I have mobility issues, so my good friend went to Ashley to help me pick out a recliner. She shared photos, videos and we did a video chat. I picked out a beautiful chair, sadly after using it several weeks my back is in agony. Having the phone charging port on the inside of the arm is unfortunate. It interferes with the controls and the charging cord is fraying. It’s a beautiful chair. I’m happy to shop products made in America. I wish I could return this very expensive chair however.
Nice place, friendly associates, fair prices. Will continue to shop there when I need furniture.
