Mary Moran-Werner, sat down with us and we talked about the furniture that I ended up buying. She was informative and sweet. Mary knocked it out of the park! She is the reason we purchased our set.

Our salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. And the crew that helped load and tie down our furniture was amazing!

The furniture selection was good, but the staff was not very engaged, the management no longer seems to believe in their stated values(on the wall in the back) and the staff misled me and forgot information. I felt like just a sale, not a valued customer.

Mary was super wonderful 5 stars to her. However, their warehouse is only open Monday- Friday till 5p. This is a real inconvenience for people who work during the week and can’t make it to the warehouse to pick up their purchase. It felt like a trap to make you have to pay the extra $50. They could at least do Saturday 9a-12p.

In October 2025 we were in the Bozeman Montana Ashley furniture store. We were helped by Mary who should write a book on the best customer service. She listened, was not pushy, made helpful suggestions and we ordered our living room furniture. But that's not all.... We would not be in Bozeman when the furniture arrived in December. Mary coordinated with her manager Josh to allow her to "receive" the delivery at our home and have it placed where we wanted via phone. She then took pictures of the furniture and sent them to us. This is what I would call "above and beyond" customer service. The only thing I regret is that there are not more "Marys" out there in the world. Thank you, Jeff and Julie Stone

Asked the GM if we could buy a floor model because they were out of stock. Instead of talking with us about any possibilities, he walked past us, and about 20 feet away yells “sorry” and kept walking. The worst customer service ever.

Selected a nice double recliner love seat. Salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. Like that they were not pushy about a purchase. This is our first time purchasing from Ashley, so hoping the quality is good as I am sorely disappointed in a my flex-steel sectional in both quality (padding broke down quickly) and material wear.

Had a great experience. Our salesman, Kade, was fantastic. He allowed us to walk around the store and look for ourselves, and not feel pressured. When we had questions, he was there to answer them. Would recommend Kade for anyone stopping in to purchase furniture at the Ashley Home store.

We recently bought a couch from Ashley’s. Let me tell you this was our first time ever buying from a furniture store. We were greeted and shopped around the store. Mary was phenomenal and was so kind and helped us with our decision and getting it ordered. When it arrived we picked it up from the warehouse and they were very kind as well. But I highly recommend going in and seeing Mary! We love our couch set!

A lot of good selections, but probably 90% of what we were looking for were out stock or not readily available. Sales staff were all really helpful.

I found exactly what I needed, although I have to wait a few weeks to get my couch, Hannah and Chris went above and beyond to help me. Hannah will be giving me updates about the arrival date. Nice selection, the quality seems very nice. Hannah even helped my grandson, who is 13 in entering their mattress contest. He was thrilled.

Our family purchased two new couches at the beginning of this year. We also bought the warranty, hoping we’d never need to use it—but it gave us peace of mind knowing we had that protection. Unfortunately, our family cat had a medical emergency and urinated on both couches. We did our best to clean them, but when we filed a claim with the warranty company, they gave us the runaround and eventually denied the claim because we had attempted to clean the mess ourselves. I was at a loss and called the store, asking to speak to a manager. That’s when I spoke with Chris. He listened patiently to my frustration and told me to give him a chance to make things right. And he absolutely did. Chris went above and beyond to help our family, and thanks to him, the issue was resolved. As a customer service representative myself, I know how rare it is to find someone who truly goes the extra mile—and Chris is exactly that kind of person. He is the definition of excellent customer service and doing the right thing. Chris is a real gem for Ashley Furniture, and I sincerely hope the company recognizes his worth!

I walked into Ashley Furniture ready to make a purchase with cash in hand, but was genuinely surprised by the lack of customer service. No one greeted or offered to assist me, and when I did ask for help, the response felt dismissive and unenthusiastic. For a sales-driven environment, I expected a more proactive approach—someone walking me through options or at least showing some interest in my needs. Tyler, one of the sales reps, did attempt to help initially, but the follow-through just wasn’t there. After our brief interaction, he seemed to disappear, leaving me feeling ignored and unimportant as a customer. I was prepared to spend over $2,000, but the lack of attention and care made me walk away from the purchase entirely. Customer service makes all the difference, and in this case, it was sorely lacking. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Poor customer service, sales incompetent can't read measurements, delivery was delayed due to complete incompetence then sold floor model 3 weeks after I had it ordered and was told it had to be ordered. I wouldn't ever use this company, and good luck if you do.

