Quality furniture at a reasonable price

Matthew helped us find the most perfect recliner to help make our camper more homey! He was so patient and helped answering the hundreds of questions we had along the way! We even decided to add a pair of swivel recliners and remove the trifold sofa so we can enjoy coffee and check out the view from the big rear window! Ashley furniture was able to help us stay comfy while camping! ❤️

The customer service was fantastic! Cody was great to work with and very helpful. My only complaint would be that they don’t follow the sales and financing deals for Ashley which is why I went there that day, but they did honor it for me, which was very nice! All in all a great experience!

My wife and I purchased a sectional and oversized ottoman from this location. We received wonderful service and a great price. However, DO NOT purchase the insurance through Montage Furniture Services. We have a couple of small tears we have been trying to get repaired for almost 4 months now. The insurance is a scam (as usual). We should have known better. But the service was great and that is not this company's fault. Hence still the 5 stars. Ashley Furniture should find another company to partner with so you don't get lumped in with them! Go read some reviews on Montage Furniture Services, it's not pretty.

The Ashley's store its self has alot of great options but one thing that really stood out about this store is the store associate William! He made sure to get my wife and I the best deals Ashley's had to offer. Also, even though I had alot of questions about the prices and finding out the availability of certain items, William made sure we were taken care of without hesitation and without making us feel like we might have been asking to many questions and consistently keeps me updated on items were waiting for. 10/10 recommend talking with William.

This Ashley store has been great to deal with! Hats off to their after sale service. I came down from Canada to buy a mattress not available in Canada which I ordered it over the phone. Unfortunately just so happens I got a defective piece. Bryson & warehouse manager have been doing everything possible to make it convenient for me to get the replacement. Received numerous updates and follow up calls from them both. Definitely recommend them best place to shop in town!

Matthew, our sales associate, was nice and very helpful in answering all our questions regarding the different models we looked at. I had some confusion regarding some of the promotiI nal financing terms advertised online vs in-store, but we reached an agreeable term and I've placed the order for 2 new sofas. The ones i ordered take about 2-4 weeks for delivery, and I can't wait for them to come in!

If you need anything, William, is bar none, the most amazing salesman in the store. He is happy to research and do what ever is needed to make sure you're happy. He had assisted me with several different purchases and every time he goes the extra mile.

I have mobility issues, so my good friend went to Ashley to help me pick out a recliner. She shared photos, videos and we did a video chat. I picked out a beautiful chair, sadly after using it several weeks my back is in agony. I got a call from Ashley because I had 30 day return option. We loaded up the chair and went back in to try some other chairs. I found one I just love. It feels like it was made for me! It won’t be in for several weeks, but I am thrilled and so thankful Ashley worked so hard to be sure I’m satisfied. I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience at Ashley Furniture in Great Falls, MT. I purchased a beautiful and extremely comfortable sofa, loveseat, coffee table, and 2 end tables on Jan 1, 2024. Cody, my sales associate, helped with measurements and pricing. He gave me the best deal and even located an old protection plan that I never used to offset the cost for me! I am very satisfied and I would definitely recommend Cody!

Really liked that salesman, Adam let us look and try out different recliners without bothering us, just occasionally stopping by and asking if we had any questions, then leaving us alone. I had a great experience at this store. William was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He knew the answer to all my questions and never once had to go ask a manager for clarification. That’s not the most common trait. Many salespeople don’t take the time to learn the product but William definitely learns his products. The furniture in the store is very nice and the warranty is on par with every other store. I was not able to find the right furniture for the needs of my damaged back but I did find a couple other items for the house I just bought. The checkout process went fast and easy, and pick up was great. I will definitely come back.

Bought my couch on Tuesday with intent to pick up Friday. Friday we arrived to find out they sold my couch to two other families. (Yes two) myself and the other family had to reorder our couch. The staff was very apologetic, but it was still extremely frustrating.

Ashley furniture has been a favorite for me for several years now. Whenever I go in, I'm always greeted & then left alone for a short time while I gather my wits. I'm never assaulted when I 1st go in. On this trip, Adam was the associate who hung out with me, showing me around. I was looking for some living room furniture, & I had downloaded a picture from their website of a particular queen sofa foldout bed. Adam took me right to it. I also inquired about some queen mattresses with a base to raise/lower head & feet. He showed me a tempur-pedic mattress & base that fit my bill exactly. The bed will be in, in a few weeks and I'm looking forward to finally replacing my old Doctors Choice mattress from Denver Mattress that unfortunately gave up the ghost some time ago. Big thanks to Adam for his patience and product knowledge!

