have with the furniture, have been addressed by Ashley‘s service center. Their service guy was super friendly and super knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and fixed or and replace small issues with the couch (which is expected after a couple of years of wear and tear. I have to say, I highly recommend Ashley Furniture and the service department for how well they took care of us. We all know that sometimes people aren’t very realistic about their expectations of conducting business with a place of business, so take the complaint with a grain of salt. We are very satisfied and will only get our furniture from Ashley HomeStore from now on.

DONT BUY FROM HERE. Bought a table and paid for it, got my invoice for payment taken, received table. 4 months later get an email saying they needed payment. Called and went from person to person figuring it out., it was on there end. In the end they turned us over to collections for THEIR mistake. Worst first time experience going through this company. Never again. Got my entire family to stay away from these jokes.

Over a 2 yr period I have bought several pieces of furniture, including a Lazy Boy recliner. I have always been helped promptly and pleasantly with knowledgeable answers to my questions. When needing something sooner than can be delivered, I can usually pick it up at the warehouse. Ashley is a first stop for my husband and me when we want something new.

Our salesperson, Heather, is amazing. We went in to buy a bed and we left buying 6 dining room chairs, couch, loveseat, and recliner, oh and of course the bed! After the bed arrived we also decided to get the matching nightstands and tall dresser..Heather was wonderful in keeping us informed on the arrival of our furniture so we were never left wondering. The headboard had some slight damage and we were given several options on how to resolve the issue to our satisfaction! Now I need to give Heather a call to get end tables!

Large showroom & tons of modern decor. They had a lot of options for bedroom, home & kitchen. Every staff member I encountered was kind & helpful; not only to me but also their teammates. Even the mattress delivery crew in back was polite, hard working, and they were carful while loading my purchases into my car. Lucas was the sales associate that helped me, he knows his furniture! Wavering between the 2 star and the 3star. Two says it all. Earlier this year I inherited some money from my grandma and decided now is the time to get new. Not the used stuff I've been getting for years. Needed a loveseat and a chair. Get the woman sitting at the front desk, older with blonde hair. Tell her what I'm looking for and she points me around the store. And mentions that most stuff is back ordered months. Not good, want now. But gamefully look around. Stumble across the floor model/closeout area and find a recliner that I'm liking even though I had no intention of getting a recliner. Got a price from (at this point she is acting like I'm asking for the launch codes). Look around some more and leave. Text photo to hubby and we discuss what I'm thinking of. Came back the next day and while I'm again one of the few people even in the store and same woman from day before I'm treated like I'm bothering her and not worth her time or effort. Pay for recliner and on the way out I thank her for her help and given a sniff.Fast forward to now. My brother and I want to buy a recliner for my dad for Christmas. Come in and thank goodness she isn't there because I was prepared to let her know that she royally screwed up. Instead I got Toby. Who was very attentive and helpful. I also let him know that I had not been treated well. He looked a bit shocked, hope it trickles over to miss thing. I have yet to decide on where I'm getting this chair but if I do go to Ashley I will be asking for Toby or anybody but her.

If my daughter didn't specifically want the Realyn dresser I would have walked out after five minutes. Peyton Pederson, the salesperson, wore her mask around her chin and refused to put it up even after I told her my family had just recovered from Covid, and masking up is a good idea. Very disappointing and disrespectful. Probably won't visit this Ashley store again.

This was my first experience purchasing furniture direct from Ashley, my wife and I always purchased It from resellers in the past. We like Ashley furniture because it’s made extremely well and well worth the cost when compared to other furniture manufacturers. We thoroughly enjoyed purchasing direct from Ashley this time around, our saleswoman Heather was very knowledgeable, honest and professional. We can’t wait to start enjoying our new bedroom set and couches.

Good selection and customer service

I keep getting told "2 more weeks" every time I call for a delivery update. We're going on 3 months now and still no delivery.

