Ashley Store Great Falls, MT

I love Ashley’s Furniture. But.. the prices are so incredibly high. I do find this specific store to have employees that are kind and approachable. They will take the time when you have questions and I never feel pressured by them. I did purchase from this store and enjoyed my experience.

The store was very beautiful and AFFORDABLE. We came in ready to purchase 2 new bed sets, and the beautiful 4 piece 67in TV entertainment center in cash. We looked around for about an HOUR and not one person asked if we needed help. We asked one employee a question but he was “unsure” and seemed very annoyed. As we got closer to the check out desk we still had no one offer help. MIND YOU there was only me, my husband, a lady with her child so it wasn’t busy AT ALL. A older couple came into the doors and not one but 2 employees asked them what they can help them with. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome, we left. I was very upset I didn’t get the entertainment stand but every thing happens for a reason. 🤷🏻‍♀️🙂‍↔️

Having just moved to Great Falls two days prior, I was a woman on a mission to buy some furniture. From the moment that I walked in, I was greeted with Sheldon’s, smiling face and vast knowledge of the store. He was able to answer every question and locate every item and we were in and out of the store with a sofa, recliner and two end tables in less than an hour. He actually made it a fun experience! I’m looking forward to my next visit and will be calling ahead to make sure that I can make an appointment with Sheldon!

Good experience. I bought two mattresses & all the accessories. Adam was very informative. However I was left with an unanswered concern. I purchased the 10 year guarantee on the bed frame. I would like more details such as in the event of bed frame failure, Does Ashley provide the parts, waive trip fees & service call charges???? I have nothing in writing to validate this. I have requested a copy of Warranty Details from Adam a week ago — I’ve received no reply. I appreciate your help. If you’re unable to do so, refund the $249.99 warranty fee I paid. Thank you. I talked to Sheldon on the phone for a few minutes and gave him a heads up what we were looking for and when my husband and I arrived he was ready for us to walk through some options. Very friendly to talk to, no pressure and transparent about what he did and didn’t know. He got us out the door with a new mattress in 40 minutes. Would highly recommend!

I've never been to a furniture store to buy furniture, so this was a gamble to me. Turns out it was a great experience. Sean was very polite and helpful and found me a great couch for $400 cheaper than my budget. I would highly recommend to take a look at Ashley Store for your next furniture purchase.

Half of the struggle with any furniture store is the service AFTER purchase. Ashley furniture made this part no struggle at all. I found a couple of parts laying loose in our pull out sofas and Wes and Josh came over right away to fix it with no charge. It was a cumbersome repair but they both got it done quickly and were super helpful. Josh and Wes are seriously the best at customer service and bridge the gap for Ashley furniture’s post-sale experience entirely.

Great customer service! I would recommend them to family & friends. I've not received the furniture yet as they had to order it, but I'm super excited to see it!

The only feedback about the financing is that if you qualify for the lease to own and you pay it off in 90 days, you still have a 10% interest on it instead of what I was told there would be no interest. But otherwise, they had an excellent selection, and I got it at a fabulous price. The salesman was knowledgeable and kind.

Now after waiting for the second piece of my furniture to get in, I don’t get it delivered until Monday. It is Thursday and I would note that if I didn’t call, they probably wouldn’t have called me until next week. So I don’t have my recliner for another weekend. Oh and on another note, they do not do deliveries on weekends, so they don’t have anything in the store you can get, you have to order and then you have to take time off of work just to get it delivered because they don’t deliver on the weekends. I would say they started out strong but so far the delivery is less than I would have hoped. Lastly, I paid cash for my furniture and I paid the delivery fee. Hmmmmm

Matthew was great. I appreciated his patience. Will definitely ask for him next time we need furniture. We're excited about our purchase. Can't wait for it to arrive

Quality furniture at a reasonable price

Matthew helped us find the most perfect recliner to help make our camper more homey! He was so patient and helped answering the hundreds of questions we had along the way! We even decided to add a pair of swivel recliners and remove the trifold sofa so we can enjoy coffee and check out the view from the big rear window! Ashley furniture was able to help us stay comfy while camping! ❤️

The customer service was fantastic! Cody was great to work with and very helpful. My only complaint would be that they don’t follow the sales and financing deals for Ashley which is why I went there that day, but they did honor it for me, which was very nice! All in all a great experience!

My wife and I purchased a sectional and oversized ottoman from this location. We received wonderful service and a great price. However, DO NOT purchase the insurance through Montage Furniture Services. We have a couple of small tears we have been trying to get repaired for almost 4 months now. The insurance is a scam (as usual). We should have known better. But the service was great and that is not this company's fault. Hence still the 5 stars. Ashley Furniture should find another company to partner with so you don't get lumped in with them! Go read some reviews on Montage Furniture Services, it's not pretty.

