Matthew helped us find the most perfect recliner to help make our camper more homey! He was so patient and helped answering the hundreds of questions we had along the way! We even decided to add a pair of swivel recliners and remove the trifold sofa so we can enjoy coffee and check out the view from the big rear window! Ashley furniture was able to help us stay comfy while camping! ❤️
The customer service was fantastic! Cody was great to work with and very helpful. My only complaint would be that they don’t follow the sales and financing deals for Ashley which is why I went there that day, but they did honor it for me, which was very nice! All in all a great experience!
Friendly and helpful staff. Great selection, for what I was looking for, inexpensive delivery (in town), and my furniture was delivered early.
I arrived to a clean well layer out store. I was promptly greeted and asked what they could assist me with. The clerk was knowledgeable and knew right away what I needed. He checked availability and then we placed an order on line. It couldn’t have gone smoother. Thanks.

I have mobility issues, so my good friend went to Ashley to help me pick out a recliner. She shared photos, videos and we did a video chat. I picked out a beautiful chair, sadly after using it several weeks my back is in agony. I got a call from Ashley because I had 30 day return option. We loaded up the chair and went back in to try some other chairs. I found one I just love. It feels like it was made for me! It won’t be in for several weeks, but I am thrilled and so thankful Ashley worked so hard to be sure I’m satisfied. I will definitely be back.