We purchased a couch/loveseat around July of 2019 and extended warranty, thank God. We are very disappointed. It started falling apart soon after having them. I&'ve had it repaired a few times, cushions and the covers, which is great. Originally it was just the couch coming apart, now it is the loveseat too. We&'ve owned it just over a year. I finally spoke with Travis, the store manager.He would have to come out and see what&'s going on. The gal on the 1st issues had me send her photos, which I did. I just don&'t think having to have somebody out repairing the furniture constantly is good customer service. There is obviously a problem either with this set, or just the material. Travis was a little bit condescending when I spoke with him and let me know that this was a level one, apparently he was telling me I purchased a cheap set. Well I still think a cheap set should last longer than this. I wasn&'t looking for high dollar, but I did want something that would last a while. I have bought products from a 2nd hand furniture store here in town, they sell new also. I didn&'t pay high dollar and the quality of their furniture is 100% better than Ashley&'s. Travis is going to come out himself and look at the furniture. I&'m just really disgusted and probably will never purchase anything from Ashley again, especially not high dollar, because I don&'t think it will be any better. So apparently I will have to have somebody in my home a couple times a year to replace cushions and material for 5 years. Not happy at all. I will be going on Facebook too. I think people need to be made aware of the poor customer service. The young guy that came out and fixed the furniture was wonderful. Very personable. The manager, not so helpful. Nice that I have to ask your salespeople for assistance, because I'm not worth their time. Thanks for the 30 seconds of time spent with me on an item I was very interested in buying. Not sure why none of your salespeople want to sell furniture or even talk to their customers.

I was greeting by a very nice young sales woman, she listened to what I was wanting, and she showed me exactly what I was looking for, she was not pushy and was very helpful and answered all my questions that I asked honestly. I would recommend Elsa to anyone and I will work with her again.

The bed set I ordered was not meant for a king size bed. Soft wood for supports and only 3 of them for a big bed. Maybe a 1/2” wood stock rack of them. The rails the supports pieces sit in we’re not screwed in. As soon as I laid on my newly put together bed set one side had fallen off and made me very upset. I ended up fixing it myself. Another issue. I ordered a kitchen table set, when it had arrived the chairs had chips and the table even scuffed up. Waited 6 weeks just to find out it had been sitting in inventory getting scuffed up and called to have them come fix it or replace it. They had told me it would be another 2-3 weeks for someone to at least come look and diagnose the issue. Not very happy with Ashley furniture. Built like Walmart’s finest. After breaking the bed frame out of the box and having to fix it myself rather than wait for weeks on end. I’m very upset.

Toby went so far out of his way to help us. He was patient, understanding, and accommodating. He went above and beyond anything I would ) have ever expected. While other stores sent us home with empty promises of future shipments, he found a way!

Horrible Customer Service I would not purchase from this store again. First is took weeks longer to even get my sectional that I was told would be in by Christmas and it was after the new year when it finally arrived. The cup holders were then missing the bottom piece so they ordered me new which took weeks to get and then never even received a follow up call to see if they worked, and they didn’t. The stitching started coming apart and they had to order a new piece that also took a month to get in. We scheduled service to come and switch it out and they didn’t show up. So now I sit with the stitching coming more and more apart and they tell me that I will have to wait another week. Not good service at all.

Someone helped me right away, she was very helpful. Good prices for queen size bed frames👍 low on I'm stock items.

My husband and I had shopped at several different stores for three days looking for the perfect couch, we finally came across a sectional that we loved with a ottoman that was fabulous with it. The price was great so we went ahead and purchased it along with the protection plan. The salesman Lucas at the Billings Montana store was great, the only problem I had was when checking out the lady behind the counter was not very helpful didn't explain anything to me I'm still not sure where the protection plan information is or what to do if I do have an issue.

Heather was super patient with me and my husband, she helped us to find a couch and a kitchen table set that worked for our space and that we loved. Will be coming back again.

We went to Ashley Homestore to get a dinning room table. We found exactly what we wanted in just minutes. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. We'll definitely be going there for our sofas very soon.

Not only did I find a mattress that is way more comfortable than the ones I have bought online before but he gave me information about buying those cheap mattresses I had never thought of AND it was not more expensive. I ended up purchasing a sectional, that was customized, and a bed set. The delivery guys were amazing as well. Very nice, professional and helpful. When we both realized that the box spring was not a low profile as ordered, I called Don and he remedied the situation the same day. I can&'t even hold that against the company because it was handled so quickly and so professionally I take that as a positive. I much rather have that kind of experience. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the salesperson's name, but she was very nice and very efficiently pointed us in the right direction based our budget and needs. She was great, we quickly found what we were looking for and it only took about 2 minutes to check out. We came back a couple hours later and our dresser was waiting for us wrapped at the dock. I looked at every furniture store in Billings, couldn't find what I wanted. I found everything I was looking for at Ashley's furniture store! Don Hurd was awesome in helping me l! He not pushy, he gave me an affordable price on everything, offered free delivery and set up! That meant a lot to me because I am a single mom wouldn't be able to do it all by myself. I am excited to see my new furniture in my home! Highly recommend this place!