Mitch was extremely helpful however sticker shock took me a little time to adjust to. I've slept on a watered for 40 years. I'd still be sleeping on 1 but they have reengineered them & if U can find a store, there're not nearly as comfortable, thus the reason for there decline. Any type of foam is not hygienic but fabric is not much better since the average person sheds 90 lbs of skin cells in a year. Research shows that a mattress gains 90 lbs of dirt, skin cells & another debre in 10 years.

I went in hoping to find a bed frame for my queen mattress and David carpenter was able to help me out and even took the time to print out papers stating what was available at the warehouse super friendly individual I have to come back again!

Went in to buy a recliner for my father-in-law's vacation out to see us Next Week because he has some health issues that lead him to often sleep in them over a bed. Spent about 20 min. zeroing in on the right one before notifying the "manager" who greeted us at the front door. He said his system stated he had 2 on the floor despite us only seeing the one. After a search of the floor and his inventory he determined his system was wrong and that was the only one he had. He'd have to order one for us and it would take 2-3 Weeks to receive. We told him we needed it for next week so that wouldn't work and we'd just buy the floor model. He said that we couldn't do that because he needed it displayed on the floor for other customers to see who MIGHT want to buy it. After getting him to clarify that there were handfuls of pieces there with tags on them that stated we could buy other Floor Models, and that he was indeed telling us a guaranteed Sale to US was less important than other customers seeing the chair who only MAY want to buy it, we left to look for furniture elsewhere as this whole concept was too ridiculous. We'd went there first as we'd bought stuff from them in the past to furnish our rentals and other homes, but after this we'll likely divert to whichever other Bozeman furniture store let's us buy the chair we want today. 🤔

We had bought a kestrel sofa over A year and a half ago, the poor craftsmanship was starting to show about a year after owning the sofa. The sofa springs started to come through the cushions stitching started to come apart. The pillows would not remain attached to the Velcro. Needless to say it was a complete and utter disaster. I called Ashley‘s, to explain my situation and the craftsmanship of the sofa and they didn’t hesitate to refund my money in store credit, we picked out a new sofa they came and got the old one and delivered the new one. The customer service is exceptional and I will definitely be doing business with them again.

We knew what we were looking for when we walked into the store. They had both the loveseat and the recliner on the floor and we wanted to purchase them. The sales woman told us they had the loveseat in the warehouse but the recliner would take 2-3 weeks to be delivered to the store. We asked if we could purchase the items on the floor and she stated "they don't sell the floor items" so we agreed to pick up the loveseat from the warehouse and went straight over. After 20 minutes of searching, the warehouse manager said unfortunately the loveseat had been sent to the store but never taken out of inventory so they didn't have the item there but rather it was the item on the floor we had just looked at and tried to purchase. He graciously offered free shipping to our house but the 3 stars is for the fact that they had the 2 items, in stock but wouldn't let us walk away with them, they made us drive to another place where the item didn't exist and then ultimately wait for 3 weeks to get the item we purchased. The warehouse manager tried to make it right but the damage had already been done.

We have purchased from Ashley many times, usually in Billings and love our sales gal there. We needed to buy a couple things in Bozeman, so Rachel helped us. She was helpful enough and answered questions but seemed eager to go away after each question we needed to ask.

We were searching for a full mattress for our daughter and saw one on Ashley’s website. We went in Saturday morning and met Mary who helped us find the mattress we saw online, compared it to others, and was as helpful and pleasant as can be. When I went to Ashley’s like 3 months ago and ordered my bed frame, all of the workers were nice and the service was great. But it’s been 3 months since I ordered my bed, I contacted them multiple times to confirm a delivery, and they confirmed multiple dates. I’m only now receiving a confirmation text that my bed will be delivered in 5 days. My mom had to call them and ask where my bed was and the person seemed very nervous, like the bed had been there for multiple weeks. I’m just upset I’ve had to wait this long, and they didn’t contact me, like they said they would, when they did.