The Ashley's store its self has alot of great options but one thing that really stood out about this store is the store associate William! He made sure to get my wife and I the best deals Ashley's had to offer. Also, even though I had alot of questions about the prices and finding out the availability of certain items, William made sure we were taken care of without hesitation and without making us feel like we might have been asking to many questions and consistently keeps me updated on items were waiting for. 10/10 recommend talking with William.

This Ashley store has been great to deal with! Hats off to their after sale service. I came down from Canada to buy a mattress not available in Canada which I ordered it over the phone. Unfortunately just so happens I got a defective piece. Bryson & warehouse manager have been doing everything possible to make it convenient for me to get the replacement. Received numerous updates and follow up calls from them both. Definitely recommend them best place to shop in town!

I had some confusion regarding some of the promotiI nal financing terms advertised online vs in-store, but we reached an agreeable term and I've placed the order for 2 new sofas. The ones i ordered take about 2-4 weeks for delivery, and I can't wait for them to come in!

I had a great experience at Ashley Furniture in Great Falls, MT. I purchased a beautiful and extremely comfortable sofa, loveseat, coffee table, and 2 end tables on Jan 1, 2024. Cody, my sales associate, helped with measurements and pricing. He gave me the best deal and even located an old protection plan that I never used to offset the cost for me! I am very satisfied and I would definitely recommend Cody!

I had a great experience at this store. William was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He knew the answer to all my questions and never once had to go ask a manager for clarification. That’s not the most common trait. Many salespeople don’t take the time to learn the product but William definitely learns his products. The furniture in the store is very nice and the warranty is on par with every other store. I was not able to find the right furniture for the needs of my damaged back but I did find a couple other items for the house I just bought. The checkout process went fast and easy, and pick up was great. I will definitely come back.

Bought my couch on Tuesday with intent to pick up Friday. Friday we arrived to find out they sold my couch to two other families. (Yes two) myself and the other family had to reorder our couch. The staff was very apologetic, but it was still extremely frustrating.

Ashley furniture has been a favorite for me for several years now. Whenever I go in, I'm always greeted & then left alone for a short time while I gather my wits. I'm never assaulted when I 1st go in. On this trip, Adam was the associate who hung out with me, showing me around. I was looking for some living room furniture, & I had downloaded a picture from their website of a particular queen sofa foldout bed. Adam took me right to it. I also inquired about some queen mattresses with a base to raise/lower head & feet. He showed me a tempur-pedic mattress & base that fit my bill exactly. The bed will be in, in a few weeks and I'm looking forward to finally replacing my old Doctors Choice mattress from Denver Mattress that unfortunately gave up the ghost some time ago. Big thanks to Adam for his patience and product knowledge!

7 out of 9 pieces of furniture that we have gotten from you guys have needed to have repairs in less than a year. The repair guys and the salesman were all really good guys but your products are not good quality at all.

From the start it was a great experience. Brendan VW at Ashley Furniture was very helpful beings I was purchasing from what was available off the showroom floor. Not unusual, except I live in Henderson Nv.and the furniture is for my Dad in Conrad. Brendan put me in touch with Hudson Trash Removal and everything moved very swiftly. Out with the old stuff and in with the new…well June 2nd is the delivery date. Cheers to everyone and a job well done!

The Ashley representative came across as annoyed that we were there. None of the items we wanted were in stock and now we have to wait for over a month to get them. While checking out, we had to provided two forms of ID. We offered a variety of options but none were good enough. If you are buying from Ashley’s Furniture, do it online. The store experience isn’t worth it even a little bit

I have been searching for the right sofa for 3 months. Not too expensive, just the right size and color. Saw several that I liked in different places but finally decided on one at Ashley’s. I felt very comfortable with the salesmen there. Not pressured at all but got every question answered, got to bring home some pillows to compare colors with my furniture at home, took a break over Christmas and the sofa I wanted had decreased in price. Brendan helped me with finding what I wanted and was very attentive, friendly and professional. William was at the store and helped me the final purchase. Could’ve be happier with the service there.

Best experience I've ever had. Ordered a couch and chair online. Recieved the delivery that week, the delivery personnel were very efficient and courteous. Had a week to get used to new furniture and decided it was not what I had expected, was to small for my 6ft plus kids. Called Ashley's main number and was able to return no problem. Went to the store to pick out new couch and loveseat, will be delivered within two weeks. The staff in store are absolutely phenomenal. Kind is an understatement. Went above and beyond to help. Great place, you won't be disappointed.

They have some beautiful furniture at decent prices. My biggest complaint is the long wait to get whatever it is you buy. There are very few items that are "take home today". Some of the salesmen are rather pushy. Got a couch and a bed from here. Love love love my bed! Couch on the other hand is already wearing and has damage after 6 months.