I was irritated and said flatly Oh is it time to go? He literally nodded at me. I looked blankly at him and we made our way to the door, being ushered out at 7:00pm. In the words of a famous actor &"big mistake, big big mistake&". I know hiring good employees is hard, being a retail furniture store with all the online cheap options is harder but Ashley Furniture needs to make a management decision to find and pay employees that are willing to work for their positions. We took our business elsewhere.

Our experience has been aweful! We ordered a couch,a coffee table and two sofa tables. We were told 10-21 days. Well we called about 15 days to check our order and half was there. But we didn't even get a courtesy call if we wanted our couch or wait for the tables to show up. And now we have been waiting for 2 months and still no tables or coffee table. It keeps getting pushed back a week. Without any updates on the order. Would have been faster to order something online. Not been happy at all. If you don't need furniture quick here is the place to go.

Sold us on batteries for power recliners that would last 3 months until need charging, we hoped to recharge once month.......the batteries they sold us would not stay charged for 2 weeks and some with no use, they would be dead..all I was offered was to buy different batteries.. I think the batteries they sold us were bad, got no help other then buy more expensive batteries.. the reason we bought the recliners with rechargeable batteries was because we were sold on the area we wanted them had no way to plug them in . Not sure what to do.. Update: Got a call from Travis the next day, he was very nice and helped us solve our problem...

They’re courteous, patient, and willing to work with you whatever your circumstances or tastes may be. Multiple people I know, plus myself have been more than happy with every purchase we’ve made!

The worst customer service I have ever had, I have delt with them before but after this I'm done. I purchased a sectional from them and it took 4 weeks for them to deliver 2 of 3 peices they forgot the middle section. I called them and they said it would be 2 more weeks to get the last section to me. No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience, I said they should probably try and get it to me sooner since they had it in their warehouse and they screwed up. No we can't do that and don't care to help you. So I guess I'm stuck waiting for 2 weeks with my living room in peices and they give zero cares. I could have literally bought it for the same price from NY online and had it delivered 3 weeks earlier guaranteed. Buy elsewhere, oh and they were $400 more but they did price match begrudgingly.

I'd rate 0 stars if possible. Bought a bed frame with a load bearing manufacturers error on the footboard. Brought it back and was told I put it together incorrectly by management and his handyman could "make it work". I went into the back and explained to his "handymen" about the load bearing error made and that it was unsafe to put it together and sell it, his handymen noticed the error and agreed with me. I got refunded and overheard a specific manager imitating me and throwing his arms up and around. I confronted him and mentioned there was no physical damage done by me or the manufacturers, and that it was a simple default and should not be put back out for sale. On top of this, I was told 10-14 days for it to be in. I waited 3 weeks then called to find out it had been there for almost a week. I will not return.

Lonnie was a helpful and patient salesman. Everything, including delivery was good. When looking for future purchase's Ashley will be my first choice.

We knew what we wanted when we walked in. I just wanted to sit on it before i ordered it online. The staff was awesome. I paid a little more in thr store than i would have if i just got it online but i also got insurance on the furniture. Took almost a month to get all of the peices i ordered since the lovesest was on backorder.

We have purchased nearly all of our furniture from Ashley over the years. Our sales lady, Cher, offered excellent suggestions on matching tables for our purchase today. I would highly recommend talking to her if you are shopping at the Billings, Mt store.

I was looking for a rocking recliner specifically, and we had already saved up money for a sectional we had seen at another store. We happened to find one at Ashley that was cheaper and more comfortable! I rarely shop for furniture, so it was a pleasant surprise to find everything we needed in one short trip. Payment and setting up delivery/set up was next and went quickly. We will have our new furniture delivered safely (and dry) in a week!