Came in 15 mins before closing. The knowledgeable staff got us the right bed and mattress ordered and delivery scheduled within just a few minutes past closing.

Good deals often come by word of mouth. I heard from several others about the amazing sales Ashley furniture was having. So, I decided to check it out for myself. Man, the prices were reasonable and the customer service was excellent. After going back and forth on two living room sets the lady helping us gave me information on the care and maintenance instructions on each one. Her expertise and patience were super helpful, while I was weighing my options. She also explained the two delivery options, which is basic drop off left in boxes on front porch or white glove with setup and removal of the boxes. Although It was close to closing time. I didn't feel pressured, pushed or rushed. I highly recommend.

Not a good experience at all. Everyone was very strange and didn’t seem to want to work there at all. Most employees were just listening to music and didn’t care that we were there at all and it seemed everyone hated their job. We went to almost every other furniture store in Bozeman on a mad hunt for a box spring and ran into amazing people at every other store except Ashley’s. With the option to go to the many other furniture stores in Bozeman I would highly recommend doing so

Really frustrating experience with this store. My business delivered food to this address but the woman had put in the wrong address, so it took a long time, and had to be corrected after she called looking for it. I heard the phone conversation that my manager had, and he did everything he could to correct the situation in as polite a manner as possible. When I delivered the food she lied about this and told me he was an “asshole” in front of all her coworkers. I went to leave, but she was continuing to bad mouth our business if front of all her coworkers, so I went back and told not to lie to them. Very unprofessional, I spent 10k on furniture here last year, and 1 particular couch took so long to arrive that I eventually got a U haul and picked it up out of 4 corners. Wasn’t impressed then, and I’m not impressed today.

Rachel was professional and personable on the phone. I called with questions about a large sofa I was looking at, online. She patiently and completely answered all of my questions and suggested a few questions I didn't think of. When I called back, she promptly returned my call and I placed an order with complete confidence. I will definitely purchase additional items for my new home.

Really please with this staff here. Our salesmen Shawn was really great to work with! Our order was a bit late, understandable with the way the labor market has been and they were good enough about letting us know when there was a delay. There was also an issue during the delivery and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us. It’s easy to get a 5 star review when everything goes right, but everything didn’t go right and they were that great that they still get a 5 star review. This is the kind of place you want to work with.

This store is the definition of poor service. Order a recliner that needed to be shipped from Washington state. Two week estimated delivery. Delivery was delayed twice but of course they didn’t notify me, I had to call them. After two days, I chose a recliner on the floor but of course it was $200 more than the one I ordered. They offer free delivery but of course that is to set it on the sidewalk in front of your home. It was already assembled and I asked them to bring it inside, that was $50. They promised to notify me when the delivery team was on the way but of course that didn’t happen. Then they brought it in and left it, only to discover that they lost one of the leveling legs. Wow! How do they stay in business???

Chris, the salesperson, was great-knowledgeable, personable, responsive. great to work with. The delivery team is 5 star-friendly, efficient, they did a great job. The product is fantastic. We bought two chairs and love them. The team at Ashley did not do a good job of managing my expectations for delivery and they lacked follow-up. I had to keep calling them to get a straight answer. I take issue with the delivery practices. The people at Ashely are incredible, it's just the practices. When I looked at the chairs, Chris told us delivery could take 4-6 weeks. I was fine with that. Then, when I bought the chairs, I was told (by another salesperson) they were in Billings and would be in the warehouse that weekend. Probably to be delivered the following week. I didn't hear anything back about the chairs, so I called a while later. I was told the chairs would be in on Dec. 24. By Dec. 27 I hadn't heard anything, so I called again and we were able to nail down a delivery date. And a 4-hour delivery window. I didn't think that companies still asked customers to wait by the phone for 4 hours-especially with the technology the way it is. The delivery team actually called 30 minutes before the window began and said they could be there in 10 minutes. I would shop at Ashley again, especially with the great sales team and the great delivery team. I also know what to expect from the office team who schedules delivery.