I have been shopping for dressers and night stands for my bedroom for quite sometime. I found what I was looking for online and went into Ashley Furniture and they matched the price which saved me hundreds of dollars. Tony was very professional and helpful.

Amanda was the best. She walked me through multiple options and helped me figure out the best solution to my bedroom furniture dilemma when I wanted to upgrade to a king bed! The showroom was pristine and the dream boards are a great way to go through all options. Highly recommend!!!

The couch I wanted was more than half off online but would take 3-5 months to arrive so I called the store here in town. The man was super helpful, helped me find the last one in the state from billings and even honored the online price; it should only take 3-6 weeks which is incredible. It had great reviews online so I'm very excited to see it in person

We went to Ashley’s looking to furnish our entire house. Nels was our salesman and we have been extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. We purchased over $4,000 worth of furniture with the promise that he would update us every two weeks on the whereabouts of it. They also guaranteed us our furniture would be delivered as soon as it came in. It is now September and we bought our furniture the first week of June. The only times we have got an update is when WE have called. Last month we called and were surprised to hear they had received a large chunk of our order but it had just been sitting there. Nobody contacted us. We were able to have it delivered, but only when we requested and when we reached out, if we wouldn’t have called we would still have no idea. When we ask to speak to Nels he is always gone, and the store won’t even let us leave a message for a return call back from him. They specifically said “we don’t do that here.” We were also promised our couches would be here within 12 weeks and that most of the time they arrive earlier than quoted. We picked those specific couches for that reason. And shocker, we still have a living room with no couches. We’ve been told they would be delivered in August, then it moved to September because of a mess-up at their headquarters. We called today and now it is being pushed to NOVEMBER. Again, the only reason we are aware of all these dates, is because WE had to call. What we have learned from this experience, is that Ashley’s is just another business that is happy to take your money, but doesn’t even attempt to follow through on their promises. To this day, we have never once received a call from Ashley’s Furniture. The lack of communication and follow through is the worst I’ve seen in this business. I would never recommend this store, and if I had to do it again I would go through Conlin’s Furniture, which has a great reputation and is conveniently right next door.

After visiting 2 other furniture stores, I came out disappointed and without a farmhouse TV stand. I went into the Ashley Furniture Store and was greeted by a professional young man. He guided me to the TV stands where I fell in love with a farmhouse TV stand. To make it even better, I received $50.00 off due to their upcoming Labor Day sale.

We recently were in the market for a new mattress and we had been to two other mattress stores and the prices were either way too high or they couldn't get it in for 6-8 weeks. We decided to check out Ashley's as we have had excellent experiences with them prior and it was a win! Adam helped us and was genuinely kind the entire time even with being short staffed. We saved almost $600 on our entire set up and it's exactly what we wanted plus they had it in-store. I highly recommend them to anyone .

We have bought most of our house stuff from Ashley’s. Adam is always our salesman he always finds us a good deal and not something this is cheaply made. He is upfront and honest!

The sales person was very friendly,he helped me very fast. Gave me a discount which was wonderful. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Very polite too. No hassle with trying to get me to buy something that I didn't want.

Upon entering the store we were greeted by Keystow who was really personable and helpful. He got us started in the right area and then left us alone to look around without someone hovering over us which was nice. He was able to look up the couple couches we were interested in and give us ETAs for each. The store was set up nicely and overall it was a pleasant experience. I cannot comment on the delivery process or the long term quality of the furniture at this point but I will return to edit my post accordingly.

Sean Murray helped us find the right rocker/recliner. He was a no pressure salesman, which we greatly appreciated. Sean got us promptly dealt with and out the door. The backroom guys were very helpful in getting our product loaded and out the door. Really appreciated that the chair was on sale.

Given the conditions the last 16 months, I wasn’t sure how buying furniture would go. All of the staff at Ashley were friendly and eager to help. My salesman, Keystow, was pleasant to work with and answered all of my questions. The delivery guys were very courteous and efficient. While I thought it may take weeks, my couch and sofa were delivered in less than a week. I’m still waiting on end tables and coffee table, but not in a hurry. I will definitely go back to Ashley when I’m looking for furniture again.

The salesman was very friendly. I was assured the mattress and frame was in stock. Imagine my suprise when I went to pick it up and the frame was not there. I am not happy with Ashley firniture. I saw the email from Isaac but his email does not work, I did try it several times, more pretending like they care and then blowing me off.