Not unusual, except I live in Henderson Nv.and the furniture is for my Dad in Conrad. Brendan put me in touch with Hudson Trash Removal and everything moved very swiftly. The Ashley representative came across as annoyed that we were there. None of the items we wanted were in stock and now we have to wait for over a month to get them. While checking out, we had to provided two forms of ID. We offered a variety of options but none were good enough. If you are buying from Ashley’s Furniture, do it online. The store experience isn’t worth it even a little bit

I have been searching for the right sofa for 3 months. Not too expensive, just the right size and color. Saw several that I liked in different places but finally decided on one at Ashley’s. I felt very comfortable with the salesmen there. Not pressured at all but got every question answered, got to bring home some pillows to compare colors with my furniture at home, took a break over Christmas and the sofa I wanted had decreased in price. Brendan helped me with finding what I wanted and was very attentive, friendly and professional. William was at the store and helped me the final purchase. Could’ve be happier with the service there.

Had a week to get used to new furniture and decided it was not what I had expected, was to small for my 6ft plus kids. Called Ashley's main number and was able to return no problem. Went to the store to pick out new couch and loveseat, will be delivered within two weeks. The staff in store are absolutely phenomenal. Kind is an understatement. Went above and beyond to help. Great place, you won't be disappointed.

They had a good selection of furniture and there was no pressure to buy anything. No pressure to answer any questions. We found what we liked. All the sales people were very nice. William Ouzts was a very helpful salesman. We tried many different styles and he pretty must left us to ourselves but he was ready to help or answer questions. He was the ideal sales person to deal with.

I do wish they would offer better discounts, especially when they are quoting people 6-20 weeks until you have the furniture. At that point, I’m wasting money and having to buy time filler furniture. I do really appreciate the warranties that they offer, but be aware that if you are military and moving prior to the 5 year warranty end, you can only redeem in ND & MT.. it DOES NOT apply to all Ashley Stores. Great Falls is privately owned. Overall, we are willing to go back for on sale items and when their back order waits are down.

They have some beautiful furniture at decent prices. My biggest complaint is the long wait to get whatever it is you buy. There are very few items that are "take home today". Some of the salesmen are rather pushy. Got a couch and a bed from here. Love love love my bed! Couch on the other hand is already wearing and has damage after 6 months.

Amanda used her skill for knowledge of decor and how to properly decorate your household to help someone like me who has no fashion sense or ability to throw a room together to look beautiful. I have been shopping for dressers and night stands for my bedroom for quite sometime. I found what I was looking for online and went into Ashley Furniture and they matched the price which saved me hundreds of dollars. Tony was very professional and helpful.

Amanda was the best. She walked me through multiple options and helped me figure out the best solution to my bedroom furniture dilemma when I wanted to upgrade to a king bed! The showroom was pristine and the dream boards are a great way to go through all options. Highly recommend!!!

The couch I wanted was more than half off online but would take 3-5 months to arrive so I called the store here in town. The man was super helpful, helped me find the last one in the state from billings and even honored the online price; it should only take 3-6 weeks which is incredible. It had great reviews online so I'm very excited to see it in person

The only reason I only gave 4 stars is the 5-8 weeks for delivery.

This is the second time I’ve purchased furniture from Ashley. The first time was in 2009 and it took us over 12 weeks to get our dining room table. I thought we would give them another chance. Went in for Memorial Day weekend sales (May 29) and ordered a new dining room table/chairs and two sectionals. I was told that it would be 8-12 weeks but our table would come in late June. I never heard anything so I called the first week of July and was told my table was in. I asked why I wasn’t called and they said they don’t call you until everything is in. We went ahead and picked up our table and chairs. I called in late August after the 12 week mark and was told they had one piece of each sectional and they were waiting on the second piece for each. Asked how much longer I should wait and was told the piece to complete the first sectional would be in early September but the other sectional piece wouldn’t be in until October. I asked why no one is calling to tell me anything, I also spoke with their manager. They said that someone should’ve called to let me know about delays or updates. I just called today and was told there’s now a third piece so I have a complete sectional finally. So far that’s over 15 weeks of waiting for furniture with another 4 more waiting on the other sectional piece to come in. They need to work on communication and following up after a sale. I believe in second chances which I gave them but they will not be getting a third.

Was patient with us and knew all of the benefits/features of each model.