After a long day of shopping for the perfect couch Ashley had it! They have a huge inventory so that was awesome. The store was clean and employees were kind. Our salesman walked us through the store and didn’t interject unless asked which I appreciate and when asked he had the answers I needed! I now know where to shop for furniture in the future.

Rachael is our sales representative very nice and friendly but we have been waiting for our bed since March, we were told it might be as long as July and we were willing to wait still do not have. Also no one keeps in contact with us I have to call in to get any information. I call about every 2 weeks and have since june.

The furniture is beautiful and good prices. The service was good- knowledgeable and efficient. Delivery and communication stinks. We ordered 2 couches in March. They told us it would be 2 weeks for one couch and end of April for the second couch. They never once called with an update. We kept attempting to contact them but most didn’t have “access” to our account. June 15th our First couch arrived - 2 months late. Today is July 5th, 3 1/2 months later and still no second couch. They just need to be honest with delivery times. We probably would have not bought from them if we knew it would be 4 months out.

The initial purchase experience was good. My wife and I ordered two couches in late December (paid in full) and that was the last positive experience until I canceled the order for the second couch. We knew with "supply chain" issues it was possible the delivery that they initially quoted could change and change they did. The first couch was delayed once and instead of January we got the couch in February when they finally found it even though we were told it was delivered for 2 weeks. When I called (as directed by the store manager) to see if it was delivered to the warehouse on the day he said, I was promptly scolded by the assistant manager that it would be multiple days to log everything in and that I wasn't their only customer. The assistant manager couldn't even tell me if it made it to the warehouse. After waiting another 2 months for the second couch we cancelled the ordered and went to Costco and got one from there. Only the plus sided they only short changed the refund by 50 cents. Horrible, horrible experience. I should have gone to Costco to start.

I haven’t received my couch yet but, the purchasing process with Ashley Furniture in Bozeman was very smooth! There was someone to greet us as we entered but they let us wander around and find them when we needed. I shopped around multiple locations and Ashley seems to be the most price friendly without comprising quality or comfort. There were multiple options to choose from for the very specific couch I wanted which was a nice surprise because shopping in Bozeman for home goods can be very limiting. Would definitely recommend! Hopefully the remainder of this process is just as smooth!

I am a very long time customer of Ashley. I was caught by surprise when an order did not go quite the way I expected. Diana, a customer service agent stepped in right away to assist in locating the furniture for my order. The attentiveness and concern did not stop with her. Josh the general store manager, also stepped in and helped rectify the situation. He genuinely cares for customers and potential customers on the same level. He treats everyone with care and concern. He even provided loaners until the order was delivered. Because of Diana and Josh, Ashley has retained a long time customer.

Service was good. Sales personnel were very friendly. My major complaint is the fact that in January we paid for two recliners but they didn't have two in stock so we will not get them until May. We were really disappointed.

I would give 0 stars if possible. We went into the store to look at an entertainment center and we bought it from Ashley Furniture specifically because they said they could deliver it to us and we live 2 hours away. They told us they were behind on shipping it the store and we said it was fine that it would come two months later. Two and half months went by and we called and they said it had been there (didn't even call to say it had arrived.) They said that they would deliver in a week and half. It never showed up on the day they said it would be here. So we called again and the person at the store LIED and said it got to the store that day! We rescheduled again for a week later. They said they would call the day before to confirm, they never called. So we called AGAIN. They said it would be there on the day they said previously, sometime between 12-3. At 2:50 we get a call that they cant deliver because the road is too dangerous. So we ended up cancelling and getting a refund (have not got it yet.) The store in BOZEMAN is extremely unprofessional and dishonest! Learned our lesson about not buying locally.

My wife ordered a new mattress on July 5th from Lori at the Bozeman location. She has called Lori on three different occasions to determine an ETA only to have Lori tell her that she was going to call her back, and then never does. I would grade this stores customer service as absolutely terrible at this point.