As soon as I walked in to the Great Falls Ashley Homestore I met Tony, who was friendly from the start. I told him what I was looking for and he knew that they had a floor model so I could see it first hand! I was happy I could test it out before I purchased it. I asked if it could be set up different and he quickly found the answer out and let me know there was one already on the way if I wanted to reserve it! Thanks again Tony! Great service and love the furniture I bought

My wife bought a bedframe back in March and the side frame had cracks and paint was coming off the head board. We waited 8 weeks for a replacement and that had defects with the paint as well even though I told them to check before they delivered. The installers said Ashley would call to find a solution and three weeks so far and no call.

I always like going to Ashley to look for my furniture. The salesperson is always kind and knowledgeable. Brendan was great and helping find exactly what I was looking for! He was patient as it took a couple of visits for me to settle on a choice. He wasn’t pushy which is always important to me. Thanks for all the help!

The gentleman who was helping us I believe his name is Kenneth was a very awesome polite answered any questions that we had the only issue I had was why he was helping us I don’t know if it was a manager or higher power but he kept interrupting the sale person that was helping us to tell that him that these people need help while he was helping us at the time because we were buying furniture I just think the managers and people can be just a little bit nicer and a little bit patient when you have someone helping a customer other than that he was awesome very very helpful and very nice even though we kept getting interrupted by who ever he was and the people that came in the other customers came in after we did so let your managers know they need to be a little bit nicer when their employees are helping people it was really irritating and very rude for whoever kept trying to get his attention definitely was very impatient and also there was another lady there who was also very impatient with the gentleman who was taking care of us we are a paying customer he should’ve been treated with a little bit more respect from the people he works with

The staff were all friendly and absolutely wonderful in making sure I found something that fit the image I had and were very accommodating.

Went on to get a recliner specifically. Was greeted friendly. The salesman helped us quickly showing us exactly what we were looking for. Even left us alone for a few to discuss and try out chairs. No pressure, great atmosphere. Will buy again from the Great Falls store. Even got a thank you card in mail. Hard to make out name but think the first 3 letters of saleman's name is Key.

Was able to find something on sale, somehow it was missing some bolts but the store got what I needed right away and was supper helpful when found the issue. The table is very sturdy, happy so far.

Sales staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The on line sales price was honored and we were able to go home with the floor model as it was the only one in the store of that model (wait time for one to be ordered was too many months due to COVID issues). Personnel packed the item securely and offered advice for unloading at home. We’ll shop there again as the item is well made and sturdy. Thank you. (The only downside was the wait for the item had we had to wait and this was not in their control.)

I haven’t received the couch I bought yet (only purchased it last Saturday), but I had a great experience purchasing it at Ashley! We looked at all the stores in great falls, and Ashley had the couch with the most features for the least expensive price! We even found similar couches without some of the features of the one I purchased that were more expensive at other stores! Nels was the associate who helped me pick out my couch! He was very professional, personable, informative, but never pushy! He made the buying experience as enjoyable and easy as it could be! If I needed to purchase furniture in the future I would definitely go to Ashley again and ask specifically for him! I can’t wait for my couch to arrive!

Entering the Ashley store in Great Falls, my senses were greeted by a wonderful fragrance. The pleasant entryway personalized the space with a furniture and wall hanging display that I immediately noted. I opened the door to the store and was greeted by a young man who continued to help.me find what I was looking for, a computer desk. When what I wanted was not in the store, I had walked around admiring the artistically placed furniture, wall hangings and accessories. The salesman showed me other available desks using terrific technology where we found the desk I had previously seen online. We ordered it, and I was given the online sale price. Everyone knew their jobs so well that it took no time to place my order. I enjoyed this shopping experience more than I can say. I will be returning today to purchase a bookcase and wall hanging I discovered to accessorize my office. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I ordered a couch August 19th. It is currently January 5th and I still have not received my couch. I do understand how COVID has affected many things like shipping/availability of materials...HOWEVER, 5 months waiting for a couch that is already paid for is a little ridiculous Ashley Furniture. I did not spend nearly $1,300 on a couch to wait this long.

Best prices on what appears to be some of the better quality furniture pieces in town.

Sean was our helper and he was extremely helpful answered all our questions. He was not pushy or in our face like other places we went to look for furniture like Conlins. Prices are very reasonable at Ashley’s. I would definitely recommend to my friends and would absolutely return.

I was needing a better bed. Ours was horrible. Got one bed in a box!! Shoved it into my car and away we went!!! Got it home set it up and WOW what a difference a new bed makes!!! Sleepy like a baby!! Definitely would recommend to anyone Employees are great very nice Thank you !!!!

Great service! We wanted a home makeover with not too large of a budget. Went in the store and got lots of help from the staff on different themes for furniture and others for the price we wanted. Deliverers for the furniture were very nice and quick with the setup. One piece of furniture came in dented but shortly after we got a call for someone to come and fix it up, which he did and did a great and super quick job. Staff is super friendly and very helpful! Would recommend.