We went to Ashley’s looking to furnish our entire house. Nels was our salesman and we have been extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. We purchased over $4,000 worth of furniture with the promise that he would update us every two weeks on the whereabouts of it. They also guaranteed us our furniture would be delivered as soon as it came in. It is now September and we bought our furniture the first week of June. The only times we have got an update is when WE have called. Last month we called and were surprised to hear they had received a large chunk of our order but it had just been sitting there. Nobody contacted us. We were able to have it delivered, but only when we requested and when we reached out, if we wouldn’t have called we would still have no idea. When we ask to speak to Nels he is always gone, and the store won’t even let us leave a message for a return call back from him. They specifically said “we don’t do that here.” We were also promised our couches would be here within 12 weeks and that most of the time they arrive earlier than quoted. We picked those specific couches for that reason. And shocker, we still have a living room with no couches. We’ve been told they would be delivered in August, then it moved to September because of a mess-up at their headquarters. We called today and now it is being pushed to NOVEMBER. Again, the only reason we are aware of all these dates, is because WE had to call. What we have learned from this experience, is that Ashley’s is just another business that is happy to take your money, but doesn’t even attempt to follow through on their promises. To this day, we have never once received a call from Ashley’s Furniture. The lack of communication and follow through is the worst I’ve seen in this business. I would never recommend this store, and if I had to do it again I would go through Conlin’s Furniture, which has a great reputation and is conveniently right next door.

Good products .. decent prices

After visiting 2 other furniture stores, I came out disappointed and without a farmhouse TV stand. I went into the Ashley Furniture Store and was greeted by a professional young man. He guided me to the TV stands where I fell in love with a farmhouse TV stand. To make it even better, I received $50.00 off due to their upcoming Labor Day sale.

We recently were in the market for a new mattress and we had been to two other mattress stores and the prices were either way too high or they couldn't get it in for 6-8 weeks. We decided to check out Ashley's as we have had excellent experiences with them prior and it was a win! Adam helped us and was genuinely kind the entire time even with being short staffed. We saved almost $600 on our entire set up and it's exactly what we wanted plus they had it in-store. I highly recommend them to anyone .

I was greeted right away by a very friendly polite salesman named Adam! He ask me if he could help me find what I was looking for. I told him he took me to that area and explain A few shipping and delivery times it would take. I said ok let me look. He said ok just let me know if I can help! I looked and I asked a few questions! I waved at him he came right over signed up paperwork and got delivery scheduled and done! Yes I would recommend my friends and family to go there! Can’t wait to get my new Reclining Couch!

We have bought most of our house stuff from Ashley’s. Adam is always our salesman he always finds us a good deal and not something this is cheaply made. He is upfront and honest!

The sales person was very friendly,he helped me very fast. Gave me a discount which was wonderful. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Very polite too. No hassle with trying to get me to buy something that I didn't want.

Upon entering the store we were greeted by Keystow who was really personable and helpful. He got us started in the right area and then left us alone to look around without someone hovering over us which was nice. He was able to look up the couple couches we were interested in and give us ETAs for each. The store was set up nicely and overall it was a pleasant experience. I cannot comment on the delivery process or the long term quality of the furniture at this point but I will return to edit my post accordingly.

Sean Murray helped us find the right rocker/recliner. He was a no pressure salesman, which we greatly appreciated. Sean got us promptly dealt with and out the door. The backroom guys were very helpful in getting our product loaded and out the door. Really appreciated that the chair was on sale.

Given the conditions the last 16 months, I wasn’t sure how buying furniture would go. All of the staff at Ashley were friendly and eager to help. My salesman, Keystow, was pleasant to work with and answered all of my questions. The delivery guys were very courteous and efficient. While I thought it may take weeks, my couch and sofa were delivered in less than a week. I’m still waiting on end tables and coffee table, but not in a hurry. I will definitely go back to Ashley when I’m looking for furniture again.

The salesman was very friendly. I was assured the mattress and frame was in stock. Imagine my suprise when I went to pick it up and the frame was not there. I am not happy with Ashley firniture. I saw the email from Isaac but his email does not work, I did try it several times, more pretending like they care and then blowing me off.

As soon as I walked in to the Great Falls Ashley Homestore I met Tony, who was friendly from the start. I told him what I was looking for and he knew that they had a floor model so I could see it first hand! I was happy I could test it out before I purchased it. I asked if it could be set up different and he quickly found the answer out and let me know there was one already on the way if I wanted to reserve it! Thanks again Tony! Would highly recommend coming to this store for your furniture needs! Very friendly workers, who will help you out if you’re not sure what you exactly want!

The time we spent at Ashley was wonderful. The sales Kady was a total lady. I pushed her and god love her no matter how she felt she smiled through the whole ordeal. Great service and love the furniture I bought

My wife bought a bedframe back in March and the side frame had cracks and paint was coming off the head board. We waited 8 weeks for a replacement and that had defects with the paint as well even though I told them to check before they delivered. The installers said Ashley would call to find a solution and three weeks so far and no call.