We weren’t notified that our couches would be in two months later than expected. We only found out because we had expected them by now. They don’t care about you after the sale. Take your business elsewhere.

Do not go here for your furniture needs. You will wait for a whole 6 months for delivery. We purchased quite a lot of furniture there. We are both retired veterans. I am not waiting that long for delivery of anything. You can call all the time to find out status of delivery, only to get excuses about shipping from Vietnam. They will tell you all are made in Vietnam, including hardware. The tags that came with our furniture said nothing about Vietnam. Our furniture tags are made in India or China. Be very careful when you are buying from this store .

Friendly service and got exactly what I wanted.

I'm so DISAPPOINTED right now. I bought a sectional April 17th and was told that due to covid, manufacturing was backed up to about August. But to place my order and call in 2 weeks to see if they can improve the date. So I did. The date had improved with each call. Monday, May 24th I called and was advised I would have a load date of Memorial weekend. Today, Saturday, May 29th I called to follow up my couch was on its way and I was advised it has been delayed to June 12th! No one called to let me know the bad news, I am the one that has had to keep following up. They were quick to take my money but not so quick to provide my sectional. It wasn't cheap either. Meanwhile my family, guests and I don't have anything to sit on comfortably. They suggested to buy something else in the meantime. So you want me to spend MORE money in your store, then what do I do when my couch finally comes, give the temporary one away? I did buy a recliner for Grandma to sit on Meanwhile because it's not fair to her that we can't get our couch in a timely manner. DISAPPOINTED.

I went to the Ashley store in Bozeman yesterday to see if I could find a unique entry table for our new home. Matt, my sales rep greeted me at the door and offered assistance. I told him I would like to look around to see what their selection was for the table I was looking for. He assured me that if I had any questions I could ask at any time. I was pleasantly surprised by his offer again as there were many people in the store at the time. He helped me with the measurements and pricing questions and even though I couldn’t take home the table, I did indeed find one and placed an order.

I was so pleasantly surprised to find everything I was looking for at Ashley furniture and more. Went in for a couch and left with items for my office, kitchen, and living room. They were so simple to work with, and after looking at every furniture store in the valley I wish I would’ve come to this one first - But then again If I had come here first I would not be aware that these are truly the best prices in town. And they have great, well-built stuff. Laurie was absolutely pleasant to work with, the manager was super helpful in getting a great price, and even the folks at the cash register/office were incredibly professional and friendly! If you want to save yourself time and the trouble of going to every store in town, then skip that idea and just go straight here.

This five stars is really for Manager named Erika at Ashley Homestore in Bozeman, Montana. I had a bad experience with a recent large purchase that was going to be backordered for almost TWO MONTHS...leaving me without a BED to sleep on!! I am a senior who was forced to relocate during this CoVid crisis, and chose Ashley Homestore for my furniture needs because I loved the store and their products. But I was misinformed about delivery and backorder and Erika came to my rescue today!! She took charge and contacted another store and the District Manager and arranged for at least my bed to be delivered by my May 1st move-in date! Sooner actually! She saved me!! I am forever grateful to HER...and because of HER I will shop Ashley again. I do hope this gets to her Manager and any "higher ups".

Erika went to great lengths to rectify service and delivery on emergency status so that I as a senior woman would have a BED to sleep on when transit times were on chronic backorder. Am so SO grateful to Erika at Ashley store in Bozeman MT.

The staff was insanely friendly. I came in and I was greeted by Joe (I think I called you John and I’m so so sorry). I let him know what I was there for and I wanted to take a peek around before throwing things into my cart. He was respectful and allowed me to walk around before throwing any ideas out there. When I was ready, he definitely swayed me towards a specific couch because of the qualities it had and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Spent $4000 at this store in October/November time frame. The only delay on what we purchased were 2 couches and we were told we would have them by December. We were ok with this at that time. December comes along and we get a call telling us that it will be January or February. We learned 2 weeks ago that our furniture is sitting in Billings, MT. It is now February and we still don't have our furntiure. For spending this much money you would think better effort would be made when the original promise time frame was December.