I always like going to Ashley to look for my furniture. The salesperson is always kind and knowledgeable. Brendan was great and helping find exactly what I was looking for! He was patient as it took a couple of visits for me to settle on a choice. He wasn’t pushy which is always important to me. Thanks for all the help!

The gentleman who was helping us I believe his name is Kenneth was a very awesome polite answered any questions that we had the only issue I had was why he was helping us I don’t know if it was a manager or higher power but he kept interrupting the sale person that was helping us to tell that him that these people need help while he was helping us at the time because we were buying furniture I just think the managers and people can be just a little bit nicer and a little bit patient when you have someone helping a customer other than that he was awesome very very helpful and very nice even though we kept getting interrupted by who ever he was and the people that came in the other customers came in after we did so let your managers know they need to be a little bit nicer when their employees are helping people it was really irritating and very rude for whoever kept trying to get his attention definitely was very impatient and also there was another lady there who was also very impatient with the gentleman who was taking care of us we are a paying customer he should’ve been treated with a little bit more respect from the people he works with

(The only downside was the wait for the item had we had to wait and this was not in their control.)

I haven’t received the couch I bought yet (only purchased it last Saturday), but I had a great experience purchasing it at Ashley! We looked at all the stores in great falls, and Ashley had the couch with the most features for the least expensive price! We even found similar couches without some of the features of the one I purchased that were more expensive at other stores! Nels was the associate who helped me pick out my couch! He was very professional, personable, informative, but never pushy! He made the buying experience as enjoyable and easy as it could be! If I needed to purchase furniture in the future I would definitely go to Ashley again and ask specifically for him! I can’t wait for my couch to arrive!

Entering the Ashley store in Great Falls, my senses were greeted by a wonderful fragrance. The pleasant entryway personalized the space with a furniture and wall hanging display that I immediately noted. I opened the door to the store and was greeted by a young man who continued to help.me find what I was looking for, a computer desk. When what I wanted was not in the store, I had walked around admiring the artistically placed furniture, wall hangings and accessories. The salesman showed me other available desks using terrific technology where we found the desk I had previously seen online. We ordered it, and I was given the online sale price. Everyone knew their jobs so well that it took no time to place my order. I enjoyed this shopping experience more than I can say. I will be returning today to purchase a bookcase and wall hanging I discovered to accessorize my office. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I ordered a couch August 19th. It is currently January 5th and I still have not received my couch. I do understand how COVID has affected many things like shipping/availability of materials...HOWEVER, 5 months waiting for a couch that is already paid for is a little ridiculous Ashley Furniture. I did not spend nearly $1,300 on a couch to wait this long.

Great service! We wanted a home makeover with not too large of a budget. Went in the store and got lots of help from the staff on different themes for furniture and others for the price we wanted. Deliverers for the furniture were very nice and quick with the setup. One piece of furniture came in dented but shortly after we got a call for someone to come and fix it up, which he did and did a great and super quick job. Staff is super friendly and very helpful! Would recommend.

I have been a consumer of Ashley Furniture for many years. I have alway had good service. Recently I worked with Mike and couldn’t have been happier. He has a good eye for detail and design. I highly recommend Mike. Not only is he very talented but he is friendly and makes you feel like you have know him for years. Like I said I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Mike. Wes was fabulous!! He came to our house and fixed our recliner in just a few days. He was pleasant,personable and skilled in his work. Fifteen minutes later our chair was kicking back again! Thank you,thank you thank you!!

The associate Dalton was very kind and attentive. He helped me find the perfect couch for my living room and gave me advice on which color couch would look better in the room. When I buy furniture again i will definitely be going through him.

Sales rep gave us quick reference to where things are and then allowed us to go around and look. When we found something we had questions about, the rep was very knowledgeable about the products. We decided after leaving we wanted to buy a couch and was able to call that afternoon and have it ordered over the phone.

We came in needing a mattress, fortunately Mike Patch helped us. He went above and beyond to help us after our house fire. He got us into an affordable, excellent mattress and I will be sure to return to Ashley Furniture to replace all of our living room furniture. If Mike is not there, I will come back when he is! Previously when I have gone to Ashley furniture I felt like I was constantly being pushed towards the more expensive items. I felt like I was being pushed to buy a product. But, this last time when I went in the store KARENA WHITAKER was extremely helpful! She did not push me to buy a single thing but instead, worked with me on what I knew I could afford and staying within my budget and comfort level the entire time. I felt like I was not talking to a sales person, but to a friend who just wanted to help me. I thoroughly enjoyed my last trip that I took to Ashley furniture because KARENA WHITAKER was my sales person. And every time I go there in the future I will make sure that she is my sales person. Because I genuinely don’t want to deal with the other people that I’ve dealt with before.

I worked with Mike and Brandon I believe at the Great Falls, Montana location. Each of them were great at helping my husband and I find exactly what we wanted. Mike was suppose to complete the sale for us but was unfortunately out for the day, so his coworker stepped in. Brandon did awesome; he helped us break down what the price meant and even helped us incorporate a delivery and set up service for only an extra 50$. recently went to Ashley furniture for a front entry table met with Brenden he showed us around, checked in with us a few times and helped us settle on something from clearance. super smooth and easy. 4 days later, a handwritten thank you card arrived in my mailbox. we didn't buy an entire bedroom suite, we spent $300 on a piece of clearance furniture, and he took the time to handwrite a note.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted which we found respectful and appreciated. When we stated what we were looking for it was quickly examined where we would find which type of furniture and were given the time to "mozy" around and get a feel for what we were wanting. The gentlemen that helped us was very respectful of our space and was willing to answer questions and patient while we came to a decision. He was more than willing to work with us and find us the best deal possible. We were even able to take the furniture off the floor when they werent initially planning on doing that with that specific peice. Best place locally to shop for diversity in style, size, price and employees.

I have a rocker recliner I purchased with a 5 year warranty. I called for service because one side sits lower than the other. The service tech came out and said it was just the stuffing so he added padding to the seat (carpet padding). Now my chair is still leaning to one side and is very uncomfortable to sit in. I had called a few days ahead and spoke with sales manager about a different brand. Nels explained that Ashley Furniture made their own and I said we’d stop by as we live a distance out of town. He greeted us, took us to area where items were located and let us browse. Nels gave us a price, we checked a place near that carried original brand we were looking for. High pressure sales, then showed another set that wasn’t even leather. We returned to Ashley’s and Nels had us taken care of immediately and out the door in 10 minutes. Very professional.

When we first got there we were met quickly by a sales representative and told us he didn't want to be pushy, but and explained the layout of the store. He seemed friendly, and left us alone then sometime passed and offered us a couple of small bottles of water. He was we made our way around the store and as we headed out the sales man gave us his card. From there we went to many different stores looking for a new couch. We remembered seeing an ad for a couch from Ashley so we went back asked for the salesman we're dealing with and he was every helpful in answering our questions. We would recommend them in your next furniture purchase.

This was the most frustrating and disappointing experiences from Ashley Furniture. We purchased a brand new leather couch and three weeks later, WRONG COUCH! I’m more than frustrated to have bought furniture here. Mike the sales men didn’t order the right couch. Plus, as I am trying to figure out where our couch is and the other salesman, Neil’s was asking me what was the reason why I wanted this sleeper sofa couch. Really, why is it his business to know why I wanted this couch anyway? No one at Ashley Furniture store has no clue what’s going on. I will never buy from them again!!!! Very disappointing, don’t shop here.

Went furniture shopping all around town and Ashley’s was the by far the best. Huge selection on anything your looking for, for any room in the house and at the best price in town you can find. Adam helped me pick out some furniture and was great to us. I actually went to highschool with the guy and good to seem him doing well. He was a good salesman and gave me the price I wanted for a sectional, area rug, and entertainment center. As far as furniture goes, he's probably one of the best and treated my brother and I well. Definitely plan on going there again for more.

We like Ashley Furniture and have bought several pieces of furniture over the last few years. We went in yesterday for a new mattress and bed. As soon as you walk in they have a sales person waiting so you can't even browse for a few minutes. Adam was at the door chomping at the bit to make a sell. He took us over to the mattresses and kept talking and talking so my husband and I couldn't even talk to each other about what we wanted to look at. I had to ask politely for Adam to leave us to look on our own and we would come get him if we had any questions. He couldn't let us be for more than a couple of minutes and he was back at it again. We did end up making a purchase as we found what we were looking for, and even though Adam had the sell, he kept pushing for more. Completely annoyed, I almost just called it off and left. I suggest Ashley Furniture as they do have great products, but I do not suggest using Adam as a sales person. Mike helped us out the last time we were in and was great! He was just busy when we arrived yesterday, next time I will ask for Mike and wait.

I bought a couch about 6 months ago and it is the worst couch I’ve ever owned! It’s already breaking and I’m completely unhappy with it. Better yet, while purchasing the couch the manager refused to let me have a material protection plan because my son gets sick a lot (his words). Now I’m stuck paying $1200 for a broken couch.