I have made many purchases with Ashley furniture. This is the first time I have written a review. My rating is based upon our sales representative, Chris Loudenslager. Chris was extremely professional and helpful while being super engaging with me and my daughters. He spent quality time with us on our first visit. We returned the next day and he remembered all our names and took care of my concerns. I made the purchase and hopefully it will be able to be delivered in the time promised. Chris also sent me a very nice thank you card as well. Customer service is extremely important to me as I am a business owner and know the value of it. Chris came through with flying colors in that respect.

Purchased a recliner, they had to order it, took a month to come in and was supposed to be delivered but when it can in they said it would be 3 weeks before they could deliver it so I had to pick it up. Then a week later it broke, took 3 weeks for the repair person to come look at and when he finally arrived they shipped the wrong parts to fix it, also said the chair must have been dropped in shipping so he would get me a new chair. Got a call they had another chair in the warehouse and needed to schedule to pick up the old chair and deliver the replacement well I call to schedule and it will be 3 weeks before they can deliver it..... so in 3 months I will have had a working chair "if it ever worked correctly to begin with" for 6 days. Now I have been sitting on hold with their "customer service" for an hour.

Does it need to be said that this is a beautiful store to begin with. You realize how clean it is after you go to other mattress stores. Sales person Anthony was very helpful. One thing we noticed is that Ashley furniture puts their prices on all of their items furniture, mattresses vases all have prices. Other stores don’t have pricing listed??

I came in and was ignored by 3 sales people until one young woman asked if I needed assistance. I spoke with her and eventually returned a few days later to make my purchase. I asked for the same salesgirl and was rushed through the sale which was frustrating to me. She never even thanked me for my business. After my loveseat was delivered I inspected it and found that it was already dirty from having been rubbed against a dirty delivery truck. I called the store and was transferred 4 times before getting someone to talk with me. They promised to call me and come to clean it. I’ve waited 10 days and still no call. Very disappointed in the service of this store

I have to say I've never been more disappointed with buying furniture... outside of Ashley's furniture! They have restored my faith in the sales furniture industry. Both Sean and Josh killed it! They focused on my needs and exceeding my expectations multiple times. They provided excellent customer service. I love my couch, it's perfect. I'll be buying all my furniture from these guys along with my son and his kids and their kid's kids. No kidding, do yourself a favor and go in there ask for Sean or Josh and you get the same excellent customer service I did.

She gave us the space to shop and look around on our own but would always appear when we had a question or wanted her advice (without making us feel like she was stalking us around the store). I had been looking for a power loveseat for awhile and had looked at other store and they seemed pretty high priced. I went into Ashley's as i was passing by. Within a short time i picked out a loveseat I liked. It was on sale for a great price, Joe came and helped me as soon as he was done with another customer. He was actually with another customer but he came over and told me he would be with me as soon as he was done. He answered my questions, was knowledgeable and courteous. My only concern was as i walked around a young lady employee walked by me several times without acknowledging me. Maybe she was not a sales associate but felt she could have acknowledged ne and said someone would be with me soon. I had stopped by on my way hiking so i was not dressed very nice in shorts and hiking boots so not sure if she did not feel i was a serious shopper or as i said not a sales associate. The lady that checked me out was very courteous and i enjoyed talking to her.

I received discount codes via email from Ashley furniture after performing a google search for a sectional, a bedroom set and a dinette set on line. I visited Ashley’s online site and wanted to get a better feel in person. We went into our Bozeman store and were greeted by Rachel. She was very helpful it seemed. We found a dinette set we liked. It did not have a sale price on it so we asked her what was the absolute best she was willing to do for us. He best seemed steep. So we showed her what it was listed for on Ashley’s own website which was much lower. She instantly became defensive and rude. She told us since it was out of stock online she would not match their price. I also told her I was sent discount codes. She told me there were none and asked me to show her. We felt nothing but rudeness and hostility rather than her wanting to work with us and wanting our business so we left. On our way out there was a sales flyer by the door with the exact dinette set we were looking at with Rachel as their “featured” sale item for hundreds of dollars less than what she was trying to sell it to us for and exactly what was listed on Ashley’s website. I do not understand why she was not aware of this, was trying to sell it to us for much more, chose to fight with us and chose to lose a customer over?

Great shopping experience. Ashley had exactly what I was looking for. Helpful salesman without any pressure. Unfortunately the pieces I chose are out of stock and they have no idea when they’ll be available. Really disappointing. They may come in November or not until sometime in 2021. So for that reason and no other I give them a 3 star rating

We had a great experience at the Bozeman Ashley Furniture store. Joe was awesome and patient with our indecisiveness. We took some time to decide and called him on his personal cell and he remembered our order immediately. We placed out order and picked unit up the next day. The other staff at Ashley wrapped our chair in plastic for delivery and even helped us load it into our truck. Very impressed with all of them and so happy to have great new furniture.

The team at Ashley Furniture has been absolutely wonderful to work with! We have purchased almost all of our furniture there, and they have been so flexible with allowing us to make payments for items on layaway without any additional fees or interest. I called the Billings store because the Bozeman (where I live) store wasn’t able to find what I had seen in Mesa when I was visiting. When I called Mesa to find out info, Mike so very helpful and even sent me a picture of the chairs to make sure they were the same ones I saw. Toby in Billings was exceptional! He not only identified the chairs I was looking for but also told me there was a couch to go with it. He ordered them and even said no problem sending it to Bozeman . He couldn’t have been more helpful and willing Thank you

Bought a couch on clearance, salesman was super helpful and not pushy at all. He told us which bed was best to lay on while we waited. 10 out of 10 would lay on bed again.

I buying a father day gift for my husband and everything I wanted was out or not available that is frustrating but I did find one and I did order it so as soon as I get it I'll write another review to tell you whether I like it or not they were very nice and very helpful but it would be nice if their stock what is more updated and it was easier for them to get information.

I went to Ashley to look at their mattresses they have in their store but I was completely clueless when it came on deciding what type of mattress would be best for me. I was assisted by Chris who was super friendly and knowledgeable on their products as well as the other gentleman working that day. He took the time to educate me on the different types of mattresses and the benefits with each one. If you decide to shop for a mattress in person rather than online, you will for sure be set up for success with the knowledge the staff provides prior to you making a purchase.

It's just a furniture store, not Disneyland. The service was as impersonal as it gets, I just went in to buy a couch, found what I was looking for, and bought it. The store acted like they were doing me a favor selling it to me. The salesman said "congratulations " when I was leaving, like this was a life achievement. Then they decided to send me an annoying email to take this survey, thus negating ANY chance they might have had of me spending any more money in their stores. The fact that they intrude upon my time after a simple goods purchase is fairly good evidence that my privacy is not important to them. But it is to me. I wouldn't spend another dime in this store, even if I was held at gunpoint.

The selection at Ashley Furniture far surpasses any other furniture store in Bozeman. The more modern and updated pieces are what we were looking for, and Ashley Furniture has a nice selection. Lori was so helpful and friendly and truly made our experience pleasant. We will make Ashely Furniture first on our list when furniture shopping.

Over the years I have routinely purchased furniture but I often found my experience related to the salesperson. On May 24, 2020, I visited Ashley Furniture store in Bozeman, Montana and was met by Shawn who is destined to be Store Manager. Shawn made buying easy and he was patient with my wife and I in finding the right fit for our home. More importantly, Shawn is personable and professionally driven to serve the Bozeman community. I know Sean, so when I went in and asked for him. He was busy, so we had time to wander around. He had something in mind for us, but when we chose something else, there was no pressure. No pressure at any time in the store. We are excited about what we chose!

Staff are friendly and welcoming. The store is beautiful and well stocked and much to my surprise they did have the exact loveseat I was looking for, Tibbee # 9910135 ... I promptly ordered this loveseat. The most difficult part is the waiting 2 - 3 weeks for the "drop-off" delivery ! Ashley is having a wonderful "Memorial Day Sale" !!!

Horrible terrible company. Josh in the Bozeman location, sales manager just hangs up on his customers when he wants, no management to enforce policies. Call the district office in North Dakota...they will hang up or direct you to someone else. 18 emails today from their marketing, zero policies or announcement to customers for the covid 19 situation!

I was recently looking for a new couch and looked at multiple furniture stores in Bozeman. Ashley’s was by far the cheapest with the best quality. Chris Loudenslager was the sales consultant that was able to answer any question I had and was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend Ashley’s and working with Chris.

Went in to Ashley furniture looking for a small couch/loveseat. Greeted at the door and were directed to what we were looking for. The salesman did not hover but let us look leisurely. Found what we wanted. Very efficient, friendly, low key staff.

Took five weeks to get a bed set when they said it would take two weeks. Finally delivered the bed frame, but they forgot to order a dresser for the set so I have to wait another couple weeks for that, but they sent me a mirror for some reason even though I didn’t buy one.

Purchased a couch of Sept 14 was told delivery would take 30 days, on Oct 22 was told the couch wouldn’t be delivered until Oct 31 6 MONTHS after purchasing! So disappointed

Chris was very professional and friendly at the same time, didnt crowd us but was still around enough that we could ask questions when we needed. We werent expecting to buy today but he was nice and relaxed and not pushy.

The service is good here and a very nice store. We ordered our furniture and arrived in the wrong color, the store allowed us to keep the furniture and use as ours until the could resolve the issue which was about 2 or 3 wks.

Went in for the Memorial Day sale just to check it out, Joe was very helpful and informative. He checked on us a couple of times but gave us space to look around and didn’t feel pressured. Great sales team but horrible delivery service. When promised for our delivery I waited all day, late for work, and several calls later I find out our stuff never got on the truck. Josh was great and promised us the next monday delivery sevice first drop off. Then next monday came and they cancelled off all deliveries after 10am the day of delivery to Livingston said they would try again later that week and and we would be the first delivery. Cancelled all deliveries to Livingston that entire week. Then today they are going to deliver it between 10-12 and no contact whatsoever that they were running late. So I called and was transferred to the warehouse and said the driver will get in contact. 1hr 1/2 later they finally called and said they will be here in 30 minutes. Then they called back saying it will be longer because they have to do another drop before ours. Ugh!! This is so frustrating. Somehow we went from first drop to last drop. I've been more than patient with you all. I work at the hospital and can't just take off whenever I want. It would be nice if someone would follow up with their customers when deliveries are running behind instead of people having to call to find out where their order is and missing work last minute. Renting a uhaul is the better way to go. Less torture! With all that being said we finally got our furniture 3 weeks later instead 2 days and several hours late. When they finally arrived it wasnt even the tables we ordered.

Everyone was very helpful and the prices were very good. Our sales person Aly did such a great job with checking availability and delivery dates. We were very impressed and will definitely go back for all our home furnishing needs.

My husband and I went here during a sale looking to purchase a sectional sofa. They appeared to have a decent selection of furniture, but no one greeted us at any point nor could we find anyone available help us. After a half hour browsing, we unfortunately left with no answers and went elsewhere. We were on a bit of a time crunch, which is why I still gave 3 stars, but had already looked at all if the sectionals on the floors and were out of things to look at.

Chris was very helpful, personable and professional. He ordered a bed for me that was an easy process.

My experience here was very good! I am a college student and look appropriately so and so sometimes people at establishments judge us. But I was able to buy my mom a whole new dish set for Christmas and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

We went looking for a twin and a full matress. We were able to get the twin. But the full was coming on a truck next week. We live in Anaconda just a 117 miles away. So we didn't get the full. But they went out of their way to try other Ashley stores even that weren't in their system. We appreciate all the help. Friendly people.

Walked in late on black Friday. We were greeted by Amanda. She gave us the details of the sale. We were then given a water and carried out our perusing. After a full walk of the store we found Amanda to answer some questions. She had all the answers, which made making our decision easy. We took a few measurements and completed our purchase. It was fast, easy and painless. We were left alone to make our selection. Much appreciated.
